She worked with us to teach our puppies the following skills: sit, down, wait, leave it, off, stay, and leash walking. Both group and 1:1 feedback was given; Krystal is experienced and patient and professional; so glad we signed up & attended these sessions! ⭐️

Experiencia fantástica: We have taking our dogs here for years. We recently had to make the difficult decision to put our chihuahua out of her misery. The staff explained everything and could not have been more caring and compassionate. The veterinarians explain findings and treatment options thoroughly and are very patient to answer questions and educate. The veterinarians explain pricing and treatment plans up front. I very much appreciate them allowing us to participate in the decision-making regarding our pets' care. I have personally had experience with Dr. McDaniels and Dr. Randolf and believe that they provide the best possible care. The entire staff is welcoming and so nice.

Experiencia fantástica: I’m right Tinker Bell in for I know I really cautious here but my baby for sneezing like crazy. But they’re like violent sneezes that knocked her off her feet and it’s been going on close to three weeks so I thought I better be safe and I brought her in and there are like three different avenues I can go. I need to do them all three to be honest with you, but I’m gonna start with some antibiotics and eye sauve for her gooey eyes and let’s see if this clears this up before I dive into the more expensive treatments.

He currently goes in for boarding, and I already know that when he eventually starts daycare, he’ll be just as well cared for. Every visit reassures me more and more that this place is special. They treat him like family, not just another dog, and that means everything to me. I have so much trust in the entire team at Royal Pet Resort and Spa, and I’m beyond grateful for how loved and cared for my dog is when he’s there. I couldn’t recommend them more!

They’ve treated both my sweet pups like family — patient, gentle, and attentive to every detail. The veterinarians always take the time to explain everything clearly and make sure I feel comfortable with our care plan as I can be a big worry worm when it comes to my babies. You can tell they truly love animals and take pride in what they do. The facility itself is spotless, well-organized, and has such a calm atmosphere — even my pups felt at ease! Experiencia fantástica: I started bringing my dogs to Richter Daycare in 2016 — my first two, Pumpkin and Brody, absolutely loved attending. They’ve since passed, and now Melvin and Frank go once a week. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. They really know my dogs, share updates about their day, and even alert me to any paw or health issues they notice. One of the reasons I chose Richter is that if I ever need to board my dogs, the staff already know them — and my dogs already feel comfortable there. The cameras are such a fun bonus, letting me check in while I’m at work and watch them play. The cost does add up for daycare, especially with multiple dogs, so it would be great to see more affordable package options for multi-dog homes. Overall, I highly recommend Richter for anyone looking for a caring, professional daycare!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to Richter’s for many years, since they were a small practice in a strip mall. Dr Richter has always been a great support, and Dr McDaniel has always been honest, straightforward and called things as they are. She even identified my dog’s personality in the very first meeting and was exactly right. We have also had other vets there who have done great jobs. They are not the cheapest option out there, but definitely trustworthy, and skilled at their jobs. They have always treated us and our pets with respect and care, and we are grateful for that.

When Dr. Richter is not available, I enjoy seeing Dr. Randolph and Dr. McDaniel and have complete confidence in them and any of the veterinarians who work there. I have never once been pressured for an unnecessary test or service, and they treat my animals as I do – like family members. All the staff is top notch, from Bryan at the front desk who keeps things organized, to Lauren who keeps my babies’ teeth clean, to Carmon who cuts their hair and keeps them smelling good, to the boarding staff who cuddles with them when I am away, and lastly to the daycare staff who played with them when they were younger and tired them out for me. I am very lucky to have such a great clinic and pet resort to bring my pets!

Experiencia fantástica: My dog Chichi LOVES daycare at the Royal Pet Spa and Resort and the Vets over at Richter Animal Hospital. She’s been going there since she was rescued as a pup (almost 4 years ago) and the staff have become like family. I also love how they celebrate the holidays with her. A couple of years ago, Brian dressed up like Santa and posed with her for the most adorable Christmas photo. Royal Pet Spa and Resort is a mainstay and my girl always looks forward to going.

Experiencia fantástica: My regular vet does not do surgery on Frenchies and I was referred to Richter by my neighbor who says all of their surgeries are done beautifully here so I brought Philly in for his consult and this dog was an absolute mess! I’ve had his nails trimmed before and because of this trauma, he was making their assessment on him almost impossible! But I was so impressed by their patience and care for him, despite him being such a brat! So far this process has been really awesome and Liz and Adriana have been So Sweet and helpful! They have made me feel comfortable and now I’m looking forward in moving forward with Richter!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been bringing my 14 year old Goldendoodle Shammy to Richter since he was a puppy. He went to their daycare for many years until I retired. He loved daycare! He has been treated by Dr Richter, Dr McDaniels and their assistants. I trust them all with Shammy. Brian at the front desk is very friendly and always a pleasure to see. Mac and the other groomers are great too.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Randolph and Bryan Anderson are two of the best doctor and assistant at RAH. I have known them for over 15 years. When we have any health problems with our dogs Dr Randolph is the first doctor I ask to talk to or bring one of my dogs to at the clinic. If I can’t talk to or see Dr Randolph I ask to talk to Bryan. He and Dr Randolph truly care about my dogs. Over the years 3 of my dogs have had awful illnesses from cancer to Canine ALS to a brain tumor which caused seizures. They both are always available to stop and call me back if one of my pups needs attention. Doctors for humans who actually care about their patients are rare but even more rare are doctors who care for our pets with the care and understanding of how they are part of our family like our children. My pets mean the world to me and so do both Dr Tony Randolph and his assistant Bryan Anderson. Thank you both for the wonderful care and support you have given my furry children over the years. You both are the best!

It was really hard to find someone that we loved as much as them. Sara was kind, gentle, and caring. Dr. Oliver listened to all of my concerns. Very thankful for people who are called to care for animals. My cat William is very lucky to have been cared by these two ladies.

From the beginning phone call with the two lovely women at the front desk I believe their names were McKenzie and Meghan (sorry if the names are wrong or misspelled). To the technician Marina and Dr. Franklin. Marina was very thorough and made sure all my issues were addressed even when I was not in my right mind. Dr. Franklin showed compassion and was very knowledgeable with my two problematic cases. Bryan was nice enough to check me out in the room so I could easily exit the building with multiple pets. Wonderful personalities and great group. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who is looking for top notch care for their animals.

She provided detailed information on how to help our pet and took her time answering our questions. The highlight of any visit to Richter Animal Hospital is getting to interact with our favorite receptionist, Bryan! He is warm, friendly, and willing to help in any way.
