Experiencia fantástica: From start to finish, Truss Vet took care of an urgent care issue for our YorkiePoo (Chloe) - Moreover, the customer service and interactions with all parties involved throughout the extent of visit were Top Notch! Truss vet has obviously staffed incredibly well as everyone there seems to care about their work. Every step of our process was clearly communicated along the way - we particularly appreciated this as the accompanying costs were also shared, as opposed to being divulged at the end of things. Experiencia fantástica: I would 100% recommend Truss to anyone with an urgent care need for their pet! They were loving, efficient, and took care of our sweet lab after he had a scary seizure. The offices are spotless and the rooms are spacious enough for your pet to roam around if needed. They also provided water and treats. They sent a follow up to our vet, as well as sent a personal text to check on our pup to see how he was feeling. We will be lifelong patients going forward for any urgent needs! I’d give more than 5 stars if I could :)

Experiencia fantástica: I found them bc my vet and every other vet I called had no availability. I was looking for an emergency type vet that had more than 3 star reviews and now I know why Truss does! I was able to reserve an appointment online prior to them opening at 10 AM. We got there right when they opened and even though there were a few other people in line, everyone was taken back to a room very quickly. The wait time for a tech, and the vet was minimal, and the care we received was exceptional. Everyone was so nice and offered us snacks or drinks multiple times. The facilities were clean and yet felt Welcoming and cozy for a vet office. They took great care with my boy Ollie who had some concerning symptoms and high temp. Everything was explained thoroughly, and we were given options for diagnostics, treatment and pricing before we made a decision. When he needed bloodwork and fluids, they allowed my daughter and I to go grab a bite to eat so we were not having to wait the whole time. Overall, we were there just about two hours. I would recommend them to anyone who needs urgent vet care if they are open. (Sun-Fri 10a-10p; closed on Saturday’s) Prices were more than my typical vet, but I feel overall, it was reasonable for everything we had done and probably cheaper than the emergency vets in the area.

Experiencia fantástica: Nobody wants to go to a Veterinary urgent care but if you do, truss vet is the place to go. First class treatment for our Golden Retriever. The attention to detail and thorough explanation given by Veterinarian Belinda Morton and assistant, gave us comfort and relief. Hope we don’t have to go back! I brought my boy Weston in here and from the moment I walked in, I was greeted with such kindness. I could not say enough great things about Dr. Meyer. She was amazing walking me through everything and even in Weston’s final moments I was so happy to have a doctor in there with me that actually felt like they cared and treated Weston with such kindness in his last moments. I wish I remembered the tech’s names I had seen, both wonderful women who I am so grateful for. Weston loved them! Please keep up the great work! It’s not easy doing what you guys do but I appreciate it so much ❤️

Experiencia fantástica: WONDERFUL experience! I went to Truss Vet in Greensboro when my cats were having stomach issues. The facility was clean and looked very nice. Everyone I interacted with was extraordinarily friendly and they took GREAT care of my cats. There was no wait (we went mid-day on a Monday because our regular vet didn’t have availability) but we saw the waiting area and it was very nice - they had snacks and water available. The receptionist drew a cute little cat face on the whiteboard with a welcome note specifically with our cats’ names. The vet and her tech were very friendly and transparent, and I could tell everyone genuinely cared about making sure my cats were ok and got the best care possible. The prices were reasonable, and in our take home bag we also got an adorable “get well soon” note for my cats. I highly highly recommend this location. I will definitely go again if I ever need urgent care for my cats or dog.

Our vet and technicians were wonderful. We’ll be there next week for a final treatment and the fact that they advised us veterinarians closer to us for Primary is very nice of them.

Experiencia fantástica: We brought our cat in an emergency situation on a Sunday as no vet care was available in our town nearby. They got us in immediately as a walk-in & treated our boy like he was their own. The care, attention to detail and professionalism were A++. The staff were the kindest and very helpful, even offering snacks and drinks to us. I would recommend Truss to any pet owner, and it was worth the 35 minute drive to have our cat so well cared for.

Experiencia fantástica: I was recommended Truss Vet for an emergency visit when one of our outdoor cats came back home, after 2 weeks missing, with a broken leg. On top of that he was severely underweight and dehydrated. Truss was very professional and upfront about his condition and what they were capable of doing to help our cat. They also provided referrals to area vets who could be of more assistance for our situation. As far as cost, I feel Truss is a great clinic and provides excellent care and follow up care. If I were local, I would use them again.

Experiencia fantástica: We’ve only had two visits to Truss but they have been two of the best vet experiences we’ve ever had despite the heartbreaking circumstances. We brought our cat Squishy in November after he was having breathing difficulties and we had a bad experience with another emergency vet. Everyone at Truss was so kind, caring, and attentive and treated our little guy so well. They actually listened to our concerns and were completely transparent about pricing, his condition, and all our options. They diagnosed our little guy with heart failure and asthma and got us started on medications to continue with his regular vet. Unfortunately, with his heart failure being terminal, we had to make the tough call to send our guy across the rainbow bridge. But we knew that when the time came, Truss was the place we wanted to do it at. They once again were so kind and understanding and gave us a beautiful last experience with our little guy and treated him with so much respect and dignity even after he was gone. They create such a comfortable and calming environment and did everything at our pace. They gave us all the time we needed at each step of the process and let us dictate how fast or slow it would go. Our little guy used to always seem so stressed at other vets but at Truss he was his normal curious loving self right until the end. There are not enough words of gratitude I could give to everyone at Truss for helping us on this difficult journey. Thank you to all of you even those that played a small part at the end of Squishy’s journey. We truly believe it was your compassionate care last year that gave us another 3 months with our little guy and gave us the courage to make the difficult call to end his suffering.

Experiencia fantástica: Update 02/20/2026: Once again, I had to head to Truss Vet with one of my fur babies. And once again, I am so grateful this place exists. Thank you Devon and Dr Morton for all your care and compassion in my Jasper’s final hours. You two have made all the difference in this super difficult situation! This place is outstanding. I have received some great vet care in the past, but these people take the cake. Upon arriving we were immediately greeted. Once checked in, we were taken to a room and in no time Brian, our vet tech, started the examination. He explained everything in great detail, was extremely patient and caring with my pet, and answered all questions. Dr. Monroe was our vet and she, too was very patient. She came up with an appropriate treatment plan that would not be too costly, but gave additional treatment and testing options. She was extremely respectful of our financial situation. Overall, my experience exceeded any expectations I could have possible had. I know they were pretty busy, but I was made to feel like I was the only one there. I highly recommend Truss Vet and will definitely go there again, should the need arise. THANK YOU BRIAN AND DR. MONROE and thank you to the rest of the staff as well!

Experiencia fantástica: I had my first experience here today and it was truly wonderful from start to finish! I brought my dog in for issues related to a leg injury that seemed to be causing him pain. Both the vet tech and the vet were warm and took their time breaking down all the information I needed and walked me through my options. The space itself is very comfortable and I felt relieved to be somewhere I could trust with my dog very quickly. I was not surprised after I left to see how highly they're rated!

They showed compassion to our fur baby and explained every test, medication, and expectation. Should you need a caring place to take your babies — give them a try. The facility is clean and the staff is amazing! The pricing was fair. Options were given before tests were performed.

Experiencia fantástica: Five stars across the board... And if I could give more, I would! Truss Veterinary Urgent Care and the team embodies what veterinary care should look like across the board! The moment you walk in, you instantly notice how quiet and bright it is. There isn't a heavy feeling of stress, there isn't a small crowded waiting area filled with anxious pets and owners, there isn't a heavy odor of pet urine/feces/vomit/infection or the strong chemical smell of cleaners and deodorizer. After easily and quickly booking online (or via phone), you're welcomed as soon as you walk through the door, quickly checked in, offered coffee/tea/water/snacks, and brought to a private room to wait. The spacious rooms are light happy colors, clean and well lit, the walls and counters aren't cluttered with posters and branded advertisements, and the exam table is folded up against the wall if not being used. We were offered a nice comfy blanket for my elderly dog, Darwin, who has been experiencing tummy troubles, and a fresh bowl of water. We were seen quickly, didn't feel rushed or like corners were being cut for the sake of time, and the tech and vet (Dr. Meyers) were genuinely interested in learning about our dogs (we brought our younger dog, Freya, with us because we started the day with a 5 hour wait at an emergency vet clinic, and decided to try Truss after approaching the 6th hour of waiting and still not being seen). They advertise the importance of being a "fear-free" practice, and they've got that nailed down! They never took Darwin out of the room for any part of the visit. They took vitals and temp, drew blood, and cleaned up his messy booty and shaved down some of his bum/tail/leg hair to make it easier for me to keep him clean (anybody who has dealt with a super fluffy animal during bouts of diarrhea understands!) while I sat on the floor with him giving scratches and pets to keep him occupied and calm. The whole visit felt like a collaborative effort in creating a diagnostic and care plan for Darwin. They were extremely transparent about pricing, and every time we discussed adding something to the visit, we were shown a breakdown of the pricing so we were able to easily navigate Darwins care within our budget. There were no surprises when it came time to pay, and you pay in the room, so when the visit is over, you can head right out. That aspect is amazing for so many reasons!! So if your pet needs to be seen quickly for a non-emergent reason, and your regular vet is booked... Definitely contact Truss!!!! The only thing you'll be disappointed by is the fact you can't bring your pet there for their routine care, because they're so awesome that you'll want to!! Experiencia fantástica: This office puts the “Truss” in “Trust”. I had to pay them a visit when my goodest bad boy decided to stretch his neck like a giraffe and counter surf for grapes. I gave them a call ahead to let them know I was on the way and from the initial phone call until the moment I left was as pleasant of an experience that it possibly could have been when being as distraught as I was. The vet techs & doctor were everything I was not that Sunday evening…calm, cool, and collected. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: This was my first time at Truss Vet in Greensboro. My dog had a bad earache. Setting up an appointment online was very easy. When I arrived at the office, the receptionist got me back to an exam room quickly. The vet tech, Brandy, was extremely professional and had a good rapport with my 90-pound dog. Doctor Goodall was very thorough in her exam and provided me with several treatment options. They treated my dog onsite and sent us home with some additional medication. They also prescribed a follow up plan with a local vet. I could not be happier with the experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Just returned from taking my beagle to Truss after she took a run through the woods and ended up with a splinter above her eye. Her regular vet wasn’t available and they suggested Truss urgent care. As far as urgent care vets go, I highly recommend them. I was in and out in record time for an emergency visit, price wasn’t too bad for an emergency visit, and the vet and staff were great!

Experiencia fantástica: My senior boy was experiencing some intense arthritis related pain & my general vet wasn’t able to get him in for several days. Truss was able to see him same day, I made an appointment online & arrived probably 15 minutes early. I went straight back, seen the nurse practically immediately & within 10 minutes the Dr was checking him out. The Dr was fantastic, I actually feel like she was more thorough & caring than my general vet. They are a little more pricey than a general vet, but they were very clear & upfront about all the costs with me & gave me options as far as treatments. I would absolutely come back.

They were receptive, explained everything in detail, and were very transparent with billing. Even though English is not our first language, they were empathetic and patient, allowing our daughter to translate for us. We truly felt cared for and respected. Highly recommended.

My girl is doing so good! I hope the medicine continues to work and helps my girl. They are the best! I would go there regularly if I could.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is great and they have a wonderful team of staff. My dog had been experiencing a prolonged issue lasting 4-5 months that her primary vet was unable to diagnose. I brought her to Truss without an appointment and they immediately checked us in and assigned us to a room. Dr. Monroe and her team were able to finally get to the bottom of the issue with a proper diagnosis. Dr. Monroe is an exceptional veterinarian; very kind and personable, and she explains things in a way that makes them simple to understand. The only downside is that Truss doesn’t serve as a primary vet because I’d trust my pups with Dr. Monroe’s care any day. Otherwise, I’d say this is easily the best vet in town.

Experiencia fantástica: I took my cat here on a morning where I noticed she was using the litter box a lot and I was afraid she might have a uti. I took her in without even calling and they got me in immediately. All of the staff were super nice! They gave me options for payment and always disclosed pricing before they did anything. So happy my cat feels better and I will definitely be back here if I ever need urgent care again!

Experiencia fantástica: I brought my cat here a few days ago for concerns about bladder stones and had a great experience. Staff were friendly and helpful. Dr. Monroe was very thorough in her explanations about my cat’s results. They also talked with me about pricing up front and were very transparent. They even made a follow up appointment with my primary vet for me to expedite my cat’s care. They also checked in with me the next day to see how he was doing. In the event any of my animals need urgent care services again I will definitely be coming back here.

Experiencia fantástica: My dog has only had limited involvement with the folks at Truss Vet but in those two visits we met two of their Docs and two of their Vet Techs. Everyone including the receptionist was absolutely wonderful. They have a very kind, attentive, caring way in their approach to the pet and even the pet owner. Plus their facility is top notch. I was very impressed with their care. We are from out of town or else they would become our full time vet. The best Vet experience I’ve ever had and I’ve had pets for over 50 years.

Experiencia fantástica: My cat came in on an emergency basis with blood in his urine and they were wonderful. Very thorough, answered all of my questions. Didn’t try to pressure me into doing tests that could wait until his regular vet was opened and didn’t try to make me feel like a bad person when I told them I couldn’t afford certain things. They prioritized his health, got down to the issue quickly and I walked out of there with medication, a prescription for specalized food and a cat that is now on the mend and I couldn’t be more grateful.

Experiencia fantástica: Our cat O.Henry Hound Dog is on a complicated medical journey and it's not practical to get him seen by his regular vet for every ailment he has. This past week, our sweet boy needed some relief to some allergic reaction symptoms & the Truss team was not discouraged at all and were very willing to help however they could. Mika & Dr. Monroe really took their time with him & offered some gentle treatment options that did not interfere with other care he is receiving. We were very pleased with how easy it was to make an appointment, the pricing was very reasonable and O.Henry left feeling better and had a very restful night of sleep. If other isolated/simple needs arise for our cats, we'll certainly go to Truss again if our vet is booked up.

Experiencia fantástica: Went Truss Vet today because my daughters Shih Tzu was not feeling well and we couldn't get him into our normal vet . We were concerned it could get worse through the weekend so went with a good friend's recommendation and called Truss.(Thank you Kelly) It could not have been a better experience! From the moment we walked in the door with how we were greeted to the incredibly kind and knowledgeable nurse to the amazing vet herself. They made my daughter as well as her dog feel at ease and in very good hands. We left there feeling very confident with the examination they did to the treatment that was recommended and given. They did a really thorough job of explaining their findings to what the care plan would be as well on if any necessary follow up might be needed if this plan didn't do the trick. I have two dogs myself and wouldn't think twice bringing them to Truss. Very grateful to have such a wonderful place for our very important furry family members here in Greensboro. Experiencia fantástica: Everyone wants a review these days but this is one review I am happy to provide. What do you when your loved pet gets sick and it is a very cold and snowy day? Truss Vet Urgent Care was easy to get to and easy to arrange appt. Everyone there was so caring and helpful that I was immediately ease. Dr. Morton gave my cat a thorough exam and expert treatment. My cat was much better the next day and he continues to improve.

Experiencia fantástica: My daughter's dog had a quarter size laceration that needed stitches. Our vet did not have room in their schedule and suggested Truss. I'm really particular about where we take our dogs but we needed to get our girl seen so we made a reservation online (so easy). We were taken to a room right away & they got her assessed right away. It took a few minutes for them to come in to go over a plan but over all it was really fast. Everything was clean, and most importantly everyone was so nice. They were so sweet with our girl and explained everything to us and patiently answered all of our questions. I would absolutely recommend Truss to anyone looking for vet care & I think the "urgent care" concept was very needed in this area.

Experiencia fantástica: We had a great experience, this being our first time at this clinic. I called at 4:15pm and, due to the symptoms my dog was having, they made a reservation for him at 5:00 and took him back immediately to be examined when we arrived at our appointment. Everyone we interacted with was so kind and professional. I didn’t feel pressured in to anything. Thankfully we went through with some testing which led to them being able to diagnose pneumonia and therefore have a treatment plan. We left by 7:00 with antibiotics in hand. It was clean and nice to have a separate/ private room to be in with my dog the whole time. Very happy all around with my experience here and would come back here again with emergent pet issues!

Experiencia fantástica: This was such a good experience for me and my dog, Sonic. Our wait was short. We were taken to a room almost immediately. Dr. Monroe and Stephanie were wonderful. They were kind and gentle with my senior dog, instantly recognized how special he is and made him feel at ease. Making the appointment online was easy. The visit was $135 before meds, which is on par with what my usual vet charges. I can’t recommend Truss enough. They really made us both feel welcome and heard.

Experiencia fantástica: Recently sent my kids there with our cat after he got scratched in his 3rd eyelid by one of our other cats. We called ahead to make sure they could see him for that. They got them in fairly quickly, evaluated and treated him. Very respectful and kind and I dont feel the cost was all that much more than my vet would have charged. So grateful to have them around!

The exam & tests were very thorough. I very much appreciated their diligence in determining what was wrong. For an emergency situation I strongly recommend this practice.

Experiencia fantástica: Truss Vet Urgent care located at 1800 battleground in Greensboro is a place where everyone truly cares for your pet. The staff is very friendly. Dr Monroe answered all my questions and we discussed my dog Summer's treatment for her illness. I didn't have to leave her. I loved their coffee and snacks area to take advantage of while we waited to be seen which wasn't very long. They have a variety drinks to choose from. Thanks everyone.

Experiencia fantástica: Our 9 month old black lab Chubbs, acquired a laceration, called our vet and they sent us to Truss. I’ll be honest, I was anxious- I didn’t know them and I had to put my full trust in them. I called Truss and spoke with the receptionist Bre- she was so kind and helpful. We arrived and were promptly placed in a room and met Brian, he was so kind and helpful! It was determined that he would need to be sedated for stitches (as expected). Brian stated that the team would be able to provide updates on Chubbs throughout the procedure. I was able to leave to get a carrier for Chubbs and switch vehicle's. As soon as I left PetSmart, I received a message stating that he did great and was ready for pick up! Post procedure, we met Dr. Meyers, and she throughly reported her findings and provided his care plan. She was fantastic, she was kind and compassionate and incredibly knowledgeable. I could not have asked for a better experience. From the first phone call to bringing him back home, it was smooth. Communication was open and clear. All around a wonderful experience, in the midst of a stressfull situation. Pricing was absolutely fair, in all honestly I probably spent $200 more than I would’ve at our vet, BUT I saved significantly less than we would’ve spent at CVS or HT- and the care was far superior. And Chubbs was able to be seen immediately, absolutely a fair trade. Forever thankful.

Experiencia fantástica: I went to Truss Vet the other day with my newfoundland, Tobey. He was very vocal when standing up and lying down, indicating to me that he was hurt in his leg. This was our first experience at Truss, and wow, what a great experience. The facility is very clean, first and foremost. Joe, the technician that helped me, got a very thorough intake, was gentle with Tobey, and was very pleasant. Then, I got to meet Dr. Morton - I just loved her!!!! I could tell that she was very knowledgeable. She explained everything in terms that I could understand. She gave me feedback/info specific to Tobey and him being a senior (9.5 years). We discussed what could be going on and they gave me options on how to proceed. Tobey ended up being fine; turns out he just needed some movement! However, I was very glad that we made the trip to Truss to check it out and have that first experience with them. The entire visit was very helpful and gave me peace of mind with my fragile senior boy. They sent my records to me via email and to our primary vet, as well. They were able to take my Care Credit card, too. All around, fantastic experience, I really appreciate all that you did for my and my fur-child. Thank you so much!!! EDITED: I wanted to add that every staff member we interacted with was very pleasant and helpful, including the receptionist and one of the other technicians (that we knew from our previous vet), Courtney :)

The vet took the time to explain the treatment clearly and handled Luna with such care. You can truly tell they love what they do. And I love how they message me the next day to check on her. I’m very grateful for the excellent care and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a compassionate veterinary team.

The tech and DVM were absolutely amazing as well, dealing with our grumpy old man with such patience and compassion. 10/10 service but I hope we wont have to use them again too soon

We had to wait a while for x-rays, bloodwork, etc. but got clear communication about the timeline of events and with the amenities provided in the lobby it wasn’t too bad of a wait. We also got very transparent communication regarding cost and were presented with a range of options with no pressure to opt for the high end of it. I absolutely recommend this location to anyone fretting over a hurting fur baby! They are great at easing stress and handing with care <3

Experiencia fantástica: We spent the entire morning at another emergency vet in "Carolina" and, after waiting two hours, were told it would be at least two more hours before we could be seen. We called another veterinary office in the area, and they recommended Truss. We arrived at 10:05 and were seen by a technician almost immediately, followed shortly by the doctor. From check-in to exam, procedure, and checkout, the entire visit took just two and a half hours. The staff was extremely professional, and we were even offered snacks and drinks upon arrival. Overall, it was an amazing experience. I would recommend Truss a million times over.

The staff, facilities, and overall care were excellent. Being in the pet industry myself I was very impressed at the attention to detail. I love the convience of being able to make an appointment ahead of time if time allows for non emergent issues. It was also very helpful that they take Trupanion direct pay as these things don't always tend to happen at the most convenient times. They checked us in to a room with our cat and they were so sweet and caring and they charged us a fair rate. It was quick and easy. Experiencia fantástica: We recently brought our cat here when he had a bad limp on one of his back legs. The staff there were extremely caring and attentive. The office was very clean and they also had free coffee, waters, sodas, and snacks as a complimentary service. I would say their prices are between a regular vet and emergency vet. Not quite as high as an emergency vet, but not as low as a regular vet since some of the equipment they have is for more critical/urgent cases. I will definitely go back here if one of my animals ever needs urgent care! As you can see, Mr. Enzo is feeling much better!

Experiencia fantástica: Never in my life have I ever had to use an urgent care vet, but of course my dog, Anoush, becomes ill on New Years Eve!! A close friend suggested Truss. I called and was told to be there at 8 pm. We were treated very well; with patience and kindness. After some tests, we were given some medications. The explanations were very thorough, and costs were discussed at length. Within 24 hours, my pet was back to her usual self. Thank you so much for the wonderful and timely care you showed a cherished family member.

The Cat Distribution System brought a friendly kitty to me a few months ago, so we've been to Truss Vet twice for emergency care since we don't have a 'regular vet' yet. Appointments are easy to make online. The staff is amazing and quick to help. The veterinarians that helped Snickers have been compassionate, caring, and gentle. The vet techs are easy to work with regarding care options (you have options!), and all costs are transparent before you pay. I like this system. We had a room assignment immediately upon arriving, so Snickers did not have to stay in the carrier, which calmed us all down. Coffee and snacks are available while you wait (which isn't long), which is just a nice touch. I told my friend about my experience and she agreed! Write a review for me too she said, so from two happy customers (and our cats): Truss Vet is all-around wonderful for emergency pet care!

From the moment we arrived, the entire staff treated Gibby with the utmost attention, gentleness, and respect. Every detail was handled thoughtfully, and it was clear she was never just “a patient” to them. Although our visit ultimately meant helping Gibby cross the rainbow bridge, the team made sure she was comfortable, calm, and surrounded by kindness the entire time. Just as importantly, they took care of me, too. The doctor was incredibly gentle and compassionate, explaining everything with care, offering reassurance, and even taking the time to give me a big, heartfelt hug when I needed it most. This was not an easy day, but the warmth, empathy, and humanity shown by everyone at Truss Pet Urgent Care made an unbearable moment feel safe and supported. I will always be grateful for the dignity and love they gave Gibby, and for the comfort they gave me when my heart was breaking.

Her regular vet was closed and even the emergency vet that we were familiar with was unable to see animals that day. I had never heard of Truss, but they scheduled us for an appointment later in the day. Everyone was incredibly professional, patient, informative, and caring. Experiencia fantástica: My pup was acting bizarre and I called them right away and was told it’s a possibility of 4-5 hour wait-day after Christmas of course-sickness doesn’t take a holiday and they didn’t either. The nurse who took my call listened patiently and politely as I explained what was happening and told me to go ahead and bring him in and let’s see what’s going on. I brought a video of the behavior and they triaged him quickly-they did not just “attempt a guess” of what could be wrong but actually asked me all the questions including things I wasn’t thinking about which ultimately led to correctly identifying the problem and addressing the situation straightaway and kept us updated every 15 minutes. They let us know he wasn’t alone-someone was watching him at all times. They let us know up front all the costs and allowed us to make the decisions for the plan. The entire staff from the first phone call-walking in the door and meeting the tech, the nurse was amazing, all the way to the doctor-100% quality care. I felt like they cared just as much for my pup as I do. Hopefully I will never need them again for an emergency but I will recommend them to everyone who needs an urgent vet and will go back if my pup is ever in trouble again.

Experiencia fantástica: We had a great experience at Truss Vet. Our senior dog was experiencing blood in his urine, and our local emergency vet had a 4–6 hour wait. Truss Vet was able to see us on a Sunday afternoon without any issue. Dr. Meyer and Baylee were wonderful, thorough, compassionate, and very clear in explaining everything. We would absolutely recommend them.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent caring, kind and compassinate staff. We've unfortunately had to use them twice recently for our pups. Both times, we were in and out in a hour or less,, despite them advising we may have a bit of a wait. I especially appreciate the care is fairly priced and there's no surprises in the bill or jaw dropping "just to look at" price. I hope we don't need more urgent care visits in the future, but if we do, I know where to.go.

Experiencia positiva: High stars because the staffs and doctor were extremely kind. They took great care of my baby in an emergency that we had and I'm grateful for that they were able to respond very quickly to a dire situation. However this clinic is extremely pricy. I believe it was $135 for an office visit which includes a quick physical examination that didn't result in anything. My baby received medications while there and that also cost a bunch. I'm not complaining as I'm willing to pay anything for my fur baby but I wish the office visit included more than just checking her heartbeat, ears, and teeth.

They were upfront and transparent about pricing and had a ton of options for payment so we had a lot of choice when it came to our kitten's care. They took the time to explain how to do after care and what steps we can take to help our kitten recover. They allowed us to ask a million questions and never once did we feel rushed. So if you're looking for help during a frightening time, I recommend this place cause the staff will do everything they can to help and guide you.

The whole experience felt like going to our regular vet like we’ve been going there for years. The Vet took her time and explained everything in person with visuals. We could wait in the room with our cat. (which other places didn’t allow) They don’t charge outrageous prices like the ER and they provide estimates before doing anything. I would highly recommend Truss to anyone. I’m extremely grateful for their time, expertise, and compassion.

Experiencia fantástica: Truss Vet is the only urgent care / emergency vet I ever want to use. If they took regular patients, they’d be our primary vet in a heartbeat. Literally every step of the process was as easy as possible and everyone we interacted with was extremely kind. The service wasn’t cheap (I spent about $600-700 on the visit, tests, and medicines - diagnosing a bad UTI and a thyroid issue), but I would have paid double that for how well they cared for my little cat and how thorough they were. If you need quick care for your pet, Truss is absolutely the place to go!!

We were on a very limited budget and had called multiple vet offices in and around the High Point, Greensboro, and Thomasville areas in desperation as I watched my dog decline suddenly, by the hour, but no one could or would help us until we found them. They treated us with compassion, never judged our financial situation, and worked with the budget we had. When we had to make the heartbreaking decision to let our dog go, they were incredibly gentle and accommodating, making a painful moment as peaceful as possible. This loss is heavy in ways I cannot put into words, but their professionalism, empathy, and genuine care made a difference that we will never forget. It was clear they truly cared for our girl and felt the weight of our loss right alongside us, and we are so thankful for them. I cannot recommend them enough.

We were freaking out because we were so far away from home. We called multiple vets around the area but no one could get her in. We found this vet &they said to bring her right in. The veterinarian was AMAZING!! Her nurse was also amazing-Luna even fell in love with the nurse. We had an amazing experience, Luna left looking normal. The price was very reasonable for an emergency visit. Would definitely recommend this place any day!

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely dislike having to go to Greensboro but would make the drive anyway for this Vet. We had a little wait but there were more urgent patients and we were OK with that. My girl is normally super nervous at a Vet clinic but she wasn't as nervous here. Maybe it was because we were put straight into a room rather than in a waiting area with other pets (she's nervous around other dogs). The Dr discussed possibilities and seemed genuinely concerned with the well being of my Pittie. She said I could follow up with our regular vet in a week, but I will absolutely follow up with Truss. I highly recommend bringing your fur babies here. For an urgent care, the cost was not excessive, even with meds.

The room was very nice and clean. They even had snacks and drinks, which was great because there was a bit of a wait. We were probably there for four hours, which we understand. The price was reasonable and one of the best things is - they were upfront about the charges. A vet we used to go to would treat our animals and then tell us after they had already proceeded, then expect us to have the money and pay. It was the opposite of good communication. Here, they gave us a quote basically and asked if it was okay BEFORE treatment. It was a great experience overall and I’ll be bringing my pets here in the future if there is an emergency.
