I love this place and the atmosphere is very relaxed and everyone so efficient. I can highly recommend this wonderful Animal hospital as a great place to have your pet registered. We were given thr option to wait in the lobby or to wait in a room, and let me tell you, with 2 puppies, having the option to let them be crazy together in a room instead of in a lobby with other animals is a blessing!! I am so grateful I found Moore Animal Hospital for my furry friends!!

Our previous vet felt heavy and dark and daunting when you would walk in…the energy here is a total 180. I’d compare them to the Dutch Brothers of vets always a good vibe and positive energy. The care our dogs have received has always been top notch as well, even when navigating some difficult medical concerns and conversations with our late senior pup. We always felt well informed and treated with compassion, and for that we are forever grateful. I would continue to recommend Moore to my friends and family.

Experiencia negativa: DON’T LET THE 5 STAR REVIEW FOOL YOU. They give a 25$ discount if you just blindly leave a 5 star review. I left the review for the discount and kept getting my cats treated here, and I wish I didn’t. They did treatments to my cat that I did not consent to (and I still had to pay for them). They also charged me for two annual exams within one month of eachother unnecessarily. They don’t take into account the financial situation of the owner when making recommendations. They also did not inform me of proper post-op procedures and literally right now I am with my cat at the emergency vet due to their negligence. I’m not a vet, I’m an engineer. I hope this message is helpful to the business and to others so we can all learn and be better. Overall, DO NOT FALL FOR THE FREE FIRST VISIT BECAUSE THEYLL JUST CHARGE YOU FOR IT ANYWAYS ON THE NEXT ONE.

Experiencia negativa: My experience here was shockingly unprofessional and immature. The juvenile behavior of Kayla the "assistant manager" left me speechless. We have 4 dogs and adopted a 5th from a shelter in California just before he was to be euthenized. I scheduled an appointment at Moore within an hour of his arrival at our home in Colorado for a full exam and workup because he was in rough shape. I came to the appointment prepared and provided a healthy sized stool sample for the exam. About a week later he was still experiencing diarrhea so I brought him back and they ran more tests. It turns out he had giardia, (highly contagious) but in spite of having a stool sample on the first visit they didn't test for giardia despite knowing his background, his condition, the environment he was in, and the fact that he was being brought into a home with 4 other dogs. Moore is also fully aware that we spare no expense when it comes to the health and well-being of our dogs. Heck, we paid for a private pet transport shuttle to drive our 5th adopted dog from CA to CO. Money is not an issue here. Needless to say I was quite displeased with Moore and the fact that they neglected to test for a parasite very common in shelter dogs when they knew he would be exposed to 4 other dogs in the home. When I first expressed my displeasure to Kayla her justification was that they "normally don't test for giardia" and "we try to minize expense for our clients". (Again, money has never been an issue here and they know it) I didn't find that a reasonable or justifiable defense given the facts presented above. After continuing to push Kayla on what I believed was negligence, her story then switched to "we didn't have a large enough stool sample to complete the other tests AND do a giardia test". This is where things escalated because it was obvious she was just throwing out random excuses and justifications for their negligence. I provided a sandwich bag at least 1/3 full and the guardia test only requires a very small sample. There was PLENTY of stool to run the test. She flat out lied to me in her effort to assuage and dismiss my concerns. Several weeks went by and one of our dogs needed to go to the vet so I told my partner that I'd take her. My partner then informed me that "Moore would prefer that you don't go there anymore because they felt disrespected". Are you kidding? Are we in elementary school? I'm no longer welcome at Moore because they dropped the ball and their oversight created a dangerous, unhealthy, situation for my other 4 dogs, it could have proven to be significantly costly to treat, and I dare to challenge them about it? First, never once did I behave in a hostile or disrespectful manner. (Keep in mind this all occurred over the phone). Did I question Kayla regarding what I saw as negligence? Your darn right I did. When Kayla responded with a bunch of weak excuses did I challenge her and hold my ground? You betcha. If Moore wanted to essentially ban me from their establishment because I dared to question their almighty wisdom, that message should have been delivered DIRECTLY to me by an owner or a senior manager, not an "assistant manager" and it was entirely inappropriate for them to use my partner as their nessenger. Injecting my partner into this fiasco to serve as Kayla's messenger is entirely unacceptable, unprofessional, cowardly, and quite frankly infantile. If Moore's staff cant handle being challenged for their mistakes, and their solution to the situation is to ban a customer with 5 dogs from their edtablishment, they seriously need to grow up and learn to act like adults. Conflicts happen. Resolve them like adults and move on!

Experiencia negativa: Sad to say my first impression was just cause I had to euthanize an animal. Thought I was impressed but realized its only cause I gave them 300 dollars a d euthanized a rat. A 2 rat appointment, 300 dollars. Treatment has been delayed and aweful compared to triple antibiotic for my rats. They are my everything. Theu do not care, theu do not have urgency. There is doctors gone for days at a time. Had an appointment in November of 2025 didnt recieve medication till after Xmas. Medication does less than triple antibiotic, 65 dollar meds vs 12 dollar. And lack of communication between Dr and hospital, causing delays in all forms. If u have a small animal do not do here. Just like all clinics they do not care about ur rat, ferris, guinea pig, mouse, none. Pocket pet clinic specialists, nooooooooooo. Rat owners do not

Experiencia fantástica: I saw Moore Animal Hospital online when I was looking for a vet for my new puppy. I was drawn in because I saw the first exam was free! I gave them a call and immediately the woman who answered was SO kind and friendly, I had so many questions and she answered them all. It came time to my appointment and I showed up and it was in a beautiful location, especially when it got darker and the whole area was lit up. The lobby was also gorgeous, the staff was so friendly. Our vet tech was Hailee, and she was so kind. Our doctor, Dr. Joseph’s was very thorough and friendly to my pup. I came home and immediately told my girlfriend that the vet was so great. We got a sweet little pic of my pup with a Santa stuffy and a whole binder with tips and tricks. I just think it’s a great place to take your animal! Highly recommend. Very happy I found them (:

Experiencia fantástica: This is a second review. Once again Moore animal hospital comes to the rescue!! I rescued a bully from noco animal adoption. Had a upper respiratory infection. He was treated for in there. Now starting last night it's back, so we called and the comfort is to not to panic. They would see him at noon today to help him. Thank God for amazing place for my dogs, WE LOVE MOORE ANIMAL HOSPITAL!! TOP NOTCH PLACE!! DON'T PASS IT UP, A LEAST STOP IN AND CHECK THEM OUT! WELL WORTH YOUR TIME AND YOUR PETS TIME TOO!! THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF!!!! They saved my BEST friend!! I have been to a few vets and done all kinds treatments, they could not fix his problems or did not catch the bladder stones. Called 40 to 50 vets and was told they don't do bladder stone removal or backed up till 2 too 5 months out and ER was told it was not an emergency when my dog had not peed in 24 hours. Called Moore and they said yes and took my best friend/ "kid" Toad in the same day and done some work/ temporary fix on him till he could get his surgery on Friday tomorrow. They saved his life. All the Moore crew and doctors are so clean, very professional, and super awesome at explaining what is going on with your pet, spot on keeping contact with you, including updates. And pet page really cool all the information on you pet is in the palm of your hand. Top notch vet care #1 vet. I would drive a few hours just to go there. Try them bet you keep going back to Moore Animal Hospital, I know I am!! Thanks Moore Animal Hospital crew for saving toad and doing his surgery!!! I'll post updates with him!

I asked the hospital if they had references for establishing vet care in the area and they informed me that Moore Animal Hospital is one of the best vet options in Fort Collins. When I called today to schedule my two pups' appointments, the staff person I spoke with was incredibly helpful in answering my questions and scheduling me right away for a visit.

Experiencia positiva: The staff are awesome. The location is convenient and the building is very nice. The prices are pretty much average as I called around. Just wish veterinary care for things like Dental ($600!) etc, wasn't so very expensive. But you love and care for your pets as children, so you do what you can.

Experiencia fantástica: Moore is a caring, gentle, client oriented animal hospital. I have been a client for nearly 50 yrs, been thru numerous changes in the practice over the years, wouldn't take my fur babies anywhere else.

Experiencia positiva: Everyone is friendly and kind, never had an issue with care. My only critique is inconsistency with scheduling and appointment reminders. Reminders are either overboard or vague with the appointment detail i.e vaccine vs annual exam. It’s helpful to know when calling for an appointment if we can complete the vaccine and annual in one visit vs finding out I need to come back in a month to complete the annual during the actual visit. Perhaps I just need to pay attention more but just the details could be fine tuned especially when doing an appointment schedule over the phone. Likewise, this also applies scheduling multiple pets for the same day. It’s much appreciated to know the details for all when I can bring all or some of my pets. Thanks for all your hard work! It’s a lot to juggle I’m sure. (:

RicketyKricket & MeowMeow they take care of me too (they also let me watch Star Wars episode 3 in the lobby and I know some people will argue but I believe episode three is the best of all of them followed closely by Empire strikes back and rogue one I guess I also need to add the Obi-Wan series which really explains the darkness of Darth Vader) anyway everyone at Moore is absolutely great!

My poor baby Gizmo and I a week and a half ago with attacked by a pitbull and it happened to break her arm and mess me up pretty good too. This place is amazing. This is most highest hospital I've ever been to. The hospitality the kindness and all the pretty ladies there were absolutely amazing. Being my first time at Moore, I was nervous leaving my cat but as soon as I walked in, we were treated like we have been going there for years. I never felt rushed, everyone took the time to answer my many questions. Communication was amazing and I was kept in the loop before and after my cat's procedure. It is obvious that the staff loves working there. I highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful experience!! I’ve been going to Moore Animal Hospital for about two years now and every visit has been pleasant. They have the friendliest staff and knowledgeable doctors (Dr. Dondero is my primary vet and she’s amazing!), they take the time to discuss situations/results so I never feel rushed, and I always get a follow up message to check in after a visit. Aside from normal check-ups, any emergency requests I’ve had have been answered with an incredible sense of urgency. I have two senior 5 lb dogs; making sure they get proper care is a top priority and I’m grateful to have the Moore team looking out for my girls!

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone is always very friendly, and you can tell they care about their patients. All of the doctors are lovely, and knowledgeable, and never try to push procedures, or sell products. They are also wonderful about scheduling. One of my pups has had surgery at Moore, and several of my animals have had dentals, and were treated with so much care.

Experiencia fantástica: I recently switched from another vet to Moore Animal Hospital and after one visit I’m confident we’ve found our place. First of all, they caught an eye issue that had never been brought up to me in the past by any other vets. When talking about dental issues they didn’t just give me general advice, they gave me product recommendations and explained how to work up to brushing teeth without the fighting that we have at home (my dog does NOT enjoy his mouth being touched). On top of all of this, we were able to do an early detection blood test for all sorts of things, which gives me so much comfort as my dog is getting into his senior years. They are truly so sweet and welcoming and explained everything thoroughly. Good prices, a beautiful facility, and staff members who seemed to truly care from start to finish were wonderful. Best experience I’ve had at a vet in the area thus far. Well worth the drive for us (plus there is a Dutch Bros nearby so we can stop for a pup cup after).

Experiencia fantástica: We took our elderly cat, Willow, in today for some concerns we were having, and from the very beginning the care was excellent. They even caught something with our cats vision that had been missed before- not to mention how kind everyone here is. Receptionist was warm and welcoming, the tech was sweet, knowledgeable and so friendly, and the doctor was knowledgeable and kind. When it came time to discuss the balance, the team presented us with tons of different opportunities which was unbelievably kind. I couldn’t recommend the team here more!

Experiencia fantástica: this is the most accommodating vet office I've ever been too. the doctor and tech were both really great talking us thru everything and when we were figuring out how to pay the vet bill they gave us opportunities to lower the cost slightly to help us out a bit. really great vet office overall!

Whether it’s finding the right medication for my wheelchair-bound dog with DM or recommending shampoos for my other pup with alopecia, they’re always available to answer questions and offer guidance.
