Fantastic experience: They do vaccines and a lot of other vet visits not just spay and neuter, please though get your pets fixed so there are less in the shelters and more good homes available to adopt.

Fantastic experience: Lovely place and wonderful staff. My only issue is that I missed a spay appointment because I mixed up the dates. I received only one reminder 11 days before, which was a phone call, and for such an important appointment with a larger deposit, I wish there had been another reminder closer to the date. I also didn't receive an email confirmation or reminder like I have for past visits. The only clear date I had was on a paper receipt, which led to some confusion. Without another reminder showing the actual appointment date, I ended up keeping the wrong date in my calendar. Clear email or text reminders with the appointment date would be very helpful.

Negative experience: This primary care provided great arthritis therapy for my loving pet, however was not very accommodating or sympathetic when he came in early needing to be uthinized due to over night breathing complications due to lung tumor. I was told there weren't any openings until Dec 26th. And I should try an emergency. Excuse me, I've never heard of anyone planning a uthinization. Especially from a primary care provider. There should always be a space or waiting area for unplanned Uthenizations when needed for your regular patients.

The staff was friendly, caring, and very gentle with my pup. They explained everything clearly and made sure my dog was comfortable the entire time. The prices were fair, and the service was quick and professional. I really appreciate how clean and organized the place is — you can tell they truly care about animals. Each time the staff was very friendly, the process is very well organized and most of all the procedures were successful. Negative experience: I thought I had heard everything, but when I tried to reschedule my appointment for my pet vaccines, I was told I should have called earlier. I advised that I had a medical emergency and could not make the scheduled appointment. Mind you, this is an hour and a half prior to my appointment. I told them I didnt call earlier because I didnt have an emergency earlier. They said if I brought proof of my emergency I would get my deposit back. That is the dumbest thing I ever heard. Very unprofessional and unwilling to assist the customer!

Positive experience: I’ve been bringing my dog here for 13 years and have always appreciated the quality of care. Dr. Fultz and the technician were amazing, and the front desk staff was friendly. My only concern is how difficult it is to make an appointment—the phone rarely gets answered promptly. While I was checking out, I noticed the phone ringing multiple times with no urgency from the two ladies at the front to pick it up. I recommend improving that part of the service. Other than that, my overall experience has been very positive.

Fantastic experience: We have always taken all our 8 cats and puppy for all their health needs because they are very professional and very caring with our fur babies but lately, it seems that I have to make sure that staff thoroughly gives a full check up when I take the fur babies for their annual wellness / shots. I should have to be the one to make sure that the check list is done.

Negative experience: Horrible!! Horrible!! Horrible!! Had to euthanize our senior pet who had seen the vet their previously 2 months prior did not get better so after much heart ache took her back with an appointment to be euthanized. We were kindly ushered into a room and given a box of Kleenex and that’s were the , “warm, safe, welcoming and kind environment ended.” We did not see anyone for an hour until we finally asked or should say complained at which time the office manager escalated the situation with us (reminder we are grieving the loss we are about to face) he was combative, argumentative and told us he could refuse service at anytime if he chose to. He was horrible in this very delicate situation and instead of trying to help the situation he added fire to an already heated situation. Bad management, bad people skills and just bad pet end of life management. Will never ever donate or recommend anyone to this clinic or facility again. Poor excuse for helping the community or pets and a total lie to their philosophy statement . Just words.

Negative experience: I took my cat there to get him checked as I thought he mightve had a stomach ache because he wasn't eating, but he got diagnosed with an infection by flees,they gave me the medicine and told me he should be fine in a week,I should start seeing him get better in 3 days or so, they made it seem as if his condition was not that serious, but no,he got worse on the second day,and died on the third day... my heart aches as I feel like it's my fault for taking him there instead of a vet hospital,if they had told me how seriously sick he was, then I would have had taken him elsewhere to properly get treated before it had been too late... this was 3 days ago..and I'm not doing well..i miss him...

The vet and vet tech made sure we understood everything and listened to our concerns. They offer many services at very reasonable prices. If you love your pet, this place is a great choice for their care.

They explained all of our options in depth and were so patient with us in the time it took to decide which route to move forward with. Pricing was also so much more affordable than other places which was very helpful!

Fantastic experience: I loved being able to request a date and time frame of when I wanted my dog's appointment. It said it could take about 1 business day, but the clinic only took about 4 or 5 hours to call and talk to me.

But they are fast, friendly, efficient and the prices are the best I have found in Brownsville. Highly recommend them.

Positive experience: After searching for an affordable vet clinic, my daughter found this place. We took one of our rescued cats to get spayed and were explained of all the process and how to care for after the operation. It has been 3 weeks and kitty hasn't had any problems. The only thing was an extra charge of $180 for blood work because my cat is 7 years, and was considered a "senior" Other than that, I was happy, and my cat is doing well.

Negative experience: Was told once already there in office only 1person allowed at pick up time of my cat yet other ppl would walk in pairs. So what is it? Be fair with everyone. My son had just come from border of Russia deployed for 9months & only have 10days with him so I took him with me because I wanted as much time as possible with him . So upset now I know I rather pay a regular vet .

Positive experience: The first appointment I went to took about 45 minutes before being seen, which was much longer than most places. Once we were in, the vet was great and very pleasant. The second visit for the booster shot went much quicker. Cost is reasonable and you can be seen the same week for vet care. Would recommend, however, expect potential for higher wait times

Fantastic experience: I was pleased with Coco's last appointment because they identified the cause of her low cell count, unlike her previous visit to Boca Chica Animal Hospital. There they told me she had low readings but told me it was okay since it is still in the "normal" or "average" section of the readings and didn't bother looking any further. Here, I was even given medicine to treat it. Even though I brought her in for a dental cleaning, they looked out for her well-being. I will be bringing her here now since I can tell the workers here truly care about their patients. Thank you

Negative experience: BEWARE! Be prepared to WAIT…we waited 1 hour and 45 minutes for vaccines!! They do not accept walk ins, you must make an appointment and pay $25 dollars for that appointment. If you decide you no longer want to wait after an hour they tell you they will keep your $25 dollar deposit for leaving. The lady at the front is not the friendliest. You are better off going anywhere else than this place. Very disappointed with the service, the lack of speed, the overbooking of appointments, and overall experience. I think they make their money by keeping peoples deposits because they get tired of waiting.
