Experiencia fantástica: My family and I have been bringing our cats here for 10 years. Staff are ALWAYS amazing and helpful, super responsive to questions and concerns. Dr Berdan makes my cat feel comfortable and well taken care of. Affordable and usually running discounts on dental cleanings.

Experiencia fantástica: We took our pup in to their ER vet. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about our vet Alex Goodman and vet tech Barb. Our vet was very thorough and was very receptive to our input on her past experiences so we could come up with an effective game plan to help her on the return visit. Barb took extra time out of her day to help us learn what we can do at home to help our girl become more comfortable with vet restraint in the future. Both were absolutely amazing with us and with our dog. We're making Church Ranch our primary vet from here on.

From the front desk, to the tech to the lovely doctor, I am very, very impressed. The cleanliness of the facility was an added bonus. When we arrived, there was an emergency situation, but in spite of it, they treated us with such grace, and it was so refreshing!

Luckily all is well and she is happy and healthy! I even received a call the next afternoon asking how she was doing because they were worried about her. I really appreciated the thoughtful follow-up and know that they really care!

Experiencia fantástica: I brought in my daughter's hamster due to an issue with his ear. I was able to get an appointment quickly and the staff and vet were very compassionate and presented me with a variety of treatment options. Unfortunately, the issue was not something that could be effectively treated and was related to old age. My daughter said she felt much better after having a chance to speak with the vet about her pet. All in all, a great experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Clements, Dr Knepler, Taygen (vet tech) and Donna (front desk) were so friendly and took such great care of Lyla when I brought her in for a mass on her face. We needed a new vet after moving to Westminster and we are very happy with CRVC! They are super easy to schedule appts with and are open 7 days a week. Thank you!

Experiencia negativa: My dog was treated by Dr. Blake Hardin for her anal glands. After taking her back he came out and told us she had cancer and a tumor the size of a tennis ball. We needed to see an oncologist quickly. Which we did; to find out their indeed was a blockage; the size of a marble. After testing… there was no cancer. It was a horrible experience going through with our beloved dog. Hopefully no one has to have the week we did. I only wish he(Dr. Hardin) would just encourage clients to seek specialists and not diagnose until it is confirmed. We will not be back!

Experiencia fantástica: Every single thing about our experience at church Ranch has been positive! The staff clearly love animals and make each interaction with my dog, feel personal and special. They are gentle and kind and efficient without being rushed. Every time, I feel like every step of the way he is handled with professionalism and warmth. Recently, he was neutered. The staff sent me updates along the way, and even a photo once the procedure was over. Although he hates the cone, his pain is managed, and the surgical site is tidy and healthy looking. We live about 20 minutes away, but I don’t mind driving there for their excellent care at all!

Making sure he is getting the right meds and the right dose. They are great . I appreciate all of them and what they do for us.

Experiencia negativa: I’m not happy with my experience here at this vet any longer, although I tried to give them many chances for all my animals. I don’t think they are very knowledgeable doctors. Yesterday I came in because my cat was peeing blood. All they did was do an exam and send me away. I wasted $70, when I should have trusted my gut and gone to my other vet, where they actually helped him out and get better. It was such a waste of money. It seems like their prices go up every time I’m here too. Do not trust these doctors they aren’t good.

Experiencia negativa: At first, I was very impressed with this clinic, but that quickly turned into a very negative experience that put my dog at risk. I went to Church Ranch because my regular vet is closed on Sundays. It turned out she had mast cell cancer, so they coordinated one of their rotating/traveling board certified surgeons to do the operation. After the surgery, the surgeon was awesome and let me send him text updates any time I had a concern. Without getting into too much detail, she ended up needing a follow-up surgery 2 weeks later. This was determined based on the conversations I had with the surgeon. I had notified Church Ranch of the situation a week in advance, and had sent in photos of what was happening. They knew exactly what they were going to need to do. After viewing the photos, they said I needed to get her in asap for the surgery, so we booked it for the same day. They then called back shortly after to say the surgery could wait another day, and they were moving my appointment. They assured me she could wait and it wouldn't put her at risk, but that we absolutely couldn't put it off any longer than that (I later learned that they pushed our appointment due to a scheduling mishap on their end). Fast forward to surgery day. Shortly after they admitted her, they brought her right back out to say the vet wasn't comfortable with the surgery and that I needed to get in touch with a surgeon instead. Well, as mentioned above, the surgeon who did the original surgery is a traveling doctor and was not available. And because I was told to wait another day, the surgery had become quite urgent. They gave me two names of clinics I could call and then left me in the exam room. I then spent the next hour and a half crying and panic-calling vets in the area to see if anyone could do a same-day surgery. Turns out that's pretty hard to accomplish on a holiday week - not to mention, most establishments require a consultation first, which takes a few days. During this time, the actual veterinarian never came to talk to me, even though she was also supposed to review the pathology results with me. I was left high and dry to find a solution for an impossible situation they put me in. Fortunately, I was finally able to get in touch with an ER vet who was comfortable doing the same-day surgery. When we got admitted that evening, they told me my dog had a fever of 101 and there was an infection on the site that needed surgery. There are SO many things wrong with how Church Ranch treated this situation, but worst of all, they put my dog at risk. The surgery went well and I'm fortunate to have been able to meet with this ER vet, but I hate to think what could have happened if we hadn't been able to do the surgery. They made an already difficult and stressful situation so much worse. We will never be returning to Church Ranch and I hope this kind of situation never happens to anyone else.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve always been happy with the service at this clinic. The entire team is kind and compassionate, and I always feel supported when they describe care options for my pets. They’re upfront about pricing and options, with the clear intent on keeping your pets happy and healthy for as long as possible. I’ve now taken multiple species to them and every time I’m delighted with their service and their clear care for my animals and wanting the best for their health.

Experiencia fantástica: I started bringing Luna here just because she had an appointment at another vet, but she was a baby and had an emergency in the car. I had to stop to clean her and the car which made me about 10-15’ late to my appointment. I was informed they couldn’t see Luna. I called around and Church Ranch told me they could see me the next day. I bring Luna here ever since, she is 3 now. They love her, spoil her and make sure she is healthy! I highly recommend them!

Experiencia negativa: So it’s been over a year and a half now since I have been to this vet clinic. I have debated back-and-forth whether or not to leave a review. But now I think it is time To share what had happened. This vet clinic is highly unprofessional And the employees, as well as the managers are extremely disrespectful and rude. Recently tried to get my vet records from my one time visit and they were extremely rude, hung up the phone in my face and when they thought that the phone was hung up, I heard them say something about they have notes about me in their system and that they froze my file or something like that. So here’s the story of what happened…. My kitten is now about a year and a half almost 2 years old and this was when he was about three months old. Me and my mom got twin cats. They’re almost identical, but they were not under the same file or under the same name. I am grown. I do not live with my mom what she does with her animals is her own business same as what I do with mine, my business. This day, me and my mom just happened to both bring our cats in but merely missing each other and not even realizing that both our cats were there. Again, they are not under the same file! She was bringing her kitten in to get neutered. I was bringing my kitten in to be monitored for a fecal test. I had dropped my kitten off and they said that they would monitor him and see if they could get a sample. Nothing serious was supposed to happen. I was told that I would get a call shortly and they would let me know when I could come get him. I even triple checked that they had the correct number On his file and that they knew who to call. Two hours went by and I didn’t receive a call so I had called them when I asked how he was doing. They told me that he was about to go into surgery. I got very upset as I should because he’s only three months old and I did not want him neutered that young nor did I Sign any papers confirming that! They then told me that they had called my mom and got consent and that they simply just figured my kitten was getting neutered because his brother got neutered! I was highly upset and I did cuss them out. Because what are you doing not getting consent from an owner and just assuming stuff. They then continued to yell at me and tell me it was my own issue and that I should be communicating with my mom better. Even though we don’t live together and I’m grown! My mom had no clue what she was even giving consent for and thought they were talking about her cat and not mine. They later ended up hanging up in my face and being extremely rude and up charging me for something I did not ask for.He ended up not getting neutered because I had called right in time, but he did get anesthesia and they charged me for that. I was going to let this go because my boy was OK! But after them being rude again today About us, trying to get our files and hanging up in our face. I figured it was time for me to share my review.. I hate this facility with all of my heart and what they do. They call themselves animal lovers And they are far from that!

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent Experience – Grateful for Their Care We needed urgent care for our elderly dog who had developed an infection, but unfortunately, our regular vet couldn't fit us in. After calling around to several clinics with no luck, I found Church Ranch through a quick Google search and decided to give them a call. To my relief, they were able to see us right away. The entire staff was kind and accommodating, and the vet we saw was fantastic—she had such a warm, reassuring personality that immediately put me at ease. While there was a bit of a wait, we were just so thankful they were willing to take us in on short notice rather than turn us away like other places had. Compared to our experience with our primary vet, this visit was a breath of fresh air. We’re honestly considering making the switch to Church Ranch full-time. Highly recommend them if you're looking for compassionate, professional care.

Experiencia fantástica: I had an emergency when taking care of my brother’s dog while on vacation. All our vets in network were booked solid and we had this one marked if we ever needed immediate help. Did not disappoint. The vet techs, nurses, and doctors here were EXTREMELY knowledgeable and overly sensitive to our issues. They worked quickly to find the problem with our pup, and treated her with love and kindness. She ended up having pancreatitis, and they even graciously talked via phone to my brother and his wife to be sure they understood the situation and the treatments. Pricing was absolutely comparable to the vets that are connected to our insurance, and in some cases better. Thanks to the team at Church Ranch, she is doing so much better only a few days later. At 80% normal energy and rising. Thank you Church Ranch!

All of them have special needs - Daisy is blind, Pancho has severe allergies...the list goes on. He's so kind and very thorough. He always addresses all of our concerns. We love the staff here too! Everyone loves animals and goes out of their way to help you. Feels so warm when you walk in the door. Couldn't ask for a better practice!

Experiencia negativa: I’m very upset with the lack of communication and confusion that left me upset and my dog without his heart worm medication refilled. I took my dog to Church Ranch Vet yesterday for his annual wellness exam along with rabies vaccine booster. The exam went well with the vet and then my dog was taken to a different room for the vaccine and I assumed also a heart worm test (which has to be done yearly). After that my dog was brought back in the exam room where I was waiting, the tech said it went well. I then attempted to order his heart worm medications off of chewy and the order was declined. I called the clinic and was told he was due for his heart worm test, I stated we were there yesterday and assumed it would be completed and thought it was. I was placed on a hold, then was told my dog was too aggressive so the heart worm test couldn’t be completed. This was never expressed to me during the appointment. I was told they could drug my dog and try again to complete the heart worm test. I’ve been taking my dog there for years and have never had an issue before with getting this heart worm test completed. We will not be returning here for this reason.

If you don't have the staff or capability to handle the potential outcome of an exam, don't take the appointment to begin with. Having said that, everyone was caring and wonderful and I would recommend this as a solid place for regular visits. Just understand that anything potentially complex should be handled elsewhere. Thank you for giving me one last night with my cat. Perhaps that was the plan all along.

Experiencia fantástica: Rachel and her team will provide you and your pets with the utmost positive experience one could ask of their veterinarian. Their knowledge of the field, friendly disposition, and prompt replies make appointments a breeze. I have never left Church Ranch Vet feeling disappointed or swindled, it is clear that the care of my pets is at the top of their concerns each time we are in the building. One of my pitties, Koda, is very nervous of the vet. He usually needs a fair amount of sedatives before any sort of vet visit (600mg Gab + 300 Mg Traz) - last time we went I tried half his usual dose, as they handled him so well at our prior visit I wanted to see if they were capable of administering a vaccine with less sedatives. The procedure was fast and professional; Rachel got the vaccine administered quickly and without discomfort to my pup AND with half the sedatives we usually use. Truly amazing work! I can't recommend Rachel enough. Thank you, Church Ranch Team, for all that you do :)

The best veterinarian in the Westminster and North Denver metro area for sure! Jax had several severe nose bleeds and Dr. Berdan took a conservative approach, while educating me on all of the options. Luckily his labs were clear, and he responded quickly to the Chinese herbs and antibiotics and we haven't had any bleeding since!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve shared many experiences with many pets over the years. They’re loving they’re caring and they take care of them.

Experiencia negativa: The vet and staff here are very friendly. However, if you have a pet that is on multiple medications, refilling prescriptions is a nightmare. They will not fax prescriptions to pharmacies and you will need to pick up every single time you need a refill. On top of that, they sometimes forget the refill and never actually call to let you know it’s ready for pickup. Multiple times our dog has gone several days without her prescriptions due to lack of timeliness in getting paper scripts written for refills even when calling multiple days ahead. Because of this we are now looking for a new vet where her care will not just be a priority when we’re in there paying money for check ups.

Almost all of the front desk people recognize me when I walk thru the door and are looking up my account without asking my name, which I find amazing. All are very helpful when I make a request . Lastly, Dr Berdan is the best.

I then called Church Ranch veterinary clinic and I immediately felt at ease. Rachel and her staff were exceptional. They got my dog it right away and it ended up not being as bad as I thought. Experiencia fantástica: Professional, fast and kind. It took minutes for then to see my 23 year old cat who i had thought had suffered a broken back and it would be my last time with her. Dr Kristen Berdan diagnosed her issue as something that was survivable and had a treatment plan I could afford. Sure enough, my cat was lively, social, and most importantly not crippled the next morning. It was a great diagnosis. Thank you, Dr Berdan.

They have an on-site groomer that does a beautiful job and they have been so accessible and helpful when we’ve had urgent issues. Highly recommend this vet clinic!

Experiencia fantástica: The team at Church Ranch saved my dog Blitz's life. He was bitten by a large dog and he is a 5 lb chihuahua. A friend was giving Blitz CPR on the way to the clinic but when they got there they were informed it is not an emergency clinic. However, the team gave him oxygen and stabilized him so he could be transported to an ER. They did not have to do this but because of their love of animals they went above and beyond. I will never forget how lucky Blitz was that day. It took him over 3 months total recovery, but he is back to normal. Thank you Church Ranch for the love and care you gave him that day. Donna

Experiencia fantástica: They were able to make time quickly, to apply stitches to our hound dogs ear. The sutures were placed with care, we can hardly tell our dogs ear looked like a reptiles tongue. The transparency, efficiency, and additional medicine were well communicated and much appreciated.

They always do such a great job, and take care of our pets and us so well. Their staff is especially sweet and are definitely our pup’s besties. We trust them fully and are so thankful for all they do for our family!

Staffing was a tad bit sparse, but worth the wait. My dog is doing well, recovering nicely. I suggest they stock hoodies in several sizes as the one she went home with was too large. I highly recommend this veterinary service.

They’ve helped when my senior doxie passed and gave a referral to a cremation place and then I was able to pick up the personalized urn from the clinic. And they were recently very responsive and helpful for emergency visit with our puppy. Being in Denver for 12 years and living in numerous locations, this is our favorite vet clinic by far!

Experiencia fantástica: I am so incredibly thankful for the AMAZING staff at Church Ranch Veterinary Clinic. We are new to the area and our 5 yo Australian cattle dog gave himself a laceration that required stitches at 7 am, when most of the other vets in my area weren’t even open yet. After his procedure (which required a full sedation), they called me multiple times (even on Saturday and Sunday) to check in on him, responded to my emails when I sent them pictures, and worked with my schedule to fit him in last minute when he had some complications. I love their accommodating schedule and how amazing the staff are!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been taking my two dogs here for around a year now (we switched from a previous vet) and have been very pleased with the care team! One of my dogs is very scared of the vet and she has been able to over come this here! My other dog is a puppy and just had surgery for a spay and we are very pleased with the care they have provided! They take really good care of the dogs and support the dog owners as well! I would highly recommend this place!

I know my Yuki is taken care of with extreme care and love when he hesitates to come home. Usually he can’t wait to get home but at the Doggie Day Care he must have so much fun he likes it. This is a dog that has been neglected and abused according to the Denver dumb friends league which is where I got him. Thank you so much for the care and love you give my dog.

We went here after reading some of the reviews, and we were NOT disappointed!! From the minute we walked into the clinic, we were greeted by the front staff. We were about 15 minutes early for our appointment, and they took us right away. The vet tech was Awesome!! She made us feel very welcome and very comfortable!! Phoenix took to her right away!! When the Dr came into the room he got right down with Phoenix and let her sniff him and to get to know him. She got her shots , and we also started Phoenix on a couple other preventative treatments. We Love the techs and Vet here!! If your looking for a Great Vet for your fur baby, we highly recommend Church Ranch Veterinary!!

He tells you the issue but most importantly why things are happening. As a dog owner the why is the most important and gives me insight into my dog's health. They have been helpful with her eye infections, her stomach issues and her annual exams! My dog Sailor can be shy and nervous but they are so kind and courteous to her during the appointments and make sure she feels well cared for!

Experiencia negativa: as someone who works for dest pet, im saddened to say i wont return to church ranch for future services. staff is nice but professionally they should be on top of things more especially when a client is asking for paper work to be emailed to them and never does. my last appt was in january and im still waiting for my paperwork..
