Experiencia fantástica: This weekend we had to take our cat in for a medical emergency. The doctor and team caring for our cat were kind, patient, communicative and empathetic. The care was detailed and placed our animal at the center of the next steps for what was best for him. We had to wait a bit but they were very up front on the phone and as we entered the clinic. The exceptional care was worth the wait.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a late night emergency with my dog. She was limp, a dry but runny nose. Hot ears and scratchy paw pads. Which all together was terrifying. But I gave them a quick call and they were able to fit me right in. I live about 50+ miles away. But they still had room to fit me in. They were so kind to me and my dog. They answered all my questions and took such good care of my baby girl. I can't thank then enough for all their help and patience. They truly understand how nerve wracking it is to not know what's wrong with your pet. So their empathy and compassion is incredible. I highly recommend them.
Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely LOVE Blue Pearl and the staff! We went through chemo with our beloved beagle, Chip. It was an emotional journey and everyone there made us feel cared for and loved. We had a few times where emergency care was needed and they always found a way to fit us in to their busy schedule. I felt like Chip was a celebrity and they all adored him. The day we had to say good bye to Chip, the regular staff was not there, but we still received the care and comfort we had always gotten. I miss the staff. They felt like good friends. I will forever remember and appreciate the care and compassion we received during and after our visits and Chip's passing. THANK YOU, BLUE PEARL! UPDATE: Have gone back recently with Chip's brother, Link, for his odd immune disorder. We were immediately helped, everyone remembered me as "Chip's dad," and Link was successfully helped! I can't say enough GOOD about BluePearl! It's like my 2nd family.

Our Coco was diagnosed with a protein ailment and was given a month to live 7 months ago, however the care at BluePearl has helped her. She plays and interacts with the other pets as she use to.

She was diagnosed in about an hour or so with a treatable condition. My wife and I were impressed with the care and attitude of the staff' The facility is newer and works great. Experiencia fantástica: I got my Dio when he was 6 months old from a rough home. I spent years working with him on his anxiety and aggression. He was just a big lover boy under his trauma and he was my world. I spent 4, almost 5 amazing and loving years with him. The employees at Blue Pearl made sure I was comfortable and I was given every option for my situation. I really appreciate the help I received and the way they handled my situation with grace. Dr. Goodman is a wonderful human being, he was supportive and kind through the entire process, when it came time to decide to let my baby boy go, he talked me through every step and made sure I was given the time I needed with my cat. I will forever be grateful to the amazing employees at this vet hospital, they helped me let my boy go with dignity and love. Thank you everyone for everything, that day was very difficult for me and the grief is even more difficult, but to know my baby got to go in my arms peacefully, that will always bring me peace. I recommend this place to anyone who wants compassionate and caring vet teams to take care of their fur babies. They care and they want to help.

Experiencia fantástica: Our sweet boy broke a bone in his leg and we had to come in after 12 am. The girls there were so nice, they helped us in every way, they explained everything to us and made sure we were understanding. We also got locked out of our car when coming in, they let us stay and figure out how to get home (at 3 am), they also let us keep our car there while we figured it out. Great staff, excellent help!

Experiencia negativa: I’m sure the care and surgery here is fine. But I ended up paying over $200 for a “consult” that was basically just the vet telling me the surgery (TPLO) was $6800. I already knew my dog needed surgery. Had they simply given me a price quote prior to the consult, I would have never even wasted my time. Other local vet surgeons charge 4500-5000 including Iowa State University (leading vet surgeons/school). I called around after getting the sticker shock from BP. Left the office feeling a little scammed. Vet and tech took about 10 mins. Xrays had already been sent. Could have been a phone call!

Experiencia fantástica: We arrived around 5:30am to bring our cat. They immediately started taking action on documentation and questions about what was happening to our cat. The doctor was really helpuful explaining the situation and providing all the information to us. Gave us options to run some blood labs. When the results came out, she explained again everything that was related to the labs. Of course we were new pet parents, and we didnt know a lot of things. She walked us through the issues very patiently. We brought our cat back home with medicine. Our cat is now doing much better. What I did like is that they give us a positive option for our ill cat. That put a piece of mind on us because we werent unsure of his future.

Experiencia fantástica: Called and took my GSP in for ingesting an unknown amount of pills. After consultation with Animal Poison Control (long wait on hold and cost 89.00), they will talk with Blue Pearl for treatment. Everyone was friendly and treated him over 3 hours and I picked him up. Expensive, but what do you do when it's your fur baby!

Experiencia fantástica: Our cat needed emergency care at midnight a few days ago and Blue Pearl was the closest 24/7 vet. When I called they were very helpful. They said it was busy and it might be a few hours, but that someone would check out my cat when I got there to make sure he got the care he needed. When I arrived, a vet was there for triage and they looked at my cat within five minutes. We were there for a few hours, but that was with lots of testing and other animal emergencies going on. Overall it was a good experience and they took great care of our cat.

Experiencia negativa: It sucks that this place is the only emergency 24/7 animal hospital around Cedar Rapids (if there’s another then I’m unaware.) My kitty was having an emergency and was rapidly going downhill so I went in last week. They prescribed her medications that wouldn’t even help anything, just prescribed it to control pain and keep her sedated. They told me that with what’s going on it shouldn’t get any worse and shouldn’t get in the way of her quality of life. After that, my kitty started to continue to decline in health to the point I started to worry if she was going to make it through the night last night. I called them at 2am, described the situation, told them my financial situation and they said the most they could do was euthanize my cat for free. I told them that is not an option and that I am going to get a second opinion. I went and got the second opinion, only to find out that what they told me is NOT the cause of why my kitty was as sick as she was. I got charged by blue pearl over $300 to be lied too and it also almost costed my cat her life. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with them either, one visit did end up costing one of my other cats their lives. The receptionists are amazing and actually deserve better than what they are getting.

Experiencia fantástica: I accidentally gave my dog the wrong medicine and poison control said she had to go to an emergency vet immediately. When I called BluePearl, they were very informative and helpful. When I arrived, they attended to her quickly and were very thorough when describing my options. They gave me a range of what the costs could be and it was not going to be cheap. But I couldn't just let her die due to my mistake. So she spent the night being treated for the overdose. I was happy that it was only 24 hours, not the 48 - 72 they said it could be. The doctor and staff were incredibly kind and friendly. I was told I could call or visit at any time and I felt they were genuine about it. I called with several questions during the course of her stay and was always treated respectfully. I knew they were watching her closely based on tbe descriptions they would give me of her behavior. The good news is that her stay was short and the cost was less than the range they had told me. I would absolutely recommend BluePearl to anyone!! I hope I don't need emergency services in the future, but if I do, I will definitely come here!

Experiencia fantástica: I had a wonderful experience with blue pearl after one of my dogs was bitten. They did a very quick and efficient triage over the phone, got me in, and I was able to be seen immediately. I know that that’s not always the case, as the waiting room became crowded when I left, but they were very quick and efficient. There was no nonsense or bluster, and they were very upfront about the cost of the entire time. I paid just under $300 to have my dog’s wounds cleaned and antibiotics and multiple painkillers prescribed. I’m very very satisfied with my service. Everyone was cordial and polite, but efficient and effective.

I recently had to schedule an appointment coming from Dubuque with an internist there and she couldn’t have been nicer and gave me so much of her time to answer my questions and go over what needed to be done next with my doggy. Experiencia negativa: My dog was hit by a car on Sunday. I called ahead to Blue Pearl Cedar Rapids to let them know we were coming. I got a recorded message that said they were currently closed if it is an emergency to call Blue Pearl Des Moines location or Iowa State University. So No they are not a 24/7 emergency service at this location.
Experiencia negativa: This is the worst vet in iowa!! I took my dog in their and it was a long wait while my dog was laying their sobbing in pain cause he had a blockage in his intestines and no other people were their and so finally they got my dog and they wanted 500 for exrays and 10 thousand for a surgery and bodily fluids. I said no so i called Anamosa vet hospital and they did 68 dollars for a exray and aultra sound so we did it and then they only wanted 100 for a surgery the best vet is Anamosa by far

Experiencia fantástica: Staff were quick and understanding, though I received some Sad news about my animal, they still kept to a proffesional level as well as giving me a little space and time to gather my bearings. They explained a great deal to me on what was affecting my animal, what could and could not be done, and a few of their other services as well as pointing towards a university in the worst case for my pet. Experiencia negativa: Brought my puppy in because he was uncontrollably peeing every 20 minutes or so just constantly all day to the point where he was laying down and just peeing not knowing what he was doing so I brought him in I called them before hand and explained the situation and told me to bring him in so i do the make veterinarian comes in and i explain what’s going on then proceeds to belittling me telling me i should have just waited to take him to is normal vet then goes on and says he’s a death dying veterinarian not a behavioral veterinarian who says that to someone who brought there animal in because they are worried I am beyond upset and would never bring a animal here again.. staff were great the vet was just rude

Experiencia fantástica: I inherited my almost 20 year old sweet lady from my parents. After a year she had a medical emergency and we rushed her to BluePearl in the middle of the night. As someone who had never had experience with the vet or having a pet euthanized, I could not have been blessed with a better pet hospital for my baby. Saying goodbye for now to my furry family member was devastating but they could not have made the process much easier. The team saw her immediately and did what they could. They were honest and had fair pricing. They were very thorough in explanation, answered all of our questions and gave us more than enough time to hold her and let her know how much she was loved. This was very hard for me but they made it easier and it was comforting to know there were experts doing the best they could. They offer different options and a few different cremation packages so you won’t feel overwhelmed with how you will take them home if that is the way things go. I would recommend this amazing team to anyone who might need emergency or specialty care for their fur babies. It was worth the 30 min drive and every penny. I really can’t thank them enough for helping our pet of 20 years transition peacefully and without judgement. It was also surprising to receive a sympathy card from the team in the weeks after. Simply a superb hospital and staff.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was so thoughtful and caring during such a stressful time, they took such great care of my cat and were available for any questions or concerns that I had. Would highly recommend them for any pet emergency.
Experiencia negativa: I was not pleased with aspects of my dogs care. I was out of town and my friends were caring for her. She has had recurrent urinary tract infections and got the symptoms she always gets when she has a uti- frequency, fever, lethargy, nausea, no appetite. We knew she was having infections because she may have bladder cancer but she was old and I didn’t want to put her through treatment. Because her fever was so high and their schedule didn’t allow them to treat her, my ordinary vet sent her to Blue Pearl. The vet was kind but I felt was not able to focus on the most likely cause of her symptoms and instead did extra tests like looking at her heart “because her respiration was so high” and getting off track on her enlarged heart which is common for her breed and was likely to be chronic and not the cause of her symptoms. She also recommended that my elderly sick dog go immediately to a Iowa State for a full work up for all the things that were found on the extra tests - how were my friends going to manage that??? When I was able to talk with the vet- who was VERY nice- I had to redirect her to focus on the cause of her acute symptoms. That was of course after all the extra tests were done. I don’t need to be be shamed for feeling like it’s wrong to put an elderly dog with sun downing through a 2 hr. drive and be in an ICU and terrify her for what may be her last days rather than with my friends who are like family to her. The vet said “its already X amount of dollars just for tests and I haven’t even begun to treat her.” Treat her? Give her antibiotics and something for pain! That’s not complicated. There was an implication that just calculating her pain meds dose was going to be quite an effort and costly- and this being a phone conversation didn’t help our communication which wasn’t the vets fault. I wish vets would be more conscious of what tests they do and their billing, and in an emergency situation to focus on first things first- treat the reason she is so sick. She said she could not give any IV fluids because he heart was enlarged - Wasn’t this supposed to be an emergency facility? I have to credit the vet with being kind, but I didn’t feel good about the medical rationale. Positives: I WAS pleased with how quickly she was seen and in the explanation for the needed care the vet gave my friends after I redirected her to please focus on her obvious acute infection and her pain, and pleased with general kindness- which is very important. In summary- if my experience is representative- you may need to ask them to focus on the most important things and have strong boundaries on referrals for a 10,000-15,000 dollar ICU stay for an elderly dog.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve taken my Dane Mix a couple times for a heart condition . All of the staff is kind, educated and well spoken. When given a diagnosis we were told not just what was wrong but why, everything was explained throughly and it really took a lot of the fear away. Highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: I love this place! My dog had a yeast infection in both ears. He never showed any discomfort or indicated anything was wrong, so I was completely unaware of the problem until the infection caused a hematoma to form on one of his ears. Naturally, this occurred after hours, so off to Blue Pearl we went! He was there for 3 hours while they did the exam, anesthetized him, cleaned both ears, drained the hematoma, & sent him home with 3 medications. The bill for all of this after hours care was $600, about the same as it would have been at his regular vet. When you consider that, along with the fact that they are available 24/7, Blue Pearl is a true gem, & we are grateful for the services they provide. Thank you.

CareCredit can help, apply for CareCredit ahead of time if you have pets, get set up now. Once paid, they performed blood transfusions and took Devin from going into shock to going home (in a fragile state) within 72 hours. Experiencia fantástica: When my dog ate a bunch of raw bread dough on Thanksgiving Day, we needed emergent care for her. BP had a full house of other animals, but they quickly took care of our pup. The wait was a bit long— I’m sure they were working with her and we just weren’t apprised of the timeline—so a bit more communication throughout the time they had her in the back would’ve been really helpful. But other than that, the staff was helpful and kind and they were really sweet to our dog and nice to us. We expected to pay a premium on a holiday, and the overall cost was on track with my expectations. So it was nice not to be shocked by a big price tag. And our pup is feeling much better!!

Called them my dog was having Epilepsy, they took care him and Meds put him like crazy with anxiety and very hyper barking and hasn't sleep in over 30 hrs, usually he loves to sleep and he is very quiet and happy dog. We are trying to resolve, called then back and told me We had to contacted his Vet even thou they were the ones who prescribe the Epilepsy meds. They are good for emergency.. I think the Prices are super exaggerated

The staff were very kind, helpful, and caring while they worked with him and he pulled through just fine. They were very good at communicating what they found and how to help him finish recovering after he received treatment. Experiencia fantástica: Our English Bull Leo got CHF congestive heat failure. He had labored breathing and diarrhea. We were greeted by concerned, friendly staff. We were asked by the vet on Leo's symptoms, a series of tests needed to be done. They gave us a financial estimate, so we left Leo there for the tests. We went back to pickup Leo were explained in detail the test results and the diet he needed to be on as well as a few bottles of medication. Blue Pearl is not the cheapest but they are worth every cent. Thank you Blue Pearl for your love, expertise and relieving our Leo's discomfort he is happy and healthy we have our little lover boy back. ❤️

The staff are so sweet and kind, but the male Veterinarian came in.. stating that pretty well the only option for my dog was to put her to sleep, without saying it… in a round about way. Tried to sit and belittle me, and correct me, rudely while I was reading off my dogs meds she’s on for her heart. Very snappy, no bed side manners. Tried to make me feel like a low life because I am ‘ keepibg my dog alive, to suffer’ when I could be driving to Illinois and paying 15k for a surgery to help her. Explained I don’t have that kind of money, and I’m already dang near 10 grand into her care, right now. Her cardiologist and regular routine vet doesn’t agree with anything this man stated I needed to do, and I stated this. He told me that my vet and cardiologist must not be explaining the actual facts of how she’s going to die regardless from CHF, and I need to come to terms with that? Kept explaining to me she’s lived her life expectancy…. She’s been at the vet regularly and is being managed well. I felt his words were downright disgusting, the way he treated me as a broken person… scared I’m losing my best friend was UTTER TRASH!! I would never recommend this place as far as HE GOES. Mocking me, belittling me, and making me feel less than. I also was very confused as I’m sitting there nearly in tears after having cried my entire way to Cedar Rapids, from Iowa City… just to get her there, to be informed she needs to be put down. So when he was asking me questions, I got confused on one where he asked me her prognosis… and I stated I didn’t understand the question, for him to mock and almost laugh at me for being distraught and not understanding. He made me feel so small, and I’ve never wanted to get up and slap someone so bad. I’m angry, my nerves are messed up tonight. Forced me into an x ray my vet just took 2 days prior.. talked to me with nothing but DISRESPECT!! I don’t know any other doctors there - but not a single vet I’ve ever dealt with have ever been so hard on me, and try to push me so hard to do something so stupid. I’m now home with our little girl, and she’s beating the crap out of her brother… she needed put down? She’s trying so hard to live, and I’ll do anything to keep my baby going. They should be there for the pets, and to support the families of the pets. That man is just VILE. The other staff as I stated were all so kind and supportive. But I’ll never attend that vet clinic again. I’ll drive the extra distance, anytime!

Experiencia fantástica: Wow, I can’t say enough positive things about my experience at Blue Pearl. Thanks to them my senior goldendoodle is getting another chance at life. One day prior my dog was being treated for pneumonia, we had her seen at another vets office that highly suggested that she either be euthanatized that day on the spot or by the latest the next day. We decided to get a second opinion. We came into Blue Pearl as an emergency visit and saw the most kind, empathetic, knowledgeable vet I could have ever hoped for. She laid out all of our options very clearly along with any expense that might come with it. She knows her stuff and explained in detail what our dog was going through. We decided to keep going with meds and implemented all of her suggestions for supportive care- including feeding in a Bailey chair (pictured). Our dog did a complete 180. On our one week follow-up our dog was given more imaging and no more pneumonia and no signs of cancer (which was suspected by the previous vet.) Thank goodness we didn’t follow the orders of the previous vet to euthanize and we will hopefully have our pup in our lives for much more time to come.

Received immediate care, for what could be done, and gave us meds and special dietary food both dry & canned to be taken home. They were kind, and informative, very clear in explaining all info, giving us options for moving forward. Experiencia fantástica: October 1, 2025, we had to put our beloved Carmen down unexpectedly. The staff working that night had more than just the customer service kind of friendly, they had the human aspect of friendliness as well. We will forever be grateful with how we were treated while we were there that night, and how they sent a card in the mail with a very heartfelt message ❤️. Thank you all so much Blue Pearl staff. A special thank you to the vet, vet techs, and the receptionist who all had a hand in helping us through such a difficult time that night ❤️. Also, about 1 week prior to having to put Carmen down, our other cat, Jasper, was seen by them as well. We called ahead and they had a 4-6 hour waiting period, but they said to bring him in right away, and they would squeeze him in because he had a life threatening medical emergency. They found he had stones and crystals on his bladder/urine, and they admitted him overnight with a catheter. They held him until our regular vet opened so they could perform the necessary surgery for Jasper (Blue Pearl can perform the procedure, but it’s much cheaper at your regular vet). Jasper had his surgery and he is feeling so much better thanks to Blue Pearl finding out what was wrong. So, thank you again Blue Pearl, for saving Jasper’s life!! Love, The Buchanan Household

Experiencia fantástica: It was wonderful. Elvis is on the way to recovery quite nicely. Discharge instructions were clear and questions were answered. You could tell staff is great with animals. The only thing was when I was waiting the people in the next room must have gotten bad news because there was quite a bit of weeping. It really upset me having lost animal companions in the past. Maybe separate people apart? Maybe that was all the rooms available. Overall it was a very positive experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Took our 20 year old cat in and they treated her amazingly! It was Friday night so they were slammed but they dealt with it so well! We were there for about 4 hours which was to be expected because that’s what they told us.
Experiencia positiva: I went in for non-emergency, but my cat was in pain. Sat for about 2 hours. I was separated from my cat, who was scared - and I sat in a loud waiting room. For 1.5 hours I dealt with anxious dogs being checked in a few feet from me. Combine that noise with a musical playing and families crying in the patient room attached to the waiting room made for a pretty heavy negative experience. TLDR Uncomfortable if you have any type of anxiety with dogs to be in their waiting room. Hindsight I should have stepped outside and had them call me. Actually - maybe let people have their nonemergent terrified cats outside so neither of us are alone and dealing with anxious dogs. I am thankful - but frustrated with the overall experience.

Experiencia negativa: Worst place ever. Took our cat in to get medical help 7 years old and they wouldn't allow us to stay with our cat. I warn them he is mean to people he dont know. So they take the carrier back and once we was in a room waiting for a doctor to let us know whats wrong with him. There employee who needs to be fired from her job comes in and doesn't tell us what is wrong with our cat and said they examined him and its time to put him down. Im like excuse me. We demanded that they give us our cat back and had 911 ready to call. The employee then said oh im sorry i made a mistake there is another cat they had looked at and mixed them up and that our cat wasnt even looked at. They tell us they looked at our cat and then say they didn't. That employee caused extreme health issues to me and yes got home our cat ate drank went pee and i have a vet to look at him soon. On another note they also over meditated a kitten and killed it a few years back. Thank you for the heartbreak they did to my parents kitten.

Killed our cat 430$ dollars and when calling trying to ask simple yes or no questions about the life or death of my dog they can’t answer since they aren’t getting an arm and leg from you first. If they really cared about animals they would shut this place down or make it non profit. They don’t care about your pets unless you have indescribable amount of money and it’s gross.

Experiencia fantástica: Nobody likes having to go to the emergency vet. We are already upset for our 4 legged kids, and we do know that we will have to pay more, but we need them to feel better. I can say that every single employee I came in contact with was very kind, empathetic, and knowledgeable . They immediately took my dog to start triage and I explained he had a “mess on his bottom” as well as on my light colored brand new car seats. They immediately grabbed me a garbage bag, paper towels and cleaning supplies so that I could get that cleaned up. I appreciated even that small “gift”. As the night went on, there were some more critical friends who obviously needed taken care of ahead of us (as I would hope they would do if the role was reversed, and just like in the ER for us 2 legged friends), but they still tried very hard to communicate as they could. They explained what was wrong, what options we had, and explained what happens if we wait to see our regular vet. They gave pain meds as needed to keep him comfortable until the next step and explained our interim aftercare as well. I don’t want to “have to” recommend any emergency anything, but am very thankful they are here for our kiddos, and I do recommend them because we totally need them!
Experiencia fantástica: Had a very serious health issue with my dog. It was the weekend, and I could not get in to see my regular vet, so I took her to BPPH. They got her in really quick and diagnosed her within an hour, even after doing blood tests and an ultrasound. My dog had to have emergency surgery ASAP and they set it up so she could get it done that night with another vet. BPPH is a GREAT Hospital with Excellent staff.

Experiencia positiva: Fast and efficient service. The only 24-hour vet in the area (it's in Cedar Rapids, but it's not far from Iowa City). The staff are very friendly and attentive. Clean consultation rooms and “individual” waiting areas in case your pet's appointment takes longer than expected, so you don't have to wait in reception.

Experiencia fantástica: I rushed my dog in for a cut on his leg that needed stitches. The staff there were so calm when I came in, while I was in a panic. They got him stitched up and taken care of within a few hours. They also provided great after care instructions. I was also able to call the next day and get a text back within the hour on his swelling. They have given me peace of mind throughout this process. He is now resting and hopefully on the road to recovery.

Experiencia positiva: Thought my cat may have a urinary blockage and nobody in town could get him in, so I drove an hour here and they thankfully got me in. I did have to wait about 8 hours total for them to do an ultrasound, and urinalysis. I understand they’re busy and there’s lots of emergencies that come in that trump our own pets emergencies sometimes, but the communication wasn’t the best. The staff were all nice and pleasant. They didn’t take his temperature during their quick exam, but had they, they would’ve noticed my cat had an anal abscess which was causing his pain. My vet in town figured things about without any tests, machines, etc. in about 10 minutes this morning…they will get you in, in the case of an emergency which is nice, and they do seem really caring either the animals that come through the door, as well as the stressed and emotionall owners who walk in those doors.

They super glued her ear and only gave her something to take off the edge as she is an older dog. Cost was fine. It was less than I expected for an emergency vet. Thank you so much for helping Jessie Bella. Well one week later we were back in. Heelers as such self destructive doggies. Again nothing but praise. Two staples this time. Again they said Jessie was the best heeler they have seen. I love the people at this place but seriously pray I can stay out of here for a bit.

The wonderful staff at BluePearl kept our cat overnight to evaluate him. Dr Schmidt called me about 2am recommending surgery to drain an abscess. Experiencia fantástica: This afternoon we took our 17 year old precious Simba to the Blue Pearl Pet Hospital. We were very pleased with the friendly, professional service in a timely manner. After examining Simba, Dr. Roa came in and did a thorough job of explaining his findings and the recommended treatment plan. After that we knew Simba was in the best care we could have asked for. It’s too bad our beloved pets can’t have a great staff and pet hospital in every community. A huge thank you to Dr. Roa and the support staff at the Blue Pearl Pet Hospital. Praying our loving Simba will return to us in a few days and make a speedy recovery.

Experiencia fantástica: I cannot say enough good things about the staff and the level of care at this hospital. My cat very unexpectedly got sick and I had to make the decision to go through testing and treatment (for not much guarantee) or to have the staff assist her in going peacefully. Throughout the entire process, the staff led with care and understanding. I never once felt rushed in saying goodbye or shamed in my decision. The Vet reassured me that choosing to have her go peacefully was valid and ok. Their care didn't end when she passed. The staff member who came to bring her back, after she passed, treated her with such respect and dignity. I was blown away today when I received a sympathy card that was PERSONALLY signed by the staff. They truly helped to make the best out of an awful situation and showed just how much they care in every part of my experience there
