Negative experience: This was unfortunately the clinic that was open the day I took my 3 year old cat to the vet for suspicions of illness. The wait was about 1.5 hours to even be put in a room, as my cat sat there anxiously. It sort of felt like everyone there didn't know what was going on. It was really alarming. The technician that escorted me to my room was scaringly confused on basic questions about my cats vitals. I asked "Is 7 pounds healthy?", she stated she didn't know. I wonder if I can apply here too! My cat was ultimately tested for all things, which costed hundreds of dollars. The vet made me feel like this was unnecessary and that my cats symptoms weren't alarming. (She was showing her third eyelid which is never anything positive). Fast forward to the next day, I receive a phone call with my cats results. I am told she has Leukemia. I was absolutely devastated as any mother would be. Instead of being empathetic, the vet chose to educate me on the fun facts of my cat having literal AIDS. I let her ramble and feel good about herself, until I attempted to ask her to please avoid talking about the "what-ifs" of how my cat got this, can we please talk about the action plan and what actually comes next. I think the vet had a really hard time with that, possibly because that involves actually doing something a little challenging. The vet ultimately advised me to "come in person" which I'm totally ok on! I really didn't feel like sitting in a waiting room for 2 hours again. I ended up calling another vet that I was more familiar with, and asked for a second opinion. Turns out, my cat needed antibiotics for the third eyelid, and that it was an infection beginning due to her weakened immune system from the Leukemia. They were so kind and patient with me and explained everything to me bluntly and efficiently. (North Hills Vet Clinic) I have never felt more alienated and alone in a vet clinic. I have put down pets before from illness, and have never felt this way before. Shame on the staff for not being transparent with clients on why the process is taking so long and most importantly shame on the vet. Please do not continue doing this for a living if its just the money keeping you in it or just wanting to keep routine. Its blaringly obvious you do not want to be working there so please do yourself and other pet owners a favor, and resign.

Negative experience: I truly regret choosing this clinic for such an important and emotional moment. The veterinarian and one staff member came across as lacking compassion and had unprofessional attitudes during the process. This was an incredibly difficult decision for me, and I left feeling even more distressed because of how everything was handled. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience.

Negative experience: Took my dog on a Sunday because we needed something for his ear infection. I did advise them that he had another conditions that were treated by his vet. They didn’t care they did offer several treatments that I already communicated to them that were treated by his vet. And then what it really bothered me is that to see some of the conditions that were taking care by another vet, my dog had to be put against the floor and forced to open his mouth. I understand that they need to profit, but they will try to sell you every single thing even though you told them not to.

Negative experience: Showed up at 6:30, checked before heading that way my dog had just given birth… (google says they close at 8) I was told I couldn’t get help because they close at 6. I notified the guy that online it shows closing time at 8… he didn’t care moved SUPER SLOOOOOOW to go “ask” the doctor if he would help but the doctor “said” he had already gone home… mind you there was a very loud doctor just having a conversation with someone in a room… but apparently none of the doctors on this list were available nor give a shit about caring for animals to actually respect the clinic hours… PATHETIC.

Positive experience: Awful place they took my dignity away and I was depressed the way they handled putting my dog down. I have disability issues and I could not go in to see her while she crossed the rainbow and they took it out to me in awful ways.

Negative experience: I brought my dog in for an upset stomach and sat in the lobby for 3 and a half hours waiting to be seen. Then after we are brought to the examination room we are waiting for another 45 minutes. Techs were pleasant but they need to fix these wait times. I understand appointments exist but emergencies can not be scheduled.

Fantastic experience: They've been taking care of our babies for years, including a couple of spay surgeries, and, now, one end of life care. We're very grateful for how empathetic and thoughtful everyone is, and made these experiences as easy as they could be.

Negative experience: Rude office staff, long waits (even if you have an appointment), and consistent issues with phone lines. Worst of all, they'll sell you expired medications without a single care. It took multiple phone calls, photos of the expiration date/lot number, and a threat to contact the Texas Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners (TBVME) before the front office staff finally agreed to take the medication back and give me a new pack.

Fantastic experience: I have never had a bad experience here. Even when we lost our beautiful baby girl, they did everything they could to make her comfortable and give us the most realistic expectations. They always accommodated my husband and I in visiting her while she was sick and providing us with space to say goodbye without rushing us when everything was done. I highly recommend taking your furry babies here for the best help and prices.

Positive experience: Amazingly kind and caring staff who have honestly taken great care of all my pups and we have had wonderful experiences here in the past, but today was a bit rough especially with the wait times, and an overcharge. We arrived and checked in at 830am. We were finally told everything was all set- pup was treated and back to us, meds were ready, and discharge instructions- around noon but the doc hadn’t discharged us for some reason. At 1230 the doc came out and said she needed to see our pup again, she never should have been discharged and they took her to the back. We were finally discharged at 1240. Additionally, they told us because of the total price of care we needed to put a deposit down before care which is fine, but the “deposit” was the full charge. On final checkout the cost was less and we were told a refund was not possible but they could credit the account. They did end up refunding the overcharge. I’ve always loved the staff here and they have taken great care of my pups. I’m not sure if it was an off day or if the vet was overwhelmed but it was definitely not the best experience.

Positive experience: A good veterinary but should require the owner of dogs that are barking and launching to other dogs to keep them in a muzzle specially if your dog could cause substancial damage if loose, a costumer with a Rottweiler that can not control is an accident waiting to happen. Personnel should be more aware of their customer's pets behavior.

Negative experience: Took my cat in for treatment and while we where sitting in the exam room we could hear employees on the other side of the wall/door saying very negative and unprofessional things about another customer in the clinic. The only plus side was the owner reported she would address with the team.

Negative experience: I rushed in my dog, a small weenie dog, after being attacked while being walked. At first they took her for a quick exam, but after 15ish minutes the vet coldly said they “closed in 30 minutes and don’t have the time to thoroughly treat her” and we needed to be transferred to a 24hr clinic. The vet never took a breath to accurately listen to our questions and we had to practically pull instructions from the receptionist to figure out our next steps. Definitely need to reevaluate how they treat the patients and their owners.

Negative experience: I didn’t want to leave this review but I think others should be aware of my experiences here. Every single time I took my dog to this clinic whether it be for what is supposed to be a “no appt. needed” quick in & out allergy shot, or for a check up - I had to wait 3+ hours and this is not an exaggeration. Appointment or not. I could have just accepted that for what it was if not for my final visit there. I took my sweet 13yo girl in for end of life services and was told prior to coming in to just call to let them know what we would be coming in for, and there would be no wait. Like other dogs, my girl did not like going to the vet and was always extremely anxious while there, which made the long waits even worse. So when I took her in for EOL services, I was relieved that there would be no wait (as promised). This was not the case. We waited so long in the waiting room as I sat there crying. I would like to also mention that while waiting- one of the vet techs was sitting in the check-in area on a personal phone call and I know this bc I heard the whole conversation. Look, I am a human being also & I understand these things come up at work sometimes but it just seemed unprofessional especially when there was such a long wait. Then, when we finally went back into a room, the vet tech could not get the IV in and struggled for a while. (She was extremely nice though so I greatly appreciate that) but it was just a little traumatic having to watch my dog struggle through that for at least 20 minutes. They had to take her out of the room to finally put it in. When they came back, they let us know to ring a sort of door bell that was provided to signal the vet to come in when we were ready for the final goodbye. I pressed the button shortly after that and the vet didn’t come. I waited another 10-15 minutes and had to ring it again before they finally came. Overall, I spent about 2/ 2.5 hours there for that whole ordeal which was way too long for what I was there for. Not to mention it was almost $400 for the EOL services with cremation & ashes for a 40lb dog. The whole situation was heartbreaking.

Negative experience: The service here is something to be desired. The service for the animals is great, they're kind and loving to the animals, but every single time I've been here with an appointment made, it's always an hour wait. Today I've been waiting over 90 minutes. It's not fun to be waiting and waiting and waiting yet everyone and their mother that comes in after gets seen first. Don't bother making an appointment, they seem to prioritize walk ins. This place only seems worth going to as a last resort.

Negative experience: Long but it has to be said. One of the worst vet experiences ever. I usually go to the Rojas clinic with Dr Bailey and it has been amazing, I guess I’m used to the service there but it is unacceptable the way we were treated here. We were referred here for an ultrasound and an X-ray for my baby that had been having tummy issues, we were told to arrive at 8 am and I got a text message that our appointment was at 8:30, I drove almost 45 minutes to get there at 8 and was very punctual, they checked us in and there was a line which is understandable on a Sunday. The energy was already kind of off with the techs since the beginning, but I’m not even picky about that just wanted to point it out for anyone that is, second of all they tell me after we’re being seen that my baby has to be “hospitalized” for the ultrasound, even though we had an appointment at 8:30 (none of this was mentioned previously, plus they charge extra for hospitalization) and honestly I was okay with maybe 1-2 hours BUT because of the ultrasound/X-ray she hadn’t eaten since 7pm the previous night (drs orders obviously). They tell me they’ll call me and she’ll be fine. I leave her, very hesitant, but she needs these images to know what’s wrong. 4 hours go by and it is now noon, no one has called me and my dog has not even taken a sip of water for 17 hours at this point and I’m feeling anxious, I walk in and ask for an update, after about 20 minutes of waiting in the lobby they call me in and give me my baby, tell me they’ll have results in a few days. It was an expensive process and that was the least of my worries, I get home and see that my baby has cuts on her stomach from when they shaved her which again, may be understandable because she moved, because they were rushed, the skin there is very sensitive, whatever it can be but I WAS NOT INFORMED, I felt blindsided with everything that happened and just very disappointed. I just hope she didn’t suffer too much while she was out of my sight and I will NEVER take her there again.

Fantastic experience: I'm new in town and heard of this clinic from my mom. After having an appt at another location (never going back) I stopped in as a walk in and boy was I glad I did. My fur babies needed rabies shot but one of them has really bad skin condition. They didn't hesitate to take him in. Everyone was friendly from, the time we walked in until we left. Dr. Vrahnos was super!! My babies loved her and she immediately put my Romeo on a new treatment regime. Thank you to the entire staff, the furbabies and I will be back.

Fantastic experience: Phenomenal service! We tried multiple vets in the area until we tried this one, Dr. Crider is an absolute gem and truly cares about our fur babies just as much as we do! Gentle with treatment and a pleasure to speak to! The vet techs and staff are lovely. It takes some time to be seen as a walk-in, but they are absolutely worth the wait.

Negative experience: They over react to get more money everytime I bring my animals . I already knew what was wrong with my pet and they did way too many test but in the end they still didn't know what was wrong. they I'm like it's a respiratory infection it was plain as day... they even administered the steroid incorrectly but theyre nice I guess.

Negative experience: Brought my baby in here yesterday as I usually bring my babies here but NEVER will again, The awesome vet is gone and the vet here now is money hungry and short and doesn't even give you full on instructions on paper or person, she insisted on hospitilizing our pup and giving her a 300 dollar shot when they jait charged us 187 for tests we knew she didn't need! We told her it was parvo and she insisted and it was parvo! With the meds and tlc the 2nd day my baby is 100% better and happy again! I had been warned about this place but loved Dr.Nancy, she even left this place and we will never return, the vet doesn't care about your animal only about her money! The staff is sweet but that's it! We were there forever also and there was no one in there, they took their sweet time which could have affected my baby more! Sad that there isn't a vet in the NE anymore that actually cares, Montana vet is place to go!!

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff, clean clinic, and modern atmosphere. They are very organized with designated windows for check in, check out, and pharmacy. I was a walk in and was in and out in 2 hours. You are able to wait there with your pet or in your vehicle. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: The clinic was busy, but we didn't wait to long to be seen. There was some expected waiting time, but it was time that my dog was being evaluated, labs, and checked. All the staff were polite and professional and provided me with great service for my dog. I recommend this clinic and will return for any future follow-ups or veterinary needs.

Fantastic experience: Veterinarians at both locations are excellent have taken great care of our pets for over 15 years. Doctors Bailey, Flores, Sanchez, and Vhranos have seen our pets through a variety of health issues and some were particularly difficult. More recently Dr. Hernandez has been watching over the pack. As a nurse I am VERY impessed with each of these doctors as they are superior diagnosticians each possessing an array of different surgical specialties. We wounld't take our little furballs anywhere else!

Negative experience: Had us waiting for over 5 hours. When we got there no one at the lobbying. Got prognostic and our approval for blood work and exam. My baby was in with strangers just caged in pain waiting three hours later our baby had not done anything. So many people went in there got in and out and we just waited. We got meds but she was still in pain when we got home. You believe people are there to help you, but my baby just was in there for so many hours feeling miserable for nothing high bill my baby all stressed out and in pain. These people don't have heart just looking for a quick buck.

Negative experience: Worst place I’ve ever been to. Waited here 5 hours for my fur baby to be seen while they skipped over me and even admitted that’s what was going on. Just for them to wrongfully diagnose my kitten with just having food allergies and come to find out that’s not the case of why his ears have dark earwax and have excessive ear scratching. Paid way over the price for them to test his earwax under a microscope for ear mites or an ear infection and they did not treat his pain. 0 stars all around. I would literally give 0 stars if I could

Fantastic experience: This clinic is very nice and people are nice. I've taken my dogs here for over 30 years, and the Dr's are great. I feel this location compared to the others in town is by far the best. The parking lot is very small and sometimes you can't find a spot. But overall great vet clinic.

Negative experience: My puppy was really sick, waited hours for him to be seen (estimated time 6 hrs total that I was there) finally had him seen after a code 1. Was told he needed a 1,000 dollar shot but they only had 2 viles for it and needed 3, the bill I received was 1,800 without hospitalization. I ended up taking him home with the medication given because the prices were insane, He passed away 8 hrs later. I do want to mention that only one lady seemed to care and she’s the one who called code 1, other then that it hurts because for the prices I would’ve expected a lil more help

Fantastic experience: The staff at NEVC has always been great, but today’s visit for my dog Krog’s Adequan injection was painless and stress free  thanks to the help of Paola. Negative experience: Unfortunately, I need to take my dog every month for a Librela shot. I hate going to this clinc but have to do it for my dog. My dog doesn't have to be seen by a doctor. Any tech is certified to give the injection, yet it always takes over an hour. This place is very unorganized. It seems that the only thing they are good at is charging. Every time I have taken my dogs for something else, they always want to recommend treatment that add up to over $800. I don't recommend it unless it is an emergency.

Negative experience: I'd like to warn everyone about this clinic and how unprofessional and inconsiderate they are, starting from the office staff to the techs and Drs. They make you wait hours and when they finally grace you with their presence, for a whole 5 minutes by the way, they are never apologetic and they proceed to rack up an estimate and get upset when you turn things down. There's also a couple drs that have no compassion when you go in to put an animal to sleep. Its ridiculous, please don't trust this place to take care of your furry loved ones.

Negative experience: The people at this vet are entirely incompetent. They lie, are extremely disorganized, and have no moral compass. I would avoid this vet at all cost, they prescribed my smaller kitten the larger kittens dose of meds. Office manager isn’t exactly intelligent when trying to resolve an issue. If you choose this vet good luck, hopefully your pet makes it.

Negative experience: Not sure what’s happened but lately service has been horrible. I’ve called to ask how busy it is for walk in’s and on multiple occasions they’ve told me they’re seen pets fast. And I’ve waited upwards of 2hrs to be seen, sometimes with multiple pets being seeing simultaneously before mine. Is there only one doctor on the premises?! Might need to look into a better facility that has quicker turnarounds

Positive experience: They are okay, but be prepared to wait. I have an elderly cat that needs monthly visits. I am ALWAYS there 2 1/2 - 3 hours even when I have an appointment. And most times it’s for shots he needs, I’m not even seeing a doctor sometimes. That is my biggest complaint.

Negative experience: I am very upset with this clinic. I took my fur baby to have his annual shots at my usual clinic, to which he unfortunately had an allergic reaction to the vaccines. And the only clinic open at the time of his reaction was North East so I took my baby and told the reception my dog is having a MILD reaction to the vaccine (before it got severe). They took my baby to the back to be examined by the doctor, in which the doctor said the reaction was “NOT APPARENT” to them. We were sent home to buy over the counter Benadryl and within 10 minutes my poor baby’s face swelled up, he began to vomit and his eyes were itchy and swollen shut. Negative experience: The clinic is nice but the wait time is ridiculous. We had an appointment for 10am. We waited so long our dog fell asleep in the exam room. After over an hour we had to ask if they forgot about us. I don't think we will be back to this clinic.

Negative experience: Worst experience ever. They charge $25 just to make an appointment and then keep you waiting for hours despite the fact that after 2hrs there was no one left on the waiting room! I waited over 2hrs during which time I was told repeatedly that we “were next “. Their prices are much higher than other vets too. I ended walking out and taking my pet elsewhere.

Positive experience: Generally satisfied with the staff, treatment and facilities (aside from parking). My issues arise from pricing: They are open 7 days per week, but there is no mention of premium pricing for weekends, which is not insignificant. Additionally, my dog requires allergy injections. When I go in, inevitably I am charged for services not requested.

Negative experience: The wait is horrible. We signed in as soon as they opened, but we were there for over 3 hours before being call in to see the Dr. 5 other pets were called in before us even though they signed in after us. I didn't get a reasonable explanation as to why that happened when I ask the receptionist at the front desk about it. Being told we would be called in next, but continuing to be passed up while other pets got called in is very frustrating. On an up note, most of the staff is friendly. Still, I wish there was a better option for the NE where I could take my pet.

Originally went in for bleeding gums & excessive slobbering to which they confirmed was odd for his age. After further examination the Vet proceeded to tell me his heart was having arrhythmia's & solely focused on that & discarded what I had originally took my pet in for. However my pets had been cleared to travel overseas never showing heart problems. Due to the fact that it was closing time they sent me away to an emergency clinic & charged me a hefty bill to get no answers. Please save yourself the heartache. This places only cares about money & their time because come 6pm they are in a rush to get out the door. The owner has the audacity to reply to my wife’s review with “how can we make this right?”, how about not halfassing a check up and disregarding everything we say about his symptoms just to pry the most money out of us. Maybe my dog could’ve been living at this very moment. So answer the owners question.. absolutely nothing can make this right. If I could give it negative starts I absolutely would.

Positive experience: First and foremost, I would like to give a huge thank you to Dr, Hernandez for successfully performing a potentially life-saving pyometra operation on my baby. I am forever grateful for this. This is kind of a mixed review because the outcome was great, but there are so many negatives with our visit I could not over look. This is our animals primary vet, and im still confused after annual visits why this was never disgnosed before. We arrived at 10:00 am and my baby was in pain and we waited in the car until we were finally seen at 1pm operation didnts start until about 4:30-5 pm. That wait is just unbelievable for a animal in pain. The office staff seems very money hungry. I was asked for my debit card twice before and tests or agreeing to the procedure. The directions they gave for the operation were very unclear and scattered at first until I made them clarify. The kicker and major disappointment was, I was given the quote for the operation and agreed to it, it included a overnight stay. Asked for my payment before they could start. They informed me I may need to take my dog to emergency care over night if the doctor felt recovery observation was needed. I agreed. Later in the evening I received the call that my dog had completed the surgery successfully but to get there QUICKLY as they recommended overnight care. We rushed there git there in about 6 minutes ready to take her, but ended up waiting an additional hour until about 7pm. After loading my dog into the vehicle the receptionist said I had a small balance for some "needles" they used, get this $2.75. I asked her if she was serious, I asked if my overnight stay was charged on my quote. After 3 people looked at the bill they said "OH YEAH" and removed it so now I have a bill credit, and don't have to pay the $2.75. This was after paying 2k for testing and the operation. All in All I am thankful for helping my baby. I understand this is a business, but money hungriness is very apparent at this office and disappointing.

Negative experience: Took a very sick feral cat here. I was concerned because he needed to stay overnight, but they don’t have staff at the clinic overnight. I decided to have them discharge him so I could take him to Far East where they do have overnight staff. I was told by a vet “nurse” that if the cat died it would be my fault, and she felt bad for my personal pets, and she hoped I treated them better than I was treating the feral (mind you I was paying for the feral out of my own pocket and told them to spare no expense). Also, I was relocating him so that he could be observed 24/7. Far East told me to have them leave his catheter in place, and the vet “nurse” said, “we don’t do that”. I was then told to wait in the parking lot while they got him ready to go, but when I went to exit the room she blocked the door. I told her to get out of my way, and went outside. Two other techs brought him out, and told me I was banned from the clinic. You don’t ever have to worry about me EVER coming back, was my response. I would never recommend them to anyone, and discourage people from going there. They are very unprofessional! I now drive from North Hills to TLC (Lee Trevino), and absolutely love the staff and doctors there. They know that I go above and beyond when it comes to not only my pets, but all animals.

Negative experience: PLEASE READ. I wish I never made this mistake. PRICES ARE NUTS! I brought my dog in for an ear infection, i paid for 'the visit, labs, and medicine', and they said come back in 2 weeks for the lab test and possibly more medicine. 2 weeks later we are there, AGAIN. We had an appointment and STILL WAITED forever. Then, this is why I will never go back or recommend them, they took my dog in the back, WITHOUT ME, and "gave her the medicine". However I could tell they didn't really put it in her ear, it was smeared on the outside. Then they said come back in Another 2 weeks so she can get another lab and 'medicine'. They charged me $370 and $140 for the next visit. I FOUND A NEW VET WITH BETTER PRICES AND A REAL DESIRE TO TAKE CARE OF PETS, NOT MAKE MONEY AND LET PET SUFFER. If they try to give medicine to your dog without u present, FIGHT IT! I paid the crazy prices and took her back because I never thought a vet would scam me! I won't ever again. My vet only charged $88 UPDATE FOR RESPONSE FROM COMPANY, I gave you all the information you needed to correct the problem in YOUR clinic. What you do to correct it, is up to you. I found a better vet that didn't take advantage of a fur baby parent!

Negative experience: Very unhappy. Took my pet (15 year old cat) for cremation and was told she would be returned in 1-2 weeks BY SEVERAL PEOPLE. After several phone calls and her not being ready when told they changed their time frame to 2-3 weeks and was told I was misinformed and became very confrontational. I asked to speak to an office manager that was conviniently unavailable. It has now been over 2 weeks and I have not received my pets ashes and cannot get a date of when I will have them back. Never had issues like this with other vets offices I've used with such a sensitive matter.

Negative experience: I am at a loss for words as I write this. We've been bringing our pets here for a few years now, and on Sunday, I had to bring in my animal because she wasn't doing well. Despite reassurances from Dr. Hernandez that she didn't need to be euthanized and that she was fine according to her blood work and x-rays, it was evident to me that she was nearing the end. The only finding was a slightly enlarged liver, deemed not concerning, and bacteria in her urine. However, I left with a hefty bill of $700, along with medications, and the assurance that she would recover. This morning, before heading to work, I found my dog motionless; she had passed away. I called the vet as soon as they opened, questioning the false hope I had been given and what could be done. Their response was disheartening - I could either opt for cremation at $99 without ashes returned or $280, approximately. I couldn't help but wonder, why should I incur more expenses when I was misled about her condition and the efficacy of the prescribed medications? What if I had brought her in again? It would only mean more out-of-pocket expenses for a futile cause. This experience solidified my belief that this particular establishment and its veterinarians prioritize profits over the well-being of animals. It's because of them that my dog suffered needlessly for a few more days before passing away this morning. It's now 10:00 am, and I'm still awaiting a call back from the Office Manager, as promised by the receptionist earlier. Their apparent lack of empathy only reinforces my conclusion that they are solely concerned with extracting as much money as possible from pet owners, disregarding the welfare of the animals they treat. I am actively seeking an alternative veterinary practice for my beloved pets. What truly infuriates me is the insincere apology and well-wishes from the receptionist - it only further underscores their lack of genuine care. If you're considering veterinary care for your precious furry companions, I strongly advise exploring other options.

Positive experience: Took my cat Jinx on 02/11/2024. Waited 6 hours, which is excessive but they were busy and my cat needed medical care. Pets going in for immunizations seemed to take priority. They offered water and snacks. I did see some employees socializing when they should be working. Dr. Lopez and amanda attended to Jinx. They were very caring and provided her with take home meds. Jinx is back to her old self! For that i am grateful!

Fantastic experience: The vets and staff are great! Very compassionate. There can be a bit of a wait time because it’s walk in. And the parking lot and waiting room are kinda small but I like the vets and their vaccination prices are good. They also have their own lab and X-ray and pharmacy which makes things more convenient. If you have to euthanize ( unfortunately I did) they have options to remember your pet. Like paw prints, etc.

Fantastic experience: I started taking all my pets to Northeast Veterinary after this was the only place open to assist in Tokyo’s care after being run over. The care they provided during her healing was heartwarming. My cat also had an emergency, and they immediately took him in, and now I will not go anywhere else. It’s a very clean, friendly place. I am thankful for the phenomenal services, especially during an emergency.

Fantastic experience: For the past three years I been stationed here I choose them to take care of my dogs and they have not disappointed me at all! They always send reminders if my dogs have anything coming up or overdue which is really helpful. Their workers are always happy as well when we go in to greet my babies! Negative experience: Came here as a walk in at 10 am and waiting 2 hours to be seen, which is expected but once i got called into a room i waited an hour and a half for a doctor and had to leave due to having another appointment at 2. Ive never had to wait this long at any other vet. Staff was very friendly but unfortunately i wouldnt recommended coming here. I took a day off work to be here and to have to leave without being seen and waiting all that time is so distressing.

Negative experience: This place still bites. Been using this vet for over 27 years on and off. But for at least the last 4-5 years the service has been less than a 0. The wait time is ridiculous. They wont see you after 4:30 even after they tell you to come in as a walk-in. A rabies shot for my cat took over 2 and a half hours. I can go on but like all the other reviews state, go elsewhere. I try to support local but this place needs, compassionate and highly effective employees or owner. They are all about the money. I took my cat to get euthanized today because she was in her last stages of kidney failure. After 250 payment, they still wanted to do a initial examination for $44.00.

My visit went very well got the estimate for the surgery and she was also due for a vaccination. Fantastic experience: This is a great clinic for emergencies. I have not had to deal with chronic issues. I say that because for my dog's ripped out nails, I saw 2 vets on 2 dates. In other words, you may never see the same vet twice. They may have a different policy for treating dogs with chronic conditions. I don't know.

Negative experience: Not the best vet clinic. if you can find another clinic i suggest you do. there wait time is RIDICULOUS. i showed up at about 10:30 and didn’t leave the clinic till 12:30 and that was because i started to complain about the wai time or else i would’ve been there all day maybe. i asked the lady as soon as i signed in how long the wait was and they told me i was the next in line. they called me in after 45 minutes and placed me in a room to wait for another 40 minutes. the vet literally came in and it only took 10 minutes to do revisions on my pet. i was very upset that i was waiting there for so long when they didn’t even take long to check my dog. i was frustrated because people have things to do and we can’t be waiting in an office and be inconvenienced like that.

Negative experience: IF YOU WORK THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO BRING YOUR DOG. The wait times are HORRENDOUS. Last time we had to wait for around four hours for vaccines and today we left early so we wouldn’t have to wait that much but regardless we were in the waiting room for TWO HOURS with no perspective whatsoever of being attended. They absolutely DO MOT CARE IF YOU STAY THERE WAITING ALL DAY. Our dog was super stressed and couldn’t even get seem, which was sad and stressful for me and my wife too. Negative experience: DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE! Everytime we come here we wait HOURS to get attended. Last time we arrived around 10 and we had to wait for FOUR HOURS for my dog to be vaccinated. We thought it was because we have arrived late, but today we arrived at 8 as soon as the clinic opened and EVERY OTHER DOG THAT ARRIVED AFTER US GOT ATTENDED and we were waiting for TWO HOURS. TWO HOURS WAITING FOR GODS SAKE! My dog gets super anxious when we take her to the vet and today we got her stressed for absolutely nothing. Horrible!

Fantastic experience: Staff and the Veterinarians are excellent. They always take care of my Bonnie and make sure she is all good to go. I would also like to THANK Dr. Nancy Crider for the card that she sent me. Dr. Crider it's people like you who give me the strength to keep on fighting. Thank you and God bless you.

Fantastic experience: We have been going here for 14 years. 7 dogs and 2 cats worth over that time. Always great service and explanation of all services. The staff is able to calm my pets to treat them, in turn they calm the pet parents as well. Always a good feeling when leaving the visit. Always great reasonable prices. Thank you!

Positive experience: Brought our dog to meet with accupuncturist for first time. ..... Not the most comfortable waiting area but the people couldn't have been nicer. The accupuncturist & the ones who assisted her were very nice also. Going back this week.

Fantastic experience: Northeast Veterinary has always been great. I’ve been a customer for about 2 years now (and for several years about 20 years ago before I’d left the northeast) and I have nothing but good things to say about them. The wait times can be long at times, but well worth it. …it’s a good trade-off given what they offer. The care and compassion my dogs and I have been treated with is second to none. I’m most familiar with Dr Flores, but I’m my experience the whole staff is friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Ive been here in the past and had no issues, recently I found a lost dog and they were very helpful. Unfortunately this pup didn't have a chip. So looking for a good home for him.

Fantastic experience: Staff is kind and vets are amazing. Very reasonable on price. The only thing I would say is the down side is the wait times are very long. But other than that great place to go for your fur babies.

Fantastic experience: We were in need of a vet to help with immunizations for two of our doggies and one cat. Chris went above and beyond for our little fur baby family. These people go out to your car and help with pets. This was a huge help when you have more than one pet and anxiety levels are high. I witnessed the staff help the elderly with pets and evan took a stretcher out for a very sick fur baby. I would highly recommend this clinic. We went on a Sunday when all another clinics are closed. The cost is affordable compared to emergency clinic on airway. The wait is well worth it. Thank you Chris your great at your job!
