Experiencia fantástica: Our dog has chronic ear infections/allergies, Dr. Anderson is the only vet that hasn’t prescribed the same antibiotic each time we are in. They change the plan of care when a treatment isn’t working, which I really appreciate. I have not seen this type of adaptability at other vet practices…she also prescribed Chinese medicine the first time we were in which I loved.

Experiencia negativa: Hey all, I try not to leave reviews unless they're really good or really bad. I don't like leaving bad reviews but the experience we had here was truly terrible. The vet almost killed our cat. Not only did we struggle to speak to actual vets (they'll largely run you through the assistants who seemed to have little info and had to keep going back to check with the vet anyway) but we always had to wait for ages (think 30 to 40 minutes) when we went in for a scheduled appointment. Service aside, that wasn't even the major issue. Our cat had begun losing weight. We took her in to see if there was something wrong and they immediately put her on thyroid and kidney meds, sold us a bunch of food (that she threw up), gave her injections, and a couple of other medications. She spent the next week almost catatonic (like a different animal) then she started pooping straight mucus blood. She looked and I suspect was near death (we sat up through the night with her as she could not hold food in, she pooped and threw up at the same time). I stopped all medications. The improvement was rapid and clearly indicated the medications had been the problem. I called the vet multiple times to try to see what was going on (Of course they'd never speak to me, just the assistants who had no idea)—she's a small, thin cat--had they given her too much? Was she allergic to something? Turns, out if you Google the thyroid medication it's HARD on animals, more like an end of life med which she was nowhere near needing. They tried to tell us to get back on the meds. I refused as the difference had been night and day—she'd nearly died on the medications. The thyroid medications are immensely damaging just research it. They also never told us there is a cure for thyroid treatment (because they don't offer it -- radioactive iodine -- some vets in Florida do. Look it up). I am still stymied that they managed to nearly kill my cat. she went from skinny and picky to almost dead. Not only that but they wanted to xray her after for another $500 - $700 for no reason once i'd stopped the meds -- we told them she did not eat random things and I said no. She is back to eating normally (and is much healthier) and is not an a slew of subscription medications. We have a much better vet who promptly told us having seen this vet's results, that they would not have put her on the medications they did. We gave them the FULL lab results. Think twice before you head here. It will be EXPENSIVE. You won't be seen on time. You won't get to speak to the vet. And they'll likely make you buy prescription food and put your poor pet on medications it doesn't need. Truly appalled.

My dog has had a quite a few problems as he’s gotten older but they have always been quickly taken care of thanks to them. Everyone is very kind and caring. I highly recommend bringing your pets here!

Experiencia fantástica: The only vet clinic I’ve ever been to that actually feels like a home! Being able to walk right into a room instead of waiting in a communal room also brings down the anxiety of my pup!

Experiencia positiva: They’re a nice clean clinic, a little on the pricier side but they can typically get you in for an appointment fairly soon. My only thing is they call, email, and text A LOT. With one upcoming appointment, expect at least 5-6 messages/emails/and calls. Oh and if you don’t respond back to their automated text with the letter C two days before your appt, they give up your appointment to someone else. Oh and they’re not open on Saturdays and Sundays and close at 530 on a Friday which is inconvenient for working professionals.

The staff handled my baby with such love. Dr Anderson was so thorough, I was left with no questions after the consult. They operated on my baby and were able to remove the tumors, staff called me 4 times post surgery to check in on her. Very grateful and happy with my experience from start to finish. Recommending to all my family and friends.

Explains everything and price in advance, and follows up after every visit to ensure everything is going well. A few years ago Dr. Bert saved my labradors life. His spleen ruptured and she knew very quickly. We rushed him for emergency surgery and happy to report 3 years later he’s still alive and well at 14 and a 1/2. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with the care of my dogs! Thanks Dr. Bert!

The clinic is very clean, decorated well, and friendly. Dr. Erica Nuremberg is absolutely phenomenal. She is very detailed, pleasant, and caring. She spends plenty of time and ensures that all questions are answered. It gives me such ease to know that my sweet puppy is under her care. I have even said to her that I wish I could find more human doctors that are as wonderful and patient as her. Dr. Bert, who I have only met once is also amazing! She spent so much time during my visit recently. She was very patient and informative. You could tell that she definitely has a passion for what she does. She also performed my dog’s neuter procedure recently and he healed nicely! All of the technicians that I have interacted with over the past eight months have also been amazing. Brittany is always pleasant when I need to schedule appointments. Jessica, the technician was great during my dogs neuter procedure. Chris has always been great and very personable during visits. Lisa and Joanna have been wonderful. Truthfully…everybody I’ve interacted with at 4 Paws has been so kind. I wish I remembered everybody’s names! I highly recommend 4 Paws Animal Clinic to everybody! They will take good care of your doggie!

My King Charles Cavalier, Henry, needed an emergency visit and I was able to be see by 10:00 a.m. this morning. Dr. Anderson was brilliant (as usual) and all the staff were so friendly and kindhearted. Henry rested this afternoon and was even up for his evening walk! He’s on the mend - I’m so grateful for everyone at 4 PAWS!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I told Dr. Bert that I credit her with providing our senior cat with extra years of life. Three other clinics had mentioned some of our cat's test numbers bordered on requiring medication, but stayed in their lanes as indicated by the results. Dr. Bert thought out of the box and suggested trying to treat the condition even though the test results remained within parameters. It worked in a few months, the condition hasn't returned, and that was at lest four years ago.

She knows her stuff, always diagnose and treat my dogs correctly. She is kind, friendly, professional and very smart. I really appreciate her and the care she provides to all my babies, Nina, Steph, Jana, Bianca, Calypso, Lenny, Bella, Milo and Prince. The office is beautiful and always very clean. Just recently Dr. Nuremberg saw one of my dogs and I am so happy to say she provided excellent care just like Dr. Anderson. 4 Paws is truly a blessing and I want to thank you all, the owner, the vets and the staff for taking great care of my babies.

Experiencia negativa: If you have a dog that is of a bigger breed then this is not the vet for you. They dont seem comfortable with large dogs which shows to me a lack of experience and unprofessionalism. We finally made the decision to leave this vet based off of poor communication. We would get a call from a tech or front desk person saying one thing and by the time we come in we are told something different. As someone who works in healthcare, this is unacceptable. To some people dogs are just animals but to me and my family our dog is everything and should be treated as Such. Another thing that is important to note about this place is they don’t have respect for people’s time. They will schedule an appointment and then call you the day of the appointment informing you the tech will be leaving early so can you come in earlier than your appointment. If you can’t then they can’t see you that day, which is extremely upsetting. My last point to review is their lack of awareness on financial aspects. We call ahead and get estimates because vet bills can be pricey. We don’t mind paying for our dog especially when it comes to his health. My problem is when a tech verbally tells you on the phone that a pee screening is included and will be free because we paid for the other labs the day before and when you come in they try to charge you money it’s ridiculous. Overall this vet, was my worst experience as a dog owner of 3 and I wouldn’t want to put another pet parent through this.

The adorable office and friendly staff give it a small town feel, but they bring big time care! The vets are extremely knowledgeable and capable and take the time to discuss treatment options and answer questions with pet owners. I trust them completely with the care of our senior dog!

I tried booking Banfield and Winter Park Veterinary Clinic first and the wait time was 5 days not acceptable. My Abby had an abdominal infection and needed care. I can't begin to explain the relief I felt with Chris and the entire team since my first visit last week. Chris is an ABSOLUTE DREAM to have as vet technician. I've NEVER seen Stella SO comfortable with a stranger before, let alone with someone during a vet visit, which is usually terrible and so stressful for both of us. I've truly never seen someone handle my baby as well as Chris. Thank you for your amazing energy and patience!! So grateful I found this team of amazing professionals at 4Paws. The facility is so clean and nice. They kept Stella with me in the room while checking her vitals and still kept her in there with me for most of the procedures that allowed this, which I appreciate SO much guys you have no idea. So much peace of mind. The entire team handled her testing with so much care and love. Dr. Nuremberg was very knowledgeable and attentive to every detail. I'm infinitely grateful I found this place. My baby is a very sweet but anxious cat and vet visits are usually a stressful nightmare, but to my big surprise she loved it! She always seemed calm and well, even curious/playful even if she was a bit uncomfy due to examination. They also always explained everything in detail and provided all estimates for treatment, no hidden charges or intentions to rip you off, which I can't say from other places.. They are all so nice, reassuring and professional, and I can tell they love their patients and want them to be healthy. Don't doubt to bring your pet here. Love 4Paws!

After coming here I am glad I made the switch. The clinic is clean, they separate sick dogs from well dogs which is a must! Vet techs and staff are friendly and the veterinarians are caring and professional. I will recommend 4 Paws Animal Clinic going forward!

I took my Australian Shepherd to 4 Paws Animal Clinic to have her examined for Osteoarthritis and get the new Librela injection to help mitigate her joint pain. Their clinic is unlike any other vet office I have seen. It's extremely clean, comfortable and the interior is chic, modern, and calming. Every staff member made me and my dog feel like we were top priority and the only patient of the day. That is hard to find! Lisa, the manager, and Sara, the vet tech, were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Dr. Anderson was great with my dog and gave great care and suggestions. Would absolutely recommend!

She has been a Veterinarian for 25+ years, and still makes “ House Calls” We have been using her as our Vet, as well as her former Business Partner, her Business Partner since 2002. Experiencia fantástica: Need a Vet for your Pet, Dr. Beckett and the staff at 4 Paws are phenomenal, The Dexter was not looking good, and he was given a tune-up, oil change, a clean bill of health, and out the door. All joking aside, it was touch and go for a minute there, and Dr. Beckett got The Dexter to Go-Go and is way better.
