Experiencia positiva: We always have good service here, and the veterinarians have been great but the prices are just unreasonable. I recommend getting quotes before bringing your animals here. They charge a $30 vet tech fee, almost 9 bucks for biohazard disposal. It cost us 240 dollars for a 15 minute appointment (note that the majority of this was a medication, but I still believe this is highly over priced).

Experiencia fantástica: They have always taken good care of me and my furry friend. I take my dog here for routine items like nail trimming, check-ups and vaccinations. I have luckily not had to take him in for any medical conditions or urgent issues, but I trust they would take good care of him if that time ever comes. They are also helpful to call in order to ask if you need to bring your pet in under a given circumstance. Update 6 years later: aside from ongoing standard care, my dog has now had two surgical procedures at RainTree AH, and he was very well taken care of both times. Each surgery was a success and RainTree was very supportive with follow-up questions and working with my pet insurance company.

Whether we've gone in for sick visits or annual vaccines, our doggos feel safe and cared for. And the staff listens to concerns and calls to follow-up after sick visits. In an area with so many choices for animal care, Raintree has quickly become out go-to.

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing clinic with incredible staff and vets. Dr Arnold is simply the best. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about pets and animals. He has seen my rats, my young dog, my elderly dog and now my puppy. Every interaction goes really well. He is always willing to answer questions and nothing ever feels like a rush. I have also worked with Dr Touran, she is also an incredible vet with so much care and passion.

Experiencia negativa: Have been going here for about a decade now with my pets. They have always been great, the vets and the vet techs are wonderful and why I continued coming back despite the cost being significantly higher than other providers in the area. The vets and techs were great and I trust them, it justified the costs at the time. However, my last few visits in the front desk staff have been rude and unprofessional. After the last one speaking to me like a mother scolding their toddler, I’ve opted to move along. Not sure what changed, but it appears somebody set the precedent it is okay to treat customers this way as it has been multiple staff members not just one in particular.

Experiencia fantástica: Just had an appointment with Dr. Touran and Trinity. They were both phenomenal with my cat! Dr. Touran was so thorough with my addressing my concerns and treated my cat so gently. Trinity was a delight to work with!

Experiencia negativa: Absolutely furious over the state they left my dog in. Have been using Raintree for a few years now and elected to have an ultrasound done on my dog related to minor GI issues. While having her abdomen shaved was expected the significant razor burn, cuts, and harm to her nipples was not. My dog was scratching and moving oddly in the lobby on our way out and it was excused due to her “being tickled by the wind”. Upon arriving home and my dog displaying very clear signs of uncomfortably that even affected her gait. I inspected the area they shaved. There are large swaths of razor burn, and a few of her nipples show significant signs of being hit by the clippers. My dog was returned to me in a significantly worse state than what she was dropped off at and I am furious and greatly disappointed in the care my dog received. Not to mention I was not told that my dog would be shaved and given that she is an active show/sport dog this would have been excellent to know so I would not need to forfeit hundreds of dollars of entry fees. This vet hospital lacks the nuances needed to care for dogs in show/sport homes.

Experiencia fantástica: I didn't realize how good we had it until we moved for work last month and had to find a new vet. We had been going here for over a year with our dog, Arlo. We primarily saw Dr. Amanda Lor. This will be a long review but hopefully will aid in any decisions to make Raintree your new vet. Dr. Lor made us feel heard and validated all of our concerns with our dog. She was very good at communicating with us. If we had any questions, she answered them. If she didn't know the answer, she would figure out the answer and then let us know later. She talked to us like equals rather than as a superior as some doctors (both human and animal) tend to do. She was very professional, and we trusted her opinion. If she gave us a few options for treatment, she was supportive of us trying each one before settling on what works best for our dog. She truly has our dog's best interest at heart, and I can't imagine she'd be any different with any other animal. She formed a connection with our dog by greeting him and giving him scratches before starting the exam as well as sitting on the floor to do his exam and interact with him to allow him to be more comfortable with her. My dog has allergies, and those of you with animals who also have allergies understand the pain of trying to figure out a treatment that works best for them. Dr. Lor first suggested cutting out certain proteins from his diet to see if we could rule out some of those. When that didn't really work and we figured his allergies were more environmental, she gave us the two options for prescription strength allergy medication as our dog was pretty miserable. We decided to give one of them a try and when we weren't 100% satisfied with it, she suggested that we try the second one to explore all of our options. Sure enough, the second option has worked wonders for our dog's allergies. I am very grateful that Dr. Lor encouraged us to pursue other options rather than settling with an option that was not the best for our case. She listened to our hesitations and trusted that we know our dog. As for the clinic itself, it was always very clean and there was hardly ever any wait time to get us back into an exam room. The only two things I would ask that they consider changing is to give pricing for optional extras in the exam rooms and to try to do more vaccines and bloodwork and such in the exam room rather than in the back. The vet techs and front staff have always been very friendly and professional as well. Dr. Lor, if you happen to read this, thank you very much for the care you provided to Arlo. You have set the standard very high, and now we are having a hard time finding a new vet to meet that standard. We appreciate how much you care about what you do. From that sleepy puppy the first time we brought him into your office to the goofy dog he is today, Arlo was always excited to see you. We wish you the best in everything, and cannot thank you enough.

Experiencia fantástica: We had the best experience at Raintree Animal Hospital Boarding. We have two large dogs with lots of energy. They were super excited to go play and stay. When we showed up the care takers were ready for us and just as excited to meet our crazy pups. They took them back immediately. The cameras weren't working exactly right but they sent us 8 (yes 8 photos) of our loving dogs while we were gone for just one night. When we returned our dogs were happy, healthy, exhausted, and clean. We highly recommend Raintree Boarding and we will be returning again soon!

Experiencia fantástica: Raintree was great! My fiancé has taken our old golden to Raintree a couple times and I hadn’t taken my blue heeler yet. Our apartment complex apparently laid out some pesticide/fertilizer and failed to tell everyone. Our golden started having issues first and so we had him treated not knowing what was going on yet and then my heeler started having the same symptoms. They were able to get her in for a basic visit and put her on the same treatment right away. The cost was less than what I thought it would be and was easy. Thank you Raintree!

They worked with us over the course of a few months and were finally able to draw blood (which no one else has been able to do for 2 years). Noel is beyond amazing! Experiencia fantástica: Me and my husband took our skink here for our (and his) first ever veterinary visit and it genuinely couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. First experiences can be worrisome and even more so when you have an exotic pet. Our veterinarian, Arnold, is very clearly a lover of reptiles and he handled our skink with a lot of care, he was knowledge, kind and very reassuring. It was really relieving to hear that we were doing a great job, and he was very attentive overall. We went through husbandry, diet, and what to expect with the coming treatment. There wasn't any pressure to get a follow-up appointment either, just a simple "in 2 months, email us a picture" and we can go from there. Our nurse, Carter, was incredibly personable and kind, we even had a little talk about some shared interest! With that, we heard him relay our concerns with impressive accuracy to the vet and together they both handled it all with so much care. Professional and affable! Overall, our experience was very positive and I can see us taking our other myriad of reptiles here if need be in the future. The appointment along with medication together cost us less than 150$, emails were replied to with impressive haste and they even helped us with directions getting there! I would highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: I cannot recommend this place enough! My partner and I chose this place because it was accepting of exotic animals- a blue tongued skink in our case- which is incredibly hard to find. From the moment we called, the people were incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating. Things only got better once we actually arrived. Checking in was easy, and unlike every real doctor I've ever seen, we didn't have to wait for 30 minutes past our appointment. Things only got better once the nurse started collecting information about our pet. Not only were they one of the nicest people you could hope to meet -friendly, engaging, an attentive listener, respectful with our pet - but they were also incredibly knowledgeable. They were thorough in their questions, clearly knew plenty, and perhaps above all else, paid attention. They relayed all the pertinent information to the lead specialist perfectly, leaving out nothing of importance while still condensing it wonderfully. Thanks to this, John Arnold was able to get to the root of the problem quickly. He went over what likely happened, what may have caused it, and showed an undeniable degree of knowledge and care for a rather rare and infrequently seen reptile. With this being our first vet visit, I was concerned with how our pet would be handled, if they'd seem experienced or even aloof, but my fears were entirely unfounded. From the moment they held our pet, it was clear he knew what he was doing. He used gentle, but firm maneuvering, never too much pressure to cause pain, all while still thoroughly checking over the health of our pet. A wound need to be cleaned out, and even that was handled exceptionally well. Any question we asked, they answered. Anytime we were uncertain about something, they explained. Nothing was pushed unnecessarily on us, and the prices were astoundingly good. They were transparent at every junction, never pushy, and very, very open in their communication. Rather than telling us to come back for a followup, we were told to just email them a picture to see if it was necessary first. That may seem small, but it shows genuine care for the wellbeing of both the pet and owner. This will absolutely be our go-to vet going forward should we ever need them. If they're this knowledgeable with something as niche as a blue tongued skink, there's no doubt they know what they're doing with other pets, too. Reptile owners, this place will not lead you astray! All in all, fantastic experience that turned a stressful event into something as close to enjoyable as could possibly be.

Experiencia fantástica: Just moved here and have spent hours navigating the long process of finding a new trusted vet. Every place I called was transactional and only willing to speak with me AFTER an initial appointment. Raintree was different. They spent over 20 minutes learning about our dogs and understanding what we were expecting in our next vet. They provided referrals to specialists outside of their practice free of charge - how about that! - and were very transparent. Their prices are fair and the doctors and staff are great. Highly recommend for dog owners looking for a trusted hospital that puts pets before profits.

Experiencia fantástica: Here’s some of what stands out to me about Raintree. 1) The facilities. This place is incredibly clean, and clearly held to phenomenal standards by the management and owner/s. I feel incredibly safe both for my pup and even myself, noting signs that will allow you to know what ingredients are in the dog treats they have (Peanut butter allergies, anyone?). Everything that you will share a space with is sanitized and spotless, which is incredible given that I can’t keep my house clean with one dog let alone however many pets come through this space per day. Wow. 2) The staff. You can really tell there’s a lovely community with the staff at Raintree. The vet Techs joke with the receptionists and the vets themselves, and there’s a light and happy air in a space that can sometimes be dark and stressful. This makes me calmer about my issues and happier to be there. Dr Blair recently let me call just to ask some questions about hydration for my pup, and she was incredibly helpful as well as fun to yap with. I think most people view going to the vet as stressful when it’s urgent and laborious when it’s routine: Raintree eases that with a great team. It helps that they know absolutely everything about every animal, and even ones they don’t normally service. If your chicken breaks a wing believe me they’re there to chat. 3) Honesty. I want someone taking care of my dog to have her best interests in mind, but also mine! Raintree is very transparent with pricing and costs along with options for any decision being made about your pet. Unfortunately life happens and I can’t always take the most expensive route. They really have a great understanding of how to guide you through tough decisions regarding financing your pet. The other day a tech helped me to determine exactly how many pills I should order in my dog’s prescription to exactly fit what the cheapest option would be per order for me. Where else does that? Phenomenal. Go here. You’re in good hands with a bunch of great people who genuinely care about your pet. That’s incredible praise given how close we are to the CSU vet center, truly.

They take their time to listen, respond, and research into your animals health and needs. They are all so friendly and welcoming. I have never had a bad experience, I have never felt rushed through any appointment, and my dogs have always received the care they have needed. I recommend so many people to them because they care and they take their time to listen to the pet owners concerns and questions.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been bringing my cat Pepper here for a few years and I have never had better service. The staff are kind, caring, and knowledgeable. I tend to be a nervous cat mom and they have been so gracious with me checking in on her frequently after getting her teeth removed. I always trust that my baby is in good hands and they handle my nervous tears with care and keep me fully informed about the entire process.

Experiencia fantástica: We have a mobile Vet that we work with on a day-to-day basis. When we need procedures done, X-rays, tests we have to work with a brick and mortar vet. In the past, these vets have not wanted to work with us b/c we were not a full time client. Not Raintree. They were happy to partner with our vet to provide an exam and x-rays. They took amazing care of our dog and have checked in with us multiple times after our x-rays.

Experiencia fantástica: We have taken our pets to RAH for the last 8yrs. Most often we saw Dr Sheltren. I just discovered she is no longer there, which makes us terribly sad. Dr. Sheltren was always gentle and so caring of our furr babies. Especially our 2 doggies. —She had the unfortunate job of telling us when she discovered our babies were sick (one w cancer). She had the best vet manners and was so kind and knowledgeable. Hope to find her again. That said, we did appreciate RAH for all the care their team have given our furr babies. Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: I called Raintree fairly early one morning with an emergency need. They were not our vet at that time but responded with compassion and understanding. They were able to see my dog about 30 minutes after the call. The entire staff was caring and professional. Dr Lu saw Duke and was so focused on his care and comfort. We left the office feeling relieved and knowing how to provide home care. Needless to say, Raintree is now our regular vet office. Thanks again !

Experiencia fantástica: I have taken several of my animals to Raintree. They have treated my older Frenchie all the way to my baby Wirehaired Pointer over the last several years. I have never had a better experience. The technician was amazing, and she was super knowledgeable. We have seen two different doctors, and Dr. Arnold and Dr. Touran were the cream of the crop. I would not trust my fur babies to anyone else!

Experiencia negativa: This place feels more about the money than the care. I took my dog into Raintree Animal Hospital on 9/18/23 for a sick visit. During this visit I was not informed that one of my dogs vaccines was due. This could have caused a major issue for boarding, but fortunately I was able to get him in before we left on our trip. However, when I came back today, the office manager chose to enforce a $28 technician fee on top of the vaccine fee because my visit a few weeks ago was for a sick visit, not a wellness visit. They apparently don't check your animals records or just choose not to inform you since you aren't paying for a wellness visit. That caused me to have to take more time off work and also to put my dog through another stressful visit to the vet. This, combined with the cash grab attitude that I've felt over the years, has finally pushed me to switch clinics.

Experiencia fantástica: Switching care from Loveland to fort Collins as I moved. Have some concerning things going on with my senior cat and I was very impressed upon arrival and throughout the appointment. I felt that they were transparent, have your pets best interest in mind, and are kind. They even light a candle if anyone is putting their fur baby down so that others can be respectful, which I think is a very sweet touch. It was calm and quiet when I went and I'm very happy I established care with them!

Experiencia fantástica: I originally found Raintree Animal Hospital 8+ years ago when our dog needed a tooth extraction and our previous vet couldn't give us a firm estimate prior to surgery. Raintree gave us a clear estimate and we decided to use them for that procedure. That initial experience was wonderful and we promptly switched vets. I've had the best experience bringing both of my dogs to Raintree. We've seen multiple vets but we ended up seeing Dr. Arnold the most and we really loved working him over the years. All the vet techs I've interacted with have also been fantastic. I have nothing but great things to say about this clinic.

Experiencia fantástica: Raintree was highly recommended by lots of people, especially Blaire. We have a slightly reactive border collie. We called letting them know we were in the parking lot and they cleared the waiting area and everyone was so helpful and patient with him, and me. :) They gave lots of treats and answered all of my questions.

Experiencia negativa: This vet Sara Sheltren treated my daughters dog like an enemy. His was so distressed and abused he could not act his normal loveable self. If you are so afraid of dogs you should never treat any dog because your fear will make them afraid. I've worked with many animals over my lifetime and I know that if you are afraid they are afraid. Get a new job if you cannot overcome your fear. Dogs don't deserve you. I would never recommend this clinic to anyone I know who has dogs ever.

Experiencia fantástica: Raintree Animal Hospital has given us the best experience I believe a veterinary office can give us. I've been taking my 15 year old dog, Jetson, here for the last year (including one visit to the Timnath location). Unfortunately due to my dog's age, he began developing more health issues, which made us more frequent visitors to this office. In April, Jetson was diagnosed with cancer and all we could really do is keep him happy and comfortable. Things rapidly continued to decline and we unfortunately had to put him down. While he was still with us, we saw several different veterinarians, technicians and receptionists throughout the year and everyone we interacted with were such a kind and genuine people. They took amazing care of my fur baby and they worked with us to make sure he was getting the best care and as quickly as possible. I appreciated how well they communicated with me and helped me along the way. As a first time dog owner, they supported me in every way possible and guided me in the right direction with every decision I had to make. I'm also thankful for the empathy and understanding they showed while I had to make the tougher decisions. Everyone showed us so much kindness, honesty and compassion and I am so grateful for everyone there. I'm especially thankful for Dr. Shannon Lu and the staff at the Timnath location for being so patient, caring and supportive while my family and I said goodbye to our beloved fur baby. They gave us the time we needed to say our goodbyes and kept Jetson comfortable till the end, and I'm forever grateful for everything they've done.

Experiencia fantástica: We have two dogs that are on the edge of being senior dogs. One is a frequent flyer and has lots of allergy issues. Raintree came highly recommended and they've walked with us through a cancer issue with one of our dogs and unmanageable allergies with our other dog, which is where their care shines. We have a dog that will never be 100% healthy due to his environmental allergies despite tremendous amounts of care and thousands upon thousands of dollars in testing, treatment, special diets, and a rigorous routine at home - the most we can do is manage it and try to keep flair ups at bay. Our primary goal for him is that he has a high quality of life despite his medical issues. He can be free to play, enjoy walks out in nature, and be out in the backyard with our other dog instead of keeping him in isolation in a sterile home. It's a delicate balance. Over the seven years we've had our pup, we've learned a lot about managing his care at home on our own but things occasionally get out of hand and we take him to Raintree to brainstorm. The most important thing that raintree has done with us is allow us to be the "expert" in his care and taken us at our word that we know what's up until we don't. We went to several other vets in Fort Collins when we moved that wanted us to redo food trials, testing, change his special diet, poke him and prod him all over again and wouldn't listen to us when we said we did *everything* we could possibly do before moving here and were not redoing that. It's hard on us and hard on him when we are in testing periods and we spent nearly three years rooting out his issues. Raintree said "you know him best" and has partnered with us to keep him as healthy as possible. We appreciate the respect we got when we told them the details and explained case management vs. cure for him.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff were all extremely nice and welcoming. I didn’t even have to sit in the waiting room they put me directly in a private room with my two cats. One of my cats had a nervous poopy on the car ride over and they immediately took him in the back and cleaned his paws and washed a rinsed out my entire carrier. They treated my boys like their own beloved pets. They also offered me different options to split up the procedures and vaccines so it would be more affordable for me. Very fast, efficient, and kind.

The front desk staff always shows extreme positivity and care when it comes to the client (person) and patients (animal). You’re greeted very quickly after entering and the minute they see your furry (or scaly) friend, they stretch those smiles even larger. Customer service is not an easy field to be in these days but these front desk staff really show why it matters. All the staff from the techs to the veterinarians are super knowledge and kind. They treat your little buddy with all the care and passion of a family member or best friend. I always feel more than comfortable leaving my playful pals in Raintree’s hands because I have seen, know, and experienced the love, passion, care and whatever other synonyms for those you can think of.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been taking my pets to Raintree for the last couple of years. They have a great staff and wonderful doctors. You can tell they really care about your pets and are very knowledgeable. My chihuahua is nervous with people but they have always been able to handle him with care and get exams, gland expressions, vaccines and blood draws done with very little hassle. I had my cats dental surgery with extractions done here and the procedure went very well. Dr. Holwegner did a great job and he healed up quickly and has been a happy little (fat fuzzy) kitty since. I appreciate the pre and post op visits to make sure your pet is safe to go under anesthesia and that the incision sites are healing up. It’s definitely worth the extra money to make sure it would be a safe procedure. I’m excited to see their new facility in Timnath and especially excited to check out the new boarding facility!

I have seen Dr Arnold and Dr Holwegner who are both fantastic and knowledgeable! The assistants are kind and excited to see all the pets when they come in. Experiencia negativa: In life, I always look at my OVERALL experience with people, businesses, and really anything. I have been bringing my almost 9 year old cat here since he was a kitten. Originally, at that time- this practice was incredible. They did a wonderful job with my cat's care for several years. Previously, they always went above and beyond to help, were very cordial, very organized, and provided care for my cat that I could absolutely count on. Over the years, the service, care, and overall experience here has declined CONSIDERABLY. I have also spoken with two friends who also are able to see this, and have stopped taking their own pets here for similar reasons. My vision for my cat's care is to have him treated by a vet and staff that truly cares about him, with a staff that treats people with respect and love, and to have a good patient/provider relationship with my cat's vet and their staff. Imagine your animal was put on a medication by Raintree Animal Hospital, and they tell you that they are going to call to schedule further blood work and monitor how the pet is doing on their medication, but they never do. Also imagine that they put your animal on a medication that is dangerous for the animal to abruptly stop. Then you call the office for a refill of the pets medication and make an appointment for further followup, and are met with a combative, defensive response from a girl named Lilah who argues with you about 'when the medication should have been out' when in fact you were told by a provider to give the animal .5 of a tablet every other day. So you can see how a '90 day supply' lasts considerably longer than 90 days at this rate. Then it becomes clear that they don't actually even know what is going on with your pet, Imagine you've had similar experiences with them for the last 4 years or so, and gave them chance after chance, giving them a chance and giving them a benefit of the doubt but then are treated with a cold, unhelpful energy from this girl. I do understand that my cat needs to be seen in order to refill a prescription, but the issue runs deeper than that. It is the energy of this place and the way precious animals are treated like numbers, not the divine beings that they are. It becomes clear profit is more important than pets and their owners here. Raintree Animal Hospital for the last few years has been declining in service, follow through, and care for my cat. Front desk staff seems extremely overwhelmed and have often been extremely short with me, especially Lilah. I remember three occasions in the past couple years she has given me pushback and resistance in a cold energy, while maintaining on the surface a sweet, yet not genuine, demeanor. She is a pro. So the providers that have seen my cat, have been overall good. The problem is communication. I enjoyed seeing K. Touran, DVM one of the vets and she is super sweet, she knows her stuff and is the reason I can't leave a 1 star here. My cat has seen multiple providers here, and information has gotten lost and convoulted in the process. The experience I've had overall is they have given me (and apparently many others) the perception that no one here actually has my animals best interests at heart. There are some major communication disconnects here. What's happening here is the doctors trust the front desk staff to provide a good experience for patients, but are not in tune with how clients are actually being treated by Lilah and several others on front desk team. I get the impression that some here get a sense of enjoyment from upsetting patients while remaining "calm and sweet." I prefer to do business with those who are genuine and customer focused. It's not about me coming in for an exam, the issues run much deeper than that. The reason they have this issue comes down to the front desk staff. Overall, I've had good experiences and not so good experiences here, but overall recently it has been a stressful and upsetting experience working with them. We live in a city with a high number of vet care options, fortunately.

They’ve taken great care of my pets, and when my cat died I got a hand written card that they all signed. … And even eight months later they surprised me with a custom Christmas ornament with her. The bereavement stuff isn’t the most important part of their work but it really landed. They’ll take good care of your four-legged people.

They suggested appropriate tests and worked in a timely manner. Experiencia fantástica: I noticed a gash on my pups face yesterday morning and immediately called my vet, however they could not accommodate us this morning (not their fault). I decided to call Raintree as I knew this would be more affordable than emergency vet care. Roxanne was incredibly kind and compassionate on the phone and answered all of my questions. When we arrived they took my Pema girl back right away. We were greeted by Kari and Dr. Lor and I quickly knew Pema was in great hands. They presented with so much compassion and empathy. I usually get so anxious when Pem is hurt, but I was so at ease because I could tell she would be in incredible care— and Pema herself seemed so relaxed and comfortable because of their calming energy. When we were discharged, the team wrote us a handwritten note saying how brave Miss Pema was and it absolutely warmed my heart. I knew they took care of my girl. Considering switching my vet services to Raintree because of this incredible service. Thank you for taking care of my girl!!

Experiencia fantástica: I love Raintree! I have been going to see them since about 2018 and they have always been great. They treat my cats with kindness and respect, as if they were their own pets! They even treat exotic animals with the same care. Lobby and examination rooms are always clean and bright. Every employee I've interacted with has always been very kind, even the doctors! I would highly recommend this veterinary hospital.

Experiencia negativa: This place has great reviews and they are building a new facility near us so we were excited to use them. Our cat was having ear issues so we took him in, while looking at him they saw a tooth that was infected and stated that his ear was related to the tooth. So we scheduled a very very expensive tooth surgery. The surgery went well on his tooth but his ear was not any better. On the follow up for his tooth, two weeks later, we asked about the ear again and they said we would need another appointment for that, that would be two weeks out. Luckily we stood up to them and made them look at the ear, the only doctor available was the owner and he admitted they misdiagnosed the ear. We were right, still infected! They gave us some antibiotics finally for the ear so we put the cat on the medication. Fast forward another month and the cats ear is now infected again. Mind you, This cat is almost 10 and has never had issues in the past. We call and they are too busy to get him in and recommend we go someplace else and pay full price, no consideration or compassion for their misdiagnosed issues in the past. So we paid over 2k for a tooth that may or may not have needed to be removed and still have a cat with a ear infection which is the reason we brought him in! He has now been suffering for 2 months and is still not better but we are out a lot of money. We even sent the tooth bill to our old vet who was amazing in Lone Tree and they said they were about $600 more than it would have been down there. Be careful, this place does not have your animals best interest in mind! An ear infection should be easy to diagnose and fix but here we are going to another vet and starting the process all over.

The cost of her medications were kind of costly & they let me know that, giving me the option to go for what's needed now instead of pushing me to pay for everything - luckily, she's doing much better now. Overall, the staff is kind & patient - they genuinely seem to love their jobs & love animals. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, especially for my pet.

After visiting other animal hospitals that didn't meet our expectations, we visited Raintree and were greeted by a welcoming and efficient staff. Nala's first annual check-up with Dr. Lu was very positive with Nala receiving loving and compassionate care. We are relieved to have found an excellent place for Nala to receive her annual check-ups and treatments.

The Vet's and tech's are friendly, knowledgeable, informative and laid back in the best way. Which to me equates to honest and genuine. They have always made me feel that they know and care about my pets sincerely. I have used Dr. Arnold as my main Veterinarian and when I've needed another Vet due to a schedule conflict or whatever, I leave thinking that they're all top notch and just cool. I won't go anywhere else and so thankful for them.

Experiencia fantástica: I really enjoy all of the staff at Raintree Animal Hospital. They really eared my trust when they allowed me to keep my cat Julio on the "no vax" list after he had a terrible reaction to his first vaccine due to his allergies. My other cat has received all of her vaccines from Raintree Animal Hospital. They always follow up with a call the next day to make sure the cats are doing okay with no averse reactions.

Experiencia fantástica: Raintree is the only vets office I will ever take my pets to. They are the most kind, caring and compassionate people. I've been taking my pets here for 7 years. Not only are they amazing for yearly wellness exams, but when my cat suffered a dog bite they let me take her in immediately, and called other vet hospitals for me to take her to for a specialized surgery. I cannot recommend them enough.

Experiencia fantástica: I already had an apt to establish care with my 11 week old pup. A few days prior to that apt, she started acting odd. Being worried, I took her in right away and they were able to accommodate and bring her to the back to examine her very quickly! They held onto her and ran some tests and monitored her for the day and released her later that afternoon. She was back to normal by the time I picked her up and they called me several times in between to give me updates on how she was doing and progressing. I thought they went the extra mile keeping in such close contact with her care. I knew she was in good hands. They gave me resources as well, since I just moved into town, which was so helpful! Wonderful experience, the staff was so kind, helpful, friendly and quick to respond. They even called me the next day to check in and see how she was doing!! So happy I found a great place to take care of Lee-Lou’s health for a long time to come! Excellent service and professionalism! Couldn’t be more impressed!

They can get an exam and a quick blood sample before he even knows what they are about and he's back in his carrier a happy camper. Experiencia fantástica: They give amazing care here. My previous Vet Clinic felt like they just wanted to sell me everything and provided no real answers to my dog's health concerns. I brought her in here recently after moving back up to Fort Collins and immediately felt comfortable with their recommendations for treating her issues (allergy related) that have been ongoing for a couple of years without any reasonable solutions from previous vet clinics. I am happy to say that her allergy issues have cleared up and it didn't require steroid shots, endless cycles of changing food brands, or snake oil. Sadly, I am moving out of the area again soon, but hopefully I will find another Vet Clinic as great as Raintree.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Touran was so thorough and kind. I received numerous calls updating me while my dog was being seen. Normally my chihuahua does not do well at the vet, but I was told he was very sweet and did super well, which makes me so happy! My first visit here was an emergency visit because I needed my dog seen asap. I was able to get in same day for cheaper than a regular emergency vet and my dog was seen very quickly. The staff were so kind and communicative. I just moved to Fort Collins and I picked this vet because of the high Google rating and based on what people said in their reviews. I am grateful to have found my dog a wonderful and affordable vet clinic. My boy is feeling better!

Experiencia fantástica: This place is really great with reptiles. Dr. Arnold has seen my tegu and savannah monitor. He is Very knowledgeable and very easy to talk too my tegu was injured from an accident. And Dr Arnold help him get alot better then what shape I brought him in as. Then I took my savannah monitor in. Ordered him off of a website he came inn in bad shape so we are working together to get him better but I couldn't do it with out this doctor he is determined and he don't just give up on these reptiles witch I really respect him for that. I will always trust my reptiles in his hands that's for sure.

The vet took her time during the exam, talked with me, discussed treatment options, helped me weigh the pros and cons, and did not rush me at all. I felt confident leaving there that we had the best treatment plan in place for my dog.

They now have all four of my pets as clients (a cat, two guinea pigs, and a puppy) and have been amazing every time. The staff are always excited to see the critters and provide excellent care. They have even been lgbtq friendly and made an effort to ask about my pronouns. 10/10 love this place

Experiencia fantástica: Wellness exam following the adoption of a 2 year old shelter dog: All staff from front desk to tech to doctor are courteous, caring and take the time to explain everything down to the last detail. Dr. Holwegner is caring and extremely knowledgeable; she took the time to answer all of my behavioral and medical questions and addressed each of my concerns. My dog did not get nervous or scared during the appointment at all and we left very happy with the service and care. Thank you, Dr. Holwegner and team at Raintree!!

Experiencia negativa: Did their job but without a doubt 100% will not be going back. Everything felt like a cash grab and not necessarily what was going to be best for our animal but best for their finances. Gave our new puppy heaps of cheese wiz to stay on the table while they gave her shots, and then insultingly let me know I needed to watch her calories when I am more than careful. Just overall not a good experience and way overcharged for the service. I personally, do not recommend unless you are looking to go broke and be offended all in one day.

Experiencia fantástica: I have had a great experience with all of the vets I have seen at Raintree. Most recently, I've been going through the process of getting my dogs ready for a move to Hawaii. Dr. Sheltren and her team spent over two hours with me at the first appointment assuring we had all our paperwork together and working to get a plan lined out to make sure my dogs didn't have to undergo quarantine on the island. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: I have had experience with this vet practice for over 10 years and 3 different animals. Wonderful, caring doctors and staff. We've entrusted them with euthanasia. We've had an experience where they caught a particularly devastating diagnosis. In my experience, they have a great attention to detail, and refer to specialists when necessary. We've used their boarding services as well, with good results. Dr. Arnold and Dr. Holwegner are my faves but everyone is top notch! Highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely love this clinic. We moved to West Fort Collins from another state in 2007 and always used them for our pets because it was close to home. When we moved to Windsor in 2019, we tried a couple of other vet clinics and it just wasn't the same. Every vet we've worked with at Raintree has been caring, thorough, and willing to spend time explaining the situation to us if our pet is sick. After experiences with the other clinics, we decided it was absolutely worth it to take our pets to the other side of Fort Collins because we trust these vets -- no question. They are exceptional and their staff is amazing. This is a quality clinic.

Experiencia fantástica: Went to Dr. Arnold to have my rat assessed for a lump on his shoulder. Could not be more impressed by his work and kind words. The first thing he did was tell me was how amazing my pet did and how much he enjoyed him. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and very kind. He also did a full physical exam checking him head to toe, taking his TPR, and making sure to keep me updated on the process- he went above and beyond. His techs were also extremely friendly and really showed a passion for helping my animal get well. If anyone needs an outstanding exotic/ small animal vet go see Dr. Arnold and his team!

I took my 7 year old Husky in today for a check up and shots and couldn't be happier with the experience. I fully expected for my fur baby to be traumatized and not talk to me for a week, but she loved the treats and the peanut butter distractions. I loved the way the vet and tech kept my dog's tail wagging the entire visit.

Explanations and discussions were not rushed all questions were answered. Recommendations were made for followup care within very reasonable timelines. Raintree was recommended by 3 sources and I am very happy I followed their advice. Looking forward to the next "non-emergency" visit :-)

Experiencia fantástica: I take my two lizards to Raintree and I have ever since we got our first one a year ago. They are always so great and take such great care of them. We drive 45 minutes to go here because of how much we like the service and the vet, Dr. Arnold. He is so knowledgeable and answers every question we may have. Absolutely love this vet office and will continue taking my animals here for a very long time.

Experiencia fantástica: I can't say enough good things about Raintree Animal Hospital! The staff is amazing! The front desk always gives me and my pets a warm welcome and is prompt at checking us in, scheduling appointments and being a line of communication between to the medical staff when I have questions. The technicians are always gentle and patient with my senior dog and also with my big nervous-nellie Mastiff. This really sets my mind at ease knowing that they are taking things slow and spoiling my pups with treats to make them less scared at the vet! Dr. Touran is absolutely wonderful! She has taken care of my dogs for years and I value her expertise and guidance when making decisions about their care. I trust that I am in great hands when I take my pets to Raintree and I know that I am getting excellent care for my babies.
