Experiencia negativa: I brought my husky in due to shoulder pain and what i believed to be a UTI or possible kidney infection. I gave very descriptive details of all events prior. They took her back and gave an X-RAY and said her bladder was too contracted to be able to collect a urine sample, and prescribed her gabapinten and an antibiotic. They never once drew blood or even considered the fact that the pain killer could worsen her kidneys. But “found something that looks like cancer, but you have to spend X amount to send to a specialist?” 2 days after giving my dog said pain meds, her eyes turned grey and she was going down hill faster than before. Yes the price is cheap. But if you actually love your animals the price is not worth it. Not if you want them to live!

Experiencia positiva: It can be pretty chaotic sometimes with such a small sitting area, and so many pets. I guess that goes to show how much others like this vet clinic as well. I love that my cats spay was affordable. However, I had opted to get her pain medicine, but I was not informed that the medication I paid for, they administered and was informed it would last 4 days. I would have preferred that I take home medicine and administered as I saw fit. I know this is a really busy animal clinic, but I do wish they took a little more care about the cleanliness of the establishment. All in all, my pets have been coming here for years and will continue to do so.

Experiencia negativa: I have been taking my pets here for years because it is very cost efficient and have never had to take my pet in for a big issue, but figured since it's called a hospital they would be able to do it all. Yesterday was the first time my pet had a big issue of bleeding from his male area due to a prolapse of the urethra. My husband took him to get him in the queue until I could get there. He said that the male receptionist freaked out and worked up after seeing the blood dripping, told him he needed to take my pet to an emergency and sent them out the door. Problem is he sent him to an emergency room that didnt open until 5 hours later. If it's an emergency don't send him to a closed emergency room and if you are called a hospital, maybe assess the issue. I ended up calling around and was able to get him right in at Pearland Animal Hospital. They took care of him right away. The surgeon was gone for the day, but ended up coming back to help my pet.

Experiencia negativa: I’ve always had excellent service here besides the guy receptionist not really knowing much. But today was the worst service I had from them. I went to take my 2 cats to get neutered and they asked me to fill out additional charges if I wanted and I had no explanation of what they were. This is my first time having male cats and neutering them so I asked which one is preferred and the receptionist was rude and didn’t explain anything. I waited all day for them to call me when they were ready and they didn’t so I had to call them. When I get my cats, they didn’t even shave the area for the surgery nor the arm. My cats are long haired and now my poor baby is dirty down there by the incision and I had to clean him up after he used the bathroom.

Experiencia fantástica: HIGHLY RECOMMEND !! I’ve been bringing my dog here for a couple years. The prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly and always good service. But today, I had the privilege to met Maddie. She is incredible! Definitely by far my favorite tech that I’ve met here. She’s so sweet, patient, knowledgeable, and communicative. She kept me updated while I waited. And explained the medicine without feeling like she’s rushing or just brushing me off - even though they were hella busy today. Thank you so much Maddie! ♥️ ♥️

Experiencia negativa: Even though I have always been coming here for a couple years or more. Today I was very disappointed . I feel like when you come in and you ask for your monthly flea medicine and have your dogs nails clipped and they tell you OK just about 15 minutes. This was at 9 o’clock our little after. My complaint is why let somebody sit three hours and not say anything but keep calling names. I realize today was a busy day. I didn’t even realize it was a busy day, but if they would’ve just told me that I would’ve picked up The medicine and came back another day. And then you’re gonna tell me you’ve been calling my name, which was not true. I looked on my phone for Fairmont Pet Hospital message in my contacts. There was no call to me and I watched the lady upfront called names and dial their phone number. If they were doing that, they didn’t call my phone number and they know my phone number. And know . Who I am, I the caller ID. So lie and say that They Called and they didn’t. Makes me question why even go there now. I mean, everyone’s always been friendly. I’ve never had a problem and I realize today was busy, but somebody could’ve been upfront with me instead of watching me sit for Three hours. I mean, she said I could sit in my car or I could sit outside. I sit on the bench outside. I went back to check she seen me, but didn’t say a thing to me. I waited it out till it got massive busy and I’m not a complainer but this really upset me I was shaking when I left. I just feel you need to do better about communication with customers. If you can’t help them, especially with my just needing the nails clipped which I can go to the groomer Be easy to do since I was getting the medicine there today, but I won’t be back for anything but maybe a shot or medicine unless I find someone that has better communication with their customers.

Experiencia positiva: Today’s visit on 12/20/2025 was so crazy packed. I brought my dog in as walk-in. I didn’t cared waiting at all. They called me and said if it was okay to bring my dog in to start with the injections and vaccines since there was not a room open. I agreed because I thought I was going to be with her. I didn’t had an actual consult with the vet at all. Yet you’re going to charged me for that? Also the vet assistant asked me to tell him what was going on in front of every one. That was not nice at all. The front desk staff seemed to be a little lost in this field. I was very unsatisfied on how today’s visit was handled. You’re taking my dog but won’t let come in to see what vaccine or injection you giving her. The last thing asked me to pay the total amount but can’t explain me what I’m paying for. I liked her last vet. He took very good care of her and answered all my questions/concerns. but I will not come back after this visit.

Experiencia negativa: I came here a little over a month ago for a basic checkup for my dog. I had just moved down here from north Houston and needed to find a new vet that was closer. I picked this place because of their low prices and because I was about to need a restock on heartworm prevention. I went in, gave them my dog’s shot and heartworm test records (I had gotten them done at a low cost clinic a month prior). My sole purpose for this appointment was so that they could have my dog in their system, so that they would be able to approve my chewy prescription for heartworm prevention (my dog is on Tri-heart which they do not sell). Both on the phone AND during my appointment, I specifically asked if I would now be able to send a chewy prescription to them for approval, to then be shipped to my house. The doctor (Dr. Sam) said yes. So yesterday, I bought new Tri-heart through chewy. And then today I get an email from chewy saying that this clinic had rejected my prescription. So I called this clinic and they said they don’t typically work with third-party pharmacies, and I would need to mail in a handwritten prescription. Thankfully, I called chewy and their pharmacist called this clinic and was able to get approval. I’m not upset at Fairmont for not working with third party pharmacies. I’m upset at the fact that the DOCTOR HIMSELF lied to me by telling me they could easily get it approved to be shipped to me no problem. I should not have had to jump through hoops like this. If you don’t work with chewy, then just say that instead of wasting my time and money. If they had been upfront with me, I would’ve picked a different vet that had experience working directly with chewy. I won’t be going back after this, because personally, I don’t like being lied to, especially when it comes to my dog’s health. I would’ve given this place 1 star but the tech was nice so I’ll bump it to 2 stars.

Experiencia fantástica: This is a low cost, high-volume, primary care vet clinic. The Pasadena Animal Shelter uses them. Because of the low cost, lots of ppl = long wait times. Yes, they do walk-ins (fantastic!), but you're going to wait if you don't have appt (really depends on the day and time of day you go. I know when to go and the lobby is usually empty). It is not for emergencies. It is great for routine procedures and primary care. Bloodwork, xrays, labs on the spot, all great. Best prices on diagnostics in southeast Houston. The vaccinations are low cost too. Vets will tell you they are not specialists, they are more like general practitioners. I say this to educate ppl on what to expect. They are great for what they do and I am sure glad we have them. Dr Rambama (forgive typos) is an amazing guy. He caught my dog's kidney disease! Can't afford the VCA's, the Petsmarts, and sole proprietor vet clinics.

Experiencia negativa: Front desk are very rude to start out very unprofessional an amateur I had an appointment and then they're going to tell me no your appointment has been moved to a different day so I wait and wait and wait and my number doesn't come so I go check inside people are very very unprofessional they're young teenager kids sitting in the front desk don't care and very unhygienic and very unsanitary place don't recommend this place at all if I give them zero star never again this place I will take my business elsewhere no thank you

Experiencia positiva: We brought our family cat, Nikki, to be put down today after she suffered a severe attack that left her with a broken jaw and damage to her eye. Understandably, it was already a very emotional visit. When we arrived, the wait was long, which we expected, but what made things more difficult was that our room was given away not once, but twice, after our name had been called. On top of that, the young lady at the front desk was extremely rude, which only added stress to an already painful situation. Once we were finally taken back, things improved slightly. However, while my wife stepped out to the restroom, the tech asked if I wanted to wait for her. I said yes, but instead of waiting with us, the tech walked away as though we weren’t a priority. If my wife hadn’t returned at that moment, we could have been left alone in such a sensitive time. A little patience and presence from staff would have made a big difference. That said, when the tech returned, her attitude was much better, and she checked in on us, which helped my wife especially during such a difficult moment. From that point on, the experience improved and felt more compassionate.

Experiencia negativa: Took my dog in for an 8 week visit. They sold me expired medication and refused to give me a refund. The employee told me just to give it to my dog "it'll be fine, the ones we have here expire today". It is illegal for a vet to give an animal expired medication. They expect me to drive 40 minutes there and back to return a $30 pill like I did something wrong and have to fix it. I have never had an experience where a pet clinic tells me to give a 8 week dog expired medication. Clearly the rest of the medication expires today according to their own staff. Very unprofessional and staff had an attitude when I was just trying to get the service I paid for.

Experiencia negativa: Just horrible never again I went a few weeks ago to get my cat neutered and when I arrived a lady said come get your cat all rude and when I went to get my cat he was soaked in pee and when I saw him the lady didn’t want to grab him and said “It seems sketchy to grab him” when I had asked why he was soaked another lady said they showered him, i searched it up and according to google your not even supposed to shower your cat right after being neutered. If she did “shower” my cat she risked an infection, when I picked him up he immediately smelled like pee every part of him was soaked my cat was so scared of everyone it was like picking up a scared that didn’t know me or anything about people and every since he has just be afraid of everything, so disappointed don’t recommend at all cant believe I trusted these people with my cat if I could give negative stars I would.

Experiencia negativa: I used to love this place and this is my regular vet office for all of my pets. I went today with a huge emergency. I’m used to this place having a long wait time, that’s fine. I checked in and waited. I went to check after about two hours of waiting and she said there were two people ahead of me and I continued to wait. I was never called. Obviously a waste of time, my pet didn’t even get seen. I gave the girl my new number at the front and told her to call me to that number when it was my pets time and she called the old number on file or i’m not sure but I never got the call. I waited about 3 hours before I gave up and took my poor dog somewhere else. Horrible. The girls at the front need more help or I’m not sure but no thank you.

Experiencia negativa: Staff is very defensive and rude. Called 11 times while inside the office and the phone didn’t ring until I asked if their phone worked and suddenly it started ringing. I pay for petassure and they will not answer the phone for prescriptions or in general. Staff claimed it was because they just received new phones but they have had bad reviews for not answering for over a year now. Seems it’s just muted.

Experiencia fantástica: Had to put the most loving beautiful friend I've ever had to rest July 2nd here. The staff was very caring and understanding. It was so hard but they made it easy. The dogs in the office waiting area whimpered as they new what happened. We don't deserve our furry Brothers and Sisters. Zorro, I love you!!! He was one in a million and I'll see him later. Experiencia fantástica: Thankful for this Pet hospital. Reasonable prices, the Vets here are knowledgeable, and have saved 2 of my dogs life’s (Different dogs, different issues) Yes, sometimes there’s a wait but nothing crazy, they allow you to waiting your car. Walk ins are welcomed, but they do prioritize patients with appointments.

Experiencia negativa: It was disappointing to make an online appointment for my rabbits. There's an option to pick the breed on the online form. I went to their office and they said they don't take bunnies. Then I told them why nobody called. Also your form is misleading and your website picture. They told me they don't really check online appointments like that. It would have saved me a trip if you did. Ugh!!!! You ladies need to really start checking those online inquiries.

Experiencia positiva: I give the doctors 5 stars. The staff a 1. I had an incident during the summer where one of the girls decided to put on my paper that she didn’t want a biopsy when I did, whole purpose of my appointment on my 13 year old dog. Just PLEASE READ YOUR CONSENTS FROM TOP TO BOTTOM. Left and right, and right to left, and bottom to top. Corner to corner. Front and back. Upside down. And ask questions! Please!! Doctors have always found the problems immediately that my dogs have had. 10/10 And any surgeries they’ve had, they recover well. And are healthy afterwards. 10/10

Experiencia negativa: We took a foster in for a prolapsed anus. They stitched it and we came back to have the stitch removed in the allotted. Within hours the anus prolapsed again. It happened close to five, so we called. First the call was answered and then she hung up on me. I called back several times until somebody answered. I told her what happened and she told me it will have to wait till Monday. I’m at an emergency vet looking at a $2,256.10 bill to fix what they were supposed to already fix. This puppy is 8 weeks old and I’m probably going to have to put her down because somebody couldn’t take the time to fix their mistake. I understand it’s a business and you have personal lives and clock out times, but the first surgery was botched by you guys, and then I was told to keep an 8 week old puppies intestines hanging out until Monday. Wow. Whoever I talked to needs a new job.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been to this clinic a few times now, and so far I have no complaints!! The service is as quick as it can be, the prices are on the cheap side, the receptionists are friendly, and the staff are respectful and do their jobs! I'm very pleased by the service for walk-ins in particular. I had to take in my darling cat a week ago for an emergency exam, after she suddenly fell ill. I had no clue what was wrong with her, and I had never been to this clinic before for something so serious, but I didn't want to wait for an appointment date incase it was too late! I rushed her in to the clinic as soon as I could, and the vet diagnosed her issue without even having to run tests! She needed an emergency surgery, which they generously offered to do that same day. They saved my baby's life and I was able to take her home in less than 24 hours! Even better, the only expensive charge was the main surgery, which only costed extra due to her having an infection. Some charges were also optional, and everything besides the surgery itself costed less than $100 ! My cat has been recovering very nicely ever since her procedure, and I was able to pick up medicine for her anytime I needed to with a simple phone call. Needless to say, my impression of this clinic has been a great one! I am so thankful for the effort and consideration given to me and my cat, and I'm sure I would no longer have her in my life if it weren't for the quick, effective care given by this clinic! <3

Experiencia negativa: Waiting 6 months for my cat to be spayed my regular vet charges around 300 and change so I called around and found these people who said they only charged 85 dls but the Waiting was long...6 months out for me, so I waited and when the day finally arrived I showed up at 7am and didn't get called till 830am so the clerk says I needed to pay up front I said OK...she says 290dls!! I said no I was told 85 she said yes but it's 115 for anesthesia plus antibiotics etc.. I said why did you say 85 when all the things that have to be done in order to make the surgery weren't added and without them you can't do it...I started to just say forget it but my cat wasn't in heat so it was like I had no choice...but these people or the Indian doctor will use dishonest tactics to up the charges and he acts like he feels for the poor people because most people that go there are low income atleast I am, I don't recommend this place and if you decide to go there ask about the price up front the TOTAL PRICE!

Experiencia fantástica: Very grateful to this place for charging reasonably so us worried pet owners can get our animals the care they need. I just paid $110 for a visit, 3 medications, and a test. Her usual vet is $70 just to walk in the door. You can tell when you are at a clinic that genuinely cares for your pet. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been bringing my cats here for years because they are VERY AFFORDABLE and they do it ALL! One of my cats has had some very uncommon health issues and I'll admit that I initially wasn't sure if I should bring them here for those conditions because I was afraid that the language barrier would prevent them from understanding my explanation of the symptoms, but I was wrong! They understood exactly what I was saying and they accurately diagnosed and treated my cat. They've been able to treat all of my cats unusual conditions. They saved his life and for that I am forever grateful! My cat is healed and happier than ever! I'll never go anywhere else!

Experiencia negativa: Took my dog in to get an operation done and they told us they would call us to come get her once she woke up from anesthesia. It’s Saturday mind you! Nobody ever called and they left before letting us know anything. We still don’t have her with us and they are all off tomorrow (Sunday) meaning our pup will be there by herself until they open back up on Monday! I’m so angry I could scream. I would have understood if they just let us know something!! Never ever get any operations for your pets here!

I want to thank everyone for their compassion and for being so nice and understanding. From the receptionist to the tech to the vet. And especially to the girl who was giving her oxygen and carried my baby to a private area where I could grieve in private. I was an absolute hysterical mess and I didn't get anyone's name, but they know who they are. I can't speak on pricing because I wasn't charged anything. Not even an office visit. The vet did tell me how much blood work and xrays were, which is nice to be told up front instead of getting sticker shock at check out, but once my girl was gone, I couldn't remember anything I was told. I was allowed to be in the room the whole time during the examination. I was grateful because it gave me time to be with her and pet her and baby talk her for the last minutes of her life.

Experiencia negativa: I had to make the hard decision to put my cat down after 21 years. Out of work, I called a few places to gauge pricing for this process. I used this vet previously but knew that ownership changed since I last visited. When I called, the person who answered the phone had a hard time answering my specific questions regarding euthanasia and cremation. She took a long time looking up the pricing and was obviously reading the responses once obtained. I repeated what she quoted, verifying that I was on the same page as her. She explained that they had no appointments available for a week out but I could arrive as a walk-in and be seen. As this situation was dire, this is what I did. Once I arrived, the lobby was chaotic with people and their pets not really forming lines. After waiting for around 10 minutes, I explained that I had called about euthanasia for my cat. The lady behind the counter pulled out a binder and started showing me my “options” - NONE of which were in the price ranges as previously quoted on the phone. I explain what was told to me and was brushed off with doubt. I started to leave but asked to speak to a manager. The lady got up and left the area to retrieve the manager - she was gone for about 5 minutes. After another 10 minutes or so, a woman claiming to be the manager approached me. As I started to explain the difference in prices quote from the phone call to the check desk, she abruptly cut me off and started with “So..”. I then cut her off so that I could finish my explanation. She went over pricing - which again differed from what I was told - and was basically like that’s it. I told her as a manager she needed to train her crew to communicate properly and effectively explain pricing. The manager seemed irritated and walked away. As I left, I was completely shocked by the lack of empathy for my situation. I was bringing my pet to be put down and chose the place based on what I could afford. If I had been quoted what was told to me at the counter, I would have never shown up. The manager seemed more determined to protect the money over the integrity and vulnerability of my pet. This lack of humanity shows that their professionalism is non-existent.

Experiencia fantástica: I found out that not all local veterinary offices offer cremation services for pet rabbits, so I had to call around. One of the offices suggested I call Fairmont Pet Hospital. Not only was Fairmont Pet Hospital willing, but the staff was compassionate (I was crying at the time of surrending, of course). I was told I would receive a call within 2-3 weeks but Mia was ready to come home two days later. Pricing was comparable to pet cremation services in Spring, TX.

Experiencia fantástica: Busy practice but friendly and efficient. Prices are more than reasonable. Open a full day on Saturdays for walk-ins only. Saturday wait times average 1 to 2 hours, but the animal care is so good that people wait very patiently for their turn. Needed to go back today for my senior kitty. No appointments were available but added us to their walk-in list. It took about 1.5 hours to see the vet but once we were in the exam room he took all the time needed to do a thorough exam, explain options and carry out the agreed on treatment. Still very happy I found this practice!!

The Veterinarian himself was so nice, and understanding..we lost our 18 year old furry family member Louis which broke our hearts.. Experiencia negativa: I took my dog in for UTI and ear infection. I was there for 3 hours & paid $355, the vet was only w/ us for 10 mins. Then came home to that red mark on her lower stomach. Idk what happened when they took her back for X-rays and a urine sample but I won’t be returning to this place nor will I refer anyone here.

Experiencia negativa: I was very pleased to read all the good reviews and decided to take my pet to try this place. I had booked my appointment a week in advance. The day of my appointment the receptionist calls me to let me know they are closing early at 3:00pm. My appointment was scheduled for 4:45pm. They let me know this information at 2:30 the same day of my appointment. You call me 30 minutes before you close with this information. They tell me they can reschedule and will have to cancel my appointment. Then give me the option to come in early tomorrow for a walk-in and have to wait. When I had an appointment booked a week ahead of time. This is super unprofessional and inconvenient. How do you not know you are closing early when scheduling your customers. This is the worst customer service I've ever encountered.

I was very pleased with the care they provided our new puppy and will make this our new vet office. Update: Went in for our 3rd visit today and I stand by my review. Quality care, minimal wait, convenient location.

Experiencia negativa: Started coming here because of their great pricing for vaccines, was a little skeptical at first because of their reviews… Gave them the benefit of the doubt and came. First few visits were great. Had no idea why people were leaving awful reviews about their customer service until it happened to me. I put in a chewy prescription Sunday, called Monday to make sure they got it so it would be coming on time with chewy. The staff told me yes and it was approved and sent back already. Called chewy the next day because it still said waiting for approval. Called them again, the staff told me “oh no it hasn’t been sent I’ll do it now.” Next day… still hasn’t been sent! Called them again the staff told me I’ll call chewy right now to do a verbal prescription approval. My entire chewy prescription process is now delayed and my pets are now completely overdue for their medications. I asked to speak to a manager and Dr. Sambangi took the call. I asked what we could do to resolve this, if I could pickup my prescription there? He tells me sorry all I can do is tell the staff not to guarantee we send the prescriptions again. I explained I was lied to more than once and asked if he was okay with that and all he says is “there is nothing I can do“…. Not even allowing me to pickup their much needed prescriptions from them. WOW. okay!!! Won’t be coming back and would not recommend.

Also, I waited for 1.5 hrs and they said they had the wrong number after I repeated it to the receptionist.

Experiencia negativa: Took a doberman puppy here and they told me he had an umbilical hernia. I'm and nurse and didn't see anything wrong. Took him to another vet and they said he has nothing wrong. Also took a pitbull for a UTI and they wanted to do three different test I said no to the ultrasound and urine test. Even though a urine test was cheaper I preferred she had a blood test. The blood test showed I was right and just had a UTI but I got a lot more information on her overall health than I would have gotten with the urine test. Every time in come to this vet clinic they try to get sway with things to make extra money.

Took my dog to check and for rabies shot, receptionist told me waiting periods would be 20 mins. Came out to be around 1 hr and 20 mins. When we were taking in. Office was not very clean. Check table and seats had dog hair everywhere.

Experiencia negativa: Girl assistants are all rude and need to work on their attitude. You ask ANY questions and they get bothered. They won’t even explain anything that’s going on with your pets. They talk to each other in Spanish talking about customers/pets. They don’t care about our pets or us. Vet will talk to you for 2 mins and leave. Wont even bother to greet or thank the customers for choosing them. They also were refusing to give my pet their medicine. I paid hundreds of $ to be answered like that. If I’m paying for a service to get my pet treated I should get it. Y’all chose to be vet techs and expect animas not to snap or get aggressive due to stress? It comes with the job, grow up. Needs better workers and the Vets need to talk more with the pet parents because it’s insane to not at least try. Trash experience. Won’t be going back here.

Experiencia positiva: To be honest, this place is a bit shady. The only reason I visit is for vaccinations and steroids/antibiotics for one of my dogs. My dogs have a regular vet they visit. I recommend only bringing your pets here for shots and meds. I would never let my dogs have surgery or dental cleaning here. That’s what our regular vet is for. Now, to compliment Fairmont pet hospital, the techs and vet are very nice. Just way too busy. You need to know what is wrong with your pet and bring up to the vet so they can give you a prescription. It’s very crowded and parking is difficult. We had an appointment and still had to wait a long time. Be prepared to sit next to pets covered in fleas. The techs and vet don’t wear gloves, which surprised me. Be prepared to possibly see dead animals in the front lobby. There were things they did that struck me as unsanitary. Again, we ONLY come for shots and prescriptions (because our vet is sooooo expensive). We go to VCA for everything else. And for cheap shots and meds they get 4 stars.

Experiencia negativa: Took my cat in to get his ear checked because he was scratching really bad, they diagnosed him with earmites. After a week of taking medications they prescribed, we took him back for a follow up and not getting any better. We had a different vet this time and said his ears were fine and its an allergy. Its been over a month and my cat is still having dirty ears and scratching. And nothing in his routine or home has changed so theres no way he was allergic to something. This vet office is only good for cheap vaccinations. Sick visits are just a waste of money and time when they misdiagnose and vets dont even know what was previously diagnosed. Taking my pets to a different vet office.

All he does is walk, Put the injections in the dog or cat, then leaves….. doesn’t try to bond, or give them the light of day….. we went in yesterday and they were so packed, they put us in the surgery room which after looking and seeing, we will NOT be back. The place was so filthy in the surgery room….. I get it’s a low income vet but come on. Spend some money you are making to fix up the place….. And maybe higher on some extra vets Who actually care about the animal and not money hungry

If they would have diagnosed him right we would had had a chance to make it. Now I’m having to put my baby to sleep. When I would asked them questions they didn’t know what to answer.

Experiencia negativa: Needless to say but the only reason why people go here it’s because it’s cheap. The doctor does not, and I say it again, DOES NOT care about you or your babies. Because it is soo cheap it is always packed and the doctor spends less than 5 minutes actually checking your dog because he has to go and “check” another dog. Also, I do not think they are clean, I took my dog there and a day later my dog had an eye infection. I hated this place, I had questions, I wanted to talk to the doctor and all I got was the assistant talking to me as if she was the doctor. No matter how much I pay I expect the professional to talk to me and check my dog. When the doctor came in I couldn’t understand what he was saying and I had to ask him to repeat himself several times. I really wish there were places that actually cared about the animals and I mean no disrespect to the assistants that work there because they were really nice, but the doctors (all of them) suck. If you really care about your dog/cat or any pet, do not bring them here just because it’s cheap. It is definitely not worth the time or the money!

The staff has always been super nice, and I feel comfortable with the care my pets receive. When I go, I am able to ask questions, and the veterinarians do a great job and take their time with us.

Experiencia negativa: This place is the worst, my friend took his dog 3 days again, they recommended putting him to sleep, when inserting the needle they couldn't find the vein and kept moving the needle around in him. Took my cat Saturday due to a server injury visibly seen on her back not able to move her back legs or tail, they handled her like she was in no kind of pain, they did no temperature check, no checking of the gums, not exam, no xray, just immediately recommended injections, and when i asked about her back they said it was her rib.., they informed me that they would empty her bladder as she wasnt able to use the rest room herself, my baby was still in pain after that visit i took her to a new vet the next morning named safari animal hospital, where they examined her with so much care and love, they ran xrays where part of her back was shattered and hitting her nervous system not allowing her to move her back legs, and her bladder was bigger than her abdomen, meaning this vet office lied about emptying her bladder, i would never bring my animals here ever again, my fur baby is now in heaven as she was needed to be put to sleep.., i am happy she was then treated at a place with care and love, & not this office. Horrible experience

Experiencia fantástica: Fairmont Vet Hospital was fabulous! I just took one of our dogs there to get a dental cleaning. She’s old and I knew they would need to remove some teeth probably. The receptionists are very nice (Jasmine helped me), check-in was easy/timely, they showed me the cost but explained if they need to remove any teeth they will call me for approval with the cost. They called me a couple of hours later, 4 teeth needed to be removed and I approved. They texted me a few hours later that our dog did great and ready for pick up. I picked her up at 2:00 pm which I really like instead of having to wait until 4:00-5:00. Again check out was easy and Jasmine explained post surgery instructions and our dog did so well. We we’re concerned because she’s old but I’m not worried now. Thank you Fairmont!

Experiencia positiva: Walk in and appointments welcome. Super courteous staff. Inside the building looked a bit dated, but otherwise clean. At least no worse than the other places that charge 3x as much. They post their prices online and on a front desk flyer. Ultimately, it cost me to take two of my dogs for their annual exams, shots, nail clipping, and 6 months of heartworm preventative half as much as it cost for one dog at the name brand clinics. I have an older 13-year-old and a 1-year-old dog. I was impressed by the level of patience that the techs had when trying to draw blood on the younger dog. He does not like people and they took him to the back and did it quickly and we didn't hear him barking and struggling like he normally does at other places. So that's a plus for them. I can tell that they care a lot more about dogs and know what they're doing. With my older dog she was very kind, calm, patient. They had no trouble at all with her. No complaints. I did notice that the vet himself seem to be a little soft spoken. Not really saying a whole lot which is a little bit surprising. Most other doctors are much more vocal so I wasn't sure if there were any issues or anything that I should be concerned with with my older dog. Perhaps with annual visits this is okay it remains to be seen if dealing with more critical health concerns. Otherwise, great experience. Will probably be back

Experiencia negativa: One visit went well, another visit not so much... the front desk needs to pay closer attention to who has been waiting for assistance. Some people can't stand for long periods due to mobility problems. Which may require them to sit if you walk away to the back. So, when other people start walking in they steal that person's spot. Long story short, please make sure you remember who you're assisting before you help the next person that comes through the door. It's out of respect. Otherwise people don't return. Also, when you give us our pets back. We shouldn't have to GET BACK in line to PAY. There needs to be another "system".

Experiencia negativa: Just walking up to the front door, there was an animal control truck in the driveway that had a bunch of dogs in there barking, scratching, screeching, and howling. It was very unsettling and terribly sad. Just from standing in line, I had a very traumatic experience here. When I walked in, there were already two people standing in line and no one at the counter, which seems to be the norm for this place. Soon after I walked in, another lady came in, and finally, when the two vet techs came to the desk, we heard this blood-curdling scream. I initially thought maybe a tech got hurt. Then all of a sudden, this lady comes flying out from the restroom (I’m assuming) into the room where the screaming was coming from, and we could clearly see that this dog was struggling and looked to be having a seizure. They kept yelling out that it was dying, and they came out asking the two very unfazed techs at the desk if they were actually licensed and could help. One got up but didn’t do anything, but said that situation was an emergency, so they would need to take the dog somewhere else, and the two people said that if they came in and told them what was going on, why didn't they tell them to go straight to an emergency vet? The other tech at the desk sassed off and said that the only reason they were open early was for surgery check-ins. That’s fine, but they need to make that clear to customers wanting to be seen and let them know there isn’t a doctor there yet. The lady in front of me turned out to be the animal control officer, and after being helped, she brought a dog from the truck in with a leash, which was off-putting because we don’t know what diseases these dogs are carrying that you’re bringing around our animals, let alone if they have fleas and/or ticks. That tech leaves, and so does the officer. I’m next, so I walk up to the desk, set the soft carrier on the bar, and wait. The tech comes back and doesn’t even acknowledge that I’m standing right in front of her. The other tech calls the lady that was behind me to be helped. I wait a few minutes and finally ask if she can help me, and she tells me that she is still helping the animal control officer. Now there’s a gentleman in line, so I just cut back in line to be helped by the other tech. Why wouldn’t she tell me she would be unable to help me from the start? Finally, I get up to the desk, and the animal control lady brings in this large dog that is COVERED IN FECES, and now the officer has feces all over them. I was standing there in disbelief that everyone was so chill about having a dog, and now a human being covered in feces was just standing mere feet from us and our animals, all while I was trying not to throw up. There is NO way they don’t have some sort of back entrance or room where those animals can be brought in and taken care of instead of the small lobby where customers are waiting. UN.REAL. I never felt so guilty for leaving my pet at a clinic before. Needless to say, when we picked up our cat, we made sure to get all of her records and papers because we would be going somewhere else from now on. Staff has zero compassion; they are not kind or caring; in fact, both of my experiences here have been horrible.

First time went at noon, I called in to find out waiting times since I didn't have an appointment, the receptionist explained to me that if they have a room available they would see me right away. I got there, luckily there was a room and like they said went in immediately. Second time, was a Saturday, I showed up again without an appointment, this time the place was full of walk ins, waiting time 1.5 to 2 hours they said, but they put our name in the list and told me that they will give me a call when they were ready for us. They called right after an hour and they had the room available.

They said I didn't have an appointment and I showed her on my email that I did. She apologized for the mix up and my dog was still able to be taken care of. This is the only place I bring my dogs!

My cats didn't seem like they were in pain at all they were scared but thays because they weren't home. My cat who screams usally didn't even scream they took car of them great This is 2/3 cats after their shots they were calm. I also got de warmer for free whith their first round of shots.

Then two hours after the test was done, they never returned with my dog. Staff was heard playing and laughing in their office when the waiting room is full of people. Horrible place.
