Experiencia fantástica: We took in our boy Rocky, the ladies at the front desk welcomed us. When rocky got nervous, they were kind enough to offer us a room. So he doesn't get overwhelmed. great prices for his shots and everything, The vet doctor Diaz was amazing doctor. She asked questions about rocky. How well he does? After so fourth. Techs Ben and Tiffany are amazing people. They help get rocky his shots and his nails trim. We weren't there long enough. They were very kind to us. Rocky fell in love with Ben. The staff were very professional and helpful. They seem very understanding and didn't try to price gouge us like how country critters did. It's definitely worth coming out here. We're happy how the service is. Ben and Rocky bonded. We were very pleased about that. Because really cky would Usually shake. Pet vaccinations clinic, is very clean and outstanding in our eyes. We're proud rocky is there new patient. We are definitely coming back. Quick in and out in paying. Even their prices are worth it. Thank you guys for helping rocky getting his shots done. We were very appreciative and still talking about how great of service you guys did. My husband was even impressed ❤️❤️ were blessed to find you guys. You're a whole lot closer. Experiencia positiva: I've been taking my pets here since 2016. It's always been fairly affordable and have had some good veterinarians and techs. It's nice to see the owner around still, him and his wife have taken care of my pets before as well. I brought my cats in today for flea consult, shots, and general concerns I have regarding my senior cat. While my senior cat kinda lost his mind, the veterinarian and tech handled it well and did not comment negatively about his behavior, which I felt really bad about because he hasn't been aggressive like that at the vet in several years. They reassured me and listened to my concerns. The veterinarian recommended appropriate treatment and lab work as well as follow up steps. I think his name was Joe? But he was a really great veterinarian and took the time to explain my cat's lab work and was honest in his recommendation for how much to feed my cat to increase his weight. My other cat was fine, just needed to update her shots. But I really appreciated the veterinarian's bedside manner, and his tech that was assisting him was equally amazing and empathetic. CAUTION: IF YOU USE THEIR ONLINE PHARMACY, THERE IS A DELAY TO GET IT APPROVED. Mine was then lost in shipment. WHEN THE DELIVERY SERVICE (USPS) LOSES IT AND MARKS IT DELIVERED, THEY CANNOT HELP YOU WITH ANYTHING YOU ORDER ON THAT SITE AT ALL AND YOU ARE STUCK DEALING WITH THAT COMPANY BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT WORK WITH OTHER PHARMACIES (E.G. AMAZON, CHEWY) WHO I HAVE NOT HAD THE SAME ISSUE WITH SHIPPING WITH. I submitted a claim with the delivery service (USPS) and they refused to help or even acknowledge the insurance on the package because they said they delivered it, despite me stating I never received it and even having proof. I eventually had to get ahold of the online pharmacy who did resolve the issue, but at this point, it's already time for the next set of medication administrations. So, I like the clinic overall, but they should have other options for ordering medications online and a way to honor the customer's order at the clinic when placed online and it is lost. I literally could've drove all the way there, picked up the meds, and back many times over by the time I'll get my meds.
Experiencia fantástica: They allowed my daughter-in-law to purchase medication without having to drag the sick animal in her vehicle. Nice! Within 5 minutes of leaving a message; my call was returned and within 20 minutes from the initial call I was walking out meds in hand!! I definitely recommend this place!!
Experiencia fantástica: I took my dog to Pet Vaccination Clinic to have a mass removed from her left eye. Dr. DeBrota did an amazing job! My dog looks great and you can barely tell she ever had a mass! The staff was kind and friendly. The price was very reasonable compared to what most vet offices charge, and I was able to drop her off in the morning and pick her up in the afternoon. Her pain was controlled and she has not had any post-surgical issues.
Experiencia negativa: We had an appointment for vaccines and wellness exams. We had concerns about one of our dogs limping and the doctor that initially examined him took him maybe five steps and determined he needed total knee surgery. The other doctor that visited us in the room (conditions of room are a whole other story) told us repeatedly “his knee is destroyed” “he needs surgery now or other knee will be destroyed”. Not once did that doctor even palpate/physically examine our dog, nor did he even acknowledge or examine our other dog who is a senior (12yo). We were charged for a medical examination that we did not receive. Our young pup with the knee concern was taken for vaccines and screamed/yelped/cried so loud we could hear him from the lobby. He came back to us stressed out and had expressed on himself. I could smell the express as soon as they walked up and the tech said nothing, didn’t even offer us a towel to clean up. There’s more I could say, but overall the experience for us and our dogs was horrible. We will never be back and would recommend if you’re looking for quality care, DO NOT GO HERE!

Experiencia positiva: They are low cost for vaccines and spay/neuter surgery but there is quite a bit of not customer friendly things that you will have to put up with for these or other services. For years, they were walk-in only. Now, they want you to make an appointment. If you show up without an appointment, they will assess whether or not they have time to see your animal, and might tell you to come back later. Their lunch hour is 1:30 to 2:30pm but their hours are listed online as 9am-6pm with no lunch mentioned. I brought kittens in for shots and dewormer and the vet thought they might have coccidia. I brought a stool sample in the next day. They said they would test it in-house and call me later same day. They never called. I called the next day repeatedly during business hours and they did not pick up. Their vm has a 2020 message about covid protocal. Someone finally answered at 1pm and said the test was positive for coccidia and they would call when the medication was ready. I questioned this due to my experiences with them not calling or answering when I called. She then said that I might have to wait until the next day and pick it up during the 2 hour window they are open Saturday, which frankly sounds like a nightmare (they are likely PACKED during that tiny 2 hour time frame) I was insistent about getting it today because my kitten was having increasingly severe diarrhea. They did get it together pretty quick after that, but I am certain that if I hadn't been so persistent then I would be without the medication, maybe for the weekend. Coccidia can be deadly for kittens. At least one of the two young women at the desk clearly did not give one flying fig about me as a customer or my sick kitten. I also price compared and my regular vet was cheaper for some of the services. My regular vet's office would have been all over something like coccidia in a young kitten and I have never had to accept less than perfect service and a caring staff at my regular vet. All this makes me think that it's best to stick to using this place for low cost vaccines and spay/neuter only, and only if you are willing to possibly have a long wait and put up with at least some inconvenience. I have experienced varying degrees of inconvenience over the years, depending who they happen to have on staff. I will add that I have fostered for IACS for 5 years and the previous shelter vet, Joe Debrota now works here. He is excellent in my experience and this comment is not related to Dr Debrota. They are just busy and set up more for quantity than quality, which isn't the best option for some services in my opinion.

Experiencia fantástica: I've brought my dogs here for their annual vaccines & had a positive experience. Last week I brought my pomeranian in for a much needed dental. Their prices are much lower than anywhere else I called. Dr. Debrota is an amazing vet & very thorough. Even after 15 (!) extractions, my little guy was happy as could be the next day. One week later & he's better than ever! The clinic was clean & the staff are friendly & want to help your pets with no judgment. I highly recommend Dr. Debrota & Pet Vaccination Clinic!
Experiencia negativa: They wanted me to pay nearly 8 times the amount to put my dog down when other vets would just do it with 90-120$ and there was the additional fee if i wanted to take him home, truly unbelievable

Experiencia negativa: My dog is 14 years old. I took her to this vet to see why she was not able to keep weight on and anxiety medicine. I set in there and waited for them to charge me over a hundred dollars to tell me nothing ,that she is fine. I asked again about the anxiety medicine and he said she is fine. Yet she is tear holes through doors and even my floor from every loud noise she here’s. That’s not even during the Fourth of July. She is old she shouldn’t have to be put through this, all I needed was for them to prescribe her medicine. Is there a dog therapist that takes notes and ask her questions . I am pretty sure I know she has anxiety!
Experiencia fantástica: They got me in pretty quick for an extensive dental that I needed done on a 14 yr old dog . She was denied a dental at two other vets due to age . The price was a little more than expected, but the vet was very thorough and explained it all to me and what was needed. She wasn't pushy and gave me options on things I could or couldn't do . I left feeling like my dog was in great hands and staff was friendly . It's been a week and Dixie is doing wonderful and feeling so much better. Thank you vet and staff !
Experiencia negativa: I took my cat to be seen and was told he needs surgery for a "mass" they said it was going to be $1,000 for a cat having surgery for a mass that is outrageous even compared to when my dog had surgery to remove 3 lumps it was $1,300 (different vet) so we got a second opinion it was an abscess not a mass and just needed antibiotics to clear up so not only was it going to be $1,000 it would have been a necessary surgery that could have been life threatening to take care of something that just needed antibiotics the vets at this clinic are a joke

Experiencia negativa: Do not send your pet here. They are rude. They gave away my kittens collar with an air tag on it and didn’t answer the phone when I called many many times. They sent my baby home with no pain medicine. Dont try to call and ask for some because they won’t answer and will be rude if you do ever get in touch with them. Very unprofessional, just want fast cash
Experiencia fantástica: This is a great place and even better on other days. I been getting service here over 10 years and have have had many surgical and minor things done with .any dogs and cats. They don't do avian unfortunately. Everything has always worked out with fantastic results and my family friends are all healthy and hapoy thanks to the whole crew here!

They always tell me what my dog actually needs — nothing more, no money gouging. When you go here, they treat you as an equal. I recommend to EVERYONE. Experiencia negativa: Updated 10/21/24 Care varies depending on who is present. It's a gamble. There is a vet tech that handles my cat very roughly despite her being a very good listener, pulling her out of the carrier by the scruff even though she's very well behaved and goes in and out of carriers without resistance. I also saw her carrying the carrier sideways. My cat is there for surgery right now and is in a lot of pain!! And even though I know it's risky, if she passes, I won't be able to stop feeling guilty about allowing my pet to be treated so carelessly moments before. Especially since this bad review has been up for years now. One time, I picked my cat up, and she was covered in pee and feezing cold in the winter. It was the only time she'd ever peed herself in her entire 12 years of life. Below is a short version of my original review 2 years ago. The service here used to be great, but there are some really crappy people working there, and it leads to a lot of issues. This location picks and chooses which animals it wants to treat well! After 10 (now 12, eff me for going back and causing her more distress) years of being a loyal patient, I now come back to say that I am FED UP with the incompetence and lack of care for the animals. I have had 4 appointments over the last 2 months because my cats keep passing around an unknown illness. I had to pay a lot of money for testing. She was positive for something, but the vet refused to explain and said it didn't matter because "we don't know if she already had it before you took her in, so it doesn't matter". Mentioned one of the 1st concerning symptoms was limping, which thru google I discovered was a side effect associated with calcivirus. But silly me! I pronounced the word wrong, so she corrected me to tell me how it was pronounced, then told me I can’t trust the internet and have to use vet specific websites. I’m obviously no professional at all, but it should have been obvious to them that if I was turning to Google for help figuring it out, they weren’t doing a good job to begin with. It's also super strange to prioritize shutting all options and help down, not doing her job just to pretend like university lingo is going to make me feel more comfortable.... Keep in mind that I had to drive 30 mins home, and about 10 mins after my head hits the pillow for a nap, I get a phone call that she was ready. Are you srs?? I could have just waited for 40 mins and saved an hour of driving!! They bring my girl out, and I’m waiting for another 5 minutes or so to pay, and in this time, I notice that she’s acting very timid, which is unlike her. I opened the carrier and she backed away and pressed herself against the back of the carrier, she looked like she was trying not to throw up, and overall nervous. I didn’t bring this up to the staff because, what’s the point? If they were mean to her, they weren’t going to be honest. I take her home and decided to never, ever come back here again.(But I did, and now im worried shes going tondie without me by her side) I I also asked if they had taken her weight, the receptionist didn’t know despite me specifically requesting they check how rapidly she was losing weight. Weighing a dog is always step #1 at this vet, so... I miss the old foreign guy, he was a very good person and you can tell that he loved my cat, but he’s gone and apparently so is this place’s compassion and integrity. (Update, he's back, idk if he left for a while or what, but every time he's there, things go very well, and he's very respectful towards my cat. He is the only reason I've felt somewhat comfortable coming back. I'll be sure to update this later tonight with how the care was and if she survived. I'm tired of feeling guilty about not taking care of her well enough when I did everything I could and was let down by professionals).

Experiencia negativa: If you bring your pets here because it’s economical, READ THIS FIRST. This was the worst experience. Period. Our dog is older and has been struggling. We scheduled an appointment in which they told us he was too old and weak for anesthesia and his quality of life has deteriorated so much that we needed to be prepared to say goodbye at this appointment. We loaded up our kids and made the emotional drive to our appointment. We arrived and checked in. We waited along with about a half dozen other pet owners for about an hour. Eventually the doctor came in and said he wouldn’t see anyone else. When we pressed him to hold the appointment, he said the price had changed from 45$ to $600. He had just done the same thing to the lady in front of us. Her appointment and quote went from 75$ to 300$ to be seen. When I called his bluff and agreed to the price increase, he then stormed off and said, “I’m not seeing anyone else, everyone go home.” I asked can you recommend another clinic since your booked and can’t see us tomorrow. The response was, “no, that’s up to you”. Apparently this is common practice. Please beware before you choose.
Experiencia negativa: !!!Please read before you decide to bring you family pets!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. A month ago we schedule a quality of life appointment for our 15 year old, unwell dog. We arrived and were told they were running a little behind. After an hour of waiting with my family crying in the car knowing that we will more than likely be saying goodbye to our pup, that we consider family. The doctor came into the lobby and says their running too far behind and everyone in waiting room needed to leave. All customers with appointments. When I asked about my pup’s appointment he yelled to the waiting room, “Not my fault”, and walked away. He is cold, callous, and lacks the ability to communicate in a professional manner. We will not be coming back as they instructed us all to do. We will NOT say goodbye to our dog with this jerk. We will gladly pay more for a kind, empathetic veterinarian.
Experiencia fantástica: I have taken my dogs here for years. They have never tried to push treatment just to make money. Had both of my puppies spayed this week, and it was a smooth and easy process, less than half the cost of a spay for just one at any other clinic. Sometimes it’s a headache to get someone on the phone, but the text process isn’t too bad. You have to expect some degree of trouble with scheduling when a place is so reasonably priced and in high demand. Thanks for taking such good care of my babies.
Experiencia negativa: It is not a first time we I've taken my dogs to this place. Love their attitude toward animals and speed of service. Also, their surgery prices consistently much less than any other vet clinic in town but quality of care is much higher. This is my update as of August 2024. I'm changing my score from 5 star to 2. Mainly for the fact that they are not able to keep doctors, their quality of care for pets went downhill so bad that I won't be bringing my dogs back at all. They've implemented some idiotic system where you have to text to get an appointment but than nobody text you back! And whats the worst - they try to scare you into needless surgeriesso they can make more money. It pains me to see such wonderful clinic to turn this bad.
Experiencia negativa: Took my 2 dogs in to have vaccines the little dog was fine. However the nurse that was to do my bigger puppy's vaccine was rude and was trying to manhandle him. He was a rescue dog and was seriously abused and the way she grabbed him freaked him out. This ladies attitude was uncalled for if she would have taken the time to ask all would have been fine.. This assistants need to be trained more on how to handle abused dogs

Thank you to the staff for caring and taking such great care of my babies and working so hard to get it done and make everyone happy. I have had dental work done on two senior Chihuahuas. I’ve had a couple of my chihuahuas spayed and neutered and they have had vaccinations. ❤️
Experiencia fantástica: I have to say, when I was told about this clinic, I was very skeptical, but after reading reviews I decided to try it once to see how they did with my Bichons teeth cleaning. Our vet quoted $800 plus which was just crazy. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a great happy staff and they addressed my concerns. I will say, I was a little put off by the lobby as it seemed rather neglected. But it is a discount clinic so I over looked it. The office communicated with me once during his stay and then called me earlier than expected to tell me he was ready for pickup. The checkout was extremely pleasant and informative. The cost actually came in lower than I expected since I had recently had labs done. Overall a very great experience for me and Bentley. We will definitely be back.

Experiencia negativa: unless you have a whole day to waste around waiting for an under staffed rude Dr's I wouldnt go here anymore. I use to love this place a recommended it to all my friends but it's so hard to get an appointment even if you request it on face book you have to wait 48h for a confirmation ??? and if you go on a an off day they can't see you because it's "vaccination only day" or "spay and neuter only day" no communication nothing on their Facebook since that's the ONLY communication this place has and it still not a guarantee.
Experiencia fantástica: I brought my large 10 year old goldendoodle in for dental cleaning, an extraction, and his vaccinations. The staff and vet were friendly and fantastic. All these services were under $250.00. At other vets this would’ve been $1,000.00+. It did take a few days to get the appointment booked through Facebook, but to keep costs down I’m ok with the prolonged time to get a reply. This is a clinic, so be prepared to wait.
Experiencia fantástica: I have takrn two of my dogs here, but I moved out if state. I had a mom dog who needed emergency surgery. The state of Illinois was not able to help her. I called them they told me have her there the next morning. Shauna hersepf was amazing, polite & sweet. She helped me in many ways. Conforted me as I was crying worried about my Avery girl. Ty Shauna ty to the Dr. Who helped save her life. I tell people about you guys anyways, but I will continue to! Reasonable prices, but professional and grat care!
Experiencia negativa: Terrible service, their hours say they open at 9 and when you arrive, if you're lucky, someone tells you that the doctors arrive in the afternoon and cannot see you, you try to make an appointment and they tell you that you can only do it online or not even by phone, I've been waiting for a response online for more than 4 days that's why I came walk-in
Experiencia negativa: Always have problems booking with them, never make anything easy since having to book on Facebook, never knew of other options of booking! But guess what, they never respond when you need them too! Even if it’s been 2 days since you sent the message, meaning they’ve been ignoring their FB messages or have soooo many requests that they couldn’t keep up. Have already had problems with horrible communications with them in the past, since it’s a illegal to take puppies in the womb BEFORE telling the owners that your dog was in fact pregnant but they continued with the spay but just ABORTING the puppies. You want to have puppies, DO NOT GO TO THEM!!!! They also seem to have the worse attitude the longer they’ve been there. I’ve tried to be a loyal customer through them but I can’t even be a customer with the horrible ways they are responding(or should I say, not responding) to my messages. Either hire all new staff or shut the place down.

You have to text or use messenger to get an appointment . At least, that was my experience. Now, I just schedule his appointments before we leave the office. I highly recommend this office.

Experiencia positiva: Afforable and quality care. The caring vet technicians and assistants are great with my animals. Compassionate and caring. The office staff could use some direction. There is a service that books online appointments but doesn't always communicate with the staff on site. The process checking in and out can take a bit, but other than that, I think we found a hidden gem.
Experiencia positiva: good experience fast service even though we couldn't go inside had to sit in the car but they treated my puppy very well and he's doing great now. They are the best, ever since it changed owners it went down hill. Ended up leaving because they wanted to take our puppy to the back and exam him without us present. It was his first appt and because they were overbooked and packed they wanted to do something we weren't comfortable with. Our puppy is 3o s and we had some questions. We were told that we would never be aloud to be in the room with a vet during exam which not how it had been in the past.

Experiencia positiva: I have been taking my animals here for 5 years now because it is so close my home. Over the years it has been touch and go. I’ve had some not so great experiences here and awesome ones. I believe the turnover in front desk employees have been a major issue and vet turnover too. The man that owns this or is the head vet seems very knowledgeable and I haven’t actually had a lot of contact with him personally. During Covid it was a little dramatic as to be expected. The techs were nice but one particular female blonde vet was dry and rude when I brought my 16 year old dog was at her last days and I was treated very rudely because I was talking and kissing her as I removed my mask to do so. She reprimanded me and said she had a family to protect and to put my mask back on. I was balling my eyes out when they told me she was dying. I was all alone and only one vet tech felt like she cared and tried to console me. I had to put her down that day and I should have gone somewhere different to have that done but I stayed and they started being more patient and understanding to me. I swear I wouldn’t go back but I thought about it and it’s was during Covid so I thought I’d give them another try. Honestly they have given very good care to all my pets as a whole. The prices are reasonable too. I recently took my cat there and I had the very best experience with a new vet named Angela! She was so kind and thoughtful and explained everything to me about my cats blood work. She gave me post it notes for websites to further help with cat behavior and the vet tech was a sweetheart too!! My only complaint this last visit was the dark haired bigger gal working the desk. She was short and rude. She did many things I found to be a red flag. I was checking out and she didn’t have my paperwork yet and she told me to go sit down until she was ready. She told a lady on the phone that she couldn’t come get her flea meds because they were going to lunch and the doors would be locked and I think the woman must have told her she was almost there so she said that was fine and then she got up and locked the door. I was sitting. With my cat and the lady showed up minutes later so I stood up and asked should I let her in? And the lady was telling me through the door the lady at the desk told her she could stop by so I opened the door and the lady at the desk very annoyed said, I got this mam, sit down. I was like wow, she seemed like a very negative energy and when I was finally checking out I told her my dog was allergic to one of the chewable flea meds and wanted to know if there was a topical and she just pointed at a different chewable. So anyway like I said it’s touch and go there. Don’t let on bad Apple ruin it for you…

Recently, my dog underwent dental procedures for the second time, and the compassionate doctor and his wife generously explained care instructions to my very inquisitive five- and seven-year-old children. Rest assured, your pet will receive excellent care at this clinic, and the cost is much more affordable than traditional veterinary clinics.

My 1st cat they denied blood work for and told me didn't have liver disease but 3 weeks later was dead from liver disease. Was told my 3nd had cancer in hid face to find out it was a Nail stuck and built up around it but did no blood work to confirm. 3rd cat had surgery completely healthy until 1 week after surgery all of a sudden had air in the lungs. Again I will make this on the news with rtv6. Please help me make this happen. They are performing malpractice, many pets have been misdiagnosed and died going to this clinic with false care. 11/20/2023
Experiencia fantástica: Found an affordable clinic that takes appointments!! So happy!!! No more waiting outside in a line 2 hours prior to the clinic opening like used to do at other clinics! My appointment was at 930.. and I got there 15 mins early, and my fur baby was a little too excited and the staff was so kind and understanding that dogs are dogs and get excited. They put me in our room immediately so my doggie could relax a little. I was walking out the door by 940! Amazing. You just schedule your appointment and they get you taken care of! Thank you so much!

Experiencia negativa: My Grandson and daughter took a puppy in that my grandson watched get dumped out of a car. Explained to the vet the situation and that the puppy had a couple of seizures the night she was found. After the exam, he was told the puppy was in good health with nothing to worry about, gave her her first round of puppy shots and a dewormer pill. He questioned the sight and hearing because the puppy was running into the walls and non responsive of sounds. After further evaluations from a different doctor, at a different office, it was determined the puppy is both blind and deaf and severely malnourished. My grandson is heartbroken, but has found a rescue that can care for this sweet puppy properly. I would not recommend anyone taking their pet into this facility if you are expecting proper care. I am very upset with the services provided. If I could give a negative star rating I most certainly would. Beware... The appointment date was October 10, 2023

About three years ago she was diagnosed with doggy diabetes after she lost her sight and has been taking insulin. Since Shaunna, one of the techs, left this place has gone to hell! My mother is literally in tears right now!!! We have been having financial issues; I lost my job, and now my mother is taking her with her out of state to get away for a while. She is behind on her blood draw for her diabetes, and now this vet won't give her any insulin!! What doctor do you know that would let a diabetic go without insulin??? I've skimmed the other 1 star reviews on here and THIS VET IS LETTING ANIMALS DIE!! "Because its the law" Since my mother is going out of state she has to set up a vet for her down by where she will be staying along with her own doctors and things. What sense does it make to pay twice for the same services? All she needed was some insulin to get her through until she heads down and its not like she was just asking for it. She was going to pay for it with what little she had because she LOVES her dog. Now my mother is sitting here bawling because without insulin, her dog will die. My mother has been through so much already and im afraid the treatment she received from this clinic today, from the front desk staff to the vet himself, was the last straw. I hope this clinic has the day it deserves! If you love your pet, please, find another clinic!
Experiencia fantástica: I was so impressed with everyone that works there, they so nice and knowledgeable. I think I'm going to have a long relationship with this clinic. UPDATE! I was so worried about my cat Stevens, I took him to the pet Vac clinic and told them that he wasn't acting himself so I was worried. They did an exam plus had blood work done. I waited and worried... The vet herself came out sat down besides me and says his chart looks beautiful there's nothing wrong with him, except that Stevens is too smart for his own good, her suggestion was he needs hobbies like new toys. I said,soo he's bored? She also suggested getting something he can climb so he can get up high, and take all his old toys for awhile then bring them out a little at a time. I went home feeling from my cat dieing to he's bored. Since our visit at the pet clinic we bought Stevens interactive toys, a thing he climbs on , and shelves on the wall so he can get up high. It worked! Stevens is back to his self once again . The vet Angela is very good at her job and a caring, pleasant person. But she lacks one thing, a little sofa,so when Stevens goes back to the vet clinic he'll have a place to lay on and tell Angela all his problems .

I have taken my dog here for the last couple years, and every time I do there is always something going wrong. This last time was the last straw and I will absolutely not be back. It is a very cheap place, and you definitely get what you pay for here. The first incident here was a couple years ago. My puppy had an emergency surgery because she had swallowed a stick and it had perforated her stomach. When we brought her here we asked them if there was anyway they could go ahead and spay her while she was opened up. She happened to have her spay appointment the next week. The workers acted like I was crazy and told me absolutely not that it would be too much for her. They made me feel stupid, and horrible for even asking! BUT A few months later after she had healed I made an appointment for her to be spayed here. They opened her up and everything, and blamed me because she had ALREADY BEEN SPAYED!! They tried to say that I had taken her to a different vet for her spay because they had no record of it. Never have I ever brought her to another vet!!!?? Why on earth would I try to spay my dog twice??? They had lied to me from the first surgery, and made me pay for the second surgery. This showed me They do NOT keep records of your pets. Nowhere in her paperwork did it say she was spayed. I should’ve sued!!! This spring, my same dog hurt her leg. We brought her back here and she had torn her doggy “ACL.” They refused to do any surgery until she lost some weight. Well recently, she fell off of our porch and hurt her other leg. We made an appointment this past Wednesday to get her examined to see what was going on. The appointment was for 4 PM, they did not get us into a room until almost 4:30 PM. Then we waited in that room until almost 5:30 PM. During this hour and a half wait, I myself and my father tried to ask how long it would be until we were seen. They just kept saying “I don’t know”. Finally, the owner came in there and told us it would be another hour or two at most… We had an appointment!? They also told us she was due for her rabies vaccination… We were just there two months ago, and they gave her this vaccination!!! Again, this vet does NOT keep records!!! Please understand, the vet who is supposed to be examining her, was stuck in surgery. As a customer service manager myself, I completely understand that special circumstances happen. However, when we asked them multiple times, how long it would be they should’ve been honest with us instead of wasting our time. The only thing having us wait did was stress my dog out even more than she already was. I will admit that a lady did follow us out to our car trying to apologize. I appreciate the apology, however, somethings just cannot be apologized for. I absolutely will not be back. When this vet lost Shaunna, one of their vet techs, the whole place just went downhill. I promise you it is not worth it to come here, even if it is one of the cheaper vets in town. I do also want to mention that this vet is not clean at all. There was a puddle of a mystery liquid in the corner of our room that we were admitted to, and splatters of God only knows what all over the walls… please do your peg a favor and take them somewhere reliable.

I have a very strict work schedule and took my only available vacation time to be able to get is first round of shots. However when I received a call 30 minutes before my appointment time saying that there was no vet available to give my puppy his shots so now I’m stuck leaving for Wisconsin on a business trip and no kennel will watch my puppy without his shots. Experiencia negativa: Took my sick dog here. Had to wait 2 hours in a room to be seen. My dog was barking so they said she was aggressive and that we had to schedule an appointment for her to be sedated for imaging and tests. I don't believe a vet office should assume all bully breeds are aggressive. Brought her back for her appointment with sedation. They said she was in too bad of shape to be sedated. They still made me muzzle her. They assumed she was uncooperative, even though she didn't even flinch for her bloodwork. After quite a while I was asked to leave the room and go wait in the waiting room while she was back for tests. I asked if she would be done soon. The office staff came to me in the waiting room and said, "Nevermind the vet needs to talk to you. I didn't know that." That's not the way anyone should find out their dog has a serious illness. I found out my dog had cancer that day. I lost her 2 weeks later. She deserved better.

Thursday we had not gotten a call back, so when you call them it tells you to text them or go to FB. I texted a couple times finally got a message back that he was confirmed for Friday. Then 20 min. Later my wife got a message on FB. Saying the same thing. Our sis n law takes him Friday and they tell me they’ll have to swab his ear and send out for tests. I agreed to it. We asked them to clip his nails which they didn’t do and she waited in the room for 2 hours. They forgot she was in there. We get home Friday and his nails aren’t cut but they charged us for it. Monday I called and she said you were charged for it are you sure it wasn’t done. So I said we can’t bring him back till Friday she said we will have to call you back. Thursday still no call. I called 10 times no answer. I texted them 4 times finally at 4:30 they said 11:15 fri. We get there at 11 and waited 1 hour for a nail trim that we already paid for. Then asked for his rabies tags cause he got his shots too but they couldn’t find them. Then on the following Monday I texted and asked if they got his swab results. They claim to have given them already and said they would email it. The email never came. That place is a mess no one know what’s going on there. I won’t go back.

Experiencia negativa: Not good at all spent over $300 dollars with this clinic took my sick husky baby girl here she wasn’t eating but a little and drinking way to much water had blood work done stool checked and all for them to tell me nothing was wrong but they gave her antibiotics to take and it seemed when we got home she kept going down hill no better what so ever so do to that contacted the vet once again to let them know my dog is now passing blood in her stool they never called back with any response to that until unfortunately the weekend was here took her to the emergency vet she spent the weekend there IV and meds giving through IV because she would not eat or drink anything they did X-ray ultrasound of her heart lungs I seen what to appear to be flood around her lungs and heart and blood work it come to stomach cancer behind all this my baby girl had to be put to rest after $2,800 more but I was willing to go as far as I could to bring her back home but in the result of the this clinic to tell me nothing was wrong with her that everything looked great I knew better because she wasn’t getting any better so from this clinic I’ll never take another one of my babies here because there only good for one thing that’s putting your baby to sleep ♀️ I had taking one of my old babie here prior to be put down but they don’t look for any better decision to not put your babies down that’s just pathetic to me and taking a living creature away from there family when it could be very possible to save your baby I highly don’t recommend taking your dogs cats any animals here unless it’s strictly for vaccination .. I felt very comfortable talking with the receptionist and the information she gave. Unfortunately, he was an old cat and had peacefully passed away before I could get him into the vet.

Experiencia negativa: I made an appointment, went to the appointment and was told that my dog wasn't on the schedule. After waiting 40 minutes. Then I was asked about the text messages that I received when making the appointment. So I showed them and they said ok we will fit you in, by this time my puppy is anxious. They put us in a room where we wait another 30 minutes. I walked out of the room and grabbed my paperwork and left. While they ate all whispering about me not being on the schedule!!!! Don't waste your time unless you have alot of it to spare!!!!

If it gets lost they will not hold it for whoever finds it so they will inconvenience people doing a nice thing about caring about someone's dogs wellbeing. You are a vet clinic, by taking patients and having your clinics name on the tag, you are showing some responsibility on if the dog becomes lost or found and needs help with reuniting it to the owner. This clinic also wouldn't answer my 10 calls, and when it was 1:19 they told me they were closed.

Never received a call, called every day of the week to leave a mssg. Still nothing after 2 weeks. When I was finally able to talk to the staff, I kept getting the run around. They kept saying they would call back in just a few minutes, which they never did. Come to find out my cat has leukemia. And then they couldn't provide a very thorough care plan, not even the actual vet.
Experiencia negativa: My dog Daisy has been their patient for over 8 years. I called because she was not eating or drinking and I feared a bladder or kidney infection. They couldn't see her this week and never offered any appointment. Instead their remark was don't have anything today or tomorrow. Hope she gets to feeling better and hung up.
Experiencia fantástica: I have been going here for my girl for a year and a half and they have been super loving on her, they gave her treats, she received all her shots from them, they sent over copies of records to boarders when requested the info. She most recently had a spaying in January and she healed BEAUTIFULLY. There was zero scar left behind and she looked and felt great in a day or two. She was back to herself again by day 4 and never had a bleed, no infection, no issues and now I can’t even find the scar. I know there are some bad reviews here as that can happen but my personal experience has been a good one.

You will never be taken at your appointment time. Prepare to spend at least 3 hours waiting for these clowns to do anything. Because your time doesn't mean anything. You will bring an animal for a check up and will end up bringing home a virus. I them disinfecting the exam room.

Experiencia negativa: Do not go here. My dog had a tumor on her foot I went in on Monday 11/15 and they told me this and said it needed to be amputated and I asked how much it would be. They gave me an estimate of 500$ and 711$ if I wanted the pathology which was 211$ and they told me this estimate is good for 30 days and then they could not honor it. Well surgery was today 11/21 and my husband went up there not realizing the cost and paid then told me and I told him that’s not what the estimate says they charged me 839$ 389$ more then what shows on the paper and they would not fix it saying it took longer then expected and the mass was more but they amputated the whole toe so how was it more. Just beware they will charge way more than expected and they forget to place things in file. So be cautious. Just ridiculous and I have all documentation from the estimate and everything and does not add up.
Experiencia positiva: I took my cat here for the first time. The clinic was busy, but staff did their best to take care of all clients quickly. I spent $98 for an exam, rabies vaccine and two urine tests. The vet was upfront about costs prior to any testing so that I could ensure affordability. I followed the vets recommendations and so far so good. Although the exterior of the building may look off putting to some, the inside was clean and organized. I will return for future care for my kitty.

They tell you one price and then tell you another price after u already signed the paper were they tell you that locks in the price so u won't have to pay no more etc. They never let you get a word out and out of all things. They were so rude they put my dog down infront of my 5yr old child with a tube down his throat etc just bc they couldn't wait until they got out the door.

Experiencia negativa: I went to this clinic for the first time today, and I will not be returning. The staff didn't even so much as acknowledge my existence when I walked through the door for my appointment, let alone show any level of friendliness. The appointment was just for vaccines for my new dog, so I wasn't expecting a thorough exam or anything, but the grumpy veterinarian literally spent 2 minutes with us. She didn't so much as even introduce herself, let alone engage with me or my dog. My little dog was so terrified he wiggled out of the technician's restraint and made a hard landing on the floor from the exam table and NO compassion was shown towards him AT ALL! I understand unforeseen things can happen, and I'm not blaming the technician for my dog jumping off the table, but I do feel strongly that both he and the doctor could have at least shown some compassion towards him, and to me as I was obviously concerned about him. These people were completely indifferent to a very scared animal, and a very worried human. I find that to be incredibly rude and uncaring. Before coming here, I would suggest weighing your options, as the services are inexpensive, but you definitely get what you pay for!
Experiencia positiva: I appreciate that the staff was extremely kind to me and that they are offering affordable vet care. Several people were mad because they told us to be there at 8:30 but didn't open the door until 8:45. There were about 10 people all wanting to be checked in at the same time. They had clipboards with our pets name on it and we were checked in after it was completed. Most low cost clinics operate this way, but explain it when you make an appointment so you know to get in and fill out your paperwork fast if you are in a hurry. The building was worn but was mostly clean except here was a spiderweb hanging from the ceiling right above the check in. The area where the pets went looked clean. The people were sweet with my pup when checking her in and out. However, she was soaking wet with cold urine when I picked her up.
