Negative experience: They never answer their phones. They say it is open but yet when I come in person no one is here. You guys need to do better. I need to get information from you but I can’t if no one is ever there. I came 4 times in a week and not one time was there anyone there

Negative experience: We have called this place 4 times to schedule appointments and they just told you s to call back later and every time we did they never answered back unless it’s covenant to them to answer the phone then we get the same answer call back later we saw the reviews it looks like they take care of dogs better then they do with cats if you have cats STAY AWAY FROM THEM COMPLETELY. Take them somewhere better please we almost took are cat here to get him messed up by them

Negative experience: Used to be so much better. Now low cost equals run down and slow service. If you are coming to get shots then they should be ok, but any other service is better suited for a real vet

Fantastic experience: Quick service, friendly staff, great prices, and exactly what we need! This is the second time I’ve brought my dog here for vaccines, and it’s great! Last year, we had to wait a while in line, but today, we showed up 15 minutes before the vaccine walk-in started (1-4 PM on Saturdays), and they saw us right away! I brought water for my dog and everything, in anticipation that there would be a line (even though I remember last year, it moved quickly), but there were only two other people there, so we were able to get into the building right away. I love how this place doesn’t require an exam fee in order to get vaccines, too! I take my dog for regular wellness checks with our usual vet, so I love how I don’t have to pay additional fees for an exam. We got her nails trimmed, too, and they did a great job with that. Picture is right after the visit—calm and relaxed. Sometimes she’s amped up and anxious after vet visits, so it’s a good sign they took good care of her!

Fantastic experience: I took my dog in there and he became really difficult.they went way above and beyond in handling my dog. The owner eas wonderful! I am eternally greatful to them. I would use them again without hesitation. I highly recommend Vetco!.

Fantastic experience: My dog Nibby ; A rescued miniature Pincher has periodontal disease. She stopped eating and had severe pain and infection in her teeth. I was having a tough time finding an affordable vet that would help her quickly . I called Vetco and scheduled a free initial check up for Wednesday. On that Friday she went in for surgery. She needed teeth pulled, a very detailed cleaning with fluoride treatment, and several skin tags removed while under anesthesia and antibiotics for infection in her teeth. Cindy the Vetco Vet in Albuquerque has very professional . She took the time to do a fantastic job . I could not believe how good nibbys teeth looked . Nibby is enjoying life again with no pain or infection in her teeth .The price was much cheaper at Vetco, compared to what other Vets were estimating the cost would for them to help her. I would recommend Vetco to anyone who needs professional affordable care for their Dog or cat.

Negative experience: I made a post on tik tok, I don't think people took it seriously. Not only was the Veterinarian and his nurse, very rude but unprofessional. When I asked about the well-being of my cat. Stating that "this was not that type of veterinary clinic." Snickering and laughing at me, his nurse then acted as if she were his public assistant. And told me it was a shot based clinic. The described told me, the various ways they have stepped on their own cats," and "I wouldn't have any worries unless she fell out of a nine-story window. Then "call us". It felt antagonizing, almost the familiar air, of schoolyard bullying. They then administered one shot to my cat but, while saying unkind, overdrawn responses, to my 1 question (asked once), The duo, slipped on holding my cat, and shot it, it in her. Despite her being, in mid sprint. The medicine (Purple fluid) shot all over her fur, and the table. They just giggled and said, "She got most of it, that left side will be sore, since the shot was administered, under stress, and in the SAME region."It was a region alright (1 inch Spot). Nightmare, I'm a business Student so I may look unconventional but I am aware of my rights and proper business etiquette, but despite that my animal doesn't have a voice and was administered poo health services from your provider. I'll pay the, 30$ extra for a Humane establishment. Shame on you.

Negative experience: I called the place to get my very very very sick cat seen and she immediately assumed that number one I was a female, though I do have a deep voice, and am male and two that my cat had injuries which was not the case, and her tone was very disrespectful, and was not very much appreciated. She did not introduce where she worked as somebody with anxiety when people tell me where they work at helps me to make sure I called the right place in which she did not say where she worked, which isn’t necessarily the biggest deal but it’s the fact that she assumed that my animal had injuries I was not even asking her what to do about this situation. I was trying to get a price estimate to see if this was in my budget to take him to get seen. Very unsatisfied with the tone of voice and assumptions, I will never go here due to the phone call. 1 start eating bc of that

Negative experience: The lady on the phone was rude. Cut me off before I was even done asking a question and was very abrupt. Definitely will not be going here if that's how they talk to people.

Fantastic experience: Needed cat fixed shots nails clipped. Everyone in town quoted me $500-$600 depending on weight with a 2-3 month waiting list. VETCO, on the other hand, quoted me $200 and a next week opening. Drop off 8am-10am quick and simple, pickup at 4 pm. They do need a better queue process as the lobby can get overwhelmed and sent into disarray chaos pretty quick.

Negative experience: Really disappointed in this place since most of other veterinarians recommend it. I called to get information on a spay early in January and they told me to call back early February because all the spots had been filled. I called on 1 February and they said that the schedule for space had not been up yet to call again this week I called on 3 February, and they said to call back next week, I called back the next week on Monday and which they told me to call midweek when I called on Wednesday they said that all the spots had been filled and that I will need to call again mid February. Feeling frustrated I asked if there was a specific day that I needed a call because I kept getting different answers. The woman then proceeded to answer me with what felt like a negative tone. She asked what kind of dog I was looking to spay. I said I had a mixed breed dog, but more than likely a German Shepherd. She immediately said no that they are not accepting German Shepherd to be spayed That I would have to go to a regular vet when I asked why she said because those type of dogs are too complicated to deal with. Then she proceeded to have a different conversation with someone. Where I could hear she was complaining about me asking for spay information. Couple of moments later a different person began talking and said yeah we can’t do those dogs here. Then quickly hanged up. I was looking forward to this place as it was the most affordable within my budget. I understand they could be understaffed but the way the spoke to me and kept avoiding was completely unprofessional. I had high hopes after reading positive reviews.

Negative experience: I've been calling for over a week straight trying to get information! Nobody picks up the phone! And you aren't able to leave a message! I don't want to have to drive all the way over there to get information! I want to have all the informaron before going! The owner did respond to my post! Still just saying all the information is on the message!! Still I've been calling and can't get through! I have questions and again don't want to drive all the way there just for information! When I should just be able to ask a few simple questions over the phone!

Fantastic experience: This vet is quick to quote and schedule a visit for our stray cat who became a stay cat. The vets were walking out when we were picking up our boy and they made it a point to ask about which cat we were picking up. I liked that! Our boy is happier than ever! Thank you vetco!

Negative experience: I keep trying to call to make an appointment and they never answer!! Ive called multiple times during the business hours stated in the voicemail they give you. I understand that there may be other people you're attending to but atleast put my on hold of some sort so I know I'll get helped. I work during your 10-4 hours so I'm not able to drive there and make a appointment in person. Very difficult to reach this establishment.

Fantastic experience: It was a good experience. My dog got her rabies shot at the wed. Clinic without having the staff trying to make it as stupid as when you have to deal with the human medical industry. She needed a important but simple procedure. She got it no special chips or judge ments. When she might need more serious attention, I'll be taking her there for sure.

Fantastic experience: The Vetco Employee's work so hard, and are so awesome to the animals. It's not an easy job. Dealing with customers all day long. Hopefully they know they're very much appreciated.

Negative experience: I took my cat here to get neutered. I tried calling 12 times to see when he would be ready for pickup but no one would answer. When I got there they told me he finished hours ago. He was completely soaked in his own urine and they placed a single piece of newspaper in his crate. I watched the woman who was working go to the back room to get his crate. She did not check to see if he was ok before handing him to me. I would not recommend bringing your animals here if you don't want to worry about their well-being. Also, I paid $50 to have my cat microchipped here during the same appointment. 6 days after I went to another vet appointment and they told me the microchip was never put in. I've been trying to call Vetco all day and still no answer. I am definitely going to mail a complaint about Vetco to the NM Board of Veterinary Medicine. They should not be able to treat pets like this.

Fantastic experience: My doggo doesn't do well with others, the staff recognized this and made the waiting room a more comfortable experience. Zelda got her vaccinations quickly and without trouble.

Fantastic experience: Fast and friendly service. Took my puppy for his 2nd round of shots on their walk in vaccination day. It was a Saturday. It opened at 12. I got there about 11:30 there was already about 6-7 people in line outside in front of me. Once the store opened, the line moved fairly quickly. I’ll be back again for the rest of his vaccines!

Negative experience: Wasn't going to leave a review until I was called being accused of leaving a nasty review and being told that my pets weren't allowed back. We loved the service, got all the meds and shots we needed for 3 pets at once. One of my dogs got a reaction from the shots and I did call to see if that was normal, not sure if this is what upset them too. It was my first time using this place and was shocked that after all the good work I get a nasty call being punished for someone else's review. Very unprofessional and bizarre behavior especially to a family that was happy to have found this place. I spent 500.00 happily there but now that I know that the owner will start harassing customers because they can't handle a negative review I will gladly take my money else where and never support this business again. I went looking for the nasty review that hurt their feelings so bad and it wasn't even my name. It was an Olivia B. And I'm jevalya smith. Never experienced anything like this before. Employees were nice but the owner is something else..............only part of that answer back was true ...sadd.... I never abused any staff in my life in fact i was as patient as i could be with my adhd plus havingalot to do that day. Someone is very victimized. Yes my dogs were coughing but what happened after the vaccine was DIFFERENT. I literally just called to see if it was normal just to make sure cause I thought he had a reaction to the shots because before the shots these symptoms were nothing like before he had fever tremors and was spit coughing and it scared me I tried to give him the medication u gave but he was throwing it up so i waited till he stopped the spit gaggingthing..... I guess u get what u pay for ..... sad part is is that I thought everything was good and I appreciated all the effort the owner did I needed all service that was done and I was greatful .....I called because I had concerns and wanted to make sure he was okay ......then because someone wrote a bad review and I called u tried connecting some sort of theory ..... that i abused u guys seriously....u guys blame me that wasn't me yes I called because my dog matters to me .....if u guys want to be accused for things not being easy and abusing staff go here but there are plenty affordable places in town u just need to look around thanku but no thanku for how I was treated on the review back definitely tried to paint a picture but not all that was true .......I won't ever go anywhere I'm not welcomed glad I found out ahead of time sending u guys peace and good energy because it's very needed in this place have a good life I also never accused the staff of not knowing anything and not helping don't even know where that came from not words. I never asked for owner she came out and was more than willing to help.

Positive experience: I have used this Vetco off Wyoming and also the one on Montano. I go to the Shot Clinic and am very grateful for these. You don't have to pay for an exam so you are just paying for the vaccine. Everyone is nice and efficient and the line goes fairly quickly. Some Vet offices don't carry the 3 year rabies and I have been giving one a year the three yr so that by next year, I only have to worry about taking 1 cat. I have 3 cats. Recommend!

Fantastic experience: This was such a good visit to get our dog his first shots. And it was so fast and the employee's! while they was so nice..

Fantastic experience: Took my puppy in for his 2nd set of shots at their shot clinic. There were about 20 people with pets ahead of me 10 minutes after they opened. The overall interior was clean. They had 2 receptionist working to get people's pets checked in and 1 person doing the shots. All were professional and efficient and kind to the animals being seen. Also saved a couple bucks by going to their website ahead of time and printer up coupons from there. Definitely will be taking my dogs there again. Prices were reasonable too.

Negative experience: Shot clinic- a nightmare. Extremely unprofessional staff. The vet was the only person who seemed competent enough to speak clearly to clients. Support staff were rude , unhelpful, and I cannot stress unprofessional enough. I will not be returning or ever recommend bringing a pet here.

Positive experience: Great price on the rabies vaccine. I buy the 5- way at Dave's Very Supply on Osuna for like $10 but you're not allowed to do the rabies yourself because it's a biohazard. DO NOT GO WHEN THE DOOR CLINIC FIRST OPENS! I forgot this when I went the other week. When you call the machine says shoot Clinic starts at 12. On their door it said 1pm but the line was 50+ people long at 12. It was chaos inside! Cats and dogs very anxious, barking, crying, whining, etc. - basically how i felt inside, lol. I got there at 12p and was done at 1:30p. By the time I left, the line had gone way way way down. Next time I'll go closer to closing since they don't seem to have a cap on how many they'll serve for the day.

Fantastic experience: When you need care for your animal but can't afford alot this is your place! They care, they are fast and efficient, and front desk staff Is friendly (you don't find friendly staff in too many places anymore, so it was a breath of fresh air to be treated kindly!)

Fantastic experience: Read reviews and everyone said long lines.. not true I went on a Saturday at 130pm and there was 2 dogs before mine.. by the time I registered we waited maybe 2 min and my dog got his vaccines in less than a min. We were back in the car by 140pm. So fast, so inexpensive. My regular vet was going to charge me $375 plus visit for shots and I got everything there for less than $38…. Definitely 5 star!!! You guys are awesome!!!!

Positive experience: The website for vetco says its a full service veterinary clinic. It isnt. They do vaccinations and spay and nueter at lower prices, which I appreciate. I took my new puppies there thinking we were meeting our new vet, for shots, but also for a full wellness check up and they dont do that. They dont test stools either. That alone wasnt so much the issue for me. But when I go to the vet, especially with my new adorable Siberian Husky puppies, I want people to say hello and welcome me. Smiles are nice too! There was a friendly tech who assisted the vet. Appreciated them so much.

Positive experience: I went for vaccine clinic. It was affordable but because not a lot of places are these days plan to stand in line for a long time. If you go during the summer take water for your animal.

Negative experience: Long lines. Crowded and hot. The vet doesn't even look at your dog, just wanted them in and out. Better to pay more money for a vet that actually cares.

Negative experience: Terrible place to go to, treats employees horrible including customers. Gave a dog a seizure due to a stressful environment. do not go to this horrid place and do not apply rude to new trainees shoving them when they dont know how to do something or openly making fun of and laughing at their face. if you delete this i will continue to post and bring you down. lol

Negative experience: Called 2 times this week. The latest being Friday. I ubered to this clinic based on the recorded message i received when I called saying the shot clinic is 1:00 to 4:00 Saturday. I arrived to a note on the door that said they were closed for today's shot clinic. This clinic cost me $25.00 in Uber fees since they couldn't be bothered to change their recorded message.

Fantastic experience: Same day appointments for all of my pets. Friendly staff and they let us wait outside with our reactive dog. Fast, friendly, and affordable.

Fantastic experience: I took my little girl patches there to get her vaccinations there was a huge line there but the workers were very pleasant and it went pretty quick I would definitely recommend this place to get your vaccinations for your dogs or cats or any animals that you have

Positive experience: I don’t know who just answered the phone today 6/17/23 @ 13:40 but she wasn’t very nice. She spoke too fast when I asked about spay and neuter along with Shots and when I asked her to repeat spoke to me like I’m incompetent. I thanked her anyway and she hung up before I could schedule an appointment. I live close to this one and therefore I would still like to schedule an appointment however I did not like being hung up on while I was blatantly still talking.

Fantastic experience: They've always been good to my pets and me every time I've taken my animals ❤️ to them. I have a 13 year old Chihuahua/Mini Schnauzer mix and a 7 year old deer Chihuahua that's the only place we've taken them. In fact it's that time again, see you soon....

Positive experience: Depends on the day you go in, really. Sometimes you get lucky & sometimes you really strike out.. The last time I went there I went in & was greeted by THE NICEST vet tech in the world. She actually took time to talk to me & pet my puppy & say how cute he is...that kind of attention just isn't normal anymore. THANK YOU to her!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this place, low cost pet care is a super important asset to the community, some people just don’t think to take care of their pets unless it’s affordable and every bit helps. I’ve seen a lot of complaints about this place, particularly because their rules and scheduling is a bit weird, and other clients get really irate when they cant be seen at certain times or have to wear a mask, adhere to the one person per pet(s) rule, and so on. I think the staff works really hard to deal with keeping up with a lot of the regulations, and I’ve had no issues as long as I check with what they offer and when first. It’s worth it to get my pets taken care of at low cost, I got two pets vaccinated there for about $100, which would be the cost of one at an exam clinic. If you go, expect long lines and a long wait. It’s a walk in basis and they get a lot of clients. So it’s best to be patient and set aside the day for it knowing you’ll have to wait, but again, it’s the price you pay for the cost. Getting there early as soon as they open helps.

Fantastic experience: Fast, friendly and inexpensive...get there 45 minutes early for the shots clinic if you are in a hurry... the line is 30 deep if you wait until 2:30 to show up...

Negative experience: I have used this place for YEARS before Covid and have never had any problems or issues... I have been trying to get my Father's Chihuahua in for the shot clinic for the last 3 weeks and there's been a sign on the door saying that due to a Covid outbreak the shot clinic has been cancelled for the week (for 3 weeks now ) and trying to call and no one answers the phone and can't get a human, only recordings that hang up once they're done. Very disappointed ☹️

Fantastic experience: I love everybody here! They are so friendly and hilarious! They are super super sweet to my cat Tripod!! I am definitely coming here to get my other cats vaccinated! They do not judge me at all for anything, including my speech impediment, I highly recommend coming here!

Negative experience: After trying to reach vetco for 2 hrs by phone I drove down there. Hours posted on the web and the door said they were open but no one was there or answering the phone. All I needed was a record of my sons dog’s shots. They need to keep to the hours posted or fix them. Rather rude sign above the doorbell also…

Fantastic experience: My experience is based on a semi-emergency (to me) experience. I don’t live in the area but I crossed paths with a dog that was in traffic and I took him to get scanned close to closing hours. The woman I first can into contact was super helpful to see if he was microchipped to get him home safely despite the fact it was 5 minutes to closing time. She was so helpful and we were able to get hm reunited with his owners. I would take my fur friends here if I lived in the area based on how wonderful the staff was here. I wish I remembered her name that helped us but thank you! Thank you for being available and caring enough to get this pup home ❤️

Fantastic experience: At some point every dog I've owned I've brought here. It's affordable veterinary care and fast. The staff is great and they're conveniently located in the city.

Positive experience: Great low cost essential vet care for your fur babies..Only open certain days of the week so call ahead they do not take appointments..Must arrive some what early to grab your spot in line. If summer take water and an umbrella to keep you your fur babies cool and hydrated..First come first serve!!!!

Positive experience: Be advised - we waited over an hour in line to “drop off” our dog for neutering. There were about 5 people ahead of us and we had to wait outside in the cold because they still don’t allow more than a few people in the building at one time. An inexpensive alternative from our own vet, but definitely won’t be returning to this specific location.

Negative experience: I wish I could give negative number of stars. They physically mistreated my puppy and then verbally degraded me over how my puppy should be treated and raised. I highly recommend staying away from this horrible place! Stay away from this low cost, low quality, horrendous service, deplorable facility!

Fantastic experience: Been coming here for years. Love the staff and service. However, during the summers, I'm not sure why they have the shot clinics scheduled for the afternoon knowing that people and their fur babies have to stand in line in the hot sun.

Negative experience: Nice ,but, sent me packing with no parvo shot for Max. Said it was free but,,,,it ain't. F them Max is only 7 weeks and I had no money at the time to pay which didn't matter cuzzz .

Positive experience: Man, I get that the shot clinic is low price and all that, but if ever there was a place that needed to either invest in an awning or a “take a number” system, it’s Vetco. I’m sure they’re processing people as fast as they can, but if you’ve been in the sun with your pet for an hour and still have easily that much to go still, it really makes you wish there was a better option.

Positive experience: I’m sorry for the 3 stars!! My dog has an appointment tomorrow morning very early!! I’ve been trying to call for 5-6 hours!! All it says is “we are currently experiencing a high call volume please give us a few minutes & call back” as of 8:48 pm the night before the procedure I’m trying to cancel due to testing positive for Covid!! No option to leave a message!!! FYI; appointment was for Shelby!!

Negative experience: I come last week and was waiting on the hot sun with my dogs for over and hour and the line stopped moving. After 15 minutes I decided to leave. Based on the Google open schedule I come today. Waiting for 1.5 hours (open at 2:30) At 2:45 I decided to leave. YOU had about 12 people waiting on the hot sun with their dogs. This is so inconsiderate, do you even care about the dogs that you serve?

Fantastic experience: So vetco, I can't say enough good things about this place. First off the pricing is just phenomenal, they really are a low cost, high quality vet/alternative. Most of my reviews tend to be lengthy so I'll keep this one short. If you have basic needs for your animals, shots & spay or neuter etc, then this is the place to go. The only caveat I'd say is make sure to arrive early, the lines for this place are monstrous for good reason. I personally have shown up almost 2 hours before hand to make sure I had a decent spot in line. A good tactic, if you are at liberty to, is have one person go early and hold the place in line. Then when your about 10 mins to open, or however far you live adjust your times, have your partner bring the animal in. This method cuts down on the time you have to sit there and keep your animal calm, so less stress all around. Follows is a nice photo of my dog Harley who just recently got spayed here and she is happy and well.

Negative experience: The vet made the mistake to give 2 shots to one dog and didn't put the shots to the other dog. He was busy buying food and eating so he open late and we were waiting for them to open for an hour but have to wait for him to eat . NOT NICE

Negative experience: I had the absolutely worst experience here! I will never take my dog over here again! I took him a couple of months ago to get his shots I have a tea cup Chihuahua n he had to get 2 shots when we went in there was 2 people they grabbed my dog from me one was holding him n the one who gave him his shots didn’t even look or give any warning n just stuck my dog with the shot he didn’t get it in right so he proceeds to take it out n literally poke my dog again. I have never heard my dog cry the way he did that day. So then he goes to give my dog the second shot n does the same thing n didn’t get the shot in and had to poke him again! It was so awful it literally left me n my dog traumatized. He had to get poked four times when it should have only been 2. My dog was so sore for the next couple of days. I will never go here again!!

Fantastic experience: I had my 2 puppies spayed and they were awesome. From scheduling to picking them up when they were done, was great. I will be taking my kitty there to get spayed next and I highly recommend Vetco. Thank you

Negative experience: Called this morning to schedule an appointment for neutering service. The receptionist was very sassy and demanded that I provide secondary phone number to schedule an appointment due to doctor’s request. I just moved into the country and don’t have any secondary phone number to provide. She kept on insisting that I provide a another phone number or she can’t schedule an appointment. She didn’t even bother to ask the so-called doctor nor did she offer an alternative solutions. Needless to say that it’s not worth doing business there and I rather pay extra for a basic service who can provide a simple/basic phone etiquette. I don’t understand why this place has a high ratings.

Fantastic experience: Went to a shot clinic today with my dog and the line was long and the day was hot but the staff here are all wonderful. They handed out waters and they did their best to get everyone in and on their way as efficiently as possible.

Negative experience: I have gone to Valley Vetco for years. I took my 3 month boxer puppy for her shots on March 19. Waited 2.5 hours outside after signing sign up sheet. When our turn came Karina signed us in. I told her I was their for puppy shots and wanted her rabies as well. She put everything into computer, verified my pup was getting parvo, distemper, and rabies. Paid my bill and waited. Vet tech took her back. Returned and went over the vaccines she was given which included leptospirosis. I was livid. I did not want leptospirosis given and it was not mentioned by Karina. I was then told that if I did not want it I should have stated that. It didn't cross my mind as it was not mentioned by Karina. I also spoke to Karina about my concern and displeasure of them giving a vaccine that was not mentioned and her response was "well you don't need to get all up in my face about it" and even rolled her eyes at me. No apology or show of concern about their mistake. Extremely un professional. Staff pre covid was always great. Not so much now. There are way to many choices for me to go to where people will treat me with kindness and professionalism. Valley Vetco has lost a long time client because of this. I will not go back.

Fantastic experience: Great people, friendly & professional. You can't beat the prices; they're 1/3 the cost to spray or neuter compared to most other veterinarians in Albuquerque.

Fantastic experience: Fast and good prices for shots. Unfortunately due to Covid, you'll be in line longer. I personally think it's worth it, and I do recommended them.

Fantastic experience: The staff is nice and super efficient. This is by far the cheapest place in Albuquerque to get your pet spayed or neutered. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: called in the morning to request a history for my pet, first dude sound inpatient picked up the call and told me to hold, then i holed for 10 minute and nobody answer!! so i hung up and called back, then a lady with a bad attitude, picked up quickly and ask my email to send it. then i waited another 10 minute but still don't got it!! so i have to call again then another lady pick up and double check the email for me and resend it. now i got it. when i asked the name of these two previous worker who answered my phone for this review, she asked me back:" SO WHAT? WE TOOK CARE OF IT ANYWAY RIGHT? I CANT GIVE YOU THEIR NAME, NOW LETS JUST MOVE ON TO YOUR DAY." total of 30 MINUTE just wasted on the phone because of all the unprofessionalism and irresponsible. i know your time is cheap and you don't want to work Friday, but don't waste my time.

Fantastic experience: Great Prices! Vet and Vet assist were amazing and sweet! You can tell they care about all the animals. It it’s a busy clinic so you do have to get there early to beat the line but, it does go by fast.

Positive experience: The employees here are very compassionate & understanding. I really appreciated their quickness to get my Lucy into the ER. Her vetinairan spoke to us & answered our questions without rushing us out. And the bill was very manageable, overall a pretty good experience, considering. Thank you VCA employees!

Positive experience: They charge extra if you have two pets. They have you wait in the sun when the line should be in the shade. Plenty of people not wearing their masks correctly at the checkout. Vet is quick with shots.

Positive experience: Staff is friendly and helpful. The cost is wonderful and very affordable. The only thing I have to say is if you have a big dog try to keep them in the vehicle until it's your turn. I noticed that some people just didnt care if there little dogs were causing problems.

Positive experience: Took the dog for the vaccines. There's a long line... But, it was speedily handled. The $30 price on the shot was well worth the twenty minutes of waiting. Also, they did a good job with my kitty's vaccines and spaying.

Fantastic experience: You have to wait in line to be seen by the vet to get your animal's rabies and other vaccines but it only cost me $31.28 for my cat with a one year rabies vaccine. The VCA pet hospital down the street wanted $247.00 for the same vaccines.

Fantastic experience: Took my cat here to get spayed. They contacted me many times to tell me how she was doing along with going over her care after the surgery. She has done great this far and they were great to work with.

Positive experience: Anytime you call... they are always rude on the phone I am not too sure why, I seen a lot of that in the reviews too so I know I’m not the only one. But the price was affordable, and the staff that actually helped out with the animals seem nice! They just seem in a hurry which I don’t blame because that line is always long! They just want to get us in and out

Fantastic experience: In and out for shots. No bs or funny business with upsells. Spent under half an hour in line. Very straightforward business. I spent only $30 when I'm used to upwards of $150.

Positive experience: They are always so nice there. And they have a good system to deal with covid policies. I just don't like that I can't go in with my pets when they give their shots. I think pets are more comfortable and less scared when someone they trust is there.

Fantastic experience: I have a 3 year old short hair male cat and a 8 month old long hair female cat. I have brought both of them here for all of their shots. Had the male neutered and the female spade here. Both kitties are happy and healthy thanks to this place. Pet hospitals charge an insane amount and always try to upsell and throw in extras to drive up the price. The prices here are very reasonable and the doctor even remembers our cats the few times she has seen them. Staff turnaround has been the only negative but as long as the prices are good and its the same doctor handling our pets I definitely recommend this place.

Negative experience: I went to get my 8 week old kittens vaccinated, as recommended on the Vetco website, and the extremely rude male worker told me that they could not get their shots until they were 4 months old. This was after waiting for an hour. Don't use this business for a pet that you care about.

Fantastic experience: We got this 5wk old BLUE NOSE PIT BULL and beginning his shots and will continue his care down to neuter and chipping like I've done for yrs we've been loyal customers for many years now and hv even gavin you new ones who were also very plz. Thanks so much for everything but it would kinda be nice if you would expand your services I do realize you already have plates full during these times but I know how people really trust you guys alot and get very disappointed and either they don't know what or where to turn or can't begin to afford other places including us a time or 2.
