Experiencia fantástica: I love East Beach! I couldn’t imagine taking my 2 chihuahuas anywhere else! They have all of their needs! Even during the worst of Covid, they did their best to accommodate everyone! I appreciate each and every doctor, medical assistant, vet tech, receptionist & of course the wonderful office manager!

Experiencia negativa: A $98 office visit cost is ridiculous especially because they did not treat this animal.. I brought my granddog in it cost me $319 they sent me home with a solution to put in his ear and some drops They said they had swapped his ear and done cultures there is no way What's the solution went in and we went to swab his ear we took out a hunk of something that was the size of my thumb nail, if not larger... There is no way they could not have seen that.. I will absolutely never recommend this vet, I guess if you live in East Beach and you can afford to live there then you can afford to pay double the price, but you're getting ripped off and your animal is probably not getting treated, this dog has needed teeth removed as he is old but instead of trying to help him they kept giving him meds for almost 2 years every 30 days another hundred bucks... They should be ashamed to call themselves a vet and turn this 13-year-old dog out like this. I like your response...smh... take some pride in your work.. I sent you an email cuz I couldn't figure out how to attach the picture of the lump of stuff I took out of his ear

Experiencia fantástica: We move around a lot, finding a vet is always a priority—if you have labs, you know why. We made an appointment online, super easy process, completed paperwork and connected them to our old vet, also very was easy online. The office itself is staffed with very dog friendly people. Clean, no weird smells. After the appointment, payment was handled in the room. No more struggling at the counter with your dog pulling to greet other dogs. No pressure for things my dogs did not need. Chester and Halsey highly recommend this vet .

It was our first visit and I was there with 2 dogs, my 3 year old child, and a very pregnant me…. They were incredibly sweet and helpful, making establishing care a breeze! Answered all of our questions, super thorough exam, and vaccines up to date. Def will go back and recommend them to anyone looking for a great vet team for your fur babies!!

The front desk staff are kind, our vet tech was so sweet with Bjorn (my pup) and the Veterinarian was amazing! She kindly walked me through Bjorn's illness, told me my options and different price point estimates (so helpful!) and involved me in Bjorn's plan and path back to wellness, including future testing options to prevent other issues before they happen. Not even 12 hours after starting his new prescriptions, Bjorn was basically back to his normal, happy self! Such awesome care as always! Thank you EBVC!

Experiencia negativa: We had a disappointing experience and were confused by all the great reviews. Afterwards we inferred that maybe this vet is unfamiliar with nervous rescue dogs, which would really suit the neighborhood it’s in. We brought our 5lb nervous rescue dog in to establish care, but we expressed that he isn’t ready to be touched. We understood that a full exam could not be completed without him being touched. We expressed this at the front desk because we wanted to be upfront and not have any misunderstandings from the jump. The front desk told the vet tech, the vet tech came into our room and was visibly annoyed. She expressed that this isn’t how they do things and that he needed to be touched to establish care. We said that’s okay we don’t need to touch him today. She left and got the office manager. The office manager came in and started telling us the same thing, that he needed to be touched. She also seemed upset with us. I work in customer service and in that moment I realized our case was getting “escalated,” which I honestly thought was funny because we weren’t trying to be difficult. We just wanted to know how we could establish care. Then she brought the vet in. This woman came in, did not introduce herself to us at all (I still don’t know her name), and told us that he needed to be touched and that if they couldn’t touch him today, they would have to prescribe him trazadone and gabapentin to take for his next visit in order to examine him, then said accusingly “I could lose my license for this” and handed us the pills. We left feeling so confused and like they had reacted disproportionately. Honestly we were really surprised. This place has great reviews. I just wanted to put this honest review here for anyone that has nervous rescue dogs that maybe this isn’t the place for them. Great Neck Vet just 15 minutes away completely understood what we requested and spent a whole hour just sitting in the room with our dog giving him treats and being extremely gentle with him before they began the exam. They are also fear-free certified. Go check them out.

Starting from the reception desk, the vet techs and the vets themselves are friendly, helpful and competent and make the visit as comfortable as possible for my dog and myself. They honor the time of the appointments but at the same time seem also be able to schedule emergencies on a very short notice.

I absolutely LOVE my cats, and the doctors, nurses, techs, even the staff that check you in / out and make your appointments, ALL STAFF, are kind, friendly, polite, with me - but more importantly treat my cats amazingly! You can tell they all love animals and have loved pets of their own. It really is a good place to trust for your pet's medical needs.

Experiencia negativa: Front desk and office staff are all very friendly and accommodating. Vet techs seemed caring and intelligent, but the overall experience was not what I expected. Exam was not conducted in the room with me and only spoke with the vet for approximately 2 minutes about my dog. The vet didn’t discuss anything with me and seemed annoyed that my dog was anxious.

Experiencia fantástica: Today 4/7/21 was our first time at this vet. I am so pleased with how everyone handled my fur baby. Absolutely a great place to take your pets. Highly recommended. The place is super clean and everyone uses protocols to protect us. Front desk ladies were smiling and very welcoming. Jessica was our first nurse to help with questions etc and was so nice. Dr Mosier is super intelligent and very nice. Tonya was our dogs nurse too and super sweet as well. I’m sure My Carmelo Anthony will have a hard time finding his favorite. We are very excited to be a part of the East beach group. Today is 5/16/23 To this day Dr M is the best vet dr we have ever seen. We always recommend him to everyone we know in need of vet services East beach is perfect! Nov 2024 great visit again. Helped quickly and cared about my dogs needs. Love it here.

Experiencia fantástica: This was a great experience! We were quickly checked in and taken to a room. Our vet came and saw us right away. He was personable and caring. So happy to have found East Beach Veterinary Care.

Experiencia negativa: The vet himself was fine but the vet tech before him was completely unprofessional and condescending. Blood work was suggested so I immediately agreed, without asking she was automatically charging me for the fast track and not the regular. When I asked why the price was so high she told me and I asked to get the regular one because I could not afford the fast track. She then proceeded to try to guilt me into it saying things like “well if it was my cat I would want to know sooner” when I clearly did not have the funds. When he was brought back for the bloodwork by my boyfriend he specifically asked for the regular one and they still charged us for the fast track which left us with not enough money to cover the bill at the time. No discount or anything was given, and after the bloodwork they still were not able to tell me what was wrong with my cat.

Experiencia negativa: Not very happy with the inexperienced vets. They want to sedate a small dog just to do a basic blood test. I could understand if my dog was wild, but she was timid and scared. Drugging animals is inhumane because you can't hold her still. I had problems with them on my last visit, and I'll take my pets to a different pet from now on. They're just out for the money, no love here

Experiencia fantástica: EBVC is so great. They were able to fit my sweet floof in the day after I called and get her meds going . They reached back out the following day to check how she was doing . I always feel like my pets are in good hands and the staff cares.

Experiencia fantástica: We took Rocky Balboa our English bulldog who was almost 13 years old but who’s health had been deteriorating fast. Our Vet was wonderful with him and super sympathetic with how hard the next choice for our beloved dog was going to be. Even though we were beyond heartbroken, he made us feel that we were making the right choice for him. Thank you everyone at East Beach Veterinary Care. We miss our boy very much..

Experiencia fantástica: I’ll be bringing every pet I ever have here for sure! The staff is friendly and focused on caring for my pet. They’ve been so helpful and gracious when I have questions or concerns and even check up on us after visits. When I schedule an appointment for something urgent, they call back when they have cancellations to try and get us in sooner. After my 13 year old malte poo passed away, most things that reminded me of him were so triggering. But 9 months later when I adopted my 2 month old kitten, I knew there was only one place for us....East Beach! She’s 5 now and we just had another lovely checkup and wonderful, EASY visit!

Experiencia fantástica: If you are looking for a great Veterinary office, East Beach Veterinary Clinic is where you need to be!! The front desk staff are so friendly and very helpful. Victoria went above and beyond to help me with a medication issue for my dog and handled my situation perfectly! The techs, all have pride in what they do. They take their time with you as they collect any needed information about your pet. Dr. Bagnell took care of my animals at another location. When I learned that he left, I went looking for him because you don't let a great veterinarian just walk away. I drive 45 minutes just to keep my animals with him because he is that good. I now have my daughter and parents going to him as well and they are also very pleased with the services they get. Dr. B talks to you, not at you or down to you. He will stay in the room with you when caring for your animals and explain what is happening so you understand. He also shows and teaches me so I can give my pups the best. He doesn't push extra on you or make you feel bad in any way and I respect that the most. I feel like he cares more about the animals than the money. I just can't say enough, he's just awesome and Vets like him are hard to find. East Beach Veterinary Clinic is where my pets will stay!

Experiencia fantástica: Our cats are well taken care of here for the past few years! We have been lucky to only need routine care and yearly checkups. But they also allow us to make quick tech appointments for sanitary trims when these long haired cats get mats on their belly or hind ends! Everyone is super nice and friendly!

Experiencia positiva: Although everyone was very nice, and treated me and my dog well, I wonder about being able to get my dog’s medications without another exam by another doctor when the doctor I saw leaves before the year is up. I was forced to choose between extremely important commitments and getting an exam for a refill of medication from a visit 6 months ago. I was told I only needed to give 48 notice for refills, which i did, to be told he needed an exam now as the doctor my dog saw left. I got stuck between a rock and a hard place. I do believe this is called prescription hostage. They could have given me a few pills for my dog until i could get an appointment where I didn't have to compromise one important issue over another.

Experiencia fantástica: We’ve been here a few times, my dog literally leaps out of the car when we get here. He’s so excited and everyone is so happy to see him. The staff is so good to him and they’ve taught me a lot so I can be a better dog mom. I’ve got a pitty so I didn’t know how to properly clean his ears or help his allergies. After the first visit they were able to narrow down all the issues and we have gotten my dogs allergies under control with new medication & treatments. I appreciate how much they care for my dog & truly show that they want to help. You cannot find that anywhere else!

Please don't see this as a defamation of character, which is what one woman dog trainer who "pretended it was her first day in school" took it as. It's not meant to be that, it's simply a Google Review from the perspective of one of very very few women over 40 on the spectrum, and why our EMOTIONAL SUPPORT DOGS ARE TRULY OUR BEST FRIENDS OUR LOVES and our LIVES....and hopefully, to pay it forward for other women who are unseen and unheard, made fun of and laughed at and yelled at and called "RUDE," even though it's EXPECTED and SUPPORTED in MEN. I've been posting good and bad reviews about all sorts of company's even if it's ONLY MY only way of paying it forward for other women on the spectrum, even if you think there are more appropriate platforms, there really aren't. Unfortunately most people don't have patience or tolerance for older women who are "different", unless it's visible or medical,... so, in Leila and my case I tried to call just to tell them that I can't keep up with the conversation by phone, and as an accommodation, to please set the appointment with me by email. Even then I'm way too slow to fill out all of the forms, and when I saw what they expected me to be able to do, that I could no longer do, like get a poop sample, when I cannot see, and living in an Airbnb struggling not to be homeless because it's so easy to take advantage of me, and because she is a Great Dane and we'd been working on dog reactivity for a year already back in Colorado, 3 times a day, and she accidentally got underneath me, and I'd sprained my ankle, I just broke down again and Leila came right over to me, and let me hold her. They wanted me to be the "bad guy" even though I'd already been the "bad guy" as a nurse for 38 years, and as a school nurse the little ones assumed I gave shots. And I'd always been the only one to check & express 6 different dogs's anals, get their and my sons' poop samples to the doctors. I can't "live in the moment" So at 63, after owning and loving 5 dogs over the years, and training a lot more, I would really appreciate the owner allowing herself to get a glimpse of what it's like to live in our shoes, and how MUCH MEANING our EMOTIONAL SUPPORT DOGS give to our lives, so why the support of veterinarians are more important than our own PCPs. Thank you for listening, Sherry and Leila. THANK YOU to the owner for your kind and genuine response! We have finally found and rented a little cottage. It turns out Golden Paws Vet (who came today and brought Leila up to date, works with you on Sundays and Mondays. Leila is more relaxed here, but I called your office manager and decided to keep the Best of Both Worlds. We'll stick with the mobile vet, but I'm working with your office manager to send Leila's records to her, in a brick and mortar vet. Best Paws Forward! Sherry and Leila

Our vet tech, Eva and Dr. Jerek were very friendly and so sweet to our puppy. They were very informative and explained things well. Experiencia positiva: Staff was friendly. I called the East Beach Veterinary care to get a vaccine for my cat that usually goes to a different vet. When I arrived they told me that she actually didn’t need the shot. I wish that would have been communicated to me before the appointment. I am glad to know my cat is healthy, but I wouldn’t have taken her until her check up if I would’ve known.

Linus is on his way to being a chonker and they recommended a diet to bring his kitty figure back to a svelt tiger. Experiencia fantástica: I came in here last night with a very young and sick kitten i had rescued. He was in very bad condition, and I was a mess. As soon as i walked in I felt so welcomed, and they took him straight back. The receptionists were so nice, and engaged in conversation with me to help me cope. Dr. Jerek was amazing, she came in with frequent updates, tried her best to give him the best care and keep him comfortable. In the end it was too much and we had to euthanize. Dr. Jerek was very comforting and walked me through each step with great detail. This amazing place will now have my other two babies in their care due to this amazing experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Great customer service, atmosphere, Staffs, and Doctors. You can bet always to find the answers you need. And the best aspect is they don't push for you to buy certain products or brands; especially those out of your budget. Plenty of parking and next to the beach. Getting in and out of the roadway leading to the clinic is tricky but thats on the city planner.

Experiencia positiva: Nice people, not much waiting. My dog was a little anxious due to a new vet so I wish they took that into account while examining him. Only meaning that I wish they made him less anxious before trying to work on properly examining him.

Experiencia fantástica: They love my dog and take the best care of him! Even when I'm in the lobby I can hear all the techs in the back greet and love on my sweet boy. Dr. Celic truly loves my dog and wants nothing but the best for him. He has been through so much in his almost 3 years of life and she feels the same pain I do when it's a bad diagnosis. He was diagnosed with heartworms 6 months after we rescued him (the shelter thought he was a year old) and she was by OUR side the entire way. She truly loves my dog and it meant the world to me. Last week he had his 1 year rechecked since his first positive test for heartworms. He was negative for heartworms but tested positive for lyme disease. My heart sunk and she felt the same pain I did...because she is invested in loving our pets the EXACT SAME WAY WE DO! I got very emotional and she calmed me. She tested him a 2nd time just to be sure and she (plus the tech) had a hard time telling me because they love him so much and this poor dog justcouldnt seem to catch a break. No one wanted to give me bad news but they did in a reassuring, loving and compassionate way. The staff and Dr. Celic put me at ease and, I truly believe, they love my dog and want to make sure he is as healthy as he can be!!! I absolutely love this place and I love the way they love my dog. I've never been so happy with a vet. Any piece of advice I can give = GET PET INSURANCE!!! Mine covers 90% of the heartworm treatment. You pay upfront but they reimburse within 15 days. I have Embrace. I pay under $80 a month for the coverage. It truly paid of in our situation. This stuff is absolutely worth it! I signed up for it the day after we adopted him in 2021. It has definitely paid for itself!

Experiencia fantástica: This is a beautiful facility but the warm and friendly staff at the front desk sets the tone. Dr Moser is excellent and provides thorough explanations of the medical condition of the pet. He truly cares about the pet and pet parents. He communicates well with pet parents.

Experiencia fantástica: East Beach has been our vet since we moved to VB 5 years ago. I’ve always been happy with their care of our animals. They are a bit on the pricier side, however they are committed to the care our pets. Our last appt has some complicated matters for both dogs, and the vet took care to fully explain all treatment and options. She even checked in with me again as I was checking out. We refer people here often, and will be bringing our pets here for the long run.

I will be sticking with this veterinary office as it seems they truly care about their patients! Kat is also amazing and always shows how much she loves my fur babies.

Experiencia fantástica: Each time I have brought my dog to East Beach Vet we are welcomed by warm a friendly staff. The Doctors take the time to explain the problem and the treatment. I love that they call and follow-up the next day or a few days after to see how my fur baby is doing with his treatment.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone at East Beach is wonderful! You feel like they genuinely care about your pet, while also being incredibly knowledgeable and excellent at their job. Dr. Moser has especially taken such amazing care of my 16 year old Shih Tzu, Mochi. Also Anya, Kat, Ashley, Miss Amy, as well as everyone at the front desk and all the techs - they are all the most lovely, kind people. They embrace the different personalities of all three of my dogs and keep them in the best of health. I never have to question if they are getting the best care, and that is thanks to everyone there. Experiencia fantástica: The Team at East Beach is FANTASTIC! I most recently needed the assistance of Kat & Yannah for trimming my reactive dogs nails while my husband is deployed. Having a reactive dog can be extremely difficult & they made myself & Tucker feel right at home. Having my husband deployed has been tough and even more difficult when it comes to Tuckers care. I can’t thank the team at East Beach enough for the help. I am forever a loyal patient & wouldn’t bring my dog anywhere else.

Experiencia fantástica: Best vet ever! Both of my dogs love everyone that works at east beach vet! My one dog Archibald is a nervous boy, and they do everything possible to make sure he feels comfortable and loved during his appointment. My other dog Mildred is obsessed with everyone in that office- not even joking she’d probably pick going to the vet over the dog park. Such a clean, safe and wonderful environment with even more wonderful employees.
