Fantastic experience: Got an urgent care appointment quickly. Vet was knowledgeable, thorough and showed care for my cat. Vet scheduled my cat in between other patients and she was done by noon. Great service and support staff. We will be returning for regular vet visits in the future. Thank you Bradford Park Veterinary Hospital!

Fantastic experience: Excellent and thorough exam by Dr. WITTU. She is dedicated to helping solve our little kitty's respiratory illness.

Negative experience: Sadly I have to give them a 1 star. I had an appt for spay and cherry eye with an estimate of 845.00 with a 745.00 end amount due to a coupon. I spoke with receptionist approximately three weeks ago, finaled the estimate and made the appointment. When I dropped my dog off today they raised the estimate $400. Told me prices went up and estimates were only good 30’days. I won’t get into what happened with my last pet where I was charged 90$ to tell me he was overweight when in fact he had cancer. He was put to sleep there after $2000 bill months later with a surprise diagnosis of cancer!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Wittu and the entire staff at Bradford Park are amazing. From the phone call to set up your appointment, to the moment you step in the front door, you are greeted with a warm smile and professional staff. Dr. Wittu will drop everything, and has, to take care of our sick pets. She ALWAYS does what’s in the best interest of the animal and is so kind in doing so. We highly recommend her and the whole team at Bradford Park. We are so thankful for all that they do!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend. We live over an hour away in rural Missouri, and had been going to a local vet as many people do. I didn't know what a good vet was until coming in to Bradford. The local vet always rushed us in and out, even if we were the only ones there. He misdiagnosed my dog on multiple health concerns, and I believe, almost killed her. The day after Christmas I took her to Bradford after having been recommended by family, for a second opinion, and Dr. Stokes saved her life. They really took so much time listening to her and examining. I feel confident in the care my girl will get for the rest of her life and its a great feeling. There are so many vet practices out there it is hard to know where to go. I will forever be grateful for luckily going to this clinic, Dr. Stokes, and the team at Bradford. Thank you for being so great.

Negative experience: I had a terrible experience with Dr. Chilla and staff at Bradford Park. My previous experiences here were good, and I really thought I had found my forever veterinarian with Dr. Chilla. This all changed when my cat Charlie became ill. When I first brought him in with respiratory type symptoms, Dr. Chilla didn't find anything that concerned her, but did tell me to bring him back if he continued to have issues. Charlie's symptoms worsened, so I took him back to Dr. Chilla, and she took an X-ray of his lungs. Dr. Chilla suspected Charlie had fungal pneumonia, and we put him on antifungal medicine. Charlie worsened, and so I shelled out the money for a costly antigen test that showed he was negative for a fungal infection. The fungal medicine had made Charlie seem worse and he continued to suffer. Around this time it became apparent to me that Dr. Chilla and Bradford Park just wanted me and my sick cat to go away. During one office visit Dr. Chilla told us if Charlie got worse we could call and she would be available on Saturday. When he did get bad we called that Saturday and she wanted us to go to the Emergency Vet instead. She finally agreed to see us but was very emotionally agitated. She said she could put Charlie to sleep, but if it was her cat she would try steroids first. She also mentioned that we could have a test called a bronchoalveolar lavage test done which was costly and required sedation. So, at that point Charlie was so sick, but I couldn't yet give up if there was a test that could shed light on his illness. When I called for an estimate on the test it took several calls before they would answer the phone. I finally got the estimate but again, I got this feeling that they didn't want to deal with me or Charlie anymore. I decided to get a second opinion with another veterinarian, so I called Bradford Park to request Charlie's records. After about five times calling, they finally answered the phone and I got Charlie's records. I was very shocked to see that Dr. Chilla's office visit notes were not entirely truthful or accurate. She even said in her notes that Charlie was too sick for sedation. So why suggest the bronchoalveolar lavage test to me??? Another veterinarian was quickly able to discern that the best thing for Charlie was euthanasia. For everything that this veterinarian did for Charlie that day, exam, X-rays, euthanasia, and necropsy, I was charged 100 dollars. I spent so much time and money at Bradford Park, and my poor Charlie suffered so much. I put my trust in them, and ended up feeding like a nuisance. I will never set foot or paw in Bradford Park ever again.

Fantastic experience: Extremely satisfied with Bradford Park Veterinary Hospital. We were seen promptly, the staff was very friendly and Dr. Matthew Stokes took excellent care of my dog. I was very pleased with the fact that he thoroughly explained everything they were doing. He also took time to thoroughly explain the state of my dog's health. I was very happy that he said my dog was in excellent health. He even complimented me on the fact my dog had last a couple of pounds and was now at an ideal weight. I would highly recommend Bradford Park Veterinary Hospital, Dr. Matthew Stokes and his entire team.

Fantastic experience: The Bradford staff is the absolute best, from the office personnel to the vets and techs. They treat our concerns seriously and are always very respectful to both us and our kitty. They have gone above and beyond in the care of our fur baby each and every visit. I don't hesitate to recommend them when asked!

Negative experience: Spent $600 for answers only for my dog to seize the next day and get told they can't accommodate that type of emergency but would gladly her on the schedule the following day but still go to EVC. We took my dog to EVC and found out information in her records that were not disclosed to at her visit at Bradford. Such as, possible brain tumor which would make since for the seizure. My dog had to be euthanized at EVC. Less than 48 hours from Bradford who filled me with false hope to profit their pockets. I find this very uncompassionate.

Negative experience: Front desk is rude and unacommidating. Brought my cat in because we had scheduled an appointment which they apparently have no record of. I stressed my cat out for no reason. They couldn't even give 20 minutes of there time. They dont care about your pets here.

Fantastic experience: March 11th was my first visit to Bradford Park Vet. I adopted a kitten from the Humane Society and she was having some tummy troubles. I grew concerned and contacted them yesterday morning. They were able to get me in that same day because they had an urgent care doctor there. I noticed the receptionist who took my call was extremely friendly and personable. When I first arrived for my appointment the staff at the front desk provided an excellent first impression. They were extremely friendly, personable, and professional. I could tell which receptionist had taken my call by her voice and interaction with me at the desk. She leaves quite the impression on the phone and in person. I don’t recall her name but she sits on the right hand side of the desk. I also had some interaction when leaving with both receptionists because they were so enamored with my little Willow, and they were both so sweet! The tech who assisted me initially showed great care and compassion for my little kitty Willow. He was extremely friendly and attentive, and you could tell he genuinely loves and cares for animals. He did a great job leading me through the appointment and was very gentle with Willow. The doctor, Callahan, was very friendly and helpful. She explained what they were doing and checking on Willow and answered all of my questions regarding feeding and watering for my new kitten. They checked a little Willow for worms and parasites but she was negative so they started her on a probiotic to be put in her food. I started her on it yesterday when I got her home from the vet and again this morning. I can already tell a difference in her stool and can tell she seems to be feeling better. The staff also took some snapshots of my little Willow and asked if they could share them to their social media pages. It made my day that my little Willow was an instant superstar at the vet. All the staff went nuts over my little Willow and just thought she was the sweetest cutest thing ever! Willow and I have found our fur-ever vet home! Thank you to all the staff at Bradford for making Willow and I feel so at home!

Fantastic experience: Dr Conrad and her tech I believe her name was Sarah. They were very kind to me and my cat. Hands on with my cat I felt very confident of the care Eme got. The receptionist got us in quickly I was very appreciative.

Fantastic experience: We went on a Saturday. They've been taking care of Milo, our cat who is 16 years old and diabetic, for about 5 years. They are very professional and they take very good care of Milo. They always address my concerns and explain everything to my liking. I would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: My 20 year old cat recently got sick and Bradford Park Vet Hospital was the only vet in town that could squeeze him in the same day. I am really glad they did because he was very sick and unbeknownst to us was in liver failure. They eased our kitty's suffering and compassionately euthanized him, giving us the time and space to say goodbye despite it being time to close for the day. Our kitty was a loved member of our family and even though it was difficult to say goodbye and let him go, the staff were kind and patient and it was very obvious that they really care for the animals.

Fantastic experience: It was a 10/10 experience. They were very kind, made sure any questions I did have were answered. I can’t wait to go back. I will say it was a bit on the pricey side so definitely make sure you can afford it but for me the fact that I felt comfortable and my cat felt comfortable was definitely worth the price.

Fantastic experience: Bradford Park Vet Hospital is IMHO the best vet in Springfield. They love my Daschund and he loves them. We’ve taken our dogs to Bradford Park since 2012 and are so thankful to have an accredited vet hospital available to us.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Bradford Park for over a year per multiple friends’ recommendations and am so glad I did! No other vets compare! Appointments are easy to make with the app, and they are so easy to get in touch with for questions and whatever else you may need, since you can text them directly. The staff is so incredibly friendly, from the receptionists to the technicians to the doctors. My dogs loooove everyone here, too! The staff always treat them like their own, which I really appreciate as a crazy dog mom. I consistently feel listened to and receive thoughtful, good advice. I will say that it’s not the cheapest place in town, but they do give the best service, which, to me, you can’t put a price on. I’ve taken pets here for check-ups, bloodwork, random questions, and teeth extraction surgeries (pictured) and have had really great experiences each time. I’m so sad that I can’t go here regularly since moving out of Springfield! But when I’m in town, I love to stop in.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was very nice and loved meeting Rebel Baby. Most of all Rebel Baby seemed to be somewhat comfortable all things considered as cats do not like being in new places but she seemed to relax and remain calm throughout her visit.

We had to have or dogs anal glands expressed, and the lady that did it was very informed on the procedure and explained how it went.We also have the best veterinarian with Dr. Nancy Chilla, she is very knowledgeable at knowing what’s wrong with pets and how to treat them.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had dogs, and consequently veterinarians, for nearly 50 years, and this group is among the very best. The exams are thorough, diagnoses have been spot on, and it’s been easy to get appointments in a timely manner. There are vets closer to my house, but I drive an extra distance because they are just that good!

Negative experience: DO NOT count on ANY logic when it comes to your pet's care. It is their way or the highway. Oh. btw Dont forget to charge up your debit card. Hold on to your pocketbook if you can Expect the Nantucket sleigh ride...

Fantastic experience: Dr Nancy Chilla is always amazing! Everyone here is so kind, patient, informative, and understanding. I've been taking my girl Jasmine here for a year and not one bad experience. She loves coming to the vet! They've successfully treated her allergies and I've also been able to get her in same-day before to look at an incision I was worried about. Love these guys! Can't recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: We have been going to Bradford Park for several years. Yesterday, one our doodles developed bloat. (a very serious life threatening condition if not taken care of immediately) I called Bradford once I knew something was wrong. They asked me to bring our doodle in right away. The staff at the front desk knew I was coming and got me in right away. The doctor was very quick to assess him and did x-rays to confirm his condition. She did a procedure on him to relieve some of the pressure, which gave us some time before he had to have surgery. She could not do the surgery, but set up one with another vet in Ozark. We love all of the staff and doctors at Bradford. They are in this for the right reasons. We totally trust them and are so appreciative of them taking care of our boy.

Fantastic experience: Bradford Park Veterinary Hospital displays outstanding service. I have taken two of my cats here and have had a better experience than any other vet office. The staff here truly cares and you can feel it. They provide comfort and reassurance. Your animal isn’t just another “number” to them. I’ve never had a bad experience, i’m truly grateful for a place like this.

Fantastic experience: It was my first time taking my dog there. My first good impression was the huge waiting area. It's as big as what you would find at a human doctor's office. That means dogs aren't crammed together in a tiny space, which is good for people who have dogs that aren't good with other dogs (like mine). My appointment was for 10:00 am, and that is exactly when it started, as opposed to past experiences with other vets of showing up on time and sitting for an hour trying to control and pacify my dog before they actually get us in. Both the tech (Mike) and the doctor (Dr. Stokes) were gentle with my dog. She is usually terrified at the vet, but with them, she even rolled over for a belly rub when the examination was over, which is something she only does when she is totally comfortable. I am planning to continue going to Bradford Park Veterinary Hospital with both of my dogs for all future care. The picture is of my dog in belly rub mode. The picture was taken at home, but it's the same thing she did in the examination room.

Negative experience: My initial experiences with this company were positive. I regularly brought my English bulldog for nail trims, and they were always successful. Recently, however, they were only able to trim one paw. Despite this incomplete service, they charged me more than usual. My bulldog is known to wiggle during trims, but she's not aggressive, and previous technicians handled her fine. I suspect the technician on this particular day was inexperienced or unable to manage her. Charging me extra for their inability to complete the service seems unethical

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this group!! They came through for me and my precious girl, Sweet Pea, in her time of need and crisis. Everyone was so kind and supportive! Dr. Chilla..….A++++++!!! She is kind, calm, genuine, you can tell she loves her career!!! She is a 10/10!!! But….I have to say that this clinic is very, VERY expensive. I cannot put a price on taking care of my fur babies and I realize that you have to pay for quality, but I was shocked. I hate saying that because I truly don’t want to say anything negative. But , I have to be honest……If you utilize this clinic, just be prepared.

She answered every question, investigated many options, did needed tests to gain information and gave me a least restrictive plan to try to see how my dog will respond. She was amazing. Fantastic experience: What can I say? I've never had a disappointment with this hospital. It's staffed with knowledgeable Dr's and nurses/ techs that offer compassionate, comprehensive and dignified care. Having laboratories on site, diagnostic equipment, surgical services and out patient procedures available all under one roof really alleviates a lot of logistical headaches. I appreciate that the Dr.'s take their time and help me make informed decisions about my pet's care options. They've been there for my pets through emergencies, routine and preventative care, all throughout their life stages. When I needed answers and plans of action they delivered and I cannot thank the staff enough for the quality of life and health I've been able to maintain with my now very aged fur babies.

Fantastic experience: I felt at home here. Everyone is kind, respectful, and considerate of my financial situation, giving me guilt-free, prioritized treatment options for my pet. I never felt pressured, but I did feel validated and even comforted with my questions and concerns about treatment options. Other adjectives include: agreeable, cheerful, even healing, for me. Just seemed like a happy place to be.

Fantastic experience: We just switched to Bradford Park. We met with Dr. O'Keefe yesterday and were very impressed with her knowledge and how personable she was. She really took the time to explain several things to us, really looked over our dogs and listened to all of my questions and concerns. We walked away feeling confident that our pets healthcare is in great hands, plus we felt more informed to make better decisions for them. Highly recommend Dr. O'Keefe at Bradford Park for the best veterinary care.

Fantastic experience: We are new to Springfield. My German Shepherd Athena was having really bad skin problems. I had taken her to another area vet, and they said it was fleas. Well, her sores were getting worse and worse. I called the area vet back and they couldn't see her for 3 weeks! FYI, she was on flea and tick meds the whole time. So I called 10 other vets, no one could see her immediately. Until I called Bradford park. They got her in right away! They shaved her hind quarter and cleaned her open sores. They found that she has a skin allergy, put her on daily medicine and a steroid powder. It's been over a year and Athena has been happy and healthy!

Fantastic experience: We love Bradford park vet. They are always so helpful and knowledgeable about our kitties and are always so kind. They make it much easier to see the vet. We appreciate all of them so much and all they do for our babies <3

Fantastic experience: Dr Rowland was absolutely amazing. How ever clinical trial vet refused my English mastiff due to him being 165lbs she stated she weighs 100lbs soak n wet. It's your job to know how to handle all sizes of animals. Yes he barks but is a sweetheart who shockingly went to Mrs April without a problem.

Fantastic experience: The Doctors and Technicians are consistently patient, capable, and professional. We have a cat with a challenging diagnosis and two dogs who are a bit shy, and they receive excellent care.

Fantastic experience: My pup was having a bit of an allergy issue. They got us in and diagnosed. Taking just under an hour, worth every minute for my pup. Everyone that helped us at Bradford Park was friendly and helpful. Dr Wiest explained what my pup had and treatment. I left not having a doubt. Thanks Doc!

Fantastic experience: Today was our first visit to this vet office. I have a very nervous chihuahua mix. I had let the staff know that she was nervous and they were very gentle and sweet to her. Dr. Chilla even sat on the floor with her to ease her discomfort. If I could, I would give 100 Stars!!!

Fantastic experience: Dr Endersen is Ruby's doctor. She has a heart murmur, and Dr Endersen is doing an excellent job managing this problem. After careful research and testing, he prescribed the correct combination of medications...she is doing great. Ruby is very comfortable and relaxed during our visits (which really surprised me because she is usually very nervous when we go to the vet.) Dr Endersen is very soft spoken and kind to Ruby. She likes him, and she likes very few people. Add in his expertise in the veterinarian field, and we have the perfect doctor for Ruby. I'm so glad we were referred to him.

Fantastic experience: This was my 3rd visit the Bradford Park Animal Hospital. I have a primary vet for my pets in Kimbeeling City. Over the past decade I have had pets that required very specific care . My vet of 23 years has rendered me to specialists at Bradford Hospital. I have always had great outcomes Everyone is so helpful and the Veterinarians there are very experienced and dedicated to helping my pets. I would highly recommend this hospital

Fantastic experience: My corgi had her first appointment with Dr. Chilla today and she was phenomenal. I was very worried when I first arrived but she was so kind and professional and eased my anxieties immediately with her personable approach. The facility was clean and vet techs were lovely as well. Very pleased with our visit!

Negative experience: They are obviously more worried about their money than they are their patients or owners. If you call in with a question or concern the front office will have to call you back which they never do, there is no follow-up unless you continue to call them. And for patients traveling an hour plus to be seen they will call to cancel your appointment as you are about to pull in their parking lot. I called to have my pets records transferred to another vet office and the rude lady at the front said “gladly”. I guess they have too many patients as they don’t care to lose a few.

Fantastic experience: We drove over an hour to Springfield to go to the emergency vet clinic only to find out that it didn’t open until 6pm. We called so many places desperate to find someone to help us with our dachshund. Dr Callahan’s office didn’t have any availability but after finding out that we drove so far to be seen Dr Callahan squeezed us into her schedule. Dr. Callahan was thorough with our pup and she did what she thought was best and kept her overnight to try helping her as what her labs showed seemed to be something that could be treated. Unfortunately, the next morning I received a heartbreaking call from Dr Callahan letting me know that my beautiful Daphne had passed away in the night. As heartbroken as I am, I know that Dr. Callahan did everything she could for my sweet girl. The day she passed Dr. Callahan answered my questions, she allowed me to come back to their office to kiss my girl one last time, she gave me the gift of her foot prints and she helped me through the process of deciding to cremate my girl so she will always be with me. I am grieving my girl but I will always be thankful for the care that Bradford Clinic showed me and my Daphne. Thank you Heather for returning my calls, for getting us in when you didn’t have to, and for just being such a kind soul. Dr. Callahan, thank you for trying to help my girl, for dealing with me being hysterical, for answering all my questions, for allowing me to come see my girl one last time, for being so kind and caring, and for being there for us when no one else was. Thank you for everything.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Enderson was extremely kind and thorough in examining my sweet kitty Theodore for his uneven eye dilation. He also sent additional information on his care, and helped make referrals to a veterinary eye specialist to help us further explore his condition to find a cause. He is wonderful, I can't say enough good things. I've never met another veterinarian who I think matches his care, kindness, and attention to detail. Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Enderson is particularly thorough with his patients. He always takes a lot of time examining my fur friend and investigates several of my dog’s systems to decide the best course of treatment and care.

Fantastic experience: They have great Doctors and Staff, and you can always count on a thorough exam and explanation of treatment options. They have a large waiting room and very nice exam rooms. I would like to see more seating in the waiting area, as they can get a little crowded during certain hours of the day.

Fantastic experience: I just moved here from out of state, and this was the first place I took my baby (miniature dachshund). Dr. Annie was wonderful and so was the vet tech, I believe his name was Mike. They were both very kind and helpful. I will definitely be using Bradford Park again in the future!

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit having relocated to the Midwest. I loved my vet in Washington and was referred by a new neighbor. I found Dr Annie to be kind and nurturing to my beloved cat as well as taking time to explain the possible reasons for his breathing problems. The vet tech, Mike, was also very gentle and caring with handling my boy. I’m happy to have found this clinic and highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: So thankful for this group of veterinarians and techs. I have had 2 dogs who have had skin issues for over 6 months. I have been to a smaller clinic for about 4 times over the 6 months with no test or answers, and just a different medicines each time to give. The veterinarian instally took skin samples and was able to describe not only medicine, but walked me through everything in detail I could do at home to help them.

Fantastic experience: My visit to Bradford Park was exceptional. Dr. Wittu and staff were very helpful, professional and compassionate. They dealt with my little cat as if she were a member of their family and I appreciate it. Had used them in 2007 when my Victor Kittiakis had cancer and Dr. Sifferman bought us 4 additional years with him. Thank God there are places like this!

Fantastic experience: Have a 1 year old golden retriever who has received all care here. Recently got neutered. Dr. Enderson has been fantastic. He is knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. We love the care our dog has received here.

Fantastic experience: I had never used this Vet before but I had a bit of an emergency and my primary Vet was going to be closed for the holiday and couldn’t get us in. I called Bradford Park and they were able to get me in for same day appointment. They were super sweet with my dog and very informative. They kept great communication as they took my dog back for X-rays and vaccines, so I would know what was going on and how he was responding every step. I’m very appreciative of this team and definitely will be bringing my animals back!

He spends more time with my dogs and listening to me than my primary care physician does with me and my family. Incredible vet!
