Fantastic experience: Update 01/29/2026 Paola and Dr. Alanna are always so sweet and loving to Daisy while giving her a thorough exam. 11/07/2024 We arrived on time for our 9:15AM appt. and were greeted and helped by the friendly receptionist as soon as we walked in. We were brought back to an exam room right after checking in and a short time later Paola came in to see our pup Daisy and get all her information. She was very thorough and super nice to us and to Daisy. Shortly after that Dr. Alanna came in to examine Daisy. She was really nice, answered all our questions and explained everything very well. She was also very sweet to Daisy. We are extremely happy with our visit today and feel our girl got excellent care.

Fantastic experience: We went to Animal Medical Center as my dog needed an ultrasound. The staff there are very nice and helpful. They are caring towards animals and owners alike. They listen, ask questions and provide full detailed information. The office is clean and welcoming. We were able to get an appointment in a timely manner. Staff kept me informed while my dog was in their care. When the doctor called with the results, he was very informative, answered questions and explained the results clearly. He even offered to discuss the results with my vet. Should there be a need, we will gladly take our dog back to the Animal Medical Center.

Negative experience: This is by far the worst vet clinic I’ve ever dealt with. The staff are extremely unprofessional, rude, and clearly lack proper knowledge about animals. They show no care or compassion, and I would never trust them with any pet. Do yourself a favor and take your pet somewhere else, this place should be avoided at all costs.

Fantastic experience: We absolutely loved our experience at the Animal Medical Center. The staff was attentive to our puppies needs and kind. Our puppy had to have surgery and everything went very well and smoothly. Directions and instructions for after care were clearly given and much appreciated. We will definitely be returning for pet care and needs.

Fantastic experience: Vet visits can be stressful for us especially while traveling but this place truly made us feel at ease! From the moment we walked in, everyone was kind, & they took the time to explain everything and never made us feel rushed. Knowing our pet was in good hands meant everything to us. We’re so thankful for the care and attention they provided and would absolutely recommend them to anyone who loves their pets like family!

Fantastic experience: The best in the Santa Clarita and Antelope valleys! Extremely thorough and were one of the very few who had hope in getting our Norfolk terrier to walk again. With their help and diet plan our Chloe was walking again in about a month. It change all of our lives!! Saying, Thank You, isn’t enough!

Negative experience: If I could give a -5 star I would. I took my dog to get fixed at this vet and they screwed everything up. He ended up getting an scrotum hematoma which is causes by the surgen messing something up in the surgery. Instead of them taking accountability for their mess up they instead told us we were the ones in the wrong and made us pay for their mess up. I was going to wait until the end of the "care" they were providing but I felt this was info that couldn't wait. Please never take your animal there unless you want a vet wbo will just play with the health of your animal. (Update after being manhandled into removing this review): After leaving this original review I saw some other reviews about their dogs dying closely after a neutering and that should be talked about more. I shouldn't be leaving my dog with you and then fear that my dog will not come home. Literally the only reason we didn't go somewhere else is because of money. I would have avoided them all together if it wasn't for money. Instead of taking accountability for their issue they use money as a tactic to manhandle us into paying instead of trying to fix the wrong. We shouldn't be paying $1800 ($500ish for second surgery and $1300 for a third) when it should have been an one and done thing with 1 check up after. We did get 2 weeks of boarding free for recovery but we should have also gotten the surgery (the largest price tag) free. Let's now talk about customer service before this review diabolical. When we were talking to vets they would point fingers at us and tell us we are the problem. I will admit to being wrong with cutting the cone so my dog can eat and drink water but everything that did happen had nothing to do with the cone being cut. The only thing I should have to be paying for is a new cone. There was a lot of basic information they lack to tell us until we pushed for it. But then also when giving info still not giving ALL the info. After surgery #2 we called about picking up the dog early because of scheduling. They said it was fine. After a bit we are waiting there, around 30 to 40 minutes, while we are trying to make sure we can keep our ride at the time (partner and I both needed to be attentive of the dog). We finally asked about the long wait and that was when they FINALLY told us that the surgen was concerned about some swelling that was happening. We were able to get the dog but within minutes of us leaving his incision started bleeding heavily. We pressured them to let us talk to the vet and the vet mentioned thinking that they should have kept him overnight so keep an eye on him. So we got the overnight boarding free because of the neglect. These people 100% do not care about these animals. It shows when you realize there is 0 staff that stays with the animals overnight. Those animals are alone in that building for 12 hours straight. If that isn't neglect then I don't know what is. Do yourself and your pet a favor and never take your animal here. Also side note, why the hell is a liquid IV optional when the default is that the IV is mandatory. Should have realise how sketchy this place was when asked about the liquid IV.

Fantastic experience: The staff was very professional and Dr Alanna Layton saved my pups life I will be forever greatful! Coco is doing well! Can't thank you enough!

Positive experience: We loved the receptionist, they were very helpful. The only thing is they forgot us once we entered the room. We waited almost an hour. I had to go out and remind them. Once Doc Justin and his tech came in, everything was very efficient and quick. Very happy.

Negative experience: Great place to get your animal shots at a low price and reasonable prices if your dog/cat is sick or have a emergency. Hands down the better place for your buck but when it gets expensive is for un necessary blood and then knowingly your dog needs to be put down and still wants to do procedures that hit the roof and in the end get put down and stuck with a 6k bill. Prices were better before the COVID hit but know seems like its more expensive but still better for your buck. This vet was the best at one time 40 spay neuter for cats and 60 for dogs but know it quadroopled. Before not sure who the vet was and work with you but now over time passes they forget their customers and add unnecessary labs and I wish they can make it to where they can treat animals at a more reasonable price since a lot of people are loosing there jobs and or don't have a job! But either way good luck and choose was best vet for your dog cat. Best wishes

Fantastic experience: My puppy was traumatized at his previous vet and I took him to Animal Medical Center for an emergency appt. Everyone there was very patient and understanding with him. They made him feel comfortable throughout all his procedures.

Fantastic experience: I love everything about AMC but do wish the wait times weren't so long. Even just dropping off/picking up for neuter took almost 30 minutes. Otherwise, everyone there is the best. The doctors, the vet techs, and the whole staff is a pleasure to work with. I always believe my pet is in good hands and being very well cared for. Fantastic experience: We took my grandson's dog to the Animal Medical Center after suspecting a jaw issue, which was ultimately diagnosed as a severe dental problem. Pre-surgery, the dog required blood work to assess any potential bleeding risks. He was prescribed antibiotics, anti-inflammatory medication, and pain relief before being sent home. The surgery was initially scheduled for Thursday, contingent on the bleeding risk assessment. ​However, the Animal Medical Center called the next morning to perform the surgery sooner. We spent the day anxiously awaiting an update. The staff provided a thorough explanation of his aftercare instructions. ​It is now the day after the procedure, and he is almost back to his normal self. Prior to the surgery, he was clearly in significant pain and discomfort, which was difficult to witness. We extend our sincere thanks to the veterinarians, nurses, and staff for their excellent care; he is recovering wonderfully.

Fantastic experience: Got an appointment right away for one of our senior cats who had glaucoma and was going to have surgery to remove the affected eye. We went to Animal Medical Center for a 2nd opinion and to see if the costs were less than what we had been quoted--they were! They offered to do the surgery that same day (Friday 11/14/2025), which surprised me. We had the surgery done--and our boy Benji is recovering really well! The area around his eye is clean and looks great. Once his fur grows back, the incisions will be completely covered. We've also taken a few cats and a kitten here for stays, and they were fine. Overall, it's been a great experience with this veterinary center!

Fantastic experience: Aside from it being a bit pricey, we just got home with our pup. You know that feeling you get when the vibe of a place just agrees with you. That's how we felt, everyone has a warm and welcoming attitude, and showed genuine care for the animals. Didn't have to wait, my dog was comfortable there and since he was being sedated for his surgery we were told to come back 3 hours later. Well, he's home and recovering, so far so good. Would recommend.

Fantastic experience: I want to thank AV animal Medical Center for their compassion during one of the hardest moments of my life. After my Richie passed away tragically, I called several places in the Antelope Valley and Santa Clarita. AV Animal medical Center stood out immediately, they offered a beautiful, thoughtful package at a price far more affordable than anywhere else I contacted. The manager Mayra was awful disrespectful through my husband‘s credit card in his face and disrespected me as well. Was flipping me off from outside the window because I did ask her what was her problem therefore, I would never ever take my animals back there at all Bad experience. Fantastic experience: I drive past other vet clinics to come to this one instead. They saved my cat's life when other places kept turning me down because they lacked the proper equipment to treat him. They also don't try to force unnecessary tests down my throat like some other vets I've seen.

I took my dog Eddie into this Medical Center for service for severe ear infection. they were super gentle during the exam, especially because of how scared he was.. they explained the procedure quite clearly. Fantastic experience: My pug had a scary breathing episode while I was visiting a friend in Palmdale, so I took him to Animal Medical Center of the Antelope Valley. The staff moved fast were incredibly caring & knew exactly how to help. They treated both me and my pug with so much compassion and respect. Fantastic experience: I've been here several times for walk-in visits for acute gastro issues with my older dog. Despite not having an appt, it always felt like my pup received very thorough care. As to be expected, you will pay extra for a walk-in / urgent care visit, but the overall cost is still very reasonable for the services rendered.

Fantastic experience: I want to take a moment to thank All the staff Pet Check Anmial Hospital . I had an amazing experience at this facility, In a moment of hurt and distress. Dr Lee showed her love for animals. She came down to my pets level and made her kind approach. She truly cares about our pets. she treated my pit bull with so much kindness and care. Not only that she took the time to examine her and provided multiple solutions she really listened to my concerns. Her staff didn’t fall short. I the pleasure of working with the receptionist Brianna who was quick, kind, and efficient while finding all of my pets information. Which by the way we were referred to Pet check engine by highly reccomended Palmdale Vetenary Hospital- receptionist Sandra (This is our original vet) Tech Raul who assisted Dr Lee. Was also just really caring not once did I hear my pet cry when he took her. He was gentle and efficient the staff as a whole was incredible. Thank you all for working together and making my experience smooth and seamless.

Negative experience: Don’t waste your time or energy here, life is too precious. I brought my dog in for a medical emergency and waited over 3 hours after paying the $100 walk-in fee, only to receive no care at all. It became clear they weren’t going to help us, I left and went to North Valley Vet. Despite having a long wait and small clinic, they saw her in under 20 minutes. They were more understanding and actually know how to communicate to clients. My dog received treatment the same day — that’s what real care looks like. Never come to this animal center, it's overpriced and you can tell they truly don't care what happens to your pet. I would never wish this type of service on anyone, not even to my worst enemy.

Positive experience: First time there and we went to get a duck euthanized, very caring man who helped us through the process, we felt very comfortable with him and how he consoled us. Second time my sister in law went by herself to get her dog checked up because we liked the service and she was met with rudeness from the ladies at the desk. Will try again because we want to give the benefit of the doubt.

Negative experience: Horrible customer service. I went in to have my dog checked, and as soon as I walked through the door, no one greeted me or even acknowledged me. I had to be the one to say “good afternoon.” You would think that when bringing in a sick pet, the staff would be attentive and welcoming, but that was not the case. When I asked if they could see my dog, I was told the vet wasn’t in for the day. How can you promote being open all week if there is no vet on-site? Very disappointing experience.

Positive experience: The quality of care is satisfactory but the vet visits can be costly. Everytime I have to bring my animals in for a problem, it costs anywhere from $250-$300. I just started requesting prescriptions for any medications I can fill at the "people" pharmacy to save where I can.

Negative experience: Great service, but there were too many add ons I couldn't afford at the time and they were understanding. I got my dog neutered. He was doing amazing. Thank you again for the wonderful service. I'll be returning. Update: I returned to this vet. They still had the wrong information for me and entered my phone number wrong when they updated my info. Last year when I found out my info was wrong, I requested it to be changed and it never was. When I showed up to my appointment, they said I canceled it and tried to send me from my own appointment. I told them I never canceled and they told me to review the information. I told them I requested to change the phone number last year and it should have been changed. They blamed me for a mistake they made and tried to gaslight me. Once they realized they messed up they had to accommodate me. It took me three hours to get seen for an appointment I had a right to in the waiting room. Whats sad is they never listened to me as the customer when I was polite and tried to turn me away because they felt inconvenienced. I had to get firm and let them know about their mistakes and theynlacked accountability and didn't apologize. I apologized for my tone but they could not acknowledge the fact that they messed up. They also had the nerve to put me in the same room my old dog got put to sleep at a couple days prior. The communication here is terrible and the lack of empathy of some clerks and techs is sad. The costs for everything are double than what other vets charge in the AV. Please get quotes for everything at other vets prior to going to this one and they charge you double or more for services.

Fantastic experience: I have great respect for Dr Justin as I was given an immediate appointment for my Siberian who had liver problems on Sunday and given a ultrasound. On Monday I got results and they were great. Love this Vet.

Negative experience: I took my guinea pig in and he was diagnosed with bladder stones. He underwent major surgery to have them removed. I know there are risks associated with any surgery. However, I feel I was not given accurate information regarding his recovery. We got there at 8:00 a.m. and I left him there to have surgery around 11:00. Since it was after 5:00 p.m. that same day and I didn't get an update on his condition I called to check on him because I was extremely worried. I was placed on hold for over an hour only to be told they didn't have an update on his condition yet. I called back at 7:45 p.m. to check in again. I was informed he was out of surgery and everything went well. He stayed the night and I was sent an update in the morning saying that everything looked good and he would be ready to come home later in the day. I got a call at 5:30 p.m. to let me know he was ready to be picked up. It took over an hour after I got there for them to bring him out to me. They said he was alert and vocal and the surgery site looked good. I brought him home to recover. It was obvious he didn't feel well, but I figured it was because it was a major surgery and he was stressed and just needed a quiet space to recover. I checked on him at 1:00 a.m. and he was still alive and resting. By 5:00 a.m. he was dead. My poor baby didn't even survive 10 hours after I brought him home. I don't think he was doing as well as I was led to believe. I won't be taking anymore of my fur babies to this vet.

Positive experience: We've been taking our animals here for a couple years now. We can always get an appointment, even on short notice. The docs seem to really care and the techs and support staff are great! No complaints at all!

Positive experience: Really nice staff but if you have an emergency be ready for spending and spending. Just like most veterinarians There's a sales system to were it's add on after add on. Go to ARC animal hospital. They are really helpful and affordable. If u are really tight on money go to North fuigeroa animal hospital. Gotta wake early but it's worth it. I've gotten surgeries there for 400. Also another dog with allergies I paid 250. They give meds and all. The vet it's been there for 15 years it's a family vet and they help the low income. I've never paid more than 500 for one dog.

Negative experience: I would give it a zero star but it won't let me!!! They spayed my dog and gave her septic and then wanted to charge all these fees to try and get her better and then my dog died a week later!!!! Do not go to them!!!!

Fantastic experience: They took care of my baby doggie the same day with surgery for her poor tooth she busted off somehow below the gum. She was out the same day and 1/2 the cost of the other vegetarian clinics around. Loved them all.

Fantastic experience: Best vet care in the entire AV. Super reasonable prices, cheapest in the Antelope Valley. All the doctors and staff are wonderful and very well educated. Trust this hospital with every need I have. Great customer service and Quick service. No wonder why this hospital is always busy everyone loves them.

Fantastic experience: i drove an hour to come to this place for my pet. the staff is professional and the doctor is passionate about what he does. highly recommend this is your next vet.

Negative experience: I had an appointment for 2:15 pm. I arrived at 1:53 pm checked in. 2 pm place in a room. Waited until 3 pm and decided to leave. It would have been nice for someone to come into the room and provided an update, if they were running behind with appointments or even when we checked in to inform us if they were running behind. I pick this place because it's close to my house but now I will prefer looking for another place. As I was leaving the staff just asked for my pets name to check them off. Even that I was leaving it still would have been nice for someone to apologize for the wait.

Negative experience: They will waste your time with their misdiagnoses and lack of attention to your pet. There are technicians, clerks, and doctors that are constantly rotating out and providing you different opinions/evaluations every time you follow-up with an appointment. They charged me $52 for a bandage that fell off on the same day and on the next day I went back for a replacement, and they told me my pet didn’t need it actually... Their inaccuracies and failure to book-keep doctor notes has made this place hard to come back.

Fantastic experience: I felt comfortable at check in, I was happy the front desk explained the policies of each document i signed, they were friendly and answered my questions. I felt confident in leaving my puppy for his procedure. When picking up they explained aftercare in detail and was able to answer questions. I was very surprised to get a call asking how my puppy was doing and if I had any problems or questions. I would definitely go back but Iam wondering for check ups can the parents go back with their puppies or do I have to stay in the waiting room. My experience was great.

Fantastic experience: These guys are the only people in the antelope valley I trust my animals with, whether it’s vaccines or other medical issues they’ve always been there for me and my animals. I would recommend anyone to the animal medical center in the antelope valley. Well priced and very good with all 4 of my fur babies. Why give your hard earned money to anyone else?

Fantastic experience: Oh man, if it wasn't for Animal Medical Center, I wouldn't have my baby Remy with me anymore. I've had a few procedures done here with them and each time has always been a success. Recently though, a big dog attacked Remy and she had to be taken in on an emergency basis. It was so scary not knowing if she would survive. Not only did AMC provide such spectacular care for my baby that she survived, but the vet techs and the vets all had great bedside manner and tried to provide me with whatever comfort they could in the moment, and it absolutely helped more than they could ever know. All in all, I have AMC to thank for still having my baby Remy here with me, and there's just no price for something like this. Highly recommend for more routine procedures, but also for their top notch emergency services.

Fantastic experience: This is honestly a great freaking hospital I have called literally 9 vet clinics for my fur baby’s and this one is always affordable and I don’t have to wait months to book an appointment I have been coming to this place since 2021 never had a bad experience. Doctors and staff are always amazing no matter how busy they always are, my baby’s always come home safe and healthy.

Fantastic experience: Brought my 6m kitty to get neutered and the experience was amazing fast service and really good price for the whole procedure. Appt was at 8am he was out by 11:30am and he had a very fast recovery almost as if nothing had happened to him. Fantastic experience: Thank you Av AMC, I've brought my baby Boba to you guys since she started her vaccines and every time I've been taken care of with kind and hard working employees. I was hesitant to get her spayed but I decided too (1 yr 3 mo in) and I was so nervous but they reassured me with their personalities and work ethic that she will be well taken care of. Fantastic experience: I followed Dr. David and Paola to this animal hospital after they left another local veterinary clinic. The staff here are always so welcoming and nice. It’s stressful when animals have to come to the vet under urgent circumstances and everyone is always so kind, understanding and non judgmental. All of the doctors are caring and friendly. You can really tell from the overall feel that everyone is passionate to be there. I love the sign in the waiting room too about bringing positive energy into the space. It is reflected in this practice and I won’t take my animals anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: This is my second emergency visit with my pet to this office. Each time I have been very impressed at how efficient and organized the staff face. First of all the staff everyone is extremely friendly and caring. When you first walk in the lobby is full of people and pets, but they tend to the customers quickly. I am extremely happy with the care of my pet has received and I would highly recommend this place for your pet care. This office is run more efficiently than any people doctors office I’ve ever been to.

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough how much i appreciate this vet and their staff. They have been so kind and welcoming. I brought my dog Indie in for a checkup, & the vet was amazing - super knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain everything in detail. Also, would like to add that they did not push any unnecessary tests or treatments which is always super appreciated. The facility itself is clean and well organized & the whole process was smooth and stress free. I'm so glad I found this place.

Fantastic experience: Other than being expensive, the staff and the vet were all very nice and helpful. As far as being expensive, I have yet to find a vet around the valley that's less or even reasonable in costs. I have tried most vets in the area, and every time I'm given my bill, it takes my breath away for a minute. What choice do I have. My pets are part of my family, and I'll go without if I have to knowing they will get better.

Fantastic experience: I took my dog Lamborghini to get his teeth cleaned and extracted, and the staff were very compassionate towards me since it was my first time taking my animal to get anything medical done. Doctor David was understanding and explained the process of the procedure and after care clearly. I felt comfortable to leave my pet in their care. He's now 8 days postop and he's nice and healed and doing great. Thank you guys!

Fantastic experience: I'm so happy and so grateful I found this vet. I traveled 40+ miles each way to get there on more than one occasion, and it was worth every minute, every. mile, every penny. Our Doberman puppy needed surgery and because she has von Willebrand's disease (trouble with blood that does not clot) she has to have a surgical practice which can handle certain blood care and do specific things to keep dogs like this from bleeding too much. Many places do it, sure... but for 3 times the cost!! (8K in LA and 'only' 3K here) In many cases, you get what you pay for i.e. the less expensive something is, the worse the quality. NOT the case here. Quite the opposite. Dr. David Lahijaniha (aka Dr. David) is the really excellent. And I am very detail oriented and critical and I do my research. He is kind, he "gets it" he speaks the truth, is helpful and flexible, he knows what he's doing and explains everything in detail. He is generous and thoughtful about how you are handled as a client / patient. I felt like we were in the very best hands with him. And we were. Our dog had no issues during surgery (meaning they did everything right in prepping her), her scar looks totally normal. They sent us home with medication to keep her out of pain AND calm since she has to stay slow and quiet for a long while, very hard for a Doberman puppy, which Dr. David understood. Since the surgery, all the team have answered questions and requests from me promptly and thoroughly. I have called and written with a few things to ask... it all has gotten handled quickly and kindly. The highest recommendation I can give is this: although I live in LA, and we have a vet there for this dog and our other dog, if I ever again need major medical care for either of them... I will be coming back to the Animal Medical Center of The Antelope Valley and Dr. David. No question about it.

Negative experience: Extremely rude, unexperienced, and lack professionalism. Took my dog to animal medical center, each time they charged me a pretty penny and couldn't figure out what was wrong.They were keep trading him for things she didn't have and she was getting worse and worse by the minute. Took her to another place and they figured out in two minutes.Save your pets time and money, and don't go there.

Fantastic experience: I love this place. I originally took my dog to another Vet down the street from my house because it was convenient (Lancaster) but my dog got sick every time she received shots. This other Vet seemed not to care. I was so irritated with them, but when I found Animal Medical Center, they told me why and gave me an alternative treatment to help offset her reaction to the shots. She was so sick, not eating or drinking. They gave her antibiotics with take-home meds. Also, they diagnosed her with Megaesophagus (after blood work and X-rays) and taught me how to feed her. That was last year. I just recently brought her back for her rabies shot, and the veterinarian (Dr David) was so excited to see how happy and healthy she is now. She could have died if I had kept going to that other veterinarian. This is an excellent place. They really, really care about animals. I wish this was my first choice because my furry baby wouldn't have suffered so much

Fantastic experience: I was visiting a relatives for the week, so of course I brought along my dog family with me. I am not too familiar with the area, so when my male german shepherd started to drastically shed and get patches all over his body , I immediately started to stress. Pets are expensive, especially for emergency care. However, Animal medical care of Antelope Valley eased all my strees away. They didn't overprice me like alot of vets do. But what surprised me the most was there genuine care for my Sheppard.

Negative experience: I took my dog ​​to the hospital because he was sick on January 14th. They did blood tests and x-rays, after 15 days I went back because he was still the same and they admitted him for nothing. I decided to bring him home since they didn't solve anything for me and it turns out that later they called me because something went up in his liver when that happened the first time I took him. Didn't the doctor review those tests? My dog ​​could have had treatment since that time I took him but apparently the doctor didn't do his job well, unfortunately we had to make the decision to put him down since he was expelling all his blood in his feces. The main thing is supposed to be helping the puppies and saving them, but it seems like for you the main thing is that one is paying for so many unnecessary things and it doesn't get to the point.

Fantastic experience: 11/10 recommend this place. Always my go to place for my fur babies needs. He's been having problems with loose stool and they've helped me figure out what allergy has been affecting him. They also got me on the right diet for him. Super grateful for all the help. Staff and front desk actually care and want to be there to help.

Fantastic experience: I have four cats so vet bills can be really expensive thankfully they are very reasonably priced. The vet and his staff was great with my cats. I was able to make an appointment to get all four taken care of at the same appointment which was perfect for me saving me time not having to make so many trips . I definitely will use them as my regular vet.

Fantastic experience: We recently moved and I was very anxious about finding the right vet for my pets. They're frequent visitors due to ongoing health issues, so it was important to find a place where we both felt comfortable and well cared for. After researching several options, I decided to schedule an appointment here, and I'm so glad I did. The staff was incredibly compassionate and attentive from the start. [Insert names if applicable] were especially wonderful, making sure my pet felt at ease and thoroughly explaining everything to me. You can really tell this team is passionate about what they do and takes pride in their care.

Fantastic experience: I brought in my little furry friend because i need an urgent health certificate and update with rabies shot to fly to another state and they helped me find a last minute appointment. They took care of my dog with love which made feel good and secure. I am glad i found a vet that cares for the health of my dog

Negative experience: I took our 2 , 6 month old kittens to be neutered. They told me they had to have there rabies shot at time of surgery so l agreed. My 2 beautiful kitties died within 2 weeks of there surgery. They died of Provo. They were both indoor cats I thought l was protecting them from the outside world. Being we live by a lot of fields. One died first after 8 days then the other about 14 days later. I lost them both. I miss my 2 babies. I got them at 3 weeks and were very healthy, till l took them to this terrible place. We brought the second one home to try and save her. But she died anyway. They got it there.

Fantastic experience: Great hospital, excellent vet, and very helpful and friendly staff! They were able to fit my boy in their busy schedule, when I had been calling vets for 3 days for an emergency with my goat! They are a multi species facility and I am so glad to have found them!

Negative experience: This place is a joke! I called to find out how much it would cost to have my dog out down. She asked me the reason (fair) I explained that she is a 10 yo Great Dane, her own vet recently diagnosed a large tumor on her liver, she has lost 22 lbs in 7 days due to food refusal, she looks like a skeleton, I have had to feed her with a turkey baster and she throws up. The $163 in meds I just bought are NOT helping. She hasn’t had a bowel movement in 5 days, she fell down on my tile floor and couldn’t get up and was laying in her own vomit. She then proceeds to tell me that I will have to pay $50 so their vet could do a “quality of life evaluation” just seeing my dog would be obvious to anyone but it’s always about money with these places. My vet was unable to do out her down in a timely manner so I was trying to call around and just find somewhere that was not a ridiculous price. My dog is like my child I would never just want to put her down for no good reason. Shameful

Fantastic experience: We moved from Arizona recently and I was very worried about finding a good vet for Reagan. He is a frequent visitor due to his year-round allergies, so it needed to he somewhere that we both felt right about. I looked up a lot of places and decided to make an appointment here. So glad I did. Hailey was the tech and I believe the vet was Elana? (Sorry) they were both amazing. The whole office was. You can tell they love animals and take pride in what they do.

Fantastic experience: I Couldn’t be happier. My cat sissy Lala was very very sick and the lovely gentleman who was her doctor for the day. Adam administered two shots and sent home the right Rx. She is doing great!! A total different cat, playful, happy and very affectionate. Which she hasn’t been in a long time. I heard her meow for the first time in a while. I love this place and look forward to bringing in my other dogs and cats as well.
