Dr. you and the young cowboy vet, (I'm sorry I didn't get his name,) have wonderful bedside manners! Especially, your know how! Everyone, thank you for your patience, because my questions were never ending, but never dismissed as unimportant! My drive is a ways getting there, but just knowing my Bella will be in great hands, is all worth it!!! I was behind the scenes visiting my Bella and saw their wonderful individual care for each animal. I highly recommend you'll to anyone that cares for their babies/pets in caring/intelligent hands! Experiencia fantástica: I have been coming to this clinic for over 17+ years, when it was known as hope road vet clinic, and they are amazing. They saved my male dachshund when he got a tick born illness. Most other places wanted to charge me outrageous prices, but couldn't guarantee that he would live, and they took care of him and promised they would do everything they could to save him, and they did. They never gave up on him or any of my other babies and they dont charge outrageous prices and they take amazing care of the animals The entire staff is amazing, caring, and genuinely love animals and would do anything to save a fur babies life. I always recommend yall so thank you so much for always taking care of our fur babies (Sorry this review is so long, i just have so many good things to say about this vet and the wonderful ladies and men that save fur baby lives daily!!) Amazing!!!!
Experiencia negativa: Very expensive clinic. I took my cat to be treated for wound on the head. The wound was deep. The doctor took a look at him and said he could treat him no problem. And asked me if I wanted him to fix the cat so he won't breed no more. I agreed to that because he said it would bd no problem fixing the wound. He said for the wound and get him fix 400 only so I said great let's do it. They called the next day and said the doctor already did the surgery on him. Got him fixed. But the wound is different story it's deeper than they thought which is going to cost you 700. I was like you told me it was 400. They were like well in order to close the wound is going to cost you more. I'm like why did he do the surgery if the wound can't be closed up. I brought him here for the wound not to be fixed. They were like you have another option we can put him down. Like why charge me for the surgery in the first place. Or you can take him home and treat him yourself. So I decided to take him home and treat him. They still charged me 500 hundred dollars. I will never go back there ever. Very bad experience. I don't recommend this clinic to anyone

Experiencia fantástica: I cannot even begin to express how much how much Cadillac vet has done for me. If anyone goes above and beyond it is them. They genuinely care for the pets and owners. I lost two of my babies less than a year apart. My first one cookie had a bacteria infection that was attacking her blood cells. Unfortunately cookie had a rare blood type that noone carried. The staff spent days helping me post and called neighboring cities and states looking for her blood type. Unfortunately we didn't have enough time and lost her. Than my andy who was 20 years old began to have very agressive seizures. Even with meds he continued to have them more often and even more aggressive. I had to come to the realization That he was now suffering and had no quality of life. I knew holding on to him was selfish and took him in immediately.They did all they could do for a cat that lived 20 years. Throughout the whole process they were honest with me but never forced me into a decision. They were caring and kind and i knew they genuinely wished they could do more. I had Andy cremated there and they did such an amazing job. You can tell they took there time presenting him to me.ive never felt so special and never been more sure that he was placed in the right hands. I am so greatful for all they have done. From the doctors to the techs to the receptionist and all that fall in between thank you so much. From my family to yours.

Experiencia fantástica: I have seen a ton of negative reviews for this clinic and I wanted to add a positive one. I continued with this clinic after change in ownership. I heard not great things, but I wanted to make the decision for myself. My dog was diagnosed with CHF in September/October after I spoke with Dr. Conner about some concerns I had. Mind you, I had discussed these concerns with another vet at Hope and was told it was just collapsing trachea. Dr. Conner wanted to do x-rays to rule out anything else and low and behold, CHF. Dr. Conner and Dr. Zimmer have taken wonderful care of my old pup. In fact, I even had a consultation with both of them just to discuss her current treatment plan and any other options. I hate to hear others haven't felt they've received great care from Cadillac Vet, but I have. From office staff, to techs, to the vets. My dog is receiving necessary treatment because Dr. Conner didn't just blindly accept the diagnosis another vet gave. For that, I am grateful. While there is no cure for CHF, they are making sure her combinations of meds help to keep her comfortable.

Experiencia negativa: This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a veterinarian. They make you feel good because they make you feel like they care about your Animal. . They kept our little boy for four days in severe pain. We finally pulled him out, took him to Texas A&M, it took them 15 minutes to figure out what was going on with him. He is now ready to come home after two days there, the care he received was excellent at Texas A&M, because they know what they doing.. At Cadillac They’re just trying to make it look like they’re doing something for him and they were so far off that you wouldn’t even begin to imagine they could be that inexperienced, Especially, when the veterinarian that owns the Clinic graduated from Texas A&M, which is one of the best animal hospitals in the United States, but never intervened and our boys care at all. Here’s the most upsetting part, it was his neck and at any time if he was moved in the wrong way, in any way shape or form, he would’ve died of sudden death..that’s what they were overlooking and didn’t even bother to check that out. My boy could’ve just died at any moment.. And they were looking somewhere else instead of where they should’ve been looking they even took x-rays and I asked him about taking x-rays again and they said that there was no sense in taking x-rays again. Spent over $1000 and I got the same dog that I gave to them. I took him to Texas A&M. I spent $10,000 from mistakes that they made but I got my baby boy back and it was worth every penny but I will never ever go back there, and I will never ever recommend them because they have no idea what they’re doing. They just wanna make it look like they do, and make some dollars while they’re waiting for you to say..I’ll take my dog home and see what we can do, because I know they don’t want him dying on their watch.. The worst part was the pain that he went through crying. It was horrifying. They had him out of Pain within 15 minutes upon arrival at Texas A&M.. please, please think before you place you love one there…
It is our policy to recommend referral to a specialist at the time of our patient’s initial exam for any medical case that is beyond the scope of general practice, as was done multiple times throughout this case. Unfortunately, our clients are not always able to follow through with those recommendations, as specialists are not local and often quite expensive. Due to these reasons, we make every effort to give our clients local options for treatment in accordance with their pet’s best interest and what is feasible in our clinic. If the local options are chosen, we make it very clear that what we are able to provide in house is not our #1 recommendation, as we do not have the facilities, diagnostic equipment, or specialized experience in treating certain problems. Texas A&M has a wide range diagnostic equipment, as well as multiple board certified neurologists.
We are sorry that you feel that we failed you and your pet, however we have made every effort to best manage the medical case with the decisions that were made regarding the care options given and the lack of previous medical records.
Experiencia fantástica: I've been taking my pets to hope vet, now cadillac vet, for many years. A lot has changed but not the care! It is still excellent. They have always been there for my pets and the vet is excellent. It's a long way from my house but worth the drive.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff was amazing at answering my questions, I personally had not had a family pet in over 20 years so I had a ton of questions and concerns. I took my two new cats in to be spayed and neutered, yes one of each. They even included the costs of the meds needed after surgery in the price that I was quoted and paid. I will definitely be back for any future veterinary needs and have even been referring other friends to go here too. I cannot say enough about how professional and caring the staff was.

I received updates before and after her surgery, as she was in recovery and when she was ready to leave. Pricing was good and care was amazing. Nova and I give A++ to Cadillac Vet!

Experiencia fantástica: I was so nervous bringing my cat, Punky, to the vet because she was having some medical issues. The staff at Cadillac Vet Clinic were amazing! They were so gentle and patient with her, and they answered all of my (many!) questions thoroughly and without making me feel silly. I left feeling confident that Punky is in good hands. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Cadillac has become our primary vet this year and our experience has been nothing but professional. One of our dogs is very protective of me and will be straight up aggressive towards strangers so I really appreciate their patience with him while we work through his training. Clean environment and great communication from Dr. Zimmer and staff (thank you Chyanne and Cristy!). Waits are very minimal and the staff works hard to keep appointments on schedule. So far we have gotten our routine shots, microchips, heartworm tests and two neuteres with no issues and clear after care instructions. They were more than helpful to answer any and all questions we had. If you're looking for the cheapest clinic in town, go elsewhere. If you're looking for QUALITY care, come here. You get what you pay for and it's clear the staff values the comfort and health of the animals.

Experiencia negativa: Take your animals to PETS clinic no hidden fees. I purchased a spay and nueter voucher that was supposed to cover the spay of my dog. She also needed shots. I was told if she was in heat it would be 50.00 more dollars. Shots were 85.00. Thays 135.00 they charged 215.00 more for the spay and 23.00 for meds for a grand total of 373.00 on top of the voucher i paid for. I have 2 more voucher for cats to be done but I will be canceling at Cadillac and taking them to Timber Creek. And in the furlture I will wait for PETS clinic to have availability.

Experiencia fantástica: Very pleased with the outcome of my puppy. If you've ever dealt with parvo you know there's always that chance a pup will not survive but mine did and my heart is happy again. Experiencia negativa: Took my Rottweiler for a simple procedure to remove a small wart like on his thigh. Took him home the following day they said everything went well. He did not want to eat , started throwing up . Took him to the vet hospital. They said his pancreas is inflamed. I asked how could this be . He had surgery no more that week ago. My rotti was healthy !! I would never ever take my pets to this facility again . Within a week our baby passed way!

Not only is he very knowledgeable, he is practical and transparent when it comes to prices. He does not push unnecessary procedures, which is something I have run into in the past with other vet hospitals. Dr. Zimmer and his whole team were great to work with. Experiencia negativa: I will never go here again after today. If I could give zero stars I would… I have been a client here for over a decade. I made an appointment to euthanize my old sick cat. I go in today to do it and after waiting a little bit I was put in the euthanasia room (I understand having to wait they were busy and I was early that wasn’t the problem) I will say that Mary was very kind and compassionate to me and got us set up and told me they would be in shortly to do it. Well Dr Conner came in with a computer to get a history which I understand to an extent. He was cold and kept asking what was wrong with her. I was very upset and crying given the situation and answered that she was old and in pain and her quality of life was just not good anymore and that I think she could have diabetes. (But aside from the possible diabetes she was just slow going and in obvious pain every time she would walk) He kept digging deeper by asking well what else? I said can we please just get this done she is in pain and he was obviously irritated and left. A couple minutes later Jackie the vet tech walked in and said she was in there to get a more thorough history for the dr. Meanwhile my cat is screaming and trying to hide because she is scared. So what was supposed to be a peaceful passing for her turned into literal Hell. Jackie then made me feel guilty by saying things like “we have to do good by her” this is what was good for her she was miserable and they were just prolonging her suffering. I said I was going to just go somewhere else and she very coldly responded well it’s gonna be way more expensive wherever else I go.. at that point I didn’t care I wanted somewhere that would not be judgmental to me during a very difficult time. I felt they were just pushing for me to get expensive blood work to get more money from me. Well now they will have no more of my money and I used them a lot considering I have a chronic ill dog that needs bloodwork and meds a lot… I have spent thousands here over the years. As a loyal client of there’s for like I said over a decade I expected to be treated with a lot more compassion and empathy than I was today… and not made to feel guilty about a very hard decision that has been a long time coming… I want to spotlight Mary again if anyone has made it this far. She was amazing and compassionate to me and helped me load my cat in the car and hugged me while I cried. I ended up going to Canyon Rd where from the start they were so kind and compassionate. I will be leaving a glowing review on Google for Canyon rd if anyone is interested in that.

Experiencia fantástica: My and my husband took our two dogs there for an establishing visit, toe nail trim, and possibly anxiety meds. The vet was very knowledgeable and gave really good answers to all the questions we had. 10/10 will be returning and using them for future care.

Experiencia fantástica: Our dog randomly began having extensive seizures. We took her to two different vets where we left with thousands of dollars spent, no medicine and no answers. Thankfully, were able to get a same day appointment with Dr. Zimmer and he promptly began treatments. After a couple nights at his office and a week on meds Maggie has almost made a full recovery. On top of her healing our bill was a quarter of what we had already spent elsewhere. We had a great experience and will continue our pet's care in his office. Thank you Cadillac Vet!

Experiencia negativa: I won't use them again after hearing this story. They took an animal away from a family because they said that surgery was covered and then hot this family with $1800 on a balance and refused to make pay arrangements with this family. A poor baby is confused, lost and scared due to being surrendered because a Vet won't help them with arrangements. This sickens me at one point Hope was a great vet office but now it's gone down hill and your forcing families to surrender their babies if they can't afford care upfront. Yall should be ashamed of yourself and You should do the right thing and get this baby back it's family because you know this isn't right! Shame on all of you....

I grew up with our home being an "emergency foster home for critters"; When we moved back to Amarillo (from San Jose, CA in '87) where Momma was born, bred & buttered,, we had ZERO clue that God would lead us to the ABSOLUTE BEST critter docs around!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing service, me and my dog love you, after one treatment my dog was back to being herself. I was given multiple treatments that were very affordable for an old dog and would highly recommend. they cured her of parvo 13 years ago and continue to give excellent service.

Experiencia negativa: I would not recommend this place if you love your animal. Not only are they very expressive, the wait time is long, even with an appointment, and they give you false hope. I personally don’t think they care about the animals they see, they just make you pay for unnecessary treatment and procedures.

Experiencia negativa: I would give 0 stars if google permitted it. My mother-in-law’s dog had a mass removed from her in the summer 2022. Hope informed her that the mass was only benign and not cancerous. New mass appeared winter 2022. Hope advised her the original mass was confirmed to be cancer, months after the initial visit. I realize mistakes are made but how does this slip through cracks? Unacceptable.
Experiencia fantástica: Our female cocker spaniel was in labor. She was having complications. I called Cadillac vet they told me to bring her in right away they would be waiting on me. By the time I arrived and Dr Zimmer did the sonogram our cocker was in surgery within 20 minutes. He was able to save 3 out of the 4. Dr. Zimmer and his staff were excellent. Thank you so much for being so caring and loving our fur babies.

Experiencia negativa: I really don’t know where to start… I brought my baby because he kept throwing up, and the first thing they did was start talking about money,… I never had that problem with the old owners…they were always so reasonable.. these are new owners now so I put my faith in them and left him there because they said that his blood work came back that he had kidney failure and that he needed to be hospitalized…stayed for almost a week and I brought him home…as soon as I brought him home he started throwing up even worst… I took him back and he was hospitalized again and they did more blood work and did a sonogram and they said he had pancreatitis … then a few days later they call and say he is not going to make it…so when I get there he is so weak he is cold and is lifeless so my poor baby dies….Now they ask if they can open him up to see his tummy… turns out that he swallowed a rubber ball and his tummy flipped!!! So if they did all that diagnostic and sonogram on him they would have known what the problem was but all they did was assume now I am in debt…over 3000 dollars and no pet!!!! They pretty much made me spend all that money for a guessing game…I will NEVER take any of my pets there again, the reason they do that is because they know you are going to pay to keep your animal alive….what I should have done was take him to another Vet, now I sit here with out my pet of 7 years and I feel like I failed him by taking him to a joke of a place… I recommend that you find another veterinary clinic where they care about your pet and not there pockets!!!!
Experiencia fantástica: Hope Veterinary clinic was awesome! We where traveling in our RV and have 4 days till we made it home and my service dog ran out of insulin. We drove the RV to their place of business and I showed them we where out of insulin and they where able to take down all of our information and sell us a bottle of the same insulin for my service dog. Wonderful staff and they helped to take a huge stressor off of my plate while traveling and saved my dogs life. Thank you to the Doc on duty that day and the staff at the front desk!
Experiencia negativa: I strongly recommend you go elsewhere if you truly love your pet and consider them family, the way I do my dog. My 11 yr old lab mix has not been eating, vomiting, and losing weight for over a month. Hope did blood work and sent me home with meds about 6 weeks ago. She wasn't getting better, so I took her back, and they recommended hospitalization. She stayed for 6 days. When I picked her up last Monday, she was the exact same. Still throwing up, skin and bones, and sitting in a dirty kennel. They charged me a total of $1800 for absolutely nothing. They sent me home with a dog that looked like she was dying. While she was hospitalized, they did more blood work, x rays, ultrasound, and could not give me one definitive answer as to what was wrong with her. At no point during these 6 days did they call me and say that nothing was working. They kept her locked in a dirty kennel for 6 days just for the sake of racking up a bill. I've been trying for 2 days to get an itemized statement of all the meds and treatments they did, but they won't send it. Something I have a legal right to have. They are clueless and heartless. I needed the records of what all they did to show her new vet and couldn't get them. I had to take her to an emergency clinic because I thought she was dying. All this time and money, and I'm still trying to save her life. They are in it for the money, and none of them should be involved in health care. *Update*. I had to euthanize my dog on Tuesday, August 24th. The new vet took x-rays and found a large mass in her lung. She had lung cancer. In 6 days in the hospital at Cadillac Vet, they never told me she had cancer. When asked why they didn't see this mass in the x-rays and ultrasound they said, " we did, but cancer wasn't what we were treating her for." They said they knew she had cancer and didn't tell me. If that's not malpractice, I don't know what is. I will never forgive them for this. Those 6 days when she was hospitalized were days I could've been with her. Now she's gone, and I will miss her forever.
Experiencia negativa: I use to love coming here when it was Hope Vet because of the Faulkner’s. I never minded the wait because they were great with all my animals over the years. However, I was told today that they retired and the other veterinarian that was there with the Faulkner's is gone also Dr. McKnight. They have a new owner and new prices, which are high compared to a lot of other veterinarians. Unfortunately won’t be coming here again with my animals.

Experiencia negativa: I don’t write reviews unless I feel very strongly about something. I want to share my story and this is just my opinion and experience. I’ve been taking care of stray kittens outside-all healthy and good and one morning I see one in bad condition so I rushed him to hope vet. He had hyperthermia because it rained the night before and he must of got wet and temperature dropped. Right when I walked in the woman at the front was talking prices which I do understand, they are a business and need to make money. Nothing in life is free. They were talking about saving him but it would cost me $200-$400 to start off with and later more. I told them I don’t have that money and this wasn’t even my kitten but I will raise money and pay them. (I’ve done that for other rescues before) well right when I said I don’t have money the girl asked me if I want to sign off my rights for the kitten to them and went into the room to tell the other lady..then that lady walked out and grabbed some medicine (a needle and I believe it was to euthanize) and 2 minutes later came out with the kitten and said he passed. I am not 100% sure but I feel 99% that’s what they did. Right when I said I don’t have money and that they can keep the kitten they decided to euthanize it instead of help him. If I knew this was going to happen, I would of took him home and let him try to fight for his life and try to help him myself. He fought the whole night and managed to stay alive but 5 minutes at the vet and 2 minutes after I said I don’t have money, he dies. It all didn’t click until I got in the car and was driving home and I started to put the pieces together. I will never trust a vet again because of this experience. I thought vets would want to save animals..I understand they need to be paid but this is a life we are talking about. I would of raised money and paid them. The fact that I drove him there and pretty much sentenced his death is getting me so depressed the last few days. Can’t stop thinking about the whole situation. Rip little one Again I do want to say that this is just my opinion and experience. This is what I believe happened but I do not have proof
Experiencia fantástica: After a horrible weekend because of an un caring doctor at another facility my husband and I brought our dog here. She is one of 3 babies. We were financially broke l mean over drawn at our bank. And this wonderful Vet agreed to still see our baby and treat her. We had a family member help. But our dogs injury was significant. And the Vet at animal hospital on canyon in amarillo didn't care. Sending us home because we couldn't pay and asked for a payment plan. Waiting until Monday we called our regular vet and they even wouldn't do a payment plan. We called frantically around and Dr. Zimmer team was awesome agreeing to see Tessa.. They reassured us and worked with my husband on price and thanks to a relative paying for her visit, our baby will be just fine. I really recommend Hope vets. Dr Zimmer truly cares about his patients and so does his staff. My husband and I will be bring our furry babies here from now on. She was thoughtful and went above and beyond to help our pup and saw him at the last moment on a Saturday, and stayed late after closing to do it. Experiencia fantástica: We made an emergency stop in Amarillo on our trip east. Dr Zimmer admitted our Labradoodle, Lucy for 2 nights - he and the whole staff were amazing. I could visit her whenever I wanted- This practice is so kind and caring. I highly recommend Hope to everyone in the area!
Experiencia positiva: I took my chiwauwa too Hope for her rabies and distemper parvo they gave her a 3 year rabies and think it was too much for her little body. She won't get out of bed won't eat is this normal? She only weighs 10 pounds it wasn't Dr. zimmer that gave the shots it was a tech
We will be reaching out regarding this issue. 3 year rabies are safe for dogs of this size, however we definitely need to discuss the symptoms you have seen.
Experiencia fantástica: Been going there for 10 years or more really great place the wait has always been horrible you get there stand in line before they opened and still be there all day well they sold it and now they do appointments so I get there check in and to my surprise they get me in and out in under a hour the vet was really loving to my dog and explained everything to me really well I was happy with it I hope the medicine works
Experiencia negativa: My granddaughter and her family had to take their dog in to the clinic and have an emergency spay done. They said that the veterinarian was very good. However, the staff and the kennel techs were very rude. when they went to pick up their precious pet she apparently had had an accident in the cage in the kennel and the staff told my granddaughter. you’ll probably have to clean her up. I have worked in several vet clinics as well as had animals over the years and have never sent home a pet that was dirty, or brought one home that was dirty, this is uncalled for and cruel, not just saying that the pet should not have been dirty, but the possible infection did it could’ve caused on top of what the Pet was already going through . the veterinarian or the office manager really needs to look into this.
Experiencia negativa: My dog was recovering from parvo but I still took him in just to be safe and they charged me a lot to keep him there a couple days, I paid and left. A couple hours later they called me to let me know that my dog had passed away and that I could come pickup his collar and $200 out of the days he didn’t stay there. My girlfriend went to go pick it up and then they told her that they actually needed the money and couldn’t refund it after they had told me 30 minutes prior that I would be refunded. Not only did they somehow make my dogs parvo worse, (he was recovering) but they also stole my money. I will never be bringing my pets there again. I rather them die in my arms than with a sneaky vet clinic that seems to just care about money.

Experiencia negativa: This place is AWFUL. The staff is rude and ignorant. They treat the animals bad and the staff doesn't even really care about you or your animal. We had an appointment at 2:30 and it's now 4:30. When we checked in they said they were waiting for a room to open up. We waited another hour and a half before asking again. The same answer was given "we're waiting on a room." We left and they call us back saying they're ready. I think it was just a trick to keep us here so they could get our money. Not to mention the very unsanitary conditions in this places and dirt coming out of the air vents. I would give this place 0/5 stars. This place needs to be SHUT DOWN for their nasty environment!
Experiencia negativa: I used to take all of my animals there for everything I could ever need, for pricing and service reasons and so I recommended them to some family with a puppy with parvo. Apparently they are under new management, and now they prefer to nickel and dime customers. They told my family they will have to pay another $1100(after $300 down) before they can take the puppy home. The pup was only their for 4-5 days and received nothing but IV's according to the itemized bill. After hearing about my families experience and one of the previous employees having a dog die from neglect of their coworkers, they have lost all of my business. TLDR: New management ruins what used to be the best vet clinic in town. Dr. Faulkner is not there anymore, sadly.

I had a first name, a phone number, a chip number, and the pets name and no help. So not only will I not use this vet, but I may have double dosed vaccines. In the industry for pets and their best interest? I don't think so. I mean I could have texted the previous owner and/or she could have called but when customer service is bad....byeeeee
Experiencia negativa: Trust me, if I could give less than one star I would. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME on this vet. Not once, but TWICE I had to cancel my APPOINTMENT because they were 3 hours late and not to mention I I stayed the 2nd time until they got me in a room and I waited another 45 minutes just waiting for my dog first set of shots. Appointments do not exist with this vet might as well take a whole day off to even get into the room. The staff are unprofessional, unfriendly. I had to wait 10 minutes for the staff to stop having there own conversation for them to even get my checked in. DO. NOT. GO. YOU’LL REGRET IT!!!!!!!

Also was told stories how the owners/last owners (Sarah, who is still around the office) is always disrespectful to their employees, always called them the B word, if they don't respect their own employees, they will definitely not respect strangers pets! 1. Failure to demonstrate a veterinary/client/patient relationship 2. failure to maintain records for controlled sUbstances 3. had to pay multiple civil fines 4. failure to remove portion of an ovary during spay procedure 5. violated a hip joint, going in to deep causing a infection that he never tested/treated

He let me know it was not my fault what had happened to my cat, almost as if he read my mind. Thank you for simply being kind during an extremely difficult time. Experiencia positiva: I called up there to schedule an appt for 2 puppies I had found. Just for shots. They said its quiet right now if you head over we can get you in as a walk in. So it took me 12 minutes to get over there 5-6 people were waiting in the waiting room. Got checked in and they said let us stick you in a room we have a really sick puppy and we dont want your puppies to get exposed. Which was nice. I waited for over 10 minutes in this supply closet holding 2 puppies. Finally I called and they let me out. Im pretty sure they forgot me..They were skipping over people on the list to be seen... Didnt seem apologetic when almost 2 hours later I had to leave due to having to pick up my kids. So I wasted my time and gas to drive over there just to not get my puppies shots when i was told they could get me in if I came right then. Im disappointed. I had to hold 2 puppies that whole time because i didnt have a crate. Other people were there before me still hadnt been helped when I left. UPDATE. I went back sat another 2 hours but finally got back and had to have my mom pick up my son from school since i was in the room and so close to getting shots for these puppies. Once the vet came in he was so nice and seemed to care about the puppies. they had been very busy. They didnt charge me alot and even gave me some meds for fleas and dewormer. I think i will go back. Maybe make an appointment would be better because i did walk in.
Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Ryan McKnight is one of the most caring vets you’ll ever meet. My cat had 4 kittens on Sunday, May 1, unfortunately all but 1 had passed shorty after birth. Dr. McKnight gave me the advice and encouragement I needed to keep the last baby alive. Unfortunately, Wednesday, May 5, I noticed the little baby’s breathing was different, I rushed back to Hope Vet and unfortunately the baby didn’t even make it to the vet. I suffer from severe anxiety and I began having a really bad panic attack. Dr. McKnight, pulled me into this storage room to get me some privacy and he sat there on the floor with me while I wept and wept after not being able to save the last baby. He counseled me and comforted me and even provided me with a cold wet rag to help ease my panic attack. I can’t recommend him enough. We may not have been able to save the last baby, but the fact that this man, sat on the floor and comforted me for a good 10-15 minutes at least says a lot about who he is as a person. I don’t think he will ever understand how much that meant to me. Thank you, Dr. McKnight. Mama Biscuits, Baby Biscuits, and I (Cheyenne Martin) will never forget you! Thank you!

They’ve allowed us to visit and spend time with our Knox during their hectic day and that we are tremendously thankful for. A little bit of a wait but we have to consider we were a walk in. Cindy was reviewed x-rayed and unltra sounded. Diagnosed. We had to leave her there for treatment. I would highly recommend this vet. Experiencia negativa: I took my baby in to get his meds and nails trimmed, the person who waited on us was rude right off the bat. My baby has a torn ACL she was grabbing his rear area and jerking him around, could of hurt him by doing so and I Didn't appreciate that at all. Seemed like she might of had a bad day or something but don't take it out on my dog. He is 13 years old and didn't deserve that. He is a very good dog.
Experiencia negativa: My son took his Doberman Pinscher Mac. Mac was limping on one leg. They were very ugly from the time he walked in. Rough with our poor Mac until they took X-rays and realized his leg was snapped in half from a car hitting him. You need a bank account and he only banks with chime. The veterinary assistant told him well I guess you better find somebody who has a bank account then right and get them to give you their info. My son was emotionally distraught from Mac being hit and to be treated this way. Plus to also have Mac mistreated while he was injured left my son in a very distraught manner when he finally returned home. I would not recommend this Veterinary Clinic to anyone. Very unprofessional and unsympathetic with our poor Mac. For $1500.00 I would expect better treatment. They were happy to get their money but never again with such rude employees and unprofessional.

Experiencia negativa: I trusted these people to care for my Lady, boarding for 1 week. During this time they were to clip her nails and make sure she was current on all vaccines. My husband picked her up today and she’s sick. I called daily to check on her and was lied to, not once was I told she had kennel cough. And no vaccines and no nail trimming.I’m hurt I feel my baby was neglected. Lost my business. Communication is horrible
Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful experience. Dr. Faulkner took wonderful care of our baby Shiner, before & after knee surgery. This surgery and his laser aftercare made a work of difference in Shiners quality of life. Dr. McKnight is also amazing. He treated our other big guy Alfie for what seemed like weekly for several months. We eventually had to make a hard decision. Which was made easier by the staff. We recommend Hope to everyone we know!

Experiencia positiva: This clinic is a lifesaver when all other vets are booked up and they have a lower cost. Wait times can be very frustrating but it’s not an issue as long as you cleared your schedule. The only complaint I have is the woman I’m assuming may be the head vet tech who is always up front hasn’t ever been very polite. When we’ve found ourselves in a pinch financially and try to set up a payment plan she has never even allowed us to give an explanation and always just cuts us off. I’ve never had an issue with any of the other staff though.

Experiencia negativa: We had heard great things about this office, and our initial visit was okay! Dr. Faulkner was very compassionate. Found out our 5 year old lab. had kidney disease and was not going to make it through the week! So we took her home to say goodbye to the kids. We took her back a few days later to have her put to sleep, we got there at 8am and waited outside in the cold for3 hours before they brought us in through the back. We got in a room and waited about another hour all the while our poor Olivia was so sick in pain. And this old very hateful tech says to my husband when he asked how much longer her hateful replie was not my fault you waited so long to have it put down? She is probly the oldest woman in the place and the most hateful ugly personality I have ever incountered! As we were standing loving on our girl a tech finally came in , but it was to late our baby girl passed on her own... no thanks to that very unprofessional hateful old woman! We will probably use Hope again, but be very insistent not to have that hateful woman around us! Hopefully she will be replaced soon!! Love Dr. Faulkner tho!!
Experiencia negativa: THIS IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL AND THE MOST RUDE STAFF!!! take your furr babies here at your own risk. My brother took his dog here who clearly was in pain. After expensive x-rays and an exam they said there was nothing wrong with her and sent us away. We knew better so we took her to the vet in bushland and they looked at the x-rays and informed us that her back was broken and she would have had serious problems if not treated immediately. That's not it either, I tried again to take my cat there who was very lethargic this morning and after a two hour wait I asked how long it would be because my kitty was worrying me. They asked to bring her in so they could look at her and the "tech" that looked at her said that she was fine and that I had to wait another hour. She was rude to me in front of many people who were sitting in the waiting room. I want you to all who reads this, think twice before coming here. It's clear they don't care about you or your animals and I'm afraid they might be the cause of a loved animals death if they already haven't....
Experiencia positiva: So we were traveling through Amarillo and our dog got sick. Looked up vets in the area and this place had good reviews! The wait time was very long. We waited almost 4 hours and then we got taken back. Our dog turned out to have parvo. He was very sick. They kept him for a few hours for treatments and we came to get him. Jackie was very helpful explaining all the details of his medicines, how to do an iv bag for him, and everything he needs to have. The Doctors were very nice and professional too. After over a week since we’ve been in I’m happy to say thanks to you guys our Appa has survived parvo and is better than ever. He is full of energy and eating great. Begging for treats like always Everything was very affordable too! Under $300 for everything which to me is very unheard of! Thank you guys for being awesome and saving our dogs life!!!!!

Experiencia negativa: I took my dog in to get her yearly booster shots. I had the previous years medical records from the old vet to help show what was and wasnt done. I did not recieve the shots needed. She was also doubled up on two shots that weren't due yet. They didnt give her the heartguard I asked for. They wouldnt set an appointment so we waited iver 4 hours. Everything was rushed and the staff seemed unhappy. I know people have bad days, but I would really appreciate if my dog was taken care of properly and I was listened to.

Experiencia fantástica: Hope Veterinary Clinic saved our kitten Huckleberry’s life. The vet at Coulter gave us a shockingly horrible experience and told us that our kitten was in renal failure with “a 99.99% chance of dying” regardless of attempts at treatment. We came to Hope to get a second opinion, and they were fantastic. Even though they were extremely busy handling emergency walk-ins like us, the vet tech Samantha was so sweet to us and told us to take the waiting time to go get food and something to drink, and that they would call us when we could come in. They performed an ultrasound and additional labs that the other clinic hadn’t bothered to, and we were told that while our kitten was in a very rough spot, we had options for treatment that might work. Everyone there had been working hard all day and stayed three hours past closing, but they still took the time to be sweet to our baby. Sarah was very straightforward with us and very kind, and she was clearly determined to do the best she could for Huckleberry given the circumstances. Dr. McKnight was the kindest and gentlest veterinarian either of us have ever met. He was so sweet to our kitten Huckleberry, and knelt down to give him attention and pets while we discussed treatment options. He didn’t sugarcoat the situation, but he gave us a plan and reassurance that at the very least, Huckleberry would likely feel better the next day if we did end up having to euthanize, and we could know that we tried everything possible. The other vet tech Jackie took him and gave us a price estimate, and it was reassuring to see her being so gentle and careful when she carried him. When we visited Huckleberry the next day, Dr. McKnight saw us in the hallway and talked to us about Huck’s lab results and progress without us even asking to speak with him. He explained that it was likely a bad kidney infection and that, fingers crossed, Huckleberry would respond to antibiotics, since “He’s a tough little guy”. Today, we came in and were told that Huckleberry’s labs are perfect and he can come home tomorrow. Dr. McKnight and the team at Hope saved our kitten when he was on the brink of death and comforted us in a terrible moment, and we couldn’t be more thankful. We are so excited to take our baby home.
Experiencia negativa: Will NEVER return to this place. Worst experience ever. Having a furbaby euthanized is hard enough without them not making it any easier. Absolutely regret my last hours with my baby being spent here. Wish I didn't have to give them any stars

Experiencia negativa: Today was the worst visit ever. The staff doesn't inform clients when an aggressive dog is coming out of the rooms, so when you are sitting on the bench where they tell you to sit you are right in the path of an aggressive dog that is upset because of whatever they had done to them and ready to take it out on your animal or you. This is what happened today an aggressive pit was upset at whatever he had done and tried to attack my service dogbut my fiance moved her and got bit twice by the pit. This is unacceptable and we shouldn't have had to pay for our visit due to the negligence of the staff causing a client to get bit.
Experiencia fantástica: Got our little Stoney’s nuts snipped here today. The staff was very quick and friendly as they are with all of our dogs seeing as all of our dogs are aggressive. They always either let us wait in the car or in a separate room until it’s our turn. We make a special trip just to see Dr. F and the team. Thanks for always taking care of my babies

Experiencia fantástica: Just wanted to say thanks. Bob is sleeping through the night is no longer crying. Both Bob and Julie are able to climb the stairs of the rv. They seem to be in no pain at all. Not sure how much longer we will have them. But knowing their last days will be comfortable. Helps both them and us in ways you can't even imagine. You guys are amazing we are so blessed to have you.

Experiencia fantástica: Our family has had multiple pets for over 50 years; Dr. Faulkner is brilliant, patient, and compassionate, and is by far the best veterinarian ever. Can't say the same for the other people who work there Be prepared for a 2-5 hour wait (the waiting room cleared out twice the last time I was there, before I was called) but Dr. Faulkner is definitely worth it for your pet.

Experiencia fantástica: David and Sarah have been our Vets for over twenty years...been thru some happy times and sad times with us, but have always given the best care and advice. Prices are reasonable also. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. If you have a complaint you must voice it to the staff and them. I have no doubt they will help you resolve your problem.

Experiencia positiva: More times than not.....plan on being here - appointment or not - for a couple of hours. There's only been a couple of times when I only had to wait 30 minutes past my appointment time to be seen. Dr. Faulkner is very kind and helpful and answers all my questions so that I understand what my pet's needs are.

Hopes Vet,I took in a sweet girl who was hit by a car ,(she belonged to someone who shouldn't own a frog) I rushed her to Hopes & at least 1/2 the staff was working on her,she was in critical condition .By the time I left they moved her to the oxygen tank .I went to work &missed a call they needed to do somekind of emergency scope & blood transfusion...they took 800 + ml out of her stomach & put where she needed, ,..known as autologous transfusion, this saved her.Thank you Dr.Mcknight that was wonderful & for everything else you have done! Thank you Sara for just doing what you always have done for my fur-babys I seem to always pick up,or at right place right time.Thank you to all of Hopes staff!!! Yall saved this sweet babies life!!!Yall are amazing!!
