Fantastic experience: I initially wrote a bad review because I was frustrated they wanted me to come back for something they already saw my cat for however, I am changing that. I called in frantic because they were the only ones who could get my dog in other than expensive ERs. I appreciate that they did this. My family had to make the difficult decision to put our 9 year old Shepard mix down. It was a heart breaking situation for our family and we are thankful to have the immense support of this clinic. I appreciate everything you guys did from getting us in to supporting our decision. Rip ranger my sweet sweet boy.

Fantastic experience: Very accommodating and friendly, got me in same day appt and I was able to have someone else take my dogs in and then I handle everything by phone while I was at work (tests I wants, payment, and test results review...).

Fantastic experience: Have to pay $ 500.00 to bring her in to work on her anno glans . And to give her med. Then she stop eating. Then I brought her back and then check her again and blood work another bill $600.oo. and im told to suggest to put her down today 3:00 PM and pay another bill $ 500.oo. TO PUT HER DOWN. Money I dont have . HAVE NO CHOICE TO UES MY RENT MONEY. They were very good to us. I love you GORDA. Rest in peace

Negative experience: I was very disappointed the last couple of times I went to Trilogy Vet. They expanded and have many new people. I did not like the way the new girl treated my dog. She was rough with her. My Frenchie used to love it there because the people were so good with her. Not anymore, my dog hates it now and so do I. I have been going there for a long time but its time to find a new Vet.

Fantastic experience: Very kind and compassionate staff….I took my injured puppy in and they helped me within a minute. They helped send me to the correct pet ER and prepared the other staff to receive my puppy. So thank you for all your help!!! My husband and I are very much appreciate your caring professionalism.

Fantastic experience: I lost my cat of 16 years to cancer which was diagnosed at Triology. Dr. Schnier was great at balancing being direct with how much time we had left with him, while also being empathetic to our situation. She returned calls right away when we had questions regarding his symptoms and helped guide us on how to keep him comfortable before he passed. The front desk staff were also extremely empathetic when we dropped him off to be cremated, by not forcing us to walk in with him and meeting us at our car. We had such a positive experience that we even entrusted them with cremating our other senior cat who unfortunately passed 6 months after our first loss. Even though she was never seen by Triology while she was living, they still took great care of her after she was gone. I would recommend this clinic to any and everyone. They are amazing.

Positive experience: We had a great experience with Trilogy. I had a sick puppy and they took awesome care of her. They took the time to explain what was going on and what the plan was to get her back on her feet. They were very good with my puppy and made me feel good leaving her in their care for the day.

Fantastic experience: I have been extremely happy with Trilogy Vet. We're new to the area and my dog suddenly got sick and they got me in within 2 hours and we were brought straight back to see Dr Pearson. He is very thourogh and takes the time to truly explain results and recommendations. The office staff and vet techs are so kind and helpful. They even got is in the next day for our other 2 dogs to get established. I cannot recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: I do appreciate Trilogy Vet Medical Center. Specifically, the ability to make a same day appointment for issues with my pet. They are quick, caring, and very attentive. What I’m not understanding is the À la carte service model. I don’t understand having options to remove (like x-rays) from the treatment plan. Trilogy does a good job of explaining why they present the options and there’s never a hassle to remove undesired treatment plans. I’d definitely recommend to anyone with a pet.

Fantastic experience: PorkChop’s primary vet clinic, yesterday we visited for nail trim and so he could say hi to his favorite vet techs.

Fantastic experience: We take our cat to Trilogy to have her nails clipped and nail caps put on about every 3 mos. This time, the tech, Emily, did such a great job. So far, the caps are staying on better than usual. We always get the best care there. The techs are always especially nice. Jolene is a happy cat now since her pedi-cure!

Fantastic experience: TALK ABOUT AMAZING CAREGIVERS! We had Amanda for an emergency for our cat and from beginning to end she was so supportive kind caring and helpful. She clearly knows her shit and helped us understand what to do given our cat had to end up getting an amputation due to infected bite. I’ve never been so vulnerable w my cats health and care and I couldn’t have been in safer hands. I will definitely be coming back and strongly support and promote anyone to come her for any type of vet care. I have always had same day appointments within the hour and the vet on duty was so informative kind and caring showing us pictures of the process and helping us out in our situation. I can’t express enough how impressed I am with this vet clinic. 10 STARS! Couldn’t help but hug the staff from how much of a blessing they were today. Fantastic experience: Great monthly visit for my 18 year old cat to receive her Solencia shot. Even received a recommendation from the Technician to put my cat on an Anti-Anxiety meds to minimize her stress when she comes for her shot. Always appreciate the care and compassion they provide to our elderly girl. Thank you!!!

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough amazing things about this vet. My poor pup had an abscessed tooth & they not only got me in right away, but also performed same day surgery. While that option might not always be available, I’m over the moon that it was. The communication, the sympathy, the processes & the CARE they have, is truly exceptional and unlike any other vet experience I’ve had. I will be taking all my pets here in the future!! If you’re needing right away care or just a new vet to establish your fur babies with, this is your best option I want to specifically shout out - Dr. Megl, Lilia, Morgan, Kim, & Shea > These people set the standard for veterinary care!

Fantastic experience: Unfortunately the only times I have been to Trilogy was to say goodbye to our fur babies. The first meeting was a 2nd opinion on Archie's growth. Wasn't good news. When he refused to eat, Trilogy helped with his transition. Then out baby, Chloe, wasn't well in Christmas. We got her in the day after Christmas. She was in heart failure. She had never been to this vet, but I trusted them because of their compassion with Archie. Our little puppy paw we received for free in clay helped ease the grief. Thank you to everyone at Trilogy.

Fantastic experience: We had a great experience in our first visit. My dog had an emergency and her vet could not see her for a week out. I called Trilogy and they saw her within an hour. She had great care and we are very happy with the outcome. The doctor and staff were very kind. We will be switching offices for our pups.

Fantastic experience: Our little Boston terrier had a scratch on her eye and they were able to see her the same day I called! The front office staff was super polite. The veterinarian was clear about treatment plan/s and explained thoroughly to both my father and I - my father was babysitting and I was 3,000 miles away so I appreciated the time they took to clarify everything and work with us. We will definitely continue with this facility! They seriously check all the boxes - informative, skilled, kind, caring, professional, polite, and efficient! …. And I thought it was a great price for same day care for an extremely sensitive situation my “bubbly-eyed” furbaby will still have her pretty blue eye!

Fantastic experience: The facility was clean, bright. The staffing were professional, efficient, and friendly. The tech, was very transparent with the fee(s). The doctor was very friendly, understanding, and caring. This place is amazing! Other places I have been only help canines, and not felines. So they often turn me away or do not have any clue of what’s it’s happening.

Negative experience: I recently visited Trilogy Vet Center in Chandler, AZ, and left deeply concerned by our experience. Dr. Hanson misdiagnosed our dog, which led to our pet becoming very ill, and the appointment started about 35 minutes late. The advice given felt inappropriate and did not address our dog’s condition effectively. To make matters worse, we were placed in the cat room despite clear severe allergy concerns, and my son developed an allergic reaction as a result. The clinic also used an abundance of air fresheners and Bath & Body Works Wallflowers, which contributed to headaches and discomfort. Overall, the combination of a delayed appointment, questionable medical guidance, poor allergy accommodations, and a heavily fragranced environment left us feeling dismissed and stressed. If you’re considering Trilogy Vet Center, I’d recommend confirming appointment times and wait expectations in advance, discussing any allergies or sensitivities ahead of your visit, and seeking a second opinion if there are concerns about a diagnosis or treatment. I hope the clinic uses this feedback to improve patient care and communication for future visits. Dr. Hanson doesn’t know much.

Fantastic experience: I decided to switch to Trilogy after I tried to get in to my Vet because my dog was sick and I was leaving on vacation and they didn't have Saturday hours. Trilogy was able to get me in for an appointment. I was impressed with them and they are closer to me, so I switched over and just had my dog's yearly visit with them. I got a quick appointment, and was in and out. The staff is pleasant, the assistant and the Vet discuss everything they are going to do and answered all my questions. No pressure on your choices of care.

Fantastic experience: First time here and they got us in with no trouble or wait and were ready for us as soon as we got there! They were thorough and handled our cat with gentleness and care! Reassured us with testing that came back so fast, and inform us everything came back normal! They were kind enough to continue with care even after closing hours! Fantastic experience: Wonderful office! From the receptionists, techs, and Vet - wonderful experience. They took such good care of our dog and was extremely patient and kind. Ear infection which is never fun, but they gave us all the meds she needs, explained everything in detail, and we left knowing that they really cared.

Fantastic experience: Words cannot express how amazed I am with Trilogy. The staff was so gentle with my cat, and very understanding of my anxiety. My cat felt so calm he chose to sit by the technician after having his blood drawn. Then he fell asleep while we waited for the results. I am so thankful we were able to be seen on such short notice. They have a big, well-staffed practice that can accommodate same day or next day appointments. I felt impressed, respected, and valued as a customer. Our appointment was at 8am and we were with the doctor by 815am. The drive from Maricopa was well worth it. Thank you again Trilogy!!

Fantastic experience: First note there are many Veterinarians out there that are fairly booked where I live in Maricopa but they recommended Trilogy for the ability to accept same day schedule and service. As I had been feeding some of our street cats when one day I saw the skinniest cat I've ever seen was just laying down by the food & water outside, she never ran when I walked out like normal street cats did. The next morning when getting to the Veterinarians office the Doctor, Nurse & Front Desk Attendants were all polite & gentle to the little kitty. When all was said & done though she got her full checkup without hassle & I was NEVER pushed on silly things like getting random vaccines or unnecessary procedures "just because". Their gentle touches for a cat that from what we can tell is elderly, weighed less than 5lb & she never showed a single sign of feeling threatened by the staff at Trilogy Veterinary Center. Easily a place I can go back to without worry knowing what kind of help I'd be getting for our newest family member in the house, Anna is home and doing great taking her medicine. A big thank you Dr. Schnier for helping save a life.

Fantastic experience: Ellie, a 6 year old Sheltie, went into Trilogy for a past due checkup and shots. She was treated gently and came out happy, wagging her tail. They were prompt and respected my schedule. Love the staff. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: One of our cats was having an urgent concern with bladder stones and an infected area of her tail. The bladder stones issues were already being treated by a different animal urgent care but Trilogy was able to give us more information on the side effects we're seeing, what to keep an eye on as far as possible surgical intervention, and also give suggestions for clearing up her tail infection. We did not feel rushed -- they took time to answer all our questions and every one of the staff that we came in contact with, both on the phone and in person, was very helpful and compassionate.

Negative experience: Dr. Hanson diagnosed our dog incorrectly. We spent $2800 on liver & kidney testing and he just had a UTI like I had suspected the whole time. Dr. Hanson got defensive when telling her my concerns. Plus, the waits have gotten so long to see the vet. We won’t return.

Negative experience: Bad experience where I was overcharged for what should’ve been two interstate health certificates but instead was forcefully pushed to pay 2X for international certificates despite clearly stating they were not required. Nearly $1700 for two certs and some tick treatment — brutal. Staff was all of assertive, wrong, and unhelpful. Would never go back here.

Fantastic experience: Great experience! I’ll be getting both my dogs established here now! Got a same day appointment for my puppy that was feeling under the weather. (I called at 8am and she was seen by 9am.) The office is very clean and organized. All the staff from receptionist, vet tech and Dr were all very nice and knowledgeable. Within less than a half hour my dog was examined, diagnosed and provided antibiotics. I requested information in regards to future vaccinations for my pup and they gave me a run down on what they recommend and a pricing breakdown, which I thought was really nice to know what to expect. Overall great experience and thanks for treating my pup so quickly.

Fantastic experience: I am so impressed with this office! My sweet pup was treated so well here! She had a bad tooth root abscess and they took such great care of her and the whole team was very knowledgeable. Prices are reasonable as well! Dr. Hanson is the absolute best!

Fantastic experience: We took my son Marquis to Trilogy based off of a recommendation from our family vet. My son wasn't properly vaccinated and because of this he has parvo. My daughter and I took my son to an emergency vet on a Sunday and we were treated like we were bad parents, like we meant for him not to be vaccinated. They were not kind nor compassionate at all. When we contacted our primary vet on Monday we will refer to trilogy. We called at 7am and was advised to bring the baby in same day. When we got there from the time we walked through the door the staff and the doctors understood the situation that happened and treated me and my daughter and my son with the upmost respect and compassion. They put together a plan to get my baby better and as of now we are just waiting to make sure all goes well. I live about 45 minutes away from trilogy, and I would drive to them every time. If you need a good doctor for your fur babies I recommend trilogy tenfold!!!

Fantastic experience: I had to rush over my female Doberman asap the ladies up front were sweet and welcoming when I called and when we arrived! The vet tech that helped me in the waiting room was kind caring she even brought my dog a blanket to help soothe her anxiety. Dr. Drew Pearson was absolutely amazing! He walked me through the process for my dog’s surgery and didn’t hesitate when I asked if he can reexplain the whole process again. 12/10!

Fantastic experience: Out of all the veterinary clinics in town, I found THE one! I am so thankful and happy with the service from the minute we walked in (as a walk in on Saturday) down to the minute we left was such a great experience. Prices were great too! I highly recommend Trilogy. My dog is better!

Negative experience: I want to start this review by saying that I was extremely disappointed in the way my experience at this office went. My dog was critically sick when I arrived. I don't have complaints about the care provided. My issue is that my dog was suffering and needed to be put to sleep. Making that decision is hard enough....but while we were RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE PROCESS, with my dog GASPING FOR AIR BECAUSE SHE COULDN'T BREATHE, the staff was asking for PAYMENT. I couldn't believe it. I was in the building for a full 45 minutes. My dog needed to be relieved of her suffering.....AND THEY WERE ASKING FOR PAYMENT! I honestly couldn't even believe it. They thought they needed to take 5 more minutes to let her suffer a little longer, for what? I ended up paying my bill after she took her last breath, but that was the most unprofessional, incompassionate, experience I could have imagined.

Fantastic experience: This was Arrow's first visit to a new clinic. He was not nervous at all, everyone was so pleasant and professional. We had no wait time and placed in the exam room after he was weighed. The technician came right in and did her brief exam and went over an estimate of what Arrow was needing.. Arrow happily went with the tech to the back for a blood draw. Dr Megl was extremely pleasant did her exam, vaccinated him and they had to take him to the back for the microchip. When the tech game back with Arrow she gave me the result of the blood test. The check out was quick and easy. This is a clinic that everyone was friendly and you can feel the love they have for the animal's. The facility is very clean and no negativity was felt.

Fantastic experience: My horse accidentally stepped on my puppys paw. Xrays showed a pulverized digit, meaning my baby had to have an amputation. My puppy was scheduled for surgery with another vet practice but I was at Trilogy seeking a 2nd opinion. Even though there was no bone to save, I wasnt rational in my thinking. Im so glad my irrational thinking led me to Trilogy. Dr Lisa Schnier was beyond reassuring and amazing. Im one of those pet owners that just cries and cant think rationally when my dog is in pain. I dont live anywhere Trilogy but I will drive past 5 different vet practices for any future vet visits with my 5 dogs, needing any vet attention. Thank u to the receptionist, vet tech and even office mgr for helping my puppy and me get through this situation

Fantastic experience: We have been Vet shopping in this immediate area for 3 years. My oldest dog is getting to the age where frequent vet visits are necessary. He ended having a very rare disease. This Vet group gets me in on demand same day. They diagnosed him straight away and were very detailed in their notes / pass down to other Dr.'s. No need to only sitck with one Vet Dr. at this location. They are very professional, compassionate, coordinated, and most importantly I don't feel like i'm on a convayer belt thorugh the office visit with only goal to collect money. We are very happy with Trilogy Vet medical center.

The staff are super friendly and genuinely enjoy spending time with dogs it’s clearly more than just a job for them. The facilities are spotless, and they’re currently going through renovations, which is exciting to see. I also really appreciate their hours. They open early, close late, and are available on weekends, which is always a huge plus. Recently, I scheduled a weekend appointment for my dog’s vaccines but forgot the vaccine list. The staff were so accommodating they told me to come back anytime later that day. I came back around 3:00 p.m., and my dog got vaccinated without any hassle. Highly recommend this place for anyone who wants their dog to be happy, well-cared for, and in excellent hands!

Negative experience: We are devastated by how our beloved pet’s final moments were handled at this place. Losing him was already unbearable, but the way the staff treated his body afterward was beyond cruel. When it came time to get the paw print, they were crude and careless, treating him with zero dignity as if he was just an object, not a beloved family member we had just lost. This lack of respect, especially in front of our children, was deeply traumatizing. What should have been a sacred and tender moment turned into something we will never forget for all the wrong reasons. No family should have to endure the indignity we witnessed. The way you handled our deceased pet is unforgivable, and we cannot recommend this place to anyone who loves their animal. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

Fantastic experience: Dr. Schneir and Alyssa were awesome. I called because my boy who is an 8 year old mixed terrier was coughing after being groomed. Our pets are like our children. Dr. Schneir gave me all the possibilities of what the cough could be. We did x-rays, bloodwork and sending out for valley fever test. The radiologist read the x-rays fast and Dr. Schneir called me not two hours from getting home. Given antibiotics and cough suppressant, Riggs is doing very well. He was named after Martin Riggs from Lethal Weapon, but it morphed to Rigsy...he is back to being crazy and playful which is a relief to see! They have longer hours and got us in fast.

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Trilogy highly enough. I had the first appointment of the day for my puppy who was scared and anxious about the visit. Several incredibly sweet vet techs arriving for work stopped on their way in to show Bear some love, including one who stopped in the parking lot, squatted down while juggling her coffee, and reassured Bear enough to get her inside. Not to mention they provide wonderful care, they’re transparent and upfront about costs, and don’t try to upsell for unnecessary services. We’ll never go anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: Such a welcoming clinic of amazing young ladies. I came in with my sick English bulldog,Smoke. He was having tummy issues and I was really nervous because he's my broke best friend but these ladies put my mind to ease and were able to handle my baby with care. Thank you.

Positive experience: The nurse recorded the wrong weight for my dog, which led to an incorrect dosage being given for the heart worm injection. After realizing the mistake once I got home, I had to return to get the correct dosage.

Fantastic experience: The staff here is amazing . I called before they opened and at open they returned my call. They took great care of my fur baby . My dog was hesitant and they gave her some treats and she followed them to the back. They gave me everything my dog needed for a speedy recovery . Thank you I will recommend .

Fantastic experience: Love, love, love this vet. I bounced around for what felt like years, until I found this gem. I needed an emergency same day appt and they were one of the only offices that will see a new patient same day. They treated us with compassion and care. All of the front desk girls are super sweet and attentive. I have never had to deal with a sour attitude from anyone here. We see Dr Hansen, and I love her so much, but I’ve seen other drs on occasion and they are all top notch. So excited for their expansion and remodel, they deserve all the success!

Fantastic experience: Brought my dog Ruby in to Trilogy for the first time and we saw Dr Hanson. Ruby has anxiety issues and Dr Hanson was so great with her. I would 100% recommend Trilogy Veterinary Medical Center and Dr Hanson!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Pearson is a fantastic vet! He provided us with clear explanations for what our options were for an issue our dog had (a lump on her back paw) without trying to upsell or scare us into an expensive treatment. He diagnosed it as possibly a Histiocytoma, which he said typically heal after 2-3 months in younger dogs. He walked us through our options, from wait and see to surgery. We went with his recommendation, bandaging and topical treatments to give it a chance to heal on it's own, and a month later it's almost gone! No expensive surgery that would have had a long recovery time. It's great to know you can trust your vet to make the recommendation that's best for your pet without trying to sell you on the more expensive options. I highly recommend anyone to go to Trilogy and to request Dr. Pearson specifically!

Fantastic experience: I have nothing but amazing things to say about this vet. From taking care of my sweet girl snoop to helping me through her last breath. I have never felt so comfortable taking a pet to a vet until now. They listen they put themselves in your shoes to understand your feelings and then explain everything they’re doing. Negative experience: It seemed like they just want to do procedures and tests to get money. :( My dog is very old and we just want his time left to be comfortable, not doing a bunch of tests and procedures. I’ve gone here before and it was not like this. So, it could have been who we saw this time.

Fantastic experience: Fabulous. Loved the office environment and the front desk personnel were great. Appointments were set up and extremely efficient veterinary service when I got to the office with my dog. Next day received telephone call from office asking how things were with my puppy and genuinely took the time to follow up which was appreciated. I definitely recommend this Veterinary office!
