Fantastic experience: This is a great place to take your pets too! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The doctors treat your pets with such kindness and understand them when they are anxious and scared. My goldendoodle is a mama's girl and will growl at anyone coming close to me (I think she is protecting me) the staff and doctors understand her feelings and will take her into another room away from me and then she is just fine. I think they are amazing and sincerely treat you pets with love and understanding.

My Chico has a pretty bad tooth and heart murmur needs to get checked before we can do any dental work. Glad we got this news now so we can take care of it and not have to worry about it later on

Negative experience: Took our dog Hazel there couple times same issue. Gave us an antibiotic came back again. Dropped urine off YESTERDAY morning and called before close cuz no response before they close Paid 75.00 mind you. She still sick. PICK ANOTHER VETERAN

Fantastic experience: I absolutely LOVE everyone I’ve come in contact with here. My appointment was toward the end of the day & they were a bit behind but part of that was due to a new computer system they very recently got. They are very caring, listened to concerns I had & I did not feel a bit rushed even though they were behind.

The medical care our pets receive is top-notch and it's obvious that the health of our pets is top priority at this clinic. We are very happy that we gave New Haven Pet Hospital a try. Update: We had our first experience of visiting New Haven Pet Hospital under the new coronavirus restrictions. We didn't know what to expect and were a little nervous but everything went very well. We were positively amazed at how organized everyone was. The vet assistants were working their tails off running back and forth picking up pets, bringing paperwork to the car, returning pets, etc. All the while, they were very friendly, pleasant, professional and courteous. This really helped ease our minds. The veterinarian was so kind and helpful when she called to tell us how the exam went and she couldn't have been more helpful. I want to thank everyone involved in our visit. This new situation must be very difficult and stressful for the vets, the assistants, the front desk people and the groomers but everyone worked together and we want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your dedication and your hard work. Fantastic experience: I have never had a Doctor and Staff spend so much time on me and my pet. Outstanding care, outstanding communication! DR. Eisenhauer examined my dog thoroughly and provided great feedback. I highly recommend!

Positive experience: Would have rated a 5 as staff was pleasant, technicians seemed knowledgeable and the vet was patient and thorough. However, was not seen until more than 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Cost was reasonable considering services performed and medications given.

Positive experience: The facilities were nice and the staff were great and helpful. They are still on paper and transitioning to electronic files so the visit took much longer than other vets I've been to. Costs were pretty normal to other places I've been.

Fantastic experience: I am willing to pay a little more to take my animals to NHPH. Dr Patrick is straight forward while being extremely compassionate. She does her best to make sure you have all the information on how medical issues will progress and what is the best course of treatment. My pets and I have been blessed to have a long standing relationship of 23 years with Dr. Patrick. She is helping me maintain a good quality of life for my newest baby Fluffy. I adopted her no July 24th and unfortunately she has late stage cancer. I have 100% faith that Dr. Patrick will help me provide the best life for Fluffy. All of the assistants and techs are also very compassionate. Even in a stressful event they make sure to make you and your pet as comfortable as they possibly can.

Fantastic experience: The dental surgical care Dr. Krish provided for our greyhound at New Haven Pet Hospital was outstanding, she came through the surgery quite well and Dr. Krish explained all surgery options and outcomes in a sensitive and beneficially care based manner.

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff and Dr's. They took great care of my newly adopted kitten who came home with a respiratory infection and watery eyes from the shelter! Great prices too!!! Highly recommend for any animal care needs. ❤️

My poor dog has been itching, and licking, and chewing at himself. Dr. Krish saw him, and got him on medication. One day later, the scratching has substantially lessened. Fantastic experience: They’re usually really busy but super accommodating. Dr. Harris is great! The whole staff is wonderful and they’re so good with our pitbull. She gets anxious around other dogs and she is a big baby so they have a side entrance for dogs that have anxiety around other animals which is really helpful. Thank you so so so much!

Fantastic experience: Dr Patrick is THE BEST. She’s knowledgeable, kind and professional. She doesn’t fear monger but has kept it as cut and dry as possible. I also greatly appreciate that they do not use plug ins or other air freshener devices to hide the smell of animals. It’s a vet-I’d expect it to smell like animals and the plugins are awful for animals anyways!

Fantastic experience: I have brought both of my Dachshunds to New Haven Pet Hospital since 2016, and I will never go anywhere else! They have always been so gracious and kind to both me and my animals. The staff are especially kind to me when I would get anxious or upset about my pet's situation. They are always so thorough when examining, and take the time to explain the situation in terms I can actually understand. I never have to worry that they are just after the next $$. They have always looked out for me by offering me different options to choose from, when I was on a low budget, and told me what they would genuinely recommend even if it was over budget. They are beyond trust worthy! I can't pick a favorite doctor because I see whoever is available, but they are all incredible. I could go on and on about how this is the best Vet office in Fort Wayne/New Haven area! Very grateful to have them!

Positive experience: I’ve been bring my pets to New Haven Hospital for many years and it seems every time I visit the past couple of years prices of things keep going up like on simple things like nail trimming? And flea preventative I get that prices will rise but every other month?

The Doctor and the Vet tech went above and beyond to make sure a terrible thing wasn't as terrible. I was thankful for them. Positive experience: The Exotic Vet is amazing. My only complaint would be the wait time. I have a bearded dragon that requires heat for survival, and with this location being an hour from me I’m already traveling 2 hours round trip, then have to wait almost an hour for a 10 minute appointment. I get it, they are very busy, and everyone is very professional, but as a reptile owner it’s dangerous for my animal to be out of his heat for more than 3 hours, so getting in and out would be nice for their safety. I do bring heat with me (heating pad) to help as much as I can because I know the travel is an issue. Other than that I like the location overall. I am limited on vets for my reptile so it is nice to have one available.

Fantastic experience: I brought in my cat who’s usually frightened and fights being touched. Dr Patrick and Ashley handled Holly with great care. Holly was relaxed and not combative. The ladies did a superb job. I will be back Tina D

Negative experience: My dogs went to this vet for about two years, but my experience with the vet tech/reception staff has declined significantly. One of my dogs is epileptic and needs medication refills through the pharmacy called in from time to time. A few months ago (I have since switched vets) I called to have refills sent to the pharmacy. I called for the first time on Thursday and was told they would call it in. Friday afternoon I checked with the pharmacy and was told there were no refills. I called the vet office again, and I was told it was already called in and to “wait for CVS to check their voicemail.” By Monday, I was very worried because my dog was running low on his medication and I was afraid of him missing a dose and it triggering a seizure. I called again Monday, and was treated very poorly by the tech that answered the phone and got no help. I called CVS again, because the tech insisted it was already called in. CVS still said they didn’t have it. I called the vet office AGAIN, and they transferred me from the front desk to my actual vet who again reiterated that it was already called in. Finally, Tuesday I called CVS and got through to a tech who told me they never received a call for refills. I started crying out of the pure frustration and worry for my pet. The CVS TECH had to call the VET TECHS (God Bless that pharmacy tech’s heart at that CVS) to confirm the refills because New Haven Pet Hospital wouldn’t help to care for THEIR PATIENT. CVS deals with a significantly higher volume of patients needing medications, and yet it was a CVS tech who went out of her way to make sure my dog got the medication he needed, and not our vet or her office. I have had several issues with techs at New Haven Pet Hospital being rude or unhelpful, but this was unacceptable. Calling to get through to CVS is a lengthy process, and all in all I would hate to know how much time I wasted trying to get through to the pharmacy because my vet office refused to do their due diligence (literally just follow up after DAYS to help your patient.) I have switched vets and I am so relieved to be treated well by the vet and the staff, and to know that my dogs will be cared for. Funnily enough, I called and requested my records be emailed to the new vet. I was told that would be no problem, but those records were never sent. That tracks for them, though.

Fantastic experience: I love New Haven Pet Hospital and take all 5 of our animals there. Their staff is wonderful and their pricing is fair and upfront. I wouldn't take our animals anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: I so wish I could’ve kept my pets here, but sadly we moved to a different city and couldn’t make the drive anymore. Great prices, friendly and inviting staff, amazing with my exotic pets and my dogs. Staff was supportive and understanding while helping me figure out my senior dog’s heart condition and kept up on his special check ups. 10/10 recommend them for your pet care needs!
