Experiencia negativa: Do not take your pets to this place. They Killed my moms dog with no regards. Worst place ever! The staffs customer service is horrible and don't know what's going on half the time. On top of all this they still charge $1500 for the surgery. Never offered a refund or apology. They have all new staff that doesn't know what to do. I would not take my pet here.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a great experience with my 7 month old English bulldog here. I took him to get his rabies shot and they actually have a package where you can get all set of shots for 65. The wait was a bit but wasn’t more then 30 minutes over all my experience was good. Thank y’all :)

Experiencia negativa: When I first found this clinic, my dogs were referred here after testing positive for heartworms. Initially, the staff was amazing—everyone was welcoming and knew exactly who my dogs and I were. After paying over $2,000 for treatment, communication completely stopped. No one ever called to confirm whether the follow-up test results were positive or negative. When the clinic moved locations, I repeatedly called over the course of two months to schedule a follow-up appointment. My calls went unanswered, and although I left multiple voicemails, I never received a callback. I finally got through today, but the experience was extremely disappointing. The woman who answered was rude and dismissive, quickly insisting that if I had left a voicemail, someone would have returned my call—which clearly did not happen. When I asked questions about treatment pricing, she said only her manager could provide that information and that the manager wouldn’t be back until the 3rd. When I asked for the manager’s name, she hung up on me. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially after spending thousands of dollars on care for my pets. I have attached screenshots showing the calls I made over the past two months. I am confident that if management reviews the voicemails from those dates, they will find the messages I left that were supposedly “answered.”

Experiencia fantástica: They were able to vaccinated my 7 month male cat on a Saturday. It does get a bit busy but it is walk in time on Saturdays. We will be going for the rest of our cats vaccines.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been using this pet hospital for over 30 years. Dr. Henson has to be the most compassionate veterinarian I have ever met, spending DECADES, yes decades, trying to give the Dallas community pet care at an affordable cost. that's truely is amazing. i love this place. these doctors try very very hard to be there for us. even during covid. also, back in the 90s i found this sick cat on the street near the Garland bingo. i took it up to Petmobile and they got that cat well. I took it home and kept it. she was pretty old but lived another 3 years fr. God bless them all for what they do.

Experiencia fantástica: Care for my dog with pancreatitis was compassionate and thorough. Instructions and medications were specific to her GI symptoms and infection. Unfortunately her sibling became ill the next day and during the night had bloody diarrhea. I was scared to wait until PM opened so I took her to a 24/7clinic.Only given one antibiotic and an IV bag. The lab bill only was as much as the entire bill at PM and the whole bill was twice as much as PM. Care at petmobile was exceptional and probably saved my dog and indirectly saved the other one. Thanks PM.

Experiencia fantástica: I don’t care about the bad things other people have posted. I have taken many pets to this clinic and have been to many others. No one else compares to the urgency they place in my pets care and prices this place charges. They never try to upsell you on services. They have always considered my financial concerns and have never been short on kindness. Compared to big chains, this place is a Godsend.

Experiencia negativa: The worst care ever for my Cat Winter. My daughter took our cat in when we noticed he was having trouble walking. Staff is amazing very kind hearted and filled with concern for the pets we bring in in other hand the Vet is a cold hearted vet no signs of concern for our Cat . After putting my cat on all four paws he said there was no signs of broken bones and felt for a fracture and saidhe would be better by Thursday. Gave him a steroid shot and sent him home and this was after giving him all the symptoms our fur baby had. Well it turn out from goggle that it was a spinal injury and my cat died 2 days later Thursday morning. Thank you to the staff for your concern and always answering my daughter's call but for the Vet way to go !
Thank you for your 1-star review. We are truly sorry for your loss. We do not have access to our X-ray machine at this moment so the only way a vet can tell if something is broken is to feel. The vet may not have noticed that it had other injuries. Plus, Dr Google is not always right, there may have been an internal injury that caused Winter's death.

Thank you for your 1-star review. Sorry for the loss of your pet. If I remember correctly this was a case of you not respecting the wishes of a tech not wanting to be filmed. She could have handled it better at the time and handed your case off to another tech that wouldn't have minded.

Experiencia negativa: I walked in Tuesday talked to staff; they mentioned to be back Thursday no later than 3:30 to make the 10 customer deadline for walk ins, I did then after I signed in at 4:00 after waiting 40 mins in line outsideatat that being first in line! They didn't call me into see vet till about 4:50! They where not short staffed just plain slow and unapologetic! If you want to pay full price and waist time come here!

Thank you for your 1-star review. We had appointments available but it wasn't until next week. With the symptoms that you described, it would be better to go to another vet to have him seen. When a pet has the symptoms your pet has, it is important to take them to a vet as soon as possible. A week would not have been a good idea.

Thank you for your 1-star review. Appointments were made for your 4 pets for wellness exams and vaccines. Your appointments were scheduled at 30 minute intervals starting at 11:30 am, with the last one for 1pm. We schedule appointments for 30 minutes, so that both the doctor and tech will have time to go over all the issues your pets may have and give you very important information on how to help your pets, since yours were young dogs.
You were angry about it taking so long, so besides yelling at the staff, you slammed a door in a tech's face. While two other techs helped place the dogs in the car, you tried closing the hatch before one of them was completely out of the way and hit him on the back of the head. Your wife had to apologize to staff and clients in the lab and lobby because of your behavior. We do not tolerate verbal or physical abuse in our facility.

Thank you for your 5-star review. Cutting nails of dogs and cats can be very difficult. If you begin messing with their paws when they are puppies and kittens, it will make it easier for owners to cut the nails.

Thank you for your 1-star review. If you haven't been seen in a year, we require an exam to purchase any type of flea and tick medication. They told you about getting vaccines, because you were probably due. Vaccines include a quick exam that will count towards buying flea and tick medications.

Experiencia fantástica: We had a great experience. My dog was neutered on Wednesday. We stayed the night before since the drop off was early. Hes doing great 2 days postoperative. Everyone i encountered was friendly and helpful. I would recommend Petmobile to anyone.

Experiencia negativa: Don’t bring your fur babies here… you’re better off searching for other monthly mobile clinics if you’re looking for affordable vaccines. It’s a bunch of kids working here who don’t know how to handle pets, and the main vet barely checks them. Never again…… There’s a mobile clinic that offers shots every first weekend of the month by first st and Kingsley! I also recommend stonebridge clinic if you want a primary care vet for your baby!

We actually prefer the owners to hold their dogs while getting vaccines or nail trims at the mobiles due to the possibility of staff injuries that could cause a shortage of staff on the mobiles. Unless you are paying for an exam, the doctor will only do a quick once over of the pet to make sure they are healthy enough to get vaccines.

Experiencia negativa: everyone was nice and friendly but it seems the ladies in the front greeting and taking the list of names/ weights, (not the cashiers desk) are not to educated on the specifics vaccines people are requesting! I am boarding my pups for a few days and need specific shots for my dogs. I specifically asked about both strands of the Canine Influenza (H3N2 and H3N8). She so confidently said it was included in the DHL4PP. I get home and i found out it is NOT included. Very disappointed in our Last visit (today). Looks like some vaccine education will be needed for FOH. Not sure if I'll be coming back. Took half day off work for this and spent $360 on my pups today and will still have to get assistance with the vaccinations my dogs need at another veterinary.

I have spoken to the Office Manager and she will educate the staff on the difference between the Canine flu vaccines. The DHL4PP does cover the Parafluenza Virus, which is one of the ones that boarding places require.

Experiencia negativa: I have been coming here for well over 5 years .. have ALWAYS loved this clinic !! Dr. Henson knows me personally and she knows how I love supporting this clinic !! I come frequently . Her and a few others can vouch that I am a very great spirited and kind client !! Just recently they had newer staff members . Young kids. One day I came in for a simple visit and when I say these kids were sooooo terribly rude !! I simply expressed to one of them I pray they’d have a better day because she seemed overwhelmed .. I was rudely dismissed and passed on to the next kid where I was again handled with rudeness .. he shoved the clip board in my hands and threatened me under his breath .. but since no one heard his violent words they targeted me for being unruly for standing up for myself .. letting him know he shouldn’t have done that . No profanity or anything .. just a louder than usual voice . They take my money for the visit , and never allowed me to pay for my dogs refill .. causing my dog to miss her medication and get sick .. she’s 9 years old and I haven’t found another vet to take her to that I can afford . This is RIDICULOUS . I’ve called and left multiple messages for a Supervisor to call me back .. I simply just wanted to apologize for allowing him to upset me causing me to yell out of frustration .. like I said , been going here for years and I’m truly upset I got banned without anyone hearing my side of the story ! They went with whatever he said when I was outside .. I didn’t know I was banned til I called for my refill .. I loved this clinic , always sent my family and friends here .. But if this is how yall treat yall customers and I’ve spent THOUSANDS With yall .. then idk .. id just like my baby’s last refill or to speak with SOMEONE in management because I really don’t want to find another clinic honestly but this situation was completely blown out of proportion ..

We are sorry that you felt our staff was being rude to you on your last visit with us. The younger staff you mention have been working for us for over 2 years. All of our younger staff come from Veterinary Assistant programs from multiple school districts. Dr. Henson has taught and mentored each of these students/employees during their high school years and college careers.
On the day in question, it was witnessed by multiple employees AND clients that you verbally harassed both employees and saying that you would or that you have someone who could "take care of them." You were also heard saying that you would punch the male employee when all he was trying to do was de-escalate the situation and help the female employee who was originally assisting you with signing up for an exam for your fur babies. To us the manner in which you handled the situation is considered a physical threat and there is already so much violence in this world and mental health issues, therefore we can't accept this type of behavior. We understand your frustration in this matter, but the medication you were requesting was a dewormer and not a life saving medication.
Our office manager did try to contact you recently via phone, but there was no answer and there was no voicemail box available to leave a message. If you would still like for her to call you back, she would be more than happy to give you another call. You can reply via our email, [email protected].
Experiencia negativa: I had a horrible experience with the services the workers are young and unexperienced and unlicensed while dealing with needles and unsupervised while with the animals shots. The young worker was dealing with my cat (ocean) she wasn’t focus and put the needle in and the whole vaccine spilled on the other side of my cat and didn’t even notice until I mentioned it.
Thank you for the 1-star review. Vet Techs do not need to be licensed in the state of Texas. As long as there is a veterinarian present in the vicinity, a vet tech can give vaccines.
It was good that you noticed the vaccine spilling out on the other side of your cat. It can happen when the cat moves while the vaccine is being given.
Many of our young workers are trained by the vet tech program in the school district, while others get trained by other vet techs.
Experiencia fantástica: Sweet, Kind and Gentle people is all I can say. They really care about your pets here and are not just trying to get your money. Very affordable and they do walk ins and being open late was a plus. Over all they have excellent service and amazing doctors.

Experiencia positiva: I've taken many cats to Petmobile for spay, neuter & declaw. This morning I took my mothers' dog and was very disappointed with the service I received. They had a sign that said sign in and wait in your car for us to call you, which I did. I sat for 30 plus minutes watching people who arrived after me walk in and be helped rather than being instructed to sign in and wait in their cars. When I was finally inside waiting for them to come pick-up the dog, I mentioned this to one of the employees who said "I know." What good are instructions if you are not going to adhere to them and make EVERYONE follow them? I guess I was the fool for doing what the documents said.

This place is A Christain place for animals...I truly Love and embrce this place may God Bless the people that works there and may the Love of God be with them. Experiencia negativa: Called the place back in the morning and they told me I had an appointment at 4 pm but when I got there I was told it was first come first serve. When I tried to explain my confusion, one of the ladies at the front desk was extremely rude and disrespectful about it, making me feel as if I was dumb for being confused. I would NOT recommend coming here and HIGHLY suggest going to “Rowlett Veterinary Clinic” instead.

The person who told you to come in at 4 should have made sure that you understood it was a walk-in and not an appointment and that it was first come, first serve.
Experiencia negativa: I had a terrible experience at PetMobile Pet Hospital this morning. I arrived early (7:45 AM) for my Shih Tzu's vaccines as I was told people line up early before their 9 AM opening I was told to arrive one hour early to avoid missing a spot. After waiting patiently, a staff member rudely told me to wait outside. Later, an employee named Diana signed in six of her family’s dogs ahead of everyone else. When I pointed out this was unfair, she responded, “I work here, so I can do whatever I want this is my family.” Then, Juan Carlos, who had nothing to do with the situation, came out just to argue and make matters worse, even yelling at me. I had to ask him not to touch my dog due to his aggressive attitude and to avoid him hurting my 1.5-year-old fur baby. He refused to provide the service, despite me already paying $139.05 and waiting since 7:45 am and told me to leave. Thankfully, Vicky, the manager, stepped in and listened to my concerns and administered the vaccine to my dog. While I appreciate her professionalism, the poor treatment from other staff should be brought up to cooperate or need some type of professional, or sensitivity training because it seems that they are not there to assist the customers or the pets unless it's their pets. Since you do not allow me to respond to your obnoxious response, I will have to respond through here! Thank you for taking the time to respond. I appreciate your explanation; however, it seems more like an attempt to justify unprofessional behavior rather than addressing my concerns. The fact that the door was left unlocked, and I was asked to wait outside after being let in, highlights a lack of organization. Additionally, having an off-duty employee administer vaccines raises questions about operational structure, regardless of whether it affected others or not. The response from your team felt more like I was being blamed for voicing legitimate concerns rather than being heard as a loyal customer who has spent a considerable amount of money here. I was simply seeking respectful service in a professional environment, and I hope this feedback helps improve your clinic’s approach to customer service in the future.
Thank you for your 2-star review. The door was accidently left unlocked by an employee this morning. On Tuesdays and Thursdays we do not unlock the door until 10am to sign people up for our walk-in clinic. On Saturdays the door opens at 8am to sign up. One of the supervisors noticed you sitting on the floor in the lobby. That was when you were asked to wait outside.
The employee you had a grievance with, was in on her day off and is allowed to bring hers or her family's pets in to get vaccines. She was the one who prepped the vaccines and gave the vaccines, so she was not causing any delays with other clients. We had two employees who were working giving vaccines at the same time. It was not unfair to anyone who had signed up because it did not hinder the vaccination clinic process.
You continued to cause issues during the whole time you were here by talking about the off duty employee giving the vaccines. The person who was going to give your pet vaccines decided to leave the room and get someone else to do it, you started demanding that he give your pet vaccines. This was the same person you said in your review that you didn't want him touching your dog. That is when Vicky came and gave the vaccines and listened to your grievances about the off duty employee.
Experiencia positiva: First time here and I must say this was an easy process for me and my pet. The Dr was very professional and answered all my questions. I would have given 5 stars but the black girl who was in charge of taking payments was very rude and didn’t seem too happy w her job. She might need a lesson in proper customer service.

Experiencia negativa: Vaccine services are fine, however the nail trimming services for dogs with black nails are horrible. Made my dog bleed on two different paws! When I made a comment about how Pet Smart never has this issue they said to just go there then. So rude and unapologetic about their inadequacies.

Experiencia fantástica: I recently had to bring my dog here to be put to sleep. The staff were all incredibly kind and loving to both me and my dog. They made a difficult day so much less awful. I will always remember how they treated me and my sweet dog, and am so grateful they were there to help us through this process. The nurse made sure the last thing my dog heard was that he was loved, and she gave me a hug before I left. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for everything you do.

Experiencia negativa: These people killed my aunts neighbors dog!! They operated on him and wasnt even necessary. Paid over 1000. Then told the owner her dog had cancer and needed kemo. She paid another 2000 for that. The next day they called her with the news that he died. They offered to cremate free of charge (guilty conscious). Didn't receive the "ashes" until a week In a half later (was suppose to be a 2-3 day wait). When looked inside... they had put rocks inside the ern. So DISRESPECTFUL!! STAFF IS RUDE !!! These people misdiagnoses, and tell u anything to CHARGE U MORE MONEY!

Just like with people a pet can die after surgery due to complications. Unless a necropsy is done, the vet is not able to determine why a pet has passed.
If your aunt's neighbor has the phone number to the cremation company, she should be able to call and lodge a complaint with them.

Being rude to those reviewing their experience as opposed to simply evaluating the feedback professionally and appreciating the chance to elevate their business based on the all the feedback. Thank you for your 1-star review, My Account. The clients that have issues should bring it up to a supervisor immediately so that it can be dealt with at the time of service. We do have cameras and audio so that we can deal with these issues at the time that they are reported. It is okay that you are not visiting Petmobile, that is your prerogative, but you will miss out on great service from our Veterinarians and vet techs. Have a Blessed Day.
Experiencia positiva: We just boarded our two dogs here for a week. This place is amazing. Feels really good to leave them with people we trust. We will definitely be back. *Updated* we were charged an extra $80 after the fact and were told the prices of boarding increase. Seems really sketchy to charge us more once we had already agreed on the price. And no are being told the have temporarily stopped boarding. Very disappointed.

Edit: Our prices went up between the time you made your reservation in January and when you boarded your pets. There is a statement at the bottom of the deposit form that says that prices are subject to change.

You can tell that they have it down now getting the pets taken care of. They went above and beyond assisting me with my babies. We had the best experience, the Dr is always friendly. Previous review: They do not answer the phones and do not return calls. It's like herding cattle inside, no one seems to really care to help. But they will make darn sure you wear a mask. Not a good experience. I use to love taking my pets there. No so much anymore, no one would help.

We do however return all the calls in the order that we receive them and that have phone numbers and messages that we can hear clearly. We are still requiring masks because we have people with autoimmune issues and we will protect them. If you are coming on a walkin clinic day, we found that our method has worked for years. We do care about our clients and their pets.

First I came on a Tuesday and the doctor was sick and then I came back on a Thursday at 5 and all they offered vaccinations . My cat was sick and they refused to see him stating all they can do is give him a vaccination. I refuse to go back to place, Terrible Terrible service. And they never answer their phones!!
Thank you for your 1-star review. On Tuesday, January 27th we had to cancel our Walk-in clinic because our doctor was sick and we couldn't get another doctor in time. An announcement was made on our website, Facebook page and our Google page.
Our Walk-in clinics are first come, first served. We offer minor exams for minor issues, like ears and skin. We offer appointments on Thursdays which don't allow for walk-ins. The way the person that spoke to you handled the situation on Thursday was incorrectly. They should have handed you a list of other vets that you could have taken your sick pet to or had you go to the front desk to set up an appointment for Friday or Saturday.
We are currently short staffed in our Phonebanks, but if you left a message, they would have returned the call.
Experiencia fantástica: They saved my Bff's little dog, Nike who was attacked by a pit bull that has turned crazy just all of a sudden. ( I suspect she has not gotten any of her series of ràbies and distemper shots.. She 2 years old and has had 2 litters and her ears are clipped back so far, it looks as if she has NO ears. When she attacked Nike, she gave no warning. Like the social dogs will do. My dog was there in the room as well, and 4 of us adults who were having a real tough time trying to get her to let him go! If we had a ģun in the house, I was going to go get it!!! I don't live in that house, I was just visiting aa well with as the Nike dog was. After which seemed like an hour, she finally released the poor little dog, and my full blooded Boston terrier, came right up next to and she reached in to snip at this mad dog and now the Pit has.my dog in its mouth!!!!! But, she only had alirtle of her skin with her front teeth. NEVERTHELESS. I DID NOT HAVE A GUN, BUT, AT THIS POINT I WAS GONNA GET A FREAKING BUTTER KNIFE, FORK, SPOON...etc. FYI PEOPLE: IF YOU EXCEPT A BLOOD LINE PARTICULAR BREED OF PIT BULL , MAKE SURE YOU GET ALL VET RECORDS FROM WHOEVER THE FIRST OWNÈR WAS , WAY BEFORE YOU SAY YES TO A "FREE", PURE BREAD PIT!!!!!!! DISTEMPER SHOTS ARE FOR A REASON, ALL SHOTS FOR DOGS ARE!!!! AND, BREEDING PITS JUST FOR FIGHTING AND BREEDING FOR FIGHTING IS TOTALLY INHUMANE AND ILLEGAL!!!!!! Experiencia negativa: Took my cat to get spayed, recieved a call from them and just missed it, call immediately back, no answer. Theres literally no reason to not be able to respond to a call if you just called me. Really sketchy. Update: now i know theyre sketchy, saying my voicemail was full when it never has any voicemails to begin with, on top of that claiming they called back when they never did.

She then immediately called the work number that you put down and a lady answered, she told us to call your number, so we did and nobody answered. Sorry that we were playing phone tag with you, but they were going to go over the after surgery care and when you would need to pick up your cat. We are very shortstaffed in our phonebanks.

Experiencia fantástica: I will never take my pet anywhere else but here. My dog was very sick and wasn’t expected to make it but the vet said if I wanted to try then she would. She cancelled the remaining appointments and even took my dog home with her that night. My dog made it and she was very reasonable on the cost and even set up a payment plan. These are great people. God bless them all

Thank you for your 1-star review. You are exactly right, we are slow and always booked. We have one vet on most days and they see patients every 30 minutes. Sometimes those patients need a little more time and run into other appointments, but our vets and staff will often times work through their lunches. If your pet is sick and we are unable to accommodate you, it is always best to find another vet. We have a list of vets that we hand to people so that they can get their pets taken care of if it's an emergency. We are happy that you found a vet that you like.
Just know that we wear the Parkland for Pets label with pride. We are not an emergency vet and will recommend that you go to one if your pet is very sick. We will still offer you our best service if you had an appointment or if you came in as an emergency.
If your pet has minor issues, like skin, ears or eyes we can take care of it during our low cost vaccination clinics on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays (please see website for hours). If your pet is sick we take appointments on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. WE do have a doctor that comes in once a month on Mondays and we will set up appointments for those Mondays.

Despite Charlie's unpleasant disposition, Dr. Henson and all of those who came in contact with her treated her with extreme patience and loving care. Everyone was amazing! Experiencia positiva: Quick, easy, and affordable. I went on Saturday and it’s first come, first serve. No appointment necessary. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because of communication. I called multiple times throughout the week only to leave voice mails. I finally received a call back 3 days later as I was there standing in front of the vet. Otherwise, very fast and efficient service.

I had one issue I was quoted $219 and once I was ready to pay it increased to $253 the doctor told me she was giving me medication for my dogs ear ( which I already have) but she never mentioned that there was an additional charge of $37 surprise !!! I was uninformed of this cost it should have been stated that it would cost More than likely we won’t be back

You always have the choice to decline medications that you may already have at home. Medication would not be given to you, you would need to purchase it. The front desk receptionists do not have control over the pricing of the medications or the dispensing of the medication. That is the job of the vet techs.

Experiencia negativa: I have been coming here for about 2 years now and although the staff isn't overly friendly, they've never been rude until today. I left a message to receive information about pricing and "Cindy" returned my call and sadly, she was not only rude but uneducated in this line of work and clearly just there for a check! She stated that my fur baby would not be eligible for an xray until she was 42 weeks pregnant. When I asked multiple times if she was certain that it was 42 WEEKS and not days, she rudely said "Uh...yes" as if I was asking a dumb question. To my knowledge, dogs don't nor humans walk around pregnant for 42 weeks but what do I know. She appeared agitated by every question I asked! I asked if we were able to detect puppies, any type of calcium pills vitamims etc would be given and her reply was "maam if youre wanting extra things then that will cost extra"! Her entire tone was just rude and when I asked for her name and a supervisor, she stated that this early, no supervisor was available. When I asked what time one would be in, she placed me on hold and conveniently a "supervisor" "Brittaney" magically appeared in the office and on the phone. She didn't seem to care much about Cindy being rude although she DID have a more pleasant attitude than her. But when told about Cindy, she brushed it off as if it were acceptable. Needless to say, I won't be taking my fur babies back there. I'm VERY big on customer service and if you aren't the person for the job, perhaps you should transfer to the back of the clinic behind the scenes to stock shelves or mop floors. Having nasty receptionist can cost you loyal customers! I may just be a number but word of mouth can grow or slow a business!

Experiencia fantástica: I had to take 6 very large, very nervous pups for shots and check up. The staff was awesome. The dr. even fit my 2 females in the following week for spaying so we could make sure they would not be missed if adopted out. Now jist gotta get these boys neutered. And still need to find homes. God willing soon, they are listed everywhere.

Experiencia fantástica: I’m new in having pets, so I didn’t know how expensive they are when it comes to health care for pets ..but this place is super reasonable, the people working there are super nice. My female dog is shy, scare and snappy but the stuff are very understanding patient and kind, the 3 times I have taken my dog there they have said she has been really good, not aggressive at all which makes me believe that they have a way to deal with pets so they don’t get too scared or anxious. Right now I have been paying $35 per visit plus what ever meds they recommend, and it has always worked for my dog. Most of the time you have to leave a message when you call but they always return the call the same day if you call before noon (I think) You have to get there early like 7:30 am and a girl gets there at 8 to get you on the list and fill out paper work. Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays are the days when they take walk-ins and it is first come first serve. I really like this place so far.

I called to verify pick-up time, and no one answered. This is a comment that many people have left. The response is always "we don't answer the phone because we are understaffed," and that they do return calls within a few days. The thing is when you have an important question needing an answer, this is not a satisfying answer. *****Response to their reply***** I am referencing my initial, morning arrival. I was the only one in the lobby, so the lack of a greeting did not have anything to do with being overwhelmed with clients. Additionally, yes, I did get a call to pick-up my pup at 5, but that's not the point, though. These reviews are opportunities to improve some shortcomings, maybe help you to identify areas for improvement. The replies left always have a defensive tone and indicate the client is in the wrong, which only reinforces the negative review.
Thank you for your 2-star review. You were called and were told your pet would be ready for pickup at 5pm. We do not have the staff to answer every phone call, we do call everyone back or leave a message if their phone allows. The front desk staff should have greeted you when you came in. It also depends on how many people were in the lobby at the time on whether you were greeted. I left at 5:15 and the lobby had 6 people picking up their pets and one cashier. It was pretty hectic the day you picked up.

How do you make appointments? Says dog wash at one price, yet I was charged much more. I asked for exam of a condition on my dog, which seems to have been ignored as I got no reply on it.

If your mailbox is full or not set up, there is nothing we can do about getting in touch. If you are needing an appointment for something, you can leave a message and we will get back to you.
Our baths are priced by weight of the dog. The exam is $15 and any of the other services are extra. If you need medication or prevention, that is also extra.
Experiencia negativa: The place has turned into a ridiculous, un organized facility. It can't handle the volume for vaccinations. It took 2 1/2 hours of waiting for vaccinations. We ended up leaving and going to the mobil place that gets you in and out in 30 minutes. This place is a joke. Stay away and do your vaccination research.

Thank you for your 1-star review. We are currently short staffed in our phonebanks. We do call everyone back in a few days. You were in the lobby with the other clients. You were all asked to sign in. She asked if anyone had an appointment. You went outside and came back after an hour and proceeded to yell at our receptionist. You then left on your own accord. You would have been seen if you had waited for the receptionist to check you in.
Experiencia positiva: If you're getting shots for your fur baby, ok. I did use their services to help my baby get rid of heart worms. They did well. But even in a situation like this, take your fur baby to the regular vet. At the regular vet, you're able to receive that more personable experience. Some offer pet insurance. But about this place, it's like your dog gets passed through the hands of so many people instead of just one or two.
Thank you for your 3-star review. We are a regular vet. We have taken care of many pets for years at our facility. We do offer our walkin clinics for vaccines and minor issues three times a week, but our hospital is a vet clinic where we do surgeries, spay/neuters, heartworm treatment, preventative care, emergency treatment is some situations, heartworm and flea prevention, boarding and doggie baths. If there is something that we cannot diagnose or cure, we will refer you to one of the other hospitals in the area that has a doctor that will be able to help you.
We offer pamphlets for pet insurance, which many people do not realize that they have to pay the bill and will be reimbursed at a later date. We do offer CareCredit as an option. It is a credit card that you can use at many dentist offices. The company offers options on interest free payment if you pay off in 6 months or 12 months.

Experiencia positiva: They're still using COVID precautions by making owners & pets wait in their car until it's their turn. I noticed multiple staff members (5-8) standing around, talking to one another. As a client, on the outside looking in, it seems to me that these precautions were only taken so that the staff isn't overwhelmed by the busy work day and not because of COVID, as most of the staff were not wearing masks to begin with. Clients could've been taken care of a lot quicker (I was there for an hour) if each staff member I saw standing around had a pet to take care of. Even if you need 2-3 staff members per pet, still could've been helping more get in and out. More people with pets equals more revenue. Otherwise, we've always been appreciative of the Petmobile's services! We've brought all of our dogs to the clinic and the mobile spots and are happy with the convenience you've provided! Thank you for all that you do!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been using pet mobile for years for all of my babies. I recently had to bring a very ill pet in & was given the heart breaking news that he wasn’t going to make it much longer. Dr. Henson has one of the toughest jobs you can imagine. Dr.Henson practices medicine with integrity, humility, compassion and so much more. The compassion she has for the pets that she sees, shines through her soul. It’s never easy easy to say goodbye to a beloved member of the family but I am sure blessed that Dr. Henson was there throughout the process with us. Rascal R.I.P. 2010-2022

Experiencia negativa: PLEASE can you create an online option to schedule appointments. I have been calling for over a month and have left tons of voicemails with no response. I understand that you’re short staffed, so how about you find a different solution for missed phone calls….?
Thank you for your 1-star review. We call back everyone that leaves a voicemail. If you did not leave a clear message with your name and phone number, we would not be able to call you back. We cannot do the online options because, like with doctors' offices, there would be overlap and overbooking. Most days we have one veterinarian in the office and limited staff, so we are unable to see more than twelve appointments on Wednesdays and Friday. Some things that people want appointments for, like minor issues or vaccines, can be done during our walkin clinics on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. If it is an emergency, we suggest going to an emergency facility. If you are wanting to set up a spay or neuter, you should come into the hospital to set that up. There is a $25 non-refundable deposit, which is put towards the surgery.
Experiencia fantástica: I took my dog for his vaccines in February and was surprised by the services that they offered. My dog was examined and had blood work done as well as his vaccines. We were even able to get his allergy medicine and his nails cut. They were wonderful. I just went back for a refill on the allergy medicine and they were just as wonderful. I thought I would just go there as a one time thing until I found a permanent vet, but we will certainly go back to them for our dog care from now on.

Experiencia negativa: The lady at reception is very rude. They don’t let you in with your dog at all. The doctor is very sweet. The technicians are not knowledgeable neither any other staff. They’ll give you medicine in a bag and not explain anything to you. Very unprofessional staff. Do not bring your pets here. They couldn’t even find the problem to my dog and the doctor had to come out of the clinic to the parking lot in order for me to show problem in his skin. At check out they send a “technician” to answer questions and all she said “I wasn’t with the case of your dog just read the medicine instructions”. Very unprofessional and inexperienced staff.
Thank you for your 1-star review. We currently aren't allowing clients in the rooms with their pets during appointments. We are currently short staffed and the person at the front desk may have been pulled from another part of the hospital while the front desk staff were on break.
The technician they sent out to you, should have been the one that worked with the doctor. They should not have told you to just read the instructions. They should have gone over them with you over the phone. We are sorry for that.

Experiencia negativa: got there at 9:30 to sign in for the waiting list. I waited until 1:30pm. They still didn’t see my dog. I’m not sure what the hype is about this place. The shots are definitely cheaper but vet fees are about the same everywhere else. It’s not cheap enough to deal with the ridiculous unorganized wait time they offer.
Thank you for your 1-star review. Our start time on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays is 11:00am. We allow people to sign up for our walkin clinic and hospital starting at 9:00am. There were other people that signed in before you that took longer than expected. Most people that come to our hospital on walkin clinic days have pets that are too sick to wait for an appointment, which are booked a week or two out. You were offered the option of coming back at 4pm to be the first on the hospital side, but you had to go to work. Our wait times can be excessive, but we don't know what is going to walk into our doors on those days. We hope that you were able to get your furbaby in to see another vet.

Experiencia fantástica: The people there are really great and they take care of my Princess very. She doesn't let anybody else trim her nails except when I go there and they are really good and friendly. I've had her there for a few times but now we're going to be going back for the bath and exam. They're very good with the animals
Thank you for your 5-star rating and review. We have a lot of experience with difficult dogs and their nails. Many of our own pets absolutely detest getting their nails trimmed.
Experiencia positiva: My dog had surgery no I e called me after to let me know how she was doing , plus she had to stay the night due to the Surgery no one called so went to I thought to pick her up the next day . And was told she has to stay an extra day . Hummm wonder why no one notified me at all .. she better be coming home tomorrow or else ...... And I better get a call before I drive up there before they close again..... They never answer the phones nor return calls . I'm not very happy about this place ..
Thank you for your 3-star review. We always call the client when their pet has surgery. We leave a message when there is no answer with how your pet is doing and whether it will need to stay overnight. Our hours are posted on our website. We go by the phone number we have on file. You did not update the phone number on file. It is up to the client to update their information. The phone number is incorrect in our system and was not updated on the paperwork we sent you to fill out before the surgery. Like every other business in the country, we are short staffed, but all calls are returned if a message has been left.

Experiencia fantástica: We brought our cat here for neutering. Great customer service and very friendly. Affordable prices as well. I called a week or so after surgery with concerns. The young lady was friendly and courteous. She answered all my questions and concerns to my satisfaction.

Experiencia fantástica: I have had my dogs treated here for more.than 10 years. The Vetinarians treat my animals with great sensitivity and really care. They always listen and will explain your pets treatment plan thoroughly. They are quick to respond by phone in an emergency and you will not find a better place to take your 4 legged "family member". They are very busy so please call ahead for an appointment. They do take walk ins but be prepared to wait a while. The do special clinic pricing for some procedures, just ask the reception staff.

Experiencia negativa: I was able to bring in my cat a few months ago for a non-urgent visit and the staff was very friendly and professional. However, the clinic has suffered from being short staffed during the pandemic. They hardly answer the phone. Today I called 15 times within an hour before having a rude receptionist answer the phone. I just wanted some advice about my kitty and to possibly bring him in. But appointments are hard to come by so don’t expect to use this clinic as an urgent care. This place is great for low cost vaccines (just be prepared for long wait times), just not as a primary vet clinic. I’m a nurse so I understand these tough times more than anyone, but I will no longer come here due to its decline. I will thank them for recommending Dallas Animal Urgent Care clinic!
Thank you for your 2-star review. We are sorry you feel that way. We get booked rather quickly, just like your doctor's office probably does. If you left a message, our staff is calling all of the voicemails in order received. When we come back from the weekends, we have hundreds of voicemails to go through and call.
We are not an urgent care facility. We are a full service veterinary hospital that specializes in dogs and cats. We will send people to Urgent Care clinics if it is something that we know we can't handle.
Experiencia negativa: Went for vaccinations only clinic on a Saturday. Felt like I was at the old parkland. From signing in to paying was a painful experience. The process is not set up well many adjustments could be made to make this a fast painless process. Then the one lady charging people has the I'm getting paid by the hour attitude. Who cares your there for a hour just to get one rabbies shot for your dog
Thank you for your 1-star review. You came to our busiest clinic, so there was going to be an extended wait time. I am not sure what time you came to the clinic, but if you came at opening it is usually at it's busiest and there are longer wait times because of how many people signed in before you got there.
Experiencia fantástica: Fantastic prices for vaccines. They're really busy with long lines but the techs do a great job, they're very caring, polite and are able to move ppl thru pretty fast too. And I'm especially grateful to the vet for voluntarily helping my big bully girl!! Can't praise enough!

Experiencia positiva: They did a great job on the surgery for my dog but the follow up visit took forever. Surgeon was very late and had to wait way too long in my car. The owner responded saying that I shouldn't have been told that the surgeon comes in that early but it was written on my discharge instructions so that is what I followed.

Experiencia negativa: This vet has the least compassionate staff. Their service is horrible and the people are rude! Our dog had been so sick and after trying to medicate her at home she was not getting better so we took our dog to be euthanized. I asked specifically to be with her when it happened. Which they agreed to allow. Thirty minutes later she came back and asked why I was still waiting. When I said I was waiting to be with my dog she said oh she’s already dead we euthanized her! I said I wanted to be with her why didn’t you tell me. She said due to COVID you can’t. She should have told me to begin with I would have taken her somewhere else or at least gone outside with her to spend a few moments and say goodbye. I will never have that opportunity now to say goodbye and give her a final kiss. That breaks my heart. She showed no compassion and was unapologetic.

You should have been told that we couldn't allow you in the room with your furbaby because of COVID precautions, so that you had the choice to find a location that allowed it. We are sorry that you were not given the opportunity to say goodbye to your furbaby. We will make sure to tell people that call or bring in their pets, that they will not be allowed in the same room as their pets during the Euthanasia.
