Experiencia negativa: i used this clinic for the first time, my dog had a swollen toe, they charged me over 200 dollars and offer other services which i didn't need, in addition they put a fee for a full exam which was not performed. In fact they took my dog from the exam room to examine him. I been a dog owner all my life. Any how the problem is not fixed and my dog took antibiotics with no improvement. I strongly advise you to go somewhere else. I am new to the area and did not know.

Experiencia fantástica: Overall I highly recommend this vet. Dr Lawrence and the techs here have taken care of my babies Winston and Diana and we appreciate them so much. Prices also are not too bad here. We drive all the way from Crowley and will continue to as they truly treat our babies like their own.

Experiencia negativa: DO NOT GET PERSUADED WITH THE 4.8 STAR REVIEW! THEY WILL TRY TO SCAM YOU!!!! I got quoted around $317 if i went on with everything they recommended. I did most of it but I only took 2 out of the 30 calming pills they recommended for my pet. I was quoted at $23 for 20 pills. When I ask for the invoice they start saying oh sorry I already pushed it through. Then I come to know they’re charging me $20 for 2 PILLS! I did what any other person would do and said just give me all 20 for $3 more. But here’s what they don’t tell you and try to scam you. They charged me $20.16 for 2 PILLS AND an ADDITIONAL $23.50 for the remaining 18 pills. (YES 18 PILLS COST ME MORE THAN GETTING ALL 20 TOGETHER). They did this with 2 pills. In the end they wanted me to pay around $50 more than what they quoted me because I asked for 2 calming pills instead of the 20 because I wanted to see if it works? DO NOT GO HERE, THEY WILL TRY AND RIP YOU OFF

They knew I was struggling financially trying to play catch up from the last visit I had, and looked for options for me to help me get William the help he needed. Experiencia negativa: Before leaving this review, I want to remind the owners. If they do read this that everyone does have a second amendment right. And I'm allowed to express how I feel. I went and took my cat to the vet today and I really don't know how I feel about the whole situation. My boyfriend came with me and it just felt like a used car sales man. Honestly, to tell you the truth, they tried to tell me things that I knew that wasn't correct. After googling once I left was not correct and I don't know. Also, the thing that they told me that was incorrect is also on my shelter paperwork from a different veterinarian that treated the cat before I brought it home from the shelter and it said the complete opposite of what the vet told me . Not to mention that shows you're educated me on the disease that my cat had and they answered every and any question I had on said disease before I adopted the cat and made sure I understood what I was doing before I agreed and signed the paperwork . I really don't think I'll go back to this vet. I think I'd rather just continue to house treat my cat. And figure out how to do things on my own. My cats are just happy and healthy enough so it doesn't make a difference. I would definitely exercise extreme caution and if anything is wrong with your pet after going or before going, make sure you get a second opinion after seeking this vet if not a third or a fourth. Please use common sense and don't let people fool or trick you into believing things that are not true. The internet is every where research and ask other people

They took her temperament into consideration and made the experience as smooth as possible. I especially appreciate the option to use a side entrance, which helps us avoid the stress of a busy waiting area. That small detail makes a big difference. Highly recommend!

He is the tifetime winner out of all dogs I’ve ever had at being the most expensive one to take to a vet and tantrum throw while we’re there ‍♀️ BUT, they love him and care and can handle him appropriately. Their prices are higher than other local veterinary clinics or chains but the majority of their personnel are reflective of that in the level of higher quality customer and pet care. I’ve brought my pal here since 2018. We took a one and a half year break to try other vets a few years back. This only resulted in lack of quality, poor communication, frustration and a little added trauma for him - and for very little monetary savings out of the 2 other visited clinics. The reason I made this decision to try others at the time was due to a clerical/front desk worker who answered phones and handled scheduling etc. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. That is a standard I don’t stick around for if uncorrected, chronic or worse - occurring as collective business culture or attitude. By the time I decided to bring him back here for better care (and have remained again the past few years) that person doesn’t work there anymore or I just haven’t encountered her. Biggest concern solved. We used to see Dr. Daugette who was amazing, although isn’t there any longer. Now we see Dr. Minton who also rates very high on the scale for quality and professionalism. She is efficient and takes the time to listen and understand, makes suggestions to solve health concerns but doesn’t demand they be performed. There is no guilt tripping for opting out of the many electives that could benefit your pets but aren’t mandatory. Clear and sound advice for if and when you’re ready, or should you feel it becomes a diagnostic or treatment-based necessity towards a drastic health improvement for your pet. Most of the technicians all know and love this dude, even though he is such a BABY and thrashes about, has to be muzzled by me when we enter the appointment room and cries and howls like a maniac before anyone has even touched him…It is what it is ‍♀️ We will continue using Crossroads and I’m happy with services and outcomes overall.

I highly recommend them to others. 2020/7/11...I now have another doggie for the great staff at Crossroads to love on . Recently took Pepper in because she would walk a few steps then sit down. I used tcap a few times disaster!!! Not even animal people this was arlington location I could go on and on! A friend told me about crossroads so I gave it a try. The doctors are wonderful especially Dr Minton,,, the employees are sweet and caring! I would recommend them to anyone!!!

Experiencia fantástica: This place is awesome! The Vets are amazing as well as the techs and other staff. Dr. Daugette and her assistant were very diligent in providing routine care as well as unforseen care to my sweet Bella. Bella went for annual check up and shots and she is known to have issues after receiving her shots. Dr. Daugette remembered this and pre-treated her with an anaphylactic med. However, Bella became nauseated and vomited the med. Dr. Daugette was on her toes and immediately treated her for n/v and anaphylactic reaction with injections and continued to keep watch on her for additional time to make sure Bella was ok. I am confident in taking my babygirl Bella to Crossroads Animal clinic because of the staffs compassion they show us as well as the personalized care my Bella always receives. I also like that they give you a breakdown of the cost of services needed for the visit and YOU decide what you can afford/need to do before they actually perform the services. So you are always in financial control of the visit. Keep up the Superb job Crossroads Animal Clinic, Arlington!

Experiencia fantástica: Crossroads took such great care of my dog, Tuesday. We called in the morning and they were able to get us in same day for tummy issues. We were taken back immediately upon arriving to our appointment. We took note of the fact that Dr. Lawrence and Rita were very gentle with Tuesday despite his clear nerves. At his last vet he would scream and yelp when getting his temperature taken but he didn’t make a peep with the staff at Crossroads, which we appreciated! We will be back in a few weeks for a follow up but would definitely recommend Crossroads to anyone looking for personable care from kind staff.

I called and the staff was so accommodating, scheduling an appointment after my youngest dog had an issue. My ginger fur baby had an injury to her jaw, and without even booking an appointment for her they gave me helpful advice over the phone, and they even requested pictures of the injury to ensure she was ok. 2 weeks later I ended up booking an appointment for both of my cats after I got back from my vacation, and there was extremely heavy traffic from the babysitter's house to the clinic. I called to request a later appointment, and they were so flexible about it. When we finally arrived, Dr. Vanessa, the vet tech Jesse, and the front desk treated my cats with so much love and patience. They made sure they got everything they needed and even stayed late. It is such a relief to know that my beloved cats are in good hands, and I would absolutely reccomend this place!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Mitten is my main vet and she is great but I have used multiple vets here and all of them have been very good. They are a mom and pop kind of place and they have good relationships with their patients. They have reasonable pricing and will let you know what you can wait on if you can't afford everything. I can't think of any bad experiences I've had here. Once you start using them you will not want to go anywhere else.

Experiencia fantástica: Unscheduled emergency walk in with a Parvo Pup. Our experience with the doctor and staff was exceptional. The team went above and beyond to, educate, explain & help us start an affordable at home treatment. We were able to finance with 0% intrest, being able to financially accommodate the unexpected cost.

Experiencia fantástica: This is the best vet I’ve ever been to (and I’ve been to a lot). They have great staff and doctors. They get me into a room immediately and I’ve never waited a long time or had any bad experiences from the vet regarding them. They let my aggressive dog in through the back and would always check for other dogs before I came in. I’d say they are medium priced but from the journey with my dogs, you get what you pay for. Every low cost vet I’ve been to has done nothing and every expensive one convinced me to do many unnecessary tests. I’d pick them any day and will always refer people there. My experience at this vet: After spending 1000’s of dollars on tests to figure out what was wrong with my dog, Dr Minton did some inexpensive and basic tests before major imaging and found out what was wrong with my dog. She knew about a brand new treatment that had only been done a few times since it was approved. Had circumstances been different (my fault) it most likely would’ve worked. Even after using clinically the best medicines for him, my dog wasn’t getting better, and I was going to put him down. Once I told Dr Minton that, she said “we’ll if we’re talking about putting him down, let’s throw the book at him.” She put him on an inexpensive medication as I was running out of money for him, and although I didn’t see much hope, he hasn’t been sick in over a year. He can finally eat, run, and have enough energy to be a happy dog. She saved his life. My other dog got sick because of old age. Dr. Minton suggested the most cost effective imaging to do first before we did every kind because, again, I was running out of money. My girl had a “humongous “ spleen of which she had never seen before. She posted it on her Facebook page to get feedback from other doctors and helped me to send it to a pathologist through a donation fund. Although my dog was going to pass away, Dr. Minton and her staff did so much to help her through the process. And used as much medicine she needed to make her comfortable. Her staff are amazing and so kind and empathetic. One even sat with me while I put my girl down. It was really helpful for me but even more so for my dog. I’m so grateful I found this clinic and hope others get to help their babies feel better by going there too.

Tech Jesse and Dr. Kelsey were so kind with my fur baby, everything fully explained after full check up. No question, this is my new home for vet needs. Two thumbs and paws up, thank you all for your awesomeness. Door even held open when we exited by lovely woman taking payment. Purrrrr.

I've called in the middle of the night with a question about medicine for my cat, getting voice mail (of course because it's the middle of the night, and a tech (sounding very sleepy) called me almost immediately back to go over everything. Experiencia fantástica: I’m so glad our pups are at Crossroads. The vets and staff are caring and friendly. I found the clinic when my dog Emma had an emergency and my vet had retired, leaving only part-time help. Crossroads told me to bring Emma in that afternoon. They found she had cancer, and Dr Daugette was extremely kind and thoughtful, and made time to answer my many questions. Kudos also to vet tech Ryan, who counseled me about options. When we had to have Emma euthanized a few months later, all the staff was so kind. I’m thankful I found them and that dogs Reese and Brody are under their care. I can’t say enough good things about them. Pix are Brody and Reese, and Brody and Sweet Emma.

Experiencia negativa: UPDATE. They are very expensive, recommend too much unnecessary procedures, and some of the staff were unpleasant. I have switched to Sanford Oaks Animal Clinic and thus far I am very pleased and recommend all to them. The veterinarians and staff are experts and caring at Crossroads. They offered grooming during a time that no one else could get grooming assistance during the shelter-in-place orders. All of our rescued companion animals now have high quality medical care at Crossroads.

Experiencia fantástica: As always, Crossroads was amazing and showed exceptional care towards our pet- we have gone to the clinic for several years for our dogs, and of course, bring our new kitten there now. However, this visit was above & beyond. Pebbles was turned away from the boarder due to his vaccines being expired. They fit him in- literally last minute, at closing- ON CHRISTMAS EVE- to give him his shots so we could drop him off Monday morning before our trip. Our technician, Rita, even gave us her cell number and offered to pet sit for pebbles should the boarder fall through. If this level of care, love, and concern for both pet and pet owner doesn’t convince you that Crossroads Clinic is a one of a kind, special place, I don’t know what will!

Experiencia fantástica: A year and half of trying to find a vet clinic that cares for my babies, similar to our previous vet in another city, we have found the place! It has been a difficult and frustrating road and yesterday, my girls were finally at ease. They seemed comfortable with the tech and the Dr, even though they were both very nervous to be in a new place. We will now feel comfortable in taking my pups to the Dr knowing they will be taken care of.

Experiencia fantástica: My sweet Ninja went in a few months ago for his geriatric exam. He usually panics when he realizes we are at a vets office, but our first time he was very calm and cooperative with a team that was very thorough, patient, and treated us very kindly. A few weeks later his health suddenly declined due to stage 3 kidney failure and they graciously fit us in for an urgent appointment the same day we called to report his symptoms. We got the worst news a dog mom could receive and it was time to prepare for Ninja's departure. Seeing the staff become emotional when we received the sad news was more than any dog mom could ever ask for from their vet. They did everything they could to keep him comfortable during his last hours and we managed to arrange an at home service with Lap of Love so we could say goodbye in the comfort of his home. Thank you so much for being there for us, Crossroads. We have two cats that are still with us and I am so glad we have a trusted vet that we can find the level of support our little fur babies deserve.

Experiencia fantástica: In my opinion, an easily overlooked but extremely important factor in identifying an appropriate veterinarian or an animal clinic to perform routine health evaluations of my senior Australian Shepherd is witnessing positive and affectionate interactions between the "patient" and the "health care specialist". I am very happy to report that I witnessed such an interaction between Dr. Daugette and my fur-baby, Anubis. I am hoping that this type of interaction lasts well into the future which, most certainly, would secure "our" loyalty for all of my doggies veterinarian needs.

My sweet dog was in a lot of pain and they saw it. And I will be eternally grateful for it. My little doggo is already doing SO much better because of this glorious group. I can’t thank them enough.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve gone to Crossroads for years for their veterinary services but this was my first time taking my cat to groomed there. They did a GREAT job! Wrangling a cat is no easy task, so the fact that he came out looking so cute proves the groomer really knew what they were doing. I wish I could recall her name, but I highly recommend her services.

Experiencia positiva: They are very friendly and easy to schedule with. I gave 4 stars because I took my beautiful fluffy persian in for a grooming. I asked for just her butt to be given a sanitary shave, and to just trim her belly a little bit. Instead they cut down her beautiful fluffy tail that I loved, and shaved her belly to the skin. I'm so sad about her tail, I did not know a whole tail was included in a sanitary shave I thought it was just her behind. I cant wait until she grows back, I'll probably never trust anyone to groom her again.

Experiencia fantástica: Very friendly staff. We were placed into an exam room pretty quickly. Both the technician and Dr. Daugette were very personable and thorough in going over our dog's medical history. Since I have a rare breed of dog, it's important for me to be able to have solid discussions about concerns, care, etc. Dr. Daugette was willing to take to time to really know Loki and gave me good advice during his wellness visit & vaccinations. It's nice to know that they offer ADC [non anesthesia dental] and laser therapy, should we ever need it.

This last time I was just there to pick up medicine, but it was the first time back since I lost one of my cats. Just being there brought a lot of emotions. The lady at the counter immediately saw and started comforting me. She didn't overreact, she didn't go about business as usual, she just said take your time. She let me process what I was feeling as the more important part of our interaction. I will always have a warm place in my heart for this staff and the services they provide.

Experiencia fantástica: Crossroads Animal Clinic has been a lifesaver over the past couple of months! Literally, they have saved the lives of two of my cats…when it rains it pours! Each time I have called and explained the situation, Dr. Daugette has done everything in her power to see my babies ASAP! All of the staff in the office is always pleasant to speak with and super-duper friendly. Going to the vet isn’t usually cheap, but Crossroads Animal Clinic is definitely reasonably priced. I highly recommend this place for all of your pets vet needs!!

Experiencia fantástica: My senior cat, Joy, needed some work on her teeth. Dr. Raphael kept me updated on her condition during the procedure and let me know in detail what was being done. Also, Kris, along with Dr. Raphael, did an outstanding job when I came to pick up Joy detailing how to care for Joy when I took her home. I have taken my cats to Crossroads for 30+ years. Always know they are in good hands and treat my "kids" like family.

Experiencia fantástica: I recently moved so we need a closer vet. This was the first time my dog has EVER wagged her tail at a vet's office. She was comfortable enough to sit on the floor while waiting instead of cowering in the corner, and she even was calm enough to eat the treats they gave her. The ladies I that saw my dog and I were super sweet and professional without being stuffy. I'll definitely be going back. :)

Experiencia fantástica: Brought my tripod, Charlie, in for some vaccines and tests. Place was very clean and everyone was very respectful and caring towards Charlie and his needs. Answered my questions thoroughly and let me know what to watch out for. A bit harsh when I talked about my skepticism to Heartworm Prevention but I'm honestly glad they were Didn't know how much more common it was in this area as well as what they actually use for Heartworm Treatment if it's been caught. Still firm believer in a more natural way of life but medicine was made for a reason and this is one I will be starting my little homie on. Also recommended a great physical therapy place for me to check out Would recommend for sure. They will tell you how it is.

The staff is personable and friendly and are always happy to see you and your pet. The vets are top notch and always explain each step of the medical care they recommend or are providing. Additionally, they always give estimates as to how much each procedure or medication will cost prior to administering any services. If a procedure is too expensive, they provide options and talk you though each pro and con of the care they provide. I will always bring my pets to Crossroads! From my initial phone call I was impressed with how friendly and helpful this clinic is. No deposit required to book an appointment. Took my 18 month old Wire Fox Terrier in yesterday and was very pleased. Everyone was friendly, clinic was clean and I especially appreciated the knowledge and care my little guy received. Moving into a new area can be overwhelming and finding a vet you can communicate with is hard so I feel I scored a big win!
