Experiencia fantástica: Not all visit come with good news. But Dr. Hensley both provided a very empathetic and sympathetic approach to deliverining the bad news. She was extremely knowledgeable and gave us multiple options, including doing further research to find other treatments for my dog who was diagnosed with an incurable condition.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to CAH since the beginning. I loved Dr. Brown, however, the clinic got expensive and money hungry..... so I left. Just recently, I came back to CAH with my 3 dogs (minus 1) for vaccinations. I was impressed; I was charged for just the shot. No add on doctor fee or Vet tech fee. The staff was more efficient and friendly than I could remember. I will be seeing you again.

Experiencia negativa: They’re nice if you can afford them however if you need food I would recommend not getting it here as they are very unreliable they claimed that I can get my pets food here but every time I come they never have the food my pet needs and then whenever I ask them over and over again if they can simply order the food that my pet needs for me every month and hold it for me they can’t do that either - let me rephrase that they can do it but it’ll be 2 to 3 weeks before I get the food from the day I tell them - which obviously isn’t gonna work - you’re better off going to PetSmart -if I could just give the staff five stars I would

Experiencia fantástica: Took my senior dog who has a heart condition for a visit and everyone was so kind and helpful! The vet made a suggestion on quinoa instead of rice because my dog doesn't like rice and I now know he LOVES quinoa. Thank you DR! The staff are very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Experiencia fantástica: I can’t say enough good things about this clinic, especially Dr. Eaton. We came in during a sudden, very stressful situation with my cat, and his care made all the difference. Dr. Eaton took the time to explain everything clearly, helped me understand what was going on, and genuinely gave me peace of mind when I was exhausted and worried. He was calm, thorough, and compassionate, and even personally called me with updates while my cat was hospitalized overnight. It was obvious that he truly cares not just about the animals, but about the people who love them. I’m incredibly grateful for the care we received. Dr. Eaton is truly one of my favorite vets, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this clinic and Dr. Eaton to anyone looking for knowledgeable, compassionate veterinary care.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been bringing my cat here for several years and every single doctor we've encountered has been beyond amazing. Super reasonable prices and it's always easy to schedule an appointment. I won't go anywhere else and I've recommended them to anyone who asks. Thank you Cadence! Edit for two years after initial review: I wish I could leave a thousand five star reviews. The prices are still very reasonable (in 2026) and the care and kindness that me and my cat have received is priceless. We typically don't see the same vet anytime we go but literally every vet and tech has been wonderful and helpful. Thank you all for what you do!

Experiencia fantástica: It’s very difficult to find vets that go above and beyond. I first tried Cadence when I wanted a second opinion for my sweet 11-year-old cat Ellie. Although we couldn’t do anything for her, I can’t explain how thankful I am for the quick results and follow ups, second opinions, and personal phone calls that helped us make a decision quickly so that she didn’t suffer longer than necessary. Dr. J was very empathetic and genuinely cared throughout the difficult process. A month later, my other cat got sick from eating food he wasn’t used to and Dr. J was just as amazing. She walked me through all of the results of the testing done and sent them to me. We hospitalized him and I knew that even though he hated it (lol) he was in good hands. I received updates, all my questions and concerns were thoroughly answered, and he is completely back to himself. I never felt that I was being pushed for unnecessary testing just to make more money. The office staff are always friendly and helpful. The assistants show care and affection to the pets. Thank you to everyone who helped take care of Ellie and Mushroom and for understanding how much our pets mean to us. ❤️

Experiencia negativa: This is not the quality of care I have experienced with the last 3 owners of Spencer Springs. Hicks, Bower, and Costa were all AMAZING, whoever has the practice now is subpar at best! $500 for my pup to have the same ear medicine that wasn’t working and the post care was not included as it always was previously with all previous visits. Do not take your dog here!

Experiencia fantástica: Great vet. Conveniently located for me. Sometimes there’s a little wait for a room. But not too bad. And they are reasonably priced for vaccines and such. Friendly staff. They offer boarding for dogs AND cats. Which it’s rare to find one for cats too. They even offered to show me the area that my cats would be staying in and explained the process to me. I appreciated it greatly

Experiencia negativa: ​I am extremely disappointed with this clinic. I gave them several chances, but after three strikes, I won’t be returning. The first time, they returned my dog soaking wet, claiming he was "too restless" to be dried. The second time, they only cut half of his nails, leaving the rest untouched. ​Today was the final straw. We had an 11:30 AM appointment for an emergency. We were placed in a room and ignored for over an hour while we watched them attend to other people. When I finally walked out to ask what was happening, I was simply told "the doctor is coming." After another 10 minutes of silence, we left. No explanation, no apology, and no care for my dog’s urgent situation. Truly disappointing for a vet in Henderson.

Experiencia fantástica: I was a walk-in for my sick cat without an appointment, and they were able to accommodate me with only a very short wait time. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and since I had no appointment, I was going to come back after making an appointment because they were kind of busy, but they were able to work me in, and I think that's great. My cat hates going for car rides and it's upsetting for her, so this was very helpful to her that they were able to accommodate me on the spot not having me return. My kitty needed some lab work and they told me I wouldn't get the results until a day or two, but the doctor called me that night with the lab results. I found the pricing to be very fair and the checkout process was easy. My first and only experience with CAH is very positive. I think they will be Missy's new care provider. I recently moved here and they're nearby, friendly, and provide a clean facility.

Experiencia fantástica: Medical staff were caring and compassionate. Our baby, 20 Years, poodle had an episode during the night and next morning he was not himself. We found this vet and they were able to help us. We had to experince the saddest event a parent must endure, but the staff helped our baby transition to heaven. They prepped him then gave him a cake which made his last moments happy and peaceful. We miss him terribly and are devastated but take comfort in his peaceful and calm last sleep.

Experiencia fantástica: Time and time again Dr Ledezma has displayed her dedication to my 5 four legged kids. She goes above and beyond the call of duty. This past Monday she literally saved my mastiffs life after a botched surgery at another local vet. She has so much compassion and understanding. Experiencia negativa: Every month we go here for the same treatments and every month the bill is dramatically different. One month its $74 then $224 then $142 and its for the same treatment every month and when I point it out to them. They come up with a bunch of run around excuses that dont make since. Dont have any issues with the vet of or really anyone. My issue is with the way they charge and run things.

Experiencia negativa: Always ask for an estimate for any charges My dog was in for a teeth and ear cleaning, along with a mass removal and biopsy. The charges were outrageously high (my opinion) including a $54.00 charge for a Bair Hugger -Post Op Warming Package. Ridiculous charge that is automatic. It’s like a hospital charging for a blanket to cover one after they have surgery. The dental cleaning was recommended to “save” costs for the anesthesia required for the mass removal.

Experiencia fantástica: We had known something was wrong with our senior cat for about a year. And we knew that something was advancing in the past six months. We would continually take her to the vet and get full blood work ups and have her looked over and they would just keep saying she was perfectly fine. I brought her to see Dr. Hensley and her assistant and within seconds they knew it was her thyroid and they tested her and sure enough her thyroid was off the charts. Now she’s being treated and doing SO much better. I will NEVER go to another vet again!!!

Experiencia negativa: I have been going to cadence for a couple of years now and have up until this point never had a bad experience. I love Dr. Antoine and Dr. Smith and all the front desk and staff have been lovely, they treat me and my dog amazing and he loves coming in and seeing all of them. So this review is less about the hospital and more specifically about Dr. Brenna Ledezma. My dog came in with clear signs of a UTI on 10/2/25 I have a almost 9 year old Dobie and he has been rattled with UTI issues ever since he had a invasion of struvite stones last year, they had to cut him open and remove them all, thanks to Dr. Antoine for diagnosing him and getting him healed so fast! Anyway I brought him in and she was very dismissive in the initial visit and I brushed it off as maybe she is busy. Well typically the results of the culture and urinalysis would be back in about 48 hours, So on that Monday the 6th of October I reached out, which I have NEVER had to do before, they always reach out to me with results. When I called the woman on the phone said that the results did come back and they would have to schedule Dr. Ledezma to call me so I waited and no call all day Monday. Today the 7th I called and again she was unavailable so I requested that anyone call me with the results so I know if I need medication. Well then a lady called and said that the results were positive for a UTI and I can come get the medicine whenever I want. I am very frustrated and disappointed that the results that my dog had a UTI a bad one, took 3 days to get back to me, the results came in on the 4th!!! I have an elderly dog with a history of these things spreading fast, i.e. the struvite stones that were all over his body last year. I feel as though no care nor concern was shown for the well being of my dog by Dr. Ledezma I never want to speak or have her see my dog again. UTI's are very serious if they go untreated and can spread to the kidneys or cause sepsis if gone untreated for too long. I feel 3 extra days with no treatment is unacceptable. I will continue to go to Cadence but I refuse to ever have Dr. Ledezma treat my dog.

Experiencia negativa: We brought our dog in for what we believe is a hot spot that hasn’t healed, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The vet we saw provided no real answers....every question we asked was met with responses like “hmmm, I don’t know honestly” or “that’s a great question” followed by silence. When they took our dog to the back for an exam, they brought him out with his paw bandaged...something we never approved, and something we easily could have done ourselves at home. Yet, we were charged $50 for that alone. On top of it, they wanted to bill us $71 for the visit, despite the fact that not a single one of our concerns were addressed. I do not recommend this clinic. The vets here were unhelpful, dismissive, and offered no guidance. This will be the last time bringing our pet here. Awful service.

Experiencia negativa: I know this place has lot of good reviews so I don’t know how this happened. I’ve had dogs for almost 30 years and have never seen a dogs nail cut so short to have that much blood everywhere. The floor, my pants, the bench, my wife’s legs, blood was everywhere and took them 15 minutes (after the initial nail cut) to stop the bleeding. My other dog they cut the nails okay but missed the 5th nail. Not sure why they didn’t know dogs have 5 nails like humans. Very disappointing

Experiencia negativa: We've been taking my puppy to this clinic since it was young. Despite the front desk's lengthy hold times and lack of staff, we overlooked these issues thinking the clinic was reliable. Each time my family visited for shots, they asked about the rabies shot but failed to document or provide records of it. 15 months later, we found out the rabies shot was never administered or documented. We're very dissatisfied and won't return.

Experiencia fantástica: Cadence Animal Hospital is ergonomically designed for the comfort of the animals as well as the people. It has one entry for cats and a separate entry for dogs. The staff is courteous, friendly and efficient. I have been to many animal hospitals, which resemble more of the interior of Noah's ark, than a well functioning animal hospital. (little humor) .After meeting with the Veterinarian tech , who takes the weight and the notes , blood test, ear checks, teeth check, and allergy condition ,concerning our kitty (16years), she takes the cat to see the Doctor. Doctor Ortiz , DVM, is superb in the field of Veterinarian Medicine. She gave us a complete breakdown of the health of our kitty, what to do concerning our Cat's health. Kitty's cholesterol was a little high. The next day, Cadence Animal Hospital, Dr. Ortiz , called for a follow-up and to check on kitty's well being. Very Nice ! I would definitely recommend, Cadence Animal Hospital for your pets health and well being.

Experiencia negativa: I WANT TO BE A LOYAL CUSTOMER!!! HOWEVER, Staff is lacking in CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. I fault management for that simply because both my husband and I have complained multiple times about issues with the services provided at CADENCE ANIMAL HOSPITAL. We spoke with the Doctor on staff and voiced our concerns professionally and respectfully. We were advised that she would speak with management hoping to have a better experience the next time and as per usual another disappointment. We boarded our dog for 4 days which we have done so there several times. Usually when we pick him up he drinks a lot of water and sleeps a lot and then bounces back the next day. Today, he's pooping blood and moaning and doesn't seem to be himself. I called Cadence animal Hospital today and let her know that I picked him up this morning from being boarded and what we were currently experiencing with him. I was left on hold for over 25 minutes listening to a barrage of sales pitches one after the next x 5 cycles. I then called back from my husband's phone while still on hold from my phone and no one could tell me who or why I was on hold for 30 minutes and 9 seconds. Unacceptable! I could leave it right there but the list goes on which is a shame because they are right around the corner from my house. They have prime real estate in beautiful cadence but their customer service is going downhill fast. But it's not just customer service it's truth, it's honesty it's transparency It's trust that they are actually providing quality care for your pet while you were on vacation. Here's a recommendation for you provide a report card when the owner comes to pick up their pet from being boarded one that provides information like the last time they ate how much they ate when they went to the bathroom what they did when they went to the bathroom these are all things that a pet owner would love to know once they pick up their pet It would also help them know what to do for their pet when they get home for the remainder of the day. Just a thought while you're working on your customer service think about this as well. Thank you! After further review. I see that the OWNER OF CADENCE ANIMAL HOSPITAL only responds to positive feedback. That right there should tell you EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW. RUN!!!

Experiencia negativa: We have been going to cadence animal hospital for years but the last couple times have been very disappointing. Last week we took our dog in because she was vomiting blood. They did an x-ray and blood work which the blood work came back normal and the X-ray they said was inconclusive stating that something could be in her stomach or it could just be food and they strongly suggest we leave her overnight. We declined as the cost was going to be over $1300. They told us she could not eat or drink anything and told us she needed to come back in the morning for another xray. As I was driving to pick her up they called and said she had a bloody stool and again said she strongly recommends she should stay overnight, but they never told me if they looked to see if anything came out of the stool. They said they would call me in the morning which they never did and my dog had been fasting this for over 36 hours. Finally, I called them and told them that my dog was acting completely normal and I didn't think she needed an x-ray but they strongly urged me to come and get one. We did and several hours later they called and told me my dog was fine and could eat. Overall, we paid over $1,000 for them to tell us our dog was fine because of an inconclusive x-ray and having to get another x-ray that showed nothing was in her system. I feel like they were not truly honest with everything and if my dog passed something, the only time she had a bowel movement was at the vet's office so they should have seen what was causing her issues which they never shared with me. Very frustrating

Experiencia negativa: They had a sign that stated they would clip toenails when you pay for a office visit now they say the dog has to be sedated for free clipping every time it's a new excuse it's not the money as it cost me around 200 a visit it's the fact it's always a different story first off they don't sedate English bulldogs so it' just don't make sense other then that I was happy every time I took my dog there but I am thinking of looking for another vet one that's straight forward no excuses

Experiencia negativa: My friend took her Frenchy To cadence animal hospital this morning. She Was in labor and had a puppy stuck in the birth canal and more in her tummy waiting to be born. The cadence nurses took the dog to the back right away.And then when The vet found out they didn't have The money to pay for The surgery to have the puppies removed.They gave the dog Back And sent them away . Cadence. Animal hospital would not let them make any kind of payment arrangements or anything. Thankfully, we found a vet that cares about The animals and it's not all about the money They came up with an affordable payment plan for them. I would never bring My animal to cadence animal hospital if they don't care enough about the animals and only the money What kind of care Is your Fur baby Really going to get. I would give them 0 stars if it would let me. Shame on you cadence vets for turning this poor mommy to be away like that. She had to have been in extreme pain and distress. Two of the pups died while waiting for help to be born.

Experiencia fantástica: First I want to say, I am do grateful for the work Cadence Animal Hospital does and those that work there. They truly care about their patients and strive so hard to give the best care possible. My dog recently was diagnosed with a severe diagnosis and I was so terrified because her odds were not in her favor. The staff at Cadence worked so hard for 18 days to save my dog and did everything they could to make sure my puppers would return home to me. They gave multiple updates, allowed me to visit my dog since she had to remain hospitalized, and that meant so much to me they were keeping me in the know even though they are so busy. After 18 days I was able to bring her home and she is doing so wonderful. The love they showed my dog when I came to take her home was so sweet and they were all wishing her a wonderful recovery and how much they loved my dog. When you go to Cadence they treat them as family and care so much. I'm so thankful for all they did for my family and working so hard to make sure my best friend could come home and have a happy ending. I would highly recommend Cadence to anyone looking for a vet clinic that cares so deeply for their patients and the families that come their way.

Experiencia fantástica: Had to do a review of Cadence Animal Hospital. I just got a 4 mo. old Doberman Rescue Puppy and have had her home for 3 weeks now she has been fighting some type of bug. Well the first round of medicine didn't work so I went back on Monday. We were blessed to have met Wyatt Eaton our Vet. He is AMAZING!!! In fact this place is incredible. Wyatt took extra time to diagnose my Pipe and even had another Vet check to make sure he was not missing anything that he couldn't see or hear. He was very very Detailed and explained everything perfectly. It has been 3 days and my little girl is so much better. It is so refreshing to have a place where they care so deeply about our pets who are like our Children. Thank you everyone at Cadence Animal Hospital you Rock!?

Experiencia negativa: They messed up my pet's incision, couldn't tie the cone on right so he gets out, I get there and the blonde doctor's assistant couldn't help but start throwing accusations my way. I asked a question to the front desk and they were incredibly rude and sarcastic. I get you want to work with animals, but humans still require customer service.

Experiencia negativa: We had an appointment at 12:00 PM for a routine annual exam and shots. We arrived early at 11:50 AM, but were left waiting until 12:30 PM just to be brought into the exam room. Then we waited another 40 minutes before the vet, Dr. Ja R’eika D. Smith, came in at 1:10 PM. The entire visit didn’t finish until 1:45 PM. It took around 10 minutes to even check out. That’s nearly two full hours for a basic exam that should’ve taken 20–30 minutes at previous vet locations. To make things worse, the vet came across as uncaring and completely disengaged. She didn’t bother to learn our pets' names, and there was no personal touch or compassion. The clinic was clearly overwhelmed with "emergency walk ins" and understaffed as the vet seemed to take no time and seemed in an immediate hurry. I completely forgot to ask her some questions as it was over so fast. Having an appointment meant absolutely nothing in terms of being seen promptly. I will also say my cat has been to the vets various times and never have I seen her react so negatively. They tried muzzling her almost immediately. There were no treats in the room to calm her nor reassurances of comfort from the staff..seems like she's been traumatized. Before visits were smooth sailing. Im concerned for my cat for future visits. This experience was frustrating, impersonal, and a complete waste of time my time. I will not be coming back, and I can’t in good faith recommend Cadence Vet Hospital to anyone who values their time or pet’s care. I dont have one positive thing to say. We will not be returning.

Experiencia fantástica: We have been here quite a few times over the years and every time we have had a great experience. In the past we had a dog that was a distemper survivor so he had no immune system. They always made sure that when we got there with him they had a room ready for us that was fresh mopped to protect him. The most recent visit was due to an emergency situation with one of our very old dogs. They worked us in quickly. Everyone was nice and professional. As always the facility was spotless. Dr. Antoinette was just amazing. This particular dog does not have a good track record with vets but Dr. Antoinette put her at ease and even let her touch and carry her when poor old girl was in a lot of pain. She went above and beyond to help us and figure out what was going on. Unfortunately the old girl does have cancer, but Dr. Antoinette has helped us make her comfortable and she is improving. They called the next day to check on her and were wonderful when we went for our recheck. Dr. Antoinette was very empathetic and supportive when she told us the suspected cancer diagnosis and explained to us the options and what Doggy Hospice entails. I will be switched to taking all my fur babies here from now on.

Experiencia negativa: If I could give negative stars, I would. Multiple negative experiences with this clinic. Not enough staff, lack of communication among the staff, poor customer service, etc. Those experiences alone are enough to not go; however...what prompted me to write this review is the email they sent today. About a month and a half ago, I contacted them about my dog not doing well on the medication they gave her - was concerned if the side effects were normal. As I was on the phone with their receptionist, our dog passed away. Several days later, one of their Vets called my husband to find out how our dog was doing...husband said, "hey, my wife was on the phone with your clinic when our dog died"...which one would think would be the end of them contacting us about her. Nope! Just got a 'Happy Birthday Bella!' email from them today. I did receive an email response apologizing after I explained our experience. They assured me this was not indicative of their overall customer service and animal care. Actually, it is a glaring example. Their clinic is the worst vet office we've gone to. I hate giving this review; however, if I can spare another person from going there, this review has served its purpose. In sharp contrast, the emergency vet's office they referred me to help with my dog's cremation was three times as busy as Cadence Animal Hospital and managed to provide excellent service and sympathy. Cadence Animal Hospital didn't offer to stay even a minute past their closing time to help with her cremation...it was about 15 minutes before they were closing when I had called them about our beloved pet. I didn't expect her to pass away while I was on the phone with their receptionist. She just said, 'I'm so sorry, we can't help with that' and gave me the number for the other vet clinic. I respect that they have business hours however, it seemed insensitive. I live less than 5 minutes from their business.

Experiencia fantástica: We have been seeing Dr Eaton at Cadence for over a year now and he sees our four dogs. I cannot say enough good things about him and his staff! He really listens to our concerns and thoroughly explains what the options are for whatever the situation is (when you have four dogs there is almost always a situation). Haha I never feel rushed and and out. I guess my only complaint would be that like other vets. The technicians will come in and remove your pet and do whatever check up is needed. I liked it better when they used to do it in the room with you and only take them back if they needed a procedure. That’s just my opinion. Highly recommend this place and Dr. Eaton!!

Experiencia negativa: Really pissed off. Took my 11 week old puppy there to get his rabies shot (nothing else). The 2 vets came back and told me in addition they also gave him a coronavirus shot and some other shot. I did not ask for them, they were not mentioned (which still would of been a no). Also they were told explicitly ONLY RABIES after a few failed sales pitches on other vaccines. Considering legal action!

Experiencia negativa: Horrible experience that ended in heartbreak. I trusted Cadence with my dog's care, and they completely failed us. They misdiagnosed her, telling us she had arthritis and a torn ACL, and brushed off a visible mass on her side, saying it was 'nothing to worry about.' That mass turned out to be cancer. Because of their negligence, we lost our beloved dog. On top of that, they gave her a pain injection that made her scream in agony all night — it was horrifying to watch her suffer like that. This clinic’s incompetence and lack of proper care took our dog from us far too soon. Please, if you love your pets, take them somewhere else. They do not deserve to be in business.

I'm not sure about the boarding I haven't used it because they don't have any play time built in but I could be wrong. I only asked on the phone.

Experiencia negativa: Extremely disappointment and frustration regarding the recent experience I had at Cadence Animal Hospital with my two-day-old Pomeranian puppy. Arriving just 10 minutes before closing time on a Sunday, I was rushed into a room where the staff informed me that they did not have the necessary equipment to care for such a small puppy and advised me to seek help elsewhere. How are they a full animal hospital with no small animal equipment they obviously just wanted to leave Sunday night at closing time for them. Not only did they bill me for a glucose test without my consent, but they also charged me for a full exam on my extra tiny puppy, despite the fact that I was in the office for only five minutes. The lack of communication and disregard for my permission in performing these procedures was unacceptable. Following up the next day to discuss the bill, I was met with a complete lack of empathy and understanding from the staff. It was evident that they prioritized profit over the well-being of the animals under their care. This disregard for ethical practices and customer service is appalling. I find it deeply concerning that Cadence Animal Hospital demonstrated such a lack of care and professionalism. It is clear that their primary motivation is financial gain, rather than providing quality care for animals in need. This experience was not only a waste of time and money but also a significant source of distress for me and my puppy. I expressed my concerns to the staff and emphasized my reluctance to leave negative reviews. However, I feel compelled to warn others about this disappointing experience and urge caution when considering Cadence Animal Hospital for veterinary care. I hope that by sharing my experience, others can avoid the frustration and disappointment I encountered. It is essential to prioritize the well-being and compassionate treatment of animals, and Cadence Animal Hospital failed to meet these fundamental standards. Experiencia fantástica: We took Happy our lab mix in because he had been having tummy issues. Dr Eaton was great along with the staff. They followed up with us to make sure Happy’s meds were working and checked in to see he was feeling!! Experiencia negativa: AVOID THEY HAVE KILLED MORE PETS THIS MONTH ALREADY. READ YELP AND NOT THESE THAT ARE ASKED OF THE VET. THEY ARE NEGLECTFUL 100% Avoid this place and Dr Ledezma as she is uncompassionate and only cares about your money and not your pet. Your pet dies cause she missed something but make sure you pay your bill. No call or card. Such a cold office and staff. The notes were changes as well and not true about conversations that were had. Horrible experience both times. The Dr's are incompetent and rush without even listening to you. They contradict eachothers diagnosis and you leave feeling just as empty as you got there with a sick pet. Then you call and it's so uncompassionate. Most the staff seem miserable with the exception of Judy and Hailey which is the only good parts of my calls and visits. I lost my cat and feel as it was neglect from this practice.

Experiencia fantástica: My experience at this animal hospital was great. I walked in with my Husky/Aussie Mix, Peri, needing his shots. They had people waiting in the waiting area already, yet still got me started with the new patient paperwork. I finished and waited no longer than 5-10 minutes to go back. I waited maybe 30 seconds to a minute when the tech/vet came in, took Peri back to receive his shots, and returned in less than 5 minutes. As I said, it was a great experience as everyone there is professional, efficient, and polite with good attitudes in general. I hope everyone who goes there has a good experience as well.

They will tell u your pet doing fine then send you home 30 minutes later my pet was dead. Warring please stay away from here they have no clue on how to help your pet.I pick this clinic trying to save a few dollars cheap isn’t always better. All they care about is the money for each thing they claim they want to test your pet about. I got my pet cremated shortly after this the pet cremation company informed me of 4 homes this month that came from this clinic. Please be aware

Experiencia fantástica: I really like this place. I loved Dr. Naes, but I think she moved on to a different place. My favorite thing about this place is that the veterinarian is often able to give you price estimates while they are recommending care. It really helps when deciding which tests to do first. I get my dog a Labrella shot for his arthritis every month, and I'm able to just do a quick walk-in. Usually out in 20 minutes!!

Experiencia fantástica: I cannot begin to thank the staff enough. I rushed in completely panicked on a Sunday morning when I realized my dog was choking, and they saved her life. They acted quickly, demonstrating skill and compassion. Again… words cannot express my gratitude for them for saving her life. They were absolutely amazing. Experiencia negativa: Booked an appointment 1 week in advance received a quote for 1 tooth extraction as my 9 pound doxy has a loose tooth. They decided to call me 24hrs before the scheduled appt that they do not do extraction without doing a cleaning 1st why book me in the 1st place? 500+ more than the $200 quote for one tooth extraction they care ABOUT MONEY thats it whatever they can squeeze out of you.

We have a senior dog and felt that our previous vet was trying to get us to do more and more with every visit. Experiencia fantástica: The staff here is always friendly and helpful. I always bring my fur kids here. I even buy my Chihuahua her special diet food here at a reasonable price.

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely love all who work at Cadance Animals Hospital, from the front office to the back office the compassion and loving care for all of our animals as well as us as pet parents. Anyone and everyone I have come in contact with with fur babies I always recommend CAH, and will continue to do so…. The ONLY thing I can say is I wish they did Avian as well so I could have all my animals seen at one location ♥️♥️♥️♥️‍⚕️‍⚕️‍⚕️

Experiencia fantástica: Got a same day appointment for urgent care but not emergency (end of day on a Saturday). Dr Eaton was friendly and professional. He was upfront about options but wasn’t pushy about doing the most. Even though it was the end of the day he was not rushed and got all my questions answered. His interaction was genuine and authentic which is unusual these days. Reception staff was great too.

Experiencia fantástica: My boy tore his ACL on Nov 24th, Thanksgiving evening. Cadence AH was able to get me in first thing the following morning with Dr. Brown and accepted to do the emergency surgery for me that same day. The healing process began the day after and nearly 6 weeks later my best friend was using all 4 again as if nothing happened. All follow up calls and re-check appointments were done in a timely manner. I highly recommend this practice to anyone needing any type of veterinary service. Thanks Candence! Experiencia negativa: Well, I’m sure they do a great job on the dogs, but they don’t know how to put people in the right order. When you have a block appointment between 7 and 8 AM and you put your name on a list and they start pulling people from the bottom of the list first extremely frustrating. The assistant hands, some guy a bunch of paperwork and doesn’t tell him the order of the patient coming in and so he just randomly grabs them out of order Best way I can put it if you’re at a restaurant and you sit down and you see five other tables sit down and they all get their food and you’re sitting there completely unnoticed unrecognized That pisses everybody off hopefully they can fix this crap

Experiencia negativa: I was warned about taking our animals to Cadance. I wish I would have listened. Today we had to let our family dog go. He was a major part of our family. We brought him in because of his food allergies and needed meds and a sensitive stomach food to calm down his digestive tract. We had an appointment, did not get to see the Dr and the vet tech had to keep running in and out of our room to ask her questions. There was not a different emergency going on at that time , I asked , so why the Dr did not come in Herself is beyond me! We got meds and due to them givin us a food supplement that had what he was most allergic too negated all the meds they put him on, it put him into severe pancreatitis to which he could not come back from….i will never make the mistake to not read ingredients again. I trusted them. We took him to another vet in dire condition and gave a good try to reverse the damage. We had to let him go today. Please think twice before using Candance.

Experiencia fantástica: Such an amazing first experience! We were in and out within 1 hour and given an appointment the same day. The doc was very knowledgeable and unlike other vets he laid out multiple options/treatments for my dog and told me he would go with whatever I decided to choose. Also extremely reasonable prices.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Ortiz and staff have taken great care of my Sidney. She has to have surgery on her ears or lose them.....not on my watch! They performed the surgery and she is so much better...thanks for taking care of my baby

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely love this place. They are really good at following up if your dogs had any type of surgery or they’ve taken, you know they’re immunization shots. They always check in and make sure that your furry friend is OK. I just really love them.

Experiencia fantástica: Very caring and compassionate staff and veterinary physician. We unfortunately had to bring our old man cat here due to some problems that came on suddenly. The physician took their time to explain options for testing etc and had to give us not good news on our final choices for care/letting him go.. we decided to bring our handsome guy back home to spend some time with him, they called to check on us the next day. We decided to let Jae go the following day and the staff was very sweet and allowed our family to spend as much time with him as we needed before making the decision that it was time. The doctor then came into the room and explained the process, the amount of care and sensitivity that was displayed made it a little easier to say goodbye and to let Jae begin his healing path to the other side. We received a card in the mail a few days after from the staff, they all signed it with their condolences for our loss. It was very personal and touching. We just picked up Jae’s ashes from the staff and now have our handsome old man back home with us. This was the first time I’ve gone through this, as I had Jae for 19 years, he was 20 this year. We’ve spent the last 19 years together. This staff and their process/standard made it less painful. ‍⬛

Experiencia fantástica: Cadence Animal Hospital is the best animal hospital I’ve been to in my lifetime owning dogs and they’re really nice, respectful and caring for our babies and they take care of them so well. Doctors here does a great outstanding service every time our babies had to be annually checked up and bringing them in for emergency care. The girls at the front are very nice and helpful and this facility is very clean. Overall I wouldn’t take my babies anywhere else but here and I greatly recommend Cadence Animal Hospital for your animals care.

Experiencia fantástica: I took my large, overzealous golden doodle in to be treated and groomed due to him not liking other groomers. I’m really happy with the results and the care of the staff for having the patience to help us.

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful staff, very polite and helpful. Just wanted to check up on my pet to insure she was ok, they got me in same day. Got her checked out and all was ok. Vet even called a few days later to see how my pet was doing. Highly recommend this place.

Experiencia negativa: I’d love to say good things about Cadence since they are so close to me and they’ve seen all 5 od my dogs. However my last visit just left me so sour about their care team. My cat declined quickly, he was seen 5-7 times by 3 different vets in the 1.5 months leading up to his passing. To keep a long story short, he was on the brink of death. I rushed him in and called prior to getting there. I was given a room asap, but no doctor tended to us. A cat dying flags emergency to me and it took about 10 minutes for a vet to come in. I realize I came so close to closing time, but I called ahead. During a moment of such vulnerability and tragedy, it was unacceptable to not have been prioritized. Once Milo passed, the tech literally just took his dead body. No blanket, just carried my dead cat. I wish I could go back in time and had established care with another vet; I grieve that I didn’t give Milo the integrity he deserved when he crossed because of Cadence.

Experiencia positiva: Nice place. I like the separate entrances for dogs and cats. I really like Dr. Brown. I gave it one 'ding' bc the assistant couldn't be bothered to help me get my dog in the scale so my purse was flopping forward hitting me as I had to bend over and pick my dog up twice since my dog didn't stay on long enough.

Experiencia positiva: Always happy to visit the Hospital. They were quick and attentive. I requested an appointment for my pit to get nails trimmed. I asked for a time less transited and they were able to accommodate me. Dottie is a big dog and I wanted to eliminate dog interactions. The Staff was quick at getting her in and out.

Experiencia negativa: Brought our cat in for possible urinary track infection. Female entered the room with a notebook, asking various questions about what we wanted done. Our cat wasn't even examined yet. I believed this was the vet but it was not. I was confused as to what was happening. She told me that basically it was a pre-interview to find out how much we were willing to pay and then the vet would come in. Vet came in with a piece of paper already filled in as to what would be charged for a plethora of tests, procedures, bloodwork and x-rays before she even looked at or examined our cat. We asked for urinalysis and antibiotic shot. $243. Cat was taken in the back for urine extraction and was brought back to us bleeding and wet. Dr stated they had to wash off all the blood and urine and that the bleeding was normal. She has had this done in the past and never have we seen blood, nor returned to us wet. I called for the urinalysis results and no one had gotten back with us. The receptionist emailed it to me. Two days later, cat was no better. Return visit. Again - how much are we willing to pay. We wanted x-rays to see if there may be a blockage. They insisted on bloodwork and urine culture to determine what antibiotic would be effective. There was complete radio silence after this visit. $820. I called repeatedly for the results of the culture. The x-ray that was taken is read by an outside company. The results were inconclusive because the quality of the x-ray was blurry - a waste of $300. They did offer for us to come back for a repeat x-ray for free. We declined. They claimed they tried to contact us and left messages. This is untrue. We asked for a refund for the urine culture $170. They refused. Filed a complaint with the BBB and found that this business is unaccredited.

Experiencia fantástica: If you are in the Henderson area, this place is an awesome, safe place to take you animals. The staff is friendly and the vets are compassionate. They offer spa days for your animals. And from what I saw, the animals love coming here.

Experiencia fantástica: Always quick and easy coming here and they have very reasonable prices especially for vaccines. You don’t really ever see the vet unless you are there for something serious. Also had to emergency board my dog last minute and they got me a same day appointment for his required shots and were able to take him for boarding for five days on a one day notice at a very reasonable price.
