I rushed him back up to Temple Terrace Animal Hospital. They rushed him to the back, and gave him medicine to heal him quickly. Thank you so much to the staff for taking care of him.

She was very scared for her visit and when the doctor came in and started talking to her she actually went right up to her with no issues. So sweet to watch. They were honest upfront on the phone about being busy and possibly not being able to help but they would take our baby on a drop off basis and let us know if they could help. When we arrived, they immediately knew something wasn't right, took us back immediately and started to help despite being full and busy. From there, it only got better. Dr. Guillermo was nothing short of phenomenal. Every staff member from start to finish, was amazing beyond words. They did emergency surgery for our baby and made the process from start to finish, easy and they remained kind through it all. The very first vet hospital I've ever been in that actually cared about our pet and not the final dollar. They have won us as clients and our pets as patients as long as their building remains standing and they occupy it. After that, we will follow them where they go. Thank you guys, from the bottom of our hearts!

Experiencia fantástica: I had adopted a dog from PRC over the Holidays. He had been on antibiotics for slight nasal discharge. He developed a dry cough and runny nose. Having been a CVT I knew he probably had a virus similar to a human cold. My pup Myles seemed fine otherwise. I did want to make sure I was doing everything I needed to do to support him through this doggy cold. I took him as a walk in to my current veterinary office but they told me they were too busy and couldn't get him in. I had used TT vet clinic many years ago when in lived in the area. I stopped in to see if the clinic could do a Work in so my pup would get the care he needed. The clinic said they could and got me in right away. The staff was very friendly and caring, the Vet, Dr. Guillen, was very personable and explained what was going on. My pup was treated well, given cough medicines to go home with. I was also given instructions to contact the clinic right away if he got worse. He didn't and is running around like a goofy puppy again. I was also given a follow-up call the next day to make sure my pup was doing well. I will definitely use this clinic again as I feel the Veterinarians and Vet staff have my animal's best interest at heart.

Experiencia fantástica: We found a solitaire little kitten under a neighbors house. Temple Terrace Animal Hospital were great from the first phone call to the lab drop off. On the phone I was given an accurate estimate as to what would be needed for a kittens first vet visit, and they were even able to squeeze us in the next day. All of the vet techs were in love with NessaRose, and they took such great care cleaning ear mites and mud out of her little ears, and then giving us great instructions on how to introduce her to our older cat. I’d recommend this location to anyone with a furry friend or family member

If your pet is like family you definitely want to try this Vet! Furthermore one of the things that truly surprised me was the cost of the visit I honestly expected the bill to be twice as much as it was I actually took my dog to a supposedly low-cost vet clinic last year for basically the same issues number one they did not get resolved number two it ended up costing me literally twice as much at a low-cost vet clinic as it did yesterday at Temple terrace animal hospital I will continue to take my dog there knowing that she really is getting the best of care truly if your animal is your best friend you can't go wrong taking your pet to this vet highly recommend them

I felt like our vet was super sweet, caring, and gave us many tips for the cats at home. Overall, will definitely request to see her again in the future! If you’re not sure who to see Dr. Gullien was amazing & I would highly recommend her when it comes to making your fur babies vet appts!

Every doctor we have seen has been great, but for the last 5 years through major issues with two pets, we saw Dr. Bajc. She is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough and kind. I never feel like I am being rushed, she listens and really understands the bonds we have with our pets. All of the techs and nurses over the years have been great, we have had some pretty tough moments there and we always felt cared for.

Experiencia fantástica: This story is long. We moved to Florida 2 years ago. Our dog has two bad back legs. Not a surprise. After two luxating Patella surgeries with another ortho/vet that went horribly wrong, not quite 2 years out of surgery, she now has an ACL tear. An exhaustive search led us 45 minutes from our home to follow a traveling ortho who happens to have privilege with Temple Terace Animal Hospital. The staff as well as Dr. DeNitto thus far have been communicative and absolutely awesome. We are heading into surgery today 4.17. Story to be continued…. Dr DeNitto and staff are awesome. Ginger our Yorkie had a full knee replacement. She had a lot of setback’s but the staff and doctors were really accommodating especially since we drive 45 minutes to get to them. We had our well visit yesterday and Ginger passed with flying colors.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff here are wonderful and Dr. Weiner is so sweet and knowledgeable. My dog is very timid but the team here make this a good experience for my senior dog. They don't try to overcharge for anything and make sure to talk about cost before doing anything extra. I'm so happy we started coming here. I want to update stating that I still absolutely love TTAH a year later. Dr. Weiner and all the staff have been amazing with my elderly bulldog who is now going through end of life care. I cannot thank them enough for helping us get through this difficult time. Dr. Weiner made sure to rationally and reasonably talk through all my options and I know they are just a phone call away. ❤️

Experiencia fantástica: Our furr babies have been going to TTAH for years. I LOVE Dr. Bajk!!!! She is so sweet and caring. She truly is in it to help the animals and NOT the big money. She helped save us much as she could when our Buddy got cancer in his eye. She was so great in answering all our questions, and handled the surgery perfectly. He's still going strong. Most of the people are extremely nice and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone. We've had a total of 13 cats under their care for over 20 years.

When we noticed our dog, River, had an issue with her eye, they made time to see her immediately. And when it became clear this was something serious that needed an immediate specialist, they reached out to find one who could see her that day and coordinated with them for complete transparency. After her cancer diagnosis and realizing she needed to have her eye removed that week, they handled all of her pre-op visits and made it so much easier for us to manage a dog that was losing vision, fast. And when additional complications arose, they fit her in ASAP to make sure she was as comfortable and ready for surgery as possible. My family is indebted to the Temple Terrace Animal Hospital staff, and especially to Dr. Zatz, who not only handled our dog with the utmost care and compassion, but also handled us, her humans, who were understandably freaking out at how fast and aggressive the tumor was, with the same care and empathy.

Experiencia fantástica: Your vet care was an answer to my prayers. Rafael picking my cats up, transporting them to your facility saved me a lot of stress and anxiety. I am no longer able to carry them. Dr. Sara Guillen examined Murphy, gave him his yearly shot and trimmed his nails. She called and told me what transpired, suggestions to lower his weight and unless there is an emergency, will see me in 6 months. Needless to say, she assured me my cats were ok. They listened, helped educate, and really took the time to care for my sweet pup. After months and months of extensive surgeries, some that they even helped contribute to, my dog is all healed up and doing so good. I can confidently say that the doctors at TTAH are extremely knowledgeable and really care for your fur babies like they are your own. This office also accepts pet insurance (if you have it) and do not charge ridiculous fees. They also have a discount for first time patients. The entire staff is kind and supportive. I have had the pleasure of working very closely with three doctors over the past couple of years. Dr. Guillen, Dr. Bajc, and Dr. Weiner have all been there for us when it mattered most and have been able to help with any medical emergency my senior pup has thrown their way. Dr. Weiner particularly has been vital in helping my pup stay healthy and works tirelessly to keep my dog's medical fiascos at bay. Dr. Zatz was incredibly kind, both to my dog and my family who is struggling. In the end we had to let our sweet boy go today. Experiencia fantástica: My regular vet was closed and I was referred here. My dog was had cancer and needed to be euthanized. When I arrived they put me and my dog in a very private room all the way in the back that had pet beds and blankets on the floor for my dog. This was my first time doing this and I was scared, devastated and crying. They offered me water and gave me as much time as I needed. They have a paging system where they gave me a remote and told me when I was ready for them to come in to press it. I was not rushed and they explained everything to me very gently every step of the way. The entire ordeal was way less stressful because of their obvious care and concern. If you ever have to do something like this I cannot think of any other place you’d rather be. Everything was much more calmer than I had imagined and they made me feel better and things went so smoothly. I really appreciate how well they handled everything. Thank you all for everything. Experiencia fantástica: My toy poodle had a bad cough. We were using a vet that had just moved their office. This happened on Tuesday. We called and they were not going to see her until Saturday even though she had this problem before and they told us she had a spot on her lung. I called Temple Terrace Animal Hospital and they did not have a same day appointment open but told me I could drop her off and they would work her in. Within 1 hour of dropping her off she was looked at. They gave me medicine to treat for allergies. She is doing well with the meds and her echo showed she is not in heart failure at this time. The staff are all very friendly.

I've had to bring multiple of my cats in for various emergencies, and they are always mindful of our budget, schedule, and cat's comfort. Not to mention that they really truly care! After both of my boy's emergencies, I had their vet techs and doctors checking up on them to make sure they were doing okay. Dr. Zatz specifically has helped us in both these instances, and her compassion is off the charts.

DENTAL PROCEDURE RESULTED IN MARKEDLY DECREASE IN NEUROLOGICAL FUNCTION WHICH WAS OVERLOOKED FROM JANUARY 24,2025 THROUGH APRIL 4,2025 (DEX EUTHANASIA). VOICED MY CONCERN UPON “MANY” “MANY” VET VISITS THAT MY DEX DIDN'T SEEM THE SAME SINCE DENTAL PROCEDURE IN JANUARY (WHICH COME TO FIND OUT LATER ON HE WAS UNDER ANESTHESIA FOR OVER 4 HOURS) TIME AND TIME AGAIN BY MULTIPLE DOCTORS WAS “REASSURED” DEX WAS NEUROLOGICAL & COGNITIVELY NORMAL, NO DEFICITS SEEN! AFTER MUCH RESEARCH AND EDUCATING MYSELF COGNITIVE DEFICITS CAN OCCUR AFTER ANESTHESIA AND VOLATILE ANESTHETIC DRUGS COMBINED WITH DURATION OF ANESTHESIA. (WHICH I WAS TOLD AFTER THE FACT A DIFFERENT ANESTHETIC DRUG WAS USED THAN WHAT WAS NORMALLY USED DUE TO IT BEING OUT OF STOCK). CONCLUSION: ANY OF THE MULTIPLE PROVIDERS THAT SEEN DEX ON THE MULTITUDE OF VET VISITS “SHOULD” HAVE SEEN/DIAGNOSED HIS NEUROLOGICAL DECLINE (EXHIBITED BY THE MANY ISSUES I CONTINUED TO REPORT/VOICE, EVEN SWITCHING TO THE SISTER VET OFFICE THINKING I WAS DOING MY DUE DILIGENCE). They are very accommodating with snacks and drinks. The waiting area is pretty comfy compared to other offices we’ve been to. I was shocked with how much cheaper they are compared to past veterinarians we’ve been to and they offer a first time discount of $50 which is amazing. Overall great office and experience. Definitely check them out!

Experiencia fantástica: I’m very overdue in giving this review. I can’t say enough about the TTAH team, and Dr Denito. I absolutely love her. I had a very sick cat and had a horrendous experience at a vet in Seffner regarding diagnosing. TTAH got us in right away, and bent over backwards to help us. We couldn’t save my cat, but thanks to Dr D I could make an educated decision without regret. She is so incredibly educated in her field, genuinely cares about her patients & pet parents, is so very empathetic, and just has a heart of gold. Their prices are a bit higher, but the level of care & expertise is worth it. They have a special room dedicated to say goodbye to your pets. It literally has a small bed so you can snuggle with your pet, dim lighting, and is decorated so cute. Euthanasia is such a gut wrenching experience, but this was the best experience I’ve ever had during such an incredibly hard time.

And my fur babies that have crossed the Rainbow Bridge we're handled with the utmost respect and care and I am forever grateful! Thank you all so much for making my hard times just a little bit easier by being such wonderful human beings and caring so much.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Weiner is the most sympathetic, caring, honest and understanding vet I have ever been to. My dog Sadie had been battling cancer the past 4 years and over the years she has kept her comfortable to the very end. Yesterday we had to say goodbye to her, it was my first time having to put a dog down and Dr. Weiner made it as comfortable as it could have possibly been for me and Sadie. I’m so thankful for her and the staff at Temple Terrace Animal hospital for keeping Sadie safe and happy over the years.

Experiencia fantástica: Reyna, the queen, has a skin infection. Went in to see Dr. Gillian... They quoted me one price. I agreed to it. Then they ran some tests, came back and lowered everything because she didn't test positive for one particular allergy. That's a sign of great integrity. I so appreciate the facility and Dr. Gillian. The Queen is excellent! Truly amazing..

Experiencia fantástica: You would be a fool to take your pet any where other than Temple Terrace Animal Hospital. This past week I experienced a nightmare with my German Shepherd. She had a severe abdominal obstruction that was very close to ending fatally. I am so happy to have reached this hospital after very short research. I was connected with a wonderful lady(her name starts with an N I believe) and she immediately got me on the schedule. Upon arrival I was greeted by Dr Zatz - what a calming spirit to encounter in a time like this! She immediately had a sense of urgency and listened to every detail I shared. I left Onyx in her hands to do some X-rays and ultrasounds. This took some time but she called me and shared that onyx would in fact the need surgery we expected: Doctor Bajc would be performing this surgery. While I was very nervous, I cannot express how grateful I am that my dog was left in their care. During the surgery; the team encountered a far more intense situation than expected. But they were able to get through it. At 10 pm I was called to come see onyx after surgery. I was expecting the staff to be exhausted and ready to go home. That was NOT at all the impression Emily , Dr Bajc or Dr Zatz gave. They were so dedicated to onyx’s health, so much that they put their own needs aside. At least 16 hours was spent with my dog that day…. You have to have a true passion for animals to do this. The entire team was impressive to me. Thank you Dr Bajc for the detail you gave when explaining every step of onyx’s situation. Emily, you were so loving to Onyx and I appreciate the time you dedicated to her throughout surgery and recovery: Thank you Brooke, Caitlin, and Kristina as well for your warm and friendly interactions. There are so many more names I’d love to mention!!! While I’m still waiting for Onyx’s full recovery, I am confident this team is the only reason she made it this far. Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: This place is a breath of fresh air!! I have been struggling to find proper care and help for my bearded dragons, Spyro. They gave her the level of attention that I have been looking for. The exam was thorough and everything was explained in depth to me. The vet did not seem like she was rushing me, and took time to elaborate and answer all of my questions/concerns. They even brought in a warmer for Spyro to lay on since it was cold outside. ❤️

Experiencia fantástica: They go above and beyond for my fur babies. My dog hurt her shoulder, we couldn't get into see her so we took an urgent care visit on Friday. She saw our dog got hurt and rearranged her schedule on Thursday to see her. They are worth driving for because of the special care they give to our animals.

Li was so reassuring and kind explaining the details. The doctor (can’t remember her name) was so gentle with my boy. I will be returning in the future for any concerns or vaccines for him. Thank you for providing such amazing care TTAH!

The entire staff is kind and compassionate, the doctors are extremely knowledgeable and patient, and when having to say goodbye to my cat they made him comfortable and showed him so much love. Experiencia fantástica: We lost our Lulu tonight. She started having severe seizures at 5pm we rushed her there with less than an hour before closing. The doctor and tech met us at the door. They carried in my baby girl and stabilized her. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to take her home. My heart is broken but this team made such a hard decision a truly caring time. They were empathetic and gave me lots of time with my Lu. My heart just wasn’t done loving you. I couldn’t have asked for better care tonight by their team.

Experiencia positiva: Do NOT bring your pet here. They only care about money! Temple Terrace Animal Hospital is the worst vet I have ever been to. They are incompetent, disorganized, and clearly only care about getting as much money out of you as possible. Your pet's health is second to their profits. I was initially told my cat had an upper respiratory infection and sold a medication that I later found out I could get at the pet store for A THIRD of the price. Not only did they charge me triple, but they also told me it was a 14-day treatment. The instructions on the bottle said to give it twice a day, but after only 7 days, I ran out. I initially thought they forgot to give me the extra week and I called to pick up extra. When I went back, they claimed I had only paid for one bottle and tried to guilt me ​​into buying another, saying the treatment "wouldn't work" unless I completed the 14 days. Why didn't they tell me this up front? What kind of shady business operates this way? If you are a professional vet, it is YOUR job to make sure I have everything my pet needs, not ambush me mid-treatment. And even after I was forced to buy a second bottle, the instructions on the second bottle said “0 refills” for 14 days. Absolutely ridiculous! To make matters worse, the clinic itself is filthy, both outside and inside. It is disgusting and clearly not a place that takes hygiene or animals seriously. The technician who came in was doing billing (which should be the front desk’s job) and barely explained how to care for my cat. She was talking so fast I could barely follow her and made it clear she didn’t want to answer my questions. I felt completely rushed and dismissed. After a week, my cat showed no improvement – ​​she was still sneezing and still itchy. When I asked if the second bottle would help, they had the nerve to say, “We can’t guarantee that, every pet is different.” How can they call themselves professionals when they don’t even know if their overpriced treatment works? This isn't your first cat, so what's your excuse? It's clear that they only care about making money. They overcharge for EVERYTHING and love taking advantage of people, especially students in this college area who may not know any better. I finally went to another vet, who immediately recognized my cat's ear infection and treated it appropriately. I'm furious that my cat had to suffer 2 extra weeks because of these greedy and incompetent people. If you care about your pet, DO NOT bring them here. This place is a scam and they should be ashamed of themselves. UPDATE: After writing the review, the manager reached out, sorted out the situation and were willing to make things right

Experiencia fantástica: I am extremely grateful for Dr Bajc and the entire staff at this hospital. I called in the evening after finding my bunny ill and they were willing to see us right away. Told us to head over but warned that there may be a long wait. When we arrived we were warmly greeted right away and placed in an exam room. The doctor saw us within 15mins which is the shortest I’ve ever waited at any veterinarian even with an appointment. She was very knowledgeable about rabbits and gave little peanut the best treatment possible. Not once did we feel rushed or like a bother so thank you very much for that. Truly meant a lot. We are fairly new to the area and even though this is not the closest location to us we will certainly be forever patients. I greatly thank everyone from the bottom of our hearts for the kindness and extreme level of compassion.

Experiencia fantástica: I am truly so impressed. My 5 year old cat had a swollen face and TTAH got him in in less than 12 hours. He required surgery which was promptly scheduled for 4 days later. Dr. Weiner was no short of amazing in updating me on my baby’s care and treatment. I am always nervous taking cats to vet care and TTAH hit it out of the park. I am so impressed and will highly recommend them.

The vets always call to follow-up & techs and support staff are all friendly, kind and helpful. Excellent vets who never rush appts, explain procedures, treatment options and medical conditions. Dr. Guillen was amazing and very informative for the visit we had. She laid out all the options for treatment and took the time to explain. All the support staff was great as well!

The receptionist, Li, was kind, professional, and quick at helping find a solution to make sure the dog was well taken care of. 10/10 service!!
