Experiencia negativa: Update. After being a client for years and bringing two other dogs, 5 in total. Last visit I noticed that I didn’t get a multi oet discount that I never asked for in the past but was offered cause I have multiple pets. Hey an extra $80 in savings is a big deal these times. I asked the clerk if they didn’t offer that anymore and she just looked at me like I was asking for handouts and said they have never offered multi pets discounts and that they don’t give any type of discount whatsoever. Guess what? Found a receipt and read clearly multi pet discount applied and the receipt of the last visit read regular client discount. So I don’t know if she didn’t like me or whatever reason I switched my 5 dogs and a cat to another vet and my brother in law and niece also switched to another veterinary. I never called back cause I didn’t want to activate the Karen mode on that clerk. For the management if you hire new employees tell them to ask question first before applying their own opinion if they don’t know about a subject.

The office is so clean, the front desk people are very friendly and Dr. Alderman has the best bed-side manner ever! I would recommend them to anyone who loves their pet and wants to give them the best care. Their prices are fair and they don’t insist that you keep coming back for follow-ups every month like some other vets. I can’t say enough good things about them!

Experiencia negativa: The fact that they don’t do same day extensive blood work is repulsing. Because of this, my cat passed away. If on Friday 10/6 they would have done same day blood work, my cat would still be alive. For how much you charge, you SHOULD HAVE this type of equipment. Instead, I had to watch my baby die 4 days later from kidney disease and spend almost $3,000 at an emergency vet. He could have possibly been saved ON THE SAME DAY!!!!!!!!! Please do not go here if your animal is super sick. Please

Experiencia fantástica: CFAH was quick to get us in when we called with a concern that appeared to possibly be seizures in our 1 year old GSP. Dr. Alderman was amazing, spent time with us talking through possibilities, and supplying us with medications to help treat an ear infection, while also planning for the possibility it could be a seizure condition. We were lucky that with some additional observation to rule out seizures, but it was a relief to know that we were prepared for everything along the way and what next steps might look like. The staff is always so friendly and it feels like everyone comes out to welcome us anytime our ‘circus’ comes to town. We couldn’t be nearly as successful with our 3 GSPs if it were for the support and care from CFAH.

I drove back the next day so he could end her suffering. Dr. Moja is everything a pet owner wants in a vet; kind and gentle, with decades of experience and no desire to take all your money. He has never failed to correctly diagnose one of my pets. I might go to someone close to where I live to get routine shots for my pets, but I am taking them to Dr. Moja for anything else.

Experiencia negativa: I have been going to this vet clinic for about 1-1/2 years, recommended by a friend. Two weeks ago I dropped my cat just before 8am as they didn’t have any appts for at least a week. She had not been eating much and was sleeping a lot. Around 3pm the Dr called and said she didn’t find anything wrong by doing a physical exam. She said the next step was a blood work. I agreed. Around 4pm they called in to pick her up. Imagine my shock when i was told the bill was $363.00! I asked the receptionist where was the blood work on the list, she said it was listed. No, it wasn’t, there wss a of things the Dr had done plus a ‘Physical Wellness Examination’. I asked her what was it? She said a ‘Physical Wellness’s Exam’. I asked her what was included in that examination, she shrugged her shoulder and got upset, I asked her to please to get the Dr. She got up clearly very upset, went to the back came back 10 seconds later that the Dr was busy. I asked her where was the blood work, she said that examination was the blood work. I said I needed to know what was tested; she pretended again to go to the back, returned with the same excuse. The other receptionist didn’t even try to help. I said that I had never been charged $200 for a blood work and if I had known I wouldn’t have approved. I asked her when would the results be back, in 7-10 days! My previous vet had retired and sold the practice to a Vet clinic; everytime I went I got a different Dr. A friend recommended this place. If I didn’t pay I wouldn’t get my cat. The next day I called and asked to speak to the owner; of course he wasn’t there. I was very upset and explained why I was so upset, mentioned that I am a retired teacher living on SS and retirement. She asked if I wanted to speak to the Dr that examined my cat. I said no, just the owner. That was two weeks ago and I’m still waiting for Dr Mojo’s call. An hr after i called I was contacted that the blood work results arrived and she had an UTI, no signs whatsoever of this. I was informed that it was preferable an antibiotic injection which lasts two wks and the cost is $60 but they were waving it. Well, about 4 days later my cat was back to not eating much and not very active. I wouldn’t doubt it if they gave her a placebo. I would not recommend this vet clinic. Now I will have to look for a new vet and spend more money that I don’t have so I have to use a credit card.

Experiencia negativa: If I could give negative stars I would. For two years my dog suffered with extreme infection in his mouth. Multiple exams were done and I kept being told my dog was fine, just 1 tooth needs to be pulled, and his sneezing, bleeding from the nose and cyst were just allergies. I finally took him to another vet and they did an X-ray. It showed just how bad everything was. Within days of treatment my dog, who has acted like he was on his death bed for years, is now acting like a happy puppy again.

They did not get me alarmed, they took steps beyond my expectations. Dr. Justine Alderman called me and told we their course of action was and they brought Roxy back to 100% health. I can't thank or recommend them enough.
