Experiencia fantástica: I know often people say pets are their children but I can say they are the only children I have ever or will ever have. When they do not feel well it is so hard to watch! I could not be more grateful to the staff and doctors at Overland for the caring way they helped my babies. My oldest boy is 16 so everyone I am sure understands that drop in your stomach every time they are not well at that age. Thank you all for being there for my boy making him feel better and understanding this Mamma’s worry!!

Experiencia fantástica: The team at Overland is great! So glad we found them for boarding our dogs. They were so accommodative when making our very fluid reservation since we didn't know exactly what dates we'd be boarding them due to boarding while my wife gave birth. One of our dogs has a complicated and time sensitive daily medication regimen for epilepsy which they handled with care and no issues. Our other dog gets nervous and sometimes doesn't eat well while he's away but they texted us and made sure he ate. Communication was great through text and phone. So glad we found a place that cares about our dogs as much as we do!

When we first went six years ago we had an older, very sweet mellow dog with many health issues and adored by Overland staff. Now, we have a too overprotective, stubborn, reactive dog in great health who staff wisely approaches with a little caution! Overland vets and techs have been fantastic with both pets. Shout out to Dr. Allison Brown and Dr. Caplan.

Experiencia fantástica: Great vet & care for my 2 cats & dog! My dog loves going to her “away camp” to be boarded. All the staff remember her & know she’s a nervous dog & takes time to warm up. I just wish the prices weren’t so incredibly high for board. Nightly rates have gone up $30 since we began boarding her there in 2021. Doc Brown & all the vets there are knowledgeable and give you time to go over their tests results & walj you thru next steps for POC.

Experiencia fantástica: I’m a big fan of overland, they did my dogs TPLO surgery and have been dealing with other dogs pneumonia. They constantly check in and truly care about my pups. Dr Kaplan and Kaley are both great! We found our new home base :)

Not to sell the Vet techs and front staff short either. They have a fantastic crew at Overland Animal Hosptial and Mufasa is a great mascot!

Experiencia fantástica: I've only been twice and unfortunately the second time, I had to euthanize my dog fairly suddenly. It was obviously not a great experience but everyone was so kind, helpful, and supportive. I could tell that Dr. Kaplan and the techs (whose names I unfortunately don't remember) genuinely love their jobs and care about what they do. They were very compassionate on what was the worst day of my life. We are a dogless household at the moment, but I plan on returning to Overland if I ever get another dog and I enthusiastically recommend them to others.

Experiencia fantástica: Every visit is a good visit, they are flexible with treatment trying to make it work with the least amount of pain as possible and always looking to try new things to "make it work". This hospital is a 30 minute drive for us with many other options, and its worth it. If youre wondering/worried/curious, these are the right people.

Experiencia fantástica: We took our dog Tobias for the first time and it was a great experience for him and I both. I was a bit nervous leaving him for the day but it all went well. They evaluated him and he got a great report card. Overland really seems to know what they are doing! We will be taking him there on a regular basis. Thank you for giving me great comfort in knowing he is in a safe and warm environment. Dr. Pansiera is the best! On December 9th 2025, we took Tobias in for a dental cleaning and found out that he had a broken tooth. They removed the tooth and he is doing great! Overland animal hospital is very reasonable. I would highly recommend Overland to anyone looking for a new place to take their pet.

Experiencia fantástica: We have been bringing our 3 dogs to Overland for several years now, both for veterinary care and boarding/daycare. We have had great experiences all around. On the medical side, the Docs & Staff are all great - helpful and knowledgeable, and you can tell they care about the well-being of our pets. They listen to you, listen to your animals & provide the info you need to make good decisions. On the boarding side, they have been incredibly accommodating with my reactive dogs. They are able to be there safely and I know they receive good care because they like going. Across the board, I think the pricing is very reasonable & I feel it’s great value. Communication is easy (text or call) & they are very responsive. I love that they are not a chain & woman/Doctor-owned. I moved from the area to the suburbs. I still choose to drive 30-45 minutes because of the above & the cars relationships that have been built. Would HIGHLY recommend any service at Overland.

Be careful, our princepessa had their number immediately and ran up quite the peanut butter treat tab - of course we approved all the snacks and the staff were in communication with us frequently to make sure she was adjusting well to her new environment ! Experiencia fantástica: So thankful I brought my dog to Overland for a second opinion. They helped me avoid an unnecessary $2k surgery by diagnosing a food allergy! Some inexpensive medication and a specific diet quickly corrected the issues. Years later I had to put her down and the caring staff couldn't have been more helpful. I'd encourage anyone with a pet to use Overland Animal Hospital. They're experienced professionals who will give your pet the time and attention needed. Doctor P is absolutely wonderful.

Helped explain pricing and explained everything and was so kind and took her time to answer my questions. They were able to get me in the same day when I called. Had my appointment and Dr. Glass and her team was amazing. Dr. Glass was patient with me and made sure I left the appointment understanding what was going on with my child without making me feel dumb. Seeing her again with my other dog soon. My friend was adamant that they are usually so friendly and worth giving them a chance. The 3rd time was a charm for me! Glad I did because they are close to where I live. Previous: I was calling around looking for a new vet and the lady I was speaking to on the phone said he name was Shannon and was rude along with her tone like she couldn’t be bother to help and didn’t want to be there. I called back again a couple days later spoke with her again and same attitude and all. I decided not to go with them if that’s how their receptionist act can’t imagine the medical team.

Experiencia fantástica: Overland Pet Resort has been a game-changer for my 10 year old Australian Cattle Dog rescue, who struggles with anxiety and reactivity. My vet recommended their “no contact” boarding program, and I’m so grateful they did! Mel, Faith, Adriana, Myleigh, Lyllie, and the entire team have gone above and beyond to keep me informed and make sure my dog feels safe and comfortable while boarding. After a few stays, she’s grown more comfortable and was even able to transition into their “limited contact” program- which is huge progress for her. During our most recent visit, they were able to give her individual playtime in the yard, which the exercise was great for relieving some anxiety. It’s a relief to know my dog is in good hands, and that each visit helps her have positive experiences and build confidence as we continue her socialization training journey. The Doctor and nurse and staff was the most amazing, caring ,Incredible people I have ever came across! Even though we didn't get the news we were hoping for, Dr. Brown was a compassionate guide. She took her time explaining all the details and gave us 'real' advice instead of just a clinical overview. Her commitment was exceptional; she even called us back after hours, on her way home, to discuss some test results. Her care and comfort during this difficult time made all the difference. I have three dogs, all with revolving doors of issues. All the Veterinarians and Vet Techs are kind and understanding to my questions and concerns. I have never felt pressured to pay for costly treatment options like I have at other vet offices. Vet care is expensive, but I know my dogs get the best care at Overland, and I will continue being a client. For the Resort side of Overland—I also can't recommend them enough. I know my dogs are safe and cared for when boarding or just in daycare. I know they are because I splurge for the webcam option, and I can see them getting pets in their room. The groomers are also fabulous. I appreciate that I can text the medical or resort side; their response time is incredible. Thank you, Overland, for your excellent care of my dogs!

After recently moving to Denver, I originally went to a different vet, and they quoted me $1600+ in cost for a dental surgery, mass removal, and biopsy. After coming to Overland, not only is my dog healthy and feeling better, but we found out the previous vet was just tacking on unnecessary things. My dog at the previous vet was upset, and nipping, (something she’s never done before) at Overland, she was calm and happy. I really appreciate Overland putting my dogs health first, making us both feel comfortable, and being so upfront with me about costs. Thanks so much, my doggy and i thank you Overland!!! Experiencia negativa: Every time I come here, they really try to push as many things as possible for me to buy. Last time I came just for vaccines and they tried to add on other things my dog didn't need to rack up a bill up to $400+. I don't like the way they try to pile so many unnecessary things on. Not really a great place for the budget conscious. The doctor also rushed our appointment and didn't stop to ask if I had questions, which I did. Not really happy with this place and won't be coming again, if I can avoid it.

Experiencia fantástica: I've always had wonderful experiences with the staff and vets at Overland. Everyone has been great with our cats and I've always been able to get a timely appointment. When we had to put one of our boys down a week ago due to cancer, they could not have been more caring and comforting. When our little guy was diagnosed, Dr. P took her time (as always) explaining different options and recommending a specialist. Whenever I've had to take one of the kitties in, there's always been a follow-up call or text to check in. I always recommend Overland to anyone needing a vet.

I called for a emergency visit for my sick dog and was able to be seen the same day even though they were booked for the day. Experiencia fantástica: When I called, I was able to get my girl Gracie in the next day. Everyone was very helpful & friendly. The offices are very clean & nice. Dr Brown & Marina were amazing. They were great with Gracie. While examining Gracie, Marina found a small lump on her back leg. Dr Brown tested it & it turned out to be a mast cell tumor. They were able to schedule surgery for the next morning. I will be forever thankful to them for their thoroughness & actions to treat this. They completely discussed the procedure & cost. I highly recommend Overland. I have complete confidence in their treating Gracie. To add tonthis review: Gracie had her surgery yesterday. Dr Glass was amazing. Everyone is so thoughtful & considerate. Dr Glass contacted me this morning to check on Gracie & ensure she was doing well. I am very impressed with Overland and the entire staff.

Experiencia fantástica: 5 star amazing boarding facility that we absolutely love! We have taken Bubba here for boarding for years and the staff seems to love working there and they are able to handle our large dog in such a friendly amazing way! They let the dogs play and get their energy out during their stay with nicely maintained suits for the doggies to sleep and stay when not playing. Cannot recommend them enough! We love the boarding facility but recommend if you have a large dog the vets in the veterinary hospital can be squirmish if they are vocal. Hospital will muzzle your dog without informing you! It was no wonder he would be so happy to arrive at boarding but terrified to go to the hospital. (They were able to do this during covid when owners were not in visits with them). We have found most other vets and dog related places in Denver to be much more accommodating and loving of larger dogs :) Our dog has not been muzzled anywhere else so just know the hospital specifically leans towards muzzling more than most places. Overall 10 out of 10 for best boarding facility!

Scheduling is easy, all the staff are so kind and professional, and Dr. Brown plus all her techs are super knowledgeable and thorough. They take the time to make it as stress free for Solo as possible and offer him tons of treats and love so he walks out happier than he went in. Quality vet care is always expensive but they are totally worth the cost and I appreciate that they give a price estimate up front and are willing to adjust the plan to fit within your budget. As an ex vet tech this clinic is one of the select few I trust 100% with my boy!

I was scared for our dog and at the end of the visit the Dr came out to speak with us about the labs and explanation of the results. Experiencia fantástica: Dr. P and her team have The experience to ensure your pet has a long and healthy life. They do not pad their pockets and they do not recommend unnecessary procedures. Towards the end of my dog's life, they even recommended going to a specialist who may be able to give them better care. The care of my dog was their top priority. It was not how much they were going to make from its care. I trust this vet and I think that you should too.

Experiencia fantástica: Update May 2025: I'm even more impressed by the pet resort after our pups recent stay. We were nervous to board our two elderly pups with separation anxiety but the staff went above and beyond to make it a calm and comfortable stay and the communication was top-notch. We received photos, text updates, and quick responses throughout the entire process. I couldn't believe how happy and relaxed the pups looked in photos and when we picked them up! We board our dogs here at the pet resort. It's great to have the webcams to check in on them and we always trust them to care for our dogs. As for the vet clinic it just doesn't work for us, the clinic is usually very busy with exam rooms right next to the waiting room which, combined with nearly an hour wait time, made our dog too anxious.

Experiencia fantástica: We’ve been going to Overland since moving to Colorado in 2019, and our experience with Dr. P and the entire staff has been nothing short of exceptional. They’ve taken such amazing care of our two dogs—from routine visits to unexpected emergencies. Dr. P consistently goes above and beyond, even following up personally to make sure everything is okay. Even after moving 30 minutes away, we still make the drive because we trust her completely with our pups. There’s no one else we’d rather have caring for them.

One of our dogs, Hazel, has had to have two toe removals due to cancer so she has been under their care quite heavily this entire time. The lengths that the staff has gone to to make sure that our Hazel is loved and cared for is out of this world. Today Hazel had to get her foot wrapped one last time and they took the time to make the wrap so cute. It’s the little and big things here, I highly recommend overland for any animal care needs.

Experiencia fantástica: My pup is the most important thing and everyone here is not only kind and smart, but so empathetic. I love all the doctors, techs, and resort staff! I wouldn’t trust her care with anyone else! The facility is always clean and they always communicate if a high priority appointment comes in which is so important! I’d rather wait with my healthy dog while someone in need gets urgent care, I know they’ll prioritize me if the situation is reversed. We love Dr Kaplan!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been using Overland Pet Hospital for almost six years, when we first got our cat. I’ve boarded our cat a couple times when we travelled and have gone there for yearly checkups. Recently, I took my cat there for a real health concern. Their treatment confirmed my trust in their competence and care. They are very caring of their patients. They scheduled a visit on short notice and treated my cat very well. He’s on the mend and I’ll continue to use them.

Experiencia fantástica: Overland has been such a blessing for us. My husband was admitted to the ICU and I have been staying with him. Our normal pet sitters were. It available and given our family circumstances, I couldn’t take the time to find a boarding facility. Thankfully, my stepmom was able to find Overland and they were more than happy to accommodate our pups on a second’s notice. I was able to view the pups over camera and see how much care was given to them. Thank you to the folks at the Pet Resort - you eased a concern during the most difficult time of my life.

Experiencia fantástica: We love taking our dog, Indy, here! Everyone is so friendly and he comes home EXHAUSTED. He's a 2 y/o husky-mix so especially in the winter that says something. I enjoy getting to see him play with his friends in the yard on the webcam. We've taken him to other daycare's and have not had great experiences. Overland puts my mind at ease leaving him during a long work day/just to get some energy out. Would HIGHLY recommend this place over similar daycares in the area.

Experiencia fantástica: New to Denver, I took my friend’s recommendation and visited Overland… I’m so glad I did! The online new patient forms were easy to submit, and their website was simple to navigate. I also LOVE that they have a stellar team of female doctors with great bios. When my dog developed an eye issue, they were able to see us the same day. Dr. Kaplan is *amazing*. She’s personable, well-versed, and was incredibly kind and patient with my anxious baby girl. Megan was also wonderful - gentle, friendly, and so helpful throughout the visit. The entire staff was welcoming and accommodating. My dog gets veryyyy nervous in environments like that and they took care of us. Clean office + good vibes. I’m so grateful to have found Overland Animal Hospital and couldn’t be happier to establish care here!!

She helped quickly diagnose our dog after being misdiagnosed many times at other clinics. She is upfront about everything, including costs, and truly cares about your pet. She is truly amazing. I'm so happy that we found her and will recommend this vet and Dr P to anyone.

Experiencia fantástica: Our dog Lavender is a nervous dog who is very unsure about people but loves to be around other dogs. We were so impressed with how the staff handled her special needs while she boarded at Overland for 3 days. Lavender was able to play and socialize with other dogs and warmed up to the staff quickly which says a lot about how kind and skilled the staff must be. Every time we looked on the live web cams she was out having fun with other dogs which made us feel better about leaving her for 3 days. We will definitely be bringing Lavender back for daycare and boarding and we are so grateful that we found such a great place to take her!

We got the best progress report with photos, signed up for enrichment and our pup got special treats while we're away. The staff are excellent and the communication was top notch.Thank you so much! Experiencia fantástica: My dog, Betty, was always timid and apprehensive at vet offices. She is normally very curious and confident. We had used a few different ones over the years and it was the same thing. On her first trip to Overland she settled in almost immediately with the staff and showed none of the nervous behavior I was used to seeing. Since then, I’ve been absolutely blown away by the quality of care and compassion. From the receptionists to the techs to the vet, everyone has been great. The communication from the team, both in office and follow up, is amazing. Betty actually gets excited to go to the vet now. Another thing of note is the transparency of their pricing. They are up front and honest with the costs when a lot of vets aren’t. The pet resort for both boarding and daycare has been phenomenal too! Betty is an elderly pup but she leaves the pet resort like a puppy. Just happy and playful. Everyone working there seems genuinely happy to be there. Although everyone has been great, I wanted to point out two people in particular. Dr. P and Janyne. Dr. P has taken the time to go over every aspect of Betty’s care and followed up after every visit. Betty had some health problems earlier this year that and needed subcutaneous fluid injections. Janyne taught me how to administer them at home and sat with me and helped the first time I tried it in the office. I cannot recommend Overland Animal Hospital enough. I only wish I’d found them sooner.

Our vet is Dr. Kaplan and I really appreciated the time she took to educate us and talk through our options. I can't recommend them enough!

Experiencia negativa: I don't understand how they call themselves a hospital. I was there for a 1/2 hour, all spent waiting. The only thing they did was present me with like an accounting who barked out bill numbers when no one even examined my dog, but yet they had the cost of visit added up WITH NO EXAMINATION or Diagnosis. No one even took any vitals from my dog or even looked at her. They were only concerned about padding a bill. I'm not even sure why I even went back there the first time I took my dog there.I got charged with like a $600 bill & NO diagnosis & pet insurerance covered nothing related to billing. I was told they would send a script for me to get monthly worm medicine, & allergy free food, I never received none of those scripts. But they certainly did not forget to charge me. It was clear they wouldn't even look at my dog unless I agreed to pay their high fees 1st before any services. My dog had all her shots elsewhere. They were trying to charge me again with that as well. NEVER AGAIN!! I don't feel as though they cared about my dog at all, It was only about how much they could charge me.

Unfortunately that vet didn’t even one close to Overland’s service, care, and attention to detail. I will continue to take my pup here even though it further as I know my dog will get the care she deserves! Definitely would recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: I have nothing but great things to say about this vet. Our dogs vet is Dr. P who has been lovely and knowledgeable in the process. She told us more about our dog the first time she met her than we have gotten in years of health issues elsewhere. Dr. P has reached out unprompted to check in with our dogs well-being after putting her on new medication. Appointments are easy to make, and each one has been helpful and reassuring.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a wonderful experience taking my older cat, Nala to the vet. Megan Pansiera (vet) is amazing, kind, and very educational with any questions I had. Her technician, Jessica, was so sweet and wonderful. Truly a dream team. The facility itself is very clean and well maintained. While taking animals to the vet isn’t fun, even for a routine check up, this place definitely makes that so much easier. 10/100 recommended.

Experiencia negativa: Worst clinic I've ever been to. This place is greedy and charges 3 times as much as other clinics. A prescription here is $75 vs $24 at Costco. Definitely get quotes at other places before going here. The doctors are afraid of certain breeds. They give you your dog right after surgery when they aren't even able to walk yet. You should have kept them overnight to make sure they were okay but I'm sure that would have been hundreds of dollars more. Had a mass removed here and just had another mass removed at Planned Pethood International in Conifer. Conifer was a million times better, more affordable, doctors that aren't scared and actually listen to you, the quality of surgery was so much higher than overland. Go anywhere else if you care about your pet because Overland is horrible. Oh and if you leave a bad review they will lie in their response about your situation. Nasty company

The staff are incredible and truly care about my pets’ physical and mental well being. They take such great care of them and are always excited to see them. I’m so lucky to have a place where I can leave my precious babies and know they are in the best hands with people who love them too.

Experiencia negativa: That vet clinic was the most horrifying place I have ever been to as soon as I walked in they took my pet and I didn't see what they were doing and they wouldn't tell me anything and because they were closing in an hour they didn't want to help my pet who was dying and they just asked me for money when they were not going to test my pet!! Then they took and hour doing God knows what to my pet when I could have gone to another vet place and just tried to get money out of me for nothing then when I finally got my pet I rushed over to another vet clinic which was an hour away and my baby had died half way there!! She was the most amazing emotional support animal I ever had and I'm so devastated for their negligence and selfish greediness they all need to be put out of business and pay for the murder of my best friend who died because they only cared about money!! My poor Razor will live on in her brother who is also devastated he can't find his poor sister anymore!!!
