From the moment you walk in you feel welcome and can tell they love your pet almost like they are the favorite! A definite recommend!!!

Experiencia fantástica: We have been going to OVC for over 20 years. We still are very happy with the service. We have two cats and two daschunds. Seems expensive to me though for two shots for two dogs $200. Other than that it is great.

We did have to wait over 15 minutes past our appt time for the vet but when she did come in she was extremely nice and patient with all our questions and we didn't feel rushed at all (it was our first visit). So, because we felt good about time spent with vet, it didn't matter to us that appt started late. I felt the vet (Victoria I think was her name), was really knowledgeable and helpful and we are really happy to have found a great vet so close to home for our new kittens.

I was on a budget and they managed to get me in and out for under $300 including 3 visits, stool sample, exams AND 3 different prescription medicines! I was very scared due to how sick my dog was and they had WONDERFUL “bedside manner”, really helped calmly talk me through the situation and cover every base & cure my dog’s Giardia! Thank you Orchard’s Veterinary Clinic!

Experiencia negativa: I would prefer to give no stars. This clinic is poorly managed. They make false entries in the patients files stating that specific services were declined when they weren’t. I called this clinic asking about pricing for X-rays. I brought my cat in to be examined due to possible injury to his spine/tail. After the exam the Dr didn’t feel that the X-rays were needed. I was given a couple of prescriptions, paid over $200 and took my cat home. Two days later without any improvement I return asking to have the X-rays. I sat and waited patiently from 830a- 130 p, when I was told they couldn’t get the X-ray machine working. The Dr apologized and referred me over to St Francis to get the X-rays done there. I was told there would not be any charge for today. I was grateful. After getting the X-rays done and returned to the clinic, I was told that there were no fractures and that we were likely dealing with muscular issues and the Dr then told me I could pick up the prescriptions for pain and nausea at the compound pharmacy. I went to the front counter to get the written prescriptions. It was at this time I was told I owed for an office visit. I was sure the gal was just I’ll informed. She said no, we changed our minds. I’m sorry but that is not acceptable. The office manager feels that because I came back to see the Dr after having the X-rays completed that now I have to pay. She further claims that the Dr referred me to St Francis not just for X-rays but my entire case. Well the problem here is that the Dr never said to me or St Francis that my care was being transferred. St Francis was unaware, they even asked me if they were to give me the X-rays or send back to the Dr. I replied with send back to Dr. So, now Lisa, the office manager calls me and demands payment. She is the most unprofessional, unpleasant, immature, person I’ve ever encountered. She would not allow me to explain my concerns without talking over me. But when I gave her the same in return she claimed that she couldn’t handle the conversation and was going to end the call. She continued to inform me that she is sending me a bill, severing the relationship so I can no longer receive care there and if I don’t pay she will not hesitate to turn over for collections. I really wonder how this clinic can stay in business when it is run by people like Lisa. Hope you have the day you deserve, Lisa. Oh and how professional of you to hang up on me just because you are incapable of resolving a rather simple issue. Life is about having compassion, understanding & patience. As we grow into adults we develop these skills, clearly some better than others. At no time did you express any of these skills. An experienced manager would have stepped back, recognizing that this situation can be resolved quite simply by first apologizing for the miscommunication, and then in order to save a good client, and the clinics reputation, could have offered to accept 50% due as payment in full. But that kind of customer service is not in her wheelhouse. She would rather be rigid, unapologetic, lack empathy, and on top of it all lose a client over a bill less than $100. Now don’t forget I lost a days wages because I sat patiently. From start to finish I was tied up with this clinic from 830 am until just after 4p when Lisa hung up on me. WTG Orchards Vet.

I love that they honor military here with a discount. Their parking lot and crowded waiting room are their downsides, but are probably overlooked due to their other outstanding qualities. I'm so glad we've been able to have our pets seen here for nearly a decade without an issue ever even through Covid times!

Experiencia fantástica: Orchards Veterinary Clinic is by far, hands down, the BEST group of caring, loving, most knowledgeable staff Top to Top! (There is no “bottom” there!)!! Our Sophie is a very difficult customer. She needed to be sedated/put under, have radiographs of her mouth, and have NINE teeth removed all while suffering from an infection. OVC were ROCK STARS in accomplishing this task. We were very nervous, it being her first BIG procedure, but they were Pros at reassuring us that they would go the extra mile while she was under sedation/sleeping for the whole procedure(s). I know this is a long review, but it can’t be stated in a few words the respect they have for your animal/child/loved ones. Simply said, they care for yours like they would for theirs. With ultimate Love, Respect and Dignity through the entire process. I was more than annoying I’m sure calling and wanting updates. They were most gracious and kind the whole way through. *It doesn’t hurt to say they are very competitive with their pricing, and more than fair considering the level of care received! Needless to say, they will be our “Forever Vet” for our Sophie, our Missy, and all that may come after these babies of ours. Orchards Veterinary Clinic is the ONLY choice if you love your pets, and want the best for them in any given situation! Keep up the good work OVC! We Love You All! ❤️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Experiencia fantástica: It’s hard to find a clinic nowadays that truly care about the animal and their owners. Where you genuinely feel cared about and your concern, turns into theirs and it’s a team effort to help your pet. Pricing is very reasonable. I recommend Orchards to anyone who loves their pet and wants the same care in a clinic setting. My French bulldog had a UTI, they didn’t try to upsell me on anything, they were proficient and very knowledgeable. They prescribed an antibiotic and asked to see him in a week for a follow up. Great Service!! ❤️

Experiencia fantástica: The check in was great, but I did have an appointment, not long of a wait at all to see the Dr. Recheck bloodwork was done prior to seeing dr, so I had results at the appt time. Our first time seeing Dr Cade, he was so patient with our G. Shepherd that has an attitude ! Great exam done with vaccines. It was a great experience for myself & the dog at a fair price.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been with Orchards Vet since Dr. Eric was a Pup... This is the 4th dog that Orchards has helped me keep healthy... Dr. Shannon is has been fantastic today... Maris absolutely Loves her!

Experiencia negativa: The staff, overall was friendly. The front waiting area was VERY hot, I feel bad for the employees and pets waiting there. Additionally, they did not educate us during the process and they seemed to dislike answering questions. They kept trying to upsell vaccinations even though my memory kept telling me not to because we typically pay for multi-year vaccinations. In house mark up on products was $11 and $24 per treatment (x2 in my case) $70 total markup for meds alone (excludes original med cost), so PLEASE be sure to ask for prescriptions for topicals and orals, just like you would do for your own meds. Don't make them force you to get it there, a lot of these meds are cheaper and readily available at most stores, or even online if you have time for shipping.

Experiencia negativa: I was specifically told that I would not be making any payments the next time I came in that everything they were doing was just a follow up to last time. Next time I come in they are trying to charge me for another urinary test even tho I was told that it was just a follow up. They will milk you for every dollar with a smile on their face.

Experiencia fantástica: Had a great experience at orchards with my cat. It was my first time in and they got me in for an appointment really quickly, the service was fast and thorough and the staff were very knowledgeable and personable. i really felt like they cared for my kitten!

Experiencia negativa: They never have an appt available and when you do have an appointment, you will still wait for God knows how long. I've been going to them for 30 yrs and they just have gotten so ridiculous with zero availability to check out even takes forever. Never agin.

Experiencia positiva: Receptionist asked me multiple times if I had been helped, The rooms they bring you in are super small. Appointment was quick. The vet took back my dog to weigh him and came back with his blood test already done. Rooms are not sound proof so you can hear the vet techs in the back talking about clients. Butttttt the service I myself got was a 9/10. Definitely will continue to go to Orchards veterinary Clinic. I had a poor experience at my last vet as they were constantly mixing up appointments, Putting down the wrong RX exp and dates. Happy Orchards Veterinary Clinic is Organized and knows what their doing :)

Experiencia negativa: After going to Orchards Vet for over 30 years. This is the first time I have had to have a exam in order to get a flea pill for my dog. Looks like they are forcing the cost of an exam.

I always have issues requesting appointments for our annual check up; then always have to contact them directly to find available openings. Experiencia fantástica: We are transferring our menagerie to OVC after the wonderful affection and care our Zout received from Dr Tori today. The practice is small but I really like that. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the pricing was super reasonable. We will be taking all of our fur babies here in the future.

Experiencia negativa: I have been going to this vet off and on Since 1998 over the years. It has changed so much and today was my last day there. I am unhappy with how this place has changed now. My sweet old girl with a bad leg has an appointment for ex rays tomorrow morning at a new vet instead of having to be dropped off in the morning and wait tell a technician can do them. For me I did not feel like my pets needs where a priority. I felt it was time to move on after all these year's.

I needed to get my cat neutered and was a new client, they got me an appointment that was in the same week that I called and overall put genuine effort to make sure my cat got the care he needed. And it wasn't super expensive at all, like 200 dollars less than what I was expecting to pay! Overall just great experience and they are super nice!

But I'm on a fixed income and certain meds that were given to my pup, was expensive for me, when I had mentioned that I had been given a prescriptions before at Dove Lewis so I could take it to either Costco or another place so I could find the cheapest place for me to fill his prescriptions for nausea, was only 1 a pill at Costco. So when I saw my pups bill for 30.00+ for 4 pills I was shocked. I think they only use their pharmacy too, because I keep getting reminders for additional food I can buy for him at that pharmacy.

Yesterday February 6th 2024 we had to release Jesse from his emaciated life. Dho was poignant and compassionate while assisting us with the final decision! Orchards Veterinary Clinic is Highly appreciated and recommended by VPD for 4 legged K9 officers & your pets' needs! Been to places in the past there are more than happy to give you a list of tests they want to run for any diagnosis whether serious or not.

They came up with a lot of test that needed to done being very expensive. I am very pleased with Orchard services.

Experiencia negativa: My dog was prescribed antibiotics for an ear infection. The vet assistant came in with an astronomical quote of like 500$ for an ear cleaning anal glands and ear infection medication. I was shocked at how much they wanted. And then when I called to tell them she was still shaking her head and that I thought the ear infection wasn't home they wanted me to pay more. In my opinion they seemed more concerned about the price tag than your animals health.I won't be going back. Went back to my old vet even though it's further away.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. West was amazing with our German Shepherd. She came in the room slowly, with treats and took the time to talk with my husband while giving our girl treats. It wasn’t the typical in and out that a lot of the vets in the area do. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and making the vet not such a scary place for nervous dogs.
