Experiencia fantástica: We took our kittys and grandkitty to see Dr, Devine. She's absolutely amazing. She treats each pet as if it was her own. She is kind,caring and listens to you and our kittys are so good with her. We will continue to go to Sioux Nation Vet Clinic as staff is wonderful too.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been taking my 3 pets to Sioux Nation for some time now. Easy to make an appointment staff are always very pleasant and professional and the veterinarians are always nice and patient answers all my questions and takes very good care of pets.

Experiencia fantástica: I brought my dog in for her annual and they suggested we do a dental surgery. I was nervous but they did a great job explaining everything. They made sure she was healthy enough to go under and were so clear in expectations, costs, pre-op and post-op instructions. They communicated before drop off, after surgery, at pick up, and even called to check in on her at home post-op. I never felt pressured or rushed and knew what to expect every step of the way. After surgery she is like a brand new dog- I had no idea she was even in pain before surgery. I’m so grateful for the excellent care we receive at Sioux Nation Pet Clinic.

Experiencia fantástica: After an awful experience at a different vet clinic I luckily came here for a second opinion about a mass on my dog's neck. All said and done I got him vaccinated, the mass removed and biopsied, and other blood work checked for roughly $600. The other clinic was trying to charge $1,600 and wouldn't have included the blood work or biopsy. They were all very professional and very helpful, also willing to work with me on treatment options that I could realistically afford. Overall would highly recommend. They are very busy tho so come in on time or early.

Experiencia negativa: My cat went in for uti and a nail tripping. They damn near declawed my cat. She was in so much pain when she got home. They kept her for several hours AND uthinized her! Charged over 200, didnt give her anything but supposedly one shot only with no medication to bring home and now its been a week and she still has a uti!

Experiencia negativa: Genuinly one of the worst vet clinics i have ever experienced. They consistently tske advantage of my 70yo mil. Lie about procedures and treatments just to make a buck. Im truly dissapointed and i truly hope to see a lawsuit for their absolute lack of ethics. Do not trust their diagnosis' or treatments plans. Get a second and 3rd opinion. They will give antibiotics for tumors that are actually fatal, also with my other baby they told me he had cancer and perscribed medication for years before i got another vet and found out theyre easily removable non invasive skin tags. Truly truly not even worth calling it a vet clinic, its just a money making scheme. Everything that comes out of this place should be second guessed and audited.

Experiencia fantástica: I was in town bird hunting and needed a prescription filled for the dogs. Sioux Nation vet was easy as pie to call up and send the prescription. No worries.

Experiencia fantástica: I took in a stray cat the night before the walk in shot clinic was going on and was able to have him vaccinated and tested for feline leukemia the next day! They were able to neuter and microchip him the next week. It was a very good experience. They took such great care of him and even sent him home with a really nice velcro adjustable cone in case he decided to mess with his incision site. He didn't need it, but I'm going to hang on to the cone for the the future.

I bring my cats for their annual rabies/distemper vaccines and nail trims, all for a pretty significant discount. The cats also receive their regular care from this clinic. The staff are always friendly and try to work with you, and the vets are fantastic with my pets. I've never had any issues or concerns with any member of staff at this clinic.

When my girl was diagnosed with cancer, she talked me through everything & even called me in the evening after her surgery to check in. When I bring one dog in she asks how the others are doing by name. She knows each of their personalities and works with how they are comfortable to provide their care. We are so SO thankful for her!

Experiencia fantástica: Where to begin: desk staff do the best they can when it's busy to accommodate everyone quickly, nurses do whsts needed to provide the scariest care of them all shots it's one thing with humans but dogs that's a whole another level. Just like kids they never forget shots. They do the best to make them comfortable as possible. The Vets provide best care to try to make sure our pets in good health if not. Do everything possible to save them or bring them back to health. They have a small retail shop selling dog food not sure bout cats but with dogs quality dog food right there. Groomer is nice quick efficient when we brought our cats in. Recommended.

Experiencia negativa: Terrible customer service. We have used Sioux Nation for 12 years, and when my dog needed to be seen last minute for pink eye they would not see her. Waited 8 minutes on hold to be told they can't see her and that I should call elsewhere.

Everyone is always so kind and friendly when you call with a concern. Recently, I had my 7 month Zuchon neutered and it was stress free. He is healing well thanks to their level of care.

Experiencia negativa: Never have I ever been treated so poorly than I was today at this vet clinic. This is our households regular vet and I stopped in today to get my 2 cats and dog vaccinated at the shot clinic. When I arrived with my 2 cats in carriers and my husky along with my 4 year old, I realized I needed help getting my pets into the clinic. I also need to note 1 of my cats has a lifelong health condition that makes her not a happy camper, my other cat has anxiety and my dog doesnt get along with other dogs(just cats). I called and briefly explained my situation and the receptionist told me to leave my pets in the car while I stood in line(extended into the parking lot). I stood in line with my dog around 10 minutes realizing it's too hot to keep my cats in the car(68° but I have a black car and I don't keep my car running if I'm not in it). So I get back in my car with my child and dog and kick in the air conditioning for everyone. I call the clinic back explaining in more detail my situation(Pet's problems/child is too little to help carry in pets/don't feel safe leaving my car running so don't want to leave pets inside car/etc.) I asked if I could get help carrying in my 2 cat carriers even if it's just to stick them in the corner somewhere of the building so I can stand in line with my dog and child(already lost previous spot in line for this). The only "advice/help" I was given was to leave my pets in the car because "they can't fast track me to the front of the line". I explained I'm not looking for jumping first in line, just help carrying in my 2 cats just so they don't have to sit in a hot car. I was told yet again they can't jump me 1st in line. I felt absolutely disrespected and not listened to. We will be looking for a new vet and will not be returning back. If an HR personal sees this, feel free to contact me(you guys have my info) if you guys need to in regards to closing out our households account with your clinic or whatever needs to be done with that.

I go to the vaccine clinic, which is pretty smooth, and the prices are discounted. I've also gotten several labs and visits for several things for my older min pin mix. I feel self conscious about calling with questions sometimes, but they have always been kind and patient with me. I highly recommend sioux nation pet clinic for your pets.

Experiencia fantástica: This last experience was probably my best. Initially, I was annoyed that I needed to bring him in for a reoccurring problem. I just needed medication. I reluctantly brought him in with almost no money. The vet took care of him and at a very reasonable price. We set up a plan for when money isn't as tight. It was actually heart warming on that day. I can't thank you enough. My dog is precious to me.

Experiencia positiva: My dog had a skin infection on his foot. Dr. Beth was very helpful and knew exactly what would help clear it up. It was a long road of recovery and she was very attentive and honest during the process. However, my dog is very nervous around new people and other dogs- new sounds and smells give him anxiety and he begins to bark/growl, but he is not aggressive and has never bit anyone in his whole life. The techs and vet gave him space but would hold the door open to talk to me from the hall instead of coming into the room at times, which triggered him even more. I was also told to bring him in for an exam every 4-5 weeks but I did not feel the exam was necessary because they would just take a picture of his foot and fill his prescription. After the 3rd or 4th visit they finally advised I could just send pics every 3 weeks and come in on my own for refills as needed. The antibiotics are also very expensive. Regardless, I will continue to bring my animals here for any medical/preventative needs.

I get they impression that they are all very passionate about their jobs as animals caregivers and take it very seriously ( that is the most important thing to me) but at the same time are cheerfully going about business and being so compassionate. As far as cost they are the most responsible clinic I’ve found while also still having high quality care. I have and and do highly recommended Sioux Nation!

Experiencia negativa: Take my cats here for vaccinations and they were affordable so I brought one cat in for grooming only to be charged $215 to get nothing I asked for. They called me at work asking what I wanted done as if I didn’t already ask when I made the appointment. Then when I told them to shave her down and her tail. She comes back w a full tail and hair around her neck but shaved down body. She looks like a completely different cat and for what they charged they should’ve done better!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Beth has seen all 4 of my cats. Usually they are fussy and uncontained. For Beth they sit still and don't fuss. Rocky (my large orange male) was having urinary issues. In my panicked state, they were compassionate and assured me they would find the root cause of the issue. They did not charge me for the second round of test's (xrays, blood panels) when nothing was found in either set or in the test's All City performed, in the final diagnosis it was Sioux Nation that suggested the food that stopped the issue. They provided pain killers during the diagnosing process. I had my tuxedo cat (young male) neutered & asked them to provide shots. The prices were so reasonable! I've never left a vet office without a bill of $200 or more. Neutering was roughly $150. With the exception of Rocky's tests & Taz's neutering - I have never had a bill higher than $100. When they couldn't take my newest cat Lil Bear (orange female) for an emergency visit they recommended All City & followed up with them for me. I enjoy talking with Dr. Beth because she is always sure to listen then address each concern, & provide information in terms I can understand. The staff is always pleasant & I doubt I'll go anywhere else - all the naysayers here need to try Sioux Nation again. These vet's are compassionate & are the best at what they do. All City Pet Care's vet's do not do the same extensive work & charge twice as much. Only use All City for emergencies if you have steep pockets. Sioux Nation has you & your pet's best interests at heart.

Capone in his post surgery surgical suit. I love this new option vs the standard cone. The suit is much more comfortable. I would recommend in a heartbeat.

Experiencia negativa: A few weeks ago I called 3 different vet clinics to get pricing for vaccines to take my cat in for. When I called Sioux Nation I was told the two vaccines that my cat needed were each $24 a piece. Upon checking out at the counter the cost was actually $27.66 and $30.01 before tax. I explained to the front staff member that I was told a different price. The entire reason I drove across town to that location was for cost purposes. I kindly asked if they would not mind honoring what they had told me this one time. The front staff member spoke with her manager Megan in the back and come back out telling me no. It is disappointing being given inaccurate information and not having the clinic take responsibility for their part of telling me wrong information by accident. If only they were able to honor the original price they would likely still have my business. It is too bad when a manager or team is not able to see the bigger picture.

Experiencia fantástica: Loved Dr. Stangohr and staff. Very clean and professional. There was absolutely no wait time to get into room, and doctor was prompt in caring for my animals. She was very thorough and informative about any questions or concerns and provided options when asked. I would highly recommend veterinary clinic due to efficiency, professionalism, and low cost. Only improvement to be made is online appointments, you are better off calling office to ensure they appropriate time for pets if you are bringing more than one.

Experiencia fantástica: Always have a great experience here with our dog. Staff is always friendly and courteous. Excellent communication when we’ve dropped off for a procedure.

Experiencia positiva: My pup started urinating in the house suddenly took her to sioux nation pet clinic they are our vets since we moved to this area. My appointment was 3pm was seen right away they helped me take a urine sample from her and they examined her uti was given meds and scheduled a follow up for her shots which are due. Staff was pleasant and friendly. We had a 8year old lab hound mix that died in December of last year we received a condolence card signed by everyone brought us to tears yet again.
