Experiencia fantástica: Love getting my dogs shot from here! Staff are wonderful, kept my pup calm, and were helpful with any questions. I’ve brought my dog here two years in a row now, prices are affordable, and haven’t had to wait longer than 5 minutes or so, in and out quickly!

Experiencia positiva: Wonderful clinic overall, the care has been great and the staff are very kind during appointments. However, I do want to share one concern: the walls have little to no soundproofing, and conversations from the exam rooms can be clearly heard (even outside). On more than one occasion, I overheard negative comments about patients/owners, which was uncomfortable and made me question professionalism. This doesn’t seem to be all staff..just a few...but it does affect trust. I truly appreciate the quality of care here, and I hope the team can be more mindful about private conversations going forward.

Experiencia fantástica: My boyfriend and I took our fur baby this morning due to a scratch in his eye. The vet and vet tech did amazing. They didn’t rush, and I could tell they love animals. They were also very honest and up front with the cost. It was so nice to be able to go on a weekend especially when you work a 9-5. We will definitely be back for normal checkups too. Couldn’t recommend more!

There was no wait time, and the veterinarian was very sweet to my fur baby. He got a shot for heartworm prevention, a physical, and flea and tick medicine. This will be our permanent vet after the experience we had here.

Experiencia fantástica: It was a minor holiday. We were in a different state about 10 hours from home. It was imperative to see a veterinarian. We got in quickly. The staff were great and friendly. So impressed by the veterinarian. She was so skilled, and so great with our kitty. It was an absolute godsend. I can’t express adequately my gratitude. I highly recommend this clinic. It is not an emergency clinic. A regular clinic with skilled professionals. Oh, and one other the thing, the prices? EXCELLENT! Less expensive than our vet at home, for the very same level of care. Please, don’t hesitate to give this clinic a try.

Experiencia positiva: Nice to have a location that you can drop into and it not be a $400 hit. My dog had a small scratched eye, and the folks fixed her up quickly. I will say that the staff are generally rude. I was told to complete an on line app at the counter, and the tablet was proving difficult. When I asked for help they told me I should have completed it at home first. Then when I saw the vet she said it again in a voice that was loud and clearly intended to be so, in a space the size of a closet and seemed almost bullying. For the person who's paying the bill, I thought it was rude and the behavior will make me think twice about returning.

Experiencia fantástica: I have used Pet Well Clinic since 2020 when my regular Vet refused to see my injured dog and it would be 3 weeks for an appointment. Another Vt recommendation of PWC changed our lives forever. Their staff is amazing, they remember our faces and a few of them remember our herd of dogs. Definitely if you need routine shots, medicine or bloodwork this is the place to go. They even wrote a referral for my dog after she tore her ACL. She stated i saw her walk in and i can tell she tore something!!

My cat, Sabrina, is my whole world and when she got sick, PetWellClinic welcomed us with open arms and treated both of us so well. They calmed my nerves and supported me the whole entire time she was recovering. They are very responsive and will treat your baby like they’re their own. Experiencia fantástica: These folks are so sweet and literally the best. Every time I come here, they are so kind and helpful. I also love that the pricing is very up front and very well communicated with different options. I brought my dog in at the last minute today with some diarrhea because I was worried she might be much worse if I waited until the morning—they were super sweet and took me in, even though we were pushing it getting in before they closed. They’ve also been great with all my other pets—I even brought in a farm cat from my work this summer and they figured out he had an ear infection, even though it was presenting as an eye issue. One funny story I always tell my friends about this PetWell location is that once my dog refused to get on the scale. They picked her up, weighed both the vet and her, then the vet subtracted his weight to get her weight. Sounds simple enough—except she weighs over 100 lbs!! Above and beyond service. 10/10, thanks so much to this team!

Experiencia fantástica: I have used petwell clinic since my baby Lily's first visit, 11years ago. I have always had a great experience at the West Hills location in Knoxville, Tn. That is the only location I will take any of my pets to. Besides Lily, I have 4 other fur babies, 2 of which have been at this location. We love the staff and the care they receive.

She was also very informative and made recommendations about changing my dog’s diet, and also made suggestions about keeping her ears clean. There was no wait when I arrived. Experiencia fantástica: I have been using PetWellClinic for several years now…mostly to get annual vaccinations with one of the packages they offer. We arrived just AFTER 6:30 PM yesterday (Wednesday 7/23/25) to I have an Ideal Package performed on my little old lady chunk-of-a-pug, Dahli. I’m so glad that an exam was included with that because I was concerned about a hacking cough that Dahli has been having, and the medication that she had been given (from another vet) wasn’t working anymore. Dr Kristy Hatcher offered a different route which we are currently taking. Time will tell whether this helps or not. Nevertheless, both Dr Kristy and ALL of the staff at the time… Three wonderful young ladies… Were extremely friendly and helpful! I will ALWAYS recommend Pet Well Clinic to anyone who needs their pet’s basic needs taken care of, especially vaccinations, for their fur babies!❣️

Experiencia positiva: I have been going to the various PetWell locations in Knoxville TN since Skipper was a puppy. She is currently 11 years young. Overall, I am very happy with the convenience and services provided. The founder Dr. Sam, is an exceptional role model and set up all the clinics to operate with the same values. The only drawback is they turn over doctors and staff often. I have on one occasion experienced a rude administrative assistant (different location). However, the Doctor & Vet Techs are always kind and considerate and they do keep excellent records of every visit, easily accessible on the website/portal. Our last visit was at the West Hills clinic for her Rabies shot but with a clinic full of patients, we waited a little bit. The vet techs did a good job giving her the shot... she didn't even flinch. They were also helpful answering my questions even though they were very busy. It helps to be patient. :) If you visit their website, you can view locations to see how many are waiting and check in online which saves some time. The West Hills clinic is open 7 days a week.

I highly recommend only thing is trying to find a phone number to call, our fur child was Sean due to being bitten by a tick and we got her on flea and tick and heartworm meds so we are all good now.

Experiencia positiva: West Hills. Friendly vet techs, clean enviroment! 4 stars because the (admittedly over worked) Veternarian on duty just wasnt listening, kind of rude. Brought my dog for (to me) obvious acid issues. When I said he was "water avoidant" she recoiled from my dog like she'd been struck by a lightning bolt. Assumed rabies lol. If she was listening, I was saying he was avoiding water and food because his tummy was upset and throat sore from reflux. He wasnt foaming or acting insane for gods sake. Walked out with *drum roll* medication for reflux lol

Experiencia fantástica: I took my puppy here out of necessity at first, he needed his shots and the wait times for a regular vet clinic were long and the hours were so incompatible with my work schedule. But after, I continued to take him here whenever I have a small issue I want looked at quickly. The staff all love him and make “going to the vet” an exciting experience for him. Now my pup is over a year old and loves when we make a trip here even if he doesn’t love getting medicine. I definitely would recommend for small more urgent needs.

Walked in on a Sunday and got all of my dog's yearly shots, a physical exam, a heartworm antigen test, and a new prescription for heartworm preventative all for $150 with the ideal pet package. Highly recommend for annual checkup!

Experiencia positiva: My Shih-tzu had a severe ear infection and it was going to take me too long to get in my vet…my experience at the clinic was pretty good from a customer service standpoint; However, the pricing structure for the examination is a little bloated in my opinion…$80.00 for like a a few looks in the ear and a test on a machine: not good for the wallet. I think that’s a problem everywhere, and part of it is convenience oriented so…meh. The prescription for the ear infection was only $20 more than chewy.com which would have been a long time to send in the prescription and wait for delivery, so again not bad priced. I will use only as a secondary visitation to my vet just due to office visit price and exam charges being a little bloated for the experience. But it may just be me because I have the same beef with my general practitioner, my eye doctor, my dentist, and the grocery store. Other than that 7 out of 10 with the charges being the only issue on my visit. The Dr and staff was nice, and the convenience of Fri night till 7pm…so it is what it is?

It’s been about 9 years since I’ve had a puppy and their packages seemed most reasonable and the hours they are open are a plus for me. Kat was super loving to our baby while at our visit and the Dr. took time to answer all of our questions.

Experiencia fantástica: My pup is a very anxious little guy and will bite when intimidated. These folks are always so good with him. He behaves during his services and leaves happy with a belly full of treats.

Experiencia fantástica: They always take such good care of my babies. I went in yesterday around 1 pm with 2 of my kitties, and we were in and out in 30 minutes. Despite them being fast, I never feel like my visit is rushed, and they welcome and answer any questions I have. I feel they are very reasonably priced and they discuss the prices before administering or charging you for anything!

Experiencia negativa: Editing my review after I've had time to think about the visit.. They did a senior exam on my senior cat. They had to help us clean him up after his poopy accident in his carrier on the way there.. though I'd suggest not allowing them to use the clippers on your pet, they cut my cat and claimed it was cause of dehydration which isn't a real thing. Wish they would've answered our question of why he is using the bathroom outside his litter box and if it may be related to pain. Be careful of them trying to rack up bills before they give you much info on your pets health.. Edit to your reply to my review - took him to another vet, did not get good news, he had a short bit more time left with us.. His suffering was ending yesterday..

I especially appreciate the weekend hours because my dogs LOVE to need extra care when our vet is closed Specifically, for anyone who may wonder, my dogs have gone here for anal gland expression and skin allergy issues (antibiotic, ointment, allergy meds, and cytopoint injection).

Experiencia fantástica: My senior dog, Karma needed her anal glands expressed along with her nails clipped. My groomer could not do as I thought she might have an anal gland infection. So this was perfect time to visit my PetWell Clinic on Kingston Pike near the mall. I didn’t have to have an appt but I brought all her records just in case. They got her in a timely manner and were so sweet with her as she was scared & her rear end was sensitive. The doctor determined quickly it wasn’t the anal gland but she did have a raw area back there which she suggested medicated wipes that I could get on Chewy. The nails trimmed, glands expressed plus exam was so affordable! I was relieved they could help her and they offered advice concerning her arthritis as well. Such a pleasant experience & my dog feels better. I feel good too about their care and cost, thank you PetWell Clinic! Tinah & Karma

No appt necessary which makes this a terrific tool for busy people. Staff is friendly and quick. I've switched from my expensive vet to this office and not looking back.

Experiencia fantástica: First of all I would like to thank the staff from the bottom of my heart for their service and dedication in helping my dog after she was given surgery 3 days prior at another clinic I’ll leave unnamed my girl started having issues an complications from her surgery and was bleeding tremendously from her lady area after calling the vet who performed the surgery and being told that it was not a result of said surgery “over the phone “ and that she was not able to come back an be seen for any follow up visits and hung up on me because my dog is aggressive and she is absolutely but given the proper care and attention she’s a very sweet dog witch petwell experienced first hand. I thank this office and staff greatly for their kindness and care of my girl and I’m happy to say that Harley is doing much better now the bleeding has almost completely cleared up and she is back to her energetic self I highly recommend this clinic thank u for showing us what a vet who is caring and compassionate to its patients no matter how hard the patient may be to deal with thank u for everything yall done for my dog and family if I could give more than 5 stars I would upper management give the girls who worked last Friday a raise they deserve it before and after pics attached

People were very friendly and made sure that I understand and made me feel comfortable that my cat is going be okay. They were very patient and I feel easy to communicate with them.

They are reasonably priced, you can get in the same day which is hard at other veterinarians.. and they never rush you out the door. They will answer all of your questions and hang out with you and love on your pet and complement how great they are. Even if they're a little bit overly rambunctious and kind of annoying.. thank you guys you're my bet from here on out.

Petwell was able to get us in, perform a full exam, and update his vaccinations very quickly. And they were very nice and accommodating. I would definitely use them again.

Experiencia fantástica: I like the convenience of the clinic being walkin only. I bring my cats here for routine shots. Recently, my oldest cat got a sinus infection and I was able to get him in to see the vet that day. I got antibiotics and was in and out quickly. Staff is always super friendly. I have recommended this place to family and friends and will continue to be a customer.
