Experiencia negativa: Heard about them charging more after the services are done / medications are given but decided to use them anyway and I paid for it, my mistake but OTHERS BE WARNED! Staff is always weird & not very welcoming up front. When you actually see a Dr they don’t really listen to what you have to say or your worries on your own pet they just start asking what you’ll pay or just do an overall exam that’s already $80+ without actually hearing your concerns or what brought your dog in there in the first place. They also try to upcharge you into getting vaccines your pet isn’t due on just for the office visit fees & the medication fees. A friend of mine had bought medication for their pet & the next time they came in for a refill the staff told them they stole from the as they paid a certain amount when their medication prices have gone up. VERY RUDE ON THE PHONE DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE WHO ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT THEIR PETS!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I took my Coco here yesterday for her shots and a skin condition she had when I found her.Everyone was so nice and patient with her!I don’t think she’s ever been to a vet so she was super scared but with their patience and caring staff she did great!The Dr was also super thorough and patient and made sure I had everything to take care of Coco!Will def be going back if Coco needs anything!

Experiencia negativa: Horrible experience. Do not bring your pets here. I brought my cat Onion in for a checkup and rabies vaccine. Arrived and they asked for his vet records, even though i provided the vet number to contact a week prior to my appointment. We had to wait longer in the waiting room for them to call that vet and get the documentation. Once we got in a room, i disclosed that he had a FIV flare up about 2 weeks prior that he was on medication for but that we needed to get his rabies vaccine updated and i wanted to have him examined to make sure everything was looking okay. Examination didnt even happen. They took his weight. When the dr came in, he apologized and said we had been skipped over a couple of times. They took onions weight and pushed for me to get him a distemper vaccine even though hes fiv positive. Said its core and really important he gets it. Im furious because a little research later makes me regret having gotten it for him given his history. Hes now having another fiv flareup and conjunctivitis. I called and they don't have any appointments available today and said they cant even prescribe eye drops. Said i have to go to emergency care. On top of that, they scruffed him during the shots. They said they have no record of him having FIV in his chart. Extremely careless. If you care at all about your pet DO NOT GO HERE. UPDATE: they managed to work me in today for onion to be seen, thanks to dr. Morgan even though she was the only vet on site today. Super grateful to have been seen. However, they said that since he just had a flare up a couple of weeks ago, his immune system probably wasnt full recovered before getting the shot. This is why i told them in the first place, but they failed to warn me to hold off on the shot. While i appreciate them trying their best to make sure we received exceptional care today, and front desk was extra attentive, it should have been avoided in the first place. Dr. Morgan was well informed and i appreciate her level of care, as well as the staff being very kind and accommodating. Unfortunately, this wasnt the first experience here, and i cant say i would feel comfortable bringing my vet back due to the first experience. Seeing them scruff and shake him to administer shots was insane. They made sure not to do that during this visit. Regarding the fiv diagnosis, they let me know today that they didnt receive documentation of this specifically, which is why it wasnt in his chart. Now thay i know, i can do some digging and figure out where those documents are and get them sent over. Advocate for your pets!

Experiencia fantástica: Thanks to everyone at this animal hospital. Our pet Maltese has always been taken care of by their great doctors. We saw Dr. Pigott yesterday x had a very good visit. We go back a long way having a Dr. Pigott see all our pets..from Dr. Pigott at Windsor Park to now at Everhart. We love Everhart x everyone working there.

Experiencia fantástica: I took my cat Mickey to Everhart Animal hospital for a hole in his tail. When I saw it and called the office, they were able to get him seen pretty quick. Dr. Garrett took a look at the hole and reassured me that it wasn't as serious as I thought it might be. He gave him a shot of antibiotic and said he'd be healed up shortly. Everhart Animal Hospital is a great place to bring your pets, Dr. Garrett and the staff were very nice to interact with and gentle with my cat, I have no problem recommending them to family and friends.

Experiencia fantástica: My pug had a bladder stone, and sadly the vet we usually go to was overbooked. I called this clinic since we used to go here, and I have to say they went far above and beyond to fit my pug in. When I showed up for her surgery, the veterinarian who was going to perform it showed me how much he truly cared and was very caring, which made me feel like I was leaving my baby in the best hands possible. She is now in recovery, and they even went out of their way to check on how she was doing. I can honestly say they truly care about pets and go far above and beyond. Everyone was so incredibly nice. I will definitely recommend them to anyone.

Experiencia positiva: Awesome exotic pet dr. The Assistant even helped show me how to give my pet rat their medicine. Younger woman that rang me up though was super off putting and Condescending. Even my partner was weirded out by the interaction but one person wont cause me forget all the amazing and helpful work everyone else there put in.

Experiencia negativa: We had an emergency with our gravely ill parrot. They got him in for an emergency appointment. The vet Dr. Tristan, suspected an infection. He prescribed antibiotics-Baytril. He took a blood sample to verify the infection. He told us that the blood test should be back the following day since we got them in so early in the day. He did not tell us he would be taking vacation the following day. I called the vet office to find out the results everyday. They informed me the results weren't in and that he had left for vacation. We took him in Tuesday morning, the blood results didn't get in until Friday and the vet had them sent to him personally rather than to the vet office. In the meantime my bird was getting worse. On Friday I called the vet office, they called him and he told them that it came back that morning and it was a liver infection. We immediately did research and found that Baytril could harm the liver and shouldn't be used. I called their office and told them we wanted to change antibiotics because of further damage to his liver and that he was still deteriorating. They said if he wasn't better by Monday to bring him back in to see another Avian vet, Dr Garrett. He made it through the weekend, but was so weak and still not wanting to eat. I called the vet office first thing to make sure he could be seen. They told me just take him to Portland Animal Hospital... they said they would send over all of his records. I got him to Portland Animal Hospital and they asked me for his blood test results. I guess because the Dr was too busy with vacation he'd forgotten to send them to his clinic or to the Dr that he referred us to. I've never had such a horrible experience with a vet. We should have been referred to Portland to begin with since it was a planned vacation. I wish we had started there to begin with. Dr. Raphael was a god send with our bird. Our bird is still sick but has the correct medications and diagnosis. Dr Raphael took his time and did an amazing job with him. Please do not take your sick birds to Everhart Animal Hospital in Corpus Christi, Tx.

Experiencia negativa: 4.6 stars how? We had them do blood work on our very sick parrot. They said results would be in probably next day. Four days later finaly comes in come to find out vet went on vacation very next day after seeing us. Finally after multiple calls since apparently blood work went straight to him personally four days later supposedly while he's on vacation tells us its liver infection keep giving him the antibiotics. We'l l if he was any kind of vet he would realize his prescribed prescription causes liver damage but no he says keep giving it if not better by Monday call and our other vet will see you lol. Then obviously he's not better cause antibiotics is just making him worse so we call and they tell us take him to different vet which was the only good thing they did. We asked for them to send his blood work to new vet which kelly said to my wife as I could hear say im doing it right now. But guess what never made it to the new vet his blood work. Vacation or not if you take responsibility of care for an animal who is very very sick and take over $300 to do the test you take the 5 min of the time to say stop giving him that antibiotic take him to this vet not oh give him this for four days I want see how much damage it can cause and I'm not going bother wasting 5min of my vacation to send your vet who actually did his the blood work you paid for its not a choice its a obligation laziness and no cares over 3 days never sent blood work but he sure did take the money for something has done us no good. Avoid avian vet here at all cost go to Portland this one needs licenses pulled. Thanks for reading.

We are greeted with huge hellos and reassured when we felt unsure and went to them for a second opinion. We will certainly be back. Definitely recommend.

They work prices out before anything is done to your animal and try and stay within the given range. Loved going, 100% recommend to anyone looking for a vet. After seeing how great they were we recently brought our senior rottie in for his yearly and I can’t tell you how happy I was with the patience and love they showed my boy. Experiencia fantástica: This vet office took amazing care of my domestic rat Marshmallow for her tumor removal. Dr. Tristan was kind,confident, and knowledgeable. He did a great job and the cost was the lowest out of everywhere I checked. Mel recovered fast with zero problems. I’m not very experienced with wound care, so I sent a photo of her stitches after the surgery just for peace of mind, they were super reassuring and everything was healed perfectly (and now, few months later you'd never be able to tell she ever had a tumor there) I'd also like to thank the kind staff and the girl who had colored hair(so sorry i've forgotten her name) who helped with mel during the consultation, she also made me feel very confident in their vet for the treatment of marshmallow.

Experiencia negativa: DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMAL. We took our dog there for years and then my dog had a complex case. Which turned into an unneeded surgery, 2k, after they had 3 vets look at my dog’s X-ray. Then decide to treat my dog without doing a proper diagnostic procedure, which I guess after the fact that only that doctor could do in the clinic. We had to hospitalize my dog after the fact at VCA and had a 1000x better experience. The vet there was upfront and actually referred to another hospital as they felt they might not be able to treat. EVERHART decides to overcharge and decide to treat your animal like an experiment and decide to keep charging you as your animal will continually decline. If I could put lower rating I would.

I was impressed by the way the doctor handled my parakeets he did a great job. The front office staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone that needs their services. I will go back again in the future .

Experiencia fantástica: My 13/14 year old dog, Sadie, has been coming here since she was adopted at seven/eight months old from the Love for Strays. Dr. Garret and Dr. Piagott have been her vets. The staff have been wonderful with Sadie , in fact, she pulls me to the front door and inside so she can visit with the other patients.

Experiencia fantástica: I live in an apartment complex and the stray cats are numerous. Several are friendly because tenants move out and leave them behind thus abandoning these poor animals. I feel sorry for them. They are all God's creatures as well and need food, water and care. One of the three cats I have befriended arrived to my front door last week with slobber all over him and not showing his usual activeness. I cleaned him up, brought him inside, fed and watered him, and he made himself at home on my sofa and slept through the night. I later noticed he was breathing very fast and was very sore around his middle. After watching him another day and night, I decided to take him to a veterinarian. I've always been told good things about Everhart Animal Hospital, so I took him there. I'm so glad I did. The receptionist was so polite and kind on the phone and Dr. Mandalyn Moore was just as polite and kind besides being very professional and caring as well. The attendant was just as polite and both she and the doctor explained his injury to me very well and covered everything. Needless to say, the cat and I are back home and will return in a week for a follow-up. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Moore and the entire staff at Everhart Animal Hospital. They are kind, caring, professional and compassionate people. I find their animal hospital affordable, too.

Experiencia fantástica: This is my new go-to hospital for my microbully, Spooky Pumpkin I love this clinic so so much , the doctors and girls at front desk are absolute sweetie pies ❤️ Ariel helped me today on the phone as I was growing worried about my doggy’s incision site from his neuter and she properly and sweetly directed me on how to go about sending her a picture(s) to the clinic and contacting the doctor to see if Spooky is alright and what next steps I must take. Experiencia fantástica: Love this place! Every veterinarian + tech we’ve had has been knowledgeable, and never dismisses any concerns/questions I’ve had. For routine yearly checkup/shots I am usually in/out of there in less than an hour. And when emergency trips pop up, I’ve been able to get in pretty quickly. Everyone has treated my pup with respect and kindness. Can’t say enough good things about this place!

The receptionist remembered who I was. The veterinarian was very friendly and worked with my young excitable puppy when examining her.

Experiencia fantástica: On August 27th, 2025 My Sebastopol Goose June Bug swallowed a screw and nail she found out in the yard! June Bugs health began to decline. We were told she would need surgery or she would expire. Unfortunately, there were no Vets with the expertise or equipment to do such surgery, our vet said he would make a few calls and see who he could find. That same day we get the call from Everhart Hospital, Dr. Tim Tristan accepted June's Case and scheduled her for surgery the next morning!!!! I'm on Day 2 post op and she's doing well. Still drinking water, eating gradually, but now she's sleeping and not standing all day! The staff was very warm and welcoming, if I could be like Oprah and give everyone a NEW CAR , I WOULD!!!!! I highly recommend any exotic aviary pet owner to keep this hospital in mind if you should ever have an issue or just need care!

I had to put my baby down . They gave us our time with him and I knew he was in a better place. And that not even it a month from the day I came home from work and there in the mail was a card from Everheart Animal Clinic with everyone condolences to me that brought tears to my eyes that they actually took the time to remember my baby... Thank you all I will be definitely be coming back....

Experiencia negativa: Scheduled an appt a week in advance. I was going to run 15 min late. I originally scheduled appointment for 5:00 p.m. then rescheduled for 4:45 p.m. due to getting out a few minutes earlier. I ended up getting out later than i was supposed to. I called the office to ask if the 15 min was ok. Vet wouldn't wait for me til 5:00 pm which was my original appointment time. They tried rescheduling for Monday @ 5:00 pm. I work! This was going to be a first visit and not gng to lie the $25 first visit office sounded very enticing made me wonder why they had such a great offer... maybe they need new clients I was trying to establish a new Vet office in town but if they can't have compassion and wait 15 min why would I think they would be compassionate with my pet(s).

Experiencia fantástica: We have used this place for almost 20 years. Dr. Alan Garrett is the most amazing vet. Saved our cats' life now than once. Their avian vet is also outstanding for our umbrella cockatoo. I couldn't imagine bringing my fur and feather babies any where else.

Experiencia fantástica: This was our first time taking our dog there as we’re moving to Corpus at the end of this month and needed to get him established at a vets office closer to where we’re going to live. The staff was so kind, friendly, and patient with us as my dog isn’t the easiest and he’s so hyperactive. Jasmine and Dr. Brooke were the best! The front waiting area and the rooms were very clean. There wasn’t a wait time, which I loved! And best of all, they’re affordable! I went in with the mindset that I was going to spend at least $300 but I paid much less than that! 10/10 highly recommend! We will definitely be returning!

Experiencia fantástica: Changing vets from Southside Animal Hospital. When I found Everhart Animal Hospital. Very pleased with Dr. Johnathan Brooke took time to thoroughly examine, immediately did blood test. Found kidney and liver failing. We did not want to lose her. So he prescribed meds and gave her three shots. Said it was going to be touch and go if she survived. We wanted to give her a chance to survive. Two days later she is making progress and eating and drinking. Walked around the yard for about 20 minutes, the next day. Which she was not doing any of this before when I took her in. The best thing was Dr. Brooke’s took lots of time to sit and explain exactly what was going on and then talked to my husband on phone to repeat the situation. Will be using this clinic from now on. Lastly, the staff and the Vet was attentive and answered questions. We were very happy with the service and would recommend Everhart Animal Hospital to anyone seek a Vet & Staff that cares and does a great job.

Experiencia negativa: This place was the worst. I took my cat here & I wish I didn’t. Firstly, the place was dirty. The mat where your pet is supposed to stand was dirty/had holes in it. It also smelled like cat poop in the clinic. Secondly, the vet didn’t even give my cat her full wellness exam that they explain on their website (checking eyes, ears, nose, mouth, teeth, heart rate, pulse, blood pressure, lymph nodes, etc.) He was in there for less than five minutes looking at her. I explained she had scabs and he offered a vaccine to help with her itching. Which I was fine with. Thirdly, the receptionist at the front desk was incredibly rude. I got up there to pay & she told me it was going to be $104. I asked her for a cost breakdown which she couldn’t even explain to me. I told her that I asked for and scheduled an appointment for a $25 wellness visit which is on their website. She told me I didn’t mention that. Even though I specially told the vet tech that I wanted just a wellness visit, I scheduled a wellness visit online, and that is what I’m asking for right now. Anyway, she was insistent that my cat had a sick visit because the vet gave her a vaccine… even though the vet told me she was healthy (how would he actually know if he didn’t really examine her though). She did get a vaccine (which I didn’t even ask for but was fine with paying the extra $31 + $8 disposal fee). So with the vaccine and with the wellness visit it was supposed to be $65. Once I asked her to get the manager she finally lowered the price to what it was supposed to be $65, not $104. Probably was just trying to get money out of me. I will never be going back to this dirty clinic with horrible customer service. Don’t go here.

Experiencia negativa: To summarize, my chicken died within hours after taking her to this vet, from the exact condition I had been taking her to them for, egg yolk peritonitis. And they tried to charge me 250% more than normal for the operation the day she died. Which included a re-check that they clearly didn't do otherwise they would have known she was in bad condition and told me about it. I've been waiting for a call back for 4 days now, for an explanation, and not one call even to say sorry for your loss. The whole story of having to watch her suffocate and then die from her insides rupturing and the other questionable charges unfortunately won't all fit in this review, but suffice to say it was horrible.

She took her time to examine and explain findings and ways to proceed with surgical/medication options. We highly recommend this Vet hospital. Everyone is extremely friendly there. Rhey are also caring about my bird and professional when addressing my concerns. Experiencia negativa: I usually do not do this, but I feel the need to. We took our Daughters Bearded dragon to Everhart Clinic, as they are the only reptile vet in CC, we waited over an hour and once the Vet showed up, he rushed through the exam in under 10 minutes. Said, " he looks fine, we can do blood work, but I do not recommend it". I trust his knowledge, so I agreed, well a few days later my daughter's friend, Allister, passed away, I am really disappointed in the way they rushed through his exam and said nothing was wrong. Gave us information you can get at a pet store, for a $75 visit. Called a day before he passed to ask about blood work, as he was not getting better, they said they will call back, did not call back until a day later. Thanks for nothing. Do not take your reptile there. Never will go back again.

Experiencia fantástica: I wish I could a review everyday. This place takes care of my babies. Somehow they seem to find an appointment that is very reasonable, same day or next day. They had an appointment available for my dog who wasn't even a patient there yet same day, only an hour within me calling!!!! Same day appointment for my cat who was really sick as well. Just called to make an appointment for him tomorrow and of course they can fit him in. This place seems to really care about pet owners as well as the pets. They understand our anxiety and desire to get our sick pets the help they need. When I needed to put my dog down, I called her normal vet.... They didn't have an availability for several days. This place squeezed her in within the hour. That meant so much to me because she was truly suffering. They care so much. That's what I appreciate. I also appreciate the reasonable pricing. I'm surprised they don't have a line out the door because they are so affordable. Thank you Everhart Animal Hospital. You've treated me and my pets well.

Experiencia fantástica: I appreciate the kind and loving care that all the staff extended to our dear sweet Big Boy Ranger. Ranger blessed us and so many people with his sweet personality and beautiful dreamy eyes❣️Sadly to say, Ranger was euthanized on March 18 at the age of 14 years due to multiple health issues. We were so fortunate to have him in our lives for 10 years and we miss him each and every day We thank Dr.Tristan and All the.wonderful staff at Everhart Animal Hospital ❣️

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Moore took real good care of my Jeeves who has an eye infection and some ear issues. I am thankful that they genuinely care about the well being of my pets. All the people who work at this Veterinarian's Office are so professional, polite and compassionate about our pets. Jeeves is always scared when he has to go to the Vet but he gets through it.

Experiencia fantástica: I take our rooster Chuck to Everhart Hospital. Dr. Tristan and staff have always been so nice. Chuck is quite vocal and his crows are heard throughout the clinic. They treat him so well and make sure he is never stressed out.

Experiencia negativa: THE STAFF IS HORRIBLE! the docs are great but the front desk as no idea what they doing. They just called me to tell me they overdosed my dogs on heart guard. Then told me I owed them $300 from from 3 years ago bc they missed managed their systems. When I questioned them she hung up on me. Do not go there!

Experiencia negativa: I took my Guinea Pig here and they hardly checked her. The wait was about 20 or more minutes. The veterinarian was fairly nice and a great guy but didn’t do much or really anything for my pet. They charged an additional $20 on top of the $75 just to trim my pets two front paws. The environment didn’t feel comfortable, wouldn’t go back.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone in this office was very kind from being greeted when we first walked into the thorough appointment going over all the details and options that we had available for our animals. I had our first appointment and then brought my other dog the next day because I trusted the doctor and really appreciated how thorough they were and the options. They gave me when it came to price if you haven’t checked this place out definitely give it a shot.

Experiencia fantástica: Jax first time check up here at Everhart Animal Hospital. The staff was very kind. The Dr was amazing and knowledgeable as Jax is a bearded dragon. We've had Jax since Feb 1 and although we are still learning on lighting and feeding.... check up went well. Jax is in good health!
