Negative experience: Worst experience I have ever had. I called before I left to take my dog there to make sure they were able to look to the back of her eye, Making sure they had the right tools to do that. They said yes. I got there. They didn’t have what they needed. My dogs eye pressure was over 60, and they treated it like it was not an emergency. They sent me home, they left a message with the dog ophthalmologist specialist, and that was it. I did not feel good with that plan since it was a Friday night. I took her to another emergency vet clinic, VEG, they understood what an emergency this is, every minute her eye pressure is up. The odds of her losing vision is higher. The Vet we saw was nice, but I don’t think blue pearl gives them the tools to do their job. Worst part, one of the employees who came in to check on me, apologizing for how long it was taking because they took my dog to another room, told me they were back there googling to see what their options were.

Fantastic experience: When our dachshund Chad got into some melting Chocolate overnight (it was stacked two boxes high) we were understandably very concerned. We have had experiences with chocolate before with other dogs. We took him to blue Pearl on a Sunday morning and they treated us with respect and kindness and appropriate concern. Everyone was very clear about what was happening and what the next steps would be. Dr. Eick took the time to talk to us. We felt comfortable leaving Chad in their care and received two phone calls to update us. Thankfully, his recovery was swift and we got to bring him home on Monday. He shows no adverse side effects. Thanks to Dr. Eick and the team at blue Pearl.

Fantastic experience: I've had to take two of my pets to this hospital. They do a thorough job of finding out what's going on with your pet. They give you all your options and good cost estimates. They are kind and caring especially when you have to let one of your pets go. Where I live the vets are not open on the weekends and unfortunately that's usually when I need them the most. This hospital has been there for me every time. I can't recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: Our husky Mittens has been to Blue Pearl twice and both times, the whole entire staff, was absolutely wonderful! They were thorough, offered different options for treatment, and very accommodating. Blue Pearl is our emergency vet from this point on. On both visits our pup was seen within minutes of us walking in through the door. Can't recommend them enough ❤️

Fantastic experience: I would recommend them again and again. They immediately took my baby in, and got him stabilized, and was in constant communication with me. They were thorough, and were very honest. They explained all possible reasons, and how it would be from now on. They were always up front on pricing and made sure I was comfortable with it and how far I was okay with going, which is very very appreciative. They were updating me all the time, and overall the doctors, nurses, and ladies up front were amazing. 10/10

Fantastic experience: Blue pearl was my 5th vet seen within 2 weeks, second emergency vet. The doctor took her time and explained everything in detail They gave me an estimate on the cost ( mostly lab work) and allowed me to pick what I felt was necessary in the resolution of my fur baby’s condition. Labs had been done from another vet so they took those in consideration before running the same test again. We still don’t have a diagnosis because the labs had to be sent out. My little girl has lost 11# in 3 weeks, and continues to loose weight. Prayers we find a solution soon

Fantastic experience: I had to bring my dog Goose in for a foreign body and bronchopneumonia. The staff gave me frequent updates and made sure to give my sweet boy snuggles while treating him.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend. My poor pup was so sick and the ladies in there did such a great job with him. I was there all day, but just due to it being Sunday and there was a lot of critical dogs, but I’m not complaining. My dog feels so much better. ❤️

Negative experience: Took my dog in last night because she was not acting well & was clearly in pain. They said they didn’t find anything wrong with her but that she was overweight & should consider cutting back on her food. This morning she is still not herself. Clearly a digestive issue but it was not addressed.

Fantastic experience: BluePearl Pet Hospital was incredible!! They took care of my baby cat, Cauldron, and they called me with daily updates. On the last day, they sent me a sweet text about what a good boy he was, and a pic of him being cared for by one of the techs/nurses. If you need to take your pet to an urgent care, I highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: The doctors, nurses and staff at BluePearl are wonderful. We have used them for a few years now and they take excellent care of our dogs. Our sweet Zeus needed surgery on a herniated disc. We received daily texts (with pictures and captions) to let us know Zeus was doing okay. Along with phone call updates and explanations of the steps in the process. We felt that Zeus was in very good hands.

Positive experience: We came in to a waiting room with only one animal waiting and were encouraged we would be seen soon. Such was not the case, as our pet wasn’t seen until 5 hours later. Vitals had been taken earlier. At one point, I used my phone to call the front desk. After the call, I was told some critical cases had come in and it could be 1-2 hours before we were seen. The front desk person was friendly and the vet tech was friendly, and the vet was wonderful, once we were able to be seen. 5 hours waiting to be seen was not acceptable. The one dog in the waiting when we arrived was roomed after us and was leaving when we left our room. I am fully aware they take most critical patients first, but our pet had a very concerning blood issue. My greatest suggestion is for staff to be bluntly honest with expected wait times.

Fantastic experience: Brought my miniature dachshund in on a Saturday afternoon for nausea and diarrhea symptoms. I am an over the road truck driver and finding veterinary care, especially on a weekend or at nights can be at best extremely difficult... The staff here in Oklahoma City were very helpful, kind and compassionate with getting my little Meggie in and treated, with IV fluids and medication to relieve her symptoms... So grateful was able to find this place on such short notice and to receive the care we have received throughout has been that much more appreciated...

Fantastic experience: The best vet staff I have ever encountered! From the first phone call they were so helpful and accommodating, all the way up until I left. Negative experience: 24-7 lies…. “””””Take down your sign”””” . We Went there for a sick dog with respiratory issues on a Monday night 1/5 at like 8pm and was surprised to find out that they are not actually open 24 hours but advertise they are in giant red lights on their building and say open 24/7 for emergency services on website. They were locked up and closed.By time we drove the extra 25 minutes across town to the other closest emergency vet our dogs tongue turned blue and had to be intubated and her heart stopped. Yes she died. Do not take your dog here in an emergency they are not an ER and it is false advertisement that results in negligence of pet care.

Negative experience: Wish I could give zero....Wanted 5k for my cat to stay for 2 plus days, because of urinary blockage with 1.5 k upfront!!..Got there in the middle of the night around 12am in the morning...I didn't leave until 8am that morning!...Had hardly any updates at all throughout my experience....And if they gave me one its because I had to go ask!!... I was waiting in 1to 2 hour increments for updates..Somehow they were not able to get him unblocked after waiting for more than 8 hours?!?!...Mind you I've already been up for more than 24 plus hours and had just worked all day...Finally I got irritated after waiting for so long and asked if he'll be good until the afternoon??? Which they said yes and provided me with whatever medication to give him until then...I ended up paying over $500 for the visit still ..I took him too a way nicer Veterinarian who was closer and Had him unblocked in less than 30 minutes ...Ended paying about $800 at this other Vet that got him unblocked and their prices were way more manageable...They also called me every couple of weeks to check in on my cat and see how he was doing and had me come by free of charge a few times to make sure he's okay...So that Veterinarian place will always have my Bussniess!!

Fantastic experience: We took our eight month Yorkie to Blue Pearl a day before Christmas. The staff is friendly, professional, and has top rate communication. I always wondered why ER Vet visits cost so much and then I was able to go in the back. Excellent facilities that looked like a human ER; I was impressed with the equipment needed to save for babies. I don’t want to go back anytime soon, but will know my pooch or cat will get the best care in OKC.

Negative experience: They are desperately understaffed the people there are doing their best but they have to turn away animals pretty often just because they don't have doctors available and when I said they don't have doctors available on Monday they don't have a single doctor in the building.

Fantastic experience: Our Dachshund suddenly started urinating blood. Our regular vet clinic was not open and the after hours answering machine directed us to BluePearl. We were met by a very caring staff. Our little guy was hospitalized for 5 days. During his stay the Doctor kept us updated on his condition as well as cost associated with treatment. Thanks to the Caring staff and doctors at BluePearl our boy is home recuperating and growing stronger every day.

Fantastic experience: The doctors, nurses, and staff at BluePearl were instrumental in saving my cats life. After being attacked by dogs he was barely hanging on. Positive experience: My experience with BluePearl was top tier. It was by far the best experience and first experience with an actual Emergency Room type vet. I had to bring my poor kitty in, near the middle of the night. I was brought straight back to a room, the tech came almost immediately and my cat was taken back straight away. The tech spent lots of time trying to get as much information as possible on what was going on with my baby. My kitty’s prognosis was not good, to no fault of the vet. Dr Rider and her staff were very professional but also compassionate when delivering the news they found on my cat. I unfortunately had to put my little kitty to sleep the next day, but again this is no fault to Dr Rider or her staff. It’s because of her we learned more information on what was happening with my cat, as our previous vet just told us he had pancreatitis and to go home with medication. Dr Rider found he had a mass on his pancreas along with a gallbladder leak. My poor baby was miserable and I had no idea. The only small downside is they do not offer any sort of payment plan. However this isn’t just them I find lots of different vet offices, even non emergent ones do not offer payment plans. They only offer through carecredit. With the service they provide they 100% deserve their full payment and to be paid on time.I just wish payment plans were more common in all vet offices.

Negative experience: Went into the emergency after hours care with a 10 week old puppy that had diarrhea and vomiting. While we were fairly sure it was nothing with parvo being such a risk in the state we wanted to be safe. After being placed on a room we waited 30 minutes for a nurse to come in. She took temp and did a parvo test then disappeared. We waited OVER AN HOUR until I finally went to the front desk to ask what was going on. The nurse appeared 5 minutes later to tell us the test was negative and we were just waiting on the vet. Another thirty minutes passed. Finally I went looking again but now the front desk was empty. Another 20 minutes and they took our puppy back to do ??? then returned her. Was told the vet was checking the microscope? After yet another 30 minutes the vet came and said they thought she got into something in the yard and she wanted to check a few more things. Forty minutes later a new nurse came and got her for "a probe" and they reran the parvo on some diarrhea the puppy had on the floor. After another hour everything was negative. We got meds and were sent home. Thankfully the meds are working but we were there from 11:43 till after 3a.m. I understand that other dogs may have had more critical issues but it takes 10 seconds to tell us the tests were negative as you walk past? The whole time we were there our puppy was whining and shaking from the pain and nothing was done for her until after 3 in the morning. Then the nurse gave her a shot and within 5 minutes she was resting comfortably. Why make her wait hours for relief?! I can not in good faith recommendation this vet to anyone. Even if my dog wasn't in mortal danger there is no reason to wait to give her a shot that will help or to let us know results so we aren't panicking.

Fantastic experience: Bluepearl treats your fur baby as if it were their loved one. Professional health care that feels personalized. I received updates via telephone and text messages with pictures. The staff is very compassionate, they sent me home with clear discharge instructions and answered all my questions to make sure she maintained her recovery. Fantastic experience: I own and operate a 501c3 animal rescue so I have had many experiences with vet clinics and hospitals over the years. I needed a specialist for a kitten with a congenital defect and after much research decided to contact BluePearl. I am so glad I did! Scheduling was easy and upon arriving for my appointment I was met with friendly faces, professionalism and an extremely clean facility. Intake staff listened to my concerns and most important to me - they were kind and caring towards my kitten, Widget. The doctor was kind, thorough and explained a treatment plan. Fantastic experience: Dr. Munkres and the staff were amazing to us! Dink aka Dinkerino is 9 years old and got really hurt after sneaking out of the house and we were terrified we would lose her or she would lose her leg. I’m so glad we went here and they helped our baby. They diagnosed her with a fractured pelvis, most likely due to getting hit by a car. They gave her pain management and gave us instructions on how to help her get better! ❤️‍ I can’t thank you guys enough for helping our baby!

Negative experience: Called to get an estimate on a surgery our dog needs and was told we would have to do an appointment first just to find out what it would cost. Most vets can give you an estimate when you know what’s wrong and what needs to be done; typically just send them the records as needed. Paying to find out how much you’ll have to pay is ridiculous.

Fantastic experience: Our kitty’s tail was accidentally closed in a door, resulting in a de-gloving injury. It was nighttime and we were panicked. We called Blue Pearl. The lady who answered the phone was calm and kind. When we got there, kitty was immediately taken to a very clean room and evaluated. She was given pain injections and made comfortable. She required an amputation, which was done onsite. We were called at 4 something in the morning with her update. She was sent home with sufficient medication, easy instructions, and amazing guidance. Every single interaction we had exceeded all expectations. The cost was within what we expected and was worth every penny. Dr. Eike and her staff are phenomenal. We hope to never, ever have to come back, but we know if we do, we’ll be in kind and competent hands. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Fantastic experience: I brought my cat here after he was hit by a car. Unfortunately, I didn’t find him until over a day later, despite looking for him constantly. They rushed to get a doctor as soon as possible. Within 2 minutes the doctor came out and checked him out, put him under some strong painkillers. Unfortunately, he didn’t make it, and my best friend ended up passing on. The team did their best to keep him alive, so I will focus in on the positive. Thank you for trying,

Positive experience: My bulldog got bitten by a poisonous snake. All the staff at Blue Pearl was very helpful and compassionate. The cost was very high so I couldn’t proceed with bloodwork and anti venom. But the pain meds provided worked great, and she is doing much, much better. They were very busy, and we were the least severe issue, so I was there from 7:30 pm to almost midnight. They kept apologizing for the delays, but it was not their fault. Very, very kind people.

Fantastic experience: This is the second time I have had to take a pet to Blue Pearl in an emergency situation and late at night. They have been very compassionate and caring. Their office is very professional and clean. I live an hour and a half away but the location is easy to access off of the turnpike and highways. I highly recommend Blue Pearl veterinary hospital.

Fantastic experience: My mother took her dog Hope in this morning because she was sick. We found out she had a tumor in her intestines. The staff is compassionate and so kind. Fantastic experience: We took our little baby into Blue Pearl. They took down our information and led us to a room. The doctor came in and did a preliminary exam and mentioned he needed a CT scan to be for sure. We approved the scan and that is when we found out her total condition. The staff was sympathic and moved by our baby's energy. The doctor was exceptionally knowledgeable really smart. We felt thier compassion and they gave us several directions to take and we just made ourself knowledgeable about what suited our abilities and our live for little ones final journey.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Rebecca Tims and her team are absolutely amazing! My dog was diagnosed with IHMA and was in terrible condition, but Dr. Tims saved him. They also made sure that our visits appointments every week for six months, were nice and smooth which was incredibly helpful. All the staff members are so friendly and kind, especially Aubrey at the front desk. My dog is still recovering after all his medication, but we’re hopeful that he’ll make a full recovery soon. Fantastic experience: Nobody wants a late night vet ER trip, but no vets in my area have an emergency number unless you are an existing client. We love our vet so switching isn’t an option. I am thankful the folks at Blue Pearl told me to bring my 7 week old baby there even though they were short staffed. Positive experience: I have mixed feelings. I am thankful that I have them as an option when emergencies come up and the overnight staff was super accommodating—especially the nurse. I can’t remember her name. What I didn’t like was how they didn’t tell me that my dog almost died from a reaction to methodone for the pain. It wasn’t until the following day when the new shift doc called and I was explaining to her how Mozzi is sensitive to meds (which I did share that concern the night before due to possible side effects to Cerenia). She then said “you did hear what happened to Mozzi last night right?, He had a bad reaction to the pain medication” When I came for pickup the doc didn’t come out for the follow up and Traci came out to tell me they don’t know what was wrong with him and instructions for home. Also said that they thought he was going to die when it happened and had to flush and reverse. I paid 3k and still don’t know what happened to my baby and show charges on my bill for the narcan they had to use to reverse the effects of the methodone which I don’t see why I should have to pay for that. He is feeling better so the treatment they did worked finally—something that my normal vet wasn’t able to suggest or do. I guess that is what you are paying for the fact they have more resources, but I found it ridiculous that if he feels bad again there is nothing more they can do. I was concerned about his panting and she says “dogs just do that” but the night before the night team was wanting him to stay because of all the symptoms he was having including the panting. I definitely feel like it may depend who you get to work with there. I really wish the discharge doc would have come out to speak with me at because at the end of the day I felt robbed and not sure if everything they did was necessary. They tell you how much the low end will be and what high end will be and they made me put a deposit for th average of the two. I actually ended up paying $2 more than my deposit of $2900. Thank goodness for care credit. The staff was also pretty clueless on how that worked as well. So make sure you have all that ready before you need to pay because they will tell you to use another form of payment and then you will need to figure it out and then get a refund to reapply the charges to care credit. I will say the place is super clean and feels like a hospital. If I would have just waited though, I could have spent a fraction of what I did to have the same results.

Fantastic experience: I had to bring my Pomeranian (Arbee) here when he was suffering from a bad kidney infection and failure. The staff here took very good care of him and kept me updated on his status. They allowed me time to come up there and interact with Arbee and pet him - which helped me as much as it did him I'm sure. My only recommendation to anybody coming here is to have pet insurance or some hefty savings set aside. Arbee is doing great, now. His infection hasn't returned and he's eating normally again and gained back the weight he lost when sick.

Fantastic experience: We took our dog Jasper to Blue Pearl because he was limping and in pain. The staff and doctor was amazing. They were careful with Jasper and tried to keep him comfortable while they examined him. They treated us well also and kept us informed of everything they needed to do to diagnose him. They also explained the cost of everything. They have state of the art equipment. Unfortunately Jasper was diagnosed with cancer and he couldn’t be saved. They gave us pain meds for him and the numbers to hospice to have a vet come to our home to euthanize him. They have that service there but we wanted to have them come to our home. They even called to check on us when we got home.

Negative experience: While at the facility, I felt the staff were kind and explained the test results, diagnosis, and treatment plan. However, they told me my dog’s prognosis was good, sent me home, and she died 3 hours later. They also know that their prices are outrageous and will tell you so while taking your money or recommending Care Credit. Discharge paperwork was emailed and I received it two hours after my dog died. Not helpful.

Negative experience: Our cat was in the process of dying, in a panic we googled for the closest 24 hour pet hospital. We did everything we could do to get to this location as quick as possible, only to show up and find out that the building with the big red sign that says "24/7 Pet Emergency" was in fact closed. Our cat didn't make it.

Fantastic experience: Our 8-month-old golden retriever, Franklin, recently had to be rushed to BluePearl Pet Hospital for emergency care. From the moment we arrived, the entire team showed incredible compassion, professionalism, and genuine care for our sweet pup. What really stood out to us was the communication. We received frequent updates via phone, text, and even pictures throughout Franklin’s stay. During such a scary and emotional time, that level of transparency and care made all the difference. Fantastic experience: I have used Blue Pearl for Three Dog emergencies over the past couple years. Each time I was quickly placed in a room and in a short time someone came in to get my information and find out what needed to be done for my pets. I was always given an estimate before any treatment was done at which time I could accept or decline. One particular instance I had a dachshund who experienced a back injury and was nearing total paralysis of his back legs. The vet who came in and talked to me was only there for a meeting and was not even on duty. However he knew it was an emergency and needed to be treated as soon as possible. He not only sat and talked to me for a long time and gave me all of the details and options but he even stayed and performed the surgery on my dog's back. Due to this quick response my pup regained approximately 95% of his prior function. This was Dr Walker and over the next couple of days he called me four times to give me updates. I even received a discount since my dog was able to be released early. Even when I had dogs who had serious issues this, the staff was very compassionate and caring. I never felt rushed and was always giving full information on the care of my animals. I will always feel comfortable using Blue Pearl.

Fantastic experience: While the experience of having to make the trip to an emergency vet is never great, the staff made it as positive as possible for us. They let us go back and see where our dog would be spending the night, called us with updates, and carefully went through discharge info with us. Fantastic experience: When I called Blue Pearl, I was terrified my fur baby’s EGE was back in full force. Fourteen months earlier, I brought my very sick puppy in not knowing what was wrong. A diagnosis was made along with a hopeful outcome. Having a great medical team and a knowledgeable family support, she was “clinically stable” by December. During my call I explained she was immune compromised and we needed to come in. Aubrey completely disinfected a room for us. Our nurse, Calista, listened as I explained her current symptoms and filled in her back story. She was able to pull up her chart to compare now to then. Dr Ryder was our ER Vet. Her calming presence and concern was evident. Having the ability to pull up her chart to compare then to now was helpful with a forward plan. She was patient and understanding with me and my emotional roller coaster. After all the testing, she thoroughly explained everything. She consulted the Critical Care Vet, who we had for our first visit, and presented a plan to us. Thank you BP for taking care of ALL is us! I highly recommend you!!

Negative experience: Update! Our dog is fully walking again after working with him and taking him to physical therapy. This hospitial told us he wasn't going to make it unless we paid them $6,000... Amazing how capitalism works like that. We came here because our dogs hind legs were not normally functioning. He wasn't able to put weight on his legs. We called a local vet and they told us to go to the E.R. or a local hospital. So, we came here. They brought him in on a stretcher and we're nice about it. They took him in the back to do an exam and then brought him into our room and really didn't say anything... They took him back again for the 2nd time then came to us to tell us he had embolism and had NO nerve activity in his hind legs at all... Hmm. Weird because when he lays on his hind legs wrong he would cry in pain so the claim that he had no nerve activity in his hind legs was wrong... They said they needed to do a whole list of things that added up to a max of $6,000. They then said you're good to go and didn't help us take our dog to our car on a stretcher... They were so eager to bring him inside though probably in hopes of a huge financial incentive. We carried our dog out using a towel... We went home and barley slept because we thought this was it and that we were losing him. Them telling us he had no nerve activity in his legs while doing a faulty exam in the back of the building was absolutely sketchy. They put us in state of shock... We took our dog to his vet in Tulsa who is a family member and who we knew wouldn't be biased towards death. He did the exam in front of us and they pinched between his toes and his whole leg jerked backwards and said that what that hospital told us was false. He has embolism but will most likely heal in 2 weeks if we walked him on a sling and did some physical therapy on his legs. Going from he has no activity in his legs and may not recover from embolism and we need to pay $6,000 to have a surviving dog to oh just work with his legs and he should be fine in 2 weeks to a month is completely polar opposite. I truly think hospitals like this are programmed to look for the worst case scenarios... Will never ever take any of my animals to this E.R. The 2 women who talked to us on Sunday, Feb. 16th in the evening were not sure of themselves and did not do an exam on our dogs but we're absolutely willing to schedule a stay for $6,000. Absolutely pathetic. I hope those 2 women know that our dog Buddy has been moving his hind legs when we walk him and has been going potty on his own.

Negative experience: This is Millie, A newborn kitten a customer found at my job along with another. They were found abandoned two weeks ago only a couple of days old. Long long story short, I personally had been bottle/syringe feeding this baby kitten formula every single day for the past two weeks after reaching out to several rescues and getting zero help and she had opened her eyes Sunday June 22 and was getting stronger and stronger every single day. She was so excited to eat. Went from not knowing how to even suck to us not being able to feed her enough. She made a remarkable recovery and her sibling did not. She was learning to walk, and even play with toys. She came to work with me every single day for two weeks just so that I could make sure she was eating every two hours etc. she was the sweetest, happiest little baby and we all loved her. She had become a big part of myself and my co workers world. We routed for her recovery given the circumstances she was found in. Yesterday morning at 8am I was struggling to get her to eat and I knew something wrong but thought maybe she’s just sleepy. At about 11:30 I went to get her up when I noticed she was very lethargic, still breathing still blinking but not moving much. My go worker and I immediately rushed her to blue pearl for help knowing that her lifeline was critical. The staff was extremely rude, the environment was very prison vibes. We explained her story and they basically told us pay 190.00 for visit plus 1500.00 to treat or she’s going to die. We explained we didn’t have that kind of money and desperately want her to have a chance at life and be saved. They convinced us to sign “stray rights” so we did in hopes they would take initiative to help her and later adopt her out. We called at about 4pm to follow up on her condition only for them to be extremely rude on the phone and told us she passed shortly after we dropped her off. If yall care at all about your family pets or strays you find that need help, please do not bring them to this awful place. We did because it was the closest emergency vet to us and we knew time was not going to be in her favor if we drove her anywhere else. We are all very heartbroken that her story ended this way. This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. They should not even be in business.

Negative experience: This review is something I’ve stewed on since we had to put our sweet baby cat down at this facility. This is solely my experience with the one and only time we went there. May 2nd. 2:30am, my husband and I rushed our cat to their facility to send him to heaven. We had already booked an appointment at our main vet so this vet was completely new to us. When we got there, they handled him with grace, the young man and lady in the back putting the IVs in him, they were fine. My issue is with the gal who helped us at the front desk. We fill out paperwork, choose the urn his little ashes were going to end up in and she sends us back to the room. Fast forward to when the main vet comes in and puts our cat to sleep, they leave the room and gives us a moment. As my husband is holding his dead cat, the woman from the front desk says “okay I’m here to take your payment” I looked at her and said “my cat just died, now’s not the time” Did you really think we were going to leave after our cat died without paying? Did you think that was the appropriate time to ask for payment? 20 seconds after my cats lifeless body is there. Think about your actions next time during sensitive moments like this.

Negative experience: My complaint is not for the facility or staff as a whole, Just the individual that made a terrible day worse. We brought our senior car in Friday morning around 10 as she was sneezing blood uncontrollably. My husband spent over 8 hours waiting for any information on our cats health. We understand that they treat patients in order of criticalness which lead to the long wait. We were ultimately told that she had cancer throughout her body and polyps. We made the decision to euthanize to end her suffering which is/was devastating. The staff that brought our cat to us so we could say goodbye then decided that what we really needed in that moment was to shame us for not being aware of the severity of her condition by pointing out bloody polyps deep in her ear asking if we really didnt know that they were there accusationaly. What we needed was compassion and what we received was cruelty. This again is just the one individual that brought us our baby. The doctor was amazing. The front staff could have been a little more proactive in providing updates but were not an issue.

Fantastic experience: I have previously been to blue pearl and been disappointed. this time, however, I was extremely happy with the care I got, the explanation from the excellent vet: Dr Rider, who seemed to know all of the veterinary issues very well. it's clear she has much experience evaluating animals who seem acutely sick! destiny the vet tech was very good. the front staff was excellent! courteous and always asking me if I was okay. I did have to wait four hours, which seemed a long time for what needed to be done, since it was not very busy. But I could have left him, and come back. Doctor ryder gave me excellent suggestions for medication. i would not hesitate to go back.

Negative experience: Wish I can give negative or zero stars they pronounce my dog dead and said he will not make it a day….. six months later my dog is living and living a really good life. Yes he has diabetic but the fact that they want a costly procedure costing over $8000 or he wouldn’t make it. I chose to take him home and give him water and give a few days rest and he made it out. I’m confused how they come up with these diagnosis and cost. I’m so disappointed. The veterinarian assistant told me do not take him home because he would be suffering. My dog today is not suffering by any means he is running having a good time very happy and by the way just as a reminder, this is six months later

Fantastic experience: I can’t thank this incredible team enough for saving Sampson’s life. When he needed an emergency splenectomy back in April , I was terrified—but from start to finish, every single person treated Sampson with exceptional care, love, and professionalism. Jasmine helped guide us through the consult on Monday, making sure all our questions were answered. Erin was there early the morning of surgery and made check-in feel calm and reassuring. Dr. Walker performed the surgery flawlessly, and thanks to Dr. Granone, who oversaw his anesthesia, and Ashley, who managed it during surgery, I knew he was in the safest hands possible. Post-op, his recovery was nurtured by the most compassionate nursing care I could ask for—Andrea, Calista, and Jenna went above and beyond every single day. They treated Sampson like family, not just a patient. I got the best updates and pictures from them which helped me feel at ease Without this team, I would have lost a piece of me. Because of their dedication, skill, and heart, Sampson is still with me. I will forever be grateful. This team didn’t just save his life—they gave me mine back ❤️

Fantastic experience: This emergency visit was unfortunately not our first. We come here because we believe they are the best in every category. All of the staff excel at their jobs. No one wants to bring their families to the emergency room but we all do. This facility is for animals and our pets are family!! The facility is clean and they have the equipment necessary for our babies needs and we have taken five of our pets there. You will not regret this choice. During visiting hours we were in one of many rooms to spend time with our dog. They also let us bring our younger dog for the visit. We’ve nothing bad to say! Negative experience: Would give 0 stars if possible. I called this clinic during a critical emergency while my dog was actively seizing. This is a 24/7 emergency facility, yet I was told they were “full” and could not help — no triage, no offer to stabilize, just a redirection to another clinic. In that moment, time was of the essence, and being turned away while my pet was in distress was infuriating and heartbreaking. If you advertise 24/7 emergency care, then basic emergency triage should always be available. At the very least, compassion and urgency should be shown. I felt neither. This experience shook my trust in this facility. If your pet’s life is on the line, I would not count on this clinic to be there when it matters most. I would strongly recommend Neel Veterinary Hospital. Our dog was seen in less than a minute there for initial evaluation.

Fantastic experience: My cat was attacked on Easter and we rushed him to Blue Pearl. I sent my son in ahead of me and by the time I got inside they were waiting for me and took him straight back. They communicated with me throughout the entire process and were very compassionate. I felt a lot of guilt for what happened and they helped alleviate some of that which I really appreciated. Hopefully we don’t find ourselves in another situation that sends us to the ER, but if we do, we will be going back to Blue Pearl. Thank you for taking care of our Fergus! Positive experience: Took my dog to Blue Pearl for an injury, it was around midnight. We waited for a bit because other animals were in more critical condition that had to be seen first (which is expected). After about an hour Dr. Ike examined my dog and let me know she had some head trauma and gave some options (inpatient vs outpatient). Because I could watch her closely and she has very high separation anxiety which could make her condition worse, I opted for the outpatient treatment. After that I only saw the vet assistant Jenna and never saw Dr Ike again. We were there for another couple of hours and Jenna was truly amazing. Very smart, very knowledgeable, and very empathetic. She took great care of us. What concerned me, though, is Dr Ike apparent left the facility and there was no veterinarian on site and there would be none until 7 am. I was told this was because of short staffing but you can’t be a 24/7 emergency vet if there’s no vet on site. It would have been nice for Dr Ike to finish out the visit with us but Jenna did a great job. Very professional and I was thankful she was there.

Negative experience: Use at your own risk! They killed my cat when I repeatedly told them that she was scared of strangers but they refused to listen and forced themselves on her until she died of a stroke! They then held her body for ransom until I paid them the $2800 while never letting me inside to see any operations or procedures.

Negative experience: Took my dog there a couple weeks ago to get X-rays because she had swallowed a chicken bone. Was not given the option to go back in the room with her and said that it was still in the stomach and will be digested and sent us home. The second we came home our dog was not using her one of her back legs and had a torn ACL from being restrained for the xray. Played phone tagged with BluePearl for 2 weeks until we were finally told “the doctor said nothing happened or was reported so nothing happened.” The answer I expected but deeply disappointed by, I wouldn’t report if I hurt someone’s dog either working in a place like that because of legality reasons, so now they take no responsibility and had zero remorse over the phone (Angela to be exact) and it’s not their problem that our dog may never walk the same again and needs surgery even though it is their fault. Paid bluepearl $600 for them to tear my dogs ACL and not care, wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Fantastic experience: We had to say goodbye to one of our babies recently. In the week leading, he was in & out of the ER/hospital. Lots of trips, exams, & 2 blood transfusions. All of the staff were amazing, supportive, & compassionate through the entire process. They were in direct contact with our home vet, which really helped. Everyone remembered his name & gave him lots of love. He saw SEVERAL doctors, techs, & everyone else in between. We'd like to thank the entire staff at BluePearl for helping make this process as smooth as possible. No one ever wants to go through it, but we are very grateful you all are there when we need it

Negative experience: Only gave a star to get to finally tell my story. 3 years ago today my Toby was given the death shot. To be blunt. After I spoke to Doc that he was fine on the phone.I got a call..You can come Toby to say goodbye. I freaked out..Drove there. Thank goodness. A Nun was coming out the door. I got my boy and he passed the next day. He only needed fluids that my vet couldnt provide. Be Aware. I have heard many of storys of this place. When you walk in its like a cold, metal jail vibe. Pic is when I saved him from that place.

Fantastic experience: ❤️ I want to extend my deepest gratitude to Dr. Eike and the entire team at BluePearl Veterinary Hospital for the exceptional care they gave to my Belgian Malinois, Mia, who is just shy of 1½ years old. On April 16, 2025, Mia underwent surgery after surviving two gunshot wounds—one of which required surgical removal. Thanks to Dr. Eike and the other Dr’s expertise with their compassion, she is now on the path to recovery. I’d also like to give heartfelt thanks to Dr. Munkres and Dr. Powers, who cared for Mia during her stay. Their knowledge, compassion, and attention to detail gave me peace of mind and helped make Mia’s healing journey possible. A very special thank you as well to Calista and Lindsey, the incredible vet techs who went above and beyond. Their thoughtful updates and pictures brought so much comfort. Their compassion, care, and kindness reminded me that Mia was in the best possible hands. Also, thank you to every team member who cared for Mia I did not meet. From the moment we stepped into BluePearl, I felt at peace. I truly believe that God led us to this place. The scripture that comes to my heart is: “No weapon formed against me shall prosper.” — Isaiah 54:17. That verse is now part of Mia’s story. Thank you, BluePearl, from the bottom of my heart—for saving Mia, for giving us hope, and for showing what true healing and compassion look like. Lastly, I don’t want to forget how I was referred to Blue Pearl, This journey started at Urgent Vet Care in Moore, Oklahoma, where Dr. Walker and her team provided critical initial care. At first the assessment was not good, as she was shot twice 1 in head and 1 in back hind region, Dr Walker said it didn’t look good. So after X-rays we talked and at this point her quality of life will not be good, so I prepared for the worst. As I lay here with Mia saying my goodbyes, Dr Walker came in asked if she could take more X-rays to make sure, after looking again Dr said she’s not a quitter and either am I. She continued with my new options, Blue Pearl was her recommendation for surgery. After a thorough assessment, along with their compassionate wound care, played a huge role in stabilizing Mia before being admitted to Blue Pearl. I want to give a very special thank you to Courtney, who helped care for Mia from the beginning. She showed incredible kindness and bonded with Mia right away—comforting her during such a painful, frightening time. I’m truly sorry I don’t remember every name from that day, but please know your care and compassion will never be forgotten. Forever thankful to all the teams who were involved with Mia’s care and recovery ❤️‍

Fantastic experience: We had a very positive experience with our dog Pip. We took her early Saturday morning and got right in. The staff was friendly and professional and very thorough. Thought she'd had a seizure or stroke because she suddenly, couldn't walk or stand. Doctor Rider diagnosed her with a vestibular disorder and gave a medicine treat that was the least expensive or invasive. She warned, It may take a while for her symptoms to alleviate and if not, we would need to go to our regular vet for more testing. However, I'm happy to report that after 2 days of medication they gave her there and for home, she is greatly improved. Would definitely use them in the future, but I hope we won't need to!

Fantastic experience: I never offer feedback but our experience was just so good when we had to bring our sweet Atti to BluePearl recently, that I am inspired to give a shout out to the wonderful people that helped us. The staff was so perfectly sweet, knowledgeable, and helpful that we enjoyed an otherwise bad experience. It was so clean in the clinic. We are thankful. Fantastic experience: I have used Blue Pearl for emergency visits only in the past, and have been very pleased over the years with the care all of my dogs have received. This visit was a scheduled appointment for a consultation with Dr. Tims. Our Dobie was having some smelly glad issues, and Dr. Tims was extremely helpful with recommendations and options on how to get our dog back to feeling better. My husband and I never felt rushed when we asked questions and felt as if she really cared about her patients. I will say, it is a little pricey, BUT, you do get what you pay for. I hope I don’t need an emergency visit, but if I do, I would go there for sure.

Fantastic experience: My best friend had a medical emergency yesterday. On the high recommendation from our vet, I took little Blue to BluePearl Emergency Vet. Dr. Cindy and the entire staff were absolutely wonderful. I was pretty distraught when we arrived, as was Blue. The level of kindness and compassion from every soul at this practice was a balm to our weary hearts. Truly. Blue was wagging her tail when we left the hospital. I would recommend this practice to everyone! Mahalo, Dr. Cindy and all of the wonderful ladies who gave love to my precious girl!!!!
