I took him Noah hospital the first desk lady was working by herself but still very attentive to me and my needs and symathtic to me loosing my dog. She gave me instructions and options they provided. I drove to the back like instructed and a nice lady came out and got him and carried him like he was hers. If you have a sick pet or in my case your baby passed away Noah’s hospital will take great care of them

Experiencia fantástica: Noah’s Westside is amazing! My pup experienced GDV (bloat) during the big winter storm. We arrived and they promptly diagnosed my dog within minutes even when short staffed. They were able to give me an estimate that was very detailed and outlined all possible outcomes. They are very transparent and keep communication open! I highly recommend their services if your pet is needing special care. Thanks to their amazing staff my pup was able to make it home just a few short days later. Thank you everyone!

The kindness we received ❤️ was incredible. They treated her with such tenderness. Losing My best friend of 18 years tore my heart out. They truly care and I could feel it. Experiencia negativa: I had an extremely disappointing experience at Noah’s Animal Hospital – Veterinary Specialty & Emergency Care on Crawfordsville Road. I brought my dog in because she is clearly uncomfortable and in distress, and while I could have waited to be seen for free elsewhere tomorrow, I chose this location specifically to get her care today. Unfortunately, the experience made that decision feel like a mistake. From the moment I arrived, the environment felt unwelcoming. I was placed in a room, briefly checked by a staff member who said someone would be with me shortly, and then left alone for over an hour with no updates or communication. During that time, I could hear other rooms—some of which were empty when I arrived—being serviced. After waiting an extended period, I stepped out to ask how much longer it might be. I was told someone would check. Nothing happened. When I asked again, a different staff member informed me that the doctor was in surgery and then suggested I could take my dog to another location. My concern was never about surgery—it was about the complete lack of communication and consideration while I sat waiting with an uncomfortable animal. I received a brief apology and a “thank you for your patience,” but no one escorted me out, no one followed up, and no one showed any urgency or empathy. I ultimately had to find my own way out. Emergencies don’t just require medical skill—they require communication, compassion, and basic courtesy. Unfortunately, this visit lacked all three. I give this location to disappointing Paws down.

Experiencia negativa: If I could give this place ZERO STARS, I definitely would! We took our dog in after hours Saturday, we waited 2 and a half hours before being seen by anyone and when we did see the vet tech they threw a large bill of $4,000. Mind you at this point we had no idea what the treatment for him was and hadn’t seen a vet at this point! We had received a bill before even seeing the vet. We had to go out to the lobby to get questions answered before he (the vet tech) came in with the bill. Will never recommend to anyone or be bring any animals here again. We were not ever checked on until we left the room to find someone. The price you pay for the service you receive is completely unacceptable. My recommendation for anyone needing to get a pet seen is to go ANYWHERE ELSE! DO NOT GO HERE!!

Experiencia negativa: We took our dog in after hours (approximately 10pm). After our initial assessment by the Vet Tech, we were left in our room for over 2.5 hours before any one came in. Only after my husband went out into the hallway to find someone did they come in. However, when they finally did come in to see us, they brought a bill for approximately 3,800. At this point, our dog had not been seen, diagnosed, or been given a prognosis. Aside from the dog never being properly evaluated, the price was insane to say the least. When we explained the cost was too high, the Vet Tech said they were going to meet with the Vet to come up with an outpatient plan. Still at this point, the dog had not been evaluated. We waited for about 20 minutes before we had decided we were going to leave. On our way out, the Vet Tech came back in with an outpatient bill. At this point my husband and I were very unhappy as our dog had still not been evaluated. With no proper evaluation, we were being charged $100 for an exam that never occurred. We decided to do what we needed to get him through the weekend to get to our normal vet. Terrible service and experience to say the least! Will never recommend or visit again!

I have always worried about where to take my dog if she's going to be in good hands all of that ! Dr. hedges has completely put me at ease that young lady is an angel in disguise. She is extremely knowledgeable loving, kind, caring absolutely amazing . I can truly tell she loves what she does. I really appreciate you Dr. hedges for caring for my loved one like she is your own. Experiencia fantástica: I can’t say enough good things about the Emergency services at the speedway location. I have had to go there 4 times now with different fur babies of ours each time. This last time our 2 year old cat, Boba, started breathing very rapidly and from the time we walked through the door all of the staff was super attentive and quick to respond…. Unfortunately, our kitty had a pleural effusion and whether or not we did everything possible the outcome was most likely going to be the same… A special shoutout to Dr. Schmidt for his sincerity, honesty and for truly caring for not only Boba but me and my two daughters (ages 12 and 16) who were with me… we were definitely grieving and in shock. Thank you all for making a terrible moment in our lives as comforting as you could! Boba will be truly missed but I’m grateful for all the efforts Noah’s Emergency Vet made!

Experiencia negativa: Don't take your fur baby there. Unless you accept instant euthanasia. That is their only business, because they do "group" cremation for $150 or individual for $250! Give me a break!! No empathy. No feelings. They destroyed me. Care? Nope. Stay away and go to Brownsburg animal clinic. They treat you with respect. Too late for my baby!! But, hopefully I can save yours!!

The staff always came in the room and explained stuff and the cost of medications and hospitalization before doing anything or administering medications to help keep his seizures manageable.

Dr. Steinke is incredibly caring, patient, and thorough every time we visit. She takes the time to answer all of my questions and makes sure my dog gets the best possible care. You can tell she truly loves what she does and treats every pet like her own. The vet techs and front desk staff are just as amazing! They are friendly, professional, and always make us feel welcome from the moment we walk in. It’s a relief knowing Stella is in such capable hands. I recommend Noah’s to anyone looking for a vet who truly goes above and beyond!

I had to put my little guy down this past weekend and took him to the ER. The intake woman was wonderful and so caring. She immediately started trying to comfort me and reassure me that I was making a good decision for my pup. The vet tech was super sweet. The ER doctor was wonderful as well. They all showed such kindness and helped me the best they could through thr process. The doctor gave me fuy lots of lovies and made sure he was comfortable. I just got a condolences card signed by the staff with a seed bomb to memoralize my boy. thank you so much for being there through his health and at the end.

Experiencia fantástica: Every single person we interacted with here was incredibly kind and professional. Dr. Johnson was knowledgeable and took the time to really explain everything to us. He also sent an email later with patient notes, just in case we forgot anything, which was so appreciated! The front office staff was so helpful in setting up the appointment and dealing with billing. There were no surprise charges and everything (the reasons for each test, what they would include in terms of procedure and results, and what they would cost) was explained before we were asked to agree to them. You always hope to never have to see an emergency vet, but I will say that I would go back to Noah's if we ever need one again!

Took my cat there and told them he was choking on something and gave a description of what it might be, $140.00 and he couldn't tell if the cat was a boy or girl, wrote down "shots unknown" when the tag was attached to the career. Wanted to put the cat down or a $3,500 hospital stay but couldn't tell me what was wrong. Looked for electrical burns around the mouth, thought I was beating my cat.... Never again, what a waste of money. I will never go back and I will tell all Not to go there

Experiencia fantástica: When you own 7 dogs and 6 cats, you develop a certain expectation for emergency vet care because you've been through it all. We recently relocated and the quality of emergency vet care we would receive in Indy was a concern for us since our "pack of problems" tends to make us frequent fliers. *It is a relief to say that we have found our go-to in the Indy area.* Noah's was everything we expected and more. Genuine concern from the staff, thorough exams that consider all potential scenarios, a clean facility, detailed explanations and options, and gentle care with what is best for the animal as the priority. And, speaking from far too much experience - affordable. The care we received from Mordecai and Dr. Johnson was genuine, intentional, and focused on the specific needs of my dog - even though the hospital was fielding several traumas. Once the proper time came for my non-critical dog to be seen, they were still able to provide the attention and care we needed. As the owner of the dog, I felt like I was provided all of the information I needed to make any decisions and I felt like I was part of the discussion regarding my dog's care plan. Alongside that, I also felt like I was listened to and that I had the ultimate say with the decisions to be made. Dr. Johnson's post-visit check-in to see how my dog was doing was much appreciated and unexpected - a personal level of care that we actually aren't used to. Dr. Johnson and the staff at Noah's are truly in the business because they love animals and want to do their part to help them heal and thrive!

Experiencia fantástica: Good experience going to Noah's on the Westside. It is a walk in emergency clinic so you may wait awhile if it is not a life or death situation. Friendly staff...will go back there if I needed.

Experiencia positiva: Mixed experience. Went here 4 times in a 2 week time frame. Initial visit I was there for 6 hours total, 3 of the 6 hours with no contact. Was billed for a ER visit. Very unpleasant visit. All subsequent visits were fine and outweighed the first. Staff was pleasant and accommodating.

Well even if I lived up there the wait list was not acceptable to be a animal hospital or triage center or a animal emergency care center! I would say if you make a appointment, but when you have a emergency it's not like you planned for it! Right? Or if it's not a life or death situation You might be okay. Go at your own risk!

Experiencia negativa: Waited for 2 hours and no help. My dog was in pain and panting. Was told there was a switch change with Drs and still couldn’t say when he would be seen. Just told me they don’t know mean while my dog was in pain waiting for help. Literally waited from 4:30 - 7pm and no sign of a Dr. It’s the lack of empathy and seeing a dog in pain and absolutely didn’t give care. I will never return here or advise anyone to go here. Had to leave and find another emergency vet to help my dog in pain. When I told them I was leaving to get help all the young lady said was “ok” . Didn’t try to find out how much longer it would be. So I came to Airport Emergency Hospital after being treated like my dog’s pain didn’t matter .

Both times she needed surgery, and all of the staff were nothing but helpful while working with a very limited budget. They took excellent care of our dog and communicated every step of the way even during surgery both times. I have come here for years and will continue to do so thanks to the awesome staff. June is usually a mean dog but she loved everyone here! Thank you again!!!!

Experiencia negativa: Brought my dog here cause she was limping and leg was out of place after she fell. She wasnt willing to walk on it, and would rather not walk at all. They took her back to get xrays, which she yelped nd screamed, when she came back she was walking. They "popped her leg back in place" and said it was "sprain, to keeo her rested and shoukd see improvement after day 3". She wasn't making any improvement after a week so I took her the another Vet and sent the xrays out to a radiologist, he said it was fractured, which i was shown the Xray and could clearly see it was fractured as well.

Experiencia fantástica: Our beagle started having seizures out of nowhere so we ended up having to make about 4 back to back trips to Noah’s. In December his seizures got really bad and we had to euthanize him and the staff there was so incredibly compassionate and caring. They gave us little chocolates to give him before he passed and let us spend as much time as we needed. They are hands down the best!

Experiencia fantástica: Noah's Staff is Wonderful, Caring, and Helpful in your time of need. We don't normally use this Vet, do to location from our house, but our dog that was 13 years old had a concerning issue late at night and we need him to be seen. When we called they had someone on-site to look at him. So after looking at him, they had explained our options and what most likely was going on with our dog. We agreed to do an X-ray to verify what our next step was. They handled the whole situation very thoughtfully and professional. Unfortunately our dog was not able to be saved and fortunate for us Noah's didn't take advantage of the situation. They definitely our worth every penny.

Experiencia negativa: Very very unhappy ! I am in disbelief that they even have their licenses nor s diploma ! Please understand the seriousness behind the importance of a mother 2 year old dog whom just gave birth and ended up with a mass ruptering which leads to her not being able to feed & also at high risk for a bad infection. Typically you would THINK that ANY VET would be fast to respond and quick to do whatever it takes but yet when I arrived they didn't even act as if it was an emergency they made her sit in the waiting room while my dog was quit literally bleeding out and with he hard times right now we had no other choice because they promised a rate that was so low for an examination that we didn't think we could get help elsewhere! So within doubt we waited and then the poor skilled people there made us wait another 2 hours to even SPEAK OR LOOK AT OUR DOG WHICH WAS LATHARGIC BY THEN! I Seemingly guess you understand what and where my hard feelings and anger stems from but needs less to say if you are ok to have a bleeding animal of yours wait for hours & then be sent home with a cone and some gauze because they didn't even run test to determine what was actually going on is okay with you and your morals then visit them! But if I could I would be opening a lawsuit I'm just so upset and still doing at home care praying my dog makes it. I do hope everyone STAYS AWAY!!

They are kind, professional, courteous, and efficient (when you have a nervous kitty efficient is extremely important!) every person takes time to stop look you in the eye and communicate clearly and the gentle soothing tones are appreciated by Frank (nervous kitty) When we visit Noah’s, either for a routine visit or because something is wrong, they always take fantastic care and when we leave we both feel immensely better. Can’t recommend them highly enough, they will be honest with you without using scare tactics so often employed when dealing with a family members health. All around they are good people and when you are making difficult pet decisions it’s important to be surrounded by people you trust, the staff at Noah’s fits the bill in all ways. PS Patsy is phenomenal! She treats Frank as if he is her grandkitty (no rules just fun and love) We love Noah's and appreciate everyone so very much! Dr. Steinke too :)

Was so hard to let go of these 2 babies, but they were there with us every step of the way and let us take our time. Experiencia fantástica: We had to go to Noah’s West Side in the early morning hours for my son’s cat who had been hit by a car. They were very accommodating and had excellent bedside manner. Both the Nurse, Ariel, and Doctor did an excellent job. They have a very tough job. And they were both very professional, yet sympathetic to our situation. Couldn’t have asked for more from them.

Experiencia fantástica: So we first went to Michigan Road Low Cost Vet but they couldn't help because our furbaby was to critical for them to handle so they gave us directions to Noah's on the west side and I was hesitant (due to prior engagement that didnt go well at another location on the east side) but Aunt said let's go. We walked in and immediately they took our furbaby Patches back in and directed us to a room... We wasn't in there that long before the vet came in and gave us a rundown of what they are doing and immediately I was impressed with their prompt to attitude... We didn't get this treatment at the other clinic of there's. So this was refreshing... Sad for my poochie being there but I felt she was in the right hands with this clinic... I understand Animal Hospitals are expensive but from my current experience with this place. I would recommend them to anybody who has a pet emergency... So with that said our furbaby passed away the next morning due to her blood pressure not being able to be stable any longer... With the care they gave our poochie I know they did all they could... We picked her up and they had her in a box and gave my aunt a keep sake that even melted my heart and brought tears to my eyes... This is the interactions we as customers should expect from places like this... Thank you to all who worked closely by Patches side. You will not be forgotten...

Experiencia fantástica: Jessica the front receptionist, and Dr. Kyle were amazing!! Very compassionate, caring, etc. I’m called 6 other animal vets and they were just worried about being paid first. Noah’s animal hospital actually cares about animals, and helps!!! Thank you soo much!!

Experiencia negativa: Terrible service and your veterinarians are liars. All they care about is getting your money before telling you the truth about your pet. Took our 7 year old coton de tulear, Manny, in because we were very worried about his well being he had not been eating for the past few days. Doctors wanted to charge 1500 for bloodwork, emergency exam, x rays, etc. We opted just for the exam and bloodwork. They got the results and told us it could be a bunch of different things then handed us an another bill for 1400 for medicine and iv fluids which we refused. We then took him the next morning to our regular veterinarian and he took one look at blood and told us he was suffering from liver and kidney failure and we decided to euthanize. Why couldn’t Noah’s tell us this and we could have know to have one last night with him before he passed. All they care for is money. If you care for your puppy stay far away.

Experiencia fantástica: we had to bring my cat here after he ate a foreign body. after calling all the emergency vets in the area, this one had the shortest wait time. the staff was SO lovely and considerate of our financial situation. both vets we saw presented us with all of our options, and when paying six grand for surgery was not an option we could afford, they sent us to their low cost surgery clinic (also recommend). at one point, they had no rooms open for so the front office literally let him frolic around the office with them. hes a social guy, what can you do. you can tell the team cares so much about the animals they see, i definitely will trust them with any of my pets moving forward.

Experiencia negativa: To people that are reading this review please I mean please do not trust this place. They tell you that they are gonna do something and they don't. You have to babysit them with everything. I had people lie to me while I was in the clinic and tell me they was going to bring my dog medicine for is vomiting and they forgot twice,this was all in the clinic, we got moved and the nurse was not told and she thought we left so we was sitting in the room for 45min until I called the front desk she said she would tell the nurse and still didn't get anyone, so I asked a boy walking in the hallway can he get are nurse in here he told me he would tell her. I had to finally go up to the front desk to tell the lady we are left in the room and my dog keeps vomiting over and over we finally got are nurse back she said she wanted to talk about the estimates then she would take him back. They said it would be best for me to leave my dog there with them to monitor him over nite. Ummmmmm helllll no you can not even remember to give him his medicine while I'm there. Then I was convinced the estimate they told me was it. Like including it all being seen blood work and medicine. So we get checked out she brings my dog out and hands me scripts to take to the pharmacy to get filled out. I said what do you mean you read all the things I had on the bill and told me the price and you read the prescriptions off with the price. So I get his medicines dropped off at Meijers to get filled. So I'm waiting for all the texts to pick up it was taking forever so I call to check on them and the pharmacy says the clinic didnt fill out 2 of the prescriptions was not all the way filled out so we are waiting for them to tell us the amount of the prescriptions

Experiencia fantástica: I have now had two pet emergencies that i have been here. One because of our male kitten, who unfortunately we lost. They did amazing with Oreo and made sure I understood everything that was happening. They made me imprints of his nose and paws as well as some of his fur before we had him cremated. When we got him home, he was in a beautiful wooden box with his name. Our second pet emergency was with her female kitten she was shivering not wanting to eat not wanting to play not going to the bathroom when I got her there they took her straight back. She was running a very high fever and they weren't sure what was going on. They cut her for 24 hours giving her antibiotics and fluids her fever went down when she came home they gave me antibiotics to give her at home and she's back to our normal little kitten. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you guys for all your kindness, help, and love you gave to Ash while she was in your care.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone there has been so nice. Gave extra care to me and my grandson when we were over there for four hours in emergency with my cat. They brought us treats and we genuinely felt that they cared not only for our pet but us also. I recommend them because they are prompt and give great customer service which I really appreciate it is important to me. They keep me updated and always give my cat her special treat. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

They were upfront with all costs and options for care. She spent the night and I picked her up the next day. From working with the day staff and the night staff, I give loud shout outs to all for outstanding care! My little girl is better and thriving thanks to their knowledgeable and caring staff. Luckily, neither one of them were harmed too badly, but we wanted to get my son's dog checked out just in case. Everyone from the front office to the doctors were very friendly and caring. They took good care of us. We won't hesitate to go back in the future!

Experiencia negativa: This review is my opinion from my own experience. I purchased a puppy on a Saturday and by Tuesday the pup was sick throwing up and loose stools and just laying around. My wife took the pup to the vet in our local town and they said it could be parvo but he could not test for it. He said to take it to this vet hospital (Noah). We called and they arranged to meet us in the parking lot which they did and took the pup inside to test. The puppy at that time was acting fine, running around and playing but I understood that parvo can kill a pup in 48-72 hours. The vet assistant came back out and said that the pup tested positive for parvo and had us come in so they could give us pricing. They proceed to tell us the pup that was running around playing need hospitalized for 5 days at about $8000. The second option was 2 or 3 days for $4000 and the last choice was at home for $950. I was on the phone with the breeder at that time and he said the remaining pups he had were all fine. My pup should have already had parvo when I got him with a 5 day period before signs show up. I said lets do the at home treatment for $950 which included a shot, 2 bags of water solution, 3 pills I had to cut myself in to quarters and 5 applications of meds for his stomach. When I got the pup home he was fine and playing. My dog I already had had been playing with the pups since I got him. On Wednesday my older dog threw up so we took him to another vet and they tested him for parvo and he was negative. So, this pup that supposedly had parvo that is highly contagious had been penned up with 4 other puppies and played with my dog for multiple days and no other dog got parvo!! I do not believe he EVER had parvo!! To me it looks like it is a great opportunity for them to make an easy $8000. You give them the pup and come back 5 days later and the pup are healed. To me they are running a scam. If you try to prove them wrong they would just say the test was a false positive. DO NOT GO HERE FOR SERVICE!! I even told them they are ripping people off with the prices and they do not care about the animals just the money and they never disagreed. I told them I had my other dog get a cherry eye fixed at another hospital and it cost about $350 and they told me that they charge $2000-$3000 for that! BEWARE!!!

Experiencia fantástica: The staff here were all so sweet and caring as it was time to let our 13 year old dog Wesley pass from this life. Our regular vet was unresponsive to my requests for help. I reached out to Noah’s Westside and they were so helpful and caring. Everyone that I interacted with was so supportive and caring. They were so loving to Wesley in his final moments and gave me the time to process what was happening. I’m going to start bringing my other two dogs for their care.

Experiencia fantástica: My sibling found a stray cat and fell in love with her and decided to adopt her, and it was late at night so we took her here to have her checked for fleas, etc. and to gauge her overall health. She had a microchip and they went above and beyond to check and call multiple phone numbers on there that were all disconnected and gave us instructions on how to proceed with a stray hold process. Overall we were seen quickly, everyone we met was friendly and knowledgeable, and the price was reasonable for an emergency vet visit. We love you Saturn!! Plus, free Keurig stuff!

Then charged us $1480 w/ a required return visit of $65 that turned in $130 with another required return visit. What a rip off, BUT my Boston terrier is still alive after being viciously attacked by a neighborhood stray.

Experiencia fantástica: Back story…My husband and I had a black kitty cat who just started bleeding uncontrollably all over the floor. We already had a vet appointment to have her spayed, but we were extremely nervous about all of the blood she was losing. So we took her here and found out she had pyometra. We had to make the gut wrenching decision to have her put down, because her uterus was full of pus and blood, and they didn’t even know if she would make it through surgery. She was also a bitter, and the techs and doctors didn’t even mind it. We got a wonderful card in the mail about her. Current story, we have a Daniff, who is a really big girl. She weighs 130 pounds. She has just went through her first heat cycle, and due to what happened to Kitty, we immediately called and they are going to spay our Daniff, named Adele, on March 17. We did not want our baby girl to experience what our poor Kitty went through. I trust this hospital 100%. People complain about their prices, but everywhere else we called, including our current vet, VCA, Noah’s was the cheapest. Thank you guys for all of your kind words and please take care of our baby girl Adele on the 17th. She is a big baby, all 130 pounds of her lol. She will become your new best friend

Experiencia fantástica: I feel like this placed saved our 10 year old dog's life yesterday. I am so glad that we have places like this to go when our regular vet, despite knowing how sick our dog was (having seen her 48 hours earlier) didn't have/could not make the time to see our Clover who was still very sick. The care at Noah's was top notch. The techs who took down our initial information accurately relayed it to the vet. No mess ups, no confusion, no contradictory information. Just accurate facts conveyed to the doctor, imagine that! We saw Dr. Kyle Schmidt who took great care of Clover. We were given numerous options, cost wise and were able to make choices as to which tests we wanted to pursue. We never felt pressured or judged to do more or spend more. Yesterday was our first visit, but having two senior dogs and finding out yesterday that most vets don't care for emergencies (WHAT??!!), definitely not our last visit. The staff was wonderful, even bringing us snacks once it got close to lunch time and we had been there for a few hours. All in all, so pleased with everything. Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: Our sweet kitty Glory (left in the picture) developed difficulty breathing at 13 years old. We had to take her to the emergency clinic and they were amazing! Got us in so quickly and knew immediately that her issue was fluid around her heart and lungs. We had to make the tough dreaded decision. After she passed, Dr Schmidt came back to the room to show us that he went ahead and took some of the fluid in her chest and by the color could tell that it was caused by lymphoma. This brought comfort to me knowing that we did make the right decision for her. A huge thank you to Dr Schmidt and everyone who took amazing care of our girl. We will certainly come back if ever needed. Thank you to the staff- every one of you— for all you do!

Experiencia fantástica: We have a 4 year old chocolate lab who had a leg issue. After taking him in, he was quickly diagnosed with a torn ACL. Because the doctor could tell without xrays, he didn't feel a need to upcharge us and take them. He also gave us 3 options for the surgery as well as his thoughts. When I told him that we wanted to shop around due to the price he even gave us a few other centers to try. We ended up back at Noah's. The surgery went well and the price came back $200 under the quote.

Was told that after an 80 dollar check up (which is understandable) they would need to draw blood work (undisclosed additional amount) then the cost of the surgery would be around 700.00 dollars. Called around and affordable spay)neuter in brownsburg will do the surgery for 90.00. SMH

Experiencia fantástica: Our GSD, Fitz, has been going to Noah’s in Geist since he was a puppy. They have always been great. He’s now almost 10 years and has a brain tumor. We have recently treated with SRT radiation and he’s currently on a bunch of meds. The few times we need to board Fitz, it’s great knowing we can board him at Noah’s Westside in medical boarding so he has people monitoring him 24/7. He is seizure prone, so we don’t want to leave him alone at any point.

We were in last night with Max and, while there was a long wait due to more critical patients, they did a good job keeping us updated. He ended up spending the night. They did a great job fixing him up and went above and beyond to give us advice on non-urgent issues he's been having. Thank you to everyone who was so patient with my anxious, old boy.

I had to spend more money at another vet to get correct diagnosis and treatment. Tom - While your perspective is interesting, it is not quite my perspective. Liam's dx of Lyme Disease was not "an incidental finding" at a later DVM appt, it was the source of his pain and lameness all along. Yes, Meghan was very helpful and I appreciated the refund of a small part of my costs to Noah's, but it was not a complete resolution to my concerns. It's interesting that you choose to use this forum to discuss these matters rather than just let it be what it is, a place for consumers to review their experience. Maybe it shouldn't be used as an opportunity for you to tell consumers that their perspective is wrong.

Experiencia fantástica: Had to put our dog of 16 years down although the situation was very difficult, the staff made us feel very comfortable, not rushed, and they were very compassionate. Then, a few days later, they took it to a next level and sent out a card with hand written notes of sympathy Never ever have I experienced anything like this thumbs up whoever structured this company. Also, the facilities was super clean and had a great smell

My dog unfortunately got hit by a crazy man so we brought her in to try and save her. The staff was so efficient in a very timely matter. Compassionate, understanding and caring. They even cut our costs DOWN. They also did a cool thing of a memorabilia of her paw. The whole staff signed cards, one we left with with her nose printed on, and even an extra one they mailed in the mail. The vet literally cried with me and hugged me as we put her down. We had the best experience one could have in such a tragic situation.

When I needed to use the restroom they even held my dog’s leash for me while we were waiting. While I hope I never have to come back here (because I want my pets healthy and happy!!) I brought her here, she was taken right in and I got a diagnosis right away. Sadly , it was to let her go. I wanted to try to get her into her regular vet , since that’s the only place she had ever been in her life (almost 14 years). When I told of the situation , my regular vet still did not have time to get her in. I made the painful decision to go forward here at Noah’s , and my Bella and myself were treated with such caring and kindness. I will not forget it. If I ever have the need for a vet again , no questions asked , I will come here. Thank you again.

Experiencia fantástica: I have a cat Natsu he is 5yrs old. And he have survive and now is doing great. Thanks to Noah’s emergency doctors and nurses who take care my boy. Natsu had a urinary blockage last august 11, 23… he been put 3x to a catheter but everytime the catheter is remove he would complete blockage again. Thanks to dr. Petersman who did Natsu’s P.U surgery and his team have watched and took care of Natsu for almost 3weeks in ICU. Y’all save and took care my boy and no amount of thank you is enough to be said. Because now Natsu have his cone finally remove last October 12, 23. he is running, and using his litter normal again.I have 3 cats and 1 dog and I only trust Noah’s to take care of my little babies.

Experiencia negativa: After 30+ years of raising dogs from puppies to end of life, across multiple states, this is without question the worst, most manipulative vet I have ever been to. I gave them two chances and both times it was clear they hope you know nothing so they can take advantage of you and your pet for money. I am glad I learned this quickly and glad I was able to give my dog the love and care she deserved at a different clinic. She was dying due to an irreversible process (the vet admitted this) and we had a few extra months with meds. When she was clearly in constant pain despite meds, we made the heartbreaking decision to humanely euthanize her after a loving day and good bye from the whole family. We were directed back to this clinic due to its emergency hours and the vet refused to speak to us, never read her chart, refused to euthanize her because my dog wagged her tail. We got yes/No for over an hour (while my dog suffered) before another tech relayed the vet message that she refuses to do anything at all. The next place we went showered my dog with affection, asked about her history, told us they could see her pain and gave her every ounce of support and love. The vet herself was intelligent, calm, caring and sat with us despite the pace of the clinic. I’ll advise all animal lovers to steer clear of this place and seek out another. It was so worth it. As a side note, the front desk staff were outstanding and kind.

Experiencia fantástica: They saved my big boys life after a bad accident. When we arrived, we were greeted immediately, and he was taken back right away. The wait for his prognosis was not long at all. He was admitted to the icu for treatment and observation overnight. We received several calls with up dates on his condition. He is now home resting and recovering. He will have surgery here in the next week to fix his dislocated back leg. We can not say enough thanks to the great team at Noah's animal hospital!
