Fantastic experience: My Marty kitty was such an asshole to these guys, but they were ever so swell and professional about it all. I was provided excellent service from the most incredible people that obviously love their job. Everyone was just so nice, it was cool.

Positive experience: Good price, efficient service

Fantastic experience: I had my 2.5 lb chihuahua spayed through SAAF. I was super nervous due to her size but they took very good care of her and even offered to pull her retained baby teeth (only offered if already there for sterilization).

Negative experience: My friend took her little man here to be neutered and when she picked him up they handed him to her without saying a word and to top it off he had poop all over him!! They didnt even have enough humanity to clean him up. The poor guy. They may be cheap but obviously not very caring. I wouldnt recommend this place. UPDATE:: As far as the owners reply to my review how its not how they do things, its exactly how it was done. No communication when little man was picked up and yes he had poop all over him. So your "way of doing things" has went down hill to the point of no kindness, compassion or respect for the owners and their babies. I will continue to put the word out about your treatment of this little dog. You were wrong for that but you'll never admit it. DONT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE!

Fantastic experience: This clinic is a great resource for the community, and my pet and I had a good experience. Parking was a little crowded in the morning so consider getting a friend to drop you and your pet off

Negative experience: I truly thought I could trust this clinic. I took my pup here about 3 months ago to get spayed. Her incision immediately after looked crooked and it would not heal, We followed up with her vet and he said they had made it lop sided, and entirely too long. I fear there is no excuse for this as she would have been sleeping. They also treated her for things that I would have rather used her vet for because they said she had an ear infection but two other vets said she did not, but they had charged me without telling me they were doing extra. My pup ended up getting a hernia due to her sutures not being placed correctly and we had to get them taken out, They were entirely disrespectful to me and took her out of my hands without even letting me tell her bye. They also were very rude to someone who was picking up for an animal rescue, the ladies checking us in could have shown a little more respect instead of rolling their eyes when I would ask questions. this place is cheap and so is the work and attitude they give,

Negative experience: Awful experience. Took my mini dachshund to be spayed here and had to take her to the emergency clinic the next day due to vomiting, not eating, not walking. The emergency clinic told us that she now has an infection and a liver issue as well as stating that the closing of the incision was not ideal at all and stressed for us to keep an eye on it. They also informed me that it was not ideal to have her spayed during her heat cycle which I asked SAAF several times if they were sure it was okay and they told me yes that they do it all the time. Paid $500 to take her to the emergency clinic. Not happy at all!

Fantastic experience: Cat was given a kitty hysterectomy. She never licked, she stayed calm, she wasn't upset her babies went on to other furever homes. We have a skunk family under our laundry room. We have our cat and dog. We have a groundhog. And we've found two baby kitties that we're trying to catch to take them in SAAF HOUSE. ❤️ Saaf House!!! No one else will work with feral cats/dogs. Trying to catch a stray small dog as well.

Fantastic experience: They are a well oiled machine! They have you in and out of there quickly with a newly spayed or neutered pet. I will use them again! And they are reasonably priced (almost cheap) for all services.

Negative experience: I’m not thrilled with certain aspects of this operation. 1) They have receptionists stationed at desks with phones, but they do not answer them. They only call you back if you leave a message. Strange policy, but that’s not the worst thing in the world. 2) The receptionists have a VERY lax attitude that I find unprofessional. This is different from the people who were handling my dog and giving care to them - those people were highly professional and fantastic communicators. My biggest issue overall is that I had to bring my dog in for a check-up and staple removal. I was told to bring her in today December 23rd, 2025. They didn’t book an appointment, they just said to bring her in. I said “that’s the day before Christmas Eve, will you be open?” The receptionist said “Yes.” I arrived here on December 23rd, 2025, @ 10:30am, to a completely vacant building. I don’t know what more I was supposed to do, but I have major qualms about the receptionists knowledge of the company they work for, and their communication with patients.

Fantastic experience: Very affordable and up to standards. My dachshund recovered very quickly. Staff was also pleasant and very timely with drop off and pick up after the surgery.

Fantastic experience: I took my little mini doxie here and 2 cats. They were very nice and organized and treated my babies very gently and kind. We came home afterwards and they all did very well. Its been 6 days and my babies are all feeling very good. I also had my half Mastiff and half Rottweiler neutered at SAAF with no issues. I would definately reccomend SAAF for spay and neuter services. They are way cheaper then a veterinarian.

Negative experience: As of right now this is going to be the view because my brother-in-law would call to set up an appointment for his cat and nobody's returning phone calls He's called several times and nobody's called back so this is the review I will put right now and tell they learn to call back other than that I need to set up one myself for my cat but I'm afraid they won't call me either but here's the review a 1 star

Literally less than half of what my local vet would have charged. The man that works in the office with dark hair is so nice and compassionate for animals and people alike

Fantastic experience: I've taken 2 animals here now. The first was my dog who was 5 at the time (2 almost 3 years ago now), the 2nd was my cat who was cryptorchid (2 weeks ago today.) In and out in a day, cheap medication options, and way less than I would have spent with any vet

Fantastic experience: Best place to get your dog neutered or spayed. Super affordable! We got our mini dachshund neutered yesterday and they were so friendly and told everyone about aftercare instructions and also offered medicine to take home for a low price. They provided a cone for him too. Would recommend to anyone needing to get their animals taken care of.

Positive experience: Affordable, professional, and have an excellent a la carte system for additional services. However, though I appreciate their initiative in trimming my cats nails for free, they did trim several nails so far back they bled, and I'm a bit sore about that.

I read all the reviews before I made an appointment and I knew she would be fine with the surgery, this place is fantastic. They are friendly and talked about recovery process after surgery for being spayed ! I recommend this place 100%! I’m happy she’s home! Way cheaper than other places too. I’m happy about this place wish they called you about extra charges and ask us before they make us pay more when we get there. There communication sucks . But overall happy place

Fantastic experience: The staff is friendly and personable. They handle check in and check out efficiently and are happy to explain aftercare and post op instructions. Facilities are clean and everything is handled in a professional and comforting manner. You can easily book online and select a variety of services for both cats and dogs. What this clinic does is a universal good. They provide affordable, life saving healthcare that extends and ensures the long time well being and health of the animals they treat. They neutered my cat ($90 alone), provided all of his starter shots (rabies, combo, fiv testing and vaccine), dewormer, pain medication, cone of shame, and nail trim for just under $200. At a time where my money is tight, they allowed me to take a sweet young cat that wandered into my backyard and give him a forever home knowing he's neutered and set up for success. 10/10 Troublepuffs neutralized

Negative experience: I scheduled and paid for an appointment months in advance and tried to reach them over phone 5 times regarding a reschedule. I ended up missing my kitties appointment and got told I would have to pay again for another appointment.

Negative experience: I tried to call with questions. They treated me poorly and when asked if I was doing something wrong they let out a sigh hung up on me. I legitimately needed help and instead of offering it they acted like they were too good or busy to take my problems and questions seriously.

Fantastic experience: They are the most loving and caring people at this place. Went to have our dogs spayed and found out she had cancer. They were so compassionate with everything we couldn't have asked for better compassionate Care then we got here.

Fantastic experience: They are amazing. I've brought 2 male and 1 female cat here to be fixed, one November 2023, the second January 2025. The female was a 2022 but I can't remember when, she was a stray that didn't want to be an inside cat no matter how hard I tried. All three are doing incredibly well. My family will be brining any other cats we get here, including another stray I'm trying to get to trust me.

Fantastic experience: The SAAF Nueter Clinic was very professional and detailed in their work. They even gave me a follow up for my feline who had seemed to gain an infection at the site. The only aspect I did not enjoy was standing in a room with several other people to review the discharge information. I would have much rather recieved it seperately as to not have to stand so close to so many strangers. I would overall highly recommend SAAF Nueter Clinic to anyone seeking similar services.

Fantastic experience: We have had very good experiences with this office over more than 7 years. $80 for a male cat, $100 for a female cat. Compare that with a local vet's office $600/female (out of my budget).

The staff is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly, and they work their tails off! Lol. They are running one well oiled machine too. Usually long lines and crowds make me anxious, but they have such a well organized system, it was really amazing! The cat that was spayed yesterday is acting like she didn’t even have surgery, and this was her first time (to my knowledge) ever going anywhere, so they must have handled her gently and did an incredible job on her surgery. I really can’t sing their praises enough. I look forward to getting more of the strays fixed, and that is only possible for me because of SAAF. From the bottom of my heart, thank you all so much for your hard work that provides incalculable benefits to the animals in our community.

Fantastic experience: What a wonderful place. I had 2 female ferals that kept having babies back to back. I was so overwhelmed with kittens. Until I found watching over whiskers. Negative experience: We took our cat here a couple weeks ago and she healed fine . But she contracted a severe case of fleas from here that we now have to pay more to take care of . She also came back with fecal matter stuck in her fur which is odd . Only giving 2 stars because they performed the spay well . But wouldn’t recommend this place

Negative experience: So my sister recommended saaf, at first I was apprehensive. But the closer I got to my vasectomy, the more saaf was accommodating. The only thing better than no more kids is the price. $20 muthafunkin dollars yall!

Negative experience: Just got my cat fixed from here come to find out they said she was pregnant. Couldn't tell me how far along she was and never got a phone call about if we wanted to proceed with the spay or not. Got charged the 15 dollars since she was pregnant and also asked to have a collar put on her paid for that and never got one either. So 20 dollars down the drain

Fantastic experience: We took our puppy to be neutered. I called twice the months prior and never heard back from anyone. However, when we got there everyone was very nice. They had a system set up to keep the puppies safe during drop off and pick up. Overall, it was a great experience.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely the nicest people. We recently had a cat adopt us & we already had 5 pets. We did not want to add to the rescue's. So instead of turning him over to the Humane Society we were able to contact SAAF & get his nueter, vaccines & wormer. He is literally the best cat we've ever had & we are so happy we were able to keep him.

Negative experience: I am confused as to what happened to this place within the past two years. I had my first dog neutered and had no issues whatsoever in regards to calls being answered, money being charged properly, my dog being properly cared for, etc… however I look at the reviews that have been made since and it has definitely went down hill for whatever reason. I have tried to call 6 times in the past month just to get a list of RECORDS that they have on my pup and have been ignored call after call. How does one even set up an appointment with them if nobody knows how to pick up a phone? On top of that, you can see how they treat their customers concerns just by looking at the reviews… a normal company would reply and address the concerns of their customer and furthermore fix the issue. But no, I have seen zero replies, and most importantly zero care. Thank you SO MUCH for not being able to answer a phone. All I needed was records. :/

Negative experience: I live what this organization does. But until they address what Sam did today, they get low stars. They did a vaccine clinic today. A man named Sam felt it necessary to shame me for my cat being out of her carrier. She’s very well trained and loves the car. She’s docile and calm. He yelled at me that he didn’t “like that” and then ignored me completely when i thanked him for being out there doing this. SAAF is a great organization. We value you and what you do. But you work with low income people. Many may not have a proper carrier. My situation, my cat just does better mentally out of one. Same should be the one ashamed. He tried to shame me for this, but I believe SAAF doesn’t stand for that. He did the same thing to my best friend two cars behind me, too. It’s really hurtful and gross. I hope someone reprimands him.

Fantastic experience: I took my two female cats to get spayed. The staff is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I was extremely comfortable with leaving my babies in their care. The prices are the best out there. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a spayed and neuter clinic. In my opinion the people who run the clinic are true angles knowing that they are volunteers.

Fantastic experience: Almost everything was done before bringing my dog there so they made dropping my dog off very quick and easy. The prices are very fair. When I picked my dog up I could tell that they had treated my dog well by his behavior. My dog was there for six hours and during that time the staff had already given him a nickname calling my Scooby, Big Scoob. They were super clear on follow up instructions making everything start to finish as stress free as they possibly could. Would recommend them to anyone who loves their animal and wants a good place to bring them to get fixed. Will be back with my kitten soon.

Fantastic experience: Everyone here was friendly and professional. They treated our stray dog with dignity and respect and fixed her umbilical hernia she had that at didn't know about. There's a lot of stigma when it comes to Pitbull breeds, but they showed her so much love and didn't have any fear for her. I'm very happy with the outcome of the service there and would absolutely recommend them. GPS brought me to the parking lot next to the building, the actual parking is down the side street in a cutout.

Fantastic experience: This place is wonderful. Turned out my moms cat had an abscess that we didn't know about and they still did the neuter on him a d gave us antibiotics. They didn't ha e to do that but they did. I can't say enough good about all the staff and the organization as a whole. I wish more vets would do services like this to help out low income individuals.

Positive experience: My indoor cat came back infested with fleas and they tried to charge me for flea medicine they admin w/o permission and with all that chemical vet preferred he is still struggling with the fleas he brought home

Fantastic experience: They staff is so sweet, I was a nervous mess taking my girl in. They must of seen it on my face. Because when I called to check in they offered to let me come get her now. I will always recommend them. They made me feel that my girl was safe and cared for in their hands.

Fantastic experience: I have taken 2 of my cats here to be fixed. One was 4 yrs old and the other was 12 wks old. They have taken very good care of my babies each time. They always listen to my concerns about them. I was able to get them both vaccinated and microchiped. And it didn't cost me an arm and a leg! My babies have always come back to me safe and sound. They always explain everything to me and answer any questions I have. I would recommend anyone to take their pets here to fixed!

Incredibly personable, gentle with the animals, and they also clip their nails before their Spay/Neuter which is a plus. This is Incredibly affordable even without assistance if you need to get your pet fixed and get their vaccinations. 10/10 recommend!
