She was there before 7 o’clock and arrived back with the animals very promptly. I have used this many times to spay and neuter my animals, and I will continue to use it. Thank you for providing these services for our animals. I definitely can’t afford to pay for this at a normal vets office.

Experiencia negativa: This place is terrible. They think that because it's a community service, you have to beg for it. Today, after many attempts, I thought they were going to spay my cat. I dropped her off at 9:50 am and when I went to pick her up at 4:30 pm, after waiting 40 minutes, they told me they hadn't spayed her. Why do they play with people's time? They could have made a call to pick up my cat if they weren't going to perform the surgery.

Experiencia negativa: This is the 6th time we had to bring our cat here. Today, My mom decided to bring her (our cat) to this place to get nurtured. All day they were unable to perform surgery, somehow they were able to bring her in, however..we were yet told the same thing to either make an appointment or come back tomorrow. My cat was left there for about 8 hours or more doing nothing but starve, This situation is already getting on my nerves, this place is VERY unprofessional. We should’ve At least been notified by email or a phone call, instead of finding our ourselves, wasting gas, and days spending almost an HOUR waiting only for our cats to NOT get their surgery

My girl cat healed perfectly, my boy cat (had his done yesterday on his birthday, worst parent ever i know) and he looks amazing so far!! it’s always nerve racking due to risks but it the risk was worth it considering they both made it without complications. super friendly staff, i’ve had different people both times, the second time around was 10x better than my first!

I’m glad they offered tests, vaccines, dewormer and nail clippings at very reasonable prices. So grateful organizations like SNN exist where we can afford getting our pets fixed. It makes me so happy to see responsible owners lining up bringing their babies in in the morning :) If your pets have gotten their rabies vaccines, make sure you bring the paperwork with your vet’s signature (not just the tag), it will save you time!!! Then I went on the website and filled out all the forms only to come to the scheduling page and select the breed for it to inform me that they do not service the breed of dog. It should be listed so people dont waste there time filing out new patient information. They Do Not service Bulldogs.

Experiencia fantástica: Super friendly worker, she made sure we were read everything that we listed on getting for our pet after the paperwork so there was a clear understanding on both ends. In my opinion I feel like it was a good price for everything my cat needed, from spaying surgery, to shots she needed, medication, etc, all under 100! She was there early for the drop off and pick up, and also had good time management with every owner and their pets. 10/10.

She was done at 1:00 so I picked her up early. The receptionist carried her to my car for me because she was too heavy for me. I thought that was kind.

Experiencia fantástica: They took great care of my beloved dog, Charlie Brown. They were on time, efficient, professional and very inexpensive. Charlie had his “vasectomy” yesterday and he’s already back to 100% today. No pain, no sleepiness. He’s a new man ;) And, when I was 30 minutes late to pick him up because of a traffic accident, they patiently waited for me and never even said a word about my tardiness. If you need to get your pet spayed or neutered and you really should, please use spay and neuter network. They’re the cheapest and they treat your animal as good as, if not better than your local vet, who charges $6-$700 for this same procedure that I paid $50 to have preformed. Thanks everyone from both me and Charlie!

I’ve helped others navigate it, but I recently went through the entire process myself and it was honestly so smooth. Pick-up and drop-off were seamless, and for those who can’t get to the clinic, having that option makes a big difference. The cost is extremely low considering it covers vaccinations, boosters, microchip, spay/neuter and after-care meds. Programs like this make responsible pet care accessible, and that’s how we reduce overpopulation long term.

Experiencia positiva: be warned: APPOINTMENT DOESN'T GUARANTEE SERVICE! Checked in and dropped off my cat after over an hour wait (yes, even if you have appointment). No refusal after all paperworks signed and done, I was told to come back 4:00-4:30 PM for pick up. While I was on my way around 4:00 PM, I got a called and was told there was an "incident" and service couldn't be performed on my cat, so they will need to reschedule. Shockingly, even with an appointment and you dropped off on-time, you could get bumped off. When I picked up my cat, I asked if the appointment can be rescheduled now, and was told they will do it later (yup, not at that moment, LATER). Reschedule through their end is the only way to have the old deposit honored by the way. Now I'm being stringed along for an appointment may or may not be made. My cat is a female kitten who test positive for FeLV, so the window to spay is extremely limited, considering if the procedure to be done while she in heat cycle will be even more riskier. seems disingenuous to put a cat with pre-existing condition to a bigger risk and not respect owner's time.

They were very patient with me as I was very nervous about the whole thing. Bailey is just fine. 72 hours post surgery she is back to her baseline. Still monitoring her activity and following post surgical instructions. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Spay Neuter Network. They know what they are doing and really care about your pet.

Experiencia fantástica: Get there early and fill out the forms beforehand. It definitely speeds up check in process. My check in time was at 7am. I arrived at 6:40am and I was 3rd in line. The whole process was a little chaotic due to all of the dog and cats in line with their owners (lots of barking and scared animals, poor babies). The staff was great! They were professional and I felt good leaving my puppy with them. I highly recommend SNN!

The only note is in the morning there is a line outside before the drop of time at 7. It was very cold and I didn’t think that I will be waiting outside so I didn’t take my jacket. Keep that in mind. But you can always stay in the car also and get inside after they open the doors

They allowed us to stay with our GSD until she gently fell asleep, giving me the chance to comfort her. I waited outside with a heavy heart, and the moment she woke up, they immediately called us so we could be by her side again. That simple act meant everything to us. They had a very busy day and the front office was short handed, but still got us in quickly. We were called once our dog was finished and were able to pick up early. If you are looking for a place that does spay/nueter that is cost effective while not sacrificing care this is the place to go.

Experiencia positiva: They did a great job with surgery and aftercare. Downside was getting rescheduled twice, especially arouns holidays ruined some plans. Otherwise, great staff that moved as quick as they could and cared about the pets there.

Experiencia negativa: I took my 4 month old puppy to get spayed she was 4.5 pounds and she didnt make it through post surgery. My puppy and someone elses pet passed on the same day 9/19/25 if you do you research spay and neuture end in death only 0.1% of the time which is rare. The cause of death was unknown. Get youre pets blood work pre checked and spend that extra money to safely get them spayed at a real indoor clinic. Your pets life isnt worth the little extra money youre trying to save. I would never trust this clinic again. I wish I could turn back time and never bring her to this location.

Also…get in line by the entrance when you arrive at your appt. in the early morning. Have all of your paperwork completed if you have access to the internet and printer. The cost was low but the service and treatment were affordable compared to what the two local clinics quoted…lower even including the donation of $100

That being said, my cat (Oliver) is healing well from his neuter surgery, and the surgery itself went very well according to what they told me. This is my second animal that I have brought here for fixing, and my dog also healed well with no complications. Thankful for the discounted prices!

I know the process is very fast paced with a fast turn around but I wish the add on services were paid more attention to. I wanted the flea treatment but wasn’t charged or annotated that we received it. But still overall satisfied.

Neutering a cat at a normal clinic would've cost me up to $360-- I got three cats neutered here for a grand total of $324, including stuff like vaccines and pain meds.

I took my cat to get her spayed just for them to call me at 2:30pm and tell me the doctor didn't have time to get her fix, my poor kitten was in the carrier fasting from the night before, no food no water no litter box from 6:30am when we were on our way till 3pm when I picked her up. Horrible service I would never recommend them AND YES, I HAD AN APPOINTMENT.
