Experiencia positiva: They treated my dog very loving. We went cos my dogs eye was a bit irritated nothing crazy, I thought maybe an allergy. That visit came up was almost 400 dlls. She got some eye drops. I think the place is not particularly affordable.
Experiencia negativa: We went in with our small female cat for what should’ve been a quick and easy shot. Instead, it was prolonged and made traumatizing by the white female doctor who chose to just throw a blanket over our girl, having one of us join in forcefully holding her down while she blindly flailed and yowled and scratched me as a result. There was no attempt to connect with our cat and the service did feel below average, seemingly because they weren’t able to gauge more money out of us. We received better service in Juarez—and when it came time to remove the stitches, the vet at EL PASO VETERINARY HOSPITAL ON MONTANA helped us out without stress! Our girl let out a quick hiss afterward but the overall interaction was no more than 5 minutes. At HOOVES AND PAWS, they strive to bump your bill with things you didn’t ask for like, “dental checkups and cleaning” while maintaining a fearFUL environment.
Experiencia fantástica: I have been bringing my cat and various rescue cats and ferals to this clinic for about a year. The first time I visited I got frustrated over not being able to administer any of the treatments they prescribed to my adult cat who is difficult, (not their fault), but they never held it against me. I can now say, a year and several cats later, that this clinic is professional, kind, and offers excellent care both to patients and patient mommies! And I am very grateful!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent customer care and dedication to going far and beyond to help their customers and especially your furry little friends. I had a very bad situation come up in my life where I didn't mean to leave my Pitbul "Boss" there for more than a one night overstay but instead leaving him for nearly 5 days without any communication from me. I was terrified that I was going to lose my dog because I was in a life emergency where I could not call them to let them know. Any other veterinarian would have simply sent him to the pound. Not Paws N' Hooves. I was very thankful and amazed at how much they really cared about people and how much their pets really mean in their lives. They really do care. They held onto my dear "Boss" the whole time, giving him all of their best love and care. I will never forget that and will never find a better veterinarian than Paws N' Hooves. You guys really are the best ever. I will never take my pets anywhere else. 5 stars & Ten stars more.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Stotler is probably one of the most professional and compassionate vets in El Paso. She explains procedures and serious topic in a calm, caring manner. She really shows you that she’s truly passionate about her career and the well being of your pets. The techs are also superb in what they do. Thanks to the wonderful staff we were able to feel a slight relief during a serious procedure with our cat Morris. No other vet can compare to the stellar service of Paws n Hooves. I trust them completely.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is amazing. Dr. Stottler and staff truly care about their patients. She offered several options and honest advice for our snauzer’s severe kidney disease and when we ultimately decided to euthanize him, the clinic made it as easy and pleasant as possible. Shaina offered treats and water to make his last few moments peaceful and you can tell they are very thoughtful about making a difficult experience as pleasant as possible. We also took our Pomeranian in for major dental work and when the estimate was out of our budget, they offered a more inexpensive option by getting it done at their mobile clinic. When her procedure was complete, we picked her up late at night and the tech who discharged our dog patiently and thoroughly went over the aftercare instructions. One would think after working over 12 hrs that service wouldn't be as good late at night, but that was definitely not the case with this tech. The same tech also called us the next morning to check in on her and to make sure we didn’t have any questions about her meds. Their mobile clinic provides a highly necessary and accessible service for the population of EP and I’m grateful to have found them!
Experiencia negativa: My beautiful boy was dead four days after they assured me he was fine. But not before selling me an expensive package they claimed would help with his supposed arthritis. The vet that "examined" him was so pregnant she couldn't bend down to check on him properly. They didn't even let us inside, just had him walk back and forth. When i told then what happened their reaction was "we'll take you off the mailing list" Hearless. forewarned.

Experiencia positiva: As I consider myself a responsible caring dog Mom I did what I believed to be extensive & to the best of my ability research on where to take my 2 puppies for spaying & neutering services. I decided on Paws N’Hooves THINKING I had made the right choice & not second guess myself. I contacted them…The prices I was given were as follows: for my male it would be a total of $289.00 for my female it would be a total of $305. After agreeing upon prices I was told to have my Pups there @ 9am on Thurs 12/7. First not good sign was neither 1 of my Pups @ exactly 1:49pm had not even been taken in for either procedure. My question is then why have appointment set… Second issue: After procedures finally started my female Pup was found to have a baby tooth that had yet to fall out…Vet assistant contacted me & let me know & while advising me what the negative consequences could result in if Her tooth was not extracted even though it added an additional $350 to bill(which by no means was easy for me to come by) I wasn’t willing to take a chance on it negatively affecting my Furbabys health. I FINALLY got the call late in the evening that my Babies were ready for pickup. Because of the fact the prices they had initially quoted me seemed to constantly change I specifically asked associate that called me what the EXACT amount owed on both Pups would be…The total bill He said for both jumped to $724.00 which was $130.00 more than what I was quoted @ the onset. In the time it took me to get from my home to finally picking them up my bill jumped to $768. That’s where I drew the line & requested as to why. After much ‘detailing’ of charges by the person charging me it still made absolutely no sense since there was no way to accurately account for it & I proceeded to voice my frustration on a completely disastrous day that could’ve been avoided if they simply would’ve provided what I was paying them for…Quality care which was sorely lacking. What’s sad about this whole unpleasant situation is even though I did what is my responsibility as a Dog mom to ensure the health of my Furbabies they in my opinion overcharged what was not quality care. In no way shape or form would I feel comfortable in returning to them if God forbid my Pups had issues post op. I realize everything has gone up in price but the peace of mind that they should be passing on to us as responsible pet owners simply was not there Though financially I took quite a hit it was a lesson I’m not soon to forget….

Experiencia negativa: Had services in this place many years ago. We took our dog 14 years with us and then was ill. The vet acused us of abuse of perts, then they send animal control to see our other healthy pets. They laughed at the vet for falsely accusing after looking at our cat. Case closed. I should of sue their necks out.
Experiencia fantástica: The wait was not long at all. They were kind and friendly. As I waited for my kitten to be seen, I watched the staff interact with many different people and animals and they were wonderful and kind with them them all. The doctor came out after seeing my baby and explained everything thoroughly. It was a great experience.
Experiencia fantástica: Very happy with the care. Mina is very fearful of having her feet handled after a very bad grooming accident that resulted in her whole nail being cut off. The team here not only got her nails trimmed but her hair trimmed and the mats removed from between her pads. She didn't scream like she usually does when trying to do her nails. She'd scream before anything was done before bringing her here. She'll be coming back once a month to get her feet back to their healthy selves. Mina has to be handled carefully because she has IVDD and after her visit she is doing great with no issues .
Experiencia negativa: Had a 2pm appointment, arrived 15 minutes prior to get checked in since it was our first time and I wanted to get in and out quickly. 2 other dogs arrived after us and were taken in before we were. We didn’t get into a room til 2:20. Requested the quote for dental work, received a quote for dental and neuter which was not requested or even talked about. Probably won’t be back.

Experiencia positiva: They have always been amazing with my pup! Our last visit, the nurse seemed very nervous and stand-offish around my dog which I felt so bad for. I think he picked up on it and he was stressed. But other than that, their staff is great! The office is always very clean!
Experiencia negativa: My nephews cat.. Price was more than quoted after everything my cat would need was quoted. Was charged an extra $50. Safe to say I won’t be coming back. Paid $500 for a spay. Really high price.
Experiencia positiva: The second time I have had to come to this place. Why is it that doing research on the Internet has produced more information than what the vet tells me? According to what I found out, if my cat does, in fact, have a yeast infection, not once did I hear the vets say it could be that. I don't appreciate the secrecy behind their methods. They aren't bad people, but they didn't help someone who is struggling financially to take care of their pet. The first time i came in I mentioned that the wound on her head happen randomly, but instead, I left the vet, thinking she got into a fight. I'll be back to correct my review based on how my next visit goes.

The pricing is fair and affordable, and the staff are knowledgeable and professional. It truly feels like visiting a vet’s office with a bit of a discount. Your pets are in safe hands with these people, they are awesome!
Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Starr is AMAZING, can I give a 10 star?! Our lab Dozer, has the most beautiful charcoal coat, with the softest hair, and yup you guessed it… it’s super thick… and that softness? It’s fine, like bunny hair underneath. We laugh that he has beaver- bunny fur… the problem, is that he LOVES water and in the summer is prone to hotspots, and to complicate things, his environmental and food allergies make his skin extra sensitive. Dr. Starr has been able to help us get Dozer on the right track to heal and hopefully avoid those awful hot spots and we are forever grateful! Thank you!!
Experiencia fantástica: You have to get there EARLY & SIGN IN to avoid waiting all day. The spay & neuter pet checkups have priority, so be prepared with water and snacks because the wait can be tedious. But the doggie care is amazing.

The only thing I am not sure about is they had test results to call us about and an estimate to send us and I have not heard back from them. I called and was told they would call me back and still have not heard anything. My biggest worry is I forgot my dogs foster paperwork their and it has been three days I’m worried if they haven’t called me back they for sure won’t be able to find them now. It’s just seems like their follow ups get a little lost in their busy days. I will continue to go back though in hopes this gets better because the way they treat the animals and make you feel comfortable is all I could ask for from a vet. I’m confident if something were wrong in the results they would call

Experiencia negativa: If you enjoy overpaying for services then this is the place for you. We took our cat Dottie to Paws & Hooves veterinary hospital to see about dental services and were completely shocked at the outrageous pricing. What we typically have paid between $450 and $973 for in the recent past was quoted as more than $1,600 at Paws & Hooves. We have a lot of cats, so it isn't like we've never seen a vet bill, this was ridiculous.

Experiencia negativa: I was denied my puppy asked to put him down so they could get money do not go here!!! They told me they would not release my dog he had low blood sugar could’ve given him Karo but they wanted 1,000 to hospitalize & not guaranteed he was going to make it they just want money!!! They take advantage of low income people or pleae that think their pets are family even have a box to show how much you care for your whatever pet means to you they seem to feed off of it
Experiencia fantástica: Took my cat Groucho Marx to get fixed and he also got his shots. Had a great experience and my cat was not all scared. We took him in happy and got him back happy. All of the people that work there are very gentle and caring. This is the place to take your fur babies. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND them.

Experiencia fantástica: As usual the wait is long but that is expected and have no issues waiting just bring snacks. As always Dr. Porras is always caring and listens to any concerns we may have. Sam took great care of Lyo and told us he did very good for his first puppy visit. I didn’t want to take my puppy anywhere else as I am familiar with the staff and I trust them with my baby. Experiencia positiva: The service itself was fine- the tech was nice and professional. Our appointment time for yearly vaccines that take <5 minutes to administer to each of our 2 dogs required over an hour wait from our SCHEDULED appointment time. Our appointment was at 3:40 pm, and we didn’t get to head home until 5:00 pm- very frustrating. So expect long wait times even with an appointment.
Experiencia negativa: This place had around 10 days to submit our paperwork to the USDA so our dogs could travel over east of Germany, they did the paperwork incorrectly and the USDA returned it on the same day that they submitted it. They never followed up to ensure that things were done correctly and when the last day came and we didn't have our paperwork we had to reach out to them to let them know there was an issue. They said they were going to get it done on the deadline day which they did not. They had to scramble and get it done the day after we had to pay even more for a shipping label that would cover it on a holiday weekend to be shipped so that our dogs can leave on time. They did not reimburse us for these costs. The owner did take a special interest in fixing the mistakes of his workers, but this level of unprofessional care to me is an acceptable for the exorbitant price of the service. So if you need a USDA inspection make sure you follow up until you actually have the paperwork in hand otherwise you may be scrambling or your pets might not ship if you're not the one following up.
Hi Mr. Hershberger, I truly apologize for the inconvenience you were put through. Once we were informed the health certificate had been returned we did our best to fix it. I personally worked with the owner and yourself and got it fixed in less then 24hrs. I hope this effort is not overseen and we are glad that you made it to your destination.
Experiencia positiva: It does not do you any good to set up an appointment, especially in light of the fact that they charge you up front for the privilege. I had to set up two appointments as the first one was disrupted by "walk-ins." My second appointment was the first of the day, 8:00 a.m. The tech called us in at 8:20 as apparently the staff was conducting a "sales meeting." I had specifically asked to see only Dr. Porras, we didn't. The first 20 minutes of the appointment was the tech asking me questions that were answered in the file and trying to sell me on goods and services. Have you ever bought a car, and settled on a price, then sent to face the best salesman on the lot, the finance manager? I get it, they need to make money, however it is annoying, frustrating, and time consuming and in my humble opinion, not appropriate for a medical practice of any kind.

Experiencia fantástica: I have nothing but the highest praise for the exceptional care they gave my dog Angel. Although we were walk ins we were treated as long standing customers. Dr. Phillips and the Veterinary Technicians Martin and Gianna were absolutely amazing in the compassionate care of our pup.. After a through examination the issue was diagnosed and taken care of … Angel is back to his happy self. Martin, one of the Vet Techs, called this morning to check on Angel.. love the the personal care.. Yes, five star plus! They are the Best!!

Experiencia fantástica: This Veterinary hospital was wonderful when I took my pet Chihuahua that had passed away her name was princess she had been with me for about 15 yrs. So they new how special she was to me. So when I to her remains to get cremated they where very awesome they new how hurt I was for my Los they were very sympathetic and respectful and they even paid there respects. they took her body and handle her so gently in carrying her. After a couple of days later I received a lovely card by mail signed by every staff member in the hospital even the doctor him self saying a few words about my baby girl I could not believe they went out of there way in doing that they new my Princess was special and part of the family.

Experiencia fantástica: Yup!! Customer service, care of the animal, professionalism, and follow through is fantastic. Everything from top to bottom that I can’t think of is banging. I went to the mobile vet outside of the Pets Barn off N. Zaragoza and still got optimum care. Tip* get there early and sign in. Talk to the technician and just go home. Sometimes the wait is too long to wait, the Vet and technician are putting in work for everyone’s animal and they aren’t rushing. I am cool with this. So biggest tip is to talk to the technician and then go home depending on what they tell you. I went home and they called me to come back. And… they held my spot. I just called or knocked on the door when I arrived. That’s what I mean by follow through. Fantastic stuff!! Thank you Paw N’ Hooves.

Experiencia negativa: Exploitative and unethical. My mother's cat recently entered acute kidney failure and stopped eating. Vet suggested extremely invasive treatment involving a special diet and 10-minute subdermal injections twice a week for the rest of the cat's life in hopes of getting a couple more years. This cat is extremely sensitive to stress (the vet said stress from a recent fight likely caused the kidney failure in the first place) and hates going to the vet, receiving any sort of treatments, and is a very picky eater. My mom, in tears from the shock of the diagnosis, explained that this treatment plan is not a good fit for this cat and the cat will not have a decent quality of life with it. My mom preferred to end her suffering with euthanasia. The vet repeatedly dismissed my mom's concerns and eventually browbeat her into agreeing to hospitalize the cat. Afterwards my mom was able to consult with friends and family and decided to remove the cat from the vet and seek euthanasia elsewhere. The vet fought with her for 45 minutes, refusing to give the cat back to my mom and once again driving her to tears. This clinic will steamroll over pet owners, who know their pets better than anyone, and do everything they can to browbeat owners into expensive and traumatic treatment plans regardless of how it will affect the pet. My mom's cat was extremely happy to finally get home and now will be able to finish her last days in relative peace.

Experiencia positiva: Not the worst place to take your pup. Reasonably priced, however when my husband and I took our pup in I was told I was paying the price for the the upcoming follow up that same day I went in, so I went into the next appointment with my pup expecting to pay maybe 45-50 or so for my pups meds. When we finished with the appointment we were charged 75, which isn’t a problem except why tell me that this visit was taken care of when I was last there if that’s not the case, what if I hadn’t had the extra money? It might be minor, but that really could’ve put someone in a major predicament. This is still customer service and I just think that it’s important to watch verbiage with the owners so that misunderstandings don’t occur. Because had I been someone who was struggling that extra 25 bucks could’ve really hurt me if I wasn’t expecting it.

Experiencia fantástica: I’m so impressed how well and organized this office is. The staff is professional and attentive to my pets needs and any questions or concerns I had. Dr.Phillips was amazing, compassionate and very forthcoming with the procedures, meds and follow ups. It might of taken an hour to be seen, but it was well worth it. Prices are not as low as I thought it would be, but lower than where we used to take our pets. I sure do recommend this clinic. I wish we had a 24hr pet clinic on the Westside though.

I had gone in to get my puppy his new vaccines and I was a little scared of how he was going to react and be around the techs. Experiencia negativa: We were very disappointed with the quality of service we received here. From dispensing less medication than they sold us to making us wait over half an hour in their parking lot to pick up our pet (they were lightning quick to get out there and get our payment from us but they didn't feel we had anything else to do with our afternoon) to giving us multiple wrong prices for some of their services... I really can't come up with anything they handled well or did right aside from refunding us for the medication they never gave us. Even though we live very close to them we are now looking for a new vet that is more careful with how they do their work and more respectful of our time.

Experiencia fantástica: Had the hardest time finding a place that’ll spay my dog till I came across Paws N’ Hooves Mobile Vet. Prices are reasonable, they answered all my questions and my dog’s surgery went great. One thing I liked was the sign in table, definitely helped keep things organized and helps reserve your spot so you don’t have to worry if they’ll accept your dog. 10/10 recommend.

Experiencia negativa: There was a lack of communication, they should have informed me on the phone or when I arrived in person that the walk-in would probably take more than 2 hours. I've gone to an emergency vet were they attended my dog without an appointment and my dog was out in less than an hour. I've gone to another vet where they at least were honest and informed me the wait time would be 6 hours. But this vet had no problems taking $125 dollars for a negative parvo test immediately as I arrived but then they could't see my dog. After 2 hours I asked them and they told me they likely won't see him in the next thirty minutes since they had a lot of people. My poor dog didn't end up getting any treatment that he desperately needed. Worst vet experience I've had, it feels like they just stole my money. Totally unreliable, won't recommend to anyone.
Experiencia negativa: Looked at the bill when I got home, found out they charged me for things that were never actually done. When you search for inexpensive vets they are basically the first choice and will nickel and dime you for everything possible. They charged for an electrolyte test and a cmp...it's the same thing charged twice. Their prices for some of these blood tests are outrageous and at the time when the vet is talking to you seems like it's needed but now that I'm looking at everything it's way over priced.

Experiencia fantástica: Best Vets in El Paso. We use their mobile unit because it is easier for us to get to. They give you pet the care they need, from simple nail trims to vaccines, blood, urine tests etc. Their staff is outstanding. Premium care at discount rates. Love Mesa Vet. Clinic.

Experiencia fantástica: I took my 2.5 yr old terrier mix to get neutered and everyone was very kind. My tech was Kassie and she answered all my questions and even asked me if I needed something else to care for my dog since he is so energetic and needed two weeks of rest, she provided extra help and advice. Two days after , they called me to ask how my dog was doing and i appreciated that from a vet clinic.

Experiencia fantástica: Although the wait can be quite long it is as expected with a walk on mobile clinic. Staff is very professional and thorough explaining all prices and after care. We have now had all 3 of our dogs spayed with them and shots updated with no issues afterwards. Wish they did a set up closer on West side but still worth it.

Very helpful and knowledgeable establishment...only thing I'm bit annoyed is that I couldn't sit down..there was cat or dog hair in all the chairs..my daughter is very allergic to some dog hairs and all cat hairs we had to put a paper on the chair to sit down. Other than that, love the place and it's close to my home.

Experiencia fantástica: Does ask for you to wear mask. Was my first time going there. The computer system was down so there was no way to verify my appt time on their part. My appt was at 10:40, I arrived at 10:30. We got called in at 12:10. I waited patiently cuz I live all the way in the NE part of town, after all I needed to have my pet looked at and if I am coming from other side of mountain. I am going to stay. Yes, there are veterinarians in the NE but they don't treat my kind of pet.. While the front desk was in disaray with computer being down.The veterinarian was informative, answered all my questions. Asked me questions about my pet, how long I had had him, what he ate, if he went outside. I was completely surprised and taken aback. This only assured me that it was well worth the wait. Will be going back again.

Experiencia fantástica: During my visit, my puppy "Princess" was cared for by Juan and Dr. Delancey. She was treated like the baby she is to us We were provided with all the information and medication we would need to care for her. I felt confident we could get her feeling much better. We live on the westside but will for sure become regulars to get our dogs the care they deserve.

Experiencia fantástica: I had an emergency with our family dog. I was contacted within 15 minutes and the medical assistance we received was immediate. The hospital was closed and by the time we got there. The staff was there to provide emergency assistance. Two minutes after we arrived the vet arrived to perform surgery. Great veterinarian and affordable compared to others.

Experiencia negativa: was not happy wait three hours in the car .my dog was seen was told they call with results they said they call but I never received a call. got a email my dog had a u.t.i and never got medication for 4 day after she was seen and no one wanted to help because the original vet I saw was off and not coming back till Tuesday so I had to tell the email said anyone could help me . I feel my dog had to suffer longer than necessary. then the price of med was a grossly over priced payed 51.00 for amoxislin that a sham.

Experiencia positiva: The mobile veterinary needs to be a bit more efficient. I was there last Saturday at 11am my dog wasn't seen til 6:30pm. This was her second visit which I was told she just needed her second booster vaccines. Then I was told on the first visit no blood work was done. Yes I took her for chip, rabbies vaccine and another one but come to find out I still got to do another visit. Just dreading the super long wait. Perhaps y'all should set by appointment too much time waste sitting in a car waiting for y'all. I know you give call back but you give people 5 minutes to return not worth the risk to not make it back to be told different. Your staff is good but the process to be seen is turtle slow

Experiencia fantástica: I was taking my animals to a different vet for a long time and I had spent a grand on my cat in less than a year and they still wanted more tests and more money and was thinking I was possibly going to have to put him down but I wanted a 2nd opinion first. So I brought him to Paws N' Hooves and they started with a simple and low cost solution that worked! My sweet baby started gaining his weight back and he's healthy again and I'm so excited about it. I will be bringing all my animals here now. I'm so thankful they gave my kitty his life back.

Experiencia negativa: The first visit I made was after the remodel, I made an appointment over the phone, which I come to find out they charge you $25 just to confirm that appointment. I didn’t like that from the start, but unfortunately had no choice since my cat had all his records there from the previous vet. Once we got there we checked in and still had to wait 30 + minutes just to be seen which makes it kind of pointless having to make that appointment if they weren’t going to honor it. The second time I went I just did a walk in, it was around 11:30 am so I’m thinking I’ll still be able to get my cat checked out not thinking they close the entire office for lunch, only that day it was for 2 hours because they supposedly had a staff meeting as well, how convenient. So, I’m taking my cat and business elsewhere because with so many employees they are extremely unprofessional and don’t care about customer service..

Experiencia positiva: I think discussing pay a little more with clients before any procedures start would help with making more informed decisions. I contacted the office over the phone before I took my 2 cats in to get spayed and neutered and they told me that each procedure is about $80 “with extra recommended electable options to choose from to help your kitties recover” Upon getting there and signing my babies up I looked at the prices of these extras on their menu and on the sign up sheet and some of the prices did not match. They weren’t too expensive so I didn’t think much of it. They took my cats in and gave them their procedures. They didn’t talk to me about cost or anything beforehand. After I got the call that they were ready and I headed back to their Mobil unit to pick them up, my bill came back over $530. For that price I could’ve taken them to Coronado animal clinic and gotten them a package that included their shots while I was at it. Just felt a little blindsided while I’m juggling being at work and trying to get these little rescues the things they need done with not a lot of explanation from the staff at the mobile unit. I feel I would’ve made a better financial decision had they broken down and explained to me what all their total charges were going to be, before the procedures were conducted. They seemed to have taken good care of my babies though, which in the end is worth it for their comfort and safety. But they aren’t really THAT affordable, as they seem to boast. Im not oblivious to the fact Thats it’s all still my fault for not paying closer attention to the fine prints, but regardless, I don’t think I’ll be going back there.

Experiencia fantástica: The vet and techs did amazing with some colony cats I took in to be neutered. They found injuries on one of the males that not alot of other places would find and gave him an antibiotic shot for the infection. Will definitely be going to them again.

We called several facilities and no one could offer what we were looking for. Paws N Hooves offered a service to come and transport our dog who was completely immobile. Every individual I spoke to at the office utilized empathy and professionalism during our conversations. I was kept up to date on everything happening with my dog. I appreciate the time everyone took to handle our unique situation. I highly recommend this group to anyone who loves their pets as family members. Luna was our family member and was a special girl. The clinic sent me photos and updates and took my calls. They were understanding as this was an extremely emotional time for our family. The last 3 days since Luna has been gone have been extremely difficult for our family. Knowing that she was in good hands provides the solace we need. When your family member is at the end of their life, you can only hope for a compassionate staff to guide you through the process. This is what you will receive 100% with this group. I am eternally grateful. In the midst of a pandemic they adapted and did everything they could to ease our pain. The staff here is truly one of the best I have ever encountered. Experiencia negativa: Misinformation, disorganized and horrible customer service. I had long initial discussion with one of the technicians when seeking out a veterinary clinic for my puppy. Knowing the myriad immunizations he would need, I tried to manage my understanding of the timing and costs. I was assured with written notes the costs of each shot and the frequency, creating a cost estimate that would have been less than $400 total. I figured no reason to buy pet insurance given these costs. It was subsequent shell shocked when my first bill came out to over $250 for the initial visit and then a $200 bill for my last visit. Now, with two to three more visits needed the total would exceed $1000 for simple inoculation. Either the technician grossly underestimated costs (incompetence) or I was lured in and they just figured I would pay these exorbitant costs because I’ve already started bringing my puppy here. Given all this misinformation I tried to understand options, pricing and options during my visit today; however I was left waiting in the car for over an hour after making an appointment, was given another incredibly expensive estimate and to add insult to injury, the technician put my puppy on the parking lot floor when he’s literally there for parvo shots and shouldn’t be exposed to any foreign surface in El Paso because of the extreme prevalence of parvo. What an awful experience and awful place. I would highly recommend taking your pet elsewhere.

Experiencia negativa: So it really seems that the services this clinic is providing is beginning to decline exponentially. This clinic claims to have walk in and say that they go based off of first come first serve. I was the 2nd in line early in the morning at 8:30. They told me to come back at 1:30 to have my dog seen. So leave and show back up at 1:30. Why do they say NOT to have your dogs sitting in a car for hours at a time but they had us sitting in our car for FOUR HOURS with no word from them, even though I called them multiple times. They have no consideration for their customers due to the lack of courtesy calls, nor do they have any care or concern for the pets as they have them waiting in cars for hours on end. I still never heard back from them due to my phone dying waiting for them so I had to leave. This place USE to be good. I USED to take all my pets here. Not anymore after this horrible experience. I don't seem to be the only based off of all the recent negative reviews. If you are thinking about bring your animals here, DON'T. Just take a look at ALL of their recent reviews. It seems to be the same and there seems to be a trend. Simply stating that they can't see a dog or claim that they can't take walk in would have been good enough, but they don't. Instead they waste hours of a persons day and medical attention that animals need. Great job Mesa Veterinary Clinic, you have earned the title of Worst in the West! No stars for you!

With the clinics knowledge and assistance my dog did not have to be quarantined once in Hawaii. I hear horror stories of dogs having to be quarantined for 30 days. The staff was amazingly kind, professional and helpful. Thank you:-)

Experiencia fantástica: The staff here are the sweetest and have genuine love and care for pets! My bunny Oreo was a regular patient at this clinic, especially in his last months where we were in and out because of various illnesses that came upon him. The staff and especially Dr. Silpa was caring and attentive, always available and tried their absolute best to help us in any way they could. They never gave up and always offered alternatives, but at the same time were honest about outcomes and what I can expect. They were a support and security for Oreo and I, and I’ll never forget it. Thank you for all the care you brought to my little family!

Experiencia fantástica: Very nice and patient workers. Although a little hard to spot, this place is great. I have a ferret and they always know how to treat her and what she needs. Definitely recommend

Experiencia fantástica: Mesa vet is awesome they were able to see my dog short notice and communicated constantly. They gave their recommendations and gave me time to talk to family who also work in the field and were even willing to discuss with my sister and we all came to an agreement on the best course of action. They emailed me all test results and sent me photos during the surgery.
