Fantastic experience: Sherlock is a big hairy dog who is frightened of all things new and skittish about many things. Dr. Galvin modified the visits to take into account Sherlock’s behavior. She did the vaccines in multiple visits to accommodate Sherlock’s needs and his dislike of needles. Everyone was very understanding. We were able to visit the clinic to get acquainted without meeting the vet just for a walk around and sniff visit. Sherlock received lots of kind attention. Thank you. It’s about the needs of the individual pets!

Fantastic experience: The Vet and her staff were excellent. Showing both concern and compassion. They were very upfront and transparent in the plant of action and the cost so I could make a good decision.

Negative experience: Called today and the lady answering the phone wasn’t the most professional. I asked if they had board certified surgeons And the lady didn’t understand the question. I’ve literally been to 2 veterinarians and VEG ER to diagnose and treat my 10 month old pup. Test results recommend surgery but they weren’t “equipped” to do it. An ultrasound is the next step followed by a clinical review of the X-rays (3 sets) and lab work to make an assessment. If surgery is required I’d feel better knowing a Board Certified Surgeon, ACVS, with at least 3 years of surgical residency. The hunt continues and appears I’ll have to go to Dallas or Frisco to get the care needed for my little one.

Negative experience: Wow, our family has been coming here for years. But, this veterinary office has apparently changed! They are requiring unnecessary services and are responding without sympathy. Mail-in Rx policy (or you can purchase through the vets store with 100% price markup and no price matching). I don’t trust this vet and will not be back. You have too many options in our area to have us and our pets treated this way.

Fantastic experience: First vet visit for THREE cats! Very enjoyable and courteous staff from front office to back. Dr. Byers was great!

Fantastic experience: The staff was kind and considerate my old basset hound is at the end of his life and they gave him medication that would help him through it

Fantastic experience: They were excellent. I visited on a Saturday, and there was only one other pet owner present, which made for a calm and efficient experience. The receptionist was professional and assisted us almost immediately. The wait time was minimal—approximately 5–10 minutes—before we were seen. I brought my 20-lb, 1-year-old mixed poodle for a wellness exam. The standard cost was $75 however, a new-client promotion reduced the total to $25, reflecting a $50 discount. We were also able to have our tick, flea, and heartworm medication prescription emailed to us, allowing us to conveniently order it online. I would highly recommend this location.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was very nice. The vet followed up on a visit that I had to make to an emergency vet due to groomer's shampoo causing an ulcer on each of my puppy's eyes.She agreed with the emergency vet. On the second visit, she gave me the good news that my puppy's eyes were healed.

Fantastic experience: Alliance Animal Health Center is absolutely AMAZING. Dr. Galvin has taken care of all of my babies, and even helped me with end of life care for one of ours recently. Dr. Galvin was always super attentive to our baby, Brutus. She would go above and beyond to help him. Her exams are very thorough and she explains to you treatment options and plans. She is an absolute sweetheart and I will ALWAYS recommend this veterinary practice to everyone I know, and more. (I have never had the chance to see the other DVM they have in their office but I assure you since Dr. Galvin is as great as she is, then the other doctor should be just as well.)

Fantastic experience: Sophie Galvin was awesome. She really does care about the animals she is taking care of. My dog had surgery and teeth cleaning and she is an older dog. She took great care and provided great information on what to expect. The communication was excellent and the staff was excellent as well.

Fantastic experience: Everyone at Alliance Animal Health Center was great! It was my first time taking Loki to the vet and everyone had to come see how gorgeous he is. He had no problems with any of them and they were very caring and thoughtful. So glad I picked this place for him!

Fantastic experience: First this office was neat and punctual! Then I met Jackie who was very sweet with my Benji and allowed me to fully explain Benji's concerns. The cherry on top was meeting Dr. Galvin, she has such a calming and patient presence. I did not feel rushed out of the clinic once. Dr. Galvin sympathizes and listens to understand not just to respond. Benji went in for prostate problems and received a dental cleaning, his teeth are sparkly white now! But as a pet parent the thing that I appreciated the most was how Benji felt inside and coming out of the clinic. He was significantly happier and calmer then he ever was after a visit (he has severe SEVERE anxiety seeing the vet) I am still filled with joy seeing Benji feel safe. We are so blessed with Dr. Galvin and the Alliance Animal team!

Fantastic experience: My senior dog was acting a bit strange and getting progressively worse over the month. I booked an appointment as soon as possible and this was the only vet with availability next day. Entering it was clean, not busy, the staff were nice and they're reasonably priced. They work with your budget, and don't try to upsell you on extra things which I appreciate. This will definitely be my dogs permanent vet!

Fantastic experience: I brought my old man chihuahua, Charlie, to Alliance Animal Health this morning after discovering that one of his nails had grown into his paw pad. I was nervous, to say the least.. it was my first time dealing with something like this, and I didn’t know what to expect. From the moment we walked in, the staff was so warm and welcoming. They handled Charlie with such calm, gentle care, and he never once seemed uncomfortable or stressed. The procedure was quick, professional, and most importantly, kind. They also took the time to ease my nerves, which honestly made all the difference. We were in and out in about 20 minutes, and the cost was completely reasonable. I left feeling so relieved and incredibly grateful. I’ll absolutely be using Alliance for all of Charlie’s future care. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Everyone at Alliance Animal Health Center is friendly and helpful. The vet tech, Jackie, was awesome with my kitty. She was so relaxed in her arms. And she took care of her tech needs perfectly. And then the vet, Dr. Galvin, was super with our kitty. I am so confident that she gave her the best care and exam possible and she was very friendly and explained things to us (and our kitty). I could not be more happy with the care my pets get at this clinic.

Negative experience: Our experience here with Dr. Mathre was terrible. Everyone else was very nice. However, Mathre wanted us to jump right into a $750 ultrasound (that we paid $375 for at Denton Veterinary Center) for our 10yo corgi. If she had checked his blood pressure and completed a urinalysis (as the other vet did), she would have found his BP to be in the 180s, and proteinuria. She and her vet tech also gave me incorrect information about a number of things, and told me it is illegal to purchase heartworm meds from non-US-based companies - Mind your business, or drop your ridiculous prices! Complete waste of money, inaccurate information, rudeness, and way overpriced services.

Negative experience: Incompetent staff and money hungry doctors. Every time I pick my dog up from boarding he needs to pee right away. Before COVID it was great but it is no longer privately owned and it shows. Take your pet somewhere else!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Thankful to the wonderful staff and Vets at Alliance Animal Health Center. Not only did they do a phenomenal job of helping my beautiful fur baby but all who work there are very caring and nurturing to the precious patients they see. There’s almost an instant calming effect for the animal patients who come into the facility and I’ve never seen that before in an animal health environment. Would highly recommend their services!

Negative experience: Absolutely devastated by this place. I brought my dog in to have a simple mass removed under his tail. After surgery, he lost the ability to walk properly. The vet admitted she knew this might happen due to how she positioned his hips—despite his arthritis—yet she never warned me. First, they said it wasn’t neurological. Then it might be a blood clot. Later, another vet said it was neurological and told us to see a specialist. The lack of communication and care was shocking. My dog used to run, play, and be full of life. Now his legs give out, he falls constantly, and he’s not the same. I would give anything to undo this surgery. Please think twice before trusting this place with your pet’s life.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful caring professional and very friendly staff including doctors. Upon arrival for the appointment the waiting time to see doctor is very short, this was a major problem in the past with other hospitals.

Negative experience: So disappointed. My dog is such a pain when it comes to cutting his nails so I was excited to find this clinic that is actually good at cutting his nails and doesnt cut thru the quick like Petsmart did. We have come every month for the last couple of months and normally pay around $40, today I went to pay and it was $57! I was told because he got his nails cut by a technician. My problem is when I made the appt I made it for a nail trim, I didn’t request a nail technician. So when a nail technician comes out to get him to cut his nails I don’t know any different than when the groomer comes out. I felt very take advantage of this time. Instead of saying oh I’m sorry I won’t charge you this time but next time make sure to request the groomer I would have been fine with that. But taking an extra $15 because YOU sent out a technician instead of a groomer is wrong. I’m not happy and we won’t be back.

Positive experience: The people are great! However they wanted to charge me $104 for antibiotics I got for $22 at Walmart. Things can get expensive quickly there!

Negative experience: The only interaction I had with this place was to euthanize my beloved dog. Still they sent me a reminder that he's due for a rabies vaccination. Incredible! They also released his ashes to someone and couldn't tell me who. Avoid this place!

Fantastic experience: I wouldn’t take Jimmy and Andy anywhere else. All of my pets were patients at Alliance for many years. Since Dr. O’Gorman has moved the Dr.’s that are here now are fabulous. Most of the original Technicians are still there. The Staff is compassionate, knowledgeable and wonderful with my pets. Thank you for all you do.

Fantastic experience: Great experience and the staff was very helpful and professional. Our wait time was minimal and right on schedule. Our doctor and staff and their love of animals was evident. Their medical experience was invaluable and they walked us through eeach steps of their check up, recommended immunizations and described choices for heart worm meds. There was no pressure only recommendations. They provided us the detail reports for each animal and test results. We have visited other animal health centers in our area and this is differently our choice for our kids. Check them out, you won’t be disappointed. Highly recommend Alliance Animal Health Center

Above all else they make all of us rest comfortably knowing they go above and beyond to male sure my girls are completely taken care of. Fantastic experience: Dr. Deaver and staff are wonderful, attentive, and caring. I brought my mini aussie here for the spay procedure and it went smoothly. I had some questions about the spay procedure and the different types of surgeries available and Dr. Deaver was very helpful, knowledgeable, and both emailed me/called me to go over the options I had. I appreciate that the staff here at Alliance Animal Health Center. They are also efficient and provide excellence service. Whenever I had a question, the staff at the front desk are able to provide an answer in a timely manner. Highly recommend for those who live in the Alliance area/Keller.

Fantastic experience: The staff is very supportive there. They really know how to handle your pet even if your pet is a little on the rambunctious side. My pet just had her boarding experience and was groomed while there and I love the results.

Positive experience: We used to take our pets here on a regular basis from 2008 up until last year. I believe the ownership has changed dramatically since deciding to bring out pets here. My 8-year old cat died this past March. We had brought him up to this vet days before because he was not acting right. The xray made them think there was some gas trapped. The next day I brought him up and they sent me to emergency hospital because now blood tests look like pancreatitis. Emergency hospital xray was very clear and diagnosed as a ruptured intestine due to cancer. I feel like my best friend's pain could have been relieved sooner or could have had surgery to clean things up sooner had equipment been clearer. I am not saying to avoid this place just ask questions. I won't be back the next time I get a pet.

Fantastic experience: I found this vet when I moved just by them being close to me but I am so glad I did. I work retail and am unable to make it during regular vet hours and they offer extra to help with that. The staff there are all amazing and so helpful. I love this vet and will stay with them forever.

Fantastic experience: We’ve been taking our cats and dogs here for a couple of years now. They have great service and treat our animals with such care. We also use their grooming services. Brittney does a wonderful job with our two dogs and they always look so good after their appointment!

Negative experience: I took my cat in the heat to Alliance and the dumb doctor decided she was not going to see me since I did not want my indoor cat to have a Rabies shot. They should be my choice. Cats NEVER bite, they may scratch. Time to look for another vet. This place is going from bad to worse. They charge $91.00 just to see the doctor which is ridiculous. All the doctors I used to see are gone, they are down to 2 doctors between both locations.

Fantastic experience: AAHC is one of the Best. They have been taking care of each Boxer we've owned since 1994. They are very attentive and we feel completely comfortable with boarding our baby there as well!!!

Fantastic experience: Dr Barger is exceptional! She is very friendly, professional and through ❤️ I trust her completely with all of the needs my Greyhounds require. Thank you Dr. Barger for always being there for us. The entire staff is amazing!!!!

Negative experience: We have been using this veterinarian for over a decade….maybe even two The service has always been top-notch. They saved two of our dogs who had Parvo. Within the last few years, the veterinarians have had a huge turnover consistently. I can’t remember having the same vet back to back where in the past, our dog had a specific veterinarian. I scheduled an appointment for my dog because she is slated for surgery in a week and I needed a pain medication. They would not see her without a $91 deposit. I was told this would go against any final bill. While I asked for the exam to be done in my presence, it was not. The doctor walked in and said he was writing two prescriptions. The tech was rather rude. I asked why I continue to be reminded that her annual wellness visit is due when it had recently been completed months prior. After arguing with me for a few minutes, she finally figured out through their records that yes,, my dog was current on her exam schedule. No apology for arguing with me. This was a horrible experience. Requiring a deposit is ridiculous and not being able to write me a prescription for a few pain management drugs was completely ridiculous. Like I’m a pet drug pusher! I was told a normal appointment would have been in the $60 range but because there was a pending “problem” it was $90. Regardless, it is the same exam. Whatever! Oh, and did I mention that a beloved dog was put down in their facility a few years ago?. Just months later, they sent me a reminder that he was due for his vaccinations. How completely insensitive!

Fantastic experience: My dog has fear aggression and is very reactive. Taking her to the vet and/or groomer is very stressful for both of us. AAHC has been amazing and accommodating; making every experience as easy and painless as possible. I am thankful for them

Fantastic experience: Alliance Animal Health is the best- they have treated all our pets with love and compassion- always taking time to offer highest standard of animal healthcare. Their staff are always welcoming- and they are amazing with our dogs and cat- even our spicy 95lb husky mix. Would give ten stars if I could.

Negative experience: Very disappointed when have my dog check for ear infection get antibiotic. Tell me to come back on Thursday if it’s get worse or not better. Did get worse not better did call them didn’t have anything available until next Thursday!!! It get really nasty worst. did not try to squeeze me in. They told me that should not be any problem to see him before but it didn’t happen, very disappointed. So I had to pee and go to another vet to take care of him, and thank God I did because it was much worse. They have to shave the whole side of his face and kind of piece of is ear sad all the way around and they not cheap Don’t feel that they really care the money!!

Fantastic experience: Great vet! My cat is extremely skittish and basically hates all strangers but did so well with the technician and the vet. I appreciate that they communicated each test they were doing and the price before completing them. My wait time was short and everyone was friendly and knowledgeable.

Fantastic experience: I took my bearded dragon for a check up and they were honest about his condition. Unfortunately, he passed away, not only did they follow up to check on him but a week later we received a personal hand written card from the staff and they even made it extra personal, someone hand drew my bearded dragon. It’s very rare you get customers service like this, thank you for taking the time out of your busy schedule to make it personal. My family had Spike for 9 years. Fantastic experience: I love this Vet I been going to Alliance since I moved to Texas 11 years ago. I live in Arlington and I will make the trip to Keller cause they have always cared and nice and the vet Danielle gets down to the dogs level and lives on the dog before doing anything plus is always there to answer dumb questions. There prices are very fair too!!!

Fantastic experience: We've been taking our pups here for years and we absolutely love it. Everyone on the staff is wonderful! Boarding and grooming has been exceptional when we utilize these services. Thankfully, we have only needed routine check-ups and regular vaccination visits beyond boarding and grooming. Appointments are always easy to make and our pups are treated exceptionally well when they visit. Very happy this is our vet.

Fantastic experience: Making the appointment was a breeze. Wait time was next to none. Courtesy and friendly was just the tip of the best experience I have had at a veterinary office. Mika my technician was hands down amazing. My pet loved her and she was so informative. She did everything in a quick and proficient manner. Her interaction with me and my pet was heartfelt and made my day! Just such a sweetheart! Dr. Snyder was in and out in no time. Honestly, asked very minimal questions, only what was needed. Dr Snyder’s Interaction with my pup was that of confidence and tender care. She made me feel as though I had nothing to worry about. I have 4 animals that are registered with this vet and unless I move away I will not go anywhere else. Even the front desk ladies were fun and engaging. They have to deal with so much and let’s face it people aren’t always pleasant! 15/10 for all the staff at Alliance Animal hospital on Heritage Trace!! Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: I always have a great experience here. The staff are all sweet to my dog Chloe, and they even know her by name when she walks in the door. The doctors seem to know their "stuff" and will refer us to a specialist if needed.

Positive experience: The visit was okay. It doesn’t seem like the staff really cares about my pet. It’s just a job for them. The follow up is HORRIBLE! I have called at least 15 times to get test results to see if my dog has cancer. Each time I am placed on hold and then hung up on, after the 5 minute mark! These people don’t care that they are dealing with a loved one. Needless to say, I’ll be searching for a vet that really cares.

Negative experience: 41 dollars for a nail trim! A 9 pound chihuahua who did great by the way shouldn’t equal that much money! Needed a medication refill, they now after a few years need blood work done, we were just there in August and the refill was approved but I didn’t put it thru until January. Obviously another way to gouge more money from us.There is new ownership once again at this vet and you can see that in the pricing, treatments have increased by almost double if not triple for some services. 3 years ago a nail trim was 12 dollars. after 10 years i will be finding a new vet. Would not suggest this vet to anyone.

Negative experience: I would not recommend this practice to my worst enemy! We spent years going to their sister location Animal Hospital of Park Glen with no issues. Well Dr. Kroger left the practice there and we had to go to Alliance location to get my dogs medication refilled. I was told this would be a complimentary visit to establish care at their location, because my dog already has a current wellness exam on file at Park Glen location. When I called Alliance location to make the appointment I was again told yes it looks like Harley is up to date on everything, this will be a complimentary visit. Well as soon as we get called to exam room (never saw the vet) the technician goes okay so we will do a blood panel it’s $150… I told her no we were just there for a complimentary visit, we were told this was what we had to do to continue getting his medication refilled. Then the assistant office manager comes in and wow she was incredibly condescending and rude, don’t work in customer service if that’s how you treat people. Then she sends in her boss, another office manager who continues to say they have a different policy and this needs to be done. Let me clarify AGAIN that my dog has a current exam from other location (they are able to see all his records), this blood test was never required at the other location, he’s been on this medication for several years, and we never were informed of this different policy ahead of time. If you state it’s a complimentary visit, it should mean a complimentary visit. A vet did not even examine my dog today, we simply needed a medication refill. I am appalled at what happened today and the scam of trying to simply get extra money out of me before my dog is even seen. You are 100% ripping off your customers, I will be sure to share this information with anyone who asks for a vet in the local area. The best thing we did today was get my dogs vet records and find a new practice, one that will value my dogs care over MONEY.

Fantastic experience: Brittney is the best dog groomer for my difficult Jax, he is a handful!!! She always does a great job and he comes back looking like a handsome doggo!

Fantastic experience: This review is specifically for grooming services (and Brittany in particular!) I have been taking my mini schnauzer Oliver to see Brittany since he was a puppy. She is the only person I can trust to handle him because he has severe separation anxiety and is wary of strangers because he was a pandemic puppy and I didn’t have the opportunity to properly socialize him. Brittany is so kind and patient with him and gives him special attention despite his constant high pitched wailing in my absence. I don’t like the traditional “schnauzer cut” and took Oliver to a couple of different groomers (before Brittany and Alliance) that made him look like Sophia Petrillo from the Golden Girls because they couldn’t apparently handle it. Brittany makes him look so neat and trimmed and super handsome. He gets compliments all the time! She also is quick to let me know if she sees a any issues with his skin or ears that I need to be aware of. She is the best!

Negative experience: Don’t take your cat here for a nail trim unless you want to pay $41 ….. $26 for the nail trim & $15 for Tech fee. Luckily I got spared the tech fee this time cuz of “my wait” so only paid $26. I’m sorry but that’s ridiculous. I’ve been going to this place for 9 years now.. I really like the vets & her well care she receives there but I guess I’m gonna have to start using our neighborhood mobile groomer instead now that only charges $10. ✌

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Alliance Animal Health for over 10 yrs and they are amazing. Great service and they provide excellent care of our dogs. We recently met with Dr. Snyder for our 2 dogs and she is so thorough and went above and beyond. Highly recommend this vet clinic and Dr. Snyder!

Fantastic experience: Great staff! Super friendly and very helpful. We had a bad experience with a vet that used to work there, but we decided to give them another chance and they exceeded our expectations……like usual. We are so glad to be back! Would definitely recommend. We have been taking Sunny there since we adopted her 5 years ago and except for the one bad experience, they have been stellar!!

Fantastic experience: Our dogs stayed here for 4 nights….one of the dogs has severe PTSD as he was a shelter dog. The staff were excellent with him…coaxing him to warm up to them. We’ve never experienced such wonderful staff at ANY other boarding facilities. These aren’t kids with no animal experience working here. They’re professionals. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: We have a bulldog that has both skin and bladder issues. Alliance Healthcare has kept us informed on all the issues and steps that need to be taken. They follow up to check on how our baby is doing. They don’t run needless tests and always gives us options. We know she is in the best hands for her needs. And she loves visiting with everyone there.

Positive experience: I like the services just fine. They're a little expensive. I was charged $25 to have my dogs nails clipped. Last time I was there they didn't charge me. When I commented about that at the front desk, I was pretty much dismissed and felt like I was lying.

Fantastic experience: I was elated with the quality of care and understanding of our little one, Honey. The doctor informed us of medical information with Honeys condition and helped us along the way to get her the treatment and testing necessary to keep her healthy and strong. Dr. Wilbanks has been excellent with our baby girl. She helped us get all her meds through Wedgewood pharmacy in liquid form. Our sweet girl Honey has been doing very well and she loves the different flavors. She still coughs off and on but I was thinking she drinks and gets the water up her nose. Thank you Dr. Wilbanks and Lynda at the front reception. This office is fantastic. See you all soon for shots.

Fantastic experience: Great Service. They took me in at the last minute on a Friday afternoon. Doctor was great. Treated my animal with care and spent a good a mount of time with us explaining everything.

Fantastic experience: I recently brought my young dog to Alliance Animal Health Center for a check-up and I cannot speak highly enough about the experience we had. From the moment we walked in the door, we were greeted warmly and made to feel like valued clients. The entire staff at Alliance Animal Health Center was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They took the time to answer all of my questions and address any concerns I had about my dog's health. I was impressed by their attention to detail and the thoroughness of their examination. The facilities were very clean as well, which was a reassuring sign that they take pet care seriously. My dog was treated with the utmost care and compassion, which made the entire experience stress-free for both of us.

Negative experience: 4/18/23 TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE We have used this clinic for years for our two basset hounds. Today was the second time they refused to see us when we needed them the most. One of our dogs had been bitten by another dog and we were told they would work us in for a $79 fee. Yesterday both dogs were seen for complete exams. When we woke this morning, one of our dogs was paralyzed and couldn’t walk. We immediately called Alliance at 7:00 am (since they were just seen yesterday) and we were told they would not be able to see our dog. We were told a vet would be in at 8:00. We were at Alliance at 8:00 just to be turned away. My husband told them we would not be returning to this vet clinic and the girl at the front desk told him”just let us know where to send the records.” No compassion at all! Our son also had a very bad experience here. The vet we saw on Monday was wonderful, Dr. Avalos. She was a very kind person and I truly appreciate that. We’ve been at an emergency vet clinic in Dallas all day. Our sweet dog is still paralyzed. Bill and Cathy Abbott

Fantastic experience: We drive close to an hour to go here to see Dr. Wilbanks because she’s the only one who could get my diabetic Pom regulated and she does the most thorough exams and finds things other vets miss. She also has really good ideas for cats with kidney disease that have kept my baby’s blood work looking good instead of getting worse. The techs are super nice too and one in particular was so sweet with my Pom at her last nail trim! Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: We love Alliance Animal Hospital! All the doctors in this clinic had been taking care extremelly well our pets (2 dogs and 1 cat). We trust them completely with the care they are giving to our fur babies. They are very accurate with the diagnostic and treatment they provide.

Fantastic experience: We had a very nice experience on Nov-15-2022 The ladies at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Jackie was our dog's technician and she did a great job, she was very kind and helped us with other things we needed. Thank you for doing a great job in these difficult times!

Positive experience: I really like these vets and all personnel. My only reason for giving a 4 star instead of a 5 star relates to being on time. At my last visit, it was an hour and 15 minutes before I saw the vet. I understand that there may be other emergencies but I feel they should let me know so I can find something to read or even reschedule.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Vaile and the techs were so amazing with my very nervous lab. I appreciate them bringing cheese and being so patient with him and knowing that he has anxiety and trust issues stemming from before I got him. They understood that his growling stems from his previous life and that he’s not mean. I love them for that.

Fantastic experience: A bit pricey, but amazing service whether you go to the Basswood location or Allience. I not only get their regular check ups done here, but I've spent $4k on a leg surgery for my pitty who has a new life quality thanks to the surgery. She recovered flawlessly and can run, jump, and even go up stairs for the first time in her life. I also got my older dog (almost 7) spayed here and she came home healthy and ready to recover. No matter who works there, they always love and treat my dogs so kindly and just like their own. You can tell the techs really love animals.

Fantastic experience: Today was my dog's first appointment at Alliance with Dr. Vaile. We went to a horrible vet prior. Dr. Vaile walked in with a jar of peanut butter, put it on a stick and sat on the floor and waited for my dog to become comfortable. I have never had an experience like this at a vet. She did not jump into an exam but waited for my dog to be comfortable. And Dr. Vaile gave me so much information and talked with me about my dog. I am so happy we found her and I encourage anyone reading this to visit Dr. Vaile and experience her bedside manner for yourself. Incredible experience. Kuddos Dr. Vaile for treating my dog like she is a part of my family and not an invoice! Kuddos...and thank you so much!

Positive experience: Wait time was short, and as always Sara is my favorite person in the whole place. She is always so helpful, professional, and just the friendliest person in the place. If she ever leaves, I will be devastated. I will stalk her until I find out where she works and take my dogs there, even if it is not at a vet's office. LOL.

Fantastic experience: Got the vet on her first day at this particular center lol. She was sunny and informative. Location was clean, workers were friendly and helpful. Hopefully won't have to be back anytime soon though, $300 felt pretty steep for what got done, but what do I know about the average cost of veterinarian services ‍♀️

Positive experience: Overall a good experience. Front desk staff were helpful and cheery. Doctor and assistant answered all of our questions and even gave us some samples. We did not have to wait long which was good with puppy’s first time.

Fantastic experience: My cousin recommended Alliance Animal Health center to me, and I couldn't be happier with their care of my dog! They've got excellent customer service and are always very helpful and attentive. I now live in Dallas, but I trust them with my dog's care so much that I still drive to see them for my dog's annual appointments.

Fantastic experience: 10/10. They were great with my cats, let me be in the room during the exam, and answered all my questions. Gold standard medical care there, for sure. The office kitties were a great bonus.

Fantastic experience: Knowledgeable doctors, compassionate and loving staff! They have taken care of our pups since 2007! Great grooming service too! Very pleased with this health center and very thankful for them taking such good care over the years of all four of our long-haired chihuahuas! <3 <3 <3 <3

Fantastic experience: My dogs are so happy and healthy whenever they have been boarded with AAHC. I love the attention they are given by all the staff members. My only compliant is you are no longer offering the vet services while they are boarded. This has been such a benefit to me and my dogs that I'm sad you are moving away from it! It is one of the best benefits to having your dogs boarded with the vet!

Negative experience: We used to love coming here. We would get their grooming, food, check ups, and surgeries there. Anything related to our animals, they have our business. It’s been about 2 years since we’ve been and we brought our new puppy in. Dr. O is no longer there and we saw someone else. I left the new puppy appointment feeling down. Her bedside manors lacked and it felt like she was talking down to me but I’m not sure why. I asked questions and she answered them in such a monotone statement and made me feel like I was dumb. Maybe she was having an off day but either way, I went home and immediately starting searching new vets. I expect a vet to understand the pet owners don’t know as much as she does and should answer their questions nicely and with respect. After all, I am paying her for that service. Either way, we won’t be back.
