Experiencia fantástica: I was terrified of my bunny being spayed. I am a first time bunny rabbit owner and choose this place out of multiple other exotic vets closer to me due to the reviews being so great and I am so glad that I did. Dr.katherine craft is exceptional and super knowledgeable about small animals! After my buns, initial intake appointment I brought her in to be spayed which was a smooth process and I did not have much of any questions because the staff was so on top of everything. My bunny surgery was on a Friday and even though they gave us multiple options for a 24-hour vet since 405 is closed on Saturday and Sunday. Dr, craft still made a point to answer my text messages in regards to my buns well-being! I am very pleased and perhaps in the future when I have more furry friends join my family I will bring them as well! ❤️ Thank you 405!

Experiencia negativa: We took both of our dogs here for almost six years and our cat for one year but switched to another vet last year due to 405 no longer sending prescriptions to online sellers like chewy or petsmart. We would happily bring all our pets back here but we cant justify sacrificing the roughly 2k a year we save by buying prescriptions online. Hmu when you start sending prescriptions to online retailers.

I have had the best experience and so many things I was worried about, I got through so much easier because of the care they take of our dog. It’s so clean and the staff is amazing. They think of every little detail and she even came home with a bravery award after surgery which I thought was precious. Experiencia negativa: Decided to give the vet a call and hoped for some temporary advice on how to take care of my cat until I can get him seen when I get paid. Was refused any sort of advice to help until then. I called a family member and had them contact their vet and they were happy to share some medical advice for my cat, to keep him safe and well until he could be seen. I understand not wanting to be responsible for the wellbeing of a cat you haven’t seen before, and not wanting to be held reliable for giving the wrong advice. But all you had to say was take a warm washcloth to his skin until seen. Ridiculous customer service. Never coming to this vet. Y’all must enjoy losing potential customers. How sad. In this economy, I’m sure many vets get inquiries like this.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is amazing. The staff is so kind and has been so sweet to my babies. They always answer my panicked phone calls and they listen with so much empathy. I just went to take one of my kitties in for a burn wound last night and they were so gentle with him. They even helped me carry all of the stuff they sent me with out to the car. Overall just a great facility with wonderful people.

Dr Roach Actually spent time talking to us and explained options . He seems very amenable to work with the owners ! We will continue to go back even with a 25 min drive we feel it’s worth it!

My pets normally see Dr. Craft, but when she's not available, they've been seen by other doctors at the clinic — and every single one of them has been wonderful. The entire team truly cares about their patients and does a great job of keeping in touch and communicating clearly with pet owners. Recently, I had to rush one of my dogs to an emergency hospital in the middle of the night (not affiliated with Dr. Craft’s clinic). Thankfully, we were able to bring her home and wait for Dr. Craft’s office to open. Her staff went above and beyond to squeeze us in right away. They gave us an honest assessment of the situation and helped us understand our options, without trying to push unnecessary treatments or costs — unlike the emergency hospital in Moore, which seemed more focused on upselling than care. What I appreciate most is the consistent and accurate care my pets have received here. In all the years I’ve been coming, not once have any of my pets been misdiagnosed. Thank you so much to Dr. Craft and the rest of the amazing team! I apologize for forgetting the names of the other doctors who have helped us — you're all incredible, and we’re so grateful. Dr. Craft has been taking care of my babies I just barely started going to them at the beginning of the year. I use to go to neel. And friends of mine and patients of mine has consider me going to 405 vet. They have great customer service and take care of my babies like it is their own! Dr. Craft and staff will answer questions you have without any hesitation. They are very knowledgeable when it comes to animals. They are very lenient and won’t force you to do anything with your animals if you are not comfortable with them. They will ask and talk to you first before doing anything at all. They are the best !

Experiencia fantástica: While this is not my normal vets office that I use for my dogs, I had to use this clinic for an exotic. Dr. Craft helped me when no one else would and I can't say enough how thankful I am that she helped my girl. Her and her staff were so sweet, caring, and understanding. They really made me feel comforted about the situation and like I was in the best place I could be to get proper help for my pet. I would most definitely recommend this clinic to others. They are also very reasonably priced and worked me in the next day after I called when they'd never seen me before. Good people!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been taking my dog and cat to 405 with Dr Craft for about 4 years now, and a month ago we found an abandoned kitten who is now also a patient. Our 14 y/o cat is definitely the frequent visitor of the bunch, and we’ve always received nothing but respect and compassion for her care. Dr Craft knows perfectly how to handle my anxiety with my pets, which I appreciate because they are my family. I know when I bring them in, she and the team will treat them like family, too.

Experiencia fantástica: **Was called by the vet and the below concern was fixed immediately. Appreciated the responsiveness. Thank you! I've been going to 405 for over a year now and have only had good experiences. However, there was a recent miscommunication over heartworm treatment for my two dogs that has left me confused and frustrated. I was told about the annual heartworm injection and opted to do that. When I shared concern about having already purchased the 6-month supply of heartworm treatment for my dogs, I was told to bring them back to the clinic for it to be taken care of. Upon doing so, the receptionist said "we can't do that, the doctor shouldn't have told you that, you'll have to start the process online". When I logged in to start the process, I could *not* return them online due to policy about not accepting medicine returns, despite them being unopened. Now I have *12* unopened heartworm tablets (6-month supplies for two dogs), that I can't use and can't return, which any pet owner would know is not cheap.

Experiencia fantástica: We have three ferrets that we have taken to 405 vet and love everyone there. They are very nice, fast and caring. We used to go to another vet, but they are never on time and usually have to spend hours there. Not here. This location is not super close to where we live, but it is totally worth the drive.The facility is also very clean. If you have an exotic pet, I highly recommend 405 vet!

Experiencia fantástica: We travel 30 minutes each way to go to Dr. Kemp at 405 vet. It’s well worth knowing our dogs will get the best care . When we have a problem they always work hard to get us seen or what we need. All the doctors and staff actually care!

Experiencia negativa: Last week our 17 year old dog Fluffy was sick, took her to 405 Vet. They had some tests charged us $316 and recommended to keep her overnight charging about $900(total of about $1300). They kept her for two nights and when we brought her home she was worse than before and it is obvious that she is dying, anybody without being a vet can see she is dying and the only reason to keeping her for hospitalization was to make money out of us and I found that unfair and unreasonable.

I have taken my dog to several different vet clinics and have never had the vet take time to actually help my dog. She has suffered with GI issues her entire life. Dr. Spangler listened to my concerns and took action and saved my dogs life. I would recommend her to anyone who wants someone who genuinely cares about your pets.

I have fostered Frenchies’s for 30 years with several rescues and seen most vets in OKC, but right now I foster for a wonderful rescue in TX. All their dogs go to Dr Roach at 405 and have since he opened. These dogs are usually directly from Amish puppy mills and often in terrible physical shape and are fearful from years of abuse. They require surgeries and specialty care. This clinic really cares and will cry with you, worry with you and give the advice on what they would suggest if it were their animal. Vet care is expensive everywhere, so you might as well choose the very best!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Our puppy, new to us, of just a few hours. She had been throwing up. You can imagine our concern. Dr Kim took her and ran a few tests making sure it wasn’t caused by Parvo. She was negative thankfully. Treated her for dehydration and nausea. Sent home food and dewormer and a follow up. She felt better within 2 hrs. Very thankful we chose this veterinarian office.

Experiencia fantástica: My daughters 8 year old cat got so extremely sick that we took her to our original vet, they proscribed her some meds and left it at that. Her condition continued to get worse by the day, so I called 405Vet to see if they would be able to see her as a new patient that same day, and they were able to! We walked in thinking they were going to give us the news that we needed to let her go (that's how bad she was). But no Dr. Roach walked in, checked her out really well and talked over the game plan for her. After some weeks of tube feeding and the extraction of her teeth (the condition that started her failing health) she is now a whole new kitty and running the house again like it never happened. Dr. Roach is wonderful as were the other Dr's who helped care for our Luna. And the staff there was so nice and friendly! They are now getting our whole fur-family as patients now!!!!

My senior dog has heart failure, and we usually see Dr. Roach for all of our dogs, but we ended up seeing Dr. Kemp for an emergency appointment and we absolutely LOVED our experience with her too! It was kinda scary letting a new person see our dog, but she is so incredibly thorough and thoughtful and knowledgeable and patient and I can't thank her enough for helping our senior dog feel better! Every staff member has been wonderful to work with and very helpful. The grooming services they offer are amazing too! I have 5 dogs and I know they're in good hands when they are at the 405 vet :)

Experiencia negativa: One star. They did something absolutely unforgivable and I may sue. My childhood cat past away July 5th, 2024 and we had ordered for paw prints and ashes, and even now, as the night of January 10 2025, we have not received my baby’s things. You know why? BECAUSE THEY LOST IT. They had forgotten to take the paw prints, and still have not received her ashes. Even then, her ashes wont be just hers it will be of 99 other animals because they only ship out 100 at a time, and cremate them all together. I will be switching clinics/hospitals. Horrible.

Experiencia fantástica: Always very professional, friendly and caring! They have been all of that every time we have been there! The last time I was on a walker and not much help! My wife is 86! When we got there they came out and took our dog and helped my wife get in then when she was finished they carried the dog and some dog food we had bought and put that in the back seat and helped my wife get in the car. We really appreciated their assistance!

She always takes the time to listen to what's going on and gets the whole story instead of just rushing us through. This thoroughness and attention to detail has helped us catch conditions in the past that had previously been overlooked by 2 other exotics vets! She takes time to help our girls get comfortable, often joining them on the floor or putting them in her lap so they feel more comfortable. Her compassion and empathy means trust and respect for us, particularly when it's come to end of life care for our rattos. We've been to 4 other exotic vets in the city and Dr. Craft and her whole staff are by far my favorite! You can tell they really love animals. :) I would highly recommend her if you're looking for an exotics vet in the OKC or surrounding area.

Experiencia negativa: Way over priced spot, charging $440 to spay and neuter a dog when most other places charge half that and some even as low as $45. And then charging more than originally quoted when going to pickup. Run far away from this vet unless you just like giving away your money. This spot literally charged 10x what another vet did for the same exact services. This place should be ashamed of themselves taking advantage of people like they do in this economy.

Experiencia fantástica: I took my exotic bully puppy to them because another Vet was trying to rack me over the coals telling me she had pneumonia and wanted to Charge me close to $2000.00 and Dr Roach gave us a very thorough examination and there wasn't anything wrong with her he suggested GI puppy food to help her keep her food down and a follow up in two weeks for dewormer and 1st round of vaccinations and it didn't cost even close to what the other vet wanted to charge and what I had already spent. My puppy is doing wonderful with a clean bill of health. We have found our new vet home for now and forever the staff is great and the facility was spotless. Im only adding this because we have taken my other bully for his annual and came home with kennel cough that cost us dearly because the other vet racket hospitalized him and said he had megaesophagus just a true rip off. So good luck and great Job to the 405 doctors and staff it is nothing more needed in this world than compassion and honesty

Experiencia fantástica: Love this vet! I used to take my cat to a small vet office that only catered to cats and she freaked out every time. When I started taking her here, I warned the vets that she will be aggressive but she was much more calm and comfortable. They have a lot of space, nice atmosphere, and private examination rooms. The veterinarians are all so nice and do such a good job with the animals. The last time I went, I was sitting on the floor with my kitty and the techs walked in and conducted the examination on the floor to keep my cat comfortable! They really care about the animals.
