Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend this establishment for animal care. We had an emergency with our 80lb dog on Saturday 1/3/26. We decided to go to Crossroads Veterinary clinic because the reviews for the in town Las Cruces vets are not that great. CROSSROADS VETERINARY CLINIC is the best. The counter staff, the vet techs and the Veterinarian were all extremely professional and showed genuine concern for our dog. The were able to perform lab work with some results in 7 minutes. They prescribed meds, explained everything concerning care for our dog and even suggested online resources to get meds for a lesser cost. We only had waited a few minutes to be seen. Thank you CROSSROADS for being available for our emergency.

Experiencia fantástica: Fabulous service and was fast! My family and I had been caring for an abandoned dog recently and his health was declining FAST, so we went the day before Christmas Eve. Even with it being so last minute, thankfully they were still taking in walk-ins; Dr Weich and staff were so amazing and courteous. Experiencia negativa: I’ve been taking my dog here for years and never had any issues until yesterday. I got his nails trimmed and when he was returned to me 6 of his nails were cut extremely short, and they all had yellow powder on them which means they were bleeding too. My dog is a rescue and he doesn’t like strangers touching his paws so I understand he was definitely not an easy, quick nail trim but there’s a reason I bring him to the vets for this and not the groomers. I expect them to know how to handle dogs here. I’m sure if you have a calmer dog they will certainly be fine here but be warned if you have a dog that doesn’t like being handled much.

Experiencia negativa: Terrible experience. Crossroads has really gone down both with their customer service and medical staff. We used to bring our doggies and had nothing but great experience. This was 6 years ago . We got a puppy and of course I made an appointment with them. Our 1st visit was scary and that should have been a RED FLAG to run.They almost gave my puppy the wrong vaccine!. If not for my questions and probing we wouldn't of caught the mistake. I came today for his next series, I had an appointment and still walk- in patients were called before I was. 50 min of waiting and complaining finally I was put in a room to only wait 20 min more . I left and took my puppy somewhere else that respects appointments time and money.

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome staff and Docs. Diane held the umbrella while loaded up my pup who just had surgery. So thoughtful. And the house cat, I don’t remember his name, kept me company while I waited for my pup. Surgery went went very well, and for a reasonable fee. Thank you!

Experiencia positiva: The reception procedure goes well, with tolerable waiting times to be seen by vet. The vets are courteous and very thorough, often suggesting (rather expensive) testing procedures. Overall, the experience is quite satisfactory, but often ends up costing a hundred or more dollars. Bottom line: Good care......but at a price.

Experiencia fantástica: I don’t usually leave reviews, but this vet office truly deserves it. I’ve brought my sick cat in several times and my dog for vaccines, and every visit has been a great experience. The staff treats my pets like their own, and my animals actually love going there! Prices are very reasonable too, which is a huge relief when dealing with medical issues. Highly recommend!

Experiencia negativa: Very disappointed of this place. I set a first visit appointment for my dog last Friday. Earlier that day they called me and told me that the doctor had an emergency and that they needed to reschedule me. I agreed and set a new appointment for next Friday (today). My appointment was at 10:30 so at 10:00 I was getting ready to leave my house to go for my appointment and someone from the clinic called me and told me that it was 30 minutes past my appointment so it had been cancelled. I told the lady that it was going to be 10:00 and they my appointment was at 10:30. The lady kept telling me that it was 11:00 and this my appointment was canceled after 30 minutes late. I looked at both my phone and watch and both said it was barely 10. At this point I got tired of the lady repeating herself that it was 11 and my appointment was cancelled. She offered to reschedule me for monday, so at this point I just told her to never mind. I was so confused and checked other watches and clocks around the house, it was indeed 10:00 am barely. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable from such a business.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Solis has been such a comfort. My kitty Angel saw her over the course of a couple years for treatment of hyperthyroidism and congestive heart failure. She always provided honest advice and explained what was happening in a compassionate manner. We moved to the east side and still made the 25 minute drive to go see her. The front desk staff at times was terse, but I know that they are overworked and very busy. Our old man passed away at home yesterday, and we brought him in for his final vet visit. The vet tech who took him previously performed Angel's cardiac echo and held him in such a moving and tender manner as we let our baby go for the final time. I will never forget and cannot express how much I appreciate this. If we have another furry friend in the future, we will be back. Thank you for caring for Angel.

Experiencia negativa: I strongly advise against taking your pet to this veterinary clinic. I chose them based on positive customer reviews, but my experience has been disappointing. It seems their primary focus is on profit rather than genuine care for animals. Dr. Weich's demeanor was unprofessional and rude. When I tried to express my concerns, he dismissed me rather than engaging in a constructive conversation. Holding a doctor title does not excuse disrespectful behavior towards customers. While I understand that veterinary practices are businesses, I firmly believe that compassion and concern for pets should be a top priority. Unfortunately, this clinic fell short of those expectations. The staff, including the receptionists, often appeared overwhelmed and seemed to lack the time to thoroughly review the doctor’s notes. When I asked questions about my pet’s care, I was met with frustration instead of understanding. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this clinic to other pet owners.

Experiencia fantástica: Moved here last summer so we're new to this vet, they're all wonderful. My dog is from animal control in Georgia, very leary of men and does not like other dogs, so I was stressed taking her somewhere new. Everyone was very understanding. Took her in March for her yearly shots and all went well. Then this past Saturday she woke up and her back end was all wobbly; couldn't jump up on the couch, very lethargic. Took her in and the Dr. Was sure she just over extended herself running the previous night. He felt she just had some inflammation and pain, gave us some medicine and sure enough she's back to normal 3 days later. They could've charged me for bloodwork, x -rays, all sorts of tests but they didn't, very happy with this vet. I trust them completely and won't be looking anywhere else. (Brenda Burdick and Reese)

Experiencia fantástica: I recently moved to El Paso, and went there to talk to them prior to bringing in my 3 dogs. Vanessa was very professional and talked to me about the clinic and how they are. I was confident so I scheduled my dogs for their annual shots, physicals, etc. I scheduled the dogs separately, as I took them by myself. Each appointment I only waited a few minutes before being seen. The staff there was professional, friendly and easy going. One dog had an allergy issue, and this was taken care of with a shot and some meds. I found Dr. Conkey to be very professional and good with the dogs. I'm glad I chose this clinic.

Experiencia fantástica: I have taken my cat Lucy here only twice. The first time she was getting her shots and the last time was just recently we had to put her to sleep. I have to say how incredibly kind and really genuinely sweet people. They treated our Lucy with so much tenderness and showed us much needed tenderness and understanding. Experiencia negativa: I took my dog to crossroads in March, 2023 for back pain. An X-ray was done by one of the vets by the name of Nancy Conkey. The radiologist stated on the report that discospondolysis should be suspected and further diagnostic procedures should be done. This vet called me and told me it was not discospondolysis. She stated that my girl had Lumbosacral disease and put her on carprofen for pain. 11 months later I called and had gabapentin added to her plan of care for neurological pain. On January 6th, 2025 she was diagnosed with advanced discospondolysis and started on aggressive antibiotic therapy by Dr. Antonio Bowen at El Paso Animal Emergency Hospital. Dr. Bowen and his staff provided excellent medical care to my beautiful Layla. On March 9, 2025 my baby lost the battle with this devastating bacterial infection. She was 5 years old when Conkey saw her. She did not have to die this way. Shame on you Crossroads!! I trusted you with my beautiful baby! You failed her.

Called it an El Paso special and chastised us for not being more diligent. Hopefully this review helps them to learn not to make assumptions about good Samaritans…

Experiencia fantástica: Correction my dog was in distress and I live not even a mile from the hospital. I rushed her there. I was greeted by a wonderful staff. My baby was seen right away. And they explained their findings in a way I could understand. My view had turned a 180. I now will only go here! My daughter brought her cat in to be dematted. The poor little baby came out with a huge bald spot on its behind. He was traumatized and extremely disgruntled. The doctor was viewed while dematting was going on. The doctor was just pulling out the poor baby's hair with extreme force. Myself nor my daughter will be coming back to this Veterinarian Clinic.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Solis and staff are top notch! We travel from the Far East, after visiting another Veterinary Clinic closer to us. It was well worth the trip! They really care about your pet and the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. You cannot compare the service to any other service in El paso. If they are not in your neighborhood it is well worth the trip to make. We will continue to take our beloved Selah and any other pets that we may adopt in the future. Experiencia fantástica: Greeted by a smiling Crossroads employee the second I walked in with my pup, she was very helpful and welcoming. Front office was very cordial and professional. Dr. Barnett my veterinarian was extremely knowledgeable of what was wrong with my dog and took care of her needs immediately. When I called a week later to get refills for my meds the office staff could not have been friendlier. Would highly recommend this place!!

Experiencia fantástica: I took my service dog to you all back in the early 2000s and she unfortunately had lupus. Your clinic was amazing with her and did everything possible for me to have an amazing 13yrs with her. With my service dog now at the age of 3 and coming to your clinic due to my trust in the past. I certainly was not let down!! Amazing facility and staff. Everyone was so pleasant and I was so grateful for the treatment for Lyrix and going over everything I needed to know.

Experiencia fantástica: Was kinda skeptical because it's like a mad house. It's hard to find parking. There's always a line. I had to wait long because I was a walk-in, but it was worth it. The Doc was amazing. My dog is doing much better. Very thorough and knowledgeable. So happy I found this place.

Experiencia fantástica: As my vet hospital is closing, I went to Crossroads with my cat, Lord Darth after reading some reviews. From the time I walked in until l left, I was so impressed with the friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable service. Very clean! Also, I loved the candle and little note to be respectful of others if it was lit, meaning a pet was headed to the rainbow bridge.

Experiencia negativa: Poor service and shady billing. I made an appointment for 4:20 and arrived ten minutes early. We weren't passed into an examination room until 5:10. OK, I understand volume and I am used to long waits. Fine, the bill was kind of big for a wellness check, rabies vaccine, DHHP shot and city/county registration and a nail clip. 172.75. When I got home I looked over the bill and noticed that they had charged me TWICE for the City/County Registration. It's not a lot of money (23.70) and most people wouldn't have noticed it. I called them and without asking me the lady that answered the phone said that they would credit the money to my account. Later I thought that, that was wrong and I wanted my money back. The next day after work I went down there to get my money refunded. I was made to wait 15 minutes because the office manager was "busy". Then they told me she said that they would mail me a check or I could come back the next day for a check (more waste of timecand lack of respect). I told them that was unacceptable and I'd like to talk to someone else. They made me wait ten more minutes. One of the employees came back and told me the same thing. They did not bring anyone back. Finally the office manager came out and told me that they needed to write a check and mail it to me. That is unacceptable since I did not make them wait any time to pay them. They do not respect people's time, they are rude and I wonder how often they make these "little" mistakes. If you must go, be prepared for a long wait and double check the bill. Don't trust them not to make "mistakes"... in their favor, obviously. I think that I am through with them after many years of going there, they became too pricey lately.

Experiencia fantástica: The experience was great from the beginning. The evaluation, the tech and doctor listened to my concerns with my dog. I took my dog for a dental cleaning. He is 15yrs old and has other health issues. Dr. Solis was great and kept me inform from when my dog was under anesthesia to what needed to be done. The last tech, she explained everything in detail. Everyone was super professional, courteous and friendly. Thank you so much.

Experiencia negativa: I have doubts in recommending Crossroads Clinic; one vet put my dog's life at risk-. About two months ago, my senior dog started to feel sick and wouldn't eat. I took him in the morning to Crossroads Clinic, and they did a blood test, and it was revealed that he had a stomach infection. They gave him some medicine; but the vet who treated him made me a comment that he wasn't completely sure what treatment would be appropriate for the dog. At this moment I didn't trust the vet. So he gave him some antibiotics, got an injection to prevent vomiting and he got some capsules for vomiting, medicine that I started giving him the same day of the appointment. The next day, in the afternoon, my dog wasn't able to walk and I called them to find out from the vet why he wasn't able to walk and wasn't getting better with his medicine; also, he wasn't able to drink water still. They told me that they were going to charge me for another appointment, which was useless. I desperately called our vet in Juarez and explained to him the symptoms and how my dog looked, and he suggested to send him by e-mail the medical tests performed at Crossroads. I sent them to our Juárez vet and he IMMEDIATELY told me that the dog had a VERY SERIOUS INFECTION that required quick treatment before his health got worse. I took him immediately and drive to Juarez; the vet gave him serum to reduce the infection, and also an antibiotic suspension, after that, another day our vet gives him one antibiotic shot. From that, he finally recovered completely his health, just in one or two days after seeing his vet. This review for Crossroads clinic is to the effect that they never told me that he had a VERY SERIOUS INFECTION and that he required stronger medication. If I had not consulted our Juarez vet, perhaps our dog would have suffered more damage to his health. Fortunately, he is fine now, but not because of the consultation with the Crossroads vet. Also, this hasn't been the only negative experience we've had here. Similar situations have happened before with our same dog and other family dogs... and yes, think about it.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been taking my fur babies to Crossroads for many years and highly recommend them. The staff from the Veterinarians, techs and front office ladies are so caring and take the time to make sure that your pets get the best care possible.

Experiencia negativa: I used to really love taking my dogs and cats here but the prices now are crazy!! My most recent visit I took my dog because she hadn’t been eating they didn’t know why without having to run expensive bloodwork(200 Dlls) and X-rays (130 dlls). I declined the blood work at the time cause they charge so much but they did give her antibiotics and anti nausea medicine. After a whopping 483 Dlls vet visit my dog was still very sick. I took my dog to a completely different vet the next day for a more reasonable evaluation and they fixed the problem!

I usually bring my dog to Banfield but they were all booked up today, so they recommended this place instead. I'm very glad they did and we'll definitely be back if Maisie has anymore issues. Experiencia fantástica: We have used Crossroad since returning to El Paso. We recently had an emergency with our Catahoula Leopard dog. The staff were very sweet and professional. The vet worked with us through multiple tests before determining the best treatment options. I have to say, our girl is back to normal and happy as can be.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Jessica provided excellent service to our dog, Coco. Coco received her annual check-up and vaccinations. The doctor was very gentle and playful with Coco. The appointment was on time. The office and support staff is very helpful. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Experiencia negativa: This is why I will never recommend this clinic to anyone. I deal with feral car colonies and learned that this clinic accepts ferals. I thought it was the safest bet since one of the feral cats in a colony was experiencing issues with her teeth. I was told they could remove her teeth that day. Not long after that call, I received another call saying she passed away during the procedure. Naturally, I was in shock and furious. The vet called and said she would need four teeth extracted because they were loose, yet in the medical records, which we received later, it states four of her teeth fell out. So, which one is it? We felt that the vet wasn't clearly explaining what happened. She kept saying "I don't know" and didn't bother to divulge as to what could have gone wrong in a scenario like that. The owner was just as bad and extremely rude by talking over us and making rude facial expressions. He went as far as to say that our expectations were too high for a feral cat. I understand how difficult it is to work with ferals as I do so first hand, but I also expected for her to be treated with care. She was stressed and scared. Had we received a clearer explantion of what happened and compassion, I wouldn't be as angry as I am. Being given the run around, lack of compassion for two grieving people and rudeness is the reason why I will never recomment this clinic to anyone. It was a decision I wish I had never made. I took her body to my regular vet and received more information and comfort in 30 minutes of talking than the time wasted there. Yes, she was a feral cat, but that doesn't mean she wasn't loved and deserving of better than what was provided.

Experiencia negativa: I took my cat here because he had a blocked urinary track and they hospitalized him there for 3 days telling me that he was getting better, peeing regularly, drinking water, eating his food. I picked him up on Friday and just over the span of 2 days he got worse and I ended up losing my kitty Monday morning.. they didn't seem to know what they were doing

Experiencia negativa: My dog was diagnosed with an enlarged heart and kidney stones. The vet told me it's not a "death sentence". That my dog would be fine with the medication and diet prescribe. My dog ended up passing away two days later. Also they never told me about getting a prescription for her special food for her diet. My mother had to come all the way over here and request one. Then my mother asked why they didn't give it to me and the receptionist had the audacity to tell my mother that I didn't request for one. How the hell was I supposed to know.

Experiencia positiva: The vets and professionals here are so kind and attentive, really made me feel at ease all the time’s I’ve had to bring my babies here. Dr. Ortiz is a blessing and the best cat vet in town!! When I had to put down my dog everyone was so respectful. Not five stars because the only downside of this otherwise lovely clinic is the staff at the front desk. Very rude women!! I’ve had my card thrown at the desk after paying and have been hung up on randomly when asking regular questions over the phone. Not to mention they rarely ever smile at you and say thank you/have a nice day/anything actually. Always treat you like you’re an inconvenience and I don’t know what I did besides be polite. EDIT: I’ve been to the vet twice since this review was initially made and I believe they listened and changed because the atmosphere was so much more welcoming these last times. Thank you to the staff and I’m changing my review to five stars :)

Experiencia fantástica: The doctors of Crossroads Animal Hospital are first rate. They’ve care for each of my Golden Retrievers. They found early and removed several tumors before one GR was lost to a post surgery infection that my dog opened and contaminated the surgical site after he came home. My new GR has been under the hospital’s care since she was a puppy and is going strong. Great doctors, vet techs, and office staff. First rate facilities. If you have medical emergency with your pet, call them as you’re coming in with your friend and they will be prepared and ready to save your buddy if it’s at all possible.

Experiencia negativa: I understand that this is a business and that the bottom line is profit and money, but I could never have imagined how bad it was going to become. I needed a couple of pills for my dog while we waited for the pharmacy to refill his bottle. They were charging me 14 dollars for two pills, when the bottle of 30 pills cost 24 dollars. They wanted to charge me over half the cost of a full bottle for 2 pills. It's amazing that clinic that boast about loving animals would charge such a steep price for a medication that literally means life or death for my dog. Its seems money and profit will always be more important. I was able to get the prescription filled with urgency at Albertsons, the woman I talked to on the phone was very understanding, and the full bottle cost me 12 dollars there.

Experiencia negativa: Extremely dissatisfied. For the second time I have witnessed them to make a business driven decision that affected the wellbeing of my dog. They have been treating my dog for over 3 years. I thought the service was good and prices were reasonable. From the beginning my dog was diagnosed an needed daily medication. I have been getting the medication from them. Today for the first time I ask them to send the prescription to another pharmacy closer to me and they called me back to say that they dr denied it claiming that the dog was overdue for check for 3 months already. Here is we’re the tricky part comes in, for the last three months I bought the $80 a month medication from them. Of course, for those three months they did not say anything about “overdue” and they easily took my money. Today my dog is in pain and having a hard time moving because “you need to bring in the dog for a check up and blood work”. And yes, while a check up and blood work is beneficial for my pet I don’t see the need to leave the animal in pain when they could have come up with a plan for my dog, something like, five pills for his pain and for me gain time to arrange time off work to take the animal for consultation.

Experiencia fantástica: Great customer service and usually can get an appt rather quickly. They also take walk-ins. Prices are fairly reasonable. Vets are wonderful with my 3 dogs.

Experiencia positiva: I used to really love taking my dogs here but over the years the wait time to get an appointment and pricing have definitely increased. I also kind of feel I don’t receive the same kind of care as we did 5 years ago. My most recent visit I took my dog on a walk in basis and we waited 3 hours. My dog hadn’t been eating they didn’t know why without having to run expensive bloodwork and X-rays of her belly. I declined at the time cause they charge so much but they did give her an anti nausea shot and it was over $110 for the shot and exam. I took my dog to a completely different vet the next day for a more reasonable evaluation and they fixed the problem elsewhere.

Experiencia fantástica: Crossroads Animal Hospital has cared for our 3 dogs over the past 15 years. Their staff is very professional and caring. Dr. Margie Zavala is the best. She truly cares about patients and owners. Honestly she is part of our family. Their flexibility and attentiveness during the pandemic was so welcomed and critical in keeping their clients safe. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Experiencia fantástica: This place was recommended by a good friend and I’m glad I listened. My cat and dog and have been well cared for and it’s been a painless process for me as long as I make an appointment. I did a walk-in once and they were able to take in my dog within an hour. I use the PetDesk app to keep track of vaccination and make appointments.

We were a Saturday walk-in (less than $30 charge), arrived right at opening, had a few pets in front of us and appts but were seen within 30 minutes. Dr. Jessica and her tech were super compassionate, gentle, thorough, and helpful. Highly recommend for emergencies or your regular care! Shop Cats a definite plus

Experiencia positiva: Love Dr. Weicht!!! Super thorough & communicative. Great Vet!!! BUT Overall clinic Issue: if you walk into the clinic without an appointment... Beware!!! You get charged more without them telling you beforehand or even when you're paying.. There's no sign up and no disclosure stating that little deceptive issue. $20 here.$30 there. When I brought it to their attention the office manager was very rude and try to shame me into paying.... It didn't work...

Experiencia negativa: I have been cat sitting for my parents and needed to take the family cat to the vet since he was looking ill. This is not the vet my parents normally go to, I only took him here because this vet has walk-in hours on Saturday morning and I felt we shouldn't wait to have him seen by the normal vet on Monday. The vet here was surprisingly judgmental, I can see why my parents have only been here once and never again. Sadly our cat was very ill and my family had to make the difficult decision to put him to sleep. The vet tech was incredibly gentle, he was probably the only courteous and attentive person in this experience. I was aware that the cat's name was wrong in their files, in fact I told the assistant who took me into the room that it was wrong. In my grief it didn't occur to me double check that they fixed the spelling error before I left the office on Saturday. I called first thing on Monday morning and asked for it to be fixed. The receptionist said she understood the importance and would get it fixed. It was not fixed. Now his urn, the rainbow poem with his paw prints, and their sympathy card all have his name wrong. I get that we were not regular clients, but as animal loving people, you would think they would understand how disrespectful it feels that these items are forever and his name is wrong. Speaking of his "urn", it looks like a tin canister you would get from the dollar store. It is taped shut with packing tape. It genuinely makes me think of the Folgers can scene in The Big Lebowski. I wanted to do the best for our family companion and they gave him this indignity as his final resting place. I did not want him to be in pain or to suffer, but I deeply regret having taken him to this place for care. When I picked up his ashes today, I pointed out that no one fixed the spelling despite me having called and that receptionist assuring me it would be fixed. The receptionist today apologized and said they will make a new tag for his "urn" with the right spelling. I doubt it, they didn't even make a note of the right spelling anywhere. It is incredibly hurtful how little they care.

Experiencia fantástica: I came here because I was referred on account of my previous vet not being able to perform an echocardiogram. The signs seemed fatal for my Doberman. I was crying all day thinking I was going to lose him by the end of the week. Dr. Weich prescribed 7 different medications and 3 different supplements to help my Dobermans dialated cardio myopathy and my dog went from no appetite and lethargy back to his normal self loving to eat and bark and lunge at pit bulls. I prayed and cried all day and Dr. Weich’s call and solution was an answer to my prayers. I know my Doberman’s time is limited but almost instantaneously after giving him the human and dog heart meds the spark came back to him. I got a second chance to give Mako all the love he demands. I am so thankful for Dr. Weich’s knowledge of how to dave my dog. I am not messing around with any other clinic. Crossroads has all the right staff and equipment to properly diagnose and they know what to do to aggressively remedy the issue.

Experiencia fantástica: New to the area…Crossroads came highly recommended…and they didn’t disappoint…from the time we walked in the door to time we left the staff was very friendly, polite and professional. Dr ‘Nancy’ was awesome. She quickly assessed both fur babies prescribed meds for both and we were on our way. The animals had no problem with the attention they received…even when given an injection my GSD didn’t flinch. Well done…my 10year old is moving better than he has in quite some time…kudos

Experiencia negativa: Took my puppy here because she has a rash, as it continued I called to get a new diagnosis the receptionist Melanie was extremely rude. You should maybe reevaluate her customer service. “It’s not our fault” ?? Do you literally not work there? And is it not your job to help?? Ridiculous and extremely disappointing I have brought many of my dogs here before.

Experiencia fantástica: I only went here once, and it was to lay my little girl to rest. Front desk staff saw her condition and worked fast to find us a room. The technician was nice and compassionate, showing me the different urns that were available when I asked. The vet who administered the anesthesia and euthanasia entered the room and appeared to be reciting a script, not sure if that's standard. The tech and vet allowed us to have a few minutes with her before the injections. Once the injections were administered, the vet said "sorry for your loss" and allowed us to stay with her to say our goodbyes. My dog was my best friend for more than a decade. Despite her age, she was energetic and funny, truly the sunshine of my life. We couldn't believe how fast her health declined; it was very hard to let her go. I feel that Crossroads allowed us to stay as long as possible with her until it was time for them to get ready for closing time (we went to the latest possible walk-in time before they closed). I started having trouble breathing when we were leaving the clinic, and an employee (I couldn't see who) had water ready for me. Less than a week since my girl's death, we received a thoughtful, handwritten sympathy card in the mail from Crossroads. After a horrible experience at a different clinic in east El Paso, Crossroads gave us hope that there are still sensible people in the veterinary business; this has made a difference for us during our mourning process. Please don't ever lose the human sympathy for the people who are trusting you for to improve their loved ones' lives. Thank you.

Experiencia negativa: Aside from Dr. Lenox, do not trust any other veterinarian there. Took our cat, said they ran bloodwork and levels were a little bit off (liver), but nothing to worry about. Just start her on this liver supplement, and med for constipation….two days later, had to lay my little girl down, as she was already dying from severe liver disease!! All that money, and lies! Not to mention the heartbreak!!!
