I had a scheduled illness/injury appointment for one of my dogs and Dr. Lee was able to provide a new patient wellness appointment for my 2nd dog as well. Dr. Lee and her staff were awesome! Aside from the cost, which all veterinary clinics seem to be charging these days, I highly recommend Tiny Town Animal Clinic!

The one place I always trust and love to take my pets to.

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing staff, very sweet and empathetic. All of our babies get their care here. Our kitties got certificates of bravery when they got spayed it was really cute. I took my border collie in a few days ago to get something for fireworks/ storm anxiety and she is doing great! Huge shout out to Dr. Engle and Sam they were so kind when my Potato had heart failure and passed away. They gave her so much love on her last day and kept me informed/ included during that painful process. I’ll be forever grateful for how Potato and I were treated on one of the worst days of my life. Thank you ❤️

Such kind, caring staff. We love that our dogs are treated like family there with kindness and compassion! Highly recommend!!

I wanted her to have the best care possible and did some research. I am SO glad I chose this clinic! Dr. Dayton was SOOOO kind! And knowledgeable! I was a little concerned about my dogs skin and she gave me several options on what we could do. She spent SO much time with us! I didn't feel rushed & everybody there was SO nice and engaging. It really put my mind at ease. The vet tech (A.J.) was also SO awesome! She told me about her pets and just knew exactly how I felt about mine:) And an extra bonus- the entire office SMELLED AH-MAZING!! Not that the smell of animals would have detured me, but you can tell they really make an effort to make their clinic smell GOOD☺️. I walked out with so much additional info on helpful resources too. I am SO glad I chose this clinic!!

Experiencia fantástica: Tiny Town animal clinic has been my vet for over seven years. I have always felt welcome and they have cared about my pets. They have referred me out to the emergency center when they knew my dog needed it at some point in time I started asking them to come get my Chihuahua and help me put a muzzle on him before we take him in. Even though he’s Tiny, but he is mighty. Great experience, great people and I will always have them be part of my pet life..

Experiencia fantástica: This was my first visit and I was impressed with the clinic and with the staff. After 25 years being pet free, I gave in and got a puppy. She was well taken care of here.

Experiencia negativa: The vet and the young ladies that work in the back were wonderful they worked great with my pet. However the front office tried to charge me more than what was quoted on the phone for the initial visit. I was bringing her in to be sedated for a haircut and nail clipping and they keep wanting to do additional shots on my 15-year-old dog for parvo and distemper which I do not want because of her advanced age. When I initially took her in I was told all she needed was rabies so I let them give the rabies shot. Now they tell me that she needs more shots. I was told that all she needed was rabies and now they change it. If a dog needs parvo and distemper then they are not doing proper sanitary work from The grooming standard to clean their equipment and their office spaces as I used to work animal control and understand all these illnesses. I could understand if I was leaving my dog overnight but this was drop her off in the morning pick her up immediately after the grooming. I am not risking my dog's health for a haircut and nail clipping. She has had previous surgeries on her hips and she was cleared by the vet as being able to handle the sedation that should have been enough. I'm very disappointed. I will do it myself.

The only negative thing was the $88 charge for the roughly 2 minute discussion of a "flea rash" condition that had already been treated by us. Prescribed Simparica and are now dosing monthly.

I changed from another vet who in my opinion, was all about money and not genuinely caring about my fur babies. Also, Tiny Town is much closer to where I live which is also important. I had an appointment for my dogs within two days after I transferred them. The office staff, Vet Techs and Vet all great people. I highly recommend taking your fur babies here.

They are very quick without compromising quality care! Dr. Lavelle and A.J were the perfect team for BMO and we will continue to come back!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Lavelle listened to my concern for my aging furbaby Little Bear. She took the time to address the growth on his paw. She tested It and found it is infected. Meds were given to help clear it up. We are to keep a close eye on it and call her if any new concerns come up. AJ her thorough assistant offered confidence in Dr Lavelle's expertise and completed the visit with care.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff here are so incredibly friendly. I had a last minute request for an urgent appointment and they were able to fit me in same day! Dr. Lavelle, A.J. And the rest of the staff not only treated my cat like she was one of their own pets, they also thoroughly checked her over, explained in detail what we can do, why we can try those methods and what the course of action would be after that. I felt listened too, understood and properly educated after my visit. The staff and doctors here are so kind and really care about what they do. So thankful to have them as one of our vets! Experiencia fantástica: The techs and drs always go above and beyond for my dog when she has appointments. She is very reactive and has to be put in the room right away. The techs and dr loved her at her last appointment and were very patient with her. She was very anxious with getting shots and meeting new people. Nala loved all the treats and attention. It’s stressful at times having a reactive dog but everyone here makes sure you are satisfied with the visit before leaving.

Experiencia fantástica: Out of 10 dogs (2 have crossed the rainbow bridge now) they never once treated me like I knew nothing. I had an in depth convo with the vet to see if I even wanted to see them as my primary vet. I grilled them. Any issues I have and ask for a specific treatment they are on it, getting specific tests done for my purebreds they got it done, I ask questions and they answer. Love this clinic and it’s always in and out for rabies whenever I bring the whole pack.

Experiencia negativa: Horrible service, took my dog for a yearly health check and vaccines and a small wound on her shoulder. They took her to the back and brought her back out like five minutes later like she's all set. I never saw or spoke to the vet, didn't tell me anything about her check up or about the wound on her shoulder, they even almost forgot to give me the rabies tag, terrible service, no personal touch, never going there again

I’ve never had an issue getting my pets seen, quickly, when needed…or scheduling vaccines and check ups further out. Prescriptions are filled quickly and we can easily order medicine,food, flea treatments and more on their website. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a caring, fair, safe veterinarian.

Experiencia fantástica: We had to take our French Bulldog Mazie in because of her having some eye issues. They got us in quick and we didn't even have to wait in the waiting room. Our vet tech Sam was really good and very patient with Mazie and polite and friendly with us. Dr. Lee saw Mazie and was very good and clear when explaining things to us and the tests that she was running. Since being seen and being sent home with some eye meds, Mazie is found much better and her eyes look great. We're very happy and will continue taking our babies to Tiny Town Vet. Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Dayton and Alyssa were so amazing today!! They were gushing over my sweet bean, and took the time to answer my questions. Dr. Dayton volunteered her time to find the right medication for my scardy cat and explained all the side effects to me.

Experiencia fantástica: Staff worked us in that afternoon when signs of an ear infection became obvious. The vet tech and the Dr took their time talking with us about Kit's history of allergies. A treatment plan was discussed and agreed to. It was a great visit. At the follow-up visit, progress was noted and, again, we were treated with respect.

Experiencia positiva: All the personnel I’ve meet are professional and friendly. They all show concern and caring for my boys and give me whatever time I need to have my questions answered. Today my tech was very sweet with Sylvester as he was meowing pitifully. She spoken encouraging to him was really sympathic. I would highly recommend Tinytown Animal Clinic. The only thing I was a little upset with is the cost for the rabies shot went up quite a bit. For this senior on somewhat of a fixed income that makes it a little harder every year to give my boys the care that they need. Is there ever going to be a ceiling on the cost? My current visit, 7/15/25, was professionally handled as always. Sylvester was upset from the time I put him in the carrier and meowed the entire way to the office and the entire time in the waiting room. The technician along with the office staff were sympathetic and caring. They also found a cyst on his hip and suggested keeping an eye on it. He had put on another pound since last year and the tech took the time figure out his calorie intake and what he should have. She also made some suggestions to help him be more active.

Everyone was very nice from the front desk to the Vet and was very good with our very friendly but anxious Dane who wasn’t feeling so well. Will definitely be going back with our other pup and future visits for both. Dr Schleicher was so fast, attentive, and great with our Dane.

Experiencia fantástica: Literally the best veterinarian office I have EVER been too. ALL of the staff that I had the privilege of interacting with were very kind and helpful. They were able to get me in for an appointment for my 3 babies last minute and helped me quickly. 10/10 would recommend if you're looking for a vet for your animals.

Experiencia negativa: Couldn't handle an angry cat at all. It's like they'd never encountered a cat who didn't want to be there and had no idea what to do except an expensive sedation. On top of that, they're WAY more expensive than the place I've been taking my cat since then. They also pushed upsells, trying to get me to do extra blood work and other tests that weren't needed. Makes me wonder if their inability to deal with a cat was just another upsell to get me to pay for sedation.

Experiencia fantástica: This clinic has been treating my French bulldog for the last ten years. Every time I come, we’ve received the upmost care. The staff has been nothing but respectful, kind, and attentive towards my sweet dog. I want to give a special shout out to the tech, Alyssa, who took the time to give my buddy some extra love and treats when he was feeling a little nervous. I really appreciate the staff so much and I will recommend this clinic to anyone! The only thing I will say is that you should probably get an early morning appointment because sometimes they can fall behind in the afternoon.

While it was an awful circumstance, my cat was taken into treatment very quickly and was handled with care that made me feel Archie was in good hands.
