Fantastic experience: My dog is a pain in the butt at the vets office. She's not mean, just big and stubborn, someone always ends up with scratches trying to get her to hold still. The service was quick and the Dr. and Techs were so patient and kind with her. I kept apologizing for her behavior but they just handled it like champs while being so kind to her. I was in and out in about half an hour with a full exam, yearly shots and heartworm test. Definitely recommended!

Fantastic experience: Very kind and caring staff with really good pricing that helped me care for a rescue dog that was in rough shape. Excellent communication in person, via phone and email. The rescue pup absolutely loved the techs and vet! Way faster than my usual vet too.

Negative experience: Vet techs are not licensed and giving vaccines and transmitting the vet’s dosage of medications. Refused to sell me medication for my dog after a “discussion “ with Paige over the dosage amounts (which she is not legally allowed to do) and told me to go home and google it. Would not give the vet’s name. I said that I would pay for a visit to talk with him if necessary. Also, instructions on the medication is different from what is discussed during the visit.

Fantastic experience: We were traveling through when our cat became sick. We look up walk in clinics and the PetWell Clinic came up. We are so thankful we found them. They wear waiting in us when we arrived. In and out quick and my cat was treated with love and care. I highly suggest PetWell clinic for all of your pet needs.

Positive experience: Place smells great for dealing with animals! Lol. They know how to manage your dog professionally. My dog not to thrilled about her nail being clipped thanks to Petsmart! But she is waaay better at this clinic in Farragut . I gave a 4!because I think $38 for a clip of nails that is less than 5 min is way expensive ! I know they will charge $29 if dog is calm to work with but $29 is even expensive . Although Petsmart is under $20 they aren’t good with animals! I love coming here. Plus there not always a crowd of dogs because mine don’t react well to other dogs

Positive experience: I was very happy with a quality exam and caring nature of all employees/caregivers at PetWellClinic - West Knoxville. I am a bit concerned about the composition of the various "care packages" offered. I think the prices are higher than expected and none of the packages offered met the basic needs for my dog's shot requirements for boarding. This of course may be intentional as it of course leads to add-ons, which made the final bill even higher.

Negative experience: I have, prior to the last two days, always had 5 star experiences at this location. I have two 5 star reviews written... you can also read. This tells me it was a person's problem, not the clinic. I took a foster in for a fecal for suspected parasites. The young girl at front with long black nails was clearly new and learning. Okay, we all have to learn. After some discussion, she goes and gets another large blonde female to attempt to get a fecal sample. She was unable to obtain the sample and said, "She was empty." I said I'm not surprised she has had diarrhea for days. I said I was afraid she was getting dehydrated. I am then given a specimen container to bring back a specimen. Two hours later, I take back a specimen. The new girl with long black hair takes the specimen and starts to have me pay. The big blonde emerges from a side room and says we have to do an exam since the cat is having problems. My pet is a dog, and she is the one who tried to collect the specimen earlier. I explain that I am on my way to work and can't bring the dog back. The big blonde continues to now say the cat has to be examined. I asked the new girl to call the rescue and explain, so perhaps the rescue can explain the fecal is all that's needed, and there is an established vet that will take over. The big blonde starts repeating herself. I said , " Please call and I left. I am in my car texting the rescue to explain why I have now been here 3 times without any testing. Also, to tell how horrible the customer service is when the big blonde is banging on my car window with the stool specimen saying, "What do you want me to do this?" Yelling i told you we had to do an exam!!! I told her I had hoped that the specimen could ne run and then the DOG brought back for an exam, but that wasn't my call. She is huffing and waving the specimen in my face and inside my car. I snatched the specimen out of her hand and said, I'll take it then." She then has the audacity to tell me I'm rude. Big blonde girl, you need to be told that you never follow anybody out to the car to initiate a confrontation!

Fantastic experience: Casper, my 4 year old cat got his rabies vaccine here yesterday. I’ve been in once before also. Everyone is very good with him and it’s not a stressful visit for him ever. I feel very comfortable recommending them to others. Great staff and fair prices! Thanks guys

Fantastic experience: I had to had my Sunny seen at the Farragut location for having blood in her urine. The tech took her out and got a specimen. They loved on her the whole time. They did the urinalysis and checked her from head to toe. Sent her home with meds. Sunny is a Bulldog and of course was mad about the whole visit! But is so much better ! You cant go wrong with this clinic!!! I love them

I brought my dog in for his annual vaccinations and we were in and out in about 20 minutes. They also have very reasonable prices. I’m so glad we gave them a try. Fantastic experience: Edit since our last visit: Today me and my pup (Bentley) went for annual shots and it was different employees from last visit. We were in and out in 20 minutes. THIS is the fast nice service we are used to. Thank you Petwell! I had my first bad experience at a Petwell Clinic today & I’ve been going to multiple Knoxville locations for years with my old cocker spaniel (he’s almost 14). We got there with 2 other families when they opened and 1 & 1/2 hour later we were STILL waiting to be seen with the second pet family. Multiple others had to leave, because of the wait including us. I had to get back to work and my dog still has an eye and ear infection with no meds. The vet there wasn’t Dr.Katie and was personable and very thorough BUT should have probably taken care of the rest of us as well as the one they spent so much time on. They seemed short on techs and the whole “vibe” wasn’t how it usually is when you walk in. No one was helped and Petwell lost atleast 3 customers this morning. I will be back BUT on a day it’s fully staffed and quick like our usual experience has been. Hopefully on a day our usual vet is there. I’d like to talk to management if you all have time to call. I don’t want you to lose customers bc Petwell is usually so awesome..

Fantastic experience: My granddaughter discovered the lump on the side of Mordred's face while she was petting him. He had been sluggish and was not eating much, but I had no idea of the reason. We brought him to your clinic , and the doctor lanced the lump and removed a lot of fluid. He received an antibiotic shot. He improved immediately, and is almost completely healed. He is eating well, playing outdoors, and sleeping beside me at night. He seems very happy, and I am grateful for the expert care that he received at your clinic.

I appreciate that they let you know the price beforehand. I have been to three other vets over the last five years locally, I live in Farragut. Fantastic experience: I have taken my cats to this location multiple times and have always been seen reasonably quickly, which is impressive considering they are walk-in only! Dr. Misti is great and went above and beyond for my kitten Ivan when I was worried about him! The staff here seem to really care about every patient that walks in. Great clinic!

Fantastic experience: Being new to the area, we needed two vaccines rather quickly. The doggy daycare we wanted to use required a second Bordetella booster at 6 months and also the flu vaccine. We were able to get those that same day with PetWell The staff was friendly and professional in how they treated both myself and my dog. I recommend.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to this clinic by the breeder where I adopted my Golden Retriever. They were given your information from a person who adopted 2 puppies from them and lives in Knoxville and loved this location! I went in for a walk in visit with my new puppy Monday. We pre registered at home and I checked in upon arrival. We were 4th in line but were seen by the vet in less than 10 minutes. Everyone was very friendly and helpful with all the questions I had. The vet exam seemed thorough and the vet answered my questions I bought the puppy plus package which I felt was a reasonable price and given instructions about when to come back for the remainder of my puppy’s vaccines and vet check ups which include nail trimming! I recommend!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend PetWellClinic. Staff made me feel welcome and were very knowledgeable and helpful. The Veterinarian answered all my questions and after a thorough examination, recommended a treatment plan that is already seeing results. Also easily the cleanest Animal Clinic I have experienced. My first visit was almost entirely motivated by this being a Walk-In Clinic but the quality of care, knowledgeable, friendly staff and surprisingly reasonable cost will be why I keep returning again and again in the future!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love PetWellClinic’s. Number one they are so convenient. The hours are 11 to 7 walk-in only so they are basically always available. Also, they are staffed by a fully qualified veterinarian and vet technicians. I’ve used him several times for when my babies are not feeling up to par and also for vaccines and routine check ups, , and I’ve always been very satisfied.

Fantastic experience: I have only had good experiences taking my pets to PetWellClinic. The doctors and staff have been informative and nice. I will definitely continue to go there for my pets services. If I had to complain it would be the cost of the getting the dog’s nails trim went up to $35 which seems steep. Overall very happy with this clinic.

Fantastic experience: I can’t tell you enough how amazing this little clinic was in Farragut. My furbaby was exhibiting signs of a UTI and his vet could not see him. I brought him into your clinic, waited maybe 15 minutes and you had me in and out. My boy did not cooperate with the sample they needed so they did a check up on him and sent me home with a kit to collect the needed sample. I got it and returned it immediately and within 10 minutes they called confirming he had a UTI and that they had meds ready for him. Very happy with the service and cleanliness of the clinic. Staff was so pleasant and helpful. I will definitely visit again if needed and be telling my fellow fur parents!

Fantastic experience: Miss. ABBY LOOKS FOWARD TO SEEING THE PEOPLE IN PETWELL. SHE IS 10 YEARS OLD NOE AND HAS BEEN going on a regular basis since she was 8 weeks old. She reacts toward the employees there like they are her family. Thank you for helping me keep her healthy.

Negative experience: I took Harvey to your clinic on December 7 around 430 PM because he was severely itching in his scrotal and rectum area. I told the veterinarian that he had been with my mom for two days for my husband was having surgery and was not itching prior to this. I told her his itching was underneath. She attempted to look underneath him in a dark area, and I offered to give her a light which she refused . She tried to look under my short mini schnauzer but didn’t really see anything I lifted his leg but she saw one red spot and the fact that once on the floor he began to bite at the area and she came up with a treatment plan that included either a shot or something to stop his itching for 30 to 40 days some type of mousse, an antibiotic and a cone. To stop him from licking. this was gonna be over $300. I chose to go with a shot, hoping that the itching would stop quicker and the anabiotic only for $203. this morning my dog appeared to be worse, and would not attempt to walk for dropping down and biting and chewing at the area. I took him back into the house, rolled him over, spread his back legs apart, and saw a flea. at no point did the Vet ask me if we had him on any flea treatment, or anything about fleas? Never did fleas cross my mind because he has never had them in 2 years of us adopting him. Harvey is an indoor dog is not around other dogs and we walk in a controlled neighborhood, so I have never used any type of flea treatment on him and did not suspect that. however, I would think that a veterinarian who I came for a diagnosis would have. I went to Walmart and bought some flea shampoo and some flea spray, and some wipes to keep him from licking it. I saw around five dead fleas after the flea bath, and he is no longer scratching, and he’s very happy. I, however, am very unhappy with the fact that I came to veterinarian for help yesterday, and had to figure it out myself. Since then the Vet has called and said her treatment was correct and that Harvey must have gotten fleas overnight but allergies to fleas is what she meant to tell me. I argued that the shot would not stop the itching if the “cause” was not discovered in a thorough exam. Good grief. Save your money and google solutions for your dog until you can get them to your Vet who would know to check for fleas. Sorry Harvey but I promise We won’t be taking you back to this clinic. No wonder there was no wait

Fantastic experience: The staff and vet at Pet Well Clinic were incredibly sensitive and helpful at making our new adopted pet feel comfortable for his exam. They were so kind and professional. I highly recommend this team.

Positive experience: Pros: They accept walk-ins on Saturday’s. They were reasonably priced. They were very kind. Cons: I’m not sold on their competence. After the evaluation, I was given a couple of very unfavorable “probable” diagnosis’s. Upon follow up with our regular vet 36 hours later, my pet thankfully had only a very minor illness instead of the chronic, fatal ones I was originally given. My pets symptoms at this time had remained relatively unchanged from the previous visit, so I do not feel the change in diagnosis was due to any vast improvement in my pets condition over that short period of time. Overall: I think this is a reasonable option if your pet is unable to wait for care or if they are in need of vaccinations. I would just make sure that you follow up as soon as possible with your pets regular vet.

Fantastic experience: Great staff and service! Took my dog Athena in for an exam and shots, and everybody did an amazing job of providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere for her to keep any stress to a minimum. Thank you!

Positive experience: Very convenient and no wait. Everyone there was friendly and up-front with all costs. The Vet was professional and helpful. I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 because the flea meds were about double the price as Amazon.

Fantastic experience: My dog needed a flu shot in order to comply with our boarder's requirements for vaccinations. I contacted PetWell Clinic and they had the vaccine in stock, so I took my dog there as they opened. I was greeted with smiles and after a couple of questions and payment upfront, they brought us in to an exam room immediately. They were very kind and loving to my Golden Retriever and gave him hugs while they administered the shot. The process was very professional and fast and seemed to be pretty painless for my pet.

Fantastic experience: PetWell Clinic is really great for urgent care needs. They have multiple locations, convenient hours of operation, and walk-in appointments. I really appreciate that they streamline the process with an easy tablet kiosk check-in. The best part of the experience is the staff because they are very kind, and they are practical and respectful about time and costs. I used to have a Banfield membership a long time ago, and it was as much a ripoff as human health insurance, and Banfield staff treated me like I was an animal abuser if I didn't purchase every extra expense they offered me. Petwell Clinic staff has been understanding that I love my pet but every possible treatment or preventative care can be exensive and time consuming. I love that they always offer honest consultation of pros, cons, effectiveness, options, and alternatives that are appropriate for the situation. Recently, my 12 year old husky malamute got some itchy skin irritation and they helped me decide which type of treatment would be easiest to manage based on my time, budget, and my dog's willingness to cooperate with pills vs shots, etc. They take so much of the hassle and stress out of vet visits!

Fantastic experience: Dr Jennifer was outstanding. She was very through, she was not rushed, and she was very caring. Her assistant was also very helpful, helping me transport the dog and cat I brought in. They even texted me the information on some skin wipes she recommended for use on my cats skin and recommended I wear gloves when I use them. Excellent care and advise. Thank you! Very through!

Fantastic experience: I got a puppy but could not get in to see my own vet for over a month. Pet Well clinic got me in right away & set up all his puppy shots. They were very Professional & I would recommend them to anyone & I appreciate their time & expertise.

Fantastic experience: I took my Indie cat in with concerns about a possible neurological problem. The vet techs were so gentle and attentive. Dr Katie was thorough and reassuring. She examined her and ordered diagnostic tests. I will definitely use this clinic again for my two cats and dog.

Fantastic experience: This place was amazing. First time mom(me) took our girl to the vet. Usually she goes with daddy. She’s a 7yr old, 75lb blue nose pit that is super sweet, but nervous at the vet just like most dogs. My baby was having issues and her original vet couldn’t see her till the following week, but she needed to be seen asap so they recommended me take her here. I live in Sevierville, so it was an hour drive. Once I got there, we were greeted by very friendly staff who also acknowledged my baby. They weighed her, I filled out the sign in form and they put us in a room. We weren’t even there for an hour! Vet came in, offered treats to my pup, did exam, prescribed her meds that they provided right there on the spot. Less than $100 for exam and meds, In and out with very little(basically no) wait, it was perfect! Especially for a nervous mom lol. The meds they provided instantly started helping and my baby is so much better! Thank you guys so much for helping her and being so friendly!

Fantastic experience: Everyone was very nice and took great care of my puppy during the visit. The vet was very thorough in her exam and explained the different things to check for in his breed and she explained everything she was looking for on him during the exam.

Fantastic experience: Our little boy is 17 years old, mostly blind from cataracts and can be skittish/jumpy with new places and people because of the blindness. Every one of the 3 people who worked with him on our recent visit were kind, reassuring and caring with him. He had several things done that day and we couldn't have asked for him to be treated any better through it all!

Fantastic experience: I heard about PetWell from our neighbor and decided to give them a try with our new puppy. My experience completely exceeded my expectations! From the time I walked inside until I left my puppy and I received the best care. The tech that greeted me was very kind and helpful. The price for our visit plus the medications our new puppy needed were much more affordable than what I have paid in the past with my other pets.

Fantastic experience: PetWell provides just about every basic service for our cats except for emergency surgeries. We get our pets’ routine vaccinations, their checkups, their chip implants, their illness evaluations. Their prices are posted up front. They never try to upsell us. Very satisfied!

Fantastic experience: Petwell Clinic is amazing. We took our fur baby in Sat and saw Dr Jennifer. This was the first time we have ever seen her. She took her time, she read the notes from the previous visits (we were there for another reason). She throughly checked out our fur baby. Dr Jennifer even called checking on our baby. I was real impressed with that. I have not had any Vet call me checking on my pets. I will keep going back to Petwell.

Positive experience: My English Bulldog had developed whelts and was scratching so bad due to seasonal allergies. Pet wellness saw her immediately. The Dr. and Vet Techs were so good with her. Offered 2 options, a shot that would last 4-6 weeks or oral medication. We opted for injection. Scratching has lasted 3-4 more days before it offered relief. Only con is that I’ve noticed prices have gone up. 34 dollars just to clip nails. Most I has ever paid is 20 dollars for a 3 minute procedure, she got done at home needless to say. The visit for quick exam and injection was over 200 dollars.

Negative experience: DO NOT RECOMMEND. Questionable expertise. Positives: convenient (don't need an appointment, can also pre-register your pet's info online before you come in); competitively priced for normal vet services; people are nice. Thus the 2 instead of 1 star. Negatives: I came in bc my dog had 2 episodes of red jelly-like diarrhea over 3 days and on the last one, he had an accident in the house, which he has not had in years. We were visiting from out of town, which was why we ended up here instead of his regular vet. I brought the diarrhea sample, his food, treats, copies of his prior vet records (which were not asked for at any point). The PetWellClinic Farragut vet we saw was Emily. She and all the staff we met were nice, but I did not feel confident in their abilities to treat my dog. In trying to collect a blood sample through a regular cephalic venipuncture (through the vein in the foreleg of the dog), I was surprised to see that they did not shave the area to be able to find the vein better. In 4 years of multiple blood draws for my dog, i've never seen this happen, but thought perhaps she must just be great at finding veins. Unfortunately that was not the case. The first try, she was able to collect a little bit; kept pumping the syringe and moving the needle around under his skin, but was unable to get a full vial of blood. The second try resulted in a loud yelp of pain from my dog and some blood splurting out onto her hand. She said the dark spot that then started forming on his leg was a "stain" and kept trying to wipe it off, but I later confirmed with a different vet that she had burst a blood vessel and it had bled under the skin (not a stain on the outside of his fur). The 3rd try, she used a smaller gauge needle and kept pumping that syringe again but was again not able to collect a full vial. Concerned, I asked if she had gotten enough for the blood test. She said yes. A couple of days later, she followed up by email and attached the blood tests, which stated that "The submitted EDTA tube was markedly underfilled. This may cause inaccurate results." Also, this lab report stated, "Few small to medium clots were removed from the sample and there is concern that these clots have interfered with analysis." According to our vet (as well as documentation from multiple vets and schools and online resources), the most common cause of hemolyzed blood samples (those with clots in it) is due to the mishandling of blood samples during routine blood collection and transport- often due to a collection being done too fast, too slow, with too much suction on the syringe plunger, or through too narrow a needle. Lab suggested a new sample for more accurate results, so Emily did offer to take another sample and have the lab run the tests again at no extra charge, but I declined because I do not trust that they have been properly trained to draw blood, nor do i trust the analysis of any results or a diagnosis given our experience here as described above. I asked for a refund on the blood work instead of a re-do because it was their inability to collect a sufficient sample and mishandling of the blood draw that caused the need for another test and i want to get another test from our trusted vet. But they stated that a refund wouldn't be possible because the tests were already run. This doesn't make sense to me- whether a refund for one test already run or an offer to re-run a test in the future, either way, they would be having the lab run at least one test that is not being covered by the owner. Mistakes happen to even the best vets and techs, so i wasn't upset because they had a hard time collecting a sample, but more because i didn't trust their expertise (bleeding under the skin from a blood vessel she burst that she then tred to wipe off the fur because she said it was a stain, not understanding that pumping the syringe over and over or poor blood draw technique or the wrong gauge needle could cause hemolysis of the sample, mis-typing what i stated to her in the medical records). Go elsewhere!

Fantastic experience: If you're not coming here for your Fur-Babies then...what are you doing? They were so kind and attentive to not only my dog and his needs, boundaries and care. They were attentive to me and answered all of my questions, made sure to explain the medications that were given to my boy Duke, and what to expect from them. I never felt rushed and it was a truly wonderful experience. Seriously, if you're needing general check ups and such, this is the place to be. 10/10 would recommend.

Fantastic experience: Friendly people who care about your pet. No wait time. I love going there as there is no need to schedule an appointment and prices are not bad. We get reminders about vaccinations. Very convenient, efficient and pet friendly .

Fantastic experience: Took my two pups in for vaccines. I had a couple of coupons and they figured out the least expensive way for me to use them. The vet and tech both did well giving the vaccines in as little traumatic way possible!

Fantastic experience: The staff at the PetWellClinic took excellent care of my cat. The hours on Saturday are convenient and the facility is immaculately clean and they even had calming spa music playing. The cost is affordable as well.

Fantastic experience: I brought in my baby who is undergoing chemo for some bloodwork and they all treated her like the princess she is. Tbh I was so surprised because she never takes treats at the vet but Dr. Katie got my baby to take treats right out of her hand! Absolutely awesome staff all around.

Fantastic experience: Took my puppy because we thought she had a UTI and our regular vet couldn’t get her in the same day. The staff was excellent and very patient with my pup. We had to wait for her to pee to test her urine and they didn’t get irritated or aggravated with her. I would definitely come back in the future.

Fantastic experience: My little Bella is always nervous going to the clinic, but she always leaves calm because the Pet Well Clinic really loves animals. Always great treatment and great prices. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: It was the first time I had ever brought my dog there because I was in a rush to get him seen as he was having kennel cough symptoms and with their walk in options made that super easy! Walked right in and it smelled so nice in there and was very clean! They were all so nice and it was so quick and easy! I will definitely be using them again!

Positive experience: The staff was great with my dog. There is no shortage of love for pets at pet well clinic. They were fast and reasonably priced. The only thing I would like to see is more resources to give a more definite diagnosis for sick animals. Overall, I would revisit and recommend to a friend.

Fantastic experience: Great experience! They take wonderful care of my dogs and cats. I like being in the room with my pets the whole time. It's a walk-in clinic but you can sign-up on line, so there's hardly ever a wait. Full access to pet records on-line and they keep costs to a minimum.
