I couldn’t ask for a better group of people to help my girl.. they saved my girl and didn’t take every dime I had to do it! Thankful for these people and this company!

Experiencia fantástica: Second time I've been here. Once for my dog Walter and a second time for my cat Vanessa. I was treated with up most respect and care. Staff was super nice and friendly. Walked me through everything and they saved my Vanessa. I highly recommend Clarksville Veterinary Emergency & Specialty.

Experiencia negativa: For an emergency hospital they don’t run with emergency speed. It took an hour and a half just for my pup to get seen when there were only two other patients. I understand there are emergencies but It then took another 30 minutes to let me know what options I have. Then another 30 minutes to get my girl and bring her back to me. and ANOTHER 30 minutes before getting prices. They also made me pay 289 at the beginning of my appointment then made me pay a $400 bill and said I never paid the 289. It was taken out of my account and took 3 days to argue my money back for overcharging me.

Dr Julie Stegeman was professional and took time to explain our dog’s medical situation along with recommendations. You can tell she has a pet’s best interest at heart. Facility was spotlessly clean as well which is important to us. We give this facility a total thumbs up and will return if needed.

I’m Not Going To Lie, The Reviews Scared Me But I’m So Glad I Went!! They Greeted Me & Got Me In A Room Right Away. YES You Have To Pay A Fee Before They Can Service You, But I Was Understanding Of That. The Doctor & Assistants Were Super Nice & Communicated To Me Well. I Came In There Asking For Them To Communicate Before They Did Anything To My Dog & If They Can Give Me Updates When She Was Back There & They Honored That! Communication Is Key If You Want To Be Serviced A Certain Way. I Was So Appreciative That They Were Even There. They Saved My Babies Foot & ME From An Anxiety Attack! I Was So Thankful That They Designated A Crew To Be There & Stay The Night For People That Need Service. Experiencia negativa: Will never go here again.. they would rather let an animal die then work with you. They wanted $2300 to save my cat. I had $900 up front and asked if they could work with me on the rest. They refused said they needed it all up front. I ended up having to put my cat down all because of money. What he had didn't have to be a death sentence!

Experiencia fantástica: Everything about CVES exceeds expectations and had me wishing that non-emergency veterinarians could follow some of the protocols that they use for a perfect experience. Most important is the care my cat received which was handled promptly and expertly. The check-in process is online generated by a link sent to your phone generated by the call menu then within minutes I got a call telling me to come in immediately. I was given an examination room to wait in, also immediately, and an intake was done shortly thereafter. Within a few minutes my cat was taken and within an hour the veterinarian came to tell me the prognosis and reviewed the fees and options and told me how long it would take. Most importantly the minor surgery went well and she is healing nicely. This is the second time I have been here, the first time was several years ago and the excellent experience I had the first time had not changed. The prices were fair and detailed with any additional options listed separately and everything explained by the veterinarian not a tech in a clear and professional manner. If your pet has an emergency, this is absolutely where you will want to go and the other reviews I read in advance say the same thing and are accurate. I called another place first and the phone wasn't even answered for an hour. Don't bother calling anywhere else. CVES is exactly how all care should be.

Experiencia fantástica: My dog has been a patient of Dr Stegeman's for 2 yrs, and I continue to be impressed by the excellent care she receives. Although it is expensive, the costs are comparable to human care, and are worth it considering the expert care we receive from the Vets and the Staff.

We came here for a consult and further testing on a mass our home Vet found. Our Rotweiller was greeted with kindness and warmth and responded accordingly. Even stressed after the long ride and in pain, she recognized kind hearts. The professionalism was beyond what we expected and Dr Stegeman was caring as she explained every detail. She followed up the next day with the bad news, but took all the time I needed to answer my questions. I wish we had been there under better terms but given the situation, I'm so glad we came here. From the staff out front, to those behind the doors, we were touched by their genuine kindness.

Experiencia negativa: Horrible bedside manner. They made the already awful experience of having to put of dog to sleep significantly worse. I’ve been to emergency clinics before and I’ve had to have a pet euthanized before and this was the worst by far. Between the vet laughing at the bloodwork that I had done by my vet because bicarb was on panel, the tech getting annoyed with us because our dog peed on the floor when he passed, and then the vet saying she couldnt recommend what she would do in our situation because she could afford to bring her pet back in…. I was shocked. I wanted to speak to the owner about the what happened but they have no way to email them.

Experiencia fantástica: Our dog tore her ACL and needed surgery. Our regular Vet referred her to this Pet Hospital and we are very happy. She got the best care, they kept us informed throughout the day as to how she was doing. Everyone there was kind, loved animals and we were never pressured to make a decision. It was so clean it felt like a people Hospital. Clarksville is fortunate to have this facility.

We were seen on a holiday, and they were very thorough in determining what was going on and how to best treat her. We are so thankful that they completed her surgery to release her inguinal hernia, and provided her with the best care. The surgeon called three times on the day of her surgery, and again the next morning when she was ready to be discharged. Highly recommend for your emergency pet situations!

Experiencia fantástica: We had to visit on an out of town trip with our dog. Our dog had just been diagnosed with bladder cancer earlier in December. He was very sick and we were very upset. All of the staff were helpful and kind. Dr. Botsko was wonderful and was able to help our doggie get back to his home. While I hope we don’t need to visit there again I am very happy to have found it and with the care we received.

Experiencia fantástica: Went in on Sunday after Christmas with our Jackchi falling over. Dr Pennington looked him over & diagnosed him with a pinched nerve in his neck area. Gave him some medications & let us know to watch & make sure he does not overdo it for the next week. Needless to say, fur-dad & I were very happy with the outcome. We definitely will be back if the need arises.

Experiencia negativa: Do not go here. They will charge you over 8k and then watch your pet die. They will make you come in just to charge you money and your pet will lay there suffering and the pet won’t get any better. You’ll pay the staffs wages but not be provided real help when your dog actually needs it. They won’t make time in their specialists schedule or anything and basically say tough shit. Their main emergency vets will tell you to put your dog down only to find out the dog was not getting half the dose of meds to keep them alive.

Experiencia negativa: The one-star reviews are absolutely accurate. We called the vet at 3 pm to inquire about bringing our dog in because she was vomiting with blood in her stool. They informed us that they would contact us when we could come in. After four hours, we received a text message to come to the clinic. Upon entering, we were required to pay $175 upfront before they even acknowledged our presence. Once we reached the back, a man retrieved my dog without any questions or explanations. After waiting for about an hour, I went to the front desk to inquire about the situation and why the vet hadn’t come to speak with me. All the while, my sick baby was separated from me while doing “vitals.” It’s worth noting that she has separation anxiety and to make matters worse, she was separated from me for over two hours in the back, and I could hear her crying out for me throughout the entire time. This was an awful experience, to say the least. It just doesn’t make sense for them to keep your sick pet separated for hours like that. I’ve been to quite a few emergency vets, and I’ve never been separated in such a manner. It’s not as if she was in the back, hooked up to an IV, or anything. The actual vet was pleasant, but my overall experience was not good. I wish I had read the negative reviews beforehand because I could relate to many of them. I’m deeply upset with myself for putting my girl through all this and causing her further distress, especially considering that she was already not feeling well. Finally left the vet after 9pm. Initially called at 3pm by the way. Glad I didn’t have a true emergency or wasted my time driving to the clinic. **I do NOT recommend this animal hospital!

Experiencia fantástica: We were traveling across the country to rescue my baby Julian's little sister who had been dumped by the person who adopted her. On the way, my baby got his tail stuck in the window and ended up with some soft tissue injuries. Terrified and far from his normal vet, we turned to Clarksville, the closest vet. I was definitely an emotional mess because I'm a crazy cat lady, but Dr. Nate and his amazing team took beautiful care of both my kitty baby Julian (and me lol). They got him all fixed up and he's been doing great since! Thank you Clarksville team!

Experiencia negativa: Our experience was extremely disappointing. When we arrived with our sick Lab, we mistakenly used the wrong side entrance. Instead of simply redirecting us, the receptionist reprimanded us. Unfortunately, our dog had just vomited all over the car, and despite explaining that, she showed no empathy or urgency. We were told the initial assessment would be around $70 to determine if he was in a high-risk situation. Instead, we waited one full hour in our cold car while our dog was taken into an exam room — only to then be told the cost was actually $275, with more waiting required for a Parvo test. The test came back negative. After 2.5 hours, we asked if we could come inside and were casually told, “Oh yeah, okay,” and placed in an exam room. Another 45 minutes passed with no dog. When I asked for an update, the vet finally entered and asked if we wanted to see our own dog. Twenty minutes later he was finally brought in. The vet explained they still had no idea what was wrong because the dog “moved” during the ultrasound, and suggested sedating him and doing X-rays for another $500. After 4.5 hours and a $600 bill, with no answers and no clear diagnosis, we chose to take our dog home.

Experiencia fantástica: They were wonderful with our Cocoa Chanel who required and received prompt diagnosis and treatment for a serious condition. They were kind, gentle, and open to multi visits from us worried dog parents. Our expectation were exceeded by their ongoing communication in regards to her status while hospitalized. And Moriah up front was an absolute angel, so helpful and supportive! Only thing that we didn’t like was the price $$$$ but I can say you get what you pay for and it was excellent care! Thank you for helping our baby!

Every thing from the first call to the discharge went smooth and everyone was supportive and caring. I would highly recommend this clinic for your pet emergencies!

Experiencia fantástica: The online process to get my cat registered was extremely easy and efficient. Within minutes Maddison, the Vet Tech called to confirm my information and triage my cat. When I arrived, reception was easy. Maddison met us in the room and was extremely pleasant. She explained what the next steps would be and cost up front. Dr. Botsko was patient and explained potential diagnosis to me. She gave me some reassurance and discussed several treatment options. I felt very comfortable leaving my cat overnight. Discharge the next day was extremely smooth and efficient as well. I can’t stress enough that pet insurance is completely worth it!

Experiencia positiva: Came in on a Sunday night, after 12 pm with my very sick mainecoon BEST friend in the world....Left this place with my baby in a cardboard box. He died. The Doctor was a very compassionate lady & We completely understand that some fur babies are too far in their illness/injuries to be saved. Our complaint isn't about the Doctor, she was Amazing...but the young lady working the front desk when we arrived didn't have an ounce of compassion, in her entire being! She quickly handed us a sheet of paper & told us it would be $700 just to revive him, if needed & then proceeded to make, a back handed joke, about being expensive, because they were an "EMERGENCY VET CLINIC, & COULD BE",...laughing under her breath. Her entire disposition was PAY it...Or leave, Basically! The vet tech had already rushed our baby to the back for care, TAKING him from my arms as we entered the glass doors! Extremely Unprofessional behavior on the behalf of the front desk lady & her joke was disgusting. He wasn't just a cat to us...He was/is a family member that died in my arms & for the record... We would have paid ANYTHING to save his life & paid that $700 immediately! We completely understand emergency vet services are expensive. Im sure there are many families that struggle to pay & I understand where this lady assumed we didn't have the means for the EMERGENCY, as I was wearing my house coat, as this EMERGENCY occurred in the middle of the night on a Sunday, HOWEVER she should have kept her assumption to herself as her "joke" wasn't funny! I hope someone can explain to this person that she isn't a comedian, SHE IS A FRONT DESK WORKER AT A EMERGENCY VET CLINIC! The vet tech immediately took my baby in her arms & ran to the back to start working on him...She later prepared his body in the box, as we choose to bring him home for burial. SHE EVEN MADE SURE TO MAKE US FOOT & NOSE PRINTS AS A KEEP SAKE. The tech...was lovely to us...The Doctor was beyond compassionate with our family...but the front desk lady is a mega jerk & a terrible representation for who should be greeting families of pets seeking emergency help for their furry FAMILY MEMBERS! To the wonderful lady Doctor that administered the medicine that took the misery away & let my fur baby sleep, We deeply appreciate your kindness & respect. Please RE-TRAIN your front desk staff, as they DO NOT REPRESENT THE SAME COMPASSION you & your tech so graciously, bestowed to us.

Experiencia negativa: I would only go here if it was your only option. Over 2 hours in the room waiting for answers and 500$ to take home the exact same dog but with shaved legs and a cone. He was still dripping blood and leaving puddles of blood where ever he laid from all his bite wounds. Wasn’t told he was still bleeding until I got him in my car and saw it. Was only told they wouldn’t recommend stitching and he’s a little dehydrated.

They were a little slow in communicating what was going on but ultimately let me know what was going on and provided written instructions on how to proceed when we left. Not a perfect visit but we got what we needed. Thank you.

Experiencia fantástica: I can’t say enough about the comfort I felt during our early morning emergency visit with my pup. The staff was kind and efficient and handled everything with grace, including me in my frazzled state. I am so thankful for them for taking great care of my girl. It was a hard day and we were handled with care. DR. Kayla Bridges even made a referring phone call for me to get us in for an emergency same day surgery and we can’t thank her enough. Would definitely recommend this vet if you are in a time of need.

Experiencia negativa: Shame on this place. The only option they give for a dog with parvo cost 5,000, they have no heart and are in-humane. They could’ve at the very least offered IV so my dog didn’t get dehydrated. Vet said dog had parvo, good vitals but would only give care if I chose the only package and when I asked to just provide IV the Vet denied that care. Shame on this place!

Experiencia fantástica: Brought my mother in laws Great Dane in from an hour and a half away for a twisted stomach. Called ahead, they met us in parking lot and had him in surgery in less than an hour. They have been great, and know if it wasn't for them he wouldn't be here today. Would strongly recommend.

Experiencia negativa: Quite possibly the worst place in town to bring your pet. I brought my dog in because he was having some serious stomach issues and couldn't get comfortable and crying and sadly it was late so everything else was closed. First off they have no idea how to take control of bigger dogs, that should have been the first red flag. The second issue was after they got him xrayed, the Vet said they couldn't see any issues internally when I could clearly see his spleen was enlarged. Spleen issues are VERY common with my dog's breed and she was saying that is not what it is so I told her to just give me my dog back and I'm leaving because she's too incompetent. Fast forward to the next morning, I take my dog to a different vet and we do the same procedure, Lo and behold they say his spleen was enlarged so they managed to do a Splenectomy that same day. Dog has been perfect ever since removal. So yes, I make sure to never recommend this place to everyone.

Experiencia negativa: Brought our dog in with a snake bite, she was administered the anti venom and had an allergic reaction to the anti venom. We was charged for the anti venom when she wasn’t even able to get all of it. My dog died the next day after I was told she was going to be fine.

This Sunday my wife and I had to make the heart-wrenching decision to euthanize our 7-year-old baby Beauty. The clinic's staff were exceptionally thoughtful, patient, and understanding, providing us with the time and compassion we needed. We will forever appreciate their kindness and services. We never got seen, excuses after excuses, blame on us was you very hurtful tactic, you were unkind ams not compassionate to the needs of our beloved family members. Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful staff! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Caleb was thorough with intake questions and was patient with me while I was recalling information. He asked clarifying questions, never assumed he already knew, and reviewed the history that he had received from my referring vet. Caleb was kind and compassionate, explaining the process of what was going to happen and asked if I had any questions or concerns. Dr. Stegeman saw my girl and was fantastic. She was very thorough with exams and reviewing the results with me. She answered all of my questions, listened to my concerns and validated how I was feeling. She addressed all of my concerns and I left feeling hopeful for my girl’s health and recovery. My dog is anxious at the vet and is vocal in the back. Dr. Stegeman even mentioned that when my dog voluntarily walked into a kennel, she climbed into it with her so that my dog wouldn’t have to be made more uncomfortable. Care and compassion goes a long way!

I would love to brag on Dr. Miller and Dr.Heather Streppa they were so kind and compassionate not only to my baby girl but to me and my husband. I was told by another vet that I needed to put Katie down he couldn't help her but I wanted a second opinion and we decided to take her to Clarksville and that was the best choice we made! They never once said that she needed to be put down they helped my baby Katie and I am forever grateful for them. The whole staff was wonderful and caring. Thank you so much for saving my baby!

Experiencia fantástica: I want to start this review with the knowledge and admittance that I myself have NEVER owned a cat before this wonderful baby girl, so honestly, anything that she does that seems “off” gives me minor anxiety. This time was VERY different though. We went into CVES VERY late Friday night (9/4/2025) because my girlfriend and I noticed she had been peeing blood. She showed no signs of pain, strain, irritation or anything until our corgi Haku, who adores her, tried to sniff her through the baby gate we have separating the master bathroom where her litter box and food is, and the actual bedroom, and for the first time she actually bapped him like she would if he cornered trying to excitedly play with her and she’s not in the mood. This was a bit of a surprise since, with her being as incredibly timid as she is, she’s never outright bapped him. We thought he may have simply pushed a boundary she was creating but then it happened again when he went to sniff her while she was under the bed where he also can’t get to her, and then I noticed the bathroom floor. There wasn’t a lot of it, but there was a drop of blood and at most a half of her already very small main paw pad painting the floor with a blood spot too. Come to find out, there was blood mixed with her urine and even solid drops sticking some of her pellets in the litter box together. Of course my anxiety spiked and we ended up taking her to these wonderful people who, even though it was almost midnight, were so kind and understanding and did everything they could to help us. They explained everything they were doing as it was happening, explained what they were trying to do (getting her to pee for a urinalysis), and they were so patient with not only us but her as we ended up waiting a few hours, and Luna ended up peeing NOT in the litter box. Because of it, the vet did let us know that her bladder was not enlarged which made us feel much better. Come to find out they said it may be stress or something else minor, so they let us go home with some medication to help her with the possible pain she exhibited in her behavior change, and a sample tube to gather some of the urine ourselves in a space she’d be comfortable enough to properly use the restroom. They did not overcharge us. They did not make us feel like the problem. They made sure we knew exactly what was happening. And the patience they showed was AMAZING. Luna is already feeling better due to the meds she was given at the time and now we wait to take her to a primary care vet to make sure everything is truly okay. I hope we don’t have to go back any time soon, but if we ever have to go to an animal ER again in the future they will 100% be the ones we visit and work with.

When we called CVES, the receptionist explained their online check-in process, which we completed en route. Prior to our arrival, the staff called to verify the information we provided and checked us in. When we arrived, we went straight to a room and were seen promptly. The vet explained everything thoroughly, answering all of our questions, prescribed meds and had us back on our way quickly. For an unfortunate circumstance, we are very happy to have found CVES!

Experiencia negativa: Absolutely do not come here unless your pet is literally dying. My dog had burn wounds on all four paws we waited for 3 hours and was told “you can go home and if we have an availability over night we will call you” “we have 1 Dr 3 vet techs, too many patients that take precedence over yours” Save yourself a waste of 3 hours, wait to see your own vet the next day and again only come here if you’re sure your pet is truly on the brink of death.

Experiencia fantástica: Last night our senior cat had a medical emergency that led us to this hospital. Unfortunately, we had to make the very difficult choice to euthanize. Emotions were high and I found everyone at this hospital to be kind and sensitive to the decision we had to make. Our daughter left for college a week ago and we were able to allow her to be a part of telling her greatest love goodbye via FaceTime. They gave us a comfortable space, thoroughly answered our questions, and were very transparent with all costs and next steps. There is a military discount but in the midst of the emotions we forgot to ask for it. Oliver passed in my arms peacefully. There is a stigma with animal hospitals of high cost and cold bedside manner. That is not what we experienced here. Pricing was fair and staff was kind. While our hearts are broken with the loss of Oliver, we felt he was treated with dignity and respect. Thank you so much to every staff member we encountered last night. Thank you to those who treated Oliver and ensured he was able to peacefully cross the rainbow bridge. The work you do truly makes a difference and we are so grateful for your hospital.

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing, compassionate, thorough, patient, caring, & friendly. Those are just a few positive characteristics of the ENTIRE staff at NVA - Clarksville. We almost lost our Chi pup due to an infection we didn’t know she had. After the initial visit with IV fluids & antibiotics, I rushed her back at 2am because her condition deteriorated quickly. The overnight vet, Dr. Bartlet, diagnosed her right away & immediately started treatments. Our girl was admitted into ICU, where she stayed for 4 days, receiving the best care imaginable. Experiencia negativa: Our cat got hit by a car and its back leg was broken and dangling. Called before arrival and had to fill out paperwork online beforehand. Figured this would save time. Absolutely did not! We arrived and were told that we were not an emergency and someone would be with us soon. 30 mins went by without even a hello or anyone coming to check on our pet. When I got up to leave and told the employee at the front desk that we were going to another emergency vet, they just asked the name of the place we were going… Left the hospital and called another emergency vet in town and they were waiting for us when we pulled up and immediately started checking her out and had her in for X-rays with in minutes. Very frustrating experience.

I never felt like Woody was just another patient—your team made sure we were seen and supported as somebody going through a painful loss. You placed us in a quiet, comfortable room and gave me all the time I needed to be with my boy before helping him pass peacefully. The vet tech who guided me through the process was incredibly kind and reassuring, explaining each step with empathy and clarity. That comfort meant more than I can express. A few days later, I received a sympathy card from your team, and it truly touched my heart. That thoughtful gesture reminded me that your care extends far beyond the clinic walls. I know that when the time comes for my other dog, I will return to your clinic without hesitation—even if it costs a little more—because the peace of mind and compassion you offer are priceless. Experiencia negativa: What a horrible experience... We were greeting by Katilyn. We told her, that our toy poodle had injured himself playing ball. He had some kind of spinal injury and his hind legs were paralized. We then sat there and waited and waited. We watched dogs come in dogs go out. A box of newborn kittens come in go out. Watched folks go out to lunch and come back. We caught Katilyn and asked why the wait was so long and got a lecture..."this is an emergency hospital...we have dogs on IVs that are being monitored"... I asked if she could give my dog some pain meds, vital signs do something. The response was "I can't do anything without the doctor's permission" and she walked away. We waited and waited.... 5 hours had went by and there was only one other owner in the waiting room. She come up and asked us "what was wrong with our puppy, why was he was painting and wimpering." We told her and Katilyn came up and rudely yelled out us "not to talk to other patients" We were getting scolded when the other lady had come up to us. Finally after waiting for the 5 hours we were called. Paid our fee of $175 and were put in a room. 5 minutes later the doc came in and told us our dog was paralized...he has a spinal injury. Really? He then set us an appointment to an emergency hospital in Franklin. We were to go there immediantly. Which we did. Once we got to Franklin they gave him some pain meds and then after a very very large sum of money they opperated on him the next morning. Unfortunatly my pup didn't survive. What gives Kaitlyn the right to triage animals if she can't do anything without the doc's permission? What gives her the right to lecture us, yell at us after us waiting for 5 hours...all long my pup was panting and wimpering obviously in pain. What a horrible experience...maybe Katilyn is the one that needs the lecturing?

Experiencia fantástica: Cannot say enough about how wonderful the staff is. My husband and I came to their Emergency Vet Clinic after hours around 9pm-10pm a few nights ago with our baby boy. I can't remember everyone's names but they were amazing. Everyone took such great care of our chiweenie. He's home and doing good now. He's been resting and getting lots of love and treats with his meds. Thank you, all, for being so good to us!

Experiencia fantástica: There aren’t enough words to express how grateful we are for this clinic & its staff. We had an extremely sick cat & they saved his life!! He was in their ICU for nearly 48hours so we interacted with multiple staff (receptionists, techs, and vets) on day & night shifts. Every single person was amazing, helpful, & caring. I called when we were on our way to give them a heads up. When we arrived the receptionist was ready for us. She kept an eye on our baby as I started checking in. As soon as she noticed signs of distress, she called to the back & had someone come get him. The vet tech came immediately and took him to the back to assess him as I was finalizing the emergency consent to treat. The vets were thorough in their exams, tests, & care. Once we decided a treatment plan & they got him settled in the oxygen kennel, they allowed us to see him & pet him for a few minutes before we left. I spoke to the vets at least twice a day, for updates, etc. and they provided great information about treatments/meds & his status. Our boy was as sick as I’ve ever seen an animal & there were times I thought we might lose him. The staff was supportive and compassionate. They loved on him and made sure he was as comfortable as he could be. Was it pricey? Yes. But he required a high level of care & lots of support with meds & oxygen. It was emergent care and it was provided at the top level. We are so grateful that the clinic is here and that all the staff are wonderful… and that they saved are sweet boy!!

Experiencia fantástica: Went through the horrible experience of watching my Nina go through tremors with no past history. CVES got her in under an hour, ran tests and kept Nina for 48 hrs until all tests (X-rays, blood, etc.) were confirmed with a diagnosis of Addison’s disease. Dr. Miller and Dr. Bridges kept me up to date on care, but also expenses, because we know how much emergencies can cost. CVES let me visit during normal hours and also accepted my calls at almost midnight (separation anxiety for this mom). I HIGHLY recommend them for any emergency you may have with a pet. Hands down the best veterinary service in Clarksville.

Experiencia fantástica: I took one of my dogs, the most senior of the three I have, due to finding a small wound on her shoulder close to her neck. It was Friday at night, everything was closed of course, but I called, filled out all the forms online, and waited to be seen. Like any hospital or clinic, there is a triage system, and I knew that Lexi was in no immediate danger, and that I would have to wait. I work in the public health field, and know that patients are seen based on this process. I was then texted about 10-15 minutes later to bring her in, paid the fee for the visit, and then they took Lexi to be treated. I was quoted roughly 450-600, and I agreed since it’s our responsibility as per owners to ensure the safety of the animals under our care. I waited for roughly 30-45 minutes in the room, then I paid a total of 90 (the wound was superficial but originally looked bad), and went home with my fur baby, antibiotics, and some pain killers. The customer service was great, I felt the price was reasonable since it was a last minute appointment I made, and the staff were excellent. Highly recommend them and will be bringing all of my fur babies here if I can’t be seen at Sango Vet or if it’s after hours. Don’t forget to ask for your military discount!!

We did have a slight wait once we got there, because they had two emergencies come in, but they’re basically a pet ER, so we understood completely. Dr Stegeman called us with an update the next morning, and spent quite a bit of time on the phone with me, explaining what was going on, what the test results meant, what the next steps were, etc. It meant a lot to us, especially since we were so far away from our fur baby. I’m glad we ended up there, and I thank them for getting Teardrop well enough to come back home.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Christina Miller, Arthur, and her front desk staff provided outstanding care to my dog who was having a breathing issue after a surgical procedure from a local veterinarian. They did a very thorough exam, provided compassionate care to my dog and explained everything to me. They were excellent, and I will recommend them to anyone with an animal emergency. I was very pleased with the care. Thank you !!!

Experiencia positiva: Honestly everyone was very respectful, kind, and understanding. I'm a new cat mom so l will worry and won't be able to understand every single thing you are throwing at me. So this 4/5 star isn't a full 5/5 because of the lovely lady in the front; Consistently made me feel like an idiot. She spoke so fast and I didn't understand what half of the procedures were; what I was paying for etc. Future reference to Katie CSR, the raising your eyebrows, taking a deep breath, then continuing to smile with a very condescending attitude really should be checked. Other than that, I waited for hours (which was to be expected given the state my cat was in), paid around $200 for exam and medications.

Although we had a negative outcome it was not due to the care our pet received. Sometimes it's just a living creatures time and nothing anyone can do will change that.

We were directed here and we were extremely happy to have gone here. ALL staff were very caring, concerned and helpful to both our pup and to us. Dr Jordyn Krute was phenomenal.
