Fantastic experience: I enjoy this place. I have been here twice with two different pets in wildy different scenarios. Both vets that I have talked to were kind, caring and compassionate. They took the time to help me understand what was happening and the best to do moving forward. The payment plans they offer is extremely helpful. And the people at the front desk have always been helpful with my overthinking load of questions.

Fantastic experience: Lovet Pet Health Care - Dobson Ranch always takes care of my dog Oreo. I’ve been bringing my Oreo here for over a year now.I also signed him up with a monthly care plan!

Fantastic experience: The Lovet team has been so great! They take such great care of my foster dog, Finn. He has some serious medical issues and I appreciate their willingness to work with rescues at a discount.

Negative experience: I've had several positive experiences with Lovet. But today made me want to leave this story in a review. I was told today, the day before my dogs dental visit, that it is now a requirement that she be on a particular medication or she would not be seen. I have had this appointment set for nearly a month and they didn't say anything to me about this. I called to ask what the intake process would be. I was called back and told about the medication. I was offered the medication at our last visit, as something to help her stay calm with traveling to their office. I said she does great during travel and due to the amount we travel, it seemed unnecessary and the topic was dropped. No one ever said it was a requirement for her to go back to this location.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Kearney is the best! Everyone at the office is so friendly and takes time to make you feel like you’re being heard and your pet is important. They really take time to help you understand everything and give time for questions and discussion. They communicate very well via their portal and email as well. Thank you Lovet team for helping me care for my best friend.

Fantastic experience: We brought our pup in for a deep cleaning. They did an amazing job. They make you feel very comfortable with the process.

Negative experience: I originally gave 5 stars for the kind and helpful staff that cared for my senior cat in her final days after a sudden decline in health, all the way through to her euthanasia appointment. Everyone we worked with was so lovely and genuine during such a difficult time for us, but honestly their deceptive billing practices emerging 6 weeks later have completely soured my experience with this location. Please read everything very carefully, as anything explained verbally will not be upheld. Even after they acknowledge and verify that you were not told the correct details by their staff upon investigation. They will offer apologies for any “miscommunication” but they will need to collect additional funds. I am now in a position where I have to spend an extra $700 unexpectedly after spending thousands during treatment last month.

Fantastic experience: Took my cat in for some inexplicable wounds on his rear legs, the vet and assistant were super nice, friendly, understanding and knowledgeable. Gave me antibiotics to start as treatment which have been helping. They called a week later for a progress report also. Sooo sweet and kind! Payment plan that didn't break my wallet also. I will be bringing my other cat in as well

Fantastic experience: We are new to the area. I like the practice model that allows for prepaid "wellness" visits which then qualifies us for a discount on other vet services. Our first visit was fantastic. Friendly & helpful reception staff, very clean environment, the "nurse" (I think this is a vet tech) handled a lot of the appointment prior to the vet coming in and she was skilled at her job and reassuring. Friendly, approachable, knowledgeable vet with good communication skills. My dog had some issues beyond "wellness care." The options for care as well as for managing payment were clearly explained. The dog's physical exam charge was covered through the monthly payment. She was scheduled for a dental cleaning and exam (free annually on this plan) which is badly needed, we knew. I received a follow-up call FROM THE VET HIMSELF ( Dr. Nico, I think is his name) the very next day to give me lab results and discuss further care. I was very impressed with the entire system that they have to provide efficient, excellent care with multiple payment options.

Negative experience: My husband took in our puppy after she was having trouble walking on her own and staying upright. After being told that she was fine aside from having parasites and being malnourished she died within five days. ** I do want to note that we have photos and videos of her playing on December 28th and she was completely healthy. Healthy body weight, playful, eating like normal, super alert, etc. So for this decline to happen within a week was shocking. Wednesday 1AM: she ate her supper like normal, and then afterward was having some trouble walking Wednesday 11AM: we took her to the vet (here), got bloodwork done, and did a full check up and deworming. The vet told us that there was no way that our puppy was a puppy and that she was at least 1-4 years old based on her teeth which we now do not believe. We were told just to feed her more, give her medication, and let her rest. Thursday afternoon: the vet called my husband and said that she had mites (which we already knew and had been treating), but also that her bloodwork was not concerning to him and again said that he thought she had parasites and was malnourished, but that it could be treated. Now, looking back at photos, there was clearly something deeper happening considering she was happy, had a full coat, and was a perfect healthy weight on December 28th. Friday AM: we call the vet again, our puppy is still declining pretty rapidly and losing a ton of hair. Vet says to bring in a poop sample whenever she goes, and brushes us off. Basically says to try feeding her chicken and rice (which she refused) and that they’ll see her the 28th. Saturday: she’s acting the same as Thursday and Friday so we naively assume that the vets know what they are talking about and let her rest Sunday 1PM: she dies The reason for this review is NOT because she passed. Unfortunately after doing my own research I’m inclined to believe that she had a major organ failure given her rapid weight loss and decline regardless of what the vet claims she had or that the blood test showed. My main issue is that this vet charged us $800 for essentially a checkup, told us that she would be fine EVEN AFTER WE CALLED MULTIPLE TIMES TO SEE IF WE NEEDED TO BRING HER IN, and then she died within five days. It’s plain negligence. The vet did not want to see her again until the 28th and given her condition I think that it was clear she wouldn’t make it until then. So, instead of making the decision and putting her down in office, I’ve now been traumatized by having her die in my lap, alone, at home. I would personally never go to or recommend this vet in the future. I want to be clear, our pup was clearly sick and had some underlying stuff happening so we aren’t necessarily mad at them for her passing, but they were negligent in telling us that she would be fine ESPECIALLY considering her rapid decline. She should have never been sent home in that condition and I feel awful that they essentially sent her home to suffer.

Fantastic experience: My Female Springer Spaniel needed her annual exam & vaccines. Dr. Reynolds & the staff were wonderful as always.

Fantastic experience: I am very thankful I found Lovet pet health care. I am so serious. We all know owning a pet is very expensive when we want to take care of them properly. My dog Baxter recently had a very strange thing happened and got an infection in his back right leg. I even had to take him to the emergency room the night before my appointment that was a scam and so expensive and I can only afford him a methadone injection but I digress I had an appointment the next day with this beautiful veterinarian care who I pay $100 a month for their insurance plan that really helps me out so much now that my elderly doggy needs to be seen more they were so kind to me so helpful and seeing that my credit is not the best I did not think I'd qualify for any help and he needed over $1,500 worth of exams and stuff like that they cared so much that they just somehow I got approved not for the CareCredit but the other one and I was able to get everything done for my dog and I just paid a very low fee but I was so worried that I wouldn't be able to help him at all because it's just so expensive but they were compassionate empathetic and kind and the doctor even called me consistently every time a test result came in and I appreciate them for that and because of this true empathy I will always be a customer as long as I have my two dogs so thank you to all of you at lovet pet health you helped relieve so much stress and worry off me right before Christmas and took great care of my doggy/son lol baxter. Thank you for working with me and giving me options, being genuine your understanding that this is very costly and not telling me well if you don't have X amount of dollars we can't help you please always keep that empathy and please always work with your customers who truly love their pets thank you so much

Fantastic experience: My Cubby cat was diagnosed with Kidney disease and going 3 times a week for SQ fluid administration and so grateful for Emile our Vet tech we have a connection with (no offense to other vet techs); however, she knows Cubby now and so grateful for her tenacity for continuity of care for my boy Cubby cat. Thank you Emile you are so amazing and special to me, Cubby and my hubby (cat daddy). ❤️

Fantastic experience: Always a good experience! Both Ashley and Sarah have groomed Mittens and we are always please. Mittens is a totally different cat running around showing off her cute new hairstyle and her cute lion cut tail! We always get excellent customer service and Sarah and Ashley are always on time! Can't say enough about the good experiences we've had there!

Fantastic experience: The paw prints I got was a good price, however the rest cremation. Was way over price, really $175.00. I have brought both of my services dogs there for their care. Instead of understanding my individual situation they took it as a group situation. I had to go 13 miles down the road to get my baby boy cremated for the price of$110. Why can't love it have the same price?

Fantastic experience: With a fur-family of three (two cats and a dog) all now seniors, I needed to find a clinic that had payment plans, in case of urgent visits. I found Lovet in July when my Black and Tan Coonhound was having a dental issue, and my male and female kitty fell like dominoes with urgent needs in the following months, with all roads leading to Lovet. Yes, this clinic does offer in-house financing (not just Care Credit or Scratchpay), that can be amended if you have additional care needs. However, payment plans aside, we have been treated wonderfully with care and concern for our senior crew. I hadn't planned to be a frequent flier but my pets had other plans. A very recent change is that our male kitty (Huey) crossed the Rainbow Bridge over the weekend. Unfortunately what felt like an overnight change in condition last week led to another trip to Lovet with lab results indicating a grim prognosis at worst or a very long road ahead at best for my 13 year old spicy buff and white. Lovet was very kind and understanding on our decision making process and kept us well informed and supported in next steps for him, and we are grateful. We will miss him until we see him again... Our senior girls will continue to receive their care at Lovet and we feel as though they are in great hands.

Fantastic experience: My Ziggy’s health went from just fine to bad in a very short time. I had to make the hard call, since I did not want him to suffer. He was surrounded by family and at peace went he went. I am grateful to the Lovet staff for making this process as well as it could be. And I am thankful they take payments, since even animal healthcare is expensive.

Fantastic experience: I recently visited Lovet Veterinary Clinic for the first time, bringing my two dogs along for their routine check-ups, and I was thoroughly impressed from start to finish. The entire staff greeted us with genuine warmth and enthusiasm, creating an inviting atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. Despite being a complete newcomer, they made me feel like a valued, long-time client by offering personalized attention, chatting about my dogs' quirks. What stood out most was the exceptional professionalism of the veterinary technician and the veterinarian themselves. They moved with calm efficiency, explaining every step of the exam in simple, reassuring terms while gently coaxing my pups to relax. One of my dogs is notoriously skittish around new people, but the team's patient approach, using soft voices, treats, which helped ensure the visit felt less than a clinical ordeal. It's these thoughtful touches that truly make a difference; after all, our pets can't understand the "why" behind being poked, prodded, or restrained by unfamiliar hands, so prioritizing their comfort isn't just nice, it's essential for building trust and reducing stress. In a world where vet visits can sometimes feel rushed or impersonal, Lovet sets a high bar for compassionate care. They've absolutely earned a loyal client, and I'll be back without hesitation for all future appointments!

Negative experience: This clinic was much better before it was purchased by Lovet. Their prices have gone up since it was Dobson Ranch. They contact you approximately 6 times to confirm an appt now. You fill out their pre questionnaire before your appt, then you still get 3 texts plus a phone call from them confirming your appt. Their staff is not good with handling an overly excited dog. They routinely say my dog needs to be drugged prior to a blood draw. He has had 2 blood draws before it was Lovet at this clinic with no issues. I only go here still as I paid the $150 vaccines for life promotion when it was Dobson Ranch. Had I not paid for the vaccines for life I would not use this clinic any longer. If they want to refund my $150 then I’ll find mother clinic to be a long term clinic of. Their records for my dogs heartworm injection were incorrect. Thank goodness I keep all receipts for my dogs. Had I not had this receipt they would have given my dog his heartworm yearly injection 4 months early. I’m not a huge fan of leaving reviews in general and especially a bad one but I think Lovet needs to hear from paying clients. I have filled out their review that’s emailed to you after your visit for two years now and never hear anything from corporate.

Fantastic experience: Lovet had my family 100% comfortable and at peace when our baby had surgery. The hospital is clean and staff are well dressed and great welcoming appearance which is my key factor when at a business. Vet kept me up to date on every move before, during, and in recovery of our fur baby. The cost and plan is more than acceptable and made us so thankful. This is our second in counter with Lovet with 2 different fur babies of ours and both times were fantastic. We love them.

Fantastic experience: Edit: we have taken all of our babies here. Recently I had to help one of mine cross over rainbow bridge. The compassion and care they gave was incredible. I felt understood and supported. This was the hardest choice I had to make as a fur momma, but they ensured it was the right choice. I am grateful for their team of techs and doctors. Thank you Lovet for treating my baby with dignity. Love love love this place. We have been taking our kitties in for spay and neuter. They staff is so friendly. The no fear is amazing here. Also the payment plans make everything so affordable.

Fantastic experience: They were great! I have a very nervous kitty & Dr. Kearney was so gentle & patient with her. She handled our health certificate going into Europe & was thorough. She kept checking to make sure we got it in time.

Negative experience: new ownership, the membership I've paid twice for is a scam, they're refusing to refill my pets heart worm preventative, one vet told me my dog is blind and another proved to me hes not two years later. This place is a mess.

Fantastic experience: My poor pup had hurt his neck and we worried. It happened at 2:30am and I was able to book an appointment for later that day via their online booking. The staff was very sweet and helpful the entire time we were there. They took amazing care of Cupid and were thoughtful to give me options and explanations for everything. Will definitely go back for any of his needs here. One of the best vets ever!

Fantastic experience: Very caring to Asher and Grizzly. Dr. Villalpando and Bree, her technician, were loving and listened to my concerns. Answered many of my questions, in which, I appreciated. Folliwed up the next day with test results. Lovet Pet Health Care is the place to go for the care of your furbabies.

Negative experience: This isn’t so much about this office as it is Lovet as a whole. I have always brought our dog here and they are great with her. My problem is since they have changed to Lovet they are all poorly run. I have scheduled two appts now for our dog at two different locations, received email confirmation, and show up to the appt on time and am told there is no appt and now they cannot get us in. I like going to this office but if I cannot trust Lovet with something as simple as scheduling I cannot trust them with our dog.

Fantastic experience: Lovet has been nothing but over the top for my cat didnt charge more for tech visits either I typically go with small animal house calls but they cant do surgery lovet can and they treated my girl like she was a princess from day one and im very appropriative of that. I took her to a er for animals first they took the price down by half all my follow up were with them ill always go to them in a crisis as it stresses am animal out going outside the home but they are my crisis center

Fantastic experience: With a heavy heart we had to take our Cat Sebastian to get put down last Tuesday. The care and thoughtfulness we received from Dr. Kearney and her complete staff was nothing short of amazing. They gave us so much time to say goodbye and really cared for Sebastian from the moment we walked in. We received his ashes in less than a week with a beautiful paw print remembererance and today the sweetest card in the mail with a personal note from the doctor and staff. Fantastic experience: I absolutely love my new bat location. When I arrived, they open the door for me. They gave me a bottle of water and a bowl of water for my little girl. They treated me with respect and did not rush me as I discussed my concerns. They came up with a Plan that was not going to be too unaffordable. I’m so glad I came to them.

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough for how FANTASTIC this place has been for us and our pup. Very unfortunate mishap where our newish puppy ate a rock and needed emergency surgery. It was a long, difficult recovery, but they checked in with us all along the way, including more than a few quick in-and-out visits (for free) to check the incision site. They always got us immediately into a room and showed us the very best care. My new favorite vet for sure. Much thanks!

Fantastic experience: My little tabby had an injury on his tail. The doctor was very polite and helped Tango with his pain. He's back to running around the house like his injury never happened. I'll definitely be going to Lovet from now on. Very clean very professional.

Fantastic experience: I came to them with a very sick kitten and after using all of my money the day before at an emergency vet I was desperate for help! They took us in right away and showed so much care and compassion and by far, exceeded any expectations I had before coming in there! Unfortunately, the outcome wasn’t what I wanted at all, but even then they went out of their way to help us and I will be forever grateful for them in every way!!! Positive experience: I brought my cat to Dobson Ranch when I noticed something was off. The doctor said it was just anxiety, but I knew my cat, he was loving, full of life, and not himself. At the time, I wasn’t in a place to advocate strongly for him, and I regret not pushing harder. A month later, as his health declined, I brought him back. He had a mass in his stomach, and there was nothing they could do. I had to make the hardest decision of my life to prevent him from suffering. I share this not out of anger, but in hopes the clinic has grown more compassionate and thoughtful since then. And to pet parents: trust your instincts. Speak up. You know your pet better than anyone. Thank you to the staff who comforted me.

Fantastic experience: Been bringing my Pets here for 14 years. Patches had string wrapped around her tongue going into her stomach and had stopped eating and drinking. They had patches in and out within 3 hours. Awesome vets here!!!!

Fantastic experience: The facility is very nice, inviting, clean, and comfortable. The staff is professional and courteous. Dr. Gonzalez was patient, empathetic, friendly, kind, and considerate. He and his assistant took time to ensure we knew the next steps. I like having my dog with me when she was examined. It made me feel more at ease.

Fantastic experience: My pup"s first visit to Lovet Pet Health and I was most pleased. She was there for anxiety issues and is not partial to a vet visit. However, staff was calm, efficient and informed...they were good with her and she responded in a calmer manner than usual. Will be going back to this clinic in the future. It will take time, however, but I see her, eventually, enjoying her dr's visits!!

Fantastic experience: Went to the vca when my boy wouldn’t stop vomiting and was acting weird. They told me $6,000-$10,000 with 75% upfront to clear the blockage and I was faced with the decision to put him down or surrender him to the humane society . I found Lovet online and they immediately helped me and my boy. I told them this is what’s going on, this is the money I have and they saved him. They have an in house payment plan that made it possible to afford everything , and I’m so pleased with everything . The whole team on 06/20/2025 made the process smooth and less anxiety inducing . Had I not found you guys , I wouldn’t have Reggie anymore . Definitely will be my new vet . Thank you so so so much .

Fantastic experience: Recently took our boy, Arlo, for a visit with Dr. Casie McReynolds and vet tech Kim. We’ve seen both before, and, as always, they were both personable, professional and helpful. They had Arlo’s issue correctly diagnosed and treated quickly and answered all our questions. Cannot give the entire staff at Lovet Pet in Mesa enough cudos for their top notch work.

Fantastic experience: I love getting my dog groomed here. they give the best care and do the best job been going here for at least four or five years. Never disappointed. And the vet care is top-notch as well.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Olson is an amazing veterinarian! She thoroughly answered all of my questions and provided helpful solutions on how to better care for my cats, Sapphire (gray/white kitty) and Lunchbox (black kitty). Rebekah, the vet nurse, was incredibly gentle during their blood draws and so sweet with both of them. I truly appreciate the care and compassion they both showed!

Fantastic experience: I took my fur baby — Rocket in for a Spa day. He is a very anxious, nervous and hyper dog. He is definitely a good dog too. He is a corgi mix dog. When I first took him for spa days he had to be muzzled. He was nippy. But now after a couple of his spas, he’s gotten a whole lot better. SARA has a secret touch that eases his anxiety. She didn’t have to muzzle him this last time. She said that he kept smiling and wagging his tail the whole time. That is such a great accomplishment. He loves to see Sara now. I highly advise everyone to try the groomers at this location. The veterinarian and customer service part is excellent too.

Fantastic experience: They hard worked with us for a month to try and save my cat. He stopped eating due to some problems with his liver. Sadly my cat passed but they were compassionate and respectful of our needs as they helped us through a challenging moment after such a hard month on us and our poor cat.

Negative experience: I absolutely love the drs and staff at this location. However, for this appointment I took my boy in for his post op x-rays they put us in a room we waited for the tech to come in just to tell us their x-ray machine for large dogs were down. When asking how long it’s been down, the reply was a few days. Why can’t you call and let people know? I would have never taken off work to bring him. A little disappointed dog mama.

Fantastic experience: Our first time at Dobson Ranch vets. Our girl was there to be spayed. The second we walked in the door, we were greeted with a smile and welcome. All instructions before and after her care were clearly explained, and our questions answered. The staff is amazing. Dr. McReynolds spectacular. It was awesome that she made a follow-up phone call checking on her the next day. Our son and daughter recommended them to us, and we are surely blessed that we did, and now they are a part of our family. Each and every one of them are caring, loving, and understanding. Thank you so very much for taking such good care of our girl. Dr. Alexandra Junig and Emilie G were awesome. Very caring and understanding. Took in our new puppy Maggie to get a check after adopting. The whole staff is such a blessing from the second you walk in. We also take our Frenchie to them. Such a spectacular clinic/vet/ grooming/hospital. Our son and daughter in law takes all their fur cuties to them also. They are the ones who recommend us to Dobson Ranch animal hospital and grooming. You won't be disappointed, that's for sure. Negative experience: I will no longer be taking my pets to this veterinary clinic. In my personal experience, I’ve lost confidence in their trustworthiness and overall professionalism. After comparing prices for routine procedures like neutering with several other reputable clinics in the area, I found this office to be significantly more expensive — enough to raise serious concerns for me about the value being offered. What ultimately led me to stop using their services was a recent visit when my dog was sick. The clinic recommended several medications, and I asked for written prescriptions so I could compare prices at different pharmacies. Instead of providing proper documentation, a veterinary assistant wrote the names of the medications on Post-it notes and told me to have Chewy contact them directly. When I explained that I planned to use a different pharmacy where I had a discount code, I was discouraged from doing so and told I probably wouldn’t be able to get these medications from a “human pharmacy.” I found this dismissive and unhelpful. Just to be clear: in the state of Arizona, it is both unethical and illegal for a veterinarian to deny a client a written prescription upon request. Pet owners have the legal right to receive prescriptions and fill them wherever they choose. It’s also my belief — based on my own experience — that some veterinary clinics may try to dissuade clients from requesting written prescriptions because they substantially mark up the cost of medications. When I compared prices through licensed online pharmacies and mail-order services, I personally found many prescriptions to be nearly 300% cheaper than what was being offered in-office. That price difference was eye-opening. In my opinion, anyone using this clinic should ask questions, double-check what they’re being told, and never hesitate to get a second opinion. If you feel you’re being treated unfairly or unethically, I believe it’s appropriate to report your concerns to the Arizona State Veterinary Medical Examining Board and the American Veterinary Medical Association. At the end of the day, we owe it to our pets to be informed and empowered. I’ve learned to trust my instincts — and I recommend others do the same. TL;DR: I no longer trust this clinic due to overpriced services and an unwillingness to provide written prescriptions — something that’s legally required in Arizona. I believe they may rely on marked-up medication sales. Pet owners should get second opinions, know their rights, and shop around.

Negative experience: Billing side of things is a mess how are you going to undercharge me then overcharge me then tell me that I have to wait for your manager to approve me my refund? Darcy could've handled the situation 100% better I hope Lovet recorded that phone call and tell there employees this is how you not handle a situation when it comes to billing.

Negative experience: Wouldn't even help my super sick dog because I couldn't afford a down payment on the spot...all about money and don't matter if your dog dies. Supposed to be able to make payments but be prepared to have 20 % of the total cost on the spot or else they won't do jack. What a crappy experience..worst vet ever.

Fantastic experience: I have taken my two cats who hate the vet, my personal dog, and a foster dog who struggles with anxious and fear based reactivity with people. Each vet tech and veterinarian I've had the pleasure of interacting with at Dobson Ranch Lovet has been wonderful. Their staff on phones/receptionists are TERRIFIC, thank you for being so helpful through text, email and phone calls. Can't recommend this place enough!

Fantastic experience: Made a terrible time a little more bareable. Everyone we came into contact with was so sweet, caring and sympathetic. They were able to squeeze me in for a last minute appt with no questions asked. Walked me through the process and gave me as much time as I needed. They also have a payment plan option with no judgement or questions, just send a link that you fill out some information and that’s it. I am so thankful for Lovet Pet for taking care of me and my baby in her last moments. I know that she was left in good and loving hands.

Negative experience: FYI if you pay for a urine test, and they aren’t able to collect it for what ever reason they give you the kit to take home, and collect it yourself. They tell you you have 7 days to drop it off. When I asked how I would collect it. The vet assistant Jess looked at me as if I was an idiot. She also didn’t explain how to take off the cone or put it back on. I felt like I was limited to asking questions, because of her facial and body language as a concern pet owner of course I had lots of questions . I’m still waiting for test results on my dog so hopefully the experience doesn’t continue to be as bad as it has been.

Fantastic experience: I was really happy with my visit. The staff were all very happy and kind to me and my cat. They didn't rush out of the appointment and answered all my questions. They really talked through everything. I was grateful for them, especially after my last bad visits at another clinic. Thank you Lovet! We'll definitely be coming back to you.

Fantastic experience: I’ve waited a month to say how happy I am to have my puppy feistier than I’ve ever known her after an emergency spaying. When I met her she was a month away from giving birth so she wasn’t too feisty. She recovered in the exact timeframe they expected and I’m very happy. I was hoping they’d offer to do it for free because of how cute she is but that didn’t happen

Fantastic experience: My katara dog is a pain in the a$$ but lovet with Dr nico was fantastic. I love that they call the fur clients kids. Payment was not an issue because they finance. And they even offer a free vaccine for life for one price not a membership. I cant give them higher reveiws. If you need a vet that isn't trying to price gouge, and force unnecessary tests on your fur baby go here! Thank you lovet!

They were honest that they were not equipped on that day with enough staff to deal with it but referred us to an Emergency Pet Clinic near by. Thank you so much for the referral, they took us in very quickly. Without your help we would have wasted valuable time searching for someone to help us.

These guys are thorough, they actually give a shit about your baby’s well being, and are not going to rob you blind. Do yourself and your fur child a favor, and book an appointment with them. I love that they give you options in your pets care after exam. They never push anything unnecessary, instead give you the full scope of what they suggest and options available for care and YOU decided what’s best for your pet, and your budget. Fantastic experience: I brought my pup in due to a bad experience with Banfield Pet Hospital. And the doctor got right to work when we got in. While the doctor was working the vet tech was very informative of what was going on. I have mad my dog’s primary vet at this location. Everyone is very personable and so caring!

Fantastic experience: Lovet Pet Health Care-Dobson Ranch is amazing. I cannot speak highly enough about the staff there. My dog, Drax, ingested something that caused a blockage and he needed surgery right away. He was checked in at Arise emergency vet center initially to do x-rays that confirmed the blockage. We were given the unfortunate news that he needed surgery right away. Cost was a huge concern so the doctor at the emergency vet contacted Lovet to see if they could the surgery. Dr. Olson was able to do the surgery for Drax and Lovet offered reasonable payment plans for the surgery. They saved Drax. Dr. Olson was honestly the nicest most caring person throughout the process. Very thankful for her and the staff there.

Everyone is so helpful and kind and Peanut had surgery on the 22nd and she received excellent care. Fantastic experience: We have been taking our dogs here for years. The name has changed at least once but the people have stayed the same. The Vets are fabulous, the techs are friendly and knowledgeable. The front office staff smile and helpful...nice to have a place that meets and exceed expectations for customer service. The Groomer Sara is the best and our dogs love her. Even the skittish one does well with Sara. So glad we found them❤️

Fantastic experience: What a wonderful and caring Vet's office for my special babies. The doctor is very kind and explains in detail so that you can understand. I like the NO pressure and especially the printout(s) of our conversation and procedure(s) so that you can take it home and think about everything that might be needed. And the follow-up messages to check on my kitty that is super great!! The technician super sweet and very gentle with my kitty. She also eLso explains everything in detail and you can see it on the computer right there in real time...nice. Positive experience: Took my dog to a new vet as I wasn’t happy with my previous vet. Everyone was amazing, but the veterinarian herself seemed rushed and annoyed. Maybe just an off day. She has a follow up coming up, hopefully the doctor is better.

Fantastic experience: I want to share how amazing and caring these people are including Dr. Olson, Mike, and Darcie. I was also helped by the humane society (Tiffany) and was able to be put on a payment plan which literally saved my cat's life. They treated her as if she were their own and I could not ask for anything more than that. She is doing so much better and I can't wait for appointment on Friday to get the actual diagnosis. I wish I could give you all a 10 star!

Fantastic experience: We have used Dobson Ranch Animal Hospital for many years. The new Lovet Pet is great. Our English Bulldog had to have a minor surgery and they were fantastic with him. Very kind and gentle with him and a super friendly staff.

Fantastic experience: I never write reviews but today was such an exceptional experience! I’ve been to two different vets (which were good) but this vet is different!!!! I can’t remember who I talked to ( Thursday at 1:30pm) she was exceptional! I called asking to see how much it would cost to get my pups eye removed ( I found him a couple weeks ago, tried meds and a couple other vets, it was just too late to save it) they were very very personable, you can tell they care about every single pet that comes in! The doctor especially was very kind, she was very descriptive of what was going on. The gal who I was on the phone with prior, knew Paco (my pup) and decided to come into the room and wanted to see him! That warmed my heart knowing she cared enough to see and meet him! The doctor, vet tech, and the whole FOH team did such an amazing job!!!! Thank you so so much for making this first visit an experience! I really appreciate you guys for being so honest, yet empathetic!!! I def will be back with my other pups and cat!! (I’ve been looking for a primary vet facility for a couple years now, and I found my place) thank you!!!❤️

Fantastic experience: Lovet was amazing when my dog needed emergency surgery to remove foreign objects. Our vet could not perform the surgery due to scheduling and referred us here. The staff and Dr were all wonderful. All our questions were answered, they helped with a reasonable payment plan and checked on our dog multiple times after surgery. Highly recommended.
