The other clinic was able to read the analysis and told my mom what was wrong but it was too late . The dog had kidney failure

You will have to wait in the car for about 1-1.5 hrs but they are upfront about it and they do let you know it is a first come, first serve approach. I think they want avoid issues with multiple dogs waiting on waiting areas (which make sense). My dog suffered of IVDD and they shared the XRAYs, gave her pain medication and share information for specialist.

Experiencia fantástica: We have been going to this veterinary longer than I can remember but when they treat your animals, you know it was done right..and if they are not able to treat the animals they know other veterinary that are able...well..I will share a story of a cat that had a combination fracture, bones are sticking out of her back leg ..I brought her to doctor Amares and she knew she wasn't capable but she knew another doctor Cann...he sent us to verge..but before I made it to doctor Amares others we're telling me to put her down or cut her leg off..well..after several doctor visits and appointments..thank you doctor Amares..there is a cat named car wreck. This doctor is magical and full of Interesting facts..what amazed me the most is when I brought in car wreck doctor Amares could tell that the cat had just had kittens and then she knew how to speak with me..many years back i had injury that knocked me out and I woke up with a TBI and these folks at this clinic always take excellent care of my animals and me..I leave knowing my animals are in above and beyond fantastic care and the affordable..I guess best way to describe the experience is it like a nice warm hug ..thank you Doctor Amares for finding your calling in life and answering the call with such grace and tenaciously ...thank you and God bless all of them

My sister brought her chihuahua due to her showing to be in pain. We didn't know what was wrong with her she waited from 12 - 3pm to be seen. They tried to do X-rays on her but where unable to as she would scream in pain when touched. So they just gave her pain medicine and sent her back home and said to come back in 7 days for the X-rays. The next day she passed away. They were so dismissive, didn't even make any recommendations didn't say what could possibly be wrong with her. They were no help seems like they just wanted to get to the next appointment. We regret so much taking her here trusting these ppl with her. We are devastated by this loss. They are so careless and unprofessional

Experiencia negativa: MY DOG DIED BECAUSE NORTH LOOP PET CLINIC FAILED TO DO ITS JOB. The clinic is dangerously disorganized, and the staff demonstrated a level of incompetence that cost my dog her life. This was not a minor mistake—it was a catastrophic failure of care. My dog was given liquid lasix for a heart condition, but when she needed a refill, I was not provided with one. I called North Loop Pet Clinic every day for a week while my dog suffered, repeatedly requesting prescribed medication. Each time, I was told it was unavailable. On one occasion, I was told it was ready for pickup—only to be told in person that it was not. I was then instructed to order the medication through their website. Days later, the order was canceled and labeled “backordered.” When I called to request a written prescription so I could obtain the medication elsewhere, I was told they “couldn’t provide one.” I asked if a partner clinic could help and was instead told to book another appointment—at additional cost. The last time I called, the ineptitude of staff members was clear. I was told that it was available giving me hope, but after asking if they were sure, the person went to go check themselves and came back apologizing saying it was not available. I asked to be notified immediately when it became available and was assured I would be called. Thirty minutes later, my sibling called and was told by another person that the medication WAS available. We rushed to pick it up, but by then, the damage to my dog’s health was irreversible. My dog died after days of delays, misinformation, and disorganization. This clinic’s failures directly contributed to her suffering and death. If you care about your pet and expect competent, reliable medical care, go elsewhere.

Experiencia negativa: Very disorganized. I went to go pick up medicine and the helper said it was not available. Later, we found out that they did have our medicine. Our dog died because of that mistake. Get better organized staff members.

Experiencia negativa: I’ve been coming to this clinic for well over 17 years, but since the long-time male vet left, the overall experience has declined significantly. Clients are now required to wait outside - in cars, on aluminum chairs, or have pets crated. This is stressful and impractical, especially for anyone using rideshares, and honestly confusing. If clients aren’t allowed inside, having them wait outside in an even more uncomfortable and chaotic environment makes little sense, particularly with sick or anxious pets. Care quality now also feels like a gamble. The vet assistant we had today, Cassandra, was dismissive, often inaccurate when taking down information, and ultimately unhelpful. I had to correct what she documented multiple times. Despite clearly stating, both verbally and in writing, that I was concerned about possible Parvo, we were initially placed in a regular exam room. When we were later told we had to move to a Parvo-designated room, I asked if we could first do the Parvo test I had requested (a quick 10-minute test) so my dogs wouldn’t be unnecessarily exposed if the results were negative. I made it clear that I suspected Parvo - but am not a veterinarian - and the request not to expose MY pups to Parvo seems logical given that we were already in the regular room. That request was denied. The Parvo test which was run later indeed did come back negative, meaning my dogs were placed in the Parvo room unnecessarily. The vet seems "good (for lack of a better word at the moment) enough", but she's very quick with the pets and the pet's owners, and most certainly relies much too heavily on the assistants. I mean it makes sense in order to get more patients in, but I feel that each patient gets robbed a bit in order to accomodate more. Pricing was also inconsistent. I was told the visit would be $113 total including SubQ fluid for one pup at $15. After meeting with the vet and receiving the SubCutaneous fluid, I asked Cassandra if there were any cleaning wipes for my bag or belongings before leaving. She said no. Just for kicks, I then asked if even a rag with diluted bleach could be provided. The answer was still no. Upon check out, I also requested Cerenia tablets which were quoted at an additional $25, yet my final bill was $166, with no real explanation beyond reading what Cassandra had written. I do want to acknowledge Jessica, another staff member, who was kind, proactive, and genuinely helpful while I was struggling with my dogs upon being called in twice because they could not locate our records. She took the time to help me and even taught me a safer way to leash them. Her care stood out. While this clinic still charges less than many others, between the lack of a normal waiting room, inconsistent care, unclear billing, and uncertainty about who you’ll get, this may be our last visit.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been coming to this veterinary clinic since 2007, and the care the veterinarians provide has always been top notch. They consistently get it right, showing genuine care and passion for what they do. Even though I now drive quite a distance to get here, I trust them completely with my pets and wouldn't go anywhere else. I actually don't mind waiting in my car, for the most part smooth and organize process once you learn you have to sign in and then they call you on your phone. The young gentleman at the front desk always has a great attitude and helps make every visit pleasant. Thank you to the entire team for your continued professionalism and compassion!

After spending thousands at Emergency Vets, this doctor and her amazing team have found efficient and effective solutions to save the lives of animals at an extremely affordable price. Yes, you will have to wait. Yes, the building is old. BUT they’ve got all they need to get the job done and I would highly recommend giving them a chance.

Experiencia fantástica: This Veterinarian got it right. The Vet is professional, personable and quick. Staff members are knowledgeable, explain everything and very kind. The clinic doesn't have a website, is not in an upper end area or fancy in any way. Instead, it is quite adequate for the needs of the Vet, her staff and her patients. The outside is maintained well enough and inside is clean with spacious exam rooms. This practice is run differently than any I've seen before in that no appointments are made, clients sign in upon arrival and wait in their cars until called by phone. It's actually better that way. Our "kiddos"were quite comfortable and more relaxed than they would have been in a waiting room for 2 hours. It actually went by quickly because I was able to spend that time catching up on some online chores. With such a practical approach to meeting the needs of patients, I'd imagine that's why the cost is reasonable while not jeopardizing quality care. I am certainly keeping this Vet as my primary. This one does her job well and for the right reasons. The whole experience of this clinic was a good one and made me feel good about the attention to care my babies did and will receive for as long as it's there. Many thanks to the Veterinarian and staff members! Update ... Took the puppies in for booster shots & update our boy's vaccinations. As always, the staff were professional, friendly and thorough. Our dogs love them & weren't afraid of anything as opposed to other Vet clinics before transferring. I can't say enough for this awesome group of animal care providers. I know I don't have to second guess the care & treatment my babies receive here & I don't have the worry of costs being outside my budget either. That is priceless to me.

The manager informed me that it was a privately owned business and dismissed my concerns about my experience, stating that my review or social media presence didn't matter. After receiving a call indicating I still had an hour wait ahead, I decided to step out for a quick meal just five blocks away. However, I was later told that if I didn’t return within five minutes, I would be skipped. The staff on the phone were quite rude and unprofessional, ultimately refusing to assist me with my sick dog. I strongly recommend seeking care at a different clinic.

Communication and health checks have always been thorough and safe for our babies (2 generations now). We very much appreciate the knowledge and care from the veterinarians who have taken care of us all these years. Excellent expertise and care! It is also not lost on us that the entire staff has great experienced and are loyal team members who have been here for many years who are also super caring and attentive. Experiencia fantástica: I recently visited the clinic after finding out my foster dog I am planning on adopting has heart worms. I was told the treatment for this sweet girl would be around $600-$700. Well, that’s quite a bit of money for anyone to come up with quickly and I was broken hearted that this Girl would be put in a shelter and possibly lost in the system if i surrendered her back to the rescue for treatment, . We live in Waller, but my husband called the clinic and they told him to bring her in and they could treat her more affordably. Well, they were right! I’m so excited to say I was able to get her started on treatment and also brought my puppy in for his shots while I was there. It is definitely unconventional from what I’m used to, but I didn’t mind the short wait in my truck, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. I’m thankful for them as I’m now able to keep my new girl and get her treated without breaking the bank. I’ll happily return here for future services as I don’t mind a little inconvenience to help save quite a bit of money. Having 4 dogs and 9 cats can get a little expensive and it’s awesome to have an affordable option to keep them all happy and healthy. Thank y’all, Alfred and I will be back soon for his next round of puppy shots!

Experiencia negativa: I am writing this review with a heavy heart after witnessing the absolutely unacceptable treatment my friend’s dog received at North Loop Pet Clinic. What should have been a routine visit turned into a nightmare that ultimately led to the tragic loss of a beloved pet. From the moment we walked into the clinic, the lack of professionalism and care was glaringly obvious. The staff seemed disinterested and untrained, treating our urgent concerns as mere inconveniences. When my friend’s dog displayed serious symptoms, the vet on duty failed to provide any viable solutions or even a clear diagnosis. Instead, we were given vague reassurances and minimal assistance. To make matters worse, when it became clear that the situation was dire, not a single staff member suggested or referred us to an emergency veterinary center. This lack of urgency and poor judgment is inexcusable and ultimately cost my friend’s dog its life. It’s terrifying to think that a place meant to care for animals could be so negligent. This clinic is a disservice to pet owners and their animals. If you truly care about your furry family members, do yourself a favor and take them anywhere but here. Our experience here was not just disappointing; it was devastating. There are plenty of competent clinics out there that prioritize the well-being of animals. This one is not among them. Save yourself the heartache and find a place that actually knows how to care for pets.

Spent 2 1/2 hours waiting in line along with a couple dozen other customers for them to open but by 9am nobody showed up so we all left. This is a good vet clinic but do not tell us you’re going to open on a particular day then have all of us drive out and wait in line for so long only to find out that you’re closed. That’s bad for business and not being considerate of your customers.

The wonderful puppy stages, the in betweens, her senior years and now the ending stages of life.... It's a great vet, affordable and she is the only vet I trust. Its definitely the best vet in H-Town... Even when I moved to Spring I did the drive.... Whenever my fur baby got randomly sick on the road I would schedule in for Houston passing a million vets across the US to make it home to Houston because she is the only vet that I trust... You will not be disappointed at all... Nothing but great things to say but soon my baby will be crossing the rainbow due to aging and heart failure the past four years and I owe it to this wonderful veterinarian that my fur baby was blessed with 17 long spoiled yrs of life.. I pray that we can keep counting but I understand life isn't forever but having a vet so knowledgeable makes the road a bit easier ...

Experiencia negativa: Very rude bald male at the front desk. The other staff seems to have manners and the ability to speak kindly to people. I see from other reviews that he seems to be an ongoing issue but nothing will be done about it. I was told I couldn't enter with my elderly father but see multiple people with their pets in exam rooms. Definitely taking my father's pet to a different location next time. They don't allow seating in the waiting room. Where do patrons wait if they ride the bus or use a service like Uber/Lyft? This place has gone down from when it opened years back.

Experiencia positiva: Arrived at 7:44 am was seen at 11:21 am on a Saturday. I arrived parked my car in the line got off and checked in walked back to my car all in approximate time so my car wasn't unattended for a long period. Wait in the car line then park in a small parking lot and wait till they call your cell phone to ask you to come in. I had came here years ago back in 2011 and I remember being the same vet. And it seem like they have a one vet and her team. My reason for going was my dog was having really bad allergy skin itchy and hives Cytopoint ( allergy shot) $157 Consult fee :$25 Total: $182 What we spoke about: these are estimates Blood work was $140 ~ $160 Apoquel oral allergy pills for $40 ish Hartgard $ 70 Pros • inexpensive • doesn't sugar coat - tries to provide the cheapest option • consistent • wait in your car Cons • no appointments - 1st come 1st serve • size of parking • long wait times Take away - the clinic in it self trys to provide quick and cheap service. Therefore if you want a more personalized vet experience I would suggest going to a different vet. Do your research about your animals symptoms if you think it's a small common issue this vet will help you save money it's it's a more serious issue I would recommend going elsewhere

Eric and Kasaundra were fantastic with my two big dogs, and then we got to see Dr. Mares, who knew exactly what to do and got us taken care of fast and friendly! Experiencia negativa: Very terrible customer service, the vet is absolutely horrible. They were insisting that my dog had parvo even after 3 negative tests, they refused to actually look for an underlying cause. I went to another vet and turns out the puppy had acute kidney failure.

Experiencia fantástica: OMG, it's such a blessing to find an affordable, caring and attentive vet/staff. Especially when you're on a budget. I was so worried that I wouldn't be able to afford to take care of my pet dog. While it may be up to a two hour wait it is definitely worth the wait. They are very efficient, professional, courteous and work hard throughout the day to help service your pets needs/issues. They do have a check in process, one parks in back of the line of vehicles located on Reid Street. Park your vehicle, then walk inside the clinic to check in by writing your information on the sign in list. Then return to your vehicle following the line of vehicles until it's your turn to park in the clinics parking lot. Then the staff will call you on the phone number you provided when it's your turn to be seen. Bring water/drinks/snacks for you and your pets just in case . Mine loves to drink water.

Experiencia fantástica: Always a great place to go if you need to take your pet to a clinic for a routine visit or minor heath issues. Low cost services and very clean. It may not look great from the outside or even the inside but it's a very reputable place. Been using this place for about 11 yrs. Some workers are still there. Always polite and knowledgeable. This vet was the only one that caught our dogs hypothyroidism. I drive a good hour to get there. No appointment is needed. In car waiting after sign in. Has a small parking lot so arrive early because this place is popular. It's worth the wait. They can offer references if needed.

Experiencia negativa: All the doctors and techs are nice, understanding, and competent-so I'm sorry they have to be a part of this low review. For years I've seen a bald man mistreat customers-speaking to them in an extremely rude way. I thought maybe they deserved it, but that was until I finally got to see what he gets angry about. I now firmly believe he finds any reason to belittle customers. I've heard he is the doctor's brother, so I'm assuming that's why he hasn't been fired, but he is hurting the clinic's reputation. It seems he has anger issues and takes advantage of people seeking affordable health care for their pets. So first, I get inside because it's our turn (if you come here, you know parking is very limited and you must wait outside the facility, in your car, with your pet. Everyone lines up according to the order in which you show up.) And then he asks for the address to pull up our file. Well he can't find it and then tells us with an attitude that he doesn't have it. Which is confusing because how is that the our fault. Shouldn't they have their files organized. THEN he yelled at some lady for trying to sign in! He screamed at this lady for leaving her vehicle to sign her pet in! She was in front of me in the car line so I tell them this and he says "no" that she needed to go back outside, move her vehicle and get in the back. Ya'll, everyone does this, everyone leaves their vehicle to sign up-it's not that serious. I overheard him tell someone that he was going to call the police. All this left a bad taste in my mouth because now I'm wondering what will happen next time. Absolutely not, I will be going somewhere else.

Experiencia fantástica: I normally don't give reviews but I can't stop thinking how wonderful my 1st experience visiting North Loop Pet Clinic. The service was fast and inexpensive. Customer service was just over the top EXCELLENT. I came from my normal vet clinic on N. Shepherd and I get there on time for them to tell me that the doctors haven't went to lunch yet and It wont be until 3pm for immunizations pets to be seen. I asked if i was the first one to be seen on the list and they told me I had 5 people ahead of me, "Oh wow!. So i wrote my name and number on the list and I went back to my car and started to google vet clinics in the area and ran across North Loop. I called them to ask if appointments are needed, and if not, is there's a wait and he said it will be less than an hour, ok cool. I was extremely happy, especially with 3 toy poodles in which we drove from Crosby, Tx. I got there and signed in, and less than 15 minutes I received a call to bring my fur babies in. The staff was so nice and friendly, and they even gave me free samples of heart worm & flea prevention for each of my fur babies. That was very thoughtful of the nurse that saw me. I have now found my forever home vet clinic for all 8 of my fur babies. 6 Toy Poodles, and 2 Cane Corso's. The price was unbelievable GREAT. My regular vet charges $45 for each pet for what I needed, when North Loop had a better price packages of $29 vaccine package for each pet, plus some extra things I needed for my babies was a GREAT price for my budget. Oh, I forgot to mention that my regular vet clinic never called me when it was my turn. Lol, but sad all at the same time.. Welp, they surely lost my business. Experiencia negativa: I have been coming here for over 4 years for my dogs and have never had a problem before today. And today I took my three cats to get looked at because one of them had been vomiting all morning. I arrived there at 8:00 and ended up leaving at 11:30 or so... After I waited to be attended. I decided I needed food because after being there for 3 hours you can imagine I got hungry. So, I left and got a call that I had 5 mins to get there, or else they would not allow me to get a check up for my cats. Of course, I run to the clinic and I was only about 4 1/2 mins late and got denied a check up. When they said I had 5 mins to arrive.... Which I did in 4-1/2 mins.... I understand they are "busy" they always are. However, I did get there in 4-1/2 mins, so there was no reason they should of denied me. As you can imagine anyone would be pissed off after waited 3 hours not to be helped. So, with that being said I will no longer come here. Full offense, but this veterinary is mediocre. It is a low quality place, it smells awful inside. But hey it was good for me at the time 4 years ago and definitely for shots sure, and it is cheap and affordable. But overall with this experience I will never come here again. All because they did not want to take me in for those 30 secs I had left. (:

Experiencia positiva: It's a good veterinary clinic. Bring a book. The wait is always long. No appointments, first come first served and you wait in your car after signing in. The parking lines up down the street most days. Only once have I been there when the cars were all in the parking lot. Despite all that, the clinic is clean, and everyone there is kind and knowledgeable. Good care at an affordable price.

Waiting is a big part, but you can either have expensive and have an appointment or cheaper and wait. This place saved our cat awhile back (who is currently still alive) and for way cheaper than what another vet would have charged.

Experiencia positiva: Extremely dirty place. BUT they do take care of your pets for much less than any other pet clinic. Another downside is that they close at 4 and are closed Thursdays and Sundays.

Experiencia negativa: Our dog was seen for ultra sound. My husband was asked if we wanted heart worm test, which he DECLINED for some reason, our dog was still tested for heart worms against our consent. The staff is unprofessional and inconsiderate. At the checkout the bill was over $200, when we dispute the charge for heart worm test, they said "it was done" so we just have to pay?? What if I didn't have enough to cover? Instead of trying to work with the customer and see that the staff made a mistake, and not charge. I just don't feel like it was right. That's why I'm posting this review. I'm never returning.

Experiencia fantástica: Very affordable Pet Clinic. Small place, but they're quick and efficient. You park, check-in, then wait in your car until they call you letting you know that its your turn. Only the animal, and 1 owner is allowed inside the clinic. But I do recommend it, if you have a pet, and would like the vaccines at a lower cost.

Experiencia positiva: I got here on a Friday at 7 am and there are already 9 cars in line waiting for the clinic to open. There is no appointments so wait times are long no matter the day of the week. The staff is friendly and helpful in answering any questions you may have. My mother has been bringing all her pets here for the past 8-10 years and I've gotten my cats vaccinated here for the past couple years. Their prices are very low for the consult and medications as well as xrays. If you font mind the wait this place is worth it but there has also been times I've waited over 5 hours to get seen. This place is always packed.

Experiencia negativa: So about a month ago, my wife took our cat to this place for a minor injury. They cleaned the wound,did bloodwork and Gave him a couple of "antibiotic"shots... Then they told us that he was good and had a healthy weight. A couple of weeks later he started losing weight and wasn't eating, drinking or even having a bowel movement. We took him back... (and of course had to wait forever) and we were told that he was dying of kidney failure. He died a week later. Strange thing is, we don't usually take him here but only did so because we were told that the prices were a lot cheaper than the pet clinic we usually go to. And the other clinic did blood work too and never found anything serious. I think they misdiagnosed my cat and/or gave him the wrong type of medication. If you love your pets, I implore you, steer clear of this place, cheap or not.

I brought my puppy here they told me had the flu and gave me medicine however my puppy coughing didn’t get better. I brought him back two weeks later they tried to give me more medication and try to put him in a respiratory thing to help him breath although my puppy breathe fine

Experiencia negativa: No parking, yet they want you to stay in your car and sign in and wait until they call you on your cell phone. But no one comes out to your car to have you sign in!! You have to somehow find a place to park your car and then walk inside to sign in... then it takes a day and a half for them to call you, but by then ur halfway home because you've been waiting for over 2 or more hours. They trick you into staying and waiting this long because their prices are so low, but remember that you get what you pay for!!! So, is it worth waiting so long with bad customer service just so you can save a few dollars? For me it's not, and for my dog, she's worth more than that.....

They want you present when they give the shots. Never treated so unfairly in my life. Day ruined, nothing was done, out the gas money after 15 yrs a loyal client. They don't care about you or your pet. My Yorkie was left in a cage and couldn't use the bathroom. Awful

Experiencia positiva: This is where my dad wanted to take his puppy, I was reluctant due to the distance from his home. However, the vet and assistant vet were amazing and the price was unbeatable. The wait was 90 minutes on our first visit and 3 1/2 hours on our follow up visit a week later. Please let me know if you are interested in streamlining your processes, especially the checking-in/parking and reducing wait time for your customers. This is what I do for a living and I offer my services free as a volunteer, because what you do for the community is important. Please reply to this comment with the name of the person to contact, preferably, the doctor in charge.

Just keep in mind that with their services being walk ins only it will go based on first come first serve. So I'd suggest going in as early as you can if you don't want to wait for a long time.

Experiencia fantástica: Updated 11/22'. Nothing but exceptional service from everyone. The vet techs and the front desk staff are always professional. They move quick but once you are in the room, you have one-on-one attention given to you and your pets. Their low prices allow us to give preventative care to our babies so do right for your pet and be thankful places and people like them exist. I've been going here since 2009 and Dr. Mares has taken care of all my babies. I euthanized my last baby today but they will forever be my vet clinic. RIP Johnny

Experiencia fantástica: This place is a treasure to the community. Quality care, friendly staff, efficient system, and affordable prices. The most knowledgeable vet I've had the pleasure of working with. The vet techs are also highly knowedgable and comforting. The whole team is awesome. I started coming here for a feral cat, and realized the vet here is so much more knowledgeable then my more expensive vet, so I've actually started using them more with other pets as well. We had a cat with an ear problem that the more expensive vet made worse with antibiotics, brought her here and they had her getting better quickly. The low price means we get to help more feral cats, as we have many in our neighborhood and more seem to be coming from some sort of kitty vortex I will say you will have to wait here. There are no appointments, you come and wait. Usually 1-2 hours if you get here at open. However, you get to wait in your car, and they get you in and out quickly, and have an efficient system. I am thankful and appreciative of the whole staff here: from the checkin people, to the front desk and assistants, to the vets. All excellent people who seem to love what they do

Experiencia fantástica: The first time GG referred me to this place, it was very far away but the staff are awesome that I forgot the long drive and horrible traffic. I have five dogs and I don't mind the drive. They are reasonable and professional and caring staff. The price is right for someone like me who is on a budget but wants the best for my 4-legged. I wish they provide surgical procedures and grooming. Keep up the good work guys!!!!!

The staff are really nice and very knowledgeable of their products. The parking can be a bit overturning, but worth it. Since Covid the wait has been longer, but only because of well placed Covid precautions. I will wait for excellent service. Of course, you can always go to a regular high priced, ride staffed, cold doctor. Not me, I love this place.

I appreciate that they were willing to take a first time client walk in. But we couldn't tolerate the wait. I waited about 20 minutes before I gave up.

If you do decide to go though, make sure to follow these steps: first, don’t go in through the exit, go around the block and enter from the back. If there is a line of cars, you will have to leave your car in the line and go inside and check in, otherwise you will be skipped. I’ve waited up to two hours in my car before being called in.

The way they charge you is very understandable and clear, they don’t include hidden fees and you pay for the price they tell you at first. As a pet owner I’ve had the upsetting appointment in other clinics by the time I had to pay, but here you feel safe. The staff is really helpful if you have any doubts, and are very professional. They are honest about what the pet needs, which means they don’t invent the things your pet need in order to charge you more for dumb things and services. Couldn’t be happier with them and their honest services.

The parking lot is small and you may have to park on the street if you go during busy hours. Unless it's a necessity, avoid Saturdays; it's a long line and even longer wait. While the care you get is just as great on any day, your best bet is to go between 1p-3p on a weekday. (Little to no wait)
