Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this vet clinic! Each and everyone from the front desk to the Veterinarian take great care of my fur baby! Especially our tech and Dr. Robinson. They both took the time to really explain what was going on with my Dartagnan. I love the pricing too ! Thanks again

Fantastic experience: This clinic was recommended by our regular office since I needed a same day appointment. The office was clean, office staff was respectful of the time for appointments. They treated my big outdoor dog with respect. They listened to my financial situation as a single mom, and made the bill fit my budget.

Fantastic experience: They are an amazing team. My baby doggie has a seizure disorder and they took such great care him and our new puppy.

Negative experience: Went in today; my dog tested positive for parvo. They suggested all kinds of things and said there was a good chance he'd make it, that these treatments were the best. I agreed to their suggestions. As they were injecting him, his head was weak and body limp; his temperature had dropped more. They still went ahead and injected him. As we were backing out, I asked my husband to stop because my dog was dead. I walked back in with my dog in my arms, and the veterinarian said he still had a heartbeat, yet his head and body were limp. I said my dog was dying. She asked if I wanted to euthanize him. I said, "You just charged me $836.88 for a treatment that you said works very well, and my dog is dying." I walked out, and my dog died in my arms not more than 10 minutes later. I called and asked for a partial refund, and I was told that the manager would get back to me. If they would have said, "Look at him, he looks like he might not make it," I would have thought of euthanization and not had my dog and us suffer seeing him die in my arms. But the truth is, they only cared about the money, on selling food, IV fluid, nausea injections, and a vaccine that alone cost $440.00.

Negative experience: Personnel do not follow up on their return calls, I disputed a charge and nothing resolved , they don’t value customers. DO NOT deal with them. Been a customer for years no longer will they get my business. Like if they care anyway!!!!

My dog was very scared and timid when we first arrived, but after the vet tech was able to get her comfortable. The vet was also very kind. This is our new vet office now!

Fantastic experience: Very professional and caring. Our dogs actually like coming to the vet. They make sure that you know what they’re doing and why. They are very gentle and make sure that you understand what is wrong with your pet (if there is anything) and they explain the problem and help you know what is the best treatment for the pet.The price is not going to break the bank either very reasonable. I am so glad that we found out about this veterinary clinic a few years ago, wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I rescued a stray female kitten in our neighborhood. We call her 'Linda.' She needed to be fixed but all the vets close to me wanted to charge $200-300 to spay her. I had seen other people mention China Grove Vet and not just that they were affordable but that they had a nice staff. I called and got an appointment fairly quickly. Drop off was super simple, staff was friendly. They gave me a call to let me know that Linda did great during her surgery (which put my mind at ease) and was told I could pick her up at 3:15p. Pick up was super smooth and quick. She was a bit groggy, which is totally normal, but now she's back to her usual self and healing beautifully! The stitches job was amazing (I have seen some really botched stitch jobs before) and it was less that $150! Highly recommend!

Negative experience: Their prices are better than most veterinary practices in the area, but you do get what you pay for. Dr. Esparza sucks as a veterinarian. He just goes through the motions and rushes through the appointment and forgets details regarding his diagnosis. He went on and on telling us how our dog would need surgery, only to have the tech come in a few minutes later to tell us that our dog had a level IV heart murmur. Shouldn’t this have been disclosed before beginning the conversation about surgery? He should know better. I will be taking my pets to another practice.

Fantastic experience: Not knowing what was going on with my Cavalier after he & his siblings ate a pack of raw bacon after raiding the trash had me stressed beyond belief. He had awful bloody poos, was licking his bum raw and was all around miserable. We were worried it was salt poisoning or possibly pancreatitis because of his size. China Grove was so kind & quick to help get my boy back to his bouncy energetic self without charging us and arm and a leg. Thank you!!

I found a rescuer that would help them and quickly became a mediator getting them ready for boarding. This is where China Grove Vet came to the rescue! Fantastic experience: China Grove Veterinary Clinic is our choice for our two chihuahuas, Pepita and Basil. We have gone here in the past due to fostering and really enjoyed the experience. They are so friendly, informative and provide clear procedures and quotes for all they do. They provided us options for our dog's health and a plan towards making sure our senior rescue dog heart and kidney issues are managed first. We also love the convenience of their online pharmacy for her medications and prescription dog food. We recommend checking out their website for their services and they also do a low cost vaccines that can also be found online.

Fantastic experience: The clinic was very through from start to finish. My cat got a pretty deep wound after being out all night and I had to take him to get emergency stitches. After they opened up I took him to China Grove. The office staff, Veterinary, and techs were all very helpful. The prices were affordable. The Veterinarian was very thorough and spent some time with me to understand the issue and explain everything. They did not do any unnecessary procedures and explained how to take care of my cat at home. I would highly recommend this vet clinic!

Fantastic experience: I owe China Grove Clinic a great debt of gratitude, they took great care of my Lacey when she passed despite not having been a regular patient. She was a Great Dane and passed away here at home, we didnt quite know what to do as we wanted to have her cremated. We were able to take her to the clinic and the amazing workers/ladies carried her into the office for us and handled our needs with the utmost compassion. They said they'd have her back to us in 2 weeks but had it done in 1, she came home in a beautiful arrangment with a paw print mold and card. Today I recieved this sympathy card in the mail from the ladies there at the clinic and I cant express how appreciative I am to each and every one of them. They made this difficult process so much easier, if I could give them 100 stars it still would not be enough. Thank you to everyone there at office, I am forever grateful. ✝️❤️

Negative experience: I really dislike the customer service here. They make a lot of mistakes and expect you to pay for their mistakes. I don’t recommend them. The manager is also very rude and is dismissive. Hopefully the owner sees this and makes improvements in her staff.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I go to China Grove Veterinary Clinic for the care of our pets, Lulu (17-year old Chihuahua) and Lilly (7-year old Chiweene). At this clinic, they have received a variety of care, from regular check-ups to surgeries. All of the staff have always been friendly, courteous, and extremely customer oriented. Dr. Noble is incredibly experienced and knowledgeable. Her diagnoses and treatments have always been spot-on and effective. I highly recommend this clinic for all your vet needs. You will be glad you took your pets there.

Fantastic experience: we took our dog in for “the surgery”, and had an overall great experience. the facility is clean, the employees are all caring and knowledgeable. they were able to do an exam during that same appointment, which was win for us. i have young children, so being able to take care of multiple things during one visit was very helpful. they will be our go to with any future vet needs.

Fantastic experience: We were recomended to use China Grove Veterinary Clinic by some friends. We called them and got an appointment to have our new pet, a 1 YR old female Dog to be spayed. We arrived early one morning and was treated very politely and professionally. The surgery went well, was giving good care instructions. Her surgery site healed up real quick and she recupperated real quick. Thanks to the whole Staff. And we will be using China Grove Vet Clinc as our 2 dogs treatment Clinic.

I had my semi-feral cat spayed last Tuesday- she is doing great, doesn't seem like she even had a procedure done on her. She is healing really good. I would prefer to use this vet, even though it is 25 miles from my home. Better prices and great staff!

Fantastic experience: It was our first visit to the clinic and the staff were very friendly and polite. The receptionist (Mattie) was very thorough and patient through my multiple phone calls and questions leading up to the appointment. The entire process went smoothly and my dog was ready to pick up well before expected, which was great! The price for the procedure was very affordable and included pain medication as well as a free nail trim. I was very impressed with this office and I will definitely recommend to anyone needing any type of veterinary needs!

Fantastic experience: I just recently adopted my first puppy and unfortunately she came home with a respiratory infection from the shelter. After calling around numerous clinics in my area, this clinic had the best customer service over the phone with quoted prices that were well within my budget as a young adult. We brought her to her first appointment and they handled my baby with so much care and were very helpful with any questions I had. I did wait in the lobby for quite some time, which was understandable because they were a bit busy! But once they had a room available, Luna and I were in and out with the antibiotics she needed at an affordable price. I am bringing her in again soon for her re check and they were very kind enough to try and work with my schedule as much as possible to make sure we got her in asap at a time that was convenient for me. I will definitely be sticking with them moving forward.

Negative experience: went in person yesterday to set up an appointment for my pets to be fixed. I even brought the younger puppy with me to make sure everything was good to go. The appointment was confirmed on the spot. This morning, I showed up for the procedure, only to be told she isn’t old enough. So why was I told it was fine yesterday? That kind of miscommunication is more than just frustrating — it’s careless. It wasted my time and needlessly exposed my pets to stress and risk. To make matters worse, while I was there, an elderly man was being told he needed to take his pet elsewhere. Apparently, China Grove Vet doesn’t have the facilities to help in serious situations. It was absolutely heartbreaking to witness. If all this clinic can handle is basic shots and routine procedures, then it needs to be transparent about that. People come here trusting their pets will be cared for — not turned away or given inaccurate information. China Grove Veterinary Clinic needs to do better.

Fantastic experience: From the standard Vet office, to their mobile shots clinic, this establishment has been instrumental to keeping our rescues healthy and on regular vaccination schedules. Honestly couldn't help all the dogs we do without these critical services at these lower than average costs. Staff is always friendly and the doctors are outstanding.

Fantastic experience: This place is clean, the staff is friendly, the vet tech and veterinarian were helpful and knowledgeable I have s high anxiety dog, and they worked well with him. My only complaint was the wait, keeping a high anxiety dog waiting over 45 minutes is really tough on him, his meds were wearing off and I had concerns. He did well. Just be prepared the place is busy and there might be a wait.

She seems very honest, knowledgable and relaxed enough to put me and my pet at ease. She has helped me with one of my cats and made the experience as easy as possible. Positive experience: They're good, but service there is hit and miss. The last time it took a committee meeting to figure out what we were trying to order. Then later when they were refilling my drink, which was Pepsi Zero. They brought back some warm tea that was mixed with my Pepsi Zero. That didn't taste good at all. The food was good, but that's about the only thing.

Fantastic experience: I had our pup, Deelia, spayed last week here. Deelia came to us from Austin, TX, where my daughter lived before she passed last summer. I was able to adopt Deelia, and her brother, Dwight and brought them to San Antonio with me. Finding a great vet for them has been stressful, and due to the circumstances, I always have their care in mind. I was referred here by a friend, and I can only say great things about the people who work here. The young ladies up front took excellent care of Deelia, and her post-op care was explained to me in great detail. Deelia is doing fine, and she’s on the mend quicker than I expected. My daughter was an amazing person and loved animals. Her pups were like her own kids. I know she’s proud of me for finding them a great vet. The facility is clean and the staff is very nice. They answered all my questions in detail, and treated Deelia so good. Thank you all for your amazing services and for easing my worries!

They did an excellent job. Today was my first time using a mobile vet clinic. I brought my 7 puppies to have their first round of vaccines. They were fast, helpful, and caring toward all of them. I will definately use them again and recommend them to anyone looking to get vaccines done.

Fantastic experience: I was nervous to take my new 2yo cat to a vet due to pricing, and my cat gets very nervous being out of the house. However, this place made me feel comfortable and was very straight forward on pricing. Very affordable, and my cat was nervous, but eventually got comfortable towards the end. Fantastic experience: Ever since I first took my dog here 3 years ago, I have always had the best experiences. The staff is always very friendly, informative and efficient. My dog recently got injured and I was extremely concerned about the severity. Initially I took him to the emergency vet where there was a 4-6 hour wait. I decided to take him home for the night so he could be more comfortable. The next morning I called China Grove Vet right when they opened to see if they would be able to see him and immediately they squeezed us in for 9 am that day. I arrived a couple minutes early and they took us to a room right away. We were there max one hour and Dr. Kronewetter was amazing, her professionalism and knowledge really put me at ease. I also love how affordable everything is from medication to annual checkups to neutering surgery! I moved to the Rim area but the 30 minute drive is absolutely worth it for us.

Negative experience: I'm giving a one star, they fail to tell you that after you schedule, they will call and text you the day before and if you don't confirm the appointment the day before by 3pm they remove it. I was unable to be at my phone that time and they went and cancelled my appointment that I had set for 4 weeks. Trifling. I called the morning of and they couldn't even fit me in into my previous appointment slot either. And wanted to schedule me again for 15 days out. At least warn people when you schedule an appointment. Not everyone has access to their phones on a work day like that all day. Can't believe I have to spell that out.
