If you love your pet do not come here.

That said, we acknowledge that simply saying we “can’t give that information” without further explanation can feel frustrating and add to your stress. We can and should do better at explaining why delays occur and at providing general updates, even when precise timelines are not possible.

Experiencia negativa: I’ve been bringing my dog to Pet Lovers for four years, but the service in 2026 has become completely unacceptable. Appointments are NOT respected. Two weeks ago I had a 12:15 PM appointment and was not seen until 2:00 PM. After that, I waited almost two more hours just to pay. Today I scheduled a 9:15 AM follow-up and by 10:20 AM I still hadn’t been called. This is not a small delay, this is blatant disregard for clients’ time. They make you check in on a tablet, then call you 30 to 40 minutes later to ask for the exact same information. The process is disorganized and inefficient. It feels like they prioritize walk-ins over scheduled appointments and overbook just to maximize volume and billing. Some doctors are good, but the overall management is chaotic. This place used to run better. Now it’s poorly administered and disrespectful to pet owners. If you book an appointment here, be prepared to wait hours, even with a confirmed time slot. I will not be bringing my dog back.

Experiencia negativa: I’ve been going to this vet for years and have 4 senior dogs but the quality of service lately and the wait times are disgusting to the point Im compelled to leave a bad review because it’s unacceptable.The wait times are hours upon hours so if you’re someone who works know you will be there the entire day. This is also the only place that I’ve seen that after the doctor is done with the consultation (which takes approximately 5-10mins) they have you then wait another hour to check you out sometimes holding your pet hostage in a cage until they call you. I took one of my dogs for a regular teeth cleaning and they called me they were done by 12 pm but that the doctor needed to see me for the lab results. I went there and it was 3 pm and I was still waiting to be called. I didn’t get my dog until after I paid at 3:30pm. I also have an older dog that has heart problems and she’s on a pill plan but they cannot give me a refill without having a doctor consultation each time. I already requested my dog’s records and definitely not going back to this place. Not sure if the owner, staffing or management recently change but they are very disorganized and the staff is not friendly at all and lacks empathy.

Experiencia fantástica: I had to make one of the hardest decisions of my life here — February 12, 2026. My dog was diagnosed with an advanced mass in his mouth. Dr. Adriana Campos and the team were upfront with me from the beginning. They were honest and told me the tumor would likely come back, but I wasn’t ready to give up on him without trying. We went through surgery in October 2025 to remove the mass, and it went well. I’m grateful they gave us that extra time. Unfortunately, by mid-January 2026 it returned aggressively. I asked about oncology and they did offer a specialist, but I understood the reality of how advanced it was. At that point, the only real options left were to pursue extensive treatment or consider euthanasia. Choosing to let him go was the hardest thing I’ve ever done. I waited until he made it clear that he was no longer enjoying life. I didn’t want him staying strong just for me. That wouldn’t have been fair. I felt like he was holding on for me, and I didn’t want him to keep fighting just because I wasn’t ready. When I saw that the zoomies were gone, that he wasn’t fetching his little tennis balls anymore or carrying around his favorite frog and stuffed animals, when his appetite slowly faded and we were standing next to him just trying to get him to eat a few snacks, I knew. He wasn’t living the life he loved anymore. That’s when I knew it was time to make the hardest but most loving decision. He gave my family 14 incredible years. He was especially close to my mom, and their bond was beautiful to witness. Our home feels different without him. Euthanasia is often an act of kindness, even when it breaks your heart. Experiencia negativa: Doctors are ok but service is ran without any order. Pets with appointment wait over an hour and walk ins are seen before appointments. The sign in system is redundant so they have an Ipad system in the front but still call you in to "check in" to get the same information. I let them know I have a nervous dog so I will wait in the car and they call me in as if they are ready but still have you wait over an hour in the lobby. I would not recommend this vet to anyone. I have received much better service at other locations. After your appointment that takes less than 5 minutes, they pass you to the lobby inside to wait another hour to pay. Please explain why appointments are so delayed when the actual visit is less than 5 minutes with each pet. Also, why waiting to pay needs to take as long as checking in.

Experiencia negativa: Do not recommend for emergencies. This an extremely high volume vet where you will not get the best attention. The older bald man in the back was very rude to me and I believe you should have some compassion in a job like this. I also saw a blonde female doc rudely telling a family with a dog in the hallway to get out because their dog was too nervous for her to look at apparently. I’m glad those people refused as that was not the right way to speak to people. The doc that saw my dog was okay.

Experiencia negativa: I went to take my dog for an emergency visit and since it was 5 minutes to closing they turned her away. This is the second time this happens. The service is horrible. They’re called pet lovers but they don’t really love your pets. The name doesn’t their service. If it would have been a human would you turn them away because you’re about to close? Absolutely not! They would have seen them. My pet is my family and my child how dare they refuse to give her service! Disgusted by their treatment!

Experiencia fantástica: For over 20 years Pet Lovers took awesome care of our 5 Dashunds from birth until going to heaven. We were glad to drive 44 miles for Dr Campos to see them. Experiencia negativa: This clinic has zero accountability. Last year I took my dog there to update the annual tag and rabies vaccine, and they tried to upsell me on a flu vaccine, which I refused, only to find out later that they had administered it any ways and charged me for it. I was livid at how invasive and unprofessional they had behaved. I demanded a refund which they fought not to comply but ended up doing it reluctantly. Today I went back there, and after treating my dog they informed me that they had helped us by mistake and that we were no longer welcome at their clinic. Well, good riddance. I must have been out of my mind to return to a place were they administered a drug to my dog without my consent, charged me for it and then refused to take accountability. I do not recommend this clinic. Go at your own peril.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been with this vet since my first dog. Coco was seen here and always treated very nice. When I had to make the difficult decision to put him to sleep Adriana was excellent. Then I got my labradoodle Luka , who has been going here since 16 weeks. Now my mom brings her labradoodle everytime they are here from Orlando. Which leads me to this review with the warmest gratitude . Cooper my mom’s dog as gentle as he is gets himself into things and loves to chew anything up. Unfortunately he got into a hamper ate a sock and got a blockage. It happened on the weekend when this office was closed already. The staff told her to take him to a hospital. We chose Miami Welfare Animal Clinic because of their reviews. Long story short, it was a terrible experience at the end. Surgery was done there , mom received a quote and while the surgeon was stitching him she had the tech call to say they used more materials than expected and had to charge an extra $800 also she was told he would neee three days post op surgery care there which would be more money at the end. A lot happened mom was crying and worried about him. I told the administrative assistant or manager and was firm she will not be paying extra. He then said come get your dog in twenty minutes. They didn’t leave him in recovery to make sure he would be good. Didn’t discharge him with post surgery meds or any post surgery instructions. I will never take Luka , Cooper or any of our dogs to any place other than Pet Lovers Animal Clinic. This is an example never to go based just by a book’s cover.

Experiencia negativa: I’ve spent $2k for the lady in the back to just say read the instructions of the medication. I’ve always taken my dogs here and they always explain what to do after surgery and this lady didn’t even help me when I asked. After a surgery obviously the parents are nervous and not at ease the least she can do is help when asked. Definitely will not be coming back which is a shame because my mom and I have been here for years. The lady with red hair should take some etiquette courses.

Experiencia fantástica: If you want to get a Good Experience ALWAYS but ALWAYS ask for Dr JORGE DE CABO; my lovely pet is been a patient for Dr De Cabo since he was a baby ( a few months old ) and he’s now an 11 yr old HEALTHY and beautiful cat that only needs his vaccines once a year. He was very sick when he has only 8 months old and this doctor saves him along with another Dr located in Boynton Beach (Dr Armstrong) because he needs a special surgery that Dr DE CABO do not perform. I remember once when another Dr at this clinic (Campos) checked him because Dr DE CABO was to leave the clinic and TRUST ME it’s something in her that “ I DONT LIKE IT “ . So for that reason I ALWAYS make sure when I call that DR JORGE DE CABO is there when I need to go to take my boy. All reviews with one star that I read here are only because of her. This is a GREAT and reasonable clinic for pets and Dr DE CABO knows his profession very well. I know soon he’ll retired and I’m in panic thinking that I have to find a new clinic for my baby. I hope his grandson who will become a veterinarian and is finishing school took his place in the clinic and perform the profession as good as Dr DE CABO did for all those years.

Experiencia negativa: If you’re looking for a vet that does regular vaccines then this is the place to go. If you’re looking for a veterinarian to help you, this is not the place. My dog had two lumps under its neck that I felt after playing around. Rushed over to them, waited the 2 hours to be seen. They took my dog, told me they removed the bigger lump entirely and took it to biopsy. No stitches were done. Just staples. They told us results would be ready in a few days. They called to let us know that results were in and that we had to go in person to get the results. We asked why couldn’t they just tell us over the phone. The lady tells us, we’re not authorized to give results over the phone so you have to come in person tomorrow. Tomorrow morning comes. We call as soon as they open to see if we need to bring our dog with us. They tell us no you don’t have to , but you also don’t have to come in, the doctor can explain it to you over the phone, she’ll call you around 1pm. Time passes and they never called. We waited half an hour after we were told we’ll get a call and called ourselves. The lady says oh no you have to come in person she won’t be calling you over the phone. We go in person the next day, we ask for the results. They tell us we have to wait for the doctor. An hour later the front desk lady calls us over and says here the paper results. You still have to wait for the doctor to explain the results. We ended up waiting 2 hours for the doctor to tell us our dog has Lymphoma and that they have to do additional testing. And then she tells us she didn’t remove the whole tumor she found. When asked why, she said cause it could have been benign……. Ma’am. You’re telling me, you just open my dogs throat, saw a huge tumor and decided to just take a little piece in case it wasn’t cancerous??? Make it make sense, tell me you wanted to finish quickly without telling me. We waited 2 hours for you to tell me that you didn’t take it out and that the dog has to be tested to see how far along the lymphoma is. A 10 minute conversation. Have been bringing my dog here for 6 years, and this is the first time it’s for an actual medical issue and they just drop the ball. My brother and sister in law dropped them for the same reason and so am I. Again, if you’re looking for cheap vaccines, this is the place if you’re willing to wait. If you’re dog has an actual medical emergency , go elsewhere where. Don’t waste your time here.

Experiencia negativa: Watching dog for someone who was away on a cruise and there dog died. They were registered with Pet Lovers and when I explained the situation to Pet Lover they cut me off saying they could keep the dog in storage. I offered to pay for cremation and storage and give a huge deposit but the Heartless Management refused. I told them that the dog is dead what was supposed to do " keep it in my freezer". The owner's were off the grid. I then called County Walk and they totally understood the problem and have taken the dog and are holding it until owners come back. Unbelievable horror story and Pet lover couldn't do right. Will escalate to authorities because this is wrong.

They book as many people as they can at the same time because they don’t respect your time. This place is just another greedy business that doesn’t care about pets or their owners, they just want your money. Be prepared to wait hours in a busy waiting room full of other animals, to receive a 2 minute mediocre check up. With all the other vet options in Miami, take your business elsewhere. Experiencia fantástica: The best animal hospital in Miami. Nice installation with exellent service and reasonable price. Doctor Campos is experienced and caring. What I like the most is that they don't push for you to do things that your pet doesn't need. I've compared prices with all the hospitals around and they are by far the best. We do the vaccines, teeth cleaning, any x-rays or exam that you need.

Experiencia negativa: I came here for my baby’s annual shots and for what seemed like a hotspot on their legs. Appointment was set for 1:15 PM but didn’t get attended till 1:50. I GOT LESS THAN 5 MINUTES WITH THE VET AND LEFT PAYING $300. They began to say my dog needs surgery, that they have a mass and need to examine and do all these things, but at the end he just says “They’ll tell you how much is it up front.” That indicated they were just after money and not anything else. They were rude, didn’t take time with my dog & didn’t answer any questions I had. Every time I tried to talk to advocate for my fur baby I was shut down by the vet raising their voice and talking over me about the things they were going to charge me for. I don’t believe this is a place to come for other than annual shots because for any other concern they’ll try to pile you up with things they don’t even care to explain.

Experiencia negativa: Unfortunately, I didn't have the best experience here. No because of the doctors, but because the costumer service. I rescued a dog that was left tied in front of my building under 96 degrees. She was in pain, and of course, with trauma. My friend recommended this place for taking her for the first time, so I did it next day. Of course, my dog was barking a lot, she was really afraid of everything and very anxious. I was explaining to the rest of the costumers her story for them to understand and have some empathy. The lady in the front desk talked to me with very disgusting face, making gestures of being annoying, and sent me to wait on the street. I felt really bad not only for me, but for my dog who is now my new baby. The doctor saw her the first time, she got medication, but never talked to me again.. it's ok, I didn't expect anything else. However, I will never forget how this lady treated my traumatized dog. She was not a Pet Lover, at all.

We were preparing for the worst, but the fluid and medicine administered by the doctor, plus all the extra care that they gave to our Stitch, made him get better and return home. My dog, who usually gets nervous at the vet, was surprisingly calm thanks to their gentle and caring approach. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and equipped with modern technology, which gave me even more confidence in the level of care they provide.
Experiencia negativa: Review of pet lovers I truly believe they killed my furry little girl, Chanel, and tried to blame me by saying I did not notice that something was wrong with her. I was consumed with pain and devastated. I took her on Thursday, May 13 due skin irritation on her paws. I would take her every month and a half or so. She was usually seen by Dr. Campos. I have nothing bad to say about her. She was always kind and caring. But this time, she was seen by doctor Yamile Monroe. She said she was going to try to take care of this skin problem once and for all. She gave her two injections (Convenia and Cytopoint) and also had me purchase an oral antibiotic for my 9 lbs 7oz furry baby girl. On that day, the doctor did not find anything wrong with her. The next morning Chanel did not seem like herself and seemed sad. I gave Chanel the antibiotic Pet Lovers had prescribed for her. In the afternoon, I noticed Chanel seemed short of breath so I called Pet Lovers and took her back to them. When I got there they made me wait even though I told them she was not well. When they called me in, Chanel was seen by Dr. De Cabo who told me Chanel was gravely ill and that she must have been sick for a while, but I had not noticed. I was already extremely worried about her and then he made me feel guilty and incompetent. I was destroyed. He said they needed to do some tests and I paid for that and told the girl behind the desk that I would be in my car and gave her my phone number. I was crying and called my husband so he could leave work and join me there. Then they called me from Pet lovers and told me Chanel had stopped breathing and they had to Intubate her. They said when they were going to start the procedure she started bleeding everywhere. ( I think about that and the agony of imagining her suffering is excruciating). They let me inside with Chanel and my husband arrived shortly after that. Dr. De Cabo said that she was suffering and non-responsive and my husband and I agreed to have her put to sleep. When they were going to inject her, it was as if she sensed what was happening. Chanel sat up. We grabbed her and rushed to try to get her to an animal hospital, but we did not make it on time. Chanel died in our arms and took her last breath as my husband ran, carrying her through the doors of the animal hospital. Chanel died the day after she was seen and treated at Pet Lovers. They did not say anything was wrong with her on May 13 but on May 14, the day after being treated by them, Chanel was dead. In retrospect, I believe what Dr. de Cabo was doing when he said I hadn’t noticed she was sick, was trying to clear Pet Lovers of responsibility. But if she had been sick, why didn’t THEY, as the veterinarians say anything all those times I had taken her and even the day before her death when I took her in? Not only do I believe did they overdosed my furry baby, but they ruthlessly placed the blame on me. It is horrible enough that I have to live with the emptiness I feel inside, but to also blame me for her death is beyond cruel. I miss her more than words can say. But Dr. de Cabo wanted me to take the blame for their mistake or incompetence and implied I was negligent. THEY were incompetent and reckless. Because of them, my loving Chanel, who had just turned 8 years old and who had so much love to give and who loved life so much is prematurely gone. My heart is broken and will never be the same. Rest In Peace my beautiful Chanel.
CHANEL WAS LUCKY TO HAVE YOUR LOVE AND CARE..
Thank you for sharing your experience with Chanel, and we truly understand that this has been an extremely painful and difficult journey. While we understand that no words can ease the loss you feel, we want to clarify a few details from that time.
This incident happened almost four years ago, and we want to recognize that Chanel was not only being treated for skin irritation but also presented with a dry, hacking cough that could have been an early sign of potential underlying heart or pulmonary conditions. During the initial visit, we had recommended further exams to get a clearer picture of Chanel’s health as well as know if Chanel was a candidate for the Convenia injection, but you made the informed decision to proceed with treatment for the skin irritation at that time and not do the exams.
When you brought Chanel back the following day, she was experiencing extreme respiratory distress, which can sometimes be an indication of advancing heart or pulmonary issues that, unfortunately, don’t always show symptoms until they progress. The blood that you speak of is not blood it is Cardiogenic pulmonary edema this fluid begins to fill up the lungs from a long term disease of the heart. Stress and symptoms from the previous day might have exacerbated her condition, but please know that this is not a reflection on your care for her. Sometimes, our beloved pets hide their symptoms, and despite our best efforts, these conditions go unnoticed until it's too late.
We hope this information helps provide clarity that neither you nor us wanted or were the cause of what happened to Chanel, and please remember that Chanel was lucky to have had your love and care like we said before. Our thoughts are with you as you honor her memory and continue healing.

Experiencia negativa: I had a disappointing experience with Pet Lovers. I had been going to Pet Lovers since 2013 but back then they had other vets that were caring and compassionate. It felt like the primary goal was to push unnecessary procedures and treatments rather than genuinely care for my pet’s health. When I brought my pet in for an evaluation, I expected thorough attention and compassion. Instead, I was met with rushed explanations and a persistent push to schedule costly procedures without addressing my concerns or discussing other options. The day after, I took my dog to another clinic, otherwise, he would have died. The doctors here were impersonal and lacked empathy, making the whole experience feel more transactional than caring. I will not be back, nor my family and friends (who also used to visit Pet Lovers for over 10 years). Complete disappointment, look somewhere else, even if they make you believe their prices are low, they are not (the full list of non-necessary procedures adds up to a lot more than you can afford).
Experiencia fantástica: I am so grateful for the wonderful care my cat Oreo received at the clinic. He was dealing with kidney stones, and the medical assistant Liz went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable. She was incredibly kind, patient, and professional throughout the whole process. Liz took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions. Oreo is on the road to recovery thanks to Dr. Campos and her medical assistant. I couldn’t have asked for better support during such a stressful time. Thank you, Liz!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been coming to Pet Lovers for over 20 years. All my pets are seen here. When I was living in Ft. Myers Fl, I still drove two hours to bring my dog here. About two years ago we added a new member to our family and that's when we met VA Liz. My dog loves her and so do we!! She is so sweet with our dogs and really cares. She even calls us to follow up on them. All the vets are wonderful and my dog actually likes going to the vet. We are so happy with Pet Lovers and highly recomend them!

I was particularly pleased with Liz Diaz she exudes love for her work, the way she cares for the pets and how she makes sure to provide clarity and guidance to you as the customer is commendable. It is very rare nowadays to find someone who is passionate for what they do and Liz is one of the few. Experiencia negativa: If you love your pet, DO NOT take them here. They killed my cat. My cat came in perfectly healthy in the morning and went in for a routine mass removal. They called me later on in the day to pick him up saying that the surgery went well and he was waking up from surgery. When I arrived, they made me wait 45 minutes. Then they called me into the exam room to show the x-rays and speak to the doctor who told me that everything went well, to go to the back waiting room and they would give him to me. About 10 minutes later, they bring out a cat carrier that isn't mine. The vet tech goes back with a confused look on his face. Minutes go by and I see all the vet techs and doctors rush to the back. Later, they guide me to the back to the operating table where my cat is on the table. The doctor is saying how he "randomly" gasped for breath and they didn't know what was wrong with him and he's dying. The doctor started word vomiting and non-stop talking to distract me from the situation. They did not have an explanation as to why they brought out a different cat and as to why mine is now currently dying on the table. They just kept saying it's "not their fault". Please do not take your animals here. The wait times are long, appointments are useless as you will have to wait 30-45 well past your appointment time, and most importantly, they simply DO NOT care about your pets.

Experiencia negativa: I never thought that on Thursday, October 3, 2024, I would take my 10-year-old dog in for an ear infection to pet lovers clinic. The doctor who attended to me recommended a dental cleaning, to which I agreed since I paid for the tests and the X-ray, trusting that they would proceed if everything was fine. Three hours later, they told me that my dog was having trouble breathing and that they had taken another X-ray, which showed fluid in her lungs and an enlarged heart, leading to her death at the clinic. The question I ask myself is, if I paid for the preventive tests, why did they go ahead with the cleaning? Didn’t they see the problem? Based on what happened, I can’t shake the thought that they killed my dog. Be careful with dental cleanings because they recommend them for financial reasons, disregarding health factors that could end the lives of our loved ones
Experiencia negativa: I called this hospital maybe 5 times as someone who wasn't a client and waited on hold for about 15 minutes. After calling back and telling them I had been waiting on hold she said okay well you need to wait then placed my back on hold. As someone who works in customer service when a client is having a bad experience I UNDERSTAND HOSPITALS ARE BUSY BUT THAT IS WHEN YOU TRY and correct the problem not put someone back on hold. Either this hospital needs to hire more csr or a phone rep because that's crazy.
Experiencia negativa: Never again again am I taking my dogs to Pet Lovers , I took my dog with some weird discharge and without so much as looking at or touching my dog let alone looking at the pics of the discharge I tried to show her, the vet started writing all the things she was going to do, she started with an ultrasound and went from there, I took my dog and ran, took her somewhere else and ALL she had was full anal glands, they were drained, I paid $35 and the problem was solved, had I listen to that woman I would have spent thousands, I told her this is going to be thousands, her response, yes it is with zero compassion.

Based on the information and observations made during your visit, we did not find any issues related to the spay procedure. We did not observe any abnormal discharge or signs indicating a problem with the surgery. Our recommendation for additional examination was made to thoroughly investigate and address any of your remaining concerns of vaginal spotting regarding it as being caused by us leaving “ovary reminisce”. Even when we began to speak of other possibilities you continuously told us that it is one hundred percent caused by the surgery and that you wanted her to put through another surgery to be sure.
We appreciate that online sources can sometimes lead to confusion or concern. However, it’s important to consider that veterinary care is tailored to the specific details and observations from physical exams and the information provided by pet owners. Had we received a more detailed description of the symptoms or concerns at the time as well as having back and forth conversations of other possibilities, we might have been able to address the issue more directly.
We are thankful for your updated review after being checked at another practice and are glad to see that all is well with the surgery and that she is doing much better.

The vet quickly diagnosed a molar issue without showing me, then immediately wanted to pull the tooth, quoting $700. Given Olive's age (11 years), I was concerned about the risks of anesthesia and the constant push for expensive tests. I trusted my instincts and sought a second opinion. Another clinic found no need for surgery or anesthesia—the molar was already loose, and Olive is doing great. Additionally, the front desk staff is incredibly rude and seem more interested in money than caring for our pets, who are like family. It's disappointing to see a lack of respect and compassion. Experiencia negativa: I spent two hours waiting for a walk in appointment with my dog. They don’t have enough room or seats to accommodate for walk-ins so if you want to do that, you will likely need to stand w your dog in a room with at least 20 other dogs. I came to this clinic bc reviews said it is affordable but that’s a joke. My dog got diarrhea from the beach and when they finally took us they quoted me $900. For diarrhea. I had to beg the lady to lower the price three separate times (from $700, then $300) until she miraculously told me she could charge me $100. Such a scam, they only care about money, not your dog.

Experiencia fantástica: I was introduced to this office over 18 years ago and was always very satisfied with their services. After my beagle passed in 2013 I had not been back until this month, August 2024. So happy to see how the business has flourished with the extra space, beautiful remodeling and excellent staff. This past month I was dog sitting for my daughter and unfortunately Mr. Duke ate something that obstructed his colon. Since I no longer lived close to this particular veterinary office, I took Duke to a nearby vet in Kendall. Not that money was necessarily the priority, BUT, it was outstanding what I was quoted to just get him checked on an emergency basis. Then adding X-rays, bloodwork, and whatnot, it was almost $2k just for a diagnosis. I called my husband in a panic mode and he suggested I call Pet Lovers Animal Clinic. To my surprise, they had me come in right away, took me straight to the back and provided me options with very reasonable financial obligations. The female doctor I saw was super professional and extremely empathetic. Shout out to Dr. Monroy. It was also nice to still see Dr. de Cabo still there who I recognized from 18yrs prior. Kudos to the expansion and staying with the new team. Unfortunately, Mr. Duke had to be put down for numerous reasons I prefer to not get into. However, we were provided the opportunity to stay with him for as long as we needed to say our goodbyes and remain with him as he was humanely put to rest. Today, I picked up his ashes. The embroidered wooden box he was placed in was beautiful and his paw print on a plaster frame was an unexpected pleasure. Even the front desk clerk who handed me his remains apologized for our loss. What a beautiful touch Pet Lovers provided us to help with our closure. Those of you who go there and complain about the wait time, keep in mind, it’s because their service is exceptional, their fees are beyond reasonable, and their staff is amazing. People know it, and want to bring their pets there; hence your wait time. 100 percent worth it. This post is dedicated to Mr. Duke. We will miss you forever ole man. Glad your momma was able to say goodbye and you fell asleep with her tender warm kisses and her voice whispering love you’s over and over in your ear.

My dog went through so many tests and was seen by THREE doctors just for them to not even know what was wrong with him. Took him to another clinic, and they figured out the problem in less than 2 hours. This clinic does not care about the animals or the owners, they just trying to get people’s money. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

They seem annoyed especially the lady with the blonde highlights she was telling me to put my dog in the car! why ? this is a vet. Not so friendly to animals. The doctor and the guys helping were very nice. But wouldn't really recommend because of the front staff being so RUDE! They are supposed to be the face of the office and the experience starts from the moment the customer walks through the door! I asked for an office manager and they acted dumb too.

I'm typically very patient but that was absolutely ridiculous. They need a better hold system if they're seriously that busy because wow. Just wow.

Experiencia fantástica: Brought my elderly dog in and was informed she needed emergency surgery and the team sprung into action right away! They provided exemplary care and saved my dogs life! I loved that they can do everything she needed in house; x-rays, emergency surgery, lab work, pharmacy. It was convenient and cost efficient! They were very transparent about all the possible outcomes and the prices but with the loving and devoted staff she made a complete recovery! My dog couldn’t even walk and was on deaths door when I brought her in and a month post op after with lots of love and doing daily hospitalizations she has made a complete recovery! ❤️ it wouldn’t have been possible with out Dr Monroy and all the caring staff, they are amazing at what they do and they truly do care, I won’t be going anywhere else!

Experiencia positiva: I came here to get my dog’s teeth cleaned. They did an excellent job. Getting a hold of someone on the phone was tough, that’s why I knocked it down to 4 stars. I attempted several times and was on hold for over 30 min multiple times, but ultimately my dog was dropped off in the morning for the teeth cleaning. They have reasonable prices and I will be returning for my other dog. They are a 45 min - over an hour drive for me, so it says a lot about them if I’m willing to come back again. The Dr was very nice and helpful and so was the staff while there.

He recommends what is the best treatment for my pets and his fees are very reasonable. Now that the clinic has grown, I have also been serviced by other Dr's. Experiencia negativa: I went to this place for my cat Leo and paid over $1000 and they could not figure out what was wrong with him so they had to refer me to a specialist. They take forever to send emails of information I need in order to take him to the new vet and specialist in hopes to figure out what is wrong with my cat before he gets worse . The vet and her assistant were very nice but I wish I didn’t have to spend that much money just to be told I need to see a specialist. The customer service with the receptionist who answers the phone is awful. She puts you on hold for hours and doesn’t know what she’s doing.

Girls at the front desk only tell you that you are next and let other people go before you like nothing. There are more than 6 people in the lobby complaining at this very moment. Beyond disrespectful!!! This is when the practice becomes a money machine. Looking for a new vet... will not give these people my business again!

They have won my trust. $20 visit fee and $55 for euthanasia. Economical and beautiful ambiance by appointments or walk in emergencies. The three heart meds l give my Chihuahua chi chi are no more than $95 per month. Liver medicated SAMel 100 mg $20 a bottle for a month. Recommend doctors Campos and Monroy. Two clinics one on 7th Street and one on 8th Street and 119th Ave. Inside dog friendly plaza.

Dr Cabo took care of Maya as she was his own dog and explained everything to us patiently, the day of the surgery they even stayed really late giving her all the medications post surgery and did not charged an extra dime for it, due to the critic health conditions she had unfortunately she was not able to recover but we did everything we could and i saw first hand Dr Cabo and his staff taking care of her and doing everything in their hands for our Maya, once again Jorge Gracias gracias por todo!

Experiencia negativa: I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with my recent visit to PetLover clinic, prompting me to leave a one-star review. I went in concerned about my dog potentially having a urinary tract infection, a suspicion based on observable symptoms. However, the clinic’s approach left much to be desired. They proceeded to run a battery of unnecessary tests across various bodily systems, despite the apparent nature of the ailment. This exhaustive (and in my view, excessive) process resulted in a staggering bill of $500 just for a diagnosis that seemed obvious from the start. It’s frustrating to feel like the clinic capitalized on my concern for my pet’s health to inflate the bill with superfluous examinations. The experience has left me feeling taken advantage of, and I am unequivocally dissatisfied with the lack of straightforward, symptom-based diagnosis. I was expecting a more sensible approach, perhaps prescribing antibiotics based on the symptoms presented. Instead, I encountered what appears to be a profit-driven mentality at the expense of worried pet owners. This was not the caring and cost-effective veterinary care I sought for my beloved dog. I will not be returning to PetLover clinic and cannot recommend their services to others seeking genuine and thoughtful care for their pets.

Experiencia negativa: I walked in with al emergency and they recommend to be seen by the first available Dr. The room started getting full of appointments and walk-in, I waited more than one hour before asking how much longer I had to wait to be seen and at that time they told me that both drs where performing a procedure and they didn’t know how much longer it was going to take. Pls don’t make people waste time. If things get complicated, let clients know so we can seek medical help at another place.
