Fantastic experience: Losing Pearl was one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do. The day we said goodbye was quiet and there honestly wasn’t a lot of talking — but every single person there was kind, gentle, and respectful. In a moment where everything feels heavy and overwhelming, that calmness meant more than I can explain. What has truly stayed with me, though, is what happened after. Since that day, I’ve received little pieces of mail and thoughtful gestures that have shown me just how much they genuinely care. Each one has made me cry — but in a healing way. Grief is hard and unpredictable, and those small acts of remembrance have felt like someone softly saying, “We remember her too.” It’s one thing to be professional. It’s another to be compassionate beyond the appointment itself. The continued kindness has been such a blessing to me and has helped me feel less alone in my grief. Thank you for treating Pearl with dignity and for caring about the humans left behind.

Fantastic experience: I got to say. I was pleasantly surprised how sincere, genuine and accommodating everyone is. Dr. Burke was very thorough at explaining the procedures and her spirit was very kind and has a very confident demeanor. Definitely made me feel 100% confident in her performing my puppy’s love purse string suture and in the very near future Galaxie’s colopexy. Definitely has put my worries to ease. I also appreciate her blunt honesty of worse case scenarios with seeming mean or cold about it. Chelsea was beyond accommodating. Had some hiccups with cherry payment plan and she went above and beyond to try to find other options. It all worked out in the end. Lastly Abbey and McKenna were extremely pleasant and helpful as well. I noticed how they interacted with every pet and pet owner that walked in. Very welcoming and friendly. The staff here definitely know who to make you feel comfortable. The whole staff have a really sincere caring energy. Oh yea for an Urgent care their pretty reasonably price. Made a few other calls to check out prices. They couldn’t compare to Tulsa Animal Urgent care. I would definitely recommend considering bringing your fur babies to TAUC. You won’t be disappointed! Again thank you Dr. Burke, Abbey, Chelsea and McKenna! Hands down the best experience I’ve ever experienced when it comes to down to Urgent care clinics for pets.

Fantastic experience: After a very unprofessional emergency vet experience across town in South Tulsa, we hopefully made our way to Tulsa Animal Urgent Care. We had already spent two hours to get to our appointment at vet#1 when we were told we would then need to wait for five to seven hours just for testing. Never mind treatment! Also at vet#1 my dog kept getting pulled around by her neck, nearly dragged, and I explained more than once all one has to do is say, "Come" and she will follow. What a difference in atmosphere once we arrived at Tulsa Animal Urgent Care. They made only one promise if we came - to do their best. Immediately upon arrival, common sense questions and loving attitudes abounded from the entire staff! We were lead to an exam room quickly and they lead my dog around with love and care and no direction was even needed from me. Our girl, a standard poodle, was very ill despite her good attitude and Dr. Burke immediately made her feel confortable and loved. After a thorough exam, Dr. Burke made suggestions for testing and quickly delivered the results. Dr. Burke's plan for treatment involved leaving our pampered pooch behind for several hours for IV meds; leaving our dog behind is not something we would normally do. We did so with absolutely no worries and knowing she would have the very best of care. The treatment plan worked and additional testing proved we could take our girl home with us and we did so even an hour earlier than expected. The staff even went the extra mile to take our poodle out to potty before our long trip home so she would be as comfortable as possible. Essentially, in the course of what would have been a day hoping to be seen with vet#1, our dog was seen, loved on, diagnosed properly, treated, and back in her own bed before day's end thanks to Tulsa Animal Urgent Care. We are so, so grateful to Dr. Rachel Burke, her assistant and the staff! Justin, Lorie & Amelia

Fantastic experience: Took our little shichon in for what looked like open wounds on the back of his paws, they were able to get him seen. As a walk in clinic, we waited a total of about 2 hours. They offer free drinks and entertainment while you wait. The staff was very kind and professional while giving Milo all love while in their care. We loved how knowledgeable the doc was when answering our questions as well!

Fantastic experience: Wonderful place! They’re so kind and comforting in a very stressful health issue with our cat. They took great care of our boy, Dax, and were very helpful in letting us know all of our payment options. Highly recommend to anyone, especially in emergency care situations!

Fantastic experience: My Leeloo had to have emergency surgery after her uterus burst. The staff here was fantastic and very informative. As with any medical emergency you can expect to pay a bit extra but you can’t put a price on the life of your furbaby. Thank you for saving my babies life. She and her babies are doing fantastic.

Fantastic experience: I brought my dog Bebe in because she wasn't using the bathroom. I assumed correctly it was a UTI but had reservations because the last time I was here with other dog Bandit, the found out he had cancer and he shortly passed away. The directness and surety provided was unmatched! I will gladly bring Bebe and my other doggy here. Thank you Dr. Johnson and nurse Karissa!

Fantastic experience: Excellent service!! The front desk was helpful and kind. Dr. Dyer listened, asked questions, took her time and her care was thorough. Dr. Dyer is an excellent vet. Everyone present was very professional and my cat was seen and helped very quickly.

Fantastic experience: Our boy all of the sudden took a turn for the worse. We called our vet Dr A and they told us to call Tulsa Animal Urgent Care. We are so glad we did. It was the end of our boys life and they were so amazing at taking care of him and us. It was such an emotional time and they were very understanding. Fantastic experience: My dog was sick so I brought her in and found it was hookworms. Everyone was extremely kind and informative about treatment and next steps. I would highly recommend coming here and would use them again for future urgent care needs.

Fantastic experience: First time here. Quick service. Fair prices. Vet was more apprehensive than the tech that took him back but she warmed up to King during the exam. One last note I took him outside to go to potty before being seen, he led me back inside right to the exam room he came from so take with that what you will but it surprised me because he doesn’t do that at his normal vets he normally cant wait to leave lol

Negative experience: I previously had a review on here that gave them 5 stars based on price and convivence and service. Unfortunately, they have really upped their prices to the point it's not worth going there for me and my pets anymore. Maybe if I had no other choice now. It's not even just the office visit that is more expensive. They charged me double (DOUBLE) the amount of a prescription medication that I could could have gotten for half the price on, say, Chewy. I should have asked them to price match. I do regret going here, because that doesn't seem like treating pet families right. What exactly are folks paying that extra price for? Raising the price of the office visit is one thing but the medication itself? Even my vet didn't charge that much for the same thing/brand (which I have gotten for a different pet, so I know what it should cost now).

Fantastic experience: I had to go in today for an emergency visit with my kitty cat. And they went above and beyond to make sure my cat and I were taken care of. I was having a panic attack and stressing but they were amazingly comforting and helped me with my cat. Fantastic staff! Would 100/10 recommend

Fantastic experience: I’m so thankful I chose to take my dog Pretzel to Tulsa animal urgent care. Dr Johnson and his team performed an emergency surgery for a twisted stomach and saved his life. I was in crisis mode when I arrived and the team was able to explain to me everything that was going on and the urgency. Pretzel is one day post op and doing great.

Negative experience: DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE! Unrealistic with their treatment plan and overly priced. We brought our dog in for a deep cut on her paw. At first, they tried to charge us over $750 and told us they couldn't treat her same day and to come back another day. When we mentioned we needed to see if we could make that work financially, they proceeded to be very pushy and said we shouldn't leave without her being treated and they would come down a little on price. We went to get a second opinion that same day. Not only was Tulsa animal urgent care wrong about what our lab needed, they were about $600 over priced what her treatment should be. It was $116 to get her looked at and pay for a bandage and a cone lol. The other place which I highly recommend in Owasso was $95 total to be consulted, and get the appropriate treatment and get her cut stapled and antibiotics. None of which was even mentioned at this urgent care. Take your dogs elsewhere for a better experience, proper care, and to not get taken advantage of on price!!!

Fantastic experience: I seriously cannot overstate how wonderful the people here are. We’ve driven in from Inola after hours two times when our regular vet’s office was closed. We were seen promptly, treated compassionately, and billed fairly.

Fantastic experience: I will now be using Dr. Caruso, Dr. Burke, McKenna, Delani and G as my full time vet care team. They are absolutely amazing, caring and the worked to help me when they didn't have to do so. The prices are NOT exaggerated since it's an "urgent care" office. I would recommend them to everyone!

Fantastic experience: They where so nice and professional. Our issue was small but we werent even in their for 15 minutes. Walk in, check in, go to room, they took pup back, bring pup back not even 2 minutes later and boom out the door.

Positive experience: Overall it was ok. Strange start. Walked into a "what's up?". Then I had to weigh my own dog and call out the weight from half way across the waiting room. I'm used to staff walking over with you. Got me into a room quickly. Hour wait to see doctor. Hour after that to get prognosis. Vet was nice.

Fantastic experience: Today we had to say goodbye by to Simon. The team at Animal Urgent Care was compassionate and thorough in their expertise and treatment, helping us with Simon’s medical needs until now. Dr Rachael Burke and the whole staff were caring and supportive and sad to see Simon go as well. We do highly recommend Animal Urgent Care for all your fur families needs. Got me in a room immediately, and while there was a small wait, because it’s an emergency vet and my cat was not in a dire situation, they had a TV, plus drinks while i waited! They were very fast for an urgent care vet, and they explained everything and all of my options in such detail, i appreciate such amazing communication!! Fantastic experience: This place is an amazing emergency medical center for your pets. The people and the level of care are the best that you can find anywhere. They are also open later than other typical vets. We needed their emergency services at 8 pm on a Sunday. We called them on our way there and they were waiting at the door for us. If you are a pet owner you should have this place’s phone number and location saved in your contacts just in case.

Dr Burke came in and explained to me everything that was going on, she was very comforting and informative! Delaney came in several times and explained what was happening next, she was very caring! Fantastic experience: The people working here deserve actual praise. The ladies at the front are super nice, and we're more than patient when I was being an ass. They got my puppy checked out almost immediately, made sure I knew he was gonna be okay, and even worked with me on the price. The vet came in, sat down with me to talk and made sure I really understood my options. Despite me being a pretty crappy customer, they treated Gator and I really well and if I ever need an emergency vet again it will undoubtedly be these guys.

My cat just had to have surgery to fix his inverted eyelid, and Dr. Burke and the vet tech McKenna made sure the process was as stress free as possible for myself and my kitty. Fantastic experience: I brought my two dogs in for eating chicken bones, one of which is aggressive. They handled my aggressive dog amazingly, they were patient and understanding with him. The vet and staff were fantastic. We were in and out in 45 minutes. The price is very reasonable compared to other emergency clinics. I 100% recommend them!

Fantastic experience: I recently brought in one of my dogs. Our regular vet hadn’t figured out what was wrong with his legs even though he had been limping off and on for months. I brought him to Tulsa Animal Urgent Care and they quickly identified the problem. He does need knee surgery and has arthritis. I’m glad to finally know what’s wrong and have a plan to help him feel better soon. Their prices are the best around for the surgery too

Fantastic experience: We rescued a stray cat we saw get hit by a car, and brought her in the next morning on a recommendation from our regular vet office. This is our first time ever using a pet urgent care. Dr. Johnson came in and thoroughly examined her, and explained what our options were. He answered all our questions honestly and was empathetic. The nurse and receptionist were also great, they were very kind, welcoming and supportive. We decided on a splint for her broken leg, and are so thankful and grateful to get her seen today.

The staff does a great job making unpleasant times a little more manageable and comfortable. Fantastic experience: My 1st experience with these wonderful people was about 8 months ago when my silly Dane decided cat toys sounded great for breakfast. Now we are here today because silicone cupcake cups were just too good to leave alone. 16 of them. I wouldn't take my animals anywhere else for these urgent occurrences. These guys are GREAT.

When I was faced with the most heartbreaking decision of my life—helping my sweet pup cross the rainbow bridge—they treated both of us with a level of kindness, dignity, and genuine empathy that I will never forget. From the moment we walked in, they made sure my dog was comfortable, calm, and surrounded by love. They explained every step gently, gave me all the time I needed, and never once made me feel rushed. Saying goodbye is something no pet parent is ever prepared for, but Tulsa Animal Urgent Care did everything they could to make this painful experience a little easier. Fantastic experience: Our sweet Trixie had a growth on her leg that suddenly started getting bigger and our normal vet couldn’t get her in right away, so they recommended that we come here! We were seen right away, the vet and the techs were all super nice and very informative. We went home with answers, ointment, and a cone of shame! This will forever be our after-hours vet, or anytime we can’t get into our primary care ☺️.

Fantastic experience: When we realized our sweet mama cat Mittens wasn’t eating we tried to get into our vet at Forest Trails…but because of scheduling, they could not see her until the next day and so then we were referred to Tulsa Animal Urgent Care to get her seen quickly. And thank goodness we opted to take her in. She ended up having an infection that was life threatening and needing immediate attention leading to surgery. If we had not gotten her in right then, she would not be with us today. The staff was just the most amazing group of people. Friendly and caring. Especially Dr Evan’s!!! She is one in a million. We have never had a vet like her. She immediately took interest and predicted what was wrong. She was spot on. She knows her stuff. Very impressive. She patiently walked us through what she needed to do and what choices we had including what it would cost. She was extremely personable to us and cared for our sweet girl like she was her own. She kept in contact as we waited for surgery and followed up after surgery. She opted to run another test before the surgery and found that one of Mittens kidney levels had spiked. She delayed the surgery to correct it. So thorough. She even sat down on the bench with us at pick up and showed us pictures from the surgery. We have never had such a traumatic situation with an animal go so smoothly and feel so confident they are getting the best care. They get the highest recommendation I can possibly give!!!!!! Well done Tulsa Animal Urgent Care!

Fantastic experience: Picture this: I come home from a long day of work—sore, exhausted, ready to collapse—and walk into what looks like the aftermath of a wild party I wasn’t invited to. The living room is trashed, my spouse is sprinting around in a panic, the dog is whining downstairs… and then I see it: a hole in the ceiling. Turns out, a raccoon fell through. The dog immediately went into battle mode. It was one-sided for about a minute, and then… not so much. Once everyone was finally separated and we realized our poor pup had a puncture wound and some scratches, I called my vet, who recommended Tulsa Animal Urgent Care. We showed up with no appointment and were checked in right away. The waiting room was empty, so I thought we’d be seen quickly, but it ended up taking about an hour before the vet came in. Once they did, though, everything moved smoothly. They were calm, kind, and reassuring—confirmed that what I’d done at home was the right move, treated the wound, updated his vaccine, and got us out without any unnecessary stress. The biggest surprise? The bill. For an urgent care visit, wound treatment, and a vaccine, the total was shockingly reasonable. All in all, 10/10. The staff was competent, kind, and do their jobs well—which is really all you want when your dog loses a fight with a raccoon that fell through your ceiling...

Fantastic experience: We were very impressed with Tulsa Animal Urgent Care. It was our first time using them, as our toy Yorkie Cooper came down with a serious issue all of a sudden. Dr. Johnson was very compassionate and handled the situation as good as we could have possibly asked. I would highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing team. If I could give this office 6/5 stars I would! My husband and I stopped here because we were concerned that our dog had developed a UTI. We were on day 2 of driving across the country for a move. I walked into the clinic at ~6pm, informing them of the situation and my dog’s history of reactivity. The tech swiftly moved us to an exam room to prevent any stress for my dog. I only waited maybe 15 minutes before a tech came in and got a history. Shortly after the veterinarian came in. They were so patient and kind with my nervous pup. When they brought my dog back for diagnostics, I could hear them cheer for her after they were done! The whole visit took ~1.5 hours, which was way faster than I anticipated. Additionally, the price was way more reasonable than I expected for an urgent care. I have personally paid far more for a regular visit. Finally, the staff was so wonderful, they followed up with me twice after the visit! The veterinarian reached out to recommend a supplement for my dog, and the next day they reached out to check in on her. In summary, my husband and I were absolutely astounded by the quality of care from this office. I would recommend this clinic to anyone because I know their pets will be treated like family.

Fantastic experience: We brought in my cat, Mr. Bronx, thinking it was something he ate that was making him sick. The staff promptly got us into a room, and the vet immediately recognized what was wrong. They performed blood work and an ultrasound, which showed that he was septic and had an obstructed bladder. The vet took the time to talk with us and explain several treatment options. The entire team took excellent care of Mr. Bronx and went above and beyond to help him. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone whose fur baby needs medical care. I can’t say enough about the kindness and professionalism of the staff and doctors.

Fantastic experience: We just had an amazing experience. Our Corgi had us freaking out and running to urgent care over what seems to have been a bad case of gas. The front desk staff was so kind a patient with us. Dr. Burke had an amazingly calming approach with our spicy little corg. I'm so glad they are near us if anything else goes wrong!

Fantastic experience: We had to go visit them after finding out string was in my 8 almost 9 month old kitten the told us the information and gave us options on treatment and even options on how to pay for them however so to personal reasons we were not able to do the best treatment but the professional did give him a injection of fluids and laxative to take home in hopes to pass the string and the anchor they also followed up a day later to ask how he was doing and to keep them updated. At this time it is just a waiting game and praying he passes the string

Fantastic experience: My little dog got injured in the evening and I took her to this urgent care. Reviews were good so I was hopeful she would get good care. She was taken very good care of by the staff and the doctor was knowledgeable and very nice. They had to use staples on Mia’s injury and they did a great job. She is healing perfectly. So glad I chose this urgent care.

Fantastic experience: Wow. I usually don't go out of my way to leave reviews but this place deserves one! I called our vet to try getting our Buddy boy in for some GI concerns, nothing was available so they recommneded we go to Tulsa Animal Urgent Care. I did just that. I wish I could remember the doctor's name but she was great! The whole vibe was great. She walked in, let Buddy sniff her hand and he immediately was comfortable. He was relaxed the whole time during her assessment. They took him back for an IV and he came back happy, wagginf his tail and calm. Not even whimpering!! That means a lot for a Labradoodle! The doctor was very transparent about pricing, her recommendations, etc. Not once did she try to "stick me". She actually recommended the lower side based off of her assessment. I appreciated the honesty. The icing on the cake was THE NEXT DAY TEXT! They texted to see how Buddy was doing and to reach out if needed. 10/10 for me. Almost wish she was his Vet!

Fantastic experience: Brought in our skittish toy poodle who was having bathroom concerns. Dr Johnson & his nurse I believe was very kind & welcoming. Confident in what they do & made it plain to understand. That goes a long way in my book! He even made my GenZ son chuckle! Hope we don’t have an emergency anytime soon but if so, we know where to go & who to recommend! The prices was very fair & transparent! The front was ok, but not very welcoming. A smile couldn’t hurt.

Fantastic experience: We had to make the decision to help our 14 year old cocker spaniel cross the rainbow bridge. We were told about TAUC by a friend who had to do the same a year ago. Everyone was very kind, and patient, and informative and accommodating. Facilities were clean and no odor. It was very quiet and private and was not rushed. Thank you to everyone who help see our beautiful Sophie off to run in the fields. Thank you.

Negative experience: Doctor and associates were nice. However waited 1 hour, was seen for about 10 minutes. Paid the office $75 for initial exam, was told the dog had back issues and is common for the breed. They were writing a script for many medications to treat pain, when I felt its best I leave and get a second opinion. Got home and dog started bleeding out of his rectum. Definitely not back issues. Glad I did not pay more for all the medication they were recommending. At the very least expected a refund for the exam, at which I did not receive. I realize doctors can be wrong, but was given the impression this was indeed the issue even after asking “are you certain this is the problem”?.

Negative experience: Doing a separate review for the front desk. My vet experience was great, but the front desk were not very nice the 3 times I came there. Even worse, one of the front desk ladies acts like she hates the clinic cat named Karma. She said Karma is a bad cat, all while he was sweet and purring for me. (I love kitties and Karma knew it) Perhaps the front desk lady needs to remember that animals are intuitive to if humans like them or not. Second, if you hate cats.... perhaps am animal urgent care isn't a good fit for you!

Fantastic experience: My dog needed surgery for an obstruction and was treated by dr Rachael Burke. Her bedside manner was excellent, along with her surgical skills. She was thorough, and my dog's incision looks very very good.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely recommend this vet!! I know how hard it is for us cat owners to find vets that treat them the same as dogs, but this is your place!! They are all so kind, and you can even tell by the staff that they are a very all inclusive kind of vet. My Stella girl has had nothing but great meows to say about this place :)

Fantastic experience: HIGHLY recommend. Wonderful staff that provides amazing, thorough care for animals while providing a calming presence for pet parents. I am SO thankful we brought our dog here when he got suddenly very sick. Absolutely amazing all around! Thank you SO much! Also, for those curious, they provided a complete breakdown of charges or potential charges before doing a complete work up. They allow you to decide if you feel it’s necessary (it was in our case), or if you’d like to hold off on something (such as if your regular vet can take care of it for cheaper). Prices were lower than I anticipated. Great place in every way! Cannot stress that enough. Pic is little guy before he got sick. Just because. He’s currently napping hard under a blanket or else I’d give one from today when he got home (he is so happy to be home and so are we)!

Fantastic experience: I'm so thankful that Dr. Caruso and her staff at Tulsa Animal Urgent Care were available on a Sunday afternoon. Within an hour, Dr. Caruso had my dog feeling better and gave me a clear picture of what we were dealing with. They even trimmed her nails and expressed her booty for us ❤️ Our girl is feeling better already and on the path to healing and aging gracefully! THANK YOU!!!

Fantastic experience: I took my weenie girl here for IVDD symptoms. They diagnosed her with IVDD & told me if she didn’t improve I could try surgery. The vet was very nice even when I was an emotional wreck. This was awhile ago & my girl runs all over the place now, but I loved the services this vet provided so much, that I took my other weenie here for an accident that had occurred.

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience with Dr. Brewner and vet tech Mrs. Stacey, my furry baby was struggling with an ear infection and eye infection and they took great care of her! I was scared coming in but they reassured me that they were gonna take good care of her and make sure she was gonna be okay!!! Would recommend to anyone trying to find a suitable caregiver for their furry friends!!!

Negative experience: TERRIBLE front desk. I was hung up by a female who handles billing. We were pressured with applying for financing of $1k although our bill ultimately was $377.. Dr. Stated financing was required before any treatment. Was told to return the following day for a follow up but emphasized that we would not be checked out to avoid additional fees by Dr. Front desk(billing) female stated Dr has no knowledge of billing and check out procedures. Upon reviewing the financing details, I'm in debt $700+ after putting a $300 down payment for a bill of $377. Will not be returning. AVOID.

Fantastic experience: We brought our 200 pound Great Dane in for an emergency and let them know before hand that he’s not the best around other animals that aren’t his family. The staff was super accommodating and so friendly to us and our big boy. They treated him so great and loved on him when he was away from us and Dr. Johnson took great care of him and was so friendly to him and gave him constant love whenever he was around him. They were very quick to figure out what was the problem and got our dog the help he needed. Cannot say enough about the great people that work here. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Dr Caruso saved my dogs life. I went to urgent care thinking my dog had a UTI, after an ultrasound we found out it was closed pyometra. Within 24 hours she was diagnosed, had emergency surgery and was home resting. Had we never seen Dr Caruso, I would’ve lost my dog. I’d recommend anyone and everyone to her. Shout out to Ashley H, the receptionist who recommended me. Midnight, the receptionist who was caring and helpful during a scary time and Dr Caruso herself.

Fantastic experience: Got my baby Dexter fixed up after 2 pitbulls tried to kill him. We were so lucky it wasn’t worse. Very attentive people, kind, and compassionate. Price was very reasonable. Go here!! They even brought us a diet coke.

Fantastic experience: I had to bring my 9 year labradoodle Remi here about a month ago, unfortunately we did have to put him down due to him being very sick. Dr. Chris Johnson was amazing, as soon as we came through the doors he was alerted that my dog was very sick and was in the room with in a few minutes. He immediately started interventions on Remi and allowed me to go in the back to sit with him once he was done and giving him fluids. All of the staff was very supportive and empathetic, and allowed us all of the time we needed to say our goodbyes. Dr. Johnson was very helpful and so educated about the situation that was going on. Even though we had to put Remi down, I would recommend everyone to go here if they have an animal emergency. They provided many little keepsakes with Remi’s hair in them. I received a card in the mail about 2 weeks later from all of the staff with their condolences. And I even received a water color painting of Remi from the staff 3 weeks later that was absolutely beautiful. 10/10 the best experience for such a hard time. Thank you all for being so amazing.

Fantastic experience: This place is a Godsend. The front desk staff, the techs and the veterinarian made us feel so at home. It was apparent that each and everyone of them cared deeply about our Sam (aka Sammie Sam Sam, Salmon, Tam, Salmon Taylor…you know how it goes!). He came in extremely distressed and we were panicking. He is almost 10 years old and truly the light of our lives. The veterinarian was very thorough and he was ultimately diagnosed with arthritis being the source of his pain. She got him comfortable immediately and set him up with a long term medicinal plan. He’s feeling much better!!

Fantastic experience: I was referred to this clinic by my veterinary. We had a great experience ..more than I could have ever expected in a stressful situation..these ER visits are never pleasant. The reception staff was awesome. The tech who checked in on us while we were waiting to be seen by the vet was great. Winnie got great care. I was kept informed along the way of what was happening which was comforting to me. I appreciate this clinic and staff so very much. Received a follow up text the next day to check on Winnie. This will be my go-to ER clinic for future issues. Highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: What a relief to have such great emergency service on a Sunday! The staff was wonderful, starting at the front desk, Vet Tech to the veterinarian herself. Very caring, thourough and informative! Great experience for our cat, who got sick during the night and had us very worried. Fantastic experience: My cat ate something she wasn't supposed to and it made her sick. I was afraid she had an intestinal blockage as she wouldn't quit throwing up. I took her in on Sunday morning and the staff was so great. Dr Johnson checked her out, ran tests and thankfully determined she had passed whatever she ate and wasn't going to need surgery. Sunny is back home and though she is still not fully back to her normal self, she IS eating, drinking and keeping it down. I would recommend TAUC to anyone!!!!

Fantastic experience: We are so thankful for this clinic. This is a place not only for pet owners, but pet parents. After receiving extremely subpar treatment at a different clinic, we couldn’t believe the kindness we were shown here. We, along with our sweet dog, were shown such patience, compassion, and validation during a very hard time. Everyone was amazing and made the process as easy as they possibly could. Even today, almost 2 weeks after we sent our baby over the rainbow bridge, we received a condolence card from the office with everyone’s signature and sympathetic words. We will never forget how well we were treated at this clinic, and will always be thankful for their services. Thank you so much, from the bottom of our hearts.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend. The staff and doctor were so kind and compassionate. My big puppy is always so scared at the vet but they had her so relaxed and comfortable it was really a very nice experience. The treatment plan is working perfect and she is almost back to normal. Fantastic experience: Dr Caruso was excellent in caring for our dog last night. He had an “out of control” nosebleed and she was able to get it under control with some time and work. Fantastic experience: This place is great! My daughter and I brought our frenchie in for treatment and they have been wonderful! The accommodations, the staff, the doctors. They have tvs in the rooms and complementary drinks. The staff are compassionate, honest and up front. The doctor we saw, she was very knowledgeable and honest and up front with me. She Gave me lots of different “tier priced” options, answered ALL my questions and continue to do so. I’ll forever come back here if I ever have to.

Fantastic experience: We brought our 7 year old Chocolate lab in for an X-ray, his regular vet thought he may have an obstruction and we just wanted to check. Dr. Johnson took care of him He was very knowledgeable and kind. It turned out to be a mass in his liver and this poor Dr. that had never met us before had to deliver devastating news. He was so compassionate and caring. Straight forward and gentle. I'm so happy that our vet recommended us here. I will be forever grateful for how well we treated here under the circumstances.

Fantastic experience: This was our the first time using Tulsa Animal Urgent Care. They were fast and efficient and had us taken care of in no time. Dr. Burke was very thorough and explained everything very well. I felt very good about the care they gave Millie and will definitely use them again.

Fantastic experience: Dr Caruso did a phenomenal job. Our Golden doodle started feeling sick on Labor Day and no vet was open. We drove from Claremore to Tulsa to get her the care she needed. When we showed up the receptionist was very nice and welcoming. Dr Caruso was very knowledgeable. Even though we had to wait awhile due to it being a holiday, it was a great experience!

Fantastic experience: I used Tulsa Animal Urgent Care because it was Labor Day and because it was very near me. Dr. Caruso was thorough in her exam of my cat and genuinely caring once they found the problem. Delano and Chelsea at reception were kind as well. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: We met Paige and Delaney at the front desk and they were both so sweet that they put us at ease immediately. I had a very bad experience just days before with another pet ER in Tulsa who not only charged me $2,000 but did an unnecessary surgery on my pet in my opinion and did not communicate well with me. Tulsa Animal Urgent Care is just the opposite. Friendly, reasonable cost and excellent care and communication. They did not demand their payment before caring for my baby. They put her needs before money, as is should be, unlike the other place. So, I would recommend them to anyone who has an urgent medical need for their fur baby. Dr. Angela Merideth is awesome!
