Fantastic experience: They got me in right away for a second opinion from another vet. Gave me other options to have more time with my senior dog. We moved out of town so we were using a local vet but never again. I will drive to Green Bay to bring my dogs back there from now on.

Negative experience: We came in with our dog later in the night on an urgent visit. It took hours to identify what she had. They told us she had AHDS and pancreatitis. They suggested SUBQ to treat dehydration and an injections to treat the nausea and pancreatitis. Little did we know AHDS needs to be treated with IV treatment not just SUBQ which we were not told was a suggested treatment. They sent us home and hours later our dog died. They didn’t recommend that we go anywhere else to receive IV treatment and said that we should bring her back the next day for more injections. I don’t recommend this place because either they were too misinformed about how to treat this correctly or they were too focused on making money than suggesting we go to a 24H clinic for better care.. Oh and after waiting 4 hours with our dog alone in a room puking and dripping blood while cleaning it up ourselves. We finally got our diagnosis….

Fantastic experience: Called the veterinary(on manitowoc rd) we have used before and told them of our dog issue(he ate Christmas bows). They referred me to a veterinary in Appleton and menasha. Which is a fairly long distance to travel. We looked into the animal house and they were happy and able to see our dog that minute or ASAP. Got him there and within minutes they took in for his X-rays to figure the issue. I was called and updated almost as soon as I got home which is less than 3 miles away. They took care of our boy and had him back on his feet in no time. Highly recommend this clinic for your LOCAL needs here in Green Bay. Thanks you, ANIMAL HOUSE!!

Fantastic experience: I have been using animal house for over 10 years now and they have always been amazing! We had a dog with really difficult behavior issues (especially when coming to the vets office) and they always went out of their way to make it as easy as possible, bring him in through a back door away from other dogs. I ran one of my 3 month old barn cats over last fall (he had crawled up in my engine) and they fit him in right away to a very busy Friday and got his amputation scheduled immediately for Monday. Pricing is always reasonable. They are busy, and sometimes I have to wait to get through on the phone or get in for an appointment buts it’s 100% worth it every time! We are never using anyone else for our small animals in Green Bay.

Fantastic experience: I wasn’t sure if my cat had a UTI or if he had an injury from his shenanigans. This was on a Saturday. UTIs can be fatal if left untreated thankfully, it was only an injury from his shenanigans. Everyone was very kind, caring from the receptionists, vet tech and the doctor. Highly recommend them.

Negative experience: So my husband. Drove in to town today with one of our dogs today. He walked in and three people were. Behind the desk. He asked if we could get the dogs nails cut. They said yes just show proof of rabies. My husband opened his phone to get the. Digital copy and my dog started to bark as dogs do. They looked at my dog and said. You can come back a different day after they had said they would do her nails.

At the time of your visit, there were no other dogs in the lobby. Our customer service representative did confirm that nail trims could be done that day once proof of rabies vaccination was provided. While the vaccination record was being pulled up, your dog became vocal in the lobby, and our team made the decision not to proceed at that moment.
We also attempted to locate an existing account using the phone number provided but were unable to find one in our system. For future visits, we recommend giving us a call when you are on the way so we can help ensure a timely check-in and check-out experience.

Fantastic experience: We had a guinea pig who we loved very much and we had been keeping comfortable as he had a tumor on his jaw and needed syringe feedings around the clock for months. We also gave him medications for any discomfort. However, he started to have seizures and was visibly uncomfortable suddenly on a Sunday night and we knew it was his time. No other emergent care was available in our area and we drove about an hour to this clinic for help. They got us in quickly, and helped us stop his suffering. We are so grateful for the availability to help our pet, and their kindness to us as we were distraught. We framed his paw prints.

Negative experience: DO NOT GO HERE!!! I’ve had nothing but awful experiences with my pets. First I brought my dog for an urgent care visit. It went fine. Decided to bring my dog back for her annual. Then they tell me the urgent care visit documented a mass on her stomach but the vet NEVER TOLD ME! The worst part is the documentation stated they told me but never did. I was beyond upset and they pushed X-rays on me to confirm if she did have a mass. So we did blood work, took the X-rays, also told them I need an updated flea, tick and heart worm prescription. Ends up they miss documented my pets mass, sad to think someone else’s dog might actually have one and not be aware. Now we called for a refill for flea and tick prescription, they said she didn’t have blood work and needs to come back for another appointment even though I asked at her annual. This company DOESN’T listen or care, they just want your money. BRING YOUR PETS ELSEWHERE! Unless you don’t mind bad experiences, horrible documentation and people who don’t listen to you.

Fantastic experience: I have been taking my dog there since I first adapted her. I have had nothing but great experiences, starting with the vet and ending with the doggy daycare. Recently my dog went to doggy daycare and the staff noticed a growth on her skin. They were able to get her to the vet and surgery was done the next week! Fantastic experience: I brought my elderly dog in, who has always been extremely scared of the vet. She’s 11 now, and I hadn’t had care established at a clinic for a few years, so when she was suddenly in pain I was very nervous—not only about finding a place that could get her in quickly, but also about putting her through a lot of tests at her age. From the moment we walked in, even though the clinic was very busy, the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and kind, which immediately helped ease my anxiety. We saw Dr. Brad Beaumier, and I truly cannot say enough good things about him. He was extremely down to earth, explained everything in a way that actually made sense, and took the time to listen to my concerns. He shared his professional thoughts, but most importantly, we made a plan together that felt right for my dog and her age. I was very anxious walking in—for myself and for my girl—but I walked out feeling hopeful and reassured. I am so grateful for the care, compassion, and understanding we received. Thank you so much.

Positive experience: I was very pleased with the care my dogs received at Animal House. The vet took her time examining my girls and explained things clearly to me. Pricing is up there, but then all of them are. The one thing I'd like that I've gotten from my previous vet is a written report of what we covered, weight, etc.

Fantastic experience: Had to use the urgent care on a Saturday, was able to get an appointment shortly after calling. We did have to wait a very short time but I could tell they were very busy. Dispute being busy the staff took their time with my dog and explained options. He was treated and we went on our way.

Positive experience: Everything was perfect from the start to finish. We appreciated your care in addition to the details shared pre & post op for Piper. The only reason we didn't give a 5 star is we really were hoping she'd get her nails clipped during surgery. Paperwork states it was done as it is complimentary, but her front nails were not done. You may have noticed her back nails were already short from all our walking outdoors & thought they didn't need it. Her front are long and we don't want to try again as she is in recovery mode these next weeks. We are still struggling to get nails clipped. She is wired when we try. Otherwise we'd recommend you to all! Thanks for EVERYTHING!

Fantastic experience: Our dog had a sudden unexplained back injury. Initially we spent over 2 hours at Blue Pearl in Appleton. Their suggestion was we wait another 5-12 hours to be seen or euthanize on the spot. I called The Animal House and they graciously offered to squeeze Simon in right away. The vet recommended a CT Scan with our regular vet, but said she did not think this was a life ending injury. She prescribed Gabapentin for immediate relieft to get us through the weekend. I couldn't believe how much she actually listened to me in my emotional state and how honest and personable she was. I almost regret not living in GB to be able to have her as our regular vet!! 100000% I would recommend The Animal House. From the initial phone conversation to the vet tech, receptionists all were so unbelievably kind and considerate.

Fantastic experience: Every one was so kind and welcomimg from the moment my family and I walked through the door. The Vet who examined our litter of Frenchies name was Jessica. Jessica was so kind, patient, and informative. Cost for services was also resonable and I did not feel pressured that I needed to buy any extra products or services for my puppies. It felt good to go to a Vet and not feel like they were trying to "pitch a sale". With that said, I will be returning for all my furture pet care services.

Fantastic experience: I had to take my cat here for an urgent care visit on a Sunday. This was my first time ever being here, yet alone an urgent care visit so I really didn't know what to expect. They do require a $150 deposit over the phone up front. My cat was refusing to drink or eat. She had a vet visit with her primary vet earlier that week Thursday, but her health was declining slowly over the weekend and we couldn't wait for Monday. Of course there aren't too many places open on a Sunday here in town so I was very grateful I was able to get in the same morning I had called. I was seen in a timely manner as well. Even though the wait times were a bit long for lab work, etc., I understand that is how it is going to be when there's other patients with emergencies and only so many clinics open on a Sunday. All of the staff was very compassionate, knowledgeable, and educational. They even sent me home with medicine for my baby to help keep her stable until I can later have a visit with her primary vet. I am so grateful, thank you for helping my baby!

Negative experience: They stated they could not help care for my diabetic cat… I went in today and the young gal at the front desk lacked empathy and seemed almost irritated by my presence. My cat needed insulin and they wouldn’t check him out and turned us away and he may die now. I stated I can’t afford to go to blue peral since they charged me 6000 dollars last time. This should NOT happen at a facility that says they are an urgent care animal hospital. Ernie’s blood is on their hands. Thanks for nothing.

Negative experience: They were able to take in my dog right away after he got sick, but there was multiple issues after I left him there. I'm not sure how to feel about me telling them his issues and being told they would see when they had time between things despite being told by a vet he needed to be seen right away. However there was for sure issues after they did get to him because they charged me 500 to get tests done and they only had one machine and it didn't work at all. Idk how they can keep upping the price and cannot have more than one machine or make sure it worked. Then they called me less than an hour before closing and when I told them I had issues getting there they would not let him spend the night (please note the have a boarding place across a single lane in a parking lot) Then they didn't tell me he had a massive leaking lump that made a mess all over the backseat. The person behind the desk not only told me it wouldn't be a big deal, and then tried to tell me they didn't have his leash. I had to insist I brought one after putting one around his neck that might have choked him if he didn't have such a wrinkly neck (it is a heavy metal chain leash and I never unhooked it from his harness before dropping him off). Then they bothered to go find it and found it left somewhere. If it was not for the fact this was the closest one recommended and could take him faster than the ER I went to before, I would be less forgiving. Maybe others will have better luck.

Fantastic experience: When I adopted my dog I brought her there for a 6 month recheck of her heartworm test. The Vet (I don't remember his name) was absolutely wonderful and after going through all her papers I got when I adopted her, he then said no we don't have to do the test again and actually saved me the $40 cost. I then said I also needed her nails trimmed and he was even nice enough that he didn't charge me for that either! I am very happy I chose them to be my Veterinary Clinic since they seem to care more about the pets and the people, and not just the money!

Positive experience: So thankful that this vets office has weekend hours available. They got my girl in on a Saturday and got her started on what she needed to begin healing while we waited to talk to her primary vet. Dr Sophie was very kind and caring and treated my pup with understanding. She kept me informed about cost saving options and it was clear she really cared about my pup. Medication was expensive compared to my primary vet clinic but that is what it is. Short notice Sat visit was really reasonably priced. Follow up care after Saturday was also really good. Fantastic experience: Urgent Care needed while I care for my kiddos Neutered Cat, and normal vet hours unavailable (Saturday). Calling was busy this day. No fault or control of staff. Staff were beyond excellent. Care was above and beyond. Practical medicine and teaching me to apply, I'm grateful for. I observed while in waiting room, care for animal and family comfort/safety for a very distressed Dog. Words didn't need to be heard. Body language and actions said everything. Fantastic experience: Thankful Animal House urgent care is available on weekends 9am to 9pm! Cat was straining to pee with not much coming out which is very serious... staff all very caring, got us worked in quickly. The Vet gave us two options, one involving catheterization and a trip to the regional emergency pet hospital for observation and potential surgery, the second more conservative using meds (antibiotic & pain) and injecting 150 ml water subcutaneously to hydrate and hopefully flush out any minor blockage, which we decided to try...24 hrs later and our cat is peeing better and has his appetite back! The cost for our visit was reasonable, but understand they are not an emergency hospital for pets (can't do surgery or overnight care), but for most non-surgical needs they are convenient and effective. And if it can save a multi-thousand dollar trip to the regional pet emergency hospital, it's well worth a try! Also be sure to call first as they are very busy, and be patient...expect to be placed on hold as the front desk staff tend to customers checking in or checking out

Fantastic experience: I'm on vacation in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin and my 17 year old 3 pound teacup Yorkie needs immediate attention for an abscessed anal gland .. called every vet in Door County .. no one would see us .. they gave lame excuses .. my last hope was to call The Animal House Pet Clinic in Green Bay .. at first they didn't think they would be able to help me but after speaking to Dr Sophia about our furbaby .. they made room for her to be seen .. what a blessing .. our drive was an hour to get there but our wait was not long .. within 30 minutes Shelby had been seen, treated, distributed meds, cleaned up and given back to me to take home .. her abscess is now on it's way to healing and heart feels a big sigh of relief.. thank you to Dr Sophia and helpful kind staff .. we now have a Veterinarian for our summers in Wisconsin .. sad that Veterinarians in Sturgeon Bay were not as accommodating to new clientele .. how do they expect to stay in business?.. But I'm happy I won't have to find out ..

Fantastic experience: We found Animal House Pet Clinic when we were trying to find a vet for our 20-year-old cat who was dying. They were absolutely wonderful with our cat Cinnamon. Dr. Brad was very helpful, comforting, and reassuring that we were doing what was best for her. They allowed us to stay with her for a while and even gave us back the blanket we had left her wrapped in. A few days later, we received a personalized card in the mail, which truly warmed our hearts. We now use Animal House as the vet for our other pets and we won’t be going anywhere else. They are the absolute best when it comes to caring for pets. They treat every animal as if it were their own. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a compassionate and reliable vet. Their prices are also very affordable. You get excellent care at a great price. I also really appreciate the convenience of their text line.

Negative experience: We started bringing our dog here in early 2023. We weren’t blown away with the way they were set up, filing cabinets, no technology, & long lines to pay your bill, but they were convenient and “seemed” to care. Fast forward to Dec of 2024. Our dog got what appeared to be a sinus infection and things quickly escalated from there. Her breathing was labored. She has blood coming out of her nose with lots of snot. We knew it was serious. The first major issue was the DR passing a note to a receptionist who had already left for the day. This, in turn, created a situation where our dog missed a potential breathing treatment because of their oversight. Secondly, I had continued to push for them to take X-rays and look in her mouth for an abscess. Her breathing would stabilize with certain meds, but as soon as we lowered the dose, it would worsen. Why was I the one trying to come up with creative solutions? Why wasn’t the DR trying everything to figure this out? I believe she was happy taking our money for daily breathing treatments and did the bare minimum when my dog even spent the whole day there numerous times. They said they got a “partial” X-ray of her teeth and they were deemed “fine.” Please stay tuned for how I think this is a total lie. Finally, after calling around, I found a vet that would see us quickly to give us a 2nd opinion. Our dog was 10 and she was rapidly declining so we knew we didn’t have a lot of time. At this 2nd opinion appointment, the new vet looked in my dog’s mouth to take a swab (mind you after an entire month of being treated at Animal House they never thought to do this, look in her mouth and do a swab - oh wait they took partial X-rays?!”) and they discover a large mass in her mouth and throat. They say it’s not even worth testing/swabbing the mass as they can see it’s textbook cancer. This was done the first 5 minutes we were in the room. Here, in trusting Animal House, they never really dove in to try to help my dog, they took our money and were too busy to do anything else. You’re telling me my dog can’t breath for weeks and they don’t look in her mouth even after getting X-rays? Sadly, we put our dog down 3 days after getting the 2nd opinion. She had no options and we were devastated that we kept her alive as long as we did not knowing she had cancer. We also had to put her down at Animal House for the sake of convenience and our work schedules. We received a condolence card from the vet who gave us a 2nd opinion. We didn’t even get a phone call from my dog’s vet or a card from Animal House letting us know they were sorry for our loss. It’s all fine when your pet is healthy. Check ups and monthly flea and tick meds are a dime a dozen. What’s important is a vet who cares about your animal when they’re actually sick, period. I’ll never set foot back at Animal House again and I hope others can read this review and stay clear as well.

Negative experience: I've had 4 appointments here and 2 of them I left pissed, ripped off and dissatisfied. I waited an hour for my last 5 min booster shot and they forgot about my and my cat. Still had to pay full price and be late for work after they told me 5 minutes. The appointment I had before this one the vet tried selling me sedation dentistry for my car that costs over 600 dollars. This place will charge you more then any other vet office in green bay.

Positive experience: My honest opinion on the Animal House. Since Dr Pat left the prices have gone up a lot cause it’s corporate now. Don’t get me wrong the service has not changed it’s still great.

We live in Appleton, but make the drive to Animal House in Green Bay for ALL of Joeys Vet visits, illness, and grooming! Erica is thee BEST groomer, and always does a fantastic job!!! Staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful. Vet care is excellent. It’s very easy to get an appt for both Vet Clinic or Grooming. We would not go anywhere else. Driving from Appleton to Green Bay is well worth the trip!!! Animal House Vet Clinic and Grooming is the BEST! Staff is outstanding!

The doctor seemed afraid of my dog despite the animal showing no sign of aggression. After the checkup and vaccination, I was given ZERO information about the findings for my $80 exam. Upon bringing her home, my dog was unable to apply weight to her hind leg. The receptionist denied even giving her a shot until she checked the records, then gave an excuse about "bruising." Luckily, my dog healed after a few days, and there was no need to return to this terrible, dysfunctional place. It was once the best pet clinic in Green Bay.
Fantastic experience: Dr. Brad is so understanding and really cares about your pets, we met him when he treated our pets in Pulaski. We switched when he moved to Animal House due to how he treated our dog Mister Edwards who was disabled pet,he treated him so gently and lovingly. We had 3 dogs at that time and they all loved Dr. Brad. After switching to Animal House we found out that the Tech's, everyone at the front desk and the other Vets we see treat our pets as if they were there own Love everyone we have met.
Fantastic experience: I LOVE Animal House!!!! Dr. Jesse is amazing, kind, patient, laughs at my bad cat jokes haha! and has older cats so that made me feel so relaxed as my Lucy is older, too. She really puts you and your pet at ease and doesn't rush you! Best vet.ever!! Maddie, Megan, Amber, Mackenzie and all the wonderful gals up front are a very special bunch. Prices are amazing, doesn't break my bank account. I absolutely recommend Animal House as your vet. Don't think twice, and tell them Brenda L. sent you! :)
