Fantastic experience: So very nice, friendly and caring for my pet

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough about the kindness and excellent care our dogs have received at Hurstbourne Animal Hospital. They are great at providing, and explaining, different options and levels for care. The entire staff was helpful, professional, and engaged. It was easy to schedule appointments and they are reasonably priced. As great as they were when my dogs were in their care, they were even more compassionate when it came time to say goodbye to our beloved Oscar. I’ll always be grateful for the care and support they showed us and would definitely recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I’ve taken our cat Bubba to Hurstbourne Animal Clinic three times. They did blood work, cleaned him up from an accident in his carrier en route, and showed him a lot of TLC during his visits. The prices were very reasonable and the follow up calls checking on him went above and beyond. We highly recommend Hurstbourne Animal Clinic.

Fantastic experience: Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Procedures are explained thoroughly and there are no hidden costs or fees. I have 2 babies that have been going there for 12 years

Fantastic experience: All of the staff at Hurstbourne Animal Clinic are professional, caring, and patient. I took our puppy in for shots and a checkup. They asked me if I minded to be in the room while they gave shots and gave the puppy peanut butter to distract her. They also were genuinely excited to see our puppy. I didn’t feel like they treated her like any other dog. She was treated as an individual patient.

Fantastic experience: Hurstbourne Animal Hospital has taken care of my three cats for years. They always give great service, keep me informed of any issues mt cats may have, and are VERY lenient when I'm running late for before closing for a pickup (I work across town and get out 30 minutes before they close) They are all very friendly and call back immediately to answer any questions I may have forgotten to ask during an appointment. I'm very thankful for them and all they've done with my spoiled animals.

Fantastic experience: I can't tell you how thankful I am to Hurstborne Animal Hospital! My cat George was so sick, and I was terrified that I was going to lose him. After several trips to this vet George is back to his normal self again and I have more time with him now!!! It took a lot, antibiotics, ear drops, nose drops, pain drops, nausea pills, special food, and a lot of tuna juice lol! I am taking him back today for a checkup and to see about more services they may have to keep my baby happy and healthy. George is an older cat now and I am grateful to Hurstborne Animal Hospital for giving me more time, THANK YOU! Front desk is helpful and has empathy, wont rush you off the phone, and the Techs are so caring and supportive just wonderful! Doctor knowledge is on point too, they all work together and share notes and files for your benefit. Give this place a chance, you will see :-)

They have an amazing and caring staff with knowledgeable, professional veterinarians. I stumbled across this location 6 years ago when I lived close by, and they’ve done such a wonderful job that, even now as I live across the city, I’ve continued to use their services. My cat is over 16 years old with an attitude to match, and they’ve provided amazing care each and every time she’s seen there. Very thankful to this office for taking such great care of her all these years! Phenomenal practice!

Fantastic experience: This became my fur baby's primary vet when he had an emergency, they took us in quickly without hesitation. I appreciated the care he recieved & the follow ups post visit. Fast forward to a few weeks ago, my fur baby had very fast onset of issues & ended up crossing the rainbow bridge. All of the staff we're so supportive & caring during this unexpected loss of our boy. The staff sent such thoughtful meaningful hand-written condolences with keep sakes. We have trusted them with the care of four fir babies now, and they have consistently provided top-notch service every single time. They are especially fantastic with cats. If you’re a cat owner, you know how stressful vet visits can be, but the team here is so patient, gentle, and understanding of their unique temperaments. Whether it’s a routine check-up or something more serious, I always feel like our pets are in the most capable and compassionate hands. If you're looking for a veterinary team that truly cares, this is the place to go!

Fantastic experience: Leslie and Camille at the front desk are literally angels. We’re frequent flyers there with our fur baby and they always are so sweet and kind with any and all of our problems. Also, can’t go without mentioning how amazing Dr.Bell is. I can’t imagine taking my baby anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I've recently had some bad experiences with a couple local vets with misdiagnosis and bad treatment. I came to see Dr. Bell for a second opinion about a lump on my dog and found out it was a malignant tumor. Dr. Siegwald completed her surgery today to remove the tumor and it went really great. Olivia has been great answering all of my questions and taking care of my dog with blood work and during her surgery. Honestly all of the staff here are great. They are very comforting, very nice, and very attentive. Ive now taken all my dogs here for checkups and really like the way Dr. Bell pays extra attention to them during their exams. I feel like this staff not only cares about your animals but also how you're doing. I'm finally being listened to and taken seriously about concerns of my dogs health.

Fantastic experience: Such an amazing experience! Very friendly and considerate of your pet! They were able to squeeze my baby in for emergency surgery when I was a new patient and were so wonderful! I had Leslie at the front desk and she was amazing and so was doctor and assistants!

Negative experience: These hospital sold-out my dog illegally to their private client without following proper adoption procedure. Dog name Zeus anyone who have adopted him please return back i am willing to offer $10,000 for him. He is not less than my own kid, raised him from 2 Months to 12 years. Wrong you have not processed lawful abandoned process, you guys have sold out my dog without 10 days written notice, when I came you said you have given out. Whe. Threatened with sue you guys have sent a fake notice after my dog sold-out by you. How can you send a notice of a pet already sold-out by you? Are you guys a licensed adoption center if not with whose permission you have rehomed my dog by yourself and not given to licensed animal shelter? This is a pure criminal both morally and ethically. Lawful process is sending 10 days notice written certified prior to removing a pet not after that. Lawful process is you must sent my dog to Animal shelter not reselling to one of your client which you guys have resold. Lawful process is when owner had paid in between shows clear intent of not interested in abandoned. Lawful process is you must not threaten your client with police case when they come and inquire about their beloved pet which illegally sold by your rude manager may be to her bf most probably.

They gave him many pets while making sure he was healthy and suggested a food brand for my somewhat picky cat and he loves it! I’m very thankful to find such a great vet for my kitty!

Fantastic experience: The team at Hurstbourne Animal Hospital is fantastic! I was a mess when I discovered, two days before our dog and I were supposed to be flying to California, that the vet specialists we were seeing did not treat allergies. Tuck had been suffering for months from severe nasal allergies, and I knew it could hurt our precious 15 year-old cattle dog to fly at altitude if he couldn't breathe well. The lovely Lauren at the front desk was so welcoming and helpful, finding Tuck a spot for the next day! Dr. Bell listened, ran an allergy panel, and prescribed an antibiotic with steroids which was immensely helpful in helping Tuck breathe. A+++ team!

Fantastic experience: I took my very sick cat to Hurstbourne Animal Hospital. Pam, Beth and Leslie were so helpful with scheduling my appointment and making sure they had all the necessary information since I was a new client. I was able to get an appointment immediately and taken to a room promptly. After doing some tests to determine what was wrong, the prognosis for my cat was not good. Dr. Bell and Olivia were so incredibly patient and compassionate in explaining my options and allowing me all the time I needed to make a decision. Thank you so much for your kindness and compassion. You allowed me the time I needed to make a difficult decision and grieve. The loving care my cat received in the final minutes of her life is so much appreciated.

Fantastic experience: Had an EXCELLENT experience with Dr Bell and Dr Sawyer with our older dog. Very patient, kind, and thorough and willing to take in a new dog and treat him like family with everyone in the office!

Fantastic experience: We have had multiple pets whom used the professional services of the hospital. HAH is very responsive to your questions. They understand unique situations. I always feel supported and treated fairly. I've not met a single person there that I don't trust. Thier lobby is fun and informative. They do what is in the best interest of your babies.

GHOST sees the girl and walks right to them. Makes it easy on me !! And I know Ghost will be fine while I am OOT. (It wasn’t that way at the 2 other kennels, she did NOT want to go into the back room!!)

They are so convenient in setting up appointments that I can get one the same day based on my dogs needs. They really take the time to listen where I dont feel like I'm rushed. He had been my friend for decades and I asked him who he would recommend. He mentioned Hurstbourne Animal Hospital and I tried them. From the very first visit they set my worries aside. I've been a client ever since. All the doctors there, along with their staff, do a phenomenal job. Dr. Kim Siegwald in particular saved the life of one of my 10 year cats in 2024. Without her help, and the care of the other doctors, I would have lost her. I cannot recommend Hurstbourne Animal Hospital highly enough. They are the most kind and most caring vets you will find anywhere.

Fantastic experience: Recently rescued a dog with all kinds of issues. Im a no nonsense person, cut to the point. They did just that. I feel as if they are as vested as I am with our new addition. We have a follow up this week and I will update if needed.

The techs are very professional and patient with the animals. They have great bedside manner. I've seen 4 of the vets at this clinic and they've all been great. Theyre knowledgeable, caring, and take the time to answer all my questions. The clinic itself is nice. It's well kept, clean, and the rooms are spacious. Overall great place for a pet to receive care.

Fantastic experience: We took our doggie Linda Lu up to Hurstbourne Animal Hospital because she was having some issues and we just rescued her 5 weeks before and didn’t have a new veterinary. Everyone was so nice and friendly got us in and helped us with Linda Lu. She’s having some health problems and they have called and texted us to make sure Linda Lu is doing better. Hurstbourne Animal Hospital is our new veterinary facility now. We were so impressed with how much they cared, we love them.

Fantastic experience: My Kitty was vomiting and I could not get in to the veterinary clinic he had been going to previously. Hurstbourne Animal Hospital got him in within the hour. I really loved Dr. Stephanie and the assistant. They were so kind and thorough. It turns out my Kitty had swallowed a hair tie, and it was stuck in his colon. It was non surgically removed successfully. He was given Top notch care. As a result of this positive experience, I have scheduled appointments for my other two kitties. I feel like Hurstbourne Animal Hospital is the best place for their care!

Fantastic experience: My tiny Sadie and I had a wonderful experience getting acquainted with Dr. Matthew Sawyer and the awesome vet tech, Carson. Or at least I did (Sadie isn’t fond of getting shots, anal exams, nail trims…etc!) but otherwise she loved everything about her new vet place. Everyone from Beth in reception, to the spotless exam room, to the attractive waiting room (staff checked on us as we waited for our ride home, and gave Sadie extra love) were so kind, welcoming, and efficient. I would give more stars if I could!
