Experiencia negativa: I am extremely disappointed in the level of care my dog received at this clinic. I brought my dog in for a torn nail that got stripped off the quick but was still attached to him. I was told he would be sedated and that he “wouldn’t have much pain.” However, during the procedure, his legs began quivering and he physically reacted in his sleep as if he was in significant pain. When I brought it up, she just said, “oh he’s fine, he isn’t feeling it much.” Watching that was extremely distressing, especially after being reassured that he would be comfortable and being dismissed when I addressed it, was very concerning. After the procedure, his paw was wrapped, but when I asked for extra wrap in case it came off (which is very common with dogs, even with a cone), I was refused. I specifically told them he is the type of dog who would likely rip it off, and they still would not provide additional materials. What was even more concerning was how quickly we were rushed out. Initially they elaborated to make sure he was stable enough and fully awake before I could leave. But when it took him longer to wake up than they had planned, they were quick to rush us out. My dog was not fully awake or stable when we were discharged. He was stumbling, falling into walls, and could barely stand as we tried to leave. He kept uncontrollably losing his bladder on the way out as well. My dog is a mastiff breed, 110 lbs and they just left me, a 130 lb girl to handle him by myself as he is stumbling and peeing all over the place. I should not have been sent out the door with my dog in that condition. As expected, the bandage came off that night after we went to bed. When I called to request more wrap, that morning, instead of helping, they argued with me and told me to go buy my own supplies from a store — after I had already paid over $200 for the procedure and materials. Being dismissed like that after just receiving care there was unacceptable. When I mentioned, after taking my family pets to this clinic for 33 years, I will have to start looking at other clinics, the lady laughed, said “thank you, have a good day” and hung up with no care on how she just pushed me away and dismissed my concerns and my puppy’s care. The lack of compassion, aftercare support, and basic client service was incredibly frustrating. I understand procedures cost money, but when you pay for veterinary care, you expect professionalism, proper discharge, and reasonable follow-up support. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. This will be the 3rd visit in a row that I have had serious problems with and lack of concern toward my two fur-babies. They seem to look at your pet as a transaction payment more than someone special to care for. I would strongly encourage others to consider how aftercare, client communication and consideration for you and your pets wellbeing are handled here before trusting them with your pets.

Experiencia negativa: Hard to get an appointment. Do not do thorough physical exams. Don’t look at teeth, ears, take temp, etc. Looked over 2 of our dogs medical issues. One of our dogs was having diarrhea for months. Recommended we buy expensive prescription food from them. Took her to another vet, they find bacteria in her stool, give antibiotics, she’s now all better. Do not recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: We really love coming to this veterinary practice. The ladies upfront are full of smikes and very helpful. The Veterinarians here are great (we do have our favorites), and all are friendly, capable, very knowledgeable and will answer your questions in a way you can understand. The vet techs are wonderful. My family has been bringing our pets here since 1985. We won’t go anywhere else.

They neglected to tell me that they noticed an abnormality in my dogs abdomen and I only found out when I went somewhere else. He’s getting surgery and will be okay, but lord knows what would’ve happened had I stayed with this vet. They’re affordable, but you’re getting service at that level too.

Recently we had a situation with our cat he had a stone in his bladder. It looked like surgery was going to be needed. They put him on special food (Hill urinary) and yesterday we were so worried we took him back in for an update. Amelia went above and beyond to talk with us about our options we had some questions and she took care of each question and put our mind at ease. He had to stay overnight because they squeezed him in. Then Today she called us and gave us the good news that Our cat Selenite was cleared of his stone and no longer needs surgery. She delivered this news with pure love and happiness. She really is in the right business with animals. When our cat was picked up he acted like he was taken care of and got plenty of attention. He wasn’t scaried or upset Icould tell they took care of our baby. Thank you to the staff and everyone that helped Sele have a good experience. Trust is very important when it comes to our fur babies.

Now you are treating like you are the biggest inconvenience they have to deal with, if it takes 3-4 weeks before they will see your pet then that’s just tough shit because they don’t really care one way or the other. Big disappointment now with the attitude.. they need to be ashamed of what they have now created in the name of service!! I won’t be back , I’m sure I’m not the only one….

Experiencia negativa: My cat has asthma, and despite already having an inhaler, he is continuing to have breathing difficulties. I called to request an appointment for a second opinion as soon as possible. During the call, I was informed that same-day appointments were available. However, the staff member then refused to schedule my cat after I asked to be scheduled, stating that she believed he needed to go to an emergency vet instead. While I understand that she may have been trying to act in my cat’s best interest, I found the way the situation was handled to be very unhelpful and dismissive. If appointments were available, I do not understand why I was not allowed to schedule one so that a veterinarian could assess the urgency of his condition in person. I left the call feeling frustrated and unsupported during a stressful situation for both myself and my pet. She offered no other support other than stating I should take my cat to the emergency vet, seems as if she was not taking my phone call seriously and wanted to quickly end the call. Very unprofessional. The woman was working July 8th and answered my phone call at 2:40pm.

Experiencia fantástica: My pups always hate going to the doctor as much as I hate going to mine. Doctors visits are a necessary part of taking care of pets just as you have to take care of your self. My family started going to this Clinic not long after it first opened and now a lot of my family members come with their pets. I want to thank all the doctors at Airway for always being there for me and my pets and helping provide all the necessary care they need to stay healthy. I appreciate all of you!

Experiencia negativa: Inaccurate record keeping. Will not refill a cough medicine without collecting as much money as they can by requiring multiple visits and “tests”. The Veterinarian claimed that she would be “putting her medical license on the line” if she allowed me to purchase cough medicine for my dog. (The same medication already prescribed only weeks ago) I asked for a letter stating they were refusing to help me and they emailed me a letter with multiple inaccuracies about the interaction that occurred today. My family and I have been taking our pets there for years. I really should have listened when so many others have been warning about their increased costs and lack of customer service.

Experiencia fantástica: I've always got the absolute best care from this facility and Dr Hunter is fantastic :-) I highly recommend. They are compassionate, empathetic and above all else reasonable on costs and above and beyond when your animals in trouble. I just cannot give them enough praise :-)

They really put you and your fur baby before themselves even on stressful busy days. They really do care they really do love every baby that comes in. I just want to thank all of you for taking care of my fur babies. Making things easy to understand in the feeling (comfort) that they'll always be there for us for any problems or issues I love that. They really have a big heart here. I can't thank all of you enough.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been bringing our pets to Airway for at least 20 years. They are wonderful to work with. Their app is so easy to use. I request appts and medication on the app. They always reply promptly. I wouldn’t think of leaving this vet.

Experiencia negativa: Staff & and doctors at this facility being compassionate does not mean just being kind, understanding, and caring.(and they seem to be) But just as important; is them to not take advantage of your emotional status to the degree that they gouge you with absorbent extra or high fees. (against logical sense they seem to do this also) At one time, you could make a call or get a call from the doctor as to follow-up and advice. That seems to no longer happen in our case. So please don't  mislead us with this compassionate thing. They say it but don't do it. No other options or input is presented without paying an unreasonable fee. It was $116 to have our cat, of record (kindney disease), with them, euthanized (information from previous visit). But upon call to get an appointment and reaffirm cost, it was now $188 and that's with an appointment about 1 week away. The emergency visit for this is $245. You we love our pets and want the very best consideration for them, but the financial costs are also complicated to stressful, with limited income. We will give Zoie all the love, attention, and comfort till her last breath. Just recently, we've also found out that this facility is making it very difficult to acquire medications through optional / cheaper means (Chewy, Kroger, Walgreens, ect.), as in the past. If you get medications directly from them, they charge 2-4 times the cost that you can get them elsewhere much cheaper. And if they say they still allow other options, you have to jump through many hoops and wait an extended time for them to do their part. Convenience for her and us is just not realistic at this facility. Wow, seems like a big red flag here, about being taken advantage of emotionally and financially. Very sad that this business conveys that, especially after you've been there with a favorable experience once or twice before. A unique way to hook you.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was so incredibly sweet. My dogs aren't use to other dogs as well as there breed causes them to be pray driven. Everyone made sure my dogs didn't come in direct contact with any other dog. The doctor went above and beyond with Mia making sure she didn't have cancer cells. When my dogs both had ear infections no one made us feel like we where neglectful (which we aren't) but gave us helpful hints like plucking hair out of the ears as well as medication. We already feel bad enough when dogs don't feel well and the staff was incredibly comforting instead of accusatory. We always try to do what's best for the animals but sometimes things come up and life is expensive!

Experiencia fantástica: Our family has been going to Airway Animal clinic for many years. Staff is great and very caring almost like family! The Veterinarians there are caring gentle good with all my fur babies. Sometimes it takes longer to get an appt. but if it is emergency they will do all they can for you!

I took my animal for an initial visit (they got me in immediately), and they told me what was wrong with it and even cleaned it's ears for me and gave me the best treatment advice ever. I was able to contain an ear mite infestation with their advice and I'm forever grateful.

They gave great care and provided so many options, but ultimately it was the best decision for Freya. I wouldn't have wanted to be anywhere else during this hard time. Experiencia fantástica: update. my senior cat Camille the tortie has passed away, dr wong did everything she could to help me find out wehat was causing her to stay sick. it was goiing on for months and then it came time to just not let her stay in pain. Dr wong talked me throught he process and gave me time with my baby. thank you DR. Wong for you did to try and save Camille. shes at peace now. after 12 years of having her around she will forever be missed. They saved my cats eye. Pricing was not bad at all. I'm so happy he can see and they helped. My baby boy had officially started going there for now on. All my cats are seen here. From my senior to my kitten, they are gentle and loving towards my fur babies. An as you can see it's a been a few years and Leos eye is so much better. I will go no where else but here. Thank you all for caring for our babies.

But here they gave him treats, held and comforted him. The vet listened to every concern. And they were gracious with me having anxiety over my cat. The entire staff Is absolutely amazing. Experiencia negativa: The appointment was fine but the fact that I had booked the appointment with a specific vet, imagine my surprise when we get in the room and the vet I had booked the appointment with wasn't there. It was someone completely different. I was told that the vet I had requested was with another patient and would be leaving soon after that. I was also told that even though I had booked with a specific vet it didn't mean that my pet would get to see that vet. It does not say this anywhere on the booking website. What is the point in choosing if that is not who I am seeing? If this is how things are done I don't plan on returning. I am very disappointed by this.

Experiencia fantástica: We love Airway. I started going to them when I met my partner almost 6 years ago. We have 3 dogs, and 6 cats and we have also done a ton of work with foster animals also. Airway has been phenomenal through everything. They can be busy at times but they always give our animals the care they deserve.

Experiencia negativa: They are my dog's vet. And diagnose him with cancer. The time has come when we have to put him down. He's not doing too well. They told us to take him somewhere else they didn't have time for him. After all, the money we spent on medication. Doctor visits for our dog, this is how we're treated.. If you truly care and love your animals, you'll stay away from this place.They won't be there for you when you really need them.

Experiencia fantástica: Took our 8yo cat in with an emergency appointment to find out he’s diabetic. The vet has called everyday (even Christmas Eve and Christmas Day) to make sure he was responding to the insulin and make adjustments as needed.

Experiencia positiva: My dog got his toenail removed and the vet told me to put him on vitamin b. I got three different types of vitamin b and I called the vet to find out which was best for my dog? They had me send pictures of what I had so they could look at what I had and call me to tell me which vitamin b to give my dog? I had to call several times to ask why no one has notified me yet. It has been over a week and I still have not heard from anyone about what type vitamin b to give my dog after they told me to give him vitamin b?? Are they waiting for me to pay for this information? Very unprofessional

Experiencia fantástica: We’ve been long time patients of Airway (like my mom and I took the animals we had when I was a kid here) and overall I couldn’t ask for better. We know most of the staff and they’re all so lovely. My roommate and I have over half a dozen animals and every year they work us in on one day so they can handle the whole zoo at once.
