Experiencia fantástica: The veterinarians and assistants are friendly and helpful. They make sure that you understand everything that is going on with your pet. However the wait time was very long this time. They are usually quicker than this time.

Experiencia negativa: I’ve always had a great experience until Wednesday 2/25/26. I brought my daughter’s dog in for possible ingestion of spray foam. He was lethargic, dehydrated, vomiting, not eating, and not able to hold anything down. Vitals, labs, and imaging was done. Dr. Wilbanks, who we have seen before with no issues, came back and told us that there was no obstruction but a mass around his stomach area and had a quarter of kidney function. I asked again if she was sure there was no blockage and she assured me that there wasn’t. I left devastated and had to go home and tell my pregnant daughter and my other kids, that we were going to have to put him to sleep. I called my emergency vet tech sister with the news, labs, and imaging. She reminded me that based off those alone, CKD can’t be diagnosed and an ultrasound was needed. We got a second opinion. Little Angels Urgent Care saved him because he infact had an obstruction from a corn cob. Emergency surgery and hospitalization was needed. They saved him. Dr. Wilbanks needs to accurately learn how to read an X-ray or send it to someone who does! She also needs to learn how to run more tests to definitively diagnose and not assume. We were going to put our boy to sleep yesterday.

Fair price on services. Check in and out was simple and straight forward. I have used Eastview services now three times in a row and have made them my Vet for my pets.

They explained everything they needed to do and listened to my questions and concerns. Together we decided the best treatment. Experiencia negativa: first time going there, waited almost 2hrs just for rabies. Poor communication on what is going on and time management. Only came for vaccine, was instructed in the room i would have to be charged $100 for an exam i didn’t ask for.

Experiencia fantástica: While I waited to get my cat seen for normal health exam and update of vaccines, I observed the staff handle very sensitive situations for a family that was faced to say goodbye to their beloved fur baby. They showed very much tenderness and compassion. I have faced that myself in the past. I was moved and touched by their kindness.

Experiencia positiva: First, Everyone is very kind here and I appreciate the Vets always being nice to my fur babies. The problem I have is when you have to wait over an hour just to be seen because they do not make appts. My cat is nervous as it is being away from home and having to wait over an hour in a waiting room filled with dogs is very stressful for him. This vet is very heavily used by dog owners, so for cat owners that have nervous cats this is an issue trying to keep your cat calm and at ease. I sadly might have to move my cats medical needs to the Vet downtown due to not accommodating cat owners like they do their dog owners. A small area reserved for cats would be nice when having to wait over an hour to be seen.

Experiencia positiva: I received mixed information about my pets illness. I was recommended to go to Little Angels because it was almost 5:30 and they ( Eastview) were closing. I was then ask to pay a ridiculous amount. I did, not right then, but when the banks opened. Unprofessional people they not once showed compassion for my pet or myself. Usually I don’t leave bad reviews but this was so obvious that the care or concern was for the money not the pet. UPDATE: 12/30/25 Eastview reached out to me with follow up and concerns. I appreciate the time and review of my visit. They responded promptly and showed concern for my pet. Cathy

Experiencia fantástica: This is now our new veterinary clinic we had the best experience here the staff here is so wonderful there good with the animals and they let you know everything that’s going on upfront I would definitely recommend this office they are a walk in clinic but they get to you as quickly as they can.

Experiencia fantástica: 10/10 Everyone in this place is a godsend. I have taken my babies here for everything including boarding, for the last 6 years. They really care about your babies and take the time to prove it. I love the convenience of it being a walk in clinic, and even when the parking lot is full I’m in and out within an hour. One of my babies kept getting sick around this time last year, so it’s safe to say she is not a fan of the vet, and is already a nervous dog outside of her normal routine. The vet and tech both sat on the ground with her until they eventually coaxed her out of her shell and got some well earned kisses before and after the physical exam and vaccines.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Hall and Alexis did an amazing job taking care of my cat Karmen. I didn’t know how Karmen would act around vets so I warned them she might act out however, she was extremely calm and curious they made sure she felt safe and took their time on her. All around amazing place.

Experiencia fantástica: best experience i’ve had at in vet in a while. dr.wilbanks and her vet tech brianna were amazing. not like any other vet where they charge you for unnecessary testing and such. front desk staff was just as amazing . not a long wait after checking in, in and out in an hour .

Experiencia negativa: I was upset because my appointment for my dog was bad news. When I came out of the room the salt lamps were lit (not for my dog) and there were a couple men in the waiting room were being loud, this was about 2:30 or 3:00. The staff didn't ask them to be quiet. I thought this was very rude and insensitive to whoever was putting their best friend down. I also had to wait with a very sick dog for over an after after checking in on line.

Experiencia negativa: If I could give zero stars I would. Didn't care about my pet's paperwork being done wrong, both staff and vet treated me like I was stupid. Both I and my family members have had to go up there multiple times to get them to sign things they should have signed to begin with. Told me they would call the next day and never called. Moving to Hawaii in a week and hoping they still accept the incorrect paperwork. My other cat's paperwork was done correctly at a different vet's office that actually cared to make sure my babies make it to Hawaii with me and the paper looks completely different. They were also very rough with my kitty, according to my parents who took him while i was out of town, who has been known to be a little aggressive at the vet. I took him to a different vet for his final paperwork and they handled him so much better and with respect while also never taking him out of my eyesight even when he was aggressive. This used to be our go-to vet but not anymore. Don't go here, they don't care about you or your pets.

Experiencia fantástica: We are new to the area and had a urgent need to have our little Tucker looked at. We weee able to get in as a walk in but most importantly the level of care was excellent. The entire staff from the front office to the doctor was kind, friendly, and professional. There attention ti our Tucker was fantastic. Highly recommend!!!!

Experiencia negativa: I have been going to Eastview for 25 years with no problems or concerns,until today. I took my Jack Russell terrier in for her annual shots and was told she needed a heartworm test even though she had been on heartguard since a puppy. In the exam room the vet assistant recorded the session which I thought was odd. She tried to weigh the dog on this small plastic scale that she kept sliding off. Finally I insisted we weigh her on the scale in the lobby. Dr. Hall came in and my dog did not respond to her very well. This has never been a problem before. She put a muzzle on her which has not been needed before. I asked her about the heartworm test and she told me it was required before they could sell me the Heartguard and that all clinics in Clarksville required it. The test cost $79. When I got home I called 2 clinics. One required it and the other only recommended it. One charged $57 and the other $35. This used to be a good place,but I will never go back.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Hall took good care of our timid and itchy German Shepherd. She and all the support staff were kind and helpful. They gave us an estimate of the cost and offered to alter the treatment plan to fit our budget. They made us all (humans and pup) feel comfortable and cared for. Walk in service works well for our busy schedules, but it can mean long wait times so be prepared. They do have an easy online check in and texting system which is helpful!

Experiencia fantástica: Anna had a little surgery removing a few lumps. They took very good care of her and she got home same day. They called with an update after surgery and that was a nice relief.

Experiencia negativa: How the mighty have fallen. This place has been amazing for years. Then about 2-3 years ago it started going down hill. Now, we finally packed up and moved to another. I keep receipts forever. A vet visit use to cost around 100 bucks a visit, now… your spending hundreds. Quote for my dog to be spay.. $800.. it was $250 for the same breed and size 5 years ago. Mandatory yearly testing now with of course the best and most expensive test out there. For their “safety” of course. I get it. We are animal lovers and we have no issues with the associated costs of being responsible pet owners but unless you make 100k a year this is not the place anymore. The mandatory $150 test each pet needed is half the price at another vet across town. The exact same test. What a shame because we love this place and it’s close to home.

Experiencia fantástica: I believe I have reviewed before but let me do it again. I have my son's 6-year-old pit bull, who is beyond scared of storms. Welcome to my nightmare in Clarksville TN lately. I do not have doorframe that's not been destroyed in her panic. I have tried calming chews, been prescribed meds for her, but nothing worked. Just getting her in the exam room was a bit crazy. The techs and vet were amazing and patient. They went above and beyond to make both of us comfortable. We have been given an increased dose (previous dose was way too little for her size to help). Will update on how that goes this weekend? I love the fact there is no appts needed. Register online and check in when you arrive. You can stay in your car until they are ready to take you and fur-family right into a room. That is a blessing for me. Vaccines were also cheaper than others in town.

Experiencia fantástica: I went in for a second opinion and mentioned that I was not given a lot of information from the first place I went. They went of the original tests ran and decided on a treatment plan from there. They worked with what I willing to budget and helped my fur baby get to feeling better. Even called a day later the check on him. 10/10 would highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Recently, my sweet cat, Christmas, started having blood in her urine. I had taken her to a vet clinic who specialized in cats a couple of years ago and she literally turned into a mean cat. She was trying to bite the vet and even me. It was like she was possessed. I vowed never to take her there again. I needed a vet so I took her to the clinic I knew best, Eastview. I had taken all of my fur puppies there for years. The ownership has changed but the care is still amazing! Christmas was calm as she could be when the vet tech and the vet took care of her. The folks are professional, compassionate and go out of their way to explain everything. If you need an excellent vet go to Eastview!

Experiencia fantástica: Finding a good vet is hard. I've had 10-20 over the years across multiple states, and rarely felt completely comfortable. Dr. Willbanks is far and away the best vet I've ever had. She is professional, knowledgeable, kind, friendly, and intelligent. My dog had a skin condition that I was trying to solve for years and spent hundreds chasing a solution, and she solved it in our first visit with her. In the years since, she has proven consistent and reliable in her awesomeness. A+, no notes.

Experiencia negativa: We had been taking our older dog here for years, but I brought my dog a couple weeks ago And I had a coupon for half off. She did not put it on there and also did not tell me there was a charge on something today and had to pay more on top of that. I just wish they would’ve told their patients they have a charge before doing the service when they charge you so much the first time and don’t make you aware they just told me to come back in2 weeks and since it was so much for the one shot I thought it was all ok. the techs and the vets are great. The front desk could use people skill work. Got it figured out in the end when someone else came to help me. transferring my stuff ASAP

Experiencia fantástica: We were out of state, traveling through and our dog became very sick and miserable. Stopped at Eastview vet. Our dog was examined, prescribed medication and follow up instructions if needed. Later that day, she was much better. Very happy with her care.

Experiencia fantástica: We only visited once for an emergency visit and the staff was wonderful and got us in right away. The vet granted us a few more wonderful months with our beloved dog and sent a thoughtful card at his passing that was very much appreciated. Highly recommended.

Experiencia fantástica: My first time taking my cat Beans here and I was very satisfied with my service. I was a walk in, which I think there system helps alot because I happened to have time that day to get beans looked at, and usually same day appointments are hard to come by at other clinics. They had me check in from my vehicle, which eased my worries a lot because my cat gets nervous being around dogs. They texted me about 30 minutes after check in to see beans and we were immediately escorted into a room and the vet tech got my cat’s vitals. I appreciated them calling us in when they were ready with a room and vet tech, unlike other vet clinics that make you wait what seems like forever when they say they are ready with a reserved time. My cat saw Dr. Hayley Hall and she had such a great bedside manner and took great care of Beans. We will definitely be coming back!

We were provided with two options for my senior dogs issues without feeling pressured to make a decision right away. The check in process and new patient form was super easy. Overall a very pleasant experience, my dog Shadow had an absolute blast, I don't think he even realized he was at the doctor lmao.

Experiencia fantástica: Love this clinic. Staff are professional yet friendly. I take my cat in once/ month for an injection that helps his arthritis. He's 18, and staff always call him by name and take him to the back for a quick in and out. It's a lot less stressful for him that way.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent in every way, beginning with the friendly and responsive waiting room staff. I came here this past Tuesday with our little fur-baby, LiLi, who had what appeared to be an infected sore on her leg just above her paw. She was in so much pain. We aren't sure how she got the sore but assumed it was a tick. Dr. Wilbanks and her Vet Assistant, Juliana, came to the rescue. First off, Juliana immediately tried to clean LiLi up. LiLi is a rescue pet who is terrified of vet offices. We don't know what happened to her in the past, but she literally poops all over herself and trembles. Juliana offered to bathe LiLi. I resisted at first because I knew that LiLi might keep pooping the whole visit (she's done that in the past), but Juliana was persuasive. So, LiLi got cleaned up - a very sweet and extra kind gesture! Then, Dr. Wilbanks arrived and was so engaging, knowledgeable and gentle with LiLi. Talk about excellent doggy-bedside manner! In no time, LiLi got her meds and we were back home with a very happy little scaredy-dog nestled in her blankies on the couch. Thank you Dr. Wilbanks, Juliana, and Eastview! There is a reason we don't take LiLi anywhere else. You all are THE BEST!

It was also way more expensive than I expected but maybe I expected something too low even though I don't think I did. Overall, they are a great veterinary place and I'll continue going there. From Dr. Glazner to Elizabeth and all the employees they are great to deal with. My animals always get the medical help they need.

They got Major in to be seen and treated quickly and efficiently. Very friendly staff, attentive to detail and helpful answering my questions. We will be back.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent care! People are friendly, caring and explain every process. They answered my questions and was very knowledgable. Price for exam is a bit high, $85. But they actually do a full exam so I am okay with it. Unlike some other place that just pets your dog, call it an exam, and charges you $85! So convenient that they approve prescription orders electronically! You don't have to mail in prescriptions! I highly recommend Eastview Veterinary!

Experiencia fantástica: The majority of the staff are very nice , why say majority is cause I did have a visit were I had to vets but one was a bit more rough with my puppy and snarky but I do understand they are constantly dealing with so many pets and it can get frustrating and tiring so I don’t really blame her , but other than that the wait time also isn’t terribly bad , usually I’m just waiting a couple minutes to get brought back to a room !

Experiencia fantástica: My dog somehow injured herself while in her bed the other morning. There was nowhere she could have possibly injured herself and no sign of blood anywhere else. I rushed her to Eastview where they were able to get me in that morning. The process was easy and they were beyond helpful.

Dr Hall was able to stitch up one of my girls and Dr Ritter was the voice of reason when we faced a decision to put our older dog to sleep. Experiencia fantástica: This is my favorite place to take my animals (two dogs, two cats). Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. They take great care of my babies and I love that Clarksville kennels is right behind them, it’s a one stop shop for me.

Experiencia negativa: Took my toy poodle here for heartworm check and to put her on heartguard friday, Saturday she started vomiting and continued until monday morning and I brought her back. The dr ran tests and said her numbers were very high and they put her on iv and I was told to come back and get her at 5, they said she seemed better when I picked her up but to bring her back tuesday for more IV fluids. She died that night, if the dr knew she was that bad why didn't they recommend a hospital to save her. Worst part is she was healthy & active before bringing her here and I paid $1,000 for them to kill my baby!

Experiencia fantástica: Service was amazing! Got my cat in quick and easy! He had an infected paw and all of the staff was very friendly and treated him like he was their own. Amazing experience will definitely be coming back if an emergency arrives.
