Negative experience: Horrible and unprofessional place. I scheduled an appointment here for this Saturday and even payed the $40 dollar deposit online. I showed up to the clinic and it is closed. This is unacceptable. They had sent me my appointment confirmation yesterday and on their door it even says they would be open as shown on my image. I want my deposit back. They did not honor or respect the appointment. This is a fraud.

Fantastic experience: Only concern was that George was one of the last cats to be neutered even though we were the second to sign in at 7 am. When he came home, he was very much drugged. He pottied in his crate and was very aggressive when he got home.

Fantastic experience: The team there did a great job. We took a 2 yr old in to get Spayed. They did such a good job we had a hard time finding the small incision on her stomach. They send a cone home, but I suggest getting an after surgery outfit.

Fantastic experience: Would recommend them for any service that they provide. I've had stuff come up both times I've dropped an animal off there. And they went above and beyond to accommodate things that were definitely not their fault. Like staying late so I could pick up my animal way late. They were kind enough to not charge me for having done this extra although one if it happened again there would be a fee. Which is understandable and completely reasonable.

While the wait to get into the building to check in is pretty long, once inside if you have all your apersone done it goes really quick and the staff was super nice. Place was clean and pick up was a breeze. I am really pleased with the service and will recommend to everyone.

Negative experience: Scheduled what I thought to be an “appointment” with SNN Fort Worth but apparently everyone is told to “drop off” at the same time. When i arrived at 7 on the dot there were already several people lined up out the door to check in. There was no designated sign to let anyone who has not visited these facilities before know what to do or any personnel outside to advise because they are of course, short staffed. Not a single clear instruction online or on the email confirmation. I waited for over an hour just to CHECK IN my pet. I live an hour away from Fort Worth but scheduled at that location because they had the soonest availability, so I thought it wouldn’t be a big deal to make the drive. After all the unorganized chaos and ridiculous wait time at check in, I get a call from their front desk around 2 PM, letting me know that the doctor would not be able to perform the procedure or administer any vaccines because they would inevitably not have time due to “emergency patients”. Obviously a white lie because they clearly overbook. Also because the wait was so ridiculously long my pet had an accident in her carrier. I made the front staff aware at drop off and when my pet was picked up by a family member later in the day, they let me know that the accident was still there and my pet reeked of her own feces. I would like to assume that the facility did not leave my animal in a dirty carrier for several hours but after what I experienced firsthand I would not be surprised. If you want your time wasted and your pet neglected please schedule your “appointment” as soon as possible. This place was absolutely horrendous.

Negative experience: Overall terrible experience. While the initial intake process was fairly normal, the job was never completed. I dropped my cat off at 7am and didn't receive a call until 2pm telling me they are cancelling the procedure due to other appts that put the vet behind. I understand things happen but once I arrived to pick her I shortly found out that they did not provide her with any food, water or a bathroom in the meantime after cancelling the procedure. Mind you the instructions is no food after 10pm the night before. During pickup there was a lack of answers and explanation as to what happened and what they did to comfort any animal that was cancelled that day. I definitely will not be returning for the safety and care of my pets.

Positive experience: Waited 3 hours and were turned away. Had 2 dogs - got there at 11am and were told at 2 pm when they close and that they could not help us. I fully understand that it is first come first serve for vaccinations, but the issue here is “why didn’t they tell us till 2 pm that they only had one person giving vaccinations?” I have been there before and was in and out in about a little more than an hour. Let me say that this is not an issue with staff - they are friendly professional and awesome. However hauling 2 dogs 20 mins each way and being turned away at the last minute is not cool. The vaccination cost is a lot cheaper than most vets - but you will wait. They said that they concentrate on surgeries (spay & neuter) and fit vaccinations in between. The person giving the vaccinations was willing to give the vaccination but the other staff member cut her off and said no. I begged to just have the one big dog given his shots as it is harder to haul him up there. We were told no because at 2 pm they have to concentrate on surgeries. It would have taken 5 minutes for that shot after a 3 hour wait - is that unreasonable? Again the issue is not being told until they closed at 2 that they couldn’t get to us. If your wondering “ yes we take care of our dogs and keep their vaccinations up to date” I read reviews claiming that the negative reviews are from people who neglect their dogs - that is not the case here. It seems it comes down to time or money - if you have 3 hours to wait and be turned away only to return and possibly be turned away again then this is the place for you. If not - you may want to pay a little more and get your pets care in a reasonable time.

Fantastic experience: Staff provided exceptional customer service. I was very happy that Spay and Neuter Network had appointments available the day after Christmas. This was my fourth pet getting spay. My yorkie pet was in a little pain the evening after her surgery. Three days after the surgery she was doing much better. But she will keep the cone on for 14 days. Thank you for taking care of her before and after surgery. I highly recommend you take your pet to Spay and Neuter Network.

Positive experience: Spay Neuter Network got us in really fast, which I really appreciated. The line was pretty long dropping off which I expected and was no big deal! Pickup went extremely fast. The only frustrating part was that after I dropped the pups off, they called to let me know they couldn’t sedate my female because she was being pretty snappy, and they needed me to come hold her later in the day. I do appreciate that they didn’t want to stress her out more. She can be a little iffy with certain handling but it was just inconvenient because I was at work at the time and drove over an hour to get there. Other than that, the experience was great. Staff was super friendly and organized. Both of my dogs are happy, healthy, and healing up well. And thanks to my ZIP code, we were able to get the spay and neuter services for free, which I’m very grateful for. Thank you, Spay Neuter Network!

Negative experience: Took my Pug Milo and they claimed he had a heart murmur. He sees a regular vet routinely and was never diagnosed with a heart murmur. I think they were afraid because of the way he breathes. He's a pug what do they expect. I wanted Dr.Lavendar and got some new prn vet. Never again. THUMBS DOWN.

Fantastic experience: Honestly, I was really worried to bring my kitten here to get neutered initially. I just worried with the volume of pets they take in each day they would be sketchy, but I’m glad I took the chance and went ahead and put my trust in them because they were great from beginning to end. Overall, I had an extremely pleasant experience where I felt they were very organized, and nobody working there looked overwhelmed or flustered. I will say that all of the other reviews here are spot on when they say to get there well before your appointment time if you want a good spot in line. Definitely don’t come expecting to drop your pet off and just be in and out in 5 mins or something. I was probably waiting outside for about an hour and then inside for about 15 mins or so. Even with the waiting I feel they did a great job checking everyone in and making the process feel organized and timely while still giving each person and their pet the care and attention they deserve. They made sure everyone had the chance to ask questions and understand anything they needed to know before leaving their pet with them. I was a little bit uneasy about leaving my cat all day and not getting him until 4pm pickup time that their website says is everyone’s pickup time. But I actually got a text at 9:30am telling me he was already done with surgery, and they said I could come pick him up as early as noon which was fantastic! Did not expect to be able to get him early. Pickup was easy and I didn’t have to wait at all since I got there well before 4. They gave me detailed instructions in a packet that went over all post op care for my kitten and the front desk lady went over it all with me and made sure to point out the things that applied to me and specific times I could let him eat and when to give medicine. My kitten seems happy and is healing up just fine so far. He seems like he was cared for and I am thankful for the help this place provided me free of cost thanks to the grants for Fort Worth residents. They are truly doing a great service and helping out so many people and always remained patient, friendly, welcoming, and composed throughout the process. I highly highly recommend them and you have nothing to worry about your pet will be in good hands.

So much good here. Easy drop off and pick-up. Rent Historic First Worth used their bus clinic years ago and now, their brick and mortar clinic on S Riverside and Seminary. 50 pound Luna was spayed and is healing beautifully.

Positive experience: Great job getting our dog settled in and handling spaying, micro-chipping and heartworm test. However, they forgot to trim his nails as requested and paid for. Overall, a good experience.

Negative experience: I’m writing this as another one of Mochi’s aunts, and I’m furious about how my sister and her dog were treated by Spay Neuter Network (Fort Worth). What’s worse is how this clinic handled it: they didn’t. No follow-up, no apology, and no accountability even after months. It’s disgusting how little they seem to care. Amy Roper, the so-called “manager,” and DR. Murphy, who performed the surgery, both completely ignored my sister’s messages and never once took responsibility. Watching Mochi suffer while they stayed silent is absolutely shameful.

Fantastic experience: Got a spay/rabies/microchip for a former feral cat mama. Loved that the drop off and pickup moved pretty quick. Was glad to hear she behaved herself, I wasn't sure how she would do with strangers. I also loved the detailed breakdown of all medications used during her stay.

Negative experience: Reading the paperwork specifically the Sterilization Authorization and Release Form and it is very anxiety inducing. It’s already a tough decision to ever engage with anesthesia for both humans and pets but their callous approach to discussing this matter gives pause. The bullet points, the nonchalant tone and “it’s not our fault” approach when you are providing these types of services and contracting these veterinarians is very alarming yet they want to charge xyz for this and that but couldn’t bother to be a little more concerned with informing families on what to expect and ensuring they will care for them like their own when handling your fur babies. Ridiculous honestly.

Negative experience: I could give zero stars, I would. My dog Mochi was neutered here on August 1, 2025, and it turned into an absolute nightmare. Within hours, his surgical area was severely swollen, bruised, and clearly infected. I immediately emailed the clinic with photos, begging for help and got nothing but an automated response. Despite repeated follow-ups, no one from the clinic called or reached out. The next morning, I had to rush Mochi to an emergency hospital due to how badly his condition worsened. Over the following days, I kept contacting Amy Roper, the clinic manager, and asking for information about Dr. Murphy, who performed the surgery. Every time, I was told someone would “get back to me” — but they never did. Weeks passed with no accountability, no update, and no concern for my pet’s suffering. This experience showed a complete lack of compassion and professionalism. I tried to handle this privately and respectfully, but after months of silence, I feel it’s only right to warn others. Please be careful trusting this clinic with your pet’s care.

Fantastic experience: Made an appointment for a later date and they text to see if I could go earlier like 3 weeks earlier and that was the first great thing about this company. Second thing is that someone text me and said since I lived in the area code their service for my baby was free which free is for me lol that was great. So when I get there they were going to give my money back but they also give you an option to donate to help others in need which was even more of a plus for me even though I didn't give it all I did donate some of my deposit. So even when I picked my baby up she was good and they have been checking on her just about everyday I am so impressed with this company and so very greatful I will highly recommend y'all to alllllll my friends. Thank you again y'all are so appreciated.

They have been great with scheduling issues, chronic no shows and post surgical non-compliance (antibiotics for infection) and have not made judgmental comments but were only interested in helping!
