Fantastic experience: Always “top tier” treatment at Kendall Animal Medical for our boys - Lynx and Aslan. Lynx is a bit of an anxious cat and Aslan a bit of a cuddle fiend, but both personalities get the care they need every time. Much appreciated and gives us great piece of mind.

Fantastic experience: We took our kitten to get neutered and to have his shots. He had amazing care and all the staff were super sweet and friendly. Dr. Javiv called us personally to let us know how the procedure went and came out front to give care instructions when we came to pick our little guy up. Wow! We’ve been coming here for years, but each time we are even more impressed with their professionalism and the quality of care.

Positive experience: I’ve gone to this vet for 3 years and overall good experience but lately the costs have definitely gone way up. the staff is very kind but the wait times are often long with an appointment because people keep bringing in their pets with emergencies into a non-emergency vet clinic when we are there. We end up waiting longer often to get seen. The care my pets have received has been great and everyone’s been very honest and kind.

Fantastic experience: I called in for a last minute appointment on a Sunday for a kitten I found Saturday night and they were able to fit us in. The front desk was amazing and the doctor explained everything and took his time. The tech came in after and went over all my instructions again. Highly recommended and they didn’t break the bank

Fantastic experience: West Kendall Animal Hospital is truly the best veterinary office I’ve been to. The staff are so good with my cats and extremely knowledgeable. It’s hard to find a vet I can trust with my cats but they truly make them feel comfortable and go the extra mile to make sure they are comfortable. Fantastic experience: I can't express how wonderful and magical this clinic turned out to be for me and my family. I took my dog, Felipe, in for an emergency, and they received him quickly and gave him special attention. The doctor was direct and clear with me, giving me the diagnosis I didn't want to hear: Felipe had advanced cancer. They were transparent with all the information, showed me kindness, dried my tears, gave me water, and helped me understand the process of letting go of my pet. When everything was ready for euthanasia, the doctor was in the room the whole time, with my son, Felipe, and me. When Felipe was at rest, they showed me even more understanding and kindness and gave me enough time to cope with his passing. A week later, they called to give me Felipe's ashes in a beautiful box, with a card signed by the clinic staff offering their condolences. And the most beautiful thing was that I was able to have Felipe's handprints engraved both on wood and on paper to frame. Most importantly, they were completely humane, understanding, and treated Felipe with love and dignity as they said their final goodbyes.

Negative experience: I made an appointment at 10am and when I got to the place they were closed and no one was at the office. I waited outside for 15 minutes and three other families came because they had appointments and still no one was there to open the office. They also never answer the phone. Very unprofessional.

Negative experience: Damnn Joke!! Yes people are a joke. Attempt to charge me a $3,600 bill! Stating "Your dog has Pervo". The Jamaican lady (the nurse) face expression was saying "thats not true,"but again, she has to back up the Vet because its her job. They made me stand outside with ky down for a total of 1hr and 25 mins! Did a test and shown me a results thats couldve been from another dog. I called for a refill, due to th3 medication was given in pills. I told them my dog doesn't do good with pills and 3 were wasted. Not they want me to bring him in for a recheck up and spend another $200 dollar??? Place is a JOKE!!! MONEY HUNGRY JOKE They asked me for a survey a review here it is

Fantastic experience: They take amazing care of our animals. I love this vet! We’ve had 2 different vets at this office over a few years and you can tell they’re both animal lovers and genuinely care about the wellbeing of our cats and dog. They actually saved the life of one of our cats, Calvin. Also, they’re easy to schedule with and reception people are super nice too.

Negative experience: New Management and or ownership has destroyed this office. If I can give it negative one stars I would. They overcharge by enormous amounts. An allergy shot I used to get there at $70, they were trying to charge me $185 . I called a separate Vet and asked for a quote and they said it was $90. Go figure I guess they’re overcharging because their office is completely empty so they’re trying to make up for their rent money.

Fantastic experience: My family and I took our beloved dog Abby for a second opinion to Kendall Animal Medical Center. We were seen by vet tech Chris who spoke with us after reviewing Abby’s medical records. He introduced us to Dr. Faria who after reviewing the medical records she immediately suggested that we do an endoscopy to see what Abby had in her stomach. The next day the endoscopy was done at Kendall Point animal hospital,which is also a great facility. A couple of days later we spoke with Dr Faria who suggested we immediately perform surgery to remove a tumor from her stomach. Unfortunately the tumor had in crouched on her esophagus and the surgeon said he could not remove the tumor. At this point we had to make the hardest decision of our lives. Dr Faria aloud my family and I to be with Abby until it was time to say goodbye. Dr Faria and her staff were amazing. Dr Faria had Abby lying in the kennel on top of a blanket and covered with a second blanket just like she loved to do at home. Dr Faria also returned a large portion of the money we had already paid for the surgery. The level of care Abby received was above and beyond I have ever experienced with a veterinary hospital. I definitely recommend Dr Faria her staff and her facility for all your veterinary needs. Once again thank you Dr Faria and your staff for all your support during this difficult time.

Fantastic experience: Very kind and sweet woman at the front desk that did our intake over the phone. We had an emergency with our elderly dog right before closing and they gave us swift attention, and when the doctor realized the problem was more serious, she immediately referred us to an ER close by and even pointed out which one would be the most cost efficient. It was a sad and anxious visit, but the staff has great interpersonal skills and an obvious love for the pets we bring to them. I couldn’t recommend them more.

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough wonderful things about this clinic. Every time something happens with my fur babies, Destini and Dr. Faria are right there to comfort me and reassure me that my pups will be okay. They truly care, not just about my dogs, but about me as a pet parent. From the warm welcome when I walk in to the gentle care they give until the moment we leave, I always know my dogs are in loving, capable hands. I live in Weston, but I gladly drive all the way to Kendall because there’s no one I trust more than Destini and Dr. Faria to care for my babies. They’re family to us.

Fantastic experience: It’s not easy finding a place where we feel truly comfortable bringing our pets when they’re unwell. We’ve been coming to this Animal Medical Center for years, and once again, the team exceeded our expectations. This week alone, we had to bring our dog in twice (Wednesday and Saturday) due to something he ate. Each time, he was seen right away, and we were clearly informed about his condition, the necessary treatment, and how to care for him at home. Yesterday, Chris went above and beyond to make us feel at ease with our dog’s Dx. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly and even showed me the X-rays, which I really appreciated. Thank you for always providing such compassionate and professional care.

Fantastic experience: My cat Conan had reached the point of no return. It was suspected but unknown to me at the time. I knew he was very ill, but I couldn’t seem to get a diagnosis . . . until Dr. Faria came along In one visit she took an X-ray, showed me the multiple issues Conan had from which she, in total honesty, told me he would very likely never recover, and that he was suffering. I needed her honesty to be able to let him go. The staff are wonderful, compassionate, and kind also. I am so grateful and would highly recommend Kendall Animal Center for the needs of your pets.

Negative experience: We have gone to this vet for my mother’s dogs. One of her dogs passed away and they were not sensitive to the situation. It was very cold and when I heard the doctor on the phone with the receptionist he was rude cursing about the dog. Very disappointed

Negative experience: I had to euthanize my cat in this place, being a very sensitive issue because it was my pet and my children's for more than 10 years, we paid for the private cremation service to have the ashes of our cat and not a portion of different pets as is the regular service, they told us that in 1 week we would have the remains in an urn with the name and fingerprint of my cat, today after 3 weeks I do not receive any call from them, I called 4 different times during the last 3 weeks and they do not give me a solution telling me to call the cremation company directly, which I refused because I did not make the contract with them but with the veterinarian, today I have no guarantee that this veterinary company has an adequate process, since as a client I did not receive correct treatment and after this I doubt that the treatment my pet received before euthanasia was correct or that they have a correct and humane procedure, I have spent more than 3000 dollars in this veterinarian for the final treatment and euthanasia of my pet, today I completely doubt their Professionalism and procedures. I will ask the Miami-Dade County District for a full audit of this veterinary clinic and its procedures, and I reserve the right to take legal action.

Fantastic experience: Love the doctor and the staff! Everyone is always so nice and they're wonderful with my Roxy. Joy and Yumi are definitely an asset to this office as well. Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience at this facility. I arrived at 9:30 AM for my 10:00 AM appointment, as I was traveling from the Keys and anticipated heavier traffic. Upon arrival, the staff informed me that it was fine to be early and placed me in a consultation room. However, I ended up waiting until 10:30 AM for shots that took only a few seconds, despite being the only customer there. Additionally, I do not reside in the area and had explicitly stated that I did not need the Miami-Dade intact rabies verification just the rabies shot. As long with several other services, yet I was still charged for them. This was by far the worst experience I have had at a veterinary clinic, and I will be advising others against bringing their pets here.

Positive experience: All the staff here are attentive and nice. I went with my one year old Maltese to treat an issue on his paw for the 1st time about 6 weeks ago. Dr's thought it was allergy related. After a month, I went back because it did not improve. Come to figure out this weekend, he had a rubber band camouflaged under his fur that we couldn't see. The Dr's missed it and I didn't catch it until a scab came loose. Even with the misdiagnosis, they took good care of me when I went for them to remove the band. Luckily, no surgery was necessary.

Negative experience: Called them to let them know I’m looking for a new vet and requested prices on vaccines and was told vaccine prices can’t be given over the phone. Which is absolutely ridiculous. People have to know pricing before deciding to take their pet to a vet. A vaccine quote is based on age and weight. They have no issue wasting your time to book an apt to then give you the pricing once you’re there. I’ve called many vet clinics in the Kendall area and everyone has given me prices. Not sure what the secrecy is with this place.

Fantastic experience: I came to this location based on a friend’s recommendation, and I’m so glad I did. My dog suffers from seizures, and after a terrible experience at another vet clinic (Banfield), where they refused to provide the medication my pet needed, I decided to give this place a try. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with kindness and professionalism. The doctor was incredibly helpful, taking the time to thoroughly explain my dog’s condition, the treatment plan, and the medication. They prescribed and administered the medicine right away, which immediately put my mind at ease. The staff was warm and welcoming, and they went above and beyond by following up with me the next day to check on my dog. Their genuine care and attention made such a difference during a stressful time. If you’re looking for a vet that truly cares about your pet’s health and well-being, I highly recommend coming here. The experience was exceptional, and I can’t thank them enough for their compassion and support.

Fantastic experience: We found a huge wound on my cat this morning and they took me in immediately. Our regular vet is not open on Sundays. The staff is very friendly and for a walk-in emergency, the price was surprisingly reasonable. Thankful for this emergency care vet close by. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: Kendall Animal Medical center has been caring for my father’s dogs and sisters cat for years and giving them great care! They are always responsive and helpful. I live out of state and while visiting, my little dog wasn’t feeling well and they made room to see her immediately. My dog is having a meningitis flare up which requires immediate and specific care and KAMC and the veterinarian were attentive, thorough and provided her with the treatment she needed immediately. I am extra grateful for their excellent care and responsiveness to this time sensitive situation. In the past they were equally responsive to an urgent need for my father’s dig when she had a cardiac issue. I highly recommend KAMC for all veterinary needs.

Negative experience: I have been a customer at Kendall Animal Center for nearly nine years, and I’ve recently noticed a significant decline in service. Unfortunately, I can no longer maintain my five-star recommendation. It appears that there have been changes in both the doctor and the office manager, as I haven't seen them in a while. This shift has resulted in poor leadership and a lack of effort in operations. I hope the center can address these issues for the sake of their loyal customers and their pets.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Benjamin is the real deal and a caring vet who will take them time to discuss and address any concerns or issues. Came in and he helped my pup by asking lots of questions, analyzing potential reasons and guidance with his team, and delivering a plan of action.

The staff is amazing and they work with you to help you out as much as they could. My dog came here 2 times for surgery and both times the staff were very attentive to my big baby gunner and extemely helpful with all that was done to him. The doctor is great and super nice! Negative experience: If zero stars were an option, I would select it without hesitation. I brought my 16 year old dog in one night due to severe diarrhea, because our regular vet, Palmetto Bay Vetco, was closed. I spent $600, only to receive horrible and negligent care. The clinic sent me home with the incorrect order of medication, which could have killed my senior dog. After my senior dog vomited because of their mistake, they wanted me to bring him back so they could pump him full of more fluids and medicine—clearly just trying to extract more money from me. My own research revealed that the order in which the medication was supposed to be administered was wrong, which was the root cause of his vomiting. After thinking everything was solved, I discovered they had also prescribed a short amount of antibiotics, instead of the required duration. When I returned to this clinic to address this, they corrected the prescription but charged me an additional amount beyond the original payment. Throughout this ordeal, I attempted to get clarification on my dog’s side effects by calling the clinic only to be repeatedly placed on hold for nearly 15 minutes each time by Ryan. I received multiple conflicting instructions by 5 different people on how to administer the medication, which resulted in me going to another veterinarian. The only individual who demonstrated professionalism and offered genuine assistance was Chris. All in all, If you care for your pet, I strongly advise against seeking care at this facility.

Fantastic experience: My stepdaughter took her dog today after I spoke to Sinai who was the sweetest and nicest girl ever. My stepdaughter told me the vet is such an amazing young man! Very compassionate and caring and a wonderful human being. We’re beyond blessed to have found this place.

Fantastic experience: My cat Flash began to throw up blood and I took him to Kendall Animal Medical Center that was right next door to me and luckily they were able to see him that night. Everyone was very welcoming which gave me ease when I was in a panic. The nurse and doctor explained the whole procedure and their findings well and although I was so nervous they helped reassure me that my cat would be okay. They were willing to stay past closing time to perform surgery on him to remove the foreign body they found inside him. After the surgery, they kept me updated on his condition and I could tell that they really do care which made me relax and feel better knowing that my cat was really being taken care of. All the doctors and nurses are thoughtful and caring, I appreciate them all for helping my little Flash go back to his healthy self. I highly recommend this Animal Médical Center

Negative experience: Amazing staff. We’re stressed about our sick cat & they have such calm vibes that we are a lot more calm than when we came in. Our sick buddy seems to love them too. Update: We switched vets. Wont be going back.

Fantastic experience: I brought my baby here due to a cough.We are here from Kansas and when i tell you this was the best place; it was the BEST. Doctors fully explained to me what was going on and treated my baby as if honestly they were a human being. I would recommend this place to ANYBODY TRUTHFULLY.

Positive experience: The receptionist is great. The doctor is very helpful. The lady with the tablet, not so much. Sent home to deliver 20cc of fluids subcutaneously without instructions on how to measure that volume from a one liter bag.

Negative experience: New Review: Kendall Animal Medical was bought out by a larger company. The amazing vet that used to be there left. After multiple awful experiences, I switched vets. Used to be great, not anymore. Would NOT recommend. Old Review:Best experience I've had with a vet office in Miami. All staff from reception to the doctors are kind and willing to answer questions, scheduling is pretty easy, and they are also open relatively late. I also know my dog can be a bit difficult, but they are so sweet with her. Actually, I can't think of a single bad thing to say about this office - no plans on switching anytime soon!

Fantastic experience: AMAZING!!! I have been bringing my pups this clinic for a couple of year now. Staff exceeds any expectations you may have. They really enjoy their job. In the other hand, the medical attention is great as well. Never had any complaints. My mother and my sisters dogs had surgery a couple of years back and the interest and determination in the doctors is fenomenal. Feels great to know they care as much as you do for your furry friends.

Negative experience: My name is Flor Vargas & the owner of Noah’s Rescue Inc. This is the clinic I have always used for the puppies I rescue. This Saturday, I took 2 sick puppies. I was charged up front, was informed they don’t do rescue discounts for non profits 501(c) & were very rude. I then found out they changed owners & they have new staff! No empathy at all. They are definitely in there for $$ & not for love of animals. I would never use them again & will also inform the rest of rescues not to use their services again. Let me add that I received a phone call with threats they will call the shelter if I didn’t pick up the puppies on time! HORRIBLE SERVICE!

Fantastic experience: Sinai, Hope, and Dr. Mikael are the nicest and most hospitable people I have met. They saw my cat on such short notice (on a Sunday afternoon!!) and took such good care and were very gentle with him, and were very informative and knowledgeable toward me as well. Thank you!!

Negative experience: Worst experience ever. My puppy was misdiagnosed with parvo at this clinic. I specifically told them that I saw him eating something that I was concern of him getting dehydrated he was only two months old but they told me because he was a puppy they need it to test him for parvo. They told me he tested positive that he need it to stay or he will die. All this in front of my 8 year old son. Obviously I left him there for treatment. I called the next day they told me he was fine he didn’t vomit and that I could pick him up he was there only for one day Two days later my dog had all the symptoms of parvo. Bloody diarrhea , vomiting was lethargic and this clinic did not want to take my dog in unless I paid for the treatment all over again. 1,500 dollars to be exact …. Thank God for Miami veterinary specialist that were able to save my dog I walk there with my dog dying they took him right in and were able to save him. They confirm that my dog was misdiagnosed the first time but because he was exposed there with other dogs he got sick there. I was so disappointed that they saw how dog my puppy and they didn’t do anything about it unless I paid them again.

Fantastic experience: First visit since moving to the area and very please with the level of service and care. Everyone on staff was incredibly helpful and approachable, and the vet was great too. Gladly answered all my questions and provided lots of tips and education on beat practices to ensure my kitties are healthy. Jorge specifically was amazing and very incredibly helpful!

Negative experience: My family took our dog to this vet as a emergency. Unfortunately our dog came in and died a few hours later. I called the vet and asked to talk with the Vet and office manager. They refused and were rude,and no empathy!! One of their staff raised her voice and said "Do not yell at me." I am disturbed and never got a call!!!! We were told that they could not do an ultrasound because they did not have anyone on staff at the time. Give me a break; You call yourself a Medical Center . well then have someone on call!! Thenthey said after she passed that they coud do an ultra sound!!!!! Can y believe this!!!! Never got a call; shame on you...

Fantastic experience: I have been with this vet for the past few years. They truly never disappoint in caring for your furry friend! My dogs and cats have been treated here very well every visit. I would highly recommend this veterinarian.

Fantastic experience: I have been taking my pups there for the last several years. All the vets and the vet techs are amazing. I love that they don’t have a huge exam table in the room and they really will sit on the floor with your pup and really get to see how they act/walk. In previous vets my pets were terrified of being put on the exam table. This team truly makes you feel like family, and I am greatly appreciative of the care they provide.

Negative experience: I have been coming to this place for years and I loved it. Unfortunately they changed owners or something and there is a completely new staff and their prices are outrageous! They tried to charge me $100 just to trim my dogs nails and express her glands. Now it’s time to find a new vet clinic.

Fantastic experience: Our 2 year old dog had pneumonia and was wrongfully diagnosed for over 3 weeks at another vet (town&country) and from the moment the vet walked in our room at Kendall animal hospital he knew exactly what was wrong by just looking at him! Thank you for saving our little guy!! The office was super clean, and everyone was extremely nice. Vet techs knew their stuff and the front receptionist even checked in days after treatment to see how he was doing. Our new vet!

Fantastic experience: We brought our dog to Dr. Javid for a second opinion while we were on a trip to Miami. He was referred to us by a family friend. He recommended a diet plan with salmon oil and lamb that drastically improved my dog’s health. Multiple vets could not accurately diagnosed my dog, but Dr Javid did!

Fantastic experience: I love this place. They are one of the only places in kendall that closes after 5pm which is great and they make their appts so easy. I can make a same day appt or go in as an emergency. Every time i go i always get great service. They will come to me with everything they want to do before doing it and work with me to make sure my dog gets best care needed. From regular check ups to more emergent things i know that my dog is loved.

Fantastic experience: We just brought our pup in today after noticing blood in his vomit. After a quick google search I was hysterical and immediately brought him here. They were super sweet and caring, apollo met one of the nurses and was immediately comfortable with her. We now have all the medication he needs. 10/10 will be coming back for routine check ups!!

Fantastic experience: I took my little pup, Tito, because he was down and out facing kidney failure. In a state of panic I took him to this animal hospital and sure enough they were able to help me relax. They ensured that my dog was going to be safe and gave me the best advice for his health. Chantal is one of the techs that work there and is absolutely amazing! She took incredible care of Tito. She also was able to provide me additional information regarding the situation. They made me feel as if they truly cared about Tito and wasn’t trying to scheme me out of my money. The hospital is clean and the staff is on point. They are always quick to respond. Most importantly heard what I had to say. Thankfully, Tito is doing great thanks to this incredible hospital!

Fantastic experience: The care and compassion in this clinic is remarkable. Dr. Ben diagnosed and treated my dog Lila when she was critically ill. The results have been positive, Lila’s health has improved thanks to Dr Ben. I highly recommend this clinic!

Negative experience: 1 year ago review = Great staff, great vets. Todays reviews Is not so hot. After going to this vet for almost 2 years after I moved to Miami, todays visit changed everything, hence why I have to give 0 stars. Here’s why. Today, out of the blue, the “new” administration told me they will not refill my dogs prescription unless they do a blood panel. This is after 2 years of giving me the prescription without any issues. Comes now, the “new director” says because he doesn’t know the dog, he will not prescribe the medicine. What kind of business practice is that? They have all the records, which according to him “don’t matter” in making his decision. This vet went from 100 to 0 with this “new administration”. All former staff has left and it’s all new incompetent people. DO NOT GO, DO NOT GET SCAMMED.

Fantastic experience: I brought my husky here on an emergency visit last week. Everyone working here was so nice and helpful. They explained everything in detail, were incredibly caring with our dog and he has fully recovered from his ear infection. Special thank you to Natalie for her patience and sweet demeanor with our fur baby! I would recommend this place to anyone.

Negative experience: A long review. I know we all get desperate in emergencies with our animals but please choose somewhere else. Drive farther if you have to, but do yourself a favor and find somewhere ELSE. My dog could have waited until Monday but my young daughter was worried and wanted to take him somewhere and pay for his care since I am in-between jobs and our vet was closed. She had to learn a hard lesson. This place will rob you blind and Dr. Rodrigues is RUDE. SO RUDE. Also, as a medical professional myself that has worked in veterinary medicine in the past, I found what she chose to wear to work as a veterinarian under a lab coat and her attitude and demeanor unprofessional. But that in itself was not a big issue, that could be ignored since you see it ALL in Miami, FL. This was just something I am adding to this review as a whole. After waiting an hour my animal was seen. After 3 hours of tests and $1200 plus in fees and meeting with Dr. Rodrigues to discuss results, she was unconcerned about my dogs bleeding and told us my dog was bleeding puddles of blood instead of poop because of the "diarrhea was irritating his lining" and this was NORMAL. We already told staff earlier and told Dr. Rodgrigues earlier when arriving to discuss what testing we'd agree to that our dog did NOT EVER have diarrhea and now again she downplays the dog's issue saying his "diarrhea with tinges of blood" are normal. My dog never had diarrhea and they were NEVER told this. He had no diarrhea or stool during his visit. WHY do they assume things? My dog was pooping puddles of bright red blood twice 15 minutes apart in the morning with one tiny, normal, formed tiny stool surrounded with blood. He was not straining. He did not have diarrhea. WE EVEN GAVE THEM PICTURES. puddles of bright red blood. My young daughter corrected Dr. Rodrigues that there was never diarrhea to irritate the lining or small tinges with diarrhea and was ignored. Therefore I felt I had to tell her AGAIN. The Dr. then got offended and rude. She then felt like telling us how no one brings their animal to the Vet for pooping blood, this is normal, and if we wanted to know what's wrong in the colon we need a colonoscopy and not to expect her or any veterinarian to help us with that. VERY PROFESSIONAL right? And SO CARING right? Not at all. What a joke. my daughter's saved up money down the drain. AVOID them. One last thing: The charges were unbelievable. I believed my daughter when she chose this place based on "good reviews" and now I go back and see she was wrong, there ARE reviews that are truthful, she just missed them! I will also add: There were loyal customers bringing their animals in for a vaccine this same day and were told after checking in and waiting over half an hour "By the way your fee is no longer $15, it's now $50." For the same service, I presume it was a vaccine. Why not tell them when they check in that the fee went from $15 to $50? Or by phone before they show up for the appointment. What a jump in fees. What a money hungry business. This customer was quickly asking for his pet's records to go elsewhere from now on. a good call on his end.

Negative experience: Giving them extra star cause I know there are attentive and passionate technicians and doctors that work here. But they really dropped the ball recently when I had to take my cat in for what I originally thought was urinary issues. I had to hospitalize him for the 2nd time within a month because they failed to inform me that he tested positive for an aggressive bacterial infection. This went another 2 weeks untreated as the medicine they gave me wouldn't have helped this particular issue. They don't even offer help for their mistakes. I had to pay another almost 2k for this which in my opinion could've been avoided as he would've just needed to come in for shots. Original hospitalization, on the low end, was 2.1k. Brought him back a few days later cause I didn't notice improvement so they did the culture for another almost 400. No call backs on this, no updates nor even a call just to check on his condition or see if he needs a follow up. I had assumed the culture just took long to provide results. I have no idea how something like this could've gone overlooked. Now an additional hospitalization, on the low end as well, for 1.8k. With no leeway, no payment plans, no assistance or discount due to negligence. No sympathy, just cough up the cash now or ‍♀️

Fantastic experience: Super friendly Staff! Helped me through my dogs passing. I mean they went above and beyond for helping me out with coping and bringing my baby girl home. They've helped me through an emergency with my other dog and a pregnancy as well! Super great. Professional and wonderful staff! Will continue to come here because they're always putting our fur babies needs first.

Fantastic experience: *** HIGHLY RECOMMENDED *** I have never been to this location for a Pet Emergency and went off the 5 Star reviews on Google I read in hopes those experiences would also be mine as well for my pup… AND IT SURE WAS! I was greeted by the friendly receptionist and she was ever so sweet and kind. Then after a small wait I was then greeted by the medical technician who sat down with me and took her time to get a full story about my pup (he’s almost 15 years old, but my baby fur-ever). She explained to me the possible diagnostic exams and labs they would be taking and then escorted me to the room where the doctor will speak to me after examining my pup. After another short while, I met Dr. Valdes. She was pleasant to speak with. She sat down and listened to my pup’s history, she asked questioned to get more details, and then told me what her physical exam of my pup has led her to believe. She explained she wanted to take a few X-rays and lab work to confirm her suspicion. The nurse at the ER took the X-rays and labs. She was great as well and gentle with my pup. Waiting for those results did take a bit (60-90min), but it was worth it because we were able to confirm the suspicion and discover a few extra things. Thankfully he will be okay and will feel better with the medications they prescribed. The entire team was amazing! *** I Highly Recommend this place ***

Then came in with my pup and Joy what can I say just a pleasure . Made me feel right home and very knowledgeable. The there’s Dr.Valdez . My super hero with so many other emergencies and still made me feel like mine was just as important . Jorge a delight to make sure everything financially was squared away . Fantastic experience: We took our puppy in after he had an accident and hurt his face and jaw. The staff were so kind and knowledgeable and they immediately provided the puppy attention and care. The vet, Anne Valdes, and her staff explained the situation to myself and to my kids, who were obviously very nervous about what was wrong with the puppy, and they were very empathetic and easy to understand. This put us all at Ease. They provided us with detailed instructions of next steps for care once we were back home. No one likes to have to take their pets to vet for emergencies but this was a wonderful experience and we are thankful we were recommended to go to Kendall Animal Medical Center.
